Iran on Tuesday confirmed that Ali Larajani, the head of an Iran Supreme National Security Council, why would they have an Italian guy as the head of it?
But anyway, he was killed by an overnight Israeli strike, the most significant Iranian leader to be assassinated since the Supreme Leader Ayatollah Al-Khameni was killed in the opening strikes of the war.
Iran's press TV reported that Larajani was killed alongside his son, Morteza Larajani, and the head of his office, El Reza Bayat, as well as several bodyguards.
Earlier in the day, Israeli Defense Minister Israel Kat said that Larajani and Golam Reza Salami was the head of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, volunteer Basil Force, were eliminated by overnight Israeli strikes.
Iran has also confirmed that Soleimani was killed.
The killing of two senior Iranian officials has not slowed Iran's military operations, as drone and missile attacks continued across the region following the assassinations.
Now, here's what Christiana M. Report: she says: a source familiar with private plans and discussions tells me that Ali Larjani was for the U.S. and Israel the most favored transitional candidate as of September 25th, but became a target early 2026.
The source said Larajani became a target when he pushed for crackdown on protesters, took front seat in lashing out at U.S. and Israel, and assumed a key role in strategizing the RIRGC kinetic actions, in particular against the Gulf states.

Well, first of all, he's the most senior official in Iran.

His killing, I mean, if you see the outpouring of outrage and mourning for him today in Tehran, his killing in many ways was more significant than the killing of now Syed Ali Khameni, the former Ayatollah.
And that's because of the influence Larajani had and the force that he wielded politically and intellectually in representing Iran on the world stage.
And why would Israel kill a figure like this?

Larajani, while he wasn't someone who wanted to give up Iran's sovereignty to the U.S., he provided a lot of support from within the Islamic Republic to the nuclear deal in the Obama administration.
So to negotiating with the U.S. at that time, he was the key force in kind of uniting Iran's, uniting the hierarchy of power around that deal.
He's a deal maker.
And he was a back channel in this war with the Gulf states in trying to find a way out of this war.
He was the guy who was going to end this war.
And he was the guy Trump was going to be able to talk to about ending the war.
And he's a very well-known, I mean, he's well-known to any Western journalist who's been covering Iran at a high level for the last few decades knows him.
You know, this BBC presenter, John Simpson, came out and said, you know, I really respected Larajani, and he was a very erudite man.
Larjani actually had a philosophy degree.
He's, I think, a specialist in Immanuel Kant.
And Simpson then had to delete that and say, oh, no, Iran is bad in order to keep his job.
But he's someone, you know, Westerners know, respect.
People would meet with him outside the UN when he came to New York.
He was the deal maker.
Israel killed him.
This is the key point, to prevent Donald Trump from finding an off-ramp and to harden the ruling hierarchy of Iran.
That's why Israel did this, because Israel's greatest fear right now is that the U.S. ends this war.
This is Israel's war, and Israel wants this war to go on for a year.
They don't care about the midterms for Trump.
They don't care about destroying Trump.
They already destroyed Kamala Harris and Joe Biden before that.
Although, of course, they played a role in destroying themselves, but they don't care.

The other point I want to make is: Hel Turner last night also reported there's a lot of strange drones flying over on Washington, D.C., and right over a military base where they house our manner.
I think it's our Secretary of State.
I forget his name right now.
And I don't know if you remember, about 10 years ago, Iran released a statement where they hijacked one of our drones and made it land on their airbase.
And then they supposedly like reverse engineered it and everything.
Well, right around that time, I saw another thing come out of Iran and they showed this nice big drone they had.
And it literally, I mean, it literally looked like a spitting image of a B-2 bomber.
You know, it had the Jaguar wings and everything, and it was black.

Yeah, so anyway, none of these parties, to my knowledge, and I could be wrong, have what's required to put a candidate on the ballot.

You go to the, you take over your district, you go to the county conventions, you go to the state conventions, and you just tell them your agenda.

They are trying to disenfranchise women and college student votes by doing all this trickery where they have to have the right ID and this student IDs aren't allowed and women, their maiden name, they have to go through, pay all kind of extra money to get passports and jump through all kinds of, which makes it kind of a poll tax.
I thought they ought to have all their paperwork striked to vote.
I thought most said that.
People, see, they're trying to get rid of the women and the smarter young people.
Renee, You know, we got to get rid of the illegals voting in the election.
How the hell do we do that?
Well, from the studies I've seen, it's a tiny problem.

And I thought that all this stuff you've been talking about, I thought they already had that resolved.
Susan Collins wasn't going to sign on until they got rid of all that stuff about maiden names and everything else.

There's multiple things in there where, like, okay, history.

You know, this is one thing that they'll go, well, we gave you the women the right to vote.
Let's rephrase it a different way.
No, you withheld it from us.
You denied us the same human rights you gave yourself.
You denied that to women and people of color, and both groups had to fight you for it.
Let's rephrase the way they phrased it.
They said, we gave you something.
You know, see, that completely twists things around.
No person, every person who takes a human right for themselves and denies it to another human being is a tyrant.
Just a full stop on that.
They had no right to do that in the first place.
And people had to fight and die to get the same equal human rights that they would be absolutely ballistic if they did not have for themselves.

I don't think she'd have a chance with her because, you know, America, they're not into like values or principles.
They're into optics.

He was that guy and he took it around to Pony, Flynn, and other people.
Nobody wanted to touch it.
He gave it to the FBI.
They don't want to touch it.
So that's who he is.
He was a Navy officer.
He went to work in finance and stuff.
And he rubs elbows with people in high places.
So he'll say this too.
He was on John Buell show.
This is where I first heard it.
He was also on the war room with Steve Bannon for a year.
He said Steve Bannon is one of the worst people.
He says Bannon never did anything to Matthew personally, but he said he's a terrible, terrible person, Bannon, right?
So Bannon was invited by the Amir of Qatar to go to a sore and confront.
He was reluctant, but he said, yeah, we'll send you.
And they flew him to Conn.
He'll say this.
And he said he was in a room in an audience with the American, with this man that was there.
He said he had, he said, the head, one of the head editors of Epoch newspaper, some other people were there.
He said, Catherine Austin Fitz was there too.
And he said, they said that they have a copy of Donald Trump in the early 2000s with an underage girl.
And I just made me think about what Catherine Austin Fitz.
She's never said anything about this.
And he'll keep saying, if you don't believe me, ask Catherine Austin Fitz.
She was there.

There's all kinds of stuff on Trump out there.
I have no doubt at all.
I mean, really nasty stuff.
