Hi and welcome to another episode of Just Informed News.
I'm your host, Craig.
Thanks for joining me.
We have a lot to cover here today.
You guys have probably heard about this, but apparently it turns out the Supreme Court is deciding, all of a sudden, out of the blue, to overturn Roe v.
Wade.
But not only that, before they could even get the decision out publicly, it was leaked to the press.
Now a lot of people are making a lot of wild speculation about why this happened and we're going to dive into all that because it actually matters and it's probably true.
So we're going to dive into that.
We're going to get into those stories.
Plus we're going to get into all the other stories that are being basically drowned out by this leak of the intention of the Supreme Court to overturn Roe v.
Wade.
We're going to talk about Russia and Ukraine.
We're going to talk about the Durham-Clinton probe where he's trying to get her on charges against Trump and the American people at large for trying to steal the 2016 election.
Plus, we're going to talk about a bunch of other news stories that...
Just magically are not going to be covered anymore, including the 2,000 mules documentary coming out from Dinesh D'Souza, and how this is all interrelated.
You guys know, just as well as I do, that they didn't leak this for no reason.
They know they have a midterm election coming up.
How better to gin up the Democratic base than to tell them that they're not going to be able to murder unborn children?
Of course, that's going to get them going, but there's a lot more to it.
So let's just jump right into the first story.
This is where it all started here.
This story was put out by Politico, and it came from an opinion that was leaked to the press via somebody on the Supreme Court, whether it was one of the justices themselves or one of their staff.
Somebody in the Supreme Court decided to leak this Alito's draft opinion where they plan on overturning Roe v.
Waite.
So, I'll read a few of the key points here that were put in this article, and then we'll talk about what this means.
Justice Samuel Alito's draft opinion, which would overturn Roe v.
Wade wages a frontal assault on the reasoning of the landmark 1973 opinion that found a federal constitutional right to abortion.
Alito's draft is labeled as a proposed majority opinion, though the wording of the court's ultimate ruling and the lineup of justices who support it could change before the final release.
Expected by late June or early July.
Here are 10 important passages from the draft opinion.
It says, we hold that Roe and Casey must be overruled.
The Constitution makes no reference to abortion and no such right is implicitly protected by any constitutional provision.
Well, no kidding.
Roe was egregiously wrong from the start.
Its reasoning was exceptionally weak and the decision has had damaging consequences.
And far from bringing about a national sentiment of the abortion issue, Roe and Casey have inflamed debate and deepened division.
It is time to heed the Constitution and return to the issue or return the issue of abortion to the people's elected representatives.
Hmm.
In the years prior to Roe v.
Wade, about a third of the states had liberalized their laws, but Roe abruptly ended that political process.
It imposed the same highly restricted regime on the entire nation and it effectively struck down the abortion laws of every single state.
It represented the exercise of raw judicial power and it sparked a national controversy that has embittered our political culture for half a century.
The inescapable conclusion is that a right to abortion is not deeply rooted in the nation's history and traditions.
No kidding.
On the contrary, an unbroken tradition of prohibiting abortion on pain of criminal punishment persisted from the earliest days of the common law until 1973.
In some states, voters may believe that the abortion right should be more even or even more extensive than the right Casey and Roe recognize.
Voters in other states may wish to impose tight restrictions based on their belief that abortion destroys an unborn human being.
Our nation's historical understanding of ordered liberty does not prevent the people's elected representatives from deciding how abortion should be regulated.
We have long recognized, however, that stare decisis is not an exo...
I'm sorry.
Exolerable command.
And it is...
At its weakest when we interpret the Constitution, it has been said that it is sometimes more important that an issue be settled than that it be settled right.
But when it comes to the interpretation of the Constitution, the great charter of our liberties, which was meant to endure through a long lapse of ages, we place a high value in having the matter settled right.
On many occasions, this court has overruled important constitutional decisions.
Without these decisions, American constitutional law as we know it would be unrecognizable and this would be a different country.
Casey described itself as calling both sides of the national controversy to resolve their debate, but in doing so, Casey necessarily declared a winning side.
The court short-circuited the democratic process by closing it to the large number of Americans who dissented in any respect from Roe, Together, Roe and Casey represent an error that cannot be allowed to stand.
Roe certainly did not succeed in ending division on the issue of abortion.
On the contrary, Roe inflamed a national issue that has remained bitterly divisive for the past half century.
This court's inability to end debate on the issue should not have been surprising.
This court cannot bring about the permanent resolution of a rancorous national controversy simply by dictating a settlement and telling the people to move on.
Whatever the influence the court may have on public attitudes must stem from the strength of our opinions, not an attempt to exercise raw judicial power.
We do not pretend to know how our political system or society will respond to today's decision over ruling Roland Casey, and even if we could foresee what will happen, we would have no authority to let the knowledge influence our decision.
We can only do our job, which is to interpret the law, applying longstanding principles of star decisis, and decide this case accordingly.
We therefore hold that the Constitution does not confer a right to abortion, Roland Casey must be overruled, and the authority to regulate abortion must be returned to the people and their elected representatives.
Wow.
So, there you go.
For everybody who's talking about this, you just got the breakdown of it.
You have all the information you need from the actual opinion that's been leaked.
This hasn't been put into effect yet, but it is what they seem to be intending to do.
Now, a lot of people are speculating about what happened here, and all I can say is two things.
First of all, thank God.
Thank God that they decided to make this ruling because it is a great step in the right direction to ending abortion across this nation and throughout the world, in my opinion.
It's a horrible, barbaric practice that is, you know, basically the murdering of innocent, unborn children.
And any time that we do it, as a society, we are going against God, and I think that that is evil.
Therefore, to stop this is a good thing.
Try to understand what that decision basically says.
That opinion says that it's not the Supreme Court's right to legislate from the bench.
It's not their right to reinterpret the Constitution to fit some narrative that then they can make a decision that affects the entire country at large, even those who dissent against it.
So what they're ultimately saying is that it's up to each state individually to decide whether or not to ban or allow abortion.
Now, me living in the demonically possessed communist state of California, they've already codified this into law, and it's basically a right here in California to have an abortion because we have a bunch of psychotic, demonically driven evil people who make laws in this state and who want to kill children and have this argument that it's somehow helping...
Children have better lives that we murder them.
I don't know how that works, but that's kind of the way their brains work.
But You have to remember that this is all coordinated.
So there's a lot of people out there that are saying there's no coincidence in the timing of all this.
A lot of major things are happening.
Think about it, and we'll talk about these in a second.
But what is this taking away from?
Well, first of all, it's taking away from the fact that Joe Biden's poll numbers were through the floor.
They were absolutely awful, and they saw the writing on the wall for the midterm election, so they had to gin up the base.
Secondly, the 2000 Mules documentary coming out from Dinesh D'Souza, which is going to prove how the Democrats stole the 2020 election illegally.
Then thirdly, there is another set of people out there who's claimed that this has everything to do with the vaccine and information and data that was released by FISA just recently.
Whatever it is, it's probably a combination of all those things.
The latest allegation, allegedly what I heard breaking on the Internet, was that this came from Justice Sotomayor's office and one of her staff members.
But again, that's just speculation.
We don't have enough evidence to suggest that.
But here's another case where the FBI...
Could probably do an investigation and probably should, but because them with the Democrats were probably the ones who orchestrated this release for their own political purposes, I'm sure we'll never find out who the whistleblower is.
But...
Let's look at a few more stories.
Biden defends abortion rights after a leak of Supreme Court draft striking down Roe v.
Wade.
He says, Yeah, Joe Biden's gone off and he said that it's a right, it's protected, it's this, that, and the other.
Well, the fact of the matter is that Joe Biden...
Back in 1982, voted for a constitutional amendment to overturn Roe v.
Wade and make it a state issue.
Hmm.
Well, that's funny.
So, what is it?
Is it that Joe Biden is a doddering old fool who just says whatever he has to to remain in power because he's a completely corrupt criminal?
Or...
Is this like the magical puppet Joe Biden?
Is this Jim Carrey in a Joe Biden mask?
Is this some sort of body double?
Is this Joe Biden's genetically altered twin that was grown in a clone that was grown in a science lab?
I don't know.
And I say a lot of that facetiously because a lot of you guys, some of you believe it.
I don't know.
I think that anything is possible at this point.
I mean, the technology that we probably don't know about that exists, especially when it comes to cloning and all the other stuff, is probably so insanely advanced that it's like...
I'm talking about DARPA, the top secret stuff.
Not like the stuff you see in the universities.
I'm talking about the stuff where they pull these people out of the universities and put them in secret underground, deep underground military bases and basically they can do whatever they want and they don't follow the rules of international law or even our domestic law.
That would be what I'm referring to.
Anything's possible.
Or maybe Mandela effect.
Maybe like in some alternate universe, this is how things happen and Joe Biden's like, you know, changing and metamorphosing in front of our eyes.
But whatever it is, it's just something to be noted that he is obviously for it, then against it, then, you know, he'll say whatever he has to get elected.
You know, the Democratic Party has done this amazing thing where they went from the party of the KKK in slavery to now they're the party of, you know, let's kill unborn children by the millions.
It's kind of the same thing, just with a different veneer.
But as you see, the usual actors are out there.
Here we go.
Angry Elizabeth Warren's voice cracking repeatedly as she yells about SCOTUS overturning Roe v.
Wade.

Because I am angry.
Of course.
I am angry.
Because an extremist United States Supreme Court thinks that they can impose their extremist views on all of the women of this country and they are wrong!
I'm angry because we have reached the culmination of what Republicans have been fighting for, angling for, for decades now, and we are going to fight that!
I can't take much more of that, lady.
You know, look, this is exactly what they needed ahead of the midterms.
This is going to gin up the voting base.
This is going to get those old cat ladies out of their house with their vagina hats on.
Excuse my language, but it is a body part that they wear, and somehow that signifies the right to kill babies and women's rights.
Regardless, these are the same people that, like a month ago, couldn't even tell us what a woman is.
Now they're telling us that we're hurting women all across the country.
Elizabeth, what about the men who can have babies, Elizabeth?
What about them?
You know?
Like all the men who have babies now, because that's what we do.
What are they going to do?
And why are they being left out of this, Elizabeth?
Misogynist much?
Gosh, these people can't even keep their story straight.
Pretty amazing that they're still walking and breathing at the same time.
Bernie Sanders calling for Senate to end the filibuster and pass legislation that codifies Roe v.
Wade.
So what they're saying now is that if they can't get 60 votes in the Senate to make Roe v.
Wade the law of the land, that they need to end the filibuster and get rid of it altogether.
Is this what they've wanted the entire time?
I don't know.
I mean, we know they want to turn into a communist dictatorship, and how do communists take over?
By ending the rule of law.
By getting rid of a bicameral two-party system.
By getting rid of a balance, a check-and-balance system that keeps this government from going way off the rails.
But beyond, for me to say that the government hasn't already gone off the rails, they already have in so many ways, but If they try to do this, this will be open war on pretty much everyone in this country who isn't a psychotic demon who wants to kill unborn children.
That's the way I would look at it.
As we have here, Democrats, speaking of psychotic demons, Democrats scream and wail like demons after news breaks that the SCOTUS is tossing Roe v.
Wade.
Here's just a little bit of it.
They're like toddlers.
They're literally like toddlers.
Here's some more.
This guy wants abortions.
Yeah.
So look what they've done to us.
Overnight, they've taken us out of thinking about the Ministry of Truth, the corrupt, stolen 2020 election, and The Pfizer vaccines and all the damage that those COVID vaccines have done to everyone.
And now we're all screaming at each other at the top of our lungs.
I can't have an abortion.
I can't murder a child.
I've never understood this whole thing either.
It's like, what is their argument?
They want to be able to have promiscuous sex freely and then make life, but then have the ability to destroy it at the same time?
I think it's because they're on a demonically driven power trip.
That's the only thing you can assume at this point.
And this is in front of the Supreme Court.
So you know what they've done is, because this ruling wasn't supposed to be made public until June or July...
This is meant to intimidate the justices out of backing this opinion and ruling.
Because, ultimately, at the end of the day, that's what our country is now.
Just a big extortion, intimidation racket run by the leftist Gestapo and other jackboot thugs known as Antifa and BLM and this Women's March, whatever it is, this psychotically driven evil that they put out there where they put their pink little hats on and tell us about how women...
Have to have the right to kill babies, which, again, never makes sense to me.
But here they are.
This is the real Democrats.
Burn it all down.
Democrats left this call for violence following leaky scholars abortion.

So, Gavin Newsom, the communist dictator out here in California where I'm at, our daughters, sisters, mothers, and grandmothers will not be silenced.
The world is about to hear their fury.
California will not sit back.

Trump was the one who said we should fight like hell to overturn the fraudulent election, and they called him an insurrectionist.

Supreme Court vote to overrule Roe.
Reminder, the Democratic House, Senate, and Presidency could stop this all one law today.

Either way, he on Twitter said this, Roe was leaked to take heat off of the Pfizer data dump.
The vaccine information is bad, very bad.
Pfizer, CDC, and our government all lied.
Yeah, apparently there was a leak, or there was a putting out of Pfizer data.
They dumped a bunch more data.
Which, of course, we have to sift through and it takes time to get the real numbers and pull out the truth of it all.
But the fact of the matter is they know what their vaccines are doing to people because it's national news across the country.
I mean, they're telling people at this point not to fly if you've been vaccinated because you have a higher chance of getting a blood clot.
Hmm.
Hmm.
We better get the abortion going.
It's like, dude.
See, because the worst part of this is, even if this ruling wasn't supposed to come out until June or July, so it's still not going to come out until then, and who knows how this is going to affect it.
But, so it might not even come out the way it's been leaked already, right?
So they may not overturn Roe v.
Wade.
It's actually possible.
So what they've essentially done is used this abortion issue to gin up the entire voting base, to get everybody screaming mad, to get these psychotic...
Libs of TikTok-like, you know, feminist theory psychopath demons running through the street.
And I would argue that this is to get them to do the voter fraud.
See, what did they do in the run-up to 2020?
They spent four years telling the American public through the fake news and the big tech censors that Trump was a Russian agent, that everything he did was evil, that he was this monster who was going to destroy our country and that he wanted to take away all their rights.
So then they went out and they got these mules, these idiots, these useful idiots to go stuff ballot boxes.
And in California now, I'm pretty sure you can just print ballots off your printer at home, so I'm sure that's going to be safe.
But going even further, it's like this is the 2022 gin up the base to get them to go commit fraud for a second time.
Because they have power.
Joe Biden's in office, right?
The illegitimate, corrupt, supposed president.
And they have control of Congress.
So what do they need to take next?
The Supreme Court, right?
But going even further than that, they have to take out our country's systems as a whole.
That's really what it comes down to.
And this is what it comes down to.
Biden's calling for an election of more pro-choice lawmakers to protect abortion.
Hmm...
Right before an election cycle, one of the bigger midterm elections of our country's history after a stolen election, you're having them say now, oh, we need the election of more pro-choice lawmakers to protect abortion.
And you have the Native American, you know, I'm more Native American than Elizabeth Warren, but...
You know, chief killed babies over there, Elizabeth Warren, screaming at the top of her lungs to her, you know, psychotically driven, you know, mind controlled, you know, social mass formation psychosis base.
And it's like there was a meme where it's like the NPC has the back of their head open and there's like a little motherboard and there's a chip that they put in.
And they have a chip that's like it takes out the Ukraine chip, puts in the Roe v.
Wade chip.
And before that it was taking out the COVID chip, putting in the Ukraine chip.
These people are programmed like a computer.
And is it a coincidence that Planned Parenthood and abortion industry announced $150 million spent on midterms just before the SCOTUS League?
Hmm, I don't know.
Or was it also a coincidence that Roe v.
Wade leak was the left's answer to 2,000 mules documentary released today that proves 2020 election was stolen?
Hmm.

A few tweets he's put out today saying, Did the White House see the leaked opinion before Politico published it?
Do they know who the leaker is?
Given the apparently coordinated nature of this hit on the court, I certainly hope every Democrat senator is ready to answer whether they saw the opinion before Politico published it and if they know who the leaker is.
So I think, you know, Holly's on to something here, but it goes far beyond just the White House and the Biden corrupt administration.
This was obviously orchestrated within the deep state, and they understand what they're doing.
As I said before, they've perfected the art of mass formation psychosis, and with that, they're able to do a lot of damage to our country with very minimal input.
See how simple it is?
You can basically put us almost to war with each other overnight by leaking one document, See, and it's amazing how this document gets amplified by the fake news and they cover it 24-7.
Oh, you're taking away our right to kill babies.
How could you?
How many children are you going to hurt with this?
It's like, wait, what?
How are we going to hurt children?
We're trying to save children's lives.
But it's so simple how they manipulate us and how the fake news picks it up, but they won't pick up other stories like the 2020 election being stolen.

He's like the most popular cable news show on TV. You think he wants to ruin that?
I don't think he's afraid to go out and say the truth, but I also don't think that he has any incentive to go out and say the truth about it all.
Because at the end of the day, I mean, even though he does report on these things little by little in incremental segments and things that I'm sure that Fox News doesn't want them to, the whole network he's with and represents is turning a blind eye to the whole thing and refusing to cover it, so...
But we'll hear all about Roe v.
Wade for the next, who knows how long, probably forever.
Here we are, another SCOTUS leak.
Chief Justice Roberts is willing to uphold Mississippi law banning abortions at 15 weeks, but did not want to overturn Roe v.
Wade.
So this is coming from Hot Air, apparently, and then it's reported on CNN. And what they're saying is, it appears five justices will be voting to overturn Roe.
And of course, the rhino and fake conservative and anti-American, you know, globalist backing, you know, sicko John Roberts did not want to completely overturn Roe v.
Wade, meaning he would have dissented from part of Alito's draft opinion, sources tell CNN, likely with the court's three liberals.
That would mean that the five conservative justices that would make up the majority overturning Roe are Alito and Justice Clarence Thomas, Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett.
Roberts is willing, however, to uphold the Mississippi law that would ban abortion at 15 weeks of pregnancy, CNN has learned.
Under current law, government cannot interfere with a woman's choice to terminate a pregnancy before about 23 weeks when a fetus could live outside the womb.
All right.
Well...
Once again, CNN getting the scoop from the deep state before anyone else has it.

Today, like I said, we have a perfect scripture for this time we're going through, right?
Because a lot of you out there like me take abortion very seriously, and as much as I kind of took this chance to disarm it a little bit to make sure that we understand that it's a distraction, it's also important.
So it's not just a distraction, it's important.
It's something that hurts, or it hits me hard in my heart, because I truly, truly believe that Abortion is murder, and I believe it's wrong, and it's against everything that we're taught biblically, and I believe that our nation is never going to stand a chance unless we fix these things, because it's up to us to fix them, and God is going to be there with us and help us along the way to help us to do these things, but at the end of the day, we have to take control of the situation and fix it.
So this is something that I think speaks to all of our hearts, right?
The anger we may feel, right?
The frustration.
It's so easy to look at this and be like, man, I'm so angry.
It makes you want to go out there and just get in people's faces and yell at them and tell them, you're an idiot, you don't know what you're talking about, you're evil.
And in a way, they are idiots and they are evil, and that's true.
But it doesn't affect God's will, I think, when we let our anger control us.
And so with that, I would like to share this verse.
Again, we're in Psalm 119, and we're in, I think, the seventh segment, section, Zion.
And we're going to read 49 through 56.
It says, We're good to go.
Yahweh, I remember your name in the night, and I obey your instruction.
This is my practice.
I obey your precepts.
It's exactly what I needed to hear, and I hope it's what you need to hear right now.
If you're feeling anger, if you're feeling that this is affliction that you don't even know if you can bear, and it might not be related to the news, and it might be related to something you're going through in your own life.
If it's something with, you know, you're struggling with addiction, or you're struggling with anxiety or depression, or you're struggling with life at home, with your family, with your spouse, with your work, with whatever it is, financial situation, whatever it is, wherever you're struggling right now, Take these words and know that we have to keep looking back to God.
As it says here, it says, Remember your word to your servant.
You have given me hope through it.
Right?
What's that talking about?
It's talking about all of these words that we put ourselves in the position to hear and listen to and understand and feel and grasp from the discernment we get through Scripture.
Right?
It's given us hope.
It's the comfort that we have in affliction is knowing that God is with us.
The promise He's given us of eternal life through the sacrifice of His Son on the cross.
That's comfort.
And I love this verse because it speaks directly to where we're at.
Though the arrogant constantly ridicule me, but I do not turn away from your instruction, meaning no matter how much they come after us, no matter how much they try to put us down and say that we are less than and that we don't deserve to have our opinion and to have our rights, we have to remember that we have rights that are given to us by God and that they don't come from man.
And that those are what we have to look to in God's instruction to have a good life.
God's judgment from long ago, we remember it.
We find comfort in it.
Even as the rage, it says here, is seizing us because of the wicked who reject your instruction.
Right?
It's one of those things where, yeah, I feel rage.
I feel angry.
I'm upset.
I don't appreciate anything that's happening here or how it's happening or how they're trying to put it on us.
You know, at the end of the day...
We have to look to God in everything.
We have to remember that God is with us through all things.
It says, your statutes are the theme of my song during my earthly life, meaning our time here should be spent looking to God as being the one who knows us, who knows what's in our heart, who knows how to tell us and show us the way forward through his scripture, through his teachings, through his ability to change the world in ways that we can't imagine.
And...
Just finally, it says, Yahweh, remember, I remember your name in the night and I obey your instruction.
And this is my practice and I obey your precepts.
So every night before we go to bed, take a little bit of, you know, note of what God's done for you that day.
Just getting you through the day.
It may not have been a great day.
It may not have been the best day.
You might be right now listening to this thinking, man, I've had such a bad week or month or year.
I just, I can't get, I can't win.
But God's still with you.
And you don't ever give up on Him because He'll never give up on you.
And whatever you're going through, the affliction you're going through now, it will ultimately give you hope by producing endurance and giving you a proven character.
