| *music* Well, today's Friday, usually the day I go play basketball. | |
| I got a nice basketball court here in the neighborhood, so I'm gonna go do that and maybe I'll show you guys my moves. | |
| Keep in mind though, I'm still kind of out of shape. | |
| I put on a lot of weight, as most of you may have known, but now I'm trying to take it all off, which ain't easy. | |
| But, you know, this helps. | |

| So the final update is workouts done, feeling good, and getting ready for the next part of the day, which is making an episode based off of all the research I did this morning and presenting it to you guys. | |

| I'm out here in the California beautiful lands with the pups. | |

| And my lovely wife, she's right there. | |
| And we are getting out in nature, trying to enjoy ourselves, but also, you know, get healthy and You know, you got to get out of the city sometimes if you really want to connect with God, even though you can connect with God wherever you are. | |
| There's no restriction on that, but sometimes looking at nature and having it humble you to see His great creation, and sometimes that's what we all need, right? | |
| So, I'll show you my view. | |
| It's pretty good. | |
| It's a little hazy out today, so I don't know if that comes through on camera. | |
| But I'll tell you what, you know, sometimes it's just good to be thankful for life and make sure you take time to spend with family and everyone you love. | |
