Hi, welcome to another episode of Just Informed News.
I'm your host, Craig.
Thanks for joining me.
We have a lot to get into here today.
A lot of different stories that are going to matter to everybody watching.
So let's just jump right into the first one.
Here it is.
Joe Biden calls for lifting the filibuster to legalize abortion after vicious attack on Supreme Court at a NATO press conference in Spain.
Here is the bumbling idiot commander in chief.
Let's hear him hear him in his own words.
America's better positioned to lead the world than we ever have been.
We have the strongest economy in the world.
Our inflation rates are lower than other nations in the world.
The one thing that has been destabilizing is the outrageous behavior of the Supreme Court of the United States.
An overruling, not only Roe v.
Wade, but essentially challenging the right to privacy.
We've been a leader in the world in terms of personal rights and privacy rights.
And it is a mistake, in my view, for the Supreme Court to do what it did.
But I have not seen anyone come up to me do anything other than, nor have you heard them say anything other than, thank you for America's leadership.
Oh, okay.
It's an odd place to be giving that kind of speech to NATO, as if, and he's in Madrid, he's in Spain, he's giving a speech about how, I guess, abortion needs to be codified immediately, they need to abolish the filibuster.
So, what does that mean?
For those of you who aren't, you know, very well-spoken in legalese, that is, a lot of what happens in Congress, simply put, The filibuster is what allows the minority to keep the majority, the simple majority, from ramming through laws and legislation without their consent.
Meaning you'll have to get, in the Congress it works like this, a bill goes to the House, then it moves to the Senate.
The Senate's made up of 100 senators, two from each state, 50 states, 100 senators.
So with a simple majority, you can pass a law, but...
Unless, or you can pass a law, unless there's a filibuster from the minority party, meaning the minority says you can't pass this law and they basically can table it for a long time.
So with that being said, when you get rid of the, and in order to overcome a filibuster, you have to have a supermajority, which is 60 members of the Senate.
Usually that's hard to do because the Senate is usually split pretty close down the middle, 50-50 for Republican to Democrat divide.
Now, what's fascinating about all this is that for them to get rid of the filibuster would be a dangerous, dangerous precedent to set in our government.
It would be inviting in a full-on totalitarian dictatorship with simple majorities that could pass and ram through legislation like abortion rights and other things that would be very dangerous to our system.
That's what they want, though.
That's what Biden's calling for.
You know, you guys let me know what you think down below, but here it is.
Here's another where he talks about getting rid of the filibuster.
Let's see it.
First and foremost thing we should do is make it clear how outrageous this decision was and how much it impacts not just on a woman's right to choose, which is a critical, critical piece, but on privacy generally.
On privacy generally.
And so I'm going to be talking to the governors as to what actions they think I should be taking as well.
But the most important thing to be clear about is we have to change.
I believe we have to codify Roe v.
Wade in the law.
And the way to do that is to make sure the Congress votes to do that.
And if the filibuster gets in the way, it's like voting rights.
It should be.
We provide an exception for this.
They require an exception to the filibuster for this action to deal with the Supreme Court decision.
Oh, yeah.
Yeah, yeah, there you go.
There's Joe Biden talking about dismantling our government and basically undermining the ruling of the Supreme Court, which wasn't even to really do anything other than kick it back to the states to say that states should be able to decide individually whether or not abortion should be legal.
And that seems to be the reasonable thing to do.
The federal government shouldn't be mandating abortions or codifying into law abortions because this is the kind of stuff they do in China.
This is the kind of stuff they did in communist Russia.
How did they get rid of the dissidents?
Well, they made forced abortion a thing.
What do you think the one-child policy rule was in China that basically undermines societally everything that it means to have individual human rights and freedom?
Oh, that's right.
If you had more than one child, you had to go get an abortion, right?
You couldn't do that.
So, it is the slippery slope into a totalitarian communist dictatorship if you start codifying laws that allow the government to say, oh, we can go have abortions for everyone.
Because the next thing is once it's codified as law, then the government can say, well, you can only have one or two children.
You know, that's it.
We're too many people.
Just like they did in Communist China.
So that's where this all leads.

It's not destabilizing when a corrupt, feeble, old, illegitimate pedophile steals an election in the United States.
That's not destabilizing.
It allows Russia to invade Ukraine and basically undermines our energy independence and everything else.
That's not destabilizing.
What is destabilizing, though, is when the court says you can't murder unborn babies.
That's destabilizing, guys, because they can't murder Americans.
Good.
That seems to be what they're fighting for here.
So, either way, other stories are popping up like this.
Supply chain of death pro-abortion leftists call for stockpiling abortion pills so their repeated murder of unborn babies won't be interrupted.
Well, of course.
Why not?
We need more babies to be murdered in this country, apparently, if you listen to the left.
And that's just the psychotic, evil, demonic, twisted worldview the left has.
I think it's really, really sick, and I can't tell you enough how much this stuff disgusts me, but that's what we're up against here, guys.
It is truly a fight of good versus evil.

But here, let's watch Joe Biden tell us why drunk driving shouldn't be a crime.

You only arrest for the purpose of dealing with a felony that's committed, and I don't count drunk driving as a felony.
Look on those people's faces.
They're like, what did he just say?
Did he just say that?
Now think about this though.
I'm going to tell you guys a little story about myself, which I don't share very often on this show.
But when I was young, my father was killed by a drunk driver.
So I don't take this lightly.
And I think if you drink and drive, you should go to jail.
And I think there's a good reason for it.
It's because you're recklessly putting others' lives in danger.
And as a person who had my father taken away at a very young age by a man who recklessly murdered him with his vehicle driving belligerently drunk...
I can only say that Joe Biden is a snake.
He's a coward.
He's a pedophile.
He's a criminal.
He's illegitimate.
He's a corrupt, complete, cowardly, dastardly, evil, nefarious sicko.
And for him to say anything like that, I mean, obviously this may be just, you know, covering for Nancy Pelosi's husband who just got picked up on the drunk driving charge out there in Napa Valley.
But I have no respect for people who drink and drive.
And, you know, it's something that I take very seriously as an issue of just, you know, why in the world would you put yourself out there and do something like that?
You know, call an Uber, get a taxi, do whatever you have to.
Just don't do that.
But he wants to make it legal so you can murder people with your car.
Great.
But they'll take away your gun so you can't defend yourself, but make it not a felony for you to get drunk and go kill somebody and take away somebody's, you know, father or mother or brother or sister or whatever.
You know, it's pretty sick.
Pretty sick if you ask me how these people work.
But never to fear, speaking of criminals, Kintaji Brown Jackson's been sworn into the Supreme Court now.
And apparently what that's going to mean is that Joe Biden's pedo defender judge, who also did, you know, freelance work and pro bono work for ISIS, that they're going to be on the Supreme Court now replacing Justice Alito, I believe, who stepped down yesterday.

So, you know, or not Alito, excuse me, stepping in for...

It is what it is at this point.
I think, you know, you've got to give them what they ask for.
You know, they want criminally corrupt individuals who are, you know, deficient and immoral, who, you know, can't define what a woman is.
I don't know.
Maybe not criminally corrupt, but who knows, right?
She's a judge.
Maybe we'll look at some of her rulings like we did previously and see what she's done in the past.
Oh, yeah, that's right.
She's lenient on people who commit awful, heinous crimes against children, so that's nice.
Yeah, that's definitely where we're at now societally.
And unfortunately, that's just how it has to go.
Biden taking aim at America's largest oil field threatens to stop production, sending gas prices soaring.
So apparently now they're going out to the Permian Basin out there in Texas.
And I only say that because this is something to note that when you take over a country and you destroy it from within, it happens incrementally, but it has to happen in a certain set of ways.
Now, if he is working with the globalists to undermine American sovereignty and destroy us from within, as we've seen time and time again with these Democrats and their leftist ideology and their globalist policies, this would be a good place to do it.
And one of the biggest oil fields in the country in the Permian Basin being shut down would be very disastrous for our economy, as if we're already not struggling enough so they can bring in this green energy agenda, which they force through via executive order, which I think is incredibly criminal and illegal and corrupt, but hey.
There are some good news rulings, though, coming out of the Supreme Court.
Supreme Court's ruling reigns in the EPA, a blow to Biden's extreme climate change agenda.
So the Supreme Court heard West Virginia v.
Environmental Protection Agency and decided...
Cutting back the Environmental Protection Agency's authority to limit controls on climate change, in a 6-3 ruling, the court has decided that the Clean Air Act is no longer an appropriate vehicle for the EPA to curtail greenhouse gas emissions from power plants.
The ruling sides with conservative lawmakers, states, and the fossil fuel industry to reduce the impact and authority of the EPA. The move is a win for the nation's energy production and limits the ability of Biden to stop or end fossil fuel production in the United States oil industry.
So think about it.
I heard people talking about how important this ruling is, and I think it definitely has an amazingly profound impact across the board because this can be used as president, I think, to go after other agencies that have gone far beyond there.
They've reached far beyond what they were meant to do.
And I heard people like Greg Phillips discussing the concept of using this as a precedent to go after disassembling a lot of these deep state I think?
What we can do is hopefully dismantle the deep state piece by piece with rulings like this, using them as president to go after the rest, going all the way up until the FBI and the intelligence agencies.
I think those agencies have gone so far beyond the pale of what they were meant to do at this point that they are rogue and that they are unaccountable and that they are what forms the deep state.
I mean, how can the FBI literally go after a sitting president with fake...
Evidence that they know was created fraudulently, then they ignore that fact and use it to start an investigation so they can spy on the political opponents of their minions within the never-ending deep state bureaucracy uniparty.
So I think it's definitely a precedent that could be set there that could be for bigger things coming in the future.
But you know the MSNBC clowns have to have a meltdown over it.
Let's watch them basically say how extreme this is and how it's going to destroy America.
Yeah, fear monger!
Trauma-based fear inducing the masses to follow their agenda.
Watch.
Okay.
This is a big loss for the Biden administration, but also for the country.
And I will say to you, just everything that I've read so far, and obviously we'll have to study it more, suggests a major, major loss for climate regulation.
I don't think it's right to think about it as a loss for Biden or anything.
I think it's a loss of the federal government's ability to regulate climate change in a 6-3, fully-throated decision by the Chief Justice.
And just to give you a sense of how dangerous and scary the decision is, Let me read to you the last words of Justice Kagan's dissent today in the case.
She says, quote, And let's say the obvious.
The stakes here are high.
You have the court prevents congressionally authorized agency action to curb carbon dioxide emissions.
The court appoints itself instead of Congress or the expert agency, the decision maker on climate policy.
I cannot think of many things more frightening.
Respectfully, I dissent.
I think that tells us just how significant this decision is.
Not just in removing a power from the federal government, but removing a power over climate regulation, what the Supreme Court earlier, 15 years ago, described as one of the most major pressing environmental issues of our time.
This is, you know, in conjunction with the earlier decisions on abortion, It's a loss for the Biden administration.
It is a loss for America.
It is a loss for the world.
Oh no!
It's a loss for the world!
Yes, they have to scare you with their fear tactics telling you, the dissenters, that the judges on the Supreme Court are basically making rulings over the EPA and how they're going to regulate climate change.
Well, guess what?
Climate change is a hoax.
It's not real.
It's all fake.
It's just a scheme that's been put forth.
To control the masses, to implode America, to give power to a global sovereign, to say, oh, the oceans might rise, but Obama goes and buys his $50 million mansion by the ocean.
So, remember, it's just rules for thee and not for me.
That's the mindset they live in.
Tucker Carlson explaining that he provides a high-level list of political arrests by the Biden regime.
This is a great clip.
I want you guys to watch it when you get a chance.
But let's watch a little bit of it.
I'm not going to play the whole clip, but we'll watch a portion.
Nobody cared.
They weren't even pretending that it was true.
The initial story was the point.
The shock value was the point, not the factual basis of it.
That's what passes for rigorous investigation in Congress at the moment.
But no media outlet is going to revisit their decision to turn over their airwaves to the January 6th committee, even after yesterday's debacle.
It is, in fact, a show trial.
It is absurd by definition.
And its absurdity is the point.
The absurdity of it, the hollowness of it, sends the message.
We run the justice system now.
You are powerless.
And that is the same message the Biden administration has sent to America for the last year and a half with the help of Merrick Garland, the most political attorney general in history.
Here's a list of the things they've done because no one else has assembled it.
Here we go.
January 27th, 2021, days after Joe Biden's inauguration, the Justice Department arrests a man called Douglas Mackey, known online as Ricky Vaughn.
You heard very little about this.
Why?
Because Douglas Mackey had extremist political views.
But under the American system, it doesn't matter if you have unattractive or unpopular views.
Your views are protected by the First Amendment.
He was arrested For what?
A crime?
No.
For creating internet memes that made fun of Hillary Clinton.
But according to the Justice Department, those memes, quote, deprived individuals of their constitutional right to vote.
So he went to jail.
Then on February 3rd of the same year, 2021, the FBI raids the homes of Russell Taylor and Alan Hostetler.
What did they do wrong?
Well, they organized a lawful political rally on January 6th.
They even had a permit for the rally.
Taylor also committed the grave offense of being seen with Roger Stone in the days before January 6th.
That's now a crime, too.
Not in a free country, but in ours.
Then on April 28, 2021, the Fed seized the cell phones and computers belonging to the president's former lawyer, Rudy Giuliani.
That didn't used to be allowed.
You can't seize the records of someone's attorney.
Those are confidential lawyer-client communications.
Now, at the time, we were told that Rudy Giuliani had done something illegal in Ukraine.
The walls were closing in!
He was never charged with anything like that because it was all fake.
But they got his privileged communications anyway.
Then on June 24th, 2021, the feds raided the home of a Julianna associate called George Dixon.
The FBI never explained the purpose of that raid, but Dixon was working on a documentary about Joe Biden, Hunter Biden and their business dealings in Ukraine.
And that's no longer allowed.
A direct attack on the free press, not covered by the media.
And then, because this list does go on, on January 19th, 2021, a journalist at Infowars called Owen Schroyer was arrested and charged.
Why?
Well, according to the federal complaint, Schroyer told the crowd on January 6th, quote, Today, we march for the Capitol because on this historic January 6th, 2021, we have to let our congressmen and women know and we have to let Mike Pence know that they stole the election.
End quote.
Now, you may not agree with that or maybe you do.
It doesn't matter.
That's protected speech under our Constitution.
But under Joe Biden, it's a crime.
And then on November 6th, 2021, the FBI raided the homes of several more journalists who work for Project Veritas, including the organization's founder, James O'Keefe.
What did they do wrong?
Drug trafficking, human trafficking?
No.
They reported on a diary written by Joe Biden's daughter, Ashley.
And in that diary, Biden's daughter writes, reveals to the rest of us, that Joe Biden showered with her in a way that she described as inappropriate and that she blames for making her sexually compulsive in later life.
For having access to that information, the FBI raided Project Veritas.
Yeah, and then there's more, but I just wanted to give you a small sampling there.
And the fact of the matter is, you can see for yourself where we're going with this society.
It's being built around this political system that is mirroring what you see in places like Communist China.
Where all of the political dissidents against you are going to be rounded up, thrown in the gulag, and never to be heard from again, politically harassed, and actually physically harassed by these unaccountable, deep state organized crime cartels.
And if you say anything about it, and if you get a high enough profile, then they're going to come after you too.
And that's basically where we're headed, societally.
So it's a pretty dark time, so we'll get through it, because God's grace is greater.

With that being said, the next story here, turncoat Liz Cheney damns Republican support of Trump at Reagan Library, praises liar Cassidy Hutchinson as brave in speech.
So yesterday's video, we touched on this briefly, but a lot of people are saying that Cassie Hutchinson was a plant, like the Q posts were suggesting, that was put in there in place in order to undermine the legitimacy of the January 6th committee as if it had any, you know, legitimacy whatsoever to begin with.
But a lot of people are speculating that that's what it was because if you look at her testimony, it's so ridiculous.
It's all secondhand accounts of things that obviously never happened that are going to be obviously refuted by the Secret Service who were implicated in it.
All of the claims that we talked about yesterday were basically debunked and everything that they tried to put forward was just completely insane.
And it just shows how much of a hoax that whole committee is that they're so willing to grasp at any straw they can find and they're so desperate that they'll take on surprise witnesses at the last second which other people thought And myself included, was a distraction from what's going on in Ukraine and a distraction, moreoverly, I should say, from what happened in our own country with, you know, the former sergeant-at-arms being mysteriously dying, let's just say.
I just heard terrible news over in the chat from SP21SB. Dr.
Zelenko has passed away, and I hope that we take a minute and remember him.
He was a good man.

Unhinged climate activists glued their hands on Van Gogh painting in London to protest global warming because this makes perfect sense.

It was artificially inflated to be worth millions of dollars because a bunch of people use art as a way to launder money and facilitate child sex trafficking and drug trafficking and other types of corruption and bribery schemes.

Now we're going to do our God's grace is greater segment where we talk about God's grace and how it is truly greater.
Today, we're going into the second chapter of 2 Timothy.
We did the first chapter this week.
We're in the second chapter, and this is the first section, verse 1 through 13, talking about being strong in grace, and we're going to talk about it briefly, and let's listen to these words.

It says, You therefore, my son, this is Paul talking to Timothy, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus and what you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses commit to faithful men who will be able to teach others also.

Share in suffering as a good soldier of Christ Jesus.

No one serving as a soldier gets entangled in the concerns of civilian life.
He seeks to please the recruiter.

Keep your attention on Jesus Christ as risen from the dead and descended from David.
This is according to my gospel.
I suffer for it to the point of being bound like a criminal, but God's message is not bound.
This is why I endure all things for the elect, so that they may also obtain salvation which is in Christ Jesus with eternal glory.
This saying is trustworthy.
For if we have have died with him, we will also If we endure, we will also reign with him.
If we deny him, he will also deny us.
If we are faithless, he remains faithful, for he cannot deny himself.
There's a lot to unpack there.
A lot of things to understand about being strong in our grace.
But this is a message being written to Timothy from Paul where he's basically telling him that he's been imprisoned for this belief in the gospel of Christ, sharing Christ into the world to help others.
And what he's telling him is to be strong in the grace that Jesus teaches us to have.
Speaking of God's grace being greater, that's the grace that we hold within ourselves and can tap into at any moment we want to.
It's difficult at times to feel like you're always going to get the short end of the stick as a Christian, but you know that in the long run, we are the ones who will win in all of this, as long as we keep our faith.
He gives some examples, though, Paul does, talking about soldiers that don't get entangled in the concerns of civilian life.
I have some interpretations of these that I thought were worth sharing.
One says that a soldier must leave behind the comforts of home and personal pursuits to be fully devoted to his or her duty.
Anything less puts the mission in jeopardy.
So that's maybe what Paul was trying to convey to Timothy there.
And in the same way he talks about an athlete, he says here in interpreting this, that an athlete submits to the rules in order to win, so does the Christian often has to sacrifice certain liberties to gain victory.
This means discipline and training activities that do not come naturally.
So again, he's talking about the discipline that we need to follow Christ and overcome all adversity.
Finally, the example of the farmer saying, here it says, the farmer diligently works the crops and knows that one day the labor will reap a harvest.
The fruit of a Christian's labor is seen in the lives of others.
So that's kind of breaking down what those three examples are and why they were given to Timothy in that very moment.
To give him different ways to understand persevering in the grace that is given by God through his Son and our Savior, Jesus Christ.
So it's reminding him and us to keep our attention on Jesus Christ as risen from the dead and descended from David.
And also reminding us that he is suffering.
Paul's reminding us that he is suffering and bound as a criminal for this.
But what does he say after that?
He says, I suffer for it to the point of being bound like a criminal.
But God's message is not bound.
So...
That's an incredible message.
Whatever they can do to us, they can't stop God's message from getting out into the world.
And I think that's exactly what you have to remind yourself every day, is that even as they come at us with this fallen world and the devil comes at us with all the tricks and all the schemes and all the traps, no matter what happens, God's message won't be held down.
We may stumble.
We may fall.
We may have to go to God every day in prayer and say, Lord, help us lift us back up.
Help us remain in the grace that you want us to live in.
And it's not easy, and we're going to stumble, and there are going to be points at which it seems like it's almost insurmountable, but it's not.
Because God cannot be stumbled.
God cannot be bound.
But then it says, this is why we endure it all, so that others may obtain salvation in Jesus Christ with eternal glory.
And the final saying, for if we have died with him, we will also live with him.
You guys know what that means.
Our sin died with Jesus Christ on the cross.
We were dead in sin, and then Jesus saved us so we can have eternal life, so we know our eternal life goes on.
But it says if we endure, we will also reign with Him.
Meaning if we overcome these obstacles and continue through all of this, we will become better and stronger and God will be with us.
It says if we deny Him, He will also deny us.
So those are to all the scoffers and the mockers.
That's what they're going to get.
They're going to get what they deserve.
But it says if we are faithless, he remains faithful for he cannot deny himself.
So even those people, the scoffers and the mockers, the Stephen Colberters and the rest, they can still change their ways because God's never going to give up on them.
God's never going to stop being faithful to them.
But when they are faithful, faithless toward him, what's he going to do?
As I say, I give the example all the time.
If you're continually walking away from God, he'll never be able to catch you.
So that's what we should remind ourselves every single day.
And it says here, for he cannot deny himself, which is quite simply meaning that God is all-powerful, omnipotent, and his love never ends.
It's up to us what we do with it.
And that's what's going to make the difference for us in our lives.
So let's end it with a little bit of prayer.
Dear Lord and Heavenly Father, thank you so much for this day, I pray, and thanks that you've given us such an incredible message to share out into the world, the message of the gospel of Jesus Christ, which is meant to save people and help bring them to salvation as you've done for us, Lord.
Help us stay strong in our grace that is found in you so that we may help others and show them the way.
We give great thanks for all you've blessed us with, Lord.
Give us the strength and courage and wisdom to continue on our path towards you, for you, for others, to bring them to you.
And we thank you most of all for our eternal salvation in Jesus Christ.
