The Hunter files are being exposed to the world as they are threatening that they have much more incriminating information on many other people.
Plus, yours truly, among all the others, many others who are purged from YouTube on October 15th, have filed federal lawsuit against Google to get our channels back.

And today, we're going to talk about the federal lawsuit that we've just filed.
Me and over a dozen other creators were purged that day.
We filed a federal lawsuit against YouTube to reinstate our channels, and we may even go after some more after that.
But We are trying to get back on those major platforms that were kicked off of before the election, obvious meddling in the 2020 election, and we're going to try to get back there as soon as we can.

We have to focus on the corruption.
We have to focus on the backroom deals.
We have to focus on the millions, if not billions of dollars in bribes that have been passed back and forth to the Biden camp through his son and his business partner, Devin Archer, allegedly, and Christopher Hines, his former partner, Rosemont Seneca.
That's what we have to focus on because that's going to be what breaks the back, I think, the hair that breaks the camel's back, right?
So, Here's the fact of the matter.
This is where we left off.
We're picking up here.
I'm going to keep this pretty brief, but before we get into the latest of the Hunter Biden story, I'm going to start here, okay?
So our lawyer, Chris Armenta, and her other partner have helped us file lawsuit against Google.
Now, why have we done this?
We've done it for several reasons, including their breach of contract, and they've breached the covenant of good faith and fair dealing, and their violation of our First Amendment rights.
So that's among other things.
But here's the official statement from Chris Armenta, our attorney in this matter, and I'm going to read it to you guys because it is very important to myself and everyone involved with this case, and you'll see who's involved when we get into this letter.
But, This is from Chris Armada.
This morning, October 26, we filed this in the Northern District of California where you have to file cases against Google and YouTube when you go after them.
And it says here, on October 26, 2020, 15 YouTube content creators filed a federal lawsuit against Google and YouTube, alleging in 17 claims for relief that Google and YouTube breached the terms of service and violated their First Amendment rights when they summarily deplatformed the plaintiff's channels and removed their content from YouTube alleging in 17 claims for relief that Google and YouTube breached the terms of
The plaintiffs are the creators of YouTube channels, including yours truly just informed talk, SGT Report, X-22 Report, Space Shot 76, True Reporting, Red Pill 78, Edge of Wonder, Praying Medic, Amazing Polly, Woke Society, Daniel Lee, Deception Bites, In the Matrix, Destroying the Illusion, and Sarah Westall.
Together, their news and social commentary channels have reached more than 800 million views, and together they had more YouTube subscribers than many legacy news channels such as C-SPAN, The New York Times, and NBC News.
Plaintiffs cite a recent study by the Pew Research Center that concludes that many Americans get their news from independent YouTube channels along the same metrics as legacy or traditional news sources.
It goes on to say, YouTube and Google are expected to defend this case and claim that Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act provides their immunity for the actions they took against conservative commenters or commentators just 19 days before the November 3rd presidential election.
However, the Ninth Circuit has recently issued an opinion repeating from the broad interpretation of the immunity that social media has used for years to defend lawsuits from its contract partners and users.
The Section 230 immunities were provided by Congress as a means to give Internet providers an ability to remove content that was considered obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, excessively violent, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.

The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals found persuasive the notion that the unbounding reading of Section 230 previously employed by social media giants such as YouTube would allow a content provider to block content for anti-competitive purposes or merely at its malicious whim.
I'm going to stop right there.
That's what we're alleging, and I believe that's what we're up against right now.

It says, to the best of my knowledge, they're blocking our content for anti-competitive purposes, right, to give the fake news an advantage over us, and they're doing it their malicious whim to help their favored political outcomes.
Two things that they should not be using Section 234.
They are engaged in that, and that's what we're going to argue, I believe, as a part of our case.
But it says, Although many courts have rejected the notion that YouTube is subject to the First Amendment,
concluding that YouTube is a private party, the complaint alleges that YouTube acted at the behest, was encouraged by and coerced by Congress, Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi and Representative Adam Schiff.
Now we're citing them inside of our official case, and I'll give you links to read through our official case filing, but...
We are in the process of putting this forth in front of a judge right now, and what we're basically saying is that after that hearing about QAnon, they decided to take our channels down at the behest of Congress, which is a complete violation of our First Amendment rights, right?
That's the simple way of putting it.
The plaintiffs attached to the complaint letter or attached to the complaint letters that Representative Schiff published on congressional letterhood that urged that content be removed and replaced.
The plaintiffs also referenced the House's recent action by the House in passing House Resolution 1154, which condemned certain content and specifically mentioned social media.
In direct response to Representative Schiff's published letter demanding censure, censorship.
YouTube Chief Executive Officer Susan Wojcicki responded by tweet, thanks for reaching out.
We're working every day to protect people from misinformation and help them find authoritative information.
We appreciate your partnership and we'll continue to consult with members of Congress as we address the evolving issues around COVID-19, which has nothing to do with anything we're talking about, but that's fine.
The plaintiff's alleged that under Supreme Court President, if a private party acts when it's encouraged or coerced by the government or its agents, then the state action theory applies, and the First Amendment rights should be protected, particularly from viewpoint discrimination, which is exactly what we have been discriminated against for.
It's our viewpoints at the behest of Congress.
Susan Majiski and YouTube have acted in that way against us, and that's part of our lawsuit.
This lawsuit follows the filing of a massive antitrust case against Google by the Department of Justice and 11 states.
The state action theory was previously raised by our representatives, Armenta and Sol, on behalf of an African-American conservative commentator, Young Farrow, in July 2020, also against Google and YouTube.
Although the defendants in that case filed a motion to dismiss, an oral argument was held.
Magistrate Judge Virginia Demacchi has not yet issued a decision.
The lawsuit will be served on Google and YouTube today.
It's already been served against them.
And, yeah.
Yeah.

It says, the plaintiffs are represented by attorneys M. Chris Armenta and Creed and Soul, both.
And it gives their kind of background of what they've done.
So, look, this was all with the help of Zach Voorhees organizing this movement here on GoFundMe.
And, of course, they're already attacking us.
Media Matters is writing hit pieces.
They got us kicked off Patreon.
They got us kicked off of all the major social media platforms.
Now they're trying to get us kicked off GoFundMe because they're trying to financially kneecap us.
They're trying to basically remove our ability to fight them by basically financially breaking us.

And the reason we raise so much money is because, believe it or not, having lawyers is not cheap.
And filing this kind of action is not cheap, especially with what it costs to do this day in, day out, hours and hours every day, and your lawyer is charged by the hour.
And also, if we want to take this, we'll take this to the Ninth Circuit.
We're going to keep appealing.
If we don't win in this first action in the northern district of California, we'll take it up to the Ninth Circuit.
And if we don't get what we want there, we may take it all the way to the United States Supreme Court.
So...
That's the plan as of right now.
And I'm telling you right now that this is a major case, not just for us, the creators that are mentioned inside of this brief, but inside of this press release, but it's a major case for our country.
It's a major case for helping redefine Section 230 so that these companies, these major massive corporations, you know, I woke up this morning when I saw all this and I knew it was coming because I've been in these talks with the lawyers and signing agreements and all that stuff.
But when I woke up this morning and realized that I was going to be with others filing a lawsuit against the biggest corporation in the world, I mean, it kind of dawns on you that you're doing something that means something, right?
And I've said this before.
I'm not doing this to be rich or famous.
I'm doing it because it's the right thing to do.
And I never have done, in fact, I've never done any of this for either of those reasons.
I've always done it to honor my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ because he saved my life We're good to go.
That's what they're trying to steal from us.
And that's why this case matters, because we're going to set precedent for others so that this can't keep happening to everyone every time these big tech companies want to just silence us and suppress us as if this is communist China, as if our constitution doesn't matter, as if everything that we've worked for our entire lives and believed in, the system that we know and have trusted, is just a complete farce when it comes to actually protecting our First Amendment rights, when these big corporations get enough power to act...
Outside of the law, outside of the bounds of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.
We have to hold them accountable, and that's what this case is doing.
Now, there are some people in this case, I'm not going to mention who, you know, you may not like, you may disagree with.
I wouldn't say all of them, but there are some.
But isn't that the point of the First Amendment, right?
I can disagree with you.
We can agree to disagree with you.
I may not like what you say, but I'll fight for your right to say it.
You ever heard of that?
I mean, that's the way I believe in our Constitution, in our Republic, in our Bill of Rights, and that's what we're fighting to uphold, I believe, here, because, yeah, they took everything away, but you know what they didn't take away?
For me, they didn't take away my faith.
They didn't take away my strong love for Jesus Christ in my heart.
They didn't take away my ability to continue to speak out.
Although they have hampered me, they've damaged me, they've taken away a large portion of what I had, which was an audience that I thought was protected under free speech and thought I was protected as they were claiming to be an open speech platform.
Obviously, they weren't.
But they'll never take away my belief in God and my faith And here are some clips of the lawsuit itself.

This is over on Zach Voorhees, but we are going up against Google and their company YouTube, and we're basically saying no more.
We're not going to let them keep doing this.
The lawsuit is a request for an emergency injunction to get our channels back up, and we're basically saying that Google violated, breached their own contract through YouTube, and they've basically done this with the, in my opinion, the, you know, Intention of interfering in the 2020 election because as soon as people start early voting,
right, they're deleting our channels and taking us off the platform when millions of people watch us every day to get information that would be 100% pertinent to the United States elections.
And you think that it's all a coincidence that Adam Schiff's drafting letters and having hearings on Capitol Hill and then basically lobbying for Google to do this to us because of the content that we cover because they don't like our speech, right?
And then they make all these false accusations about things that aren't even remotely true about us, claiming that we're violent and extreme.
You guys who are here now have seen this channel from day one.
I've never once advocated for violence, ever.
I've never once done anything.
If anything, I've advocated the opposite of that.
I've said, we have to do this legally and lawfully.
We have to do this through the law.
We have to maintain our nation.
It's national security that we don't become the violent leftist mobs that are roaming our streets, committing random acts of violence and hate crimes, burning down police precincts.
Shutting down entire communities, effectively acting in a fascistic manner every single day for the last however many months by marching through the streets and beating people up who disagree with them.
I mean, I could go down the list of all the things that the left has done.
The violent, racist left has done, especially those associated with Black Lives Matter, especially those associated with Antifa and the progressive leftists.
They've been engaged in all types of actual, real-world, documentable violence.
But...
You have the fake news that lies about us every single day and alleges that we're involved in some kind of violent, hateful conspiracy, but you know the reality.
We know the reality.
I just thought I'd bring that up because you guys see it just as well as I do, and that's the case that we're filing, and that's what we're doing.
We're doing it for...
This country, we're doing it.
I've talked to everyone.
We've been on calls together.
We've had these big meetings.
And, you know, we're all pretty much in it for the same reasons at the end of the day.
We're all in it because we know that what's happening is wrong, and we know that if it's left unchecked, it will be disastrous for our country in the long run.
And that these big tech oligarchs, these big tech tyrants, will continue to take more and more until there's nothing left.
And that's just where we'll start, right?
So, yeah, and then these are the stories that they want to silence.
You know, the last story I reported on before they took my channel on was, oh, lo and behold, the Hunter Biden hard drive.
I guess that's the line that we've crossed here.
Now, there's some disgusting stuff that you know is out there when it comes to Hunter Biden, of course, his weird and depraved, disgusting.
I mean, just satanic evil that he's doing where he's smoking drugs and engaged in immorality, depravity, sickness.
We know that.
We've seen that.
And that's beside the point.
But you also have text messages showing here, according to Joe Hoff at the Gateway Pundit, that Biden and his wife have colluded to seemingly suppress Hunter Biden's to suppress Hunter's actions with a certain minor who may or may not be related, a family member.
And the text messages are here in this document.
And of course, the fake news won't ask about this.
Of course they won't push the envelope when it comes to their selected candidate who they've chosen to win this election and have helped give in-kind donations to his party day after day after day, month after month.
And I'm not going to go through each one of the text messages because, you know, to me this is sick, this is satanic, it's evil, it's depraved, but it's beside the point.
I mean, it's just showing the character...
But at the same time, we need to focus on Burisma.
We need to focus on Bohai Harvest Rosemont.
We need to focus on the millions of dollars that have been bribed or been allegedly put to Hunter Biden as bribes to his father.
That the fake news won't ask about.
They won't report on.
They're covering up.
Just like they covered up the coup against our president and continue to this day to deny that there was a violation of the FISA court.
They continue to deny that the Obama administration illegally spied on President Trump and set up an insurance policy to have the special counsel come in so that they could impeach President Trump as part of a Deep State coup, the same people who are denying that today are today in the same vein or in the same breath denying that these even exist.
They're treating them as if they're Russian disinformation.
Our own Department of National Intelligence, Director of National Intelligence, has come out and said that they are not a part of a Russian disinformation scheme, that they are real, in fact, and that the hard drive evidence, the emails, are all factual.
They all exist.
I haven't heard Hunter Biden or Joe Biden come out and deny their existence or deny that they're real.
They just keep claiming they're hacked.
And if they are hacked, that means they're real.
So the logic here is just so insane.
But what they're doing, see, the mainstream media is so corrupt and so evil.
I think their understanding is this.
If they can lie by omission and obfuscate the truth for the next week or 10 days or eight days, nine days, wherever we're at, until the election, that's all they need.
They just need to lie for that much longer.
Then they can go and say, oh, well, now we can look at them.
But they don't want the voters to know how corrupt Joe Biden is.
They don't want to know how sick and depraved his son is.
They don't want the voters to have the information they need to make a vote that is informed in this next election.
And that's the corruption.
That's the complicity in covering up crimes.
That's the evil that we're up against with this fake news and their big tech tyrant backers, the oligarchs in Silicon Valley, who have blocked this information, the fake news liars who lie every day, and the slimy, scummy members of Congress who get up and lie and take advantage of their immunity in the halls of Congress so they can just say blatant lies day after day after day.

Lewd Media here, the people who are also reporting a lot of these disturbing things out of the Hunter Biden laptop saying that from 2010 to 2014, the CCP had almost eradicated all CIA informants in China.
36 CIA informants allegedly were massacred in the Security Bureau's meeting room right after Xi got the list from Biden.
17 of these secret freedom fighters are females, and then it's just disturbing.

He is a traitor and a coward, and he is hiding in a basement, and he'll only go to events where they control the crowd, so there's like five people in the crowd, so that they know they're not going to be asked the real questions that matter, the questions the American people want answers to, because they're trying to deceive you into voting for them.
They're trying to trick you into believing that he's completely harmless when he is himself a pariah on our society.
He is a pariah in our government.
He is a traitor in our midst, and he should be held under indictment for all these crimes that he's been engaged with and the corruption that his son has been engaged with.

Several campaign workers and volunteers have quit.

It's basically like a ghost town here.

Joe is corrupt and his family has serious issues.
There's no way Joe is going to win this election.
We have made so many phone calls and knocked on so many doors.
Many people basically tell us to F right off.
But most of them, most of them, they will listen for a few seconds and then tell us they are not interested.
But the way they say it, you just know they would never consider voting for Joe.

And this person says they've campaigned for over 10 years, and this campaign is way different.

And then she's like, what are you talking about?
It's your job to verify the story.

The New York Post endorses President Donald J. Trump for re-election.
That's a big story.
I hope that more people come out and do this because it's the right thing to do.
And of course we have here Olivia Little, Little Media Matters Minions, are attacking us, trying to get us deplatformed off of whatever we have left for creating content and raising money to support ourselves.

I just want to briefly bring up the fact that they've taken away my Patreon, so that's the only way I can support myself without, you know, with your help, and now I don't have that, so you guys have really stepped up here on GoFundMe, so you guys can donate before they take that away, too.
And also, my pup here, I just gotta let you know, just in complete fairness, you know, when it rains, it pours, right?
Yeah.
So they take away everything.
They take away all my funding.
And, of course, my dog goes out and jumps in the pool and tears his ACL. So now I've got that coming up, a major surgery.
So just another major bill.
So just say a little prayer for me and my pup, and hopefully we can get him all mended up.
It's one of those things.
things so if you can't help i appreciate it because who knows how many thousands of dollars that surgery is going to cost to get him repaired and it's like yeah they hit you hard they try to financially kneecap you but god puts us through these things so that we can become stronger and i'll persevere and make it no matter what um and i thank you for your support and help so just say a prayer for for my pup too uh he's definitely an innocent one of all this but that's where i'm gonna Thanks for watching.
One more thing before we go, we do our saving God's grace is greater.
And today's spiritual wisdom is what we're going to talk about.
I'm going to read out of 1 Corinthians 2, verse 6 through 9.
And these are very powerful words of spiritual wisdom, I believe.
And I want to share this with you because they're important.
It's what I read when I'm looking at all this stuff.
You know, like, I'm in a lawsuit against the biggest corporation in the world, and, you know, I've lost all my income, and my dog's ACL blows out.
It's like, they just keep giving you affliction, but it produces the proven character necessary to find hope through Jesus Christ.
That's Romans chapter 5.
I'll read this here, 1 Corinthians 2, verse 6-9.
It says, And that's what I keep
reminding myself of when I get hit hard like this, right?
They keep hitting you over the head, and you go, what am I going to do?
And then I just remind myself, What I haven't seen and what I can't even fathom in my heart is what God has in store for me if I keep my faith in Him.
And He can do the same thing for you.
So remind yourself that every single day.
That no matter how dark it seems, no matter how insurmountable it seems, no matter how much they kick you and put you down and try to shut you down...
That you, with God, in your heart and Jesus, in your heart and the Holy Spirit, can do anything.
And things that you don't even imagine are possible.
Things that you thought were impossible are possible with Jesus Christ.
And that's my message to you.
Take that.
Share that with your family, friends, loved ones.
It's what I believe.
It's what you should believe.
It's what you should share.
It's what we should all share with one another to show each other that we can overcome anything.
And that's where my hope is.
And that's where your hope should be.
