| Former top FBI official has been arrested and charged with money laundering and violating Russian sanctions. | |
| Let's watch the fake news. | |

| A former top FBI official in the Bureau's New York office has been arrested. | |
| Four senior law enforcement sources say Charles McGonigal faces charges related to violating Russian sanctions and money laundering. | |
| Back with me, our Justice and Intelligence correspondent Ken Delaney and Frank Figluzzi, a national security analyst for us. | |
| Ken, McGonigal here is the former head of counterintelligence for the New York City office. | |
| He's due in federal court later today in Manhattan. | |
| What do we know and what more could we learn? | |
| This is a massive and shocking case, Lindsay. | |
| We're still going through the details of this news release from the U.S. Attorney in the Southern District of New York, but McGonigal was arrested over the weekend, we're reporting, and he's facing five counts related to business dealings after he left the FBI in 2018 with a Russian oligarch named Oleg Deripaska. | |
| Who he had some role in investigating while he was inside the FBI. So this is just a huge, huge black eye, a whiff of corruption here with a former senior FBI official. | |
| The head of counterintelligence in New York office, as Frank Fugluzy, can tell you is a very important spy hunting job where you're dealing with many counterintelligence officials, issues involving Russia and China. | |
| And so he left that job. | |
| He began doing business with Russian oligarchs, according to these Allegations and is now charged with money laundering and conspiring to help these oligarchs evade Russia sanctions. | |
| So a really big deal, a shocking blow to the FBI today, Lindsay. | |
| Now, is it really shocking? | |
| I'm not sure if that's the correct way to put it, but what is this all really? | |
| I think it's more likely that this is part of a deception side being ran against the American people. | |
| What are they trying to gain from it all? | |
| Well, taking a retired, mind you, FBI agent and indicting him On all these crazy, very, very criminal charges of bribery and money laundering and violating Russian sanctions, it does a few things. | |
| Well, first off, it gives the illusion of nonpartisanship in our FBI, federal government. | |
| Bureau of Investigations Agency, which we know is not true or real whatsoever. | |
| And secondly, it also feeds into the anti-Russia propaganda that we need to continue to foment the Ukrainian war machine that is going on nonstop as we speak. | |
| If you go check out the report from the fake news, New York times about this, they talk about how the former top FBI official in New York was charged with money laundering. | |
| His name is Charles McGonagall. | |
| He was the chief counterintelligence agents agent in FBI, New York. | |
| But what's the real Barry lead here? | |
| You got most of that information from that news report that I just showed you from the fake news, MSNBC. | |
| But if you scroll down the bottom here at the end of the article, they hide this little bit of information that might be what you would call a buried lead here. | |
| If there ever was one, let's read it on the last paragraph of this article from the New York times. | |
| It says, quote, Mr. McGonagall's arrest shocked former colleagues who worked closely with him. | |
| They said he primarily investigated Russian counterintelligence and espionage during his lengthy career with the FBI. | |
| Mr. McGonagall also took on extremely sensitive assignments in the intelligence community, leading an FBI team that investigated why CIA informants in China were being arrested and killed. | |
| So you're telling me that the guy that they've brought up on charges for bribery and money laundering connected to Oleg Deripaska, a Russian oligarch billionaire, was also the man involved in trying to find out how all of our CIA assets and intelligence agency assets got burned in China? | |
| Which we've talked about here on this channel before, several times before. | |
| Oh, okay. | |
| I think I see where this is going. | |
| They had to burn a dirty agent to present the illusion of nonpartisanship and give the people something to talk. | |
| It's the same thing with these classified documents, I think, coming out with Biden. | |
| What are they doing with that as well? | |
| They want to get rid of Biden. | |
| I've told you in the last episode it kills two birds with one stone. | |
| Essentially what they've done is they've released all of these or they've basically gotten this investigation going with these classified documents because they want to get rid of Biden and they want to normalize the prosecution of a president for these classified documents so they can get rid of Trump as well. | |
| And in this they're doing the same exact thing. | |
| They know that people have realized that the FBI is not nonpartisan, that it is a partisan political wing of the political law enforcement or politicized law enforcement agency working on behalf of the DNC and the Uniparty Deep Sea in Washington, D.C. So what do they do? | |
| Well, they take one of their dirty agents, who, you know, rightfully so needs to be reported on, like they're doing over here at the Gateway Pundit, that he was the one who investigated, or one of the ones, who investigated the Trump-Russia collusion. | |
| And he is now being arrested for conspiring with a Russian oligarch. | |
| You cannot make this stuff up. | |
| So one of the same guys who was in charge of investigating Donald Trump for his supposed Russian collusion... | |
| It's now being arrested for colluding with the Russians. | |
| Do you see how this is all being orchestrated and carefully curated and presented for us for public consumption? | |
| I mean, it's all a theater. | |
| It's all a play, and we're just sitting here watching it unfold. | |
| And I only point this out because just today, this video comes out. | |
| Now, this is from Attorney General Merrick Garland. | |
| Listen to what he says here. | |
| Very carefully he says here in response to what's happening at the FBI and with the classified documents and everything else. | |
| This is the very... | |
| Very well scripted statement that is, you know, trust me, they've scripted these words to come out exactly as they did. | |
| He's practiced them in the mirror a thousand times. | |
| You can tell. | |
| Watch what he says, where he says that they don't have different rules for Democrats or Republicans. | |
| Watch this clip. | |
| They ensure that we adhere to the rule of law. | |
| These mean, among other things, that we do not have different rules for Democrats or Republicans, different rules for the powerful or the powerless, different rules for the rich or for the poor. | |
| We apply the facts and the law in each case in a neutral, nonpartisan manner. | |
| That is what we always do, and that is what we do in the matters that you're referring to. | |
| So I don't know if you caught it there, but what he essentially said was, we do not have different rules for Democrats or Republicans, different rules for the powerful or the powerless, different rules for the rich or the poor. | |
| Well, no, that's exactly how this all works. | |
| So why would it not stand to reason that that's exactly what this staged arrest, this kabuki theater that we're watching of this dirty agent who we knew was working... | |
| That was already known, basically. | |
| Now they're just throwing us a bone saying, oh, we took a retired federal agent. | |
| Now, why is it important to note that? | |
| Well, because you have to remember here, it talks about how McConnell, and you can read it here in this New York Times article, Charles McConnell, who had been a special agent in charge of the FBI's counterintelligence division in New York before he retired in 2018. | |
| This guy's been retired for five years. | |
| Are you starting to see how this all works? | |
| They're not going after the top brass who are now in charge of orchestrating crimes against this nation, committing treason, covering up, subverting investigative work that goes into their own agencies, corruption, malfeasance. | |

| They're taking a guy who's been retired for five years, bringing him up on charges, and throwing him to the public, you know, like... | |
| Some sort of Romanesque, you know, bread and circuses type distraction for us to be, you know, distracted with the latest thing happening here. | |
| And that's just what's happening now. | |
| Do we know what's happening with Joe Biden? | |
| Well, we're going to talk about that. | |

| Ian, are there any possibilities that there are documents at other locations owned or used by President Biden in the past? | |
| So the President's personal lawyers and DOJ are in communication, and they're making sure that they're coordinated on the next steps of this investigation. | |
| Look, we're going to be really careful not to talk about potential future steps and developments in the investigation itself, because we respect the independence of DOJ to conduct this thoroughly and fairly on their own accord. | |
| And so I'm just not going to get ahead of that process in questions like that. | |
| Okay, so there's a possibility. | |
| So you saw how he sidestepped the question and essentially said, yes, there's probably going to be more classified documents coming up. | |
| Here's Cash Patel and Steve Bannon explaining exactly what this is all related to and how it's going to keep coming out. | |
| Broke, you came on here and go, hey, there's going to be a lot more documents in a lot more locations. | |
| How did you know that and say it was such certainty? | |
| Because actually what I'm going to tell you for the first time, which I haven't said on the air or in any media, this investigation did not start because librarians at NARA came out and said there are overdue library books. | |
| Excuse me, you guys forgot to return X. As a former federal prosecutor, as the guy who led the intelligence community, classified investigations don't start there. | |
| You know where they start? | |
| When you have a crime that you are investigating. | |
| You know what crime the DOJ was looking at for the last four years? | |
| Hunter Biden's laptop. | |
| Mark my word, this classified investigation, it will be put out by the weaponization of the federal government subcommittee on Jim Jordan when they get the following document. | |
| The electronic communication, the EC, just like Devin and I got in Russiagate, that is a singular document of the FBI that says where and when the investigation started. | |
| It will trace right back to Hunter Biden's laptop. | |
| They will find information on it about China and Russia and Ukraine, which led them to go and search for documentation relevant to that crime, which led them to Joe Biden's door. | |
| And that's why I have always said, when Nara said, oh, we're missing one set of documents, I said, that is the biggest political cover-up of a crime I've ever seen, and it's going to be a waterfall of documents. | |
| And now they've come out. | |
| And that leads me to the intent portion, Steve. | |
| The fact that Joe Biden has all these lawyers who are around the documents and investigations, let's put that aside. | |
| None of these lawyers are telling him to shut up. | |
| He's out there literally lying and talking about consciousness of guilt. | |
| It's a federal term we use in criminal trials. | |
| I have no idea. | |
| I didn't know this was going on. | |
| It's like me when I was a public defender and defended murderers. | |
| And they were like, they tell the cops, oh, I don't know what happened. | |
| And then the cops put out the receipts. | |
| So you can see they're already formulating a defense, and Kash Patel breaks that down very well there in that clip. | |

| But you can already tell that they're creating this stage to essentially get rid of Joe Biden, to have him replaced. | |
| They're leaking the documents as a part of what's going to be coming out now that the House is in control or being controlled by the Republicans who are going to launch their investigations. | |
| Like he's saying, they're going to uncover documents and evidence that's going to point them directly to the fact that It's all a cover-up, but they've already basically thrown the handcuffs, metaphorically speaking, on Jim Jordan as the DOJ has instructed Jim Jordan that he can't comment or investigate matters that are a part of quote-unquote ongoing investigations, using air quotes there. | |
| Yeah, did I not tell you guys that's exactly why this is all being investigated? | |
| Did I not tell you that that's why the DOJ is scrambling to get all of these classified documents into an ongoing investigation so that they can cover it up for the next two years while they try to flush Joe Biden down the toilet and replace him with the turd Kamala Harris or something even worse? | |
| Yeah, that's what they have in store and that's what they're doing. | |
| So... | |
| It would only stand to reason that they need to keep distracting us further away from what's happening. | |
| And in a similar story that has a lot to do with the 2024 election cycle upcoming, you have major Antifa violent, destructive riots taking place in Atlanta over the weekend as the media has portrayed this treehouse Antifa riot as quote, mostly peaceful protest as they set police cars on fire. | |
| So, people have asked, you know, why is Antifa doing this right now? | |
| Well, it's simple. | |
| If you guys can't, you know, remember, I'll try to refresh your memory as best I can. | |
| Go back to 2019. | |
| Remember what happened, right, when we had George Floyd and we had the BLM and we had Antifa and we had the riots and that was around the time of Kyle Rittenhouse and the, you know, burning of Waukesha and, or I believe it was Waukesha, Wisconsin. | |
| Um, And all of this stuff was happening in 2019 in the lead up to 2020 because they were trying to sow division, chaos, and discord enough so that they could radicalize their operatives and place them strategically inside of places where they could be utilized as sleeper cells to be activated at the exact moment they were needed, | |
| which is exactly what we saw in 2020, except for the fact that we also had the major distraction of the pandemic to help on top of it with mail-in voting. | |
| But the same strategy is being rolled out today. | |
| In 2019, they activated Antifa and BLM in 2018, I think, as well. | |
| But predominantly, it started around 2019, leading up to 2020 is when it got really bad. | |
| And that's what we're seeing right here, right now, happening in 2023, ahead of the 2024 election cycle. | |
| This is what they are doing. | |
| They are activating their violent Red Guard, Mao Brigade, whatever you want to call it, that's the modern equivalent, at least, here in America. | |
| If you guys don't know your history, go look up the Red Guard, go look up the Mao Brigades, go look up how the communists took over China, and there's plenty of documentary evidence on how that all happened, but essentially they radicalized the youth, indoctrinated and propagandized them into a cult mindset where they were basically so radicalized that they went into the countryside and into the cities and Basically destroyed their own country in the name of revolution, | |
| which is what allowed Mao Zedong to take over, which is the same thing they're doing with Antifa and BLM in America today. | |
| It's all the same. | |
| History doesn't repeat itself, but it certainly rhymes, and that is it rhyming right now. | |
| So people wonder what's happening there, and that's exactly where we're at with that. | |
| Broadly speaking, here in LA, we have this crazy story about an individual, this crazy psychopath shooter who went in and shot 10 people and committed a mass shooting in Monterey Park, California. | |
| Now, is this all a false flag psyop? | |
| I don't know. | |
| Distraction event? | |
| Who knows? | |
| But it is just another crazy example of the violence that's being used and politicized from the moment it happens. | |
| Instead of saying, well, we need more guns because guns are what they use to protect us from psychopaths with guns and that our country is more safe with the more weapons we have, They want to steal our guns so that we can be enslaved by the government at large. | |
| It's all part of, you know, go back and read Bill Cooper, Behold a Pale Horse, and there's excerpts in there about them staging shootings to intelligence services being behind the staging of shootings to create the impetus and the public desire, the public support necessary to Take away firearms from law-abiding citizens so that they can be easily enslaved. | |
| That's something to look at even more closely. | |
| And why do they want to do all this? | |
| What's their end goal? | |
| Well, G. Edward Griffin explains perfectly here the Agenda 21 that's been the 21st century agenda agreed upon by the globalists for how they're going to enslave humanity. | |

| Agenda 21 is kind of a code name for a master plan originated at the United Nations to change the political and economic system of the world to one of total collectivism. | |
| And in order to do that, people must not be allowed to have independence. | |
| They must be dependent on the state for everything. | |

| That means they can't have private property, mostly. | |
| They cannot have land of their own. | |
| They have to live in, preferably, high-rise apartments that are provided to them by the state as a benefit, so to speak. | |
| Oh, good, we've got a free apartment! | |
| But these people at the top want all humans to be dependent on the largesse of the state. | |
| That means that they don't want anybody living out in the boonies. | |
| Anybody that's got a couple of acres of land and his own water supply and can grow his own food and that kind of thing, or have some sheep or some chickens, these people are a threat to the collectivist society because they aren't going to go to the politicians and say, please feed me, please clothe me, please give me shelter. | |
| They tend to be independent. | |
| That's the secret behind Agenda 21. | |
| They want people out of the country. | |
| They want corporations out there growing all the food and that kind of thing, but they don't want anybody living out there, because that way they cannot be controlled. | |
| In order to control mankind, we have to get them all into the big cities. | |
| We have to rack them up and stack them up, get them dependent on the state for their food, their shelter, their electrical power, their water, everything. | |
| That's the dirty secret behind Agenda 21. | |

| After the 2008 crisis, the world learned what a bailout is. | |
| Trillions of taxpayer dollars printed out of thin air to pay off the bankers' bad habits. | |
| It was hugely unpopular, but pales in comparison to a bail-in. | |
| So what exactly is a bail-in? | |
| It is officially obfuscated with elaborate equations. | |
| But to put it simply, it is when the bank steals your money directly from your account. | |
| They called it haircuts when they did it in Cyprus back in 2013, which the courts later ruled was legit. | |
| And a recent video on TikTok shows that the new bail-ins may have already begun. | |

| I'm also missing money over $1,300 and they're telling me to call customer service. | |

| Watching these neocon, big conservative and gatekeepers argue over, you know, seven, eight figure contracts. | |
| Or eight figure contracts, $50 million is a joke to me. | |
| But what isn't a joke is how they were the ones telling everyone to go get vaccinated. | |
| If you'll recall, Ben Shapiro was the one who was shilling for the coronavirus while he was saying that Farrakhan's was stoking vaccine hesitancy. | |
| And even the Dilbert creator, Dilbert himself, Scott Adams, has come out and saying, says, quote, the anti-vaxxers clearly won. | |
| Where are the winters? | |
| Because, in his words, his analytics were outmatched by our heuristics because he analytically made the decision to take the vaccine and recommend the vaccine because of the science. | |
| Whereas our heuristics for generally not trusting the globalist establishment. | |
| the corporations that are seeking to enslave us and want to take all of our wealth and want to help prop up this globalist one-world government, not trusting that actually paid off in the long run. | |

| It goes to show you that listening to these conspiracy theorists, right, they call me one, may have paid off in the long run because we were the ones who were actually critical. | |
| This is Laura Logan, though, making a good point about this, saying the critical point here is the bad guys, quote-unquote, lost control of this narrative. | |

| I mean, this is just generally speaking about all of them, but Al Gore is a great case in point here, an example. | |
| How Al Gore made $330 million with climate alarmism. | |
| The former VP made a fortune after losing to George W. when he set up a green investment firm worth $36 billion that pays him $2 million a month as he warns about rain bombs and boiling oceans. | |
| So yes, it is all a scam. | |
| These people are scamsters and tricksters, and they are trying to steal as much as they can as the ship sinks. | |
| Our country being that ship, the United States of America. | |
