Well, we didn't get the story into how the Iran is setting a trap.
But here we have what happens when we get first dibs to American weapons to Europe from responsible statecraft.

We're selling more defensive missiles to NATO allied for Ukraine, but now our own stockpiles are taking a backseat.
Is this why no Iran attack?
For weeks, the question animating Washington, D.C. come in terror yacht has been this.
When will Donald Trump make good on his threat to launch a second round of airstrikes on Iran?
So far, at least, the answer is not yet.
Many explanations for Trump's surprising but very welcome restraint have emerged.
Among the most troubling, however, is that lack of the necessary munitions, in particular defense interceptors, giving Trump seconds thoughts.
The missile defense cupboard is bare, one report concludes, based on interviews with current and former U.S. defense officials.
Even those who hope Trump chooses to avoid military action in RAND altogether should be taken aback to hear that eight months after the last extended U.S. military campaign ended, defense of Israel during the 12-day war and Operation Midnight Hammer, American missile defense arsenals could still be in such rough shape.
To be sure, slow production timelines and the deep market debt mean that any effort to fully restore U.S. stockbiles to every 2022 level will take time.
But eight months should be sufficient to return stocks of some types of defense interceptors to less critical levels if the missile defense cupboard is truly still bare.
However, something else must be going on.
That something else, it turns out, is Ukraine.
Yes, Ukraine.
Meanwhile, Colonel McGregor, could Iran's air defenses stop a U.S. air campaign?
I think we can.
I guess my message is this.
What people think might last 10 days or two weeks could last a lot longer.
And what we don't know is how close we are to the bottom in terms of our supply of missiles, both air and missile defense missiles and strike missiles.
I think we're pretty close.
So what I'm trying to get across is whatever you think you're going to do, you have to take into account the possibility that you get at least 80% effectiveness, maybe 70% effectiveness out of all these Russian, Chinese, and Iranian systems.
And these are all only defensive systems.
We're not talking about the damage the Iranians can inflict.
And of course, the Serbs had very little in the way of the capability of damaging us at the time with missiles or anybody at NATO.
But this time, Iran has quite an arsenal at its disposal.
Before we landed in Normandy, we went through two and a half, almost three years of air campaign against Germany.
And during World War II, the U.S. and British air forces actually lost 18,000 bombers trying to penetrate German air defenses.
During the Kosovo air campaign that was conducted in 1999, we didn't lose outright any aircraft, but they did damage a lot of aircraft.
They did manage to shoot down a stealth aircraft, as we know.
They did a lot of damage to cruise missiles.
Many of those were successfully engaged and destroyed.
But the point is that the air campaign took 78 days.
Now, ultimately, the air campaign did not end the war.
What ended the war was Strogue Talbot, who flew to Moscow, persuaded the Russians to abandon their support for the Serbs in return for things about which I know almost nothing, but I'm sure a lot of money and aid and assistance.
Whether or not that ever happened is another question.
But the Serbs concluded that without Russian aid, they were not going to make it through the winter.
And anybody who spent time in the Balkans knows what the winter is like down there.
It's pretty rough.
So that's the Kosovo air campaign, 78 days.
Now, more important, during that entire time, we in the West, that is the United States' Navalized, were never able to degrade Serbian air defenses below 83%.

but totally immoral to judge people on the basis of their blood, who thinks racism and anti-Semitism are anti-Christian.
Guy has never said a single thing against a group ever, not once.
In short, a thoroughly decent man of principle.
Why does everyone hate Ron Paul?
Well, there are a couple of reasons.
In fact, I personally discovered this way back in 2007 when I covered Ron Paul.
He was running for president that year.
I'd actually voted for him 19 years before in 1988 in college for president.
I knew nothing about him, but it seemed like an amusing protest vote.
He was running as a libertarian then.
But fast forward to 2007, he was running in the 2008 presidential campaign, and I thought, this guy looks kind of interesting.
I really didn't know much about him.
So I went on the road with him for a week and I wrote a long profile for the New Republic magazine.
I was working in television, but I thought it was kind of interesting to write magazine stories against.
So I did.
And I learned a couple of things about Ron Paul.
One, as noted, enormously nice person, gentle temperament, decent, not flashy, not greedy, not dishonest.
Two, I learned that Ron Paul is very sincere about monetary policy.
Paul would give these stemwinders about fiat currency and the gold standard and why the Fed was a scam.
And he drew enormous crowds, at least relative to the topic.
Now, at the time, again, this was 19 years ago, no one was talking about the gold standard in public and getting anything but laughter and jeers.
You were a gold bug.
You were insane.
You were a moron.
Gold wasn't even a topic.
If you could check the transcripts from CNBC for the year 2007, gold probably not even mentioned.
It seemed crazy to care about monetary policy then.
But Ron Paul did, and his audiences responded.
That was the first thing I noticed.
I had no idea this was a resident issue.
I knew nothing about it.
So I assumed since I lived in Washington and was pretty well informed that no one else knew anything about it either.
But I was wrong.
Tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands, in the end, millions of Americans were thinking about the stability and the strength of the U.S. dollar.
And they were convinced that excessive money printing since the early 1970s, when the dollar was detached from gold, which is to say from reality, when it became a purely fiat currency, redeemable for nothing.
They were convinced that the U.S. dollar was weaker than their leaders said it was.
And they knew this because the price of goods they bought every week seemed to be going up over time and no one was mentioning it, or the goods themselves are becoming smaller.
There was shrinkage.
This is a well-known phenomenon now.
Back in 2007, people were talking about it quite as much.
If you were, this obviously wasn't the story I expected to be plain, but Ron Paul is a good and decent man and a great American politician and talkers doing justice.

He also, that we're now learning, offered Epstein PR so that he could help clear Epstein of any of his wrongdoings or improper attacks against his character.
So he said on X, he said, the FBI cleared me.
You, on the other hand, and we said, well, a little bit of a battle of the billionaires happening here, Elon Musk versus Reed Hoffman.
And the truth is the FBI did not clear him.
He's a liar, in my opinion, saying no official in a community note, no official public FBI clearance for Hoffman has been found.
His claim refers to a 2025 internal note of a no hit in the Epstein files, which is a joke because he is in the Epstein files all over the place.
So a 2025 report saying that he's not in there is inaccurate because if you actually search his name in the Epstein files, as we've done here, you see he actually shows up 2,619 times, give or take.
And if you scroll through him, we'll look at some of these documents.

We listened to her argument and her case.
She said it was a dressing room at Bergdorf.
There's no cameras, no police reports.
She called some friends who hardly remembered anything about it, backfilled it because they hate Trump.
And they even changed the entire law so that she could bring the civil claim against him, extended the statute of limitations in New York so that she could bring this claim in the first place.
So this guy who was trying to offer PR for Jeffrey Epstein is now going to come out and drape himself as though he's a champion of victims of abuse.
So providing that support was something that I was, I felt very happy to do.
