I just want to deal in fact, because there is so much speculation out there, and there is zero evidence that Hunter Biden or Joe Biden did anything wrong here.
We should note, again, and you and I have said this on the air many times, there is no evidence that Joe Biden was involved in any wrongdoing.
Of course, I want to note that there is no evidence that Joe Biden or Hunter Biden has done anything wrong.
I just want to reiterate that.
And let's be clear for the viewers.
There is no evidence Biden did anything wrong.
I'll note again because it's important.
There is no, I repeat, no.
There is no evidence that either Biden did anything illegal.
There has been no evidence.
There was no evidence.
There is no evidence.

There is not an iota of evidence.
No evidence Biden did anything wrong.
There's really no evidence that Joe Biden did anything wrong.
Nobody's ever accused that...
I mean, there's no evidence whatsoever that Joe Biden did anything wrong.

Biden's secret emails.
A really fishy story.
The Post claimed that the emails were found on a laptop computer that was brought to a repair shop in Delaware in the spring of 2019.
The FBI is now investigating whether those alleged Hunter Biden emails are actually connected to a larger foreign intelligence operation.
They may be related to a foreign intelligence operation.
Foreign intelligence operation.
Foreign intelligence.

For all we know, these emails are made up.
The information found on the laptop may be part of a Russian disinformation campaign.
Part of a Russian disinformation effort.
Described by many intelligence experts as having hallmarks.
All the hallmarks of a Russian disinformation campaign.
This is a classic example of the right-wing media machine.
Don't drag the intelligence community into this.
Hunter Biden's laptop is not part of some Russian disinformation campaign.
The intelligence community doesn't believe that because there's no intelligence that supports that.

Probably because those people believe that they're untouchable and they have more money than most people could ever fathom.
And they really do feel like they're a class that's above the rest of us, that they are outside of the realm of being culpable for their criminal actions, which hopefully one day we will hold them accountable.
And that's why we've taken them to federal court, because we want to hold them accountable for their violations of the law and their own policies, their own contracts.
And that's really the most important thing there.

OK, so the first story we're going to get into is this Capitol Hill hearing we had where Twitter, Facebook, Google, they were all put on Capitol Hill today to testify about their violations of our First Amendment rights, the right to the freedom of press.
And of course, you know, Jack Dorsey shows up looking like a homeless guy who just, you know, got finished diving through a dumpster.
And Mark Zuckerberg looks like an alien from planet, you know, xenon.
And.
And But I mean, all joking aside, listening to these people talk today on Capitol Hill just reminds you of how How out of touch they are with reality.
How they've managed to amass so much money and power that they believe that they are not only unaccountable by the law, but they're unaccountable to the people who they claim to represent by holding these supposedly open platforms.
And, you know, to kind of give you a brief rundown of what we're up against here at this channel, just a small little outfit like JustInformedTalk, my channel here, is I was kicked off of YouTube, for those of you who haven't realized that yet.
And I was kicked off of Patreon, and they've tried to financially kneecap me and put me out of business ahead of the election.
They've tried to silence all the truth tellers out there who want to put out the stories about Hunter Biden and the emails.
And then they get in front of Congress and they just lie and they perjure themselves.
Today I listened to Jack Dorsey testify in front of Congress under oath saying that you could still post the New York Post story about Hunter Biden's laptop on Twitter.
When, in fact, at the time he was saying those words on Capitol Hill, you could not, in fact, retweet or share that story from the New York Post.
Now, of course, they fixed it really quickly after because they probably freaked out and realized that the CEO of their company had just perjured himself on Capitol Hill because the platform was not allowing you to share that post from the New York Post online.
But this is just one example of many, right?
Zuckerberg and Facebook is shutting down, slowing down the speech, and slowing down the spread of content on his platform.
Twitter, the CEO there, is making in-kind donations to the Democrat Party every single day.
He's skewed his platform to the point where all he does is write in his trending section little blurbs that help the Democrat Party.
Today, there was a...
I don't know.
So these people are openly meddling in the 2020 election, interfering beyond anything that Russia could have ever dreamed of having the power to do, and they think they're going to get away with it.
They really believe that they are in a class of individuals who are just untouchable, and that's why they're going to skew it because they want the Democrats to take control because the Democrats will continue to protect them.
And I believe that these people should be put in handcuffs.
They should be marched in front of a jury, and they should be tried legally and lawfully according to the law, and that if they're found guilty, they should spend a substantial amount of time in federal prison for the way that they've subverted our democracy.
They've helped, basically, they've helped facilitate a coup against a sitting president.
They've pushed lie after lie after lie on their platform, and then they claim protection of the First Amendment in Section 230 so that they have legal immunity against it.
But our whole case that we, me, SJT report, Sean, Dave, praying medic, you go down the list, X-22 report, the whole nine yards.
We have a bunch of people, Sarah Westall, Amazing Polly, a bunch of people.
We are suing these big tech companies, but most specifically we're suing YouTube and Google in federal court to show them that they're not immune if they're going to act as publishers.
They're not immune if they're going to abuse the mandate that is in Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act.
If they're going to take that and say that any political speech that goes against their political narrative is objectionable, that is absurd, and that should never have been the case.
But now we're seeing...
I mean, you guys remember some Sergey Brin, right?
And the founders of Google crying with each other after President Trump got elected.
Right.
They're crying and having a group cry fest in their their little in, you know, in person meeting, which was supposed to be not circulated out, but it got out.
And they were making claims like we're never going to let this happen again.
We're going to do everything under power to stop it.
Well, that's why every time you turn on a TV, every one of these globalist corporations has voting ads.
I don't know why a beer company like Modelo has to give us advertisements about voting because I don't know why every time I turn on my Twitter feed, there's always automatically things about voting and registering to vote.
I don't know why if you go on places like Facebook, I've heard, it's like everything is skewed against Republicans and in favor of Democrats and trying to push people to vote.
Dr.
Robert Epstein proved through his research that these social media companies could sway tens of millions of votes, and now they're doing it.
They're in fact doing it.
And then YouTube purges myself and many others off the platform two weeks ahead of an election, or three weeks ahead of an election, with the intent of meddling in the 2020 election, with the intent of disfavoring a candidate that they despise, Donald Trump, and favoring a candidate that they chose to take control again, Joe Biden.
And then they claim protection from Section 230.
So I hate to get on a little tangent here, but I want to play this clip from Senator Ron Johnson where he basically grills down on this, and I think it's really important to see.
You don't think that influences the elections by withholding what I believe is true information from the American public?
You don't think that interferes in elections?

Our current moderation policies are to protect the conversation and the integrity of the conversation around the elections.
Okay, for both Mr.
Zuckerberg and Dorsey, who censored the New York Post stories or throttled them back, do either one of you have any evidence that the New York Post story is part of Russian disinformation or that those emails aren't authentic?
Do any of you have any information whatsoever that they're not authentic or that they are Russian disinformation?

We don't.
So why would you censor it?
Why did you prevent that from being disseminated on your platform that is supposed to be for the free expression of ideas, and particularly true ideas?
We believe to fill a foul of our hacking materials policy.
We judged in a moment that it looked like it was hacked materials.
You were wrong.
And we updated our policy and our enforcement within 24 hours.

Senator, as I testified before, we relied heavily on the FBI's intelligence and alerts to us, both through their public testimony and private briefing.
Did the FBI contact you and say the New York Post story was false?
Senator, not about that story specifically.
Why did you throttle it back?
Why did you throttle it back?
They alerted us to be on heightened alert around a risk of hack and leak operations around a release of information.
To be clear on this, we didn't censor the content.
We flagged it for fact-checkers to review.
And pending that review, we temporarily constrained its distribution to make sure that it didn't spread wildly while it was being reviewed.
As you heard there, no big deal.
They just constrained its ability to get viral ahead of an election.
Not that they're meddling in the election or anything.
They just censored it and limited it because they needed their fact checkers, who we know are just a bunch of, you know, Democrat hacks who are fake news bought and paid for, globalist bought and paid for, know-nothings, who get on there and just report complete lies.
And they use unverified sources to verify things that they agree with.
And then they use their major platforms to censor those who they disagree with.
Now, you can read through this story if you want, but all you have to do is also look at the other, you know, related posts here.
Twitter, Facebook confessed there is no evidence of Russian disinformation behind the Hunter Biden story.
Well, if they knew that, then why are they censoring the story?
Because of the election, because they're giving in-kind donations to the Democrats.
Dorsey just lied to Congress, yeah, Jack Dorsey, and claimed Twitter never censored the president.
Quote, we have not censored the U.S. president, but we, he said, but then we do not take down the tweets, but we add context around it.
That's censorship.
If you take the president of the free world's tweets and you say that what he's saying is a lie or a misstatement or misinformation, that's censoring, right?
Here's another one.
Ted Cruz slams them saying that they censored it before the election, right?
And that was a great clip if you haven't seen that one yet.
And big tech censorship is driving people to vote for Trump or what you think.
And Facebook falsely flags Christian worship group as associated with QAnon conspiracy theories.
First of all, we're talking with our lawyers about things that are 100% related to this.
I'm not going to get into the specifics, but I'll say it's funny.
We laugh at the fact that they try to call us violent when there's no evidence of it.
We laugh at the fact that they think that they have the upper hand because they're just using the fake news to bolster their lies about us and slander about us.
And it's defamation, really.
So these people are sick, man.
And this is Ted Cruz's quote, Now, this is a great back and forth between Senator Ted Cruz and Jack Dorsey.
I'll leave a link to it if you want to read it.
But he basically drills into him and says, look, Who are you to be the arbiter of truth in our society?
And he just says, well, it's hacked material.
But it's not even hacked material.
They have no proof of it being hacked.
And here Rich Higgins says Zuckerberg states that the FBI warned them a while ago that you saw that in the exchange.
Weeks leading up to the election that there will be attempts to interfere in the election with hacked documents.
So the FBI instructed Facebook to censor anything negative about Biden knowing what would be coming out?
Well, I'd say that's quite a bombshell, right?
That's pretty interesting to look at, but nobody's going to talk about it.
I mean, of course.
Why would they?
Because it's the truth, and you can't do that.
Again, here's another story talking about Ted Cruz and what he said.
Now, here was an interesting one today.
We had this indictment, or these charges come out from the Department of Justice, where they charged eight individuals with conspiring to act as illegal agents of the People's Republic of China.
And this statement was put out today from...
From the FBI and the DOJ, and I want to play this clip real quick of the phraseology they use in this press conference.
I think you'll be very interested to hear it.
With today's charges, we have turned the PRC's Operation Fox Hunt on its head.
The hunters became the hunted, the pursuers the pursued.
The five defendants the FBI arrested this morning on these charges of illegally doing the bidding of the Chinese government now face the prospect of prison.
For those charged in China and others engaged in this type of conduct, our message is clear.
Stay out.
Your behavior is not welcome here.
I don't know if you caught that there.
The hunters have become the hunted.
Very interesting.
I'll leave a link to this if you want to read through the complaint and the charges that have been put forth in this indictment.
But here's another one today.
Trump was at a rally today where an F-16 jet intercepted an unknown plane at a Trump rally.
This actually happened.
I mean, if you watch the clip, it's pretty insane.
So watch this.
Look, look, look.
Oh, look at that.
They gave the president a little display.
Wow.
How about that?
How about that?
I wonder if the fake news got that.
Did you see that camera?
Because they never turn the camera.
They don't want to show anything that's good.
So speculation is rampant, but you can hear this here from NORAD, or the North American Aerospace Defense Command, saying that approximately 1, or 1,400 Mountain Time NORAD F-16 aircraft investigated a general aviation aircraft that was not in communication with ATC and entered the temporary flight restriction area surrounding Bullhead City, Arizona, without proper clearance.
It says the violin aircraft was non-responsive to initial intercept procedures but established radio communication after NORAD aircraft deployed signal flares, the ones you see here.
The aircraft was escorted out of the restricted area by the NORAD aircraft without further incident.
So that's just to show you that not only is the military on high alert, but it's obvious that the deep state is getting desperate.
And I don't know if this is some deep state attempt at hurting President Trump.
We all saw what happened on 9-11, so we're always thinking about that in the back of our heads.
But whatever this is, it's obvious that the military is not just sitting around doing nothing.
They're proactively helping to protect this president.
You know why?
Because they know what he's up against, and we know what he's up against, and that's fairly obvious.
Another little signal that we got from President Trump today, October 27, 2020, which I believe the 28th was the first day of the Q post.
But it's very interesting to see President Trump saying, just the night before, thank you Nebraska, got your friends, get your family, get your neighbors and coworkers and get out and vote.
We didn't come this far and fight this hard to surrender our country back to the corrupt Washington swamp.
On 11-3, we must finish the job and drain the swamp once for all.
Now, you guys remember, 11-3, that was a famous post from Q at the first, first post talking about indictments and who would be arrested.
So...
Who knows?
Maybe there is some time frame that has been established by the military where 11-3 is when it's going to happen.
But nonetheless, it is interesting to hear President Trump talk about this time frame.
I think this was 11-3 and 11-4 were the supposed dates that Huma Abedin and John Podesta were going to be arrested.
And we still haven't had a confirmation on that, but that doesn't mean it's not scheduled in the future.
We all know this is military planning and strategic timing at its finest, and just because it doesn't happen in the time frame you want doesn't mean it's not going to happen in the time frame that's necessary, and that's where I would probably put that.
So now we're going to get into Hunter Biden and the disturbing stories coming out all around him.
First of all, this Ashley Biden diary reveals child sex trauma, drug abuse, and resentment for Joe.
Apparently his daughter had talked about inappropriate times in her mind, according to this diary that supposedly has been attributed to her, where she was put in the shower with Joe Biden.
And it's disgusting.
It's disturbing.
But that's just the tip of the iceberg, folks, because it gets worse.
Here's Rui Giuliani defending what he's uncovered in this laptop.
I'm going to play this clip the last five minutes of this exchange between Kennedy and Rui Giuliani where she basically defames him and compares him to Christopher Steele when all of the evidence that he's bringing forward is not Russian disinformation.
It's information that's been verified in a laptop that belonged to Hunter Biden that was dropped off at a repair shop in Delaware.
Who then gave it to the FBI, who then gave it to Congress because he saw the disgusting, sick, perverted things that were on it.
So watch this clip.
I gave it all to the New York Post and they've done their own separate verification of it with independent experts.
And they came to the conclusion that it's his hard drive.
There are internal pieces of information here that only he could have that I know from my investigation.
We also have his signature.
And the gentleman who had it, it was in his constant possession for all that period of time.
So there are witnesses that can testify to it.
I mean, all of the issues that are brought up are phony issues.
This is Hunter Biden's laptop.
His voice is on it.
His signature is on the receipt.
There are things in here that only he could know.
And when you look at the photograph section, you're darn right it's his laptop.
And it's disgusting.
And it includes a large number of underage girls.
All right.
Well, we can talk about underage girls in just a little bit.
And, you know, Fox News is not.
But nobody was taking care of those underage girls.
The FBI has had this for nine months, and there's a statement here that he makes to his father.
He admits to his father that he is a danger to the kids.
And Joe Biden does nothing about it.
And the FBI has done nothing about it.
And the police have done nothing about it.
Because they're Bidens.
And Bidens can get away with $40 million in brides.
Are you asserting right now that local and federal law enforcement are allowing young children to be abused to protect the Bidens?
I didn't say abused.
I used their words.
Joe Biden says that he is a danger.
I'll read it to you.
It was on September 3rd, 2018.
And it says unequivocally, he is a danger to the children.
There are three other references.
And then if you look at the pictures, you see 50 pictures of underage girls.
Here's what we'll do.
We will have the people in our news departments verify all of this because it sounds like there may be something here that is fishy that is causing Americans giving them pause and other stuff that might have been completely adulterated over the 18 months.
And some could say that you were acting like Christopher Steele, that you were abstracting information and because...
You've got to be kidding me.
I was acting like Christopher Steele.
That's what it sounds like.
You better apologize for that.
I mean, I've been a United States Attorney, Associate Attorney General, Mayor of New York City, and a member of the bar for 50 years.
I've never been accused of anything.
And you're accusing me of being Christopher Steele?
I'm accusing you of acting in a capacity similar to Christopher Steele and that you were going back and forth between Ukraine and the United States.
What you are saying is an outrageous defamation of me.
Of my reputation.
Every single thing is here.
And I want you to look at it, and then you apologize to me.
Well, you can come to my office, and you can look at it, and tomorrow night you can apologize to me for saying I'm like Christopher Steele.
I told you there are underage girls there.
There are.
I told you there are documents that show that he's getting 10%.
There are.
There are documents that show that he's getting half of what Hunter gets.
There are.
And when they're there, I want you to apologize to me because you just defamed me.
Absolutely.
And that's outrageous because you have no basis for that.
I came on your show in good faith to give you evidence that is being withheld from the American people, and I get defamed.
That's outrageous.
All right.
Are you still working on behalf of the president?

So there you saw for yourself, Reguliani, rightfully so, going after Kennedy and basically accusing her of defaming him.
She calls him Christopher Steele for giving information and then accusing him of getting it from the Ukrainians.
These people in the legacy media, Fox News, ABC, all of them, They are corrupt, and they cover up for one another, and they know that they won't have their cushy little desk jobs for very long if they tell the truth.
And that's why they lie, and that's why they obfuscate the truth, and that's why they lie by omission.
So that's what Rudy Giuliani was calling them out on.
And then conveniently, here's the story that comes out right after.
Hunter Biden pictures of himself disrobed and exposed with a certain minor.
See?
And the pictures here, they speak for themselves.
I mean, thankfully it's all blurred out.

You can read through it for yourself, but there's a minor girl and there's him, basically naked.
So I hate to show this to you, but sometimes, as Q says, you have to see this to understand the evil and depravity and sickness that we are up against.
And that's where we're going to, you know, leave that.
But highlights coming out now where they're talking about Mayor Giuliani coming out and possibly using the RICO Act with, you know, prosecutors against the Biden family.
We'll see about that.
Not going to hold my breath.
But another thing you have to look at is the way that they cast us in this light to say the possibility of real-world harm is high from QAnon.
Oh, really?
How?
Well, I'll tell you what.
The possibility is beyond possibility.
It's actuality of real-world harm is happening from Antifa and Black Lives Matter.
From when they loot cities.
From when they burn down police precincts.
From when they violently assault people based on the color of their skin.
From when they march through the streets and scream out that they want to kill police officers.
From when they march through neighborhoods and terrorize people into locking themselves in their homes and not coming out.
When they commit hate crimes and acts of violence, these people are terrorists.
They're domestic terrorists.
But Caitlin Dickinson from Yahoo News wants you to know that there's a possibility that people who follow QAnon might get violent.
Well, how about you go and cover the actual violent domestic terrorists and racists who are in these organizations like Antifa and Black Lives Matter and the Democrat Party?
How about that?
How about you start there, then come show me one QAnon person besides the few minor outlier cases that you want to use every single time that paint us as the violent extremists.
There's nobody.
There's nothing.
And I get so sick of it because it's an affront to everything I do and they try to hurt you with it.
Yeah.

Now, It means basically that there's no way that we're going to get our channels up before the election.
If we do, it'll be very close.
So they've succeeded in that.
They've silenced us ahead of the election, regardless of our filing all of the right injunctions and temporary restraining orders and all of the different things that we've done to get Google to put our channels back up ahead of the election.
It doesn't seem as though we're going to have that chance.
And it's not any fault of the court or anything, but...
We're apparently going to be put in front of a judge who has been identified in the past as being a heavy Obama-pointed Democrat, so there's that.

And I want to tie that in with the lawsuit here, because...
You know, a lot of you guys out there are being very supportive, and I can't thank you enough.
And you're telling me, hey, you know, you need to take them to the bank and get all the money and blah, blah, blah.
But I mean, look, we're not doing it for the money.
We're doing it because it's the right thing to do.
We're doing it to help protect free speech for others.
We're doing it to make Section 230 an actual, you know, enforceable thing that's not just arbitrarily used by these big tech companies to censor us all.
And I always remind myself when I think, oh man, you know, they've taken so much.
They've damaged me so much.
I deserve all this money.
I temper myself with these verses from the Bible.
And maybe they apply to you in your life in some form or fashion.
I hope they do.
I know they do in some way.
But this is out of 1 Timothy 6, verse 9 through 12.
And I want to share these things with you.
Or actually, let's just say 9 through 16.
It says, But pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, endurance, and gentleness.
Fight the good fight for the faith.
Take hold of eternal life, to which you were called and have made a good confession before many witnesses.
In the presence of God, who gives life to all, and before Christ Jesus, who gave a good confession before Pontius Pilate, I charge you to keep the commandment without spot or blame until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ, which God will bring about in his own time.
He is the blessed and the only sovereign, the King of kings, the Lord of lords, the only one who has immortality dwelling in unapproachable light, whom none of mankind has seen or can see, to whom be honor and eternal might.
Amen.
And that's the message I want to share with you.
And I think that's what we have to remind ourselves about all the time, right?
Sometimes in our lives we want to focus so much on, you know, what we have in this world, the material things, the money, the power, the control.
But as it says here, that will make you fall into temptation, a trap.
Which will make you subject to your own harmful desires.
And it will plunge you into ruin and destruction.
Because the money is the root of all evil.
All kinds of evil.
And by craving it, some wander away from the faith and pierce themselves with many pains.
But we should run from these things and pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, endurance, and gentleness and fight the good fight.
That's the fight we're fighting.
We're fighting the good fight and take hold of eternal life to which we were called and have made a good confession before many witnesses.
So my confession to you is this.
I will fight the good fight.
I will not do this to become rich or famous.
I will do this because it's the right thing to do.
And I will always do this for that reason.
And I hope you can trust me when I say that.
And that's why I'm here still.
Through all the affliction and all the turmoil that they've put up in front of us, I will always come to you, but back to Christ and come to you through Christ.
In every way I can.
And I hope you take that and use that in your own life to overcome whatever adversity is put in front of you where you think it's insurmountable and you want it to do a thing a certain way, but you have to do it the right way for Jesus and make sure that no matter what, You're fighting the good fight for the faith.
And that's where I'm going to go ahead and leave it.
