Hi, welcome to another episode of Just Informed News.
I'm your host, Craig.
Thanks for joining me.
We're going to get through a lot of different big stories coming out, especially from the Supreme Court.
Major decisions being brought down now.
We're going to get into those, plus a bunch of other stories that are going to matter directly to you.
And I thank you all for joining me here today.
Now, the first story we're going to get into, Supreme Court issues ruling, gutting Miranda rights and threatening the Fifth Amendment.
Apparently what this case is saying is that there cannot be an expectation that you have to be read your Miranda rights in order for things that you say not to be used against you in a court of law.
This is actually a threat to the Fifth Amendment in that it kind of negates the whole self-incrimination idea, but the whole case is about – Basically, a hospital worker out in Los Angeles was being questioned without being read his Miranda rights, and then he sued trying to say that because he hadn't been read his Miranda rights, that the things he had said during his questioning couldn't be used in a court.
So, long story short, the Supreme Court ruled that that doesn't seem to matter and that they can still use what you say against you in a court of law, even if you haven't been read your Miranda rights, and they said that that wasn't a violation of the Fifth Amendment, which is the right to not incriminate yourself.
So, First off, this is a big ruling just because for most people it's obvious.
We all know and understand our Miranda rights, but they were created a long time ago because of the fact that people needed to be informed on this.
And I think it's definitely something interesting to be looked into more closely.
But that's not the big one that we've seen so far today.
This, however, is the big one that we're going to look at today.
Supreme Court strikes down New York gun law denying concealed carry licenses and saying it violated the Second Amendment.
Well, apparently, according to the Supreme Court's decision...
In short, what they said was, Obviously the people who dissented in the 6-3 ruling were the activists on the court, Breyer, Sotomayor, and Kagan.
But, you know, this is a big deal because this could actually be a way that they can use the Second Amendment president set in this Supreme Court case to undermine these red flag laws that Congress is trying to pass right now, which basically are unconstitutional and allow the police to take your guns before you've even committed a crime.
And in some like Orwellian pre-crime narrative where they can say, Well, you know, we thought you might commit a crime, so we came and took all your guns away.
See, this is where we're going down the slippery slope, but thankfully this court case was heard and it was ruled on in a way that seems to uphold the Constitution.
That's not to say that the fight is over.
Here's a statement coming out of the Justice Department.
Basically, the DOJ has released a statement that they respectfully disagree with the Supreme Court's ruling on New York gun law, saying, quote, the Department of Justice remains committed to saving innocent lives by enforcing and defending federal firearms law.
So what does that mean?
It means that they are pushing for a total and open insurrection against the court going as far as to see the New York city mayor, this Adams mayor, Eric Adams coming out today and saying nothing changes today is the lawless New York city's mayor.
Eric Adams is promising to ignore Supreme court ruling on concealed gun laws.
Can you imagine?
And this is not him only Kathy, Catherine Hochul, the state governor, and also the crazy psychopath Keith Olbermann have all come out and made these wild claims that people should just start ignoring the Supreme Court and its rulings.
So if you want to start a civil war, that would be a good way to do it.
Effectively, what they're saying is that they will not abide by the ruling given by the Supreme Court of the United States, which is, as far as I used to know, the law of the land.
But apparently in a lawless land like we live in, where you can steal elections and basically rule with complete and total, you know, injustice that, you know, they don't have to follow the laws like we do.
So this means basically there's going to be a big fight, I think.
And I don't know what that's going to be and what it's going to look like, but I think it's starting to bubble over.
And I think this is what they want.
Especially this is what our enemies abroad want.
They want us fighting each other here.
But it's the same thing that the people in Congress, the Uniparty, the corrupt, illegal, illegitimate administration in the White House, This is what they want.
They don't want us going after them.
They don't want us coming together and standing up to their criminal tyranny.
They want us to go and fight each other.
And they're going to try to push this.
Keith Olbermann, that psychopath who's a commentator for Who Knows or Vanity Fair or something, he's called for the dissolution of the Supreme Court and ignoring them all out.
So, you know, look, I think that we're going to see some really, really...
Tough times ahead for our nation, and I think it stands to reason that we need to be prepared for anything and everything that's going to be coming down the pipeline.
But this is a part of the problem here.
The RINOs in the Uniparty, this is a great piece from Revolver talking about Senator John Cornyn and how he's betrayed the Republican Party, but moreoverly he's betrayed the American people who he claims to represent.
He has come out and now supported these red flag gun laws, and he says all these things that he's, and this is a great article that goes through all the things he's done previous to that, before this, that show how he's a rhino, uniparty, basically deep state operative at this point, and is a supporter of the Ukrainian war, and is sending billions of dollars to Ukraine that could have been used and leaving the border wide open in America.
What we need to do is we need to flood these people's office with calls and emails and everything else to show them that they aren't representing us and make them know that not only are we fully going to hold them accountable for their treachery and their betrayal, but we're also going to make sure they're removed from office and that they never sit in an elected seat ever again.
Because that's what these people like John Cornyn and Mitch McConnell and the rest need.
I mean, Tucker Carlson did a great piece the other night that discussed how these people are no different than Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi.
They're almost exactly the same.
They've benefited from the outsourcing of our manufacturing to China.
They've benefited from destroying our country from within.
They've benefited from all of the policies that have been so destructive to our American republic.
And who are they really protecting?
They're not protecting you and me.
They're protecting themselves and people like them.
They're friends, they're allies, they're corporate sponsors, whatever.
It's not we, the American people, because they live in a different world than we do.
They live in this cushy little porcelain tea glass sipping world that none of us seem to have any access to.
They have salaries that never end, insurance that never ends.
They get everything they could ever imagine and then some.
And they've been in Congress forever.
They live just in a disparate reality from what we experience on an everyday basis as the American people.
So they are absolutely the enemy of the people at this point, just as much as the leftists.
We have the uniparty is the enemy of the people.
Whether they have an R next to their name or a D next to their name, they hate us, and they're trying to destroy what's left of this nation.
Next door here, The View announcing the Supreme Court gun ruling as if a terrorist attack occurred.
Let's watch.
Right before we went on air, the Supreme Court handed down their decision that will allow New Yorkers to carry concealed firearms, striking down a centuries-old state law that made people have to prove that they had due cause to conceal and carry.
Now, people are still processing all of this.
The implications, we don't know really what it actually means.
But, you know, given everything New York City is going through, it seems...
I don't even have the words.
It seems...

No, it's worse than that.

It's such a middle finger to New York.
It's a middle finger to New York because, you know...
We have been trying to figure out how to get a handle on all that has been going on in this city in particular with gun laws.
And it makes you wonder, what does this mean?
Are we saying to people, yes, you can come to the city and conceal your weapon, and now the police have to figure out who's carrying and who's not and who's legal to carry?
I mean, it's insane.
It's insanity, right?
It's hilarious to see this cackling coven of witches who get on daily television show and basically brainwash the American housewife who's miserable and mostly not housewives.
These are single, old, pathetic people that don't have a grasp on reality.
They think daytime television is their window into the real world around them because they don't leave and see the world around them or take time to go out and look at things other than the limited scope from which they view things.
That being said, I really do believe that the way they frame things is dangerous to our society, but that's beyond the point.
They're too dumb to understand that you have the right to self-defense and there is no law that can be made that can abridge that.
And at this point, they're trying to do that in Congress as we speak.
But not only that, if you're in New York State, I mean, let's ask a serious question.
How many murders, crimes, whatever, have been committed by people with concealed carry permits?
You think the criminals are going and saying, oh yeah, I need to get that concealed carry permit so that I can go commit this crime.
No.
They go buy the guns illegally.
They get them off the street.
They get them from outside sources.
And their argument is always this.
Well, then we need to ban all guns.
You think if you ban all guns, guns aren't going to come in the country?
Go to any of the other countries around the world where they ban guns.
You think they don't have guns anymore?
You think they just magically disappeared and that especially criminals can't get them?
It's ridiculous.
The more people have guns in this country, the safer we all are, and that's just the truth, no matter how you cut it, in my humble opinion.
Here's another one, though.
MSNBC warning of more shootings and dead children after SCOTUS ruling, more fear-mongering.
NBC on Blockbuster gun ruling saying, will court get more people killed?
Do you see how they rule us?
Do you see how they deceive us?
It's all based on fear.
Trauma-based fear tactics are how they manipulate people into following the narrative that they push on them.
It's all trauma-based.
It is they traumatize you with the idea and threat that your life is in danger, that you're going to be next, that you can't do this and you can't do that.
And then they use that fear-based state that you put yourself in in order to control you and manipulate your emotions so that you'll go along with these psychotic ideas that want to destroy this country wholesale from the inside out.
Yes, Biden is hiding his plan to rig the 2022 midterm elections.
This is a great piece from over at the Federalist Molly Hemingway, which is talking about how the White House is refusing to share details about its coordinated efforts to engage in a federal takeover of election administration.
And although there have been 600 federal agencies have been ordered to expand citizen opportunities to register to vote and to obtain information about and participate in the electoral process, according to a March 7th, 2021 proposal from President Biden or order.
It seems as though they're not giving us any details on what any of this means because there have been dozens if not more attempts for FOIA requests to get the information and details behind what they mean by all this.
And there's a lot in this article, but if you scroll down here to the bottom, it kind of talks about what they're going to do, what the plan is being distilled down into.
But how they're going to be using Medicare and Medicaid to focus on registration and turnout for voters.
How they're going to be using the Department of Labor to do it.
How they're going to be using housing and urban development to do it.
And how they're going to use other interdepartmental agencies like Department of Education and other places.
The U.S. Department of Agriculture and Commerce Department to generate these initiatives to register voters.
Now what is that going to turn into?
Understand that what that's going to end up being is the state...
Helping facilitate the voter fraud that's going to be coming in the next election and the election after that and the election after that.
Because we saw what they did with 2,000 Mules, the whole point of this, the more people they can get to register to vote, that's all they care about.
So then they can print more ballots, so they can send them out via mail, so then they can be harvested and then they can stuff the ballot boxes when they illegally fill them out and basically offset actual votes by putting in fraudulent ones.
These people are criminals.

Day before January 6th committee hearing, FBI agents staged a pre-dawn raid of home of Trump DOJ official Jeffrey Clark and forcing him into the street in his pajamas.

Federal agents raided the home of ex-Trump DOJ official Jeffrey Clark Wednesday morning.
Clark worked for Trump on a plan to replace acting attorney general and pressure Georgia legislators to overturn Biden's victory.
You mean Biden's fraudulent election where he was illegitimately placed into power and that our Congress fraudulently signed off on the election of a criminal who stole the election with the DNC and his minions within it.
It's really dangerous times.
The story goes on and talks about more, but one of the things that stood out to me here is they were talking about who is Jeffrey Clark, right?
And here's what they say.
Ryan Riley says, Well, I guess if you do all three or all five of those things in a row, and you're not of the right political persuasion, obviously, then you're going to have a pre-dawn raid from the FBI. Why?
Oh, because of January 6th, right?
The false flag that was initiated by the FBI, the intelligence agencies surely working with them, as we know they've worked all throughout the whole process with them, probably people in the DOJ, Antifa, and probably Black Lives Matter activists.
So if you're really wondering what's happening in our country, we are in a cold civil war that's getting hotter every day.
And these criminals inside of our government think that they can run this whole scam coup with impunity against the American people, and they're trying to overthrow what's left of our republic from within.
So I think that's worth noting.

America about to enter the next stage of inflation, which will be so much worse.
So an expert economist warned that the United States inflation crisis is about to enter the new stage and the economy will become even more precarious.
Inflation is already at a 40-year record high.
According to the Department of Labor's Consumer Price Index for May, Secretary of Treasury Janet Yellen is already warning that the high inflation is likely to stick with consumers for the rest of the year.
This will be combined with a slowdown in American economic activity.
Ross McKittrick, a professor of economics at the University of Golovkin, Ontario, Canada, noted that inflation usually comes in several stages.
The next one will make life much worse for the everyday Americans.
The first stage happens when more and more newly printed money enters the economy.
And then it goes on to say the second stage is when the economic boom slows down and prices start going up to the increased demand generated by the first stage.
People begin to hope that inflationary period is only short term.
Right.
And then.
It says the third stage occurs when labor markets start adjusting to the new reality workers effectively take a massive pay cut due to inflation.
This will cause a lot of discomfort among workers.
So you can imagine how this is going to keep snowballing into a more and more serious economic disaster.
By design, by design, they want to destroy this country.
They are illegitimate.
The people running our government are frauds.
They were not actually elected.
They stole the election using a criminal conspiracy to literally sabotage our electoral system.
And now, well, what do you think they're going to do?
They're going to destroy this country from within.
Why?
Because Larry Fink will put it best.

I would say 10 years ago, the rise, whether you call it nationalism or the rise of this belief that we have to focus on communities that have been devastated by globalization.
We need to find ways of creating better jobs for more Americans.
That in itself is inflationary when you move away from the cheapest price ever to another area.
And so that's a fundamental change.
We change our immigration policies, and I'm talking about legal immigration, okay?
Our legal immigration, that was changed about five years ago, where we have reduced the amount of legal immigration.
If you look at the rate of increase of immigrants, legal immigrants in the United States from 2000 to 2017, and the rate that we are growing immigration in the last five years, we're down 2 million.
Two million new entrants to the United States legally.
That is very inflationary when we have full employment, when we have these jobs.
Think about all the needs for workers.
What does that mean when we start implementing our infrastructure bill, when it's going to take up quite a few new jobs?
Where are those employees going to be coming from?
It's going to create rising wages.
And if you look at earnings, many companies are saying rising wages are a part of the degradation of their margins.
Yeah.
So rising wages are going to hurt corporate profit, which therefore means we should bring in more illegal immigrants.
Oh, he says the legal ones.
Oh, yeah, right.
We know what they want.
They want to flood the market with cheap labor because that's what they care about, and that undercuts the American worker, while at the same time simultaneously siphoning all of our manufacturing into foreign countries where they can get even cheaper labor.
So it's like, okay, good job, Larry.
Thanks for sabotaging the American people even further.
That's my word of the day today, sabotage, because that seems to be where we're at as a country.
Here we are, Biden scolding Republicans, saying, are you saying that we'd rather have lower gas prices in America than Putin's iron fist in Europe?
What?
Is this the United States of Europe or is this the United States of America?
Joe, you bumbling fool, you demented, corrupt, pedophile criminal.
I hate to see these people who keep saying these things that are so dumb and that are just like, yeah, I want cheaper gas.
I don't want to go fight Putin in World War III and start a nuclear war.
Sorry, I don't really care about Ukraine, your little corrupt playground where you're basically funneling all your money laundering schemes to so that you can enrich yourself while making biolabs where you can create bioweapons to release into the world to implode sovereign nations to create a global government.

And, uh, You know, basically having them defile their bodies, defile themselves, go against God's scripture so that they can appease the demonic evil of this world because that's the world we live in.
It's a fallen world, unfortunately.
And it all leads to this.
Democrats call for satanic schools following Supreme Court decision on education funding.
Well, of course, why not, right?
So now the Supreme Court's made this decision, so we're going to have satanic schools.
Could you imagine?
A child being, an innocent child being brought up in a satanic school teaching them about how the devil and evil is good.
You want to know how we lose our society.
It's stuff like this.
But guess what?
God's righteous judgment is always going to be around.
And that's what we're going to do in our God's Grace is Greater segment today.
We're in the book of Romans chapter 2, verse 12 through 16.
We're finishing up the section we started yesterday.
And I'm going to go ahead and play this clip, or I'm going to read this scripture, I should say.
And we're going to talk about it.
So let's watch.
It says,
Wow. Wow.
Wow.
So what is that saying?
It's saying that, I mean, you've got to remember in the context of this, Paul's writing about, you know, there were the laws that were written for the Jews at the time, and there were basically not really a set of strict religious laws that were being followed by the Gentiles.
But what he's saying is that when you do the right thing, whether you do it because Allah told you to do it, or you do it because you just know it's the right thing, There's the Holy Spirit is inside of us.
We know what's right and what's wrong.
When we see these things, there's a gut feeling that you get.
It's deep inside.
It's in your heart.
It's the Holy Spirit telling you whether something's right or wrong.
We know what that is.
We're going to be judged on the decisions that we make in those moments where we either go against the gut feeling that tells us this is wrong or we go with it saying, okay, this is wrong.
I'm not going to do that.
And what it's saying is that The law of God goes beyond anything that's been written down.
It is a part of us.
It's written on our hearts.
And we can either choose to embrace it or we can choose to ignore it.
And what I believe we all have to remind ourselves on a regular basis of is that the Scripture is going to help us figure out how to have discernment as to what is right and what is wrong.
And that gives us the ability to have this discernment.
But ultimately...
There's going to be situations that aren't covered in here necessarily directly.
Everything's covered in the Bible pretty much, but there's going to be situations where we're like, is this a gray area?
There's going to be a voice inside of you that is the Holy Spirit, and you're going to feel it, and it's going to come through, and it's going to tell you whether, and you know whether you're doing something that's good or bad.
And we have to remember that in our lives, no matter if we're following a direct law or we're just doing the right thing because we know it's the right thing to do, that that's how we lead by example and show others what it means to be Christian, to have a good heart and to help others and to want to genuinely give your life so that you can help God to bring God's Word into this world, to bring His message, to bring the Gospel, to share it with others.
So that's what I think that that verse is telling us.
And I really appreciate you guys, you know, Listening and understanding this, and I hope that that speaks to your heart so that you can share that with your family and friends and loved ones to tell them about how they need to understand How they need to listen to the Holy Spirit when the Holy Spirit tries to act through us.
So that's where I'm going to leave it.
We'll end it with a prayer, and then I'm going to go to a short break.

Dear Lord and Heavenly Father, thank you so much for this day.
Lord, help us remember that we can look to the word, the scripture, to find discernment for how to live our lives.
But we also know that within our heart, written on our heart, is the good scripture that you've given us to hold truly inside of us.
The Holy Spirit will act on it inside of us.
Help us listen to that good voice that tells us what's right and what's wrong and show us how to walk down paths to honor you with our lives.
Lord, we pray that all those out there listening find a way to understand that however it needs to be understood by them, vis-a-vis your word and the Holy Spirit and Jesus working through us.
Lord, and we just give great thanks that we're able to do that.
And Lord, I pray that for all those out there listening, that we take this message and share it with our family and friends and loved ones and make it a point to do the right thing always, not just when people are watching, but do the right thing when no one's watching, when no one's around, and know that you're watching, Lord, and that you're going to judge us based off of the actions that and know that you're watching, Lord, and that you're going to judge us based off Help us to make the right actions, Lord.
And Lord, I pray that for all those out there listening, that we take this message and share it with our family and friends and loved ones and make it a point to do the right thing always, not just when people are watching, but do the right thing when no one's watching, when no one's around and know that you're watching, Lord, and that you're going to judge us based off of the actions that when no one's around and know that you're watching, Lord, and that you're going to and we just give great thanks that we're able to do that.
Help us to go to you to ask forgiveness for our sins every day, even no matter how small it may be, Lord, help us come to you every day and ask for forgiveness so that we can find renewal in you.
And Lord, I pray that you'll show everyone out there listening, including myself, that we can do all things that are possible with you in our heart, and we know that the law that comes from you is written on our heart already, so help us hear that more clearly and see that more visibly in our lives.
We thank you for this day and every day, and most of all, our eternal salvation.
In Jesus' name we pray.
