U.S. Prepares for Iran Attack 00:04:56
Welcome everyone, my glitch.
This is Jim Fetzer, your host on the Raw Deal, right here on Revolution Radio Studio B this 30th day of January, 2026.
I have with me my special feature guest, Danny Sears.
We're going to take a good look at what's going on in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Pretty serious stuff, sorted out.
Meanwhile, however, I'm going to recap what you missed because it's so damn important.
Here we have Daily Mail reporting, U.S. deploys drones to survey Iran as it steps up preparation for possible military action.
The United States stepped up preparation for possible military action against Iran last night as the regime pleaded for peace talks.
Drones were deployed to survey Iran's defenses as another U.S. ship entered the region and refueling aircraft left bases in the mainland, U.S. for Europe.
International diplomacy efforts were intensified last night in a bid to convince Iran to agree to concessions.
Meanwhile, Hal Turner reports diplomacy efforts about Iran by Qatar, Oman, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey have failed.
All diplomatic efforts involving Iran have failed.
Iran will not agree to limit its nuclear program, will not agree to stop uranium enrichment, which they say is for peaceful nuclear energy use, will not limit their ballistic missile production or the range of those missiles.
All of the demands being leveled against Iran are within Iran's right as a sovereign country.
Yet the U.S. and Israel seem to think they can dictate terms to Iran under threat of heavy, destructive military action.
There is no basis in law or in treaty and no authorization by the U.S. Congress or the United Nations Security Council for the U.S. or Israel to even make these demands.
Never mind, do so while threatening military attack.
Law and treaties don't seem to matter in this situation, at least not to the likely aggressors.
It appears, at least on the surface, that for some reason, known only to the U.S. and Israel, Iran is now highly likely to be militarily attacked probably tomorrow night, Friday, after stock markets close.
Earlier today, there were wild rumors that a major attack against Iran nuclear facilities had already been carried out by the U.S. and Israel.
But there's been zero substantiation or evidence of any such action.
At 1.40 p.m. Eastern, an Airbus, a 321-231 upgrade by Mirage Airlines, going by the called name Iran 07, usually reserved for senior members of the Iranian government, departed Tehran in the last hour bound for Moscow.
Meanwhile, China, Germany, Italy tells citizens to leave Iran immediately.
How Turner again.
Very late last night, Eastern U.S., the People's Republic of China, told all its citizens who may presently reside inside Iran to leave Iran as soon as possible amid U.S. strike.
Yesterday, Thursday afternoon, Italy announced it had reduced its embassy staffing and told its citizens they should leave Iran.
But the real eye-opener was Germany, which told its citizens who may be inside Iran for business or personal reason to leave Iran immediately within the next few hours.
Austria's Chancellor has abruptly canceled a planned visit to Israel scheduled for this coming Monday.
Thursday afternoon, U.S. quietly sent two B-52 Strata Fortness aircraft from Barksdale Air Force Base out to Guam.
It's thought their next step will be Diego Garcia in the Indian Ocean, only about 2,500 miles from Iran.
U.S. Launches Missile Strike 00:05:12
This morning, Friday, two more B-52s were also reportedly sent to Diego Garcia, along with refueling tankers.
Also, at about 4 a.m. Eastern U.S. time this morning, tanker aircraft flying with a slew of E-8 growlers out of a base on Moron, Spain, took off for the Middle East.
The U.S. military buildup is now astonishing.
Then we have Larry Johnson talking about three scenarios for a U.S. attack.
Larry Johnson is one of the best right up there with Colonel McGregor and Scott Ritter in sorting these things out.
And he talks about three different scenarios, which I'm now going to recap.
He's got a, there's a whole lot of weaponry now that's been provided here.
Here they are.
Scenario one.
Despite Beloca statements by both U.S. and Iran, the Saudi Turk, Chinese, and the Russians are working frantically behind the scene to secure a diplomatic solution as a result of pressure from the Saudis and the Turks.
Trump realized he'll not be able to fly over their territories, imposing a significant limitation on U.S. air ops.
The Saudis and the Russians with support from all the Gulf to Asia persuade Trump to open negotiations with Tehran.
Crisis averted, at least for now.
Highly unlikely, in my opinion.
Scenario two.
U.S. launches a successful combined air-to-surface and sea-launch missile, Tomahawk cruise missiles at critical Iranian government military and economic target, which leads to a collapse of the Iranian government and ignites a civil war in Iran.
Iran is unable to retaliate.
Zero probability.
That ain't going to happen.
Scenario three.
The U.S. launches a combined air-to-surface and sea-launched missile, Tomahawk cruise missiles at critical Iranian government military and economic targets.
But Iranian air defense system defeat a substantial number of the threats.
In addition, Iran has deployed decoy missiles at the U.S., believing to be real strikes.
Iran in turn launches an immediate barrage of missiles and drones.
The first wave is intended to bleat the U.S. and Israeli air defenses.
Iran then launches a follow-on attack at U.S. military bases and installations in the Persian Gulf and in Syria.
Iran also hits Israel and closes the Straits of Horbuz.
A full-scale war ensues.
This, I believe, given the reports I've shared with you, is overwhelmingly likely.
Lorry Johnson continues, I'm sure some of you armchair warriors can come up with additional scenarios we should consider.
I'm hoping for scenario one, but I fear scenario three is the most likely.
Yes.
If combat ops last more than two weeks, then the U.S. will find itself in an almost impossible situation to sustain operations, especially if the Straits of Horbuz have closed.
And as I reported yesterday, the Iranian parliament has already voted to close the Straits of Horbuzz.
It will be closed.
The most consistent public estimate for the operational U.S. Tomahawk inventory in early 2026 is approximately 3,500 to 4,500, leading toward the lower end due to ongoing drawdowns and modest replenishment.
This reflects a focus on quality upgrades over quantity amid broader munition shortages.
If Iran targets the U.S. carrier task force with a huge drone and missile swarm, the destroyers and crews provide protection for the carrier will rapidly deplete their supply of defensive missiles.
The only way they can reload is to travel to a board facility that's especially equipped to handle the reload.
Normally, the U.S. ships would go to Bahrain.
But if the Straits of Horbuzz are closed, and it will be, those ships will have to find an alternative site, which means the carrier will also withdraw from the Arabian Sea.
The worst case scenario is the Iranians hit the carrier and take it out of action.
I guarantee that is going to happen.
Decisive Attack Psychology 00:05:38
Meanwhile, here's a very, very serious observation.
Iranian media says if the U.S. strikes Iran, Tehran plans to launch more than a dozen Kwima hundred SLVs, which they claim can be used as ICBMs to target New York and Washington, D.C. Count on it.
Meanwhile, Alastair Koch speculates, will he, won't he, taco on Iran, meaning, of course, reverse course.
As so often these days, a decisive attack on Iran comes down in the final announcement of Trump's psychology and his need to dominate the attention of everyone around him.
He understands that for however much his maximalist pronouncements look and are crazy, they nonetheless do usually default to a strongman image.
Trump's career has been founded on the predicate that his base loves the strong guy and any sign of weakness detracts from the illusion of strength.
It is the thing that has generally worked for him.
European elites, however, find this difficult to digest, perhaps understandably, and slighted paroxysms of outrage.
The key, as Trump watcher Michael Wolf has suggested, and remember he is Trump's biographer, is that after days with Trump saying this or that is going to be done either the easy way or the hard way,
the tipping point usually comes when he has to maneuver to exit his maximus positions while always claiming it was all an art of the deal success, the outcome being just what he had from the beginning intended all along on Iran.
Trump messaging is again ultra-maximalist.
Accept my conditions or prepare for a comprehensive campaign to dismantle entirely your Iran's political system.
Trump's envoys reinforce his stance that every option remains on the table at every opportunity, though this rhetoric has become nothing more than an overworked cliché.
Trump's threats toward Iran have triggered paroxysms of anxiety in the region with leaders, even Net and Yahoo, fearing a long war with unpredictable and bloody consequences.
And believe me, if they attack Iran, it ain't going to be a cakewalk.
It will be long and bloody.
And Israel and the United States are going to suffer severe consequences.
Trump's conception of war is built around a fantasy he can manipulate some lightning in-blue mount stunt, one in which the U.S. loses no soldiers.
Its military infrastructure remains untouched.
Reborts from those regular phone buddies at Trump say he still says he wants a guaranteed decisive outcome in Iran, a short, violently sharp, decisive war.
He does not want casualties, especially American, nor does he want mass casualties or a long drawn out conflict.
Colonel Larry Wilkerson explains, decisive is a military term of art.
It means you've hit the enemy so hard they're unable to respond, or in other words, hints that Trump would like a stunt like that of seizing Maduro.
Nothing is guaranteed in war, of course.
And the insurrection in Iran, fomented by externally trained rioters, drawn on the earlier management of savagery playbook, failed.
The U.S. had not deployed massively for this January episode because in their flawed analysis, they thought they might be able to simply assist the rioters trying to overthrow the government, assistance that would not require much military muscle.
Well, that all fell apart.
It brought into the propaganda, Iran was a house of cards, destined to have bloated under the impact of the extreme violence of the rioters, indented to sear into place.
The image of a crumbling, burning edifice with its leaders and occupants scrambling to escape.
It seems that in the wake of the coup failure, yet still wanting to be pleasing to an exeget president, the Pentagon, has come around to justify and explain the failed coup saying, in General Keene's words, we have had to bring in all this firepower because they initially thought they could manage with less.
So now we have the narrative that the U.S. had deployed more force in the Middle East than it did the first Gulf War, Second Gulf War, and Iraq war combined.
Zelensky's Price 00:05:56
Some may be skeptical, but I think that is basically correct.
We have a massive compilation of military forces, Larry Johnson outlined.
Danny, I'd be very pleased to get your comments on the scenario as I've been reporting it here.
Danny.
Hello, sir.
I'm glad I can hear you.
You know, I'm not sure what's going on over there.
I wish we could stay out of it.
I understand their goal.
They want that regime toppled.
A lot of people are tired of what's going on over there.
As far as the scenarios go, I'm not sure which way it's going to go, sir.
I mean, the United States has a lot of really powerful weapons.
I'm not really sure exactly what is going to be the result if we do decide or Trump decides to attack Iran.
You know, he keeps talking about those protesters being butchered or slaughtered over there.
That's definitely not a good thing.
So I don't know.
I think I'd be kind of just kind of wondering, sitting back and wondering what's going to happen.
But as far as scenarios go, you know, I hope that scenario number three that you mentioned does not happen.
Yeah, I'm sorry to say, Danny, I think it's overwhelmingly likely.
Let me throw in one more article.
Orban backs Weedle demand that Ukraine pay Germany reparation for Nordstream to sabotage.
I think we all recall from the time that both Biden and Victoria Newland were threatening Russia that Nordstream would not go forward.
And just as they were about to connect with Germany providing cheap gas, that would have fueled an economic miracle in Europe and, of course, so strengthened commerce between Russia and the European Union that it would have been obvious NATO was antiquated, no longer necessary,
which meant Europeans would have to pay for all this expensive hardware, which of course alarmed the military-industrial complex, which wanted nothing more than for Nordstream to be a failure.
And where it now turns out, and I have no doubt this was with the blessing and support of Victoria Newland and Joe Biden or the guy who was playing Joe Biden in the White House at the time, because as I've documented extensibly, it wasn't the same guy, the senator from Delaware, who was very articulate, very expressive, used his hands and gestures all the time, just as do I.
But the guy was more like a walking zombie, virtually mummified.
No effect, no gesture, no articulation, total imposter, not the real guy.
And they were using the autopen to conduct government.
I mean, it's just a ridiculous situation.
But where I have no doubt that the destruction of the Nord Stream pipeline, it now appears by Ukraine, was done with the blessing of the guy we called Joe Biden and Victoria Newland, who both declared on several occasions it would not be allowed to happen.
Well, get this: Orban bought back with fatal demand that Ukraine pay Germany reparation for Nord Stream to sabotage.
Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban backed alternative for Germany, AFD co-leader Alice Weidel, who is demanding compensation from Ukraine for the explosion of the Nord Stream gas pipeline and tens of billions of euros in German financial support.
Orban responded to the German politician's statement with a short but clear sentence on that, stating, Alice Waddell is right.
Zelensky should pay for blowing up Nord Stream.
Here we have a video about it.
That is not...
Man sollte wirklich gerade rausgehen und das wenigstens mal zugeben und ansprechen.
Wir haben über...
We have invested 70 Milliarden in this country.
We have delivered Waffen.
We have delivered German soldiers.
We have delivered German soldiers.
How can one help us to put German soldiers against Russia?
How can we do something like that?
How can a German government do something like that?
And another thing.
Meaning to be a tool for Ukraine.
Wonderful statement.
Ilhan Omar Syringe Attack 00:05:05
Danny, would you care to add any thoughts about this development?
You mean about the Nord Stream?
Yeah, you know, I have no doubt that Otto Pan somehow got involved in that.
I don't know exactly who pulled the trigger on that, but I wish that wouldn't have happened.
That was none of our business.
And I'd really like him to get to the bottom of what's going on there.
I don't blame him for wanting some reparations on the sabotage of that project for sure.
Yeah, it's really stunning, stunning stuff.
Well, there are lots of other stories, but by virtue of having lost that first 30 minutes, I'm going to forego them.
And Danny, we're going to take a look at what happened in Minnesota.
You've done a great job of putting together stories here.
We're going to begin with Elon Omar.
And it's rather astonishing, or maybe not, that Elon Omar faked her attack.
Bad.
I'm just going to say what everybody else is thinking about this Ilhan Omar syringe attack.
It looks fake as hell.
And the reason why is because we all know human nature.
And this is just not the way that normal people react in these circumstances.
Let's break all this down.
So Ilhan Omar is giving a speech.
She looks at the attacker and nods her head.
You can see it here, plain as A.
The attacker then jumps up and squirts her right in the torso area with a syringe that is allegedly filled with apple cider vinegar, which is, of course, a harmless household cooking and cleaning product.
And Ilhan Omar doesn't react like a normal person would if you're being sprayed by something.
Allegedly, she didn't have any idea what was in this syringe.
It could have been anthrax.
And this could have been the bubonic plague.
It could have been an acid.
There are acid attacks in the Muslim community all over the world.
There's lots of them.
Ilhan Omar leans into it.
Ilhan Omar doesn't even flinch.
She gets sprayed with an unknown liquid, and then she actually goes after the guy.
She runs toward her attacker while the attacker runs away from her.
That don't make no sense.
Ladies, would you ever do this?
This man is three times Ilhan Omar's size and she goes after him like she fit a fight.
This dude.
The guy runs, by the way, directly into her security guard, a waiting security guard right there.
And then Ilmhonda Omar does the most insane thing.
She continues her speech.
She doesn't change her outfit.
She doesn't go wash out her eyes or her skin.
She doesn't get a hazmat suit, go to the hospital.
Who knows what the hell this guy just sprayed on you?
She just keeps talking.
Now, what if this was a pathogen and she was getting everybody else sick around her?
She still did interviews after this.
Alleged attack.
And again, people are bringing up photos of this guy's family, the attacker's family, his kids, very left-wing-coated family.
Don't really know anything about the guy.
And so I'm just going to say, like, I'm done for falling for hoaxes.
I'm just, I'm done.
They're the party of Jesse Smollett.
They're the party of George Floyd.
They're the party of every conceivable hoax, January 6th, that they've tried to use for power.
So I'm just, I'm done falling for the hoaxes.
This just seems suspicious as hell.
Ilhan Omar even getting ratioed in her own commentary on it on X.
It doesn't look like anybody's believing this.
President Trump coming in over the top saying, Ilhan Omar's a fraud, and I actually think she sprayed herself.
I wouldn't be surprised.com.
We'll be right back after this message.
Was it a conspiracy?
Did you know that the police in Boston were broadcasting, this is a drill, this is a drill, on bullhoards during the marathon?
That the Boston Globe was tweeting that a demonstration bomb would be set off during the marathon for the benefit of bomb squad activities.
And that one would be set off in one minute in front of the library, which happened as the Globe had announced.
Peering through the smoke, you could see bodies with missing arms and legs.
But there was no blood.
The blood only showed up later and came out of a tube.
They used amputee actors and a studio quality smoke machine.

Annie, I love this.
You got a post from Lance Olson 22.
Whom, the heat is coming down.
Question are being asked by government agencies.
How is a house member?
She accumulated 40 million bucks in one year.
And then this, and there's a photograph of her with a guy who attacked her.
And she's smiling.
She's even wearing the same outfit she had when he attacked her.
Danny, this is so insulting.
Well, sir, there's no doubt about it.
This is a makeshift attack that they set up.
Call it a false flag.
It almost looks like a Saturday night night skit.
I mean, it was really, really, really bad.
I mean, you could just tell the entire thing was fake, you know, without spending too much time on it.
You know, I know we're short on time today, but if you watch the attacker get up on her nod, you can clearly see that she makes eye contact with him and nods at him.
Then when he attacks her, he fades away.
And then she doesn't even act surprised when she gets sprayed by a little syringe that hits her on her shirt.
And then he backs up like real clumsily right into security.
No fight whatsoever.
They grab him.
He goes right to the ground.
And then the worst thing was right when he goes to the ground, immediately there were a couple of cameras perfectly positioned down low, right into his face.
Like, you know, they were standing in the perfect position to take his video shot when you look at and analyze the whole thing.
The whole thing was staged, sir.
It was a huge blunder.
She knew her attacker.
And you know what?
I hope this blows up in her face.
It needs to be talked about all over the world.
It was completely fake and phony.
I don't know what she thought she was going to get away with here, but it was quite the joke, sir.
And I'm glad you're talking about it.
Oh, yeah, Danny.
This is embarrassing.
Really embarrassing.
Meanwhile, now, here we have turning to the Alex Predty.
They've got these before on video attacking ICE agents.
Here's a video about it where they were doing their job.
What's up, guys, Fenny?
We're not going to apologize for always being right because, well, that's our job around here.
We don't give into hysteria or hoaxes.
We call them out.
And that's what we've been doing in Minneapolis.
This individual, Alex Predty, went armed to confront ICE agents.
We thought that was violent behavior.
We thought that was something you shouldn't do.
You should not be going armed into conflict.
That's a way to guarantee a bad outcome.
Not saying anybody deserved to die, but it certainly isn't a wise thing to do.
And that's what he did.
And we said that the media is lying about this and lying about his intentions.
And what do we find out yesterday?
We found out that Alex Predty had earlier confronted federal agents, broke a rib in an altercation with federal agents.
He was known for his aggressive behavior, and he had a digital history of hunting ICE agents.
So he wasn't a peaceful bystander or a legal observer.
He was somebody who was a soldier, and he went back armed again.
The media continues to lie about the nature of this man, and that's all we're saying.
And, you know, you can't trust the media because they won't even show you what he actually looks like.
I mean, we noted this yesterday.
Everything the media has told you about Alex Paretti is a lie, including what he looks like.
This is Alex Paretti, who brought a loaded Sig Sauer P320 to a physical altercation with federal officers this week.
He resisted arrest and fought those officers and lost his life.
Now, every American life loss is a tragedy, whether it's gunfire or fentanyl.
But what's also a tragedy is when the media lies about these deaths in order to manipulate us.
And that is precisely what they are doing with Alex Paretti.
They have manipulated his actual photo into this.
This is an AI-generated fake person that the media is telling you lost his life tragically in Minneapolis this week.
Watch.
The non-violent bystander at ICE agents in Minneapolis.
This time it was 37-year-old Alex Predi.
That's not a fake person, but it's also a fake thing to say.
What she said was wrong.
A non-violent bystander, she says.
Hmm.
Non-violent bystander.
That's how they're describing Alex Predi.
Well, you're going to be shocked.
Shocked, I tell you, to learn that in brand new footage just released, that Alex Predi has been exposed as exactly what we told you 48 hours ago he was.
Somebody who was extremely violent and attacked federal law enforcement.
Get a load of this.
Here's a video of Alex Predi spitting on federal law enforcement.
That's a crime.
Appears to be Alex Predator.
Kicking a federal law enforcement vehicle so harshly that he actually breaks breaks.
And this is hard, by the way, to break a taillight off a car.
You got to have a hell of a kick to break a taillight.
By the way, this is a federal vehicle carrying federal agents.
So that's an attack on federal agents.
There it is.
That's all you got to see.
Wait till you see the whole thing.
I want to just know something pretty critical about this footage because what you can see here in the footage is you can clearly see, and the reporters note this, that he is carrying his firearm.
So look at like, look at the number of firearms in this altercation.
This is not, by the way, the deadly altercation that occurred, but Alex Predty is coming and behaving in a very aggressive, violent, criminal manner while armed, effectively creating the conditions, right, for something really, really bad to happen.
As I've said a million times on this channel, I don't think anyone deserves to die.
And I think that it was a bad shoot, you know, and, you know, that it's just like the melee of what happens.
But what occurred here and what is shown here in this video is a pattern of violence and a pattern of wanton disregard for his own life and putting himself and those around him in jeopardy as he's armed and attacked.
See, he's right there.
There.
Danny, talk about this.
I mean, this is a prior incident.
He had an injured rib from this, kicking the vehicle, knocking off the taillight cover while he's armed.
I mean, this is bad behavior without any doubt.
Danny.
Sir, there's so much to talk about this story.
Again, I know we're going to be shorthanded, but you know, this whole thing, the shooting with him, you know, his behavior before, this guy is not who the media told us.
Of course, they're lying about it.
You know, I looked into his background.
He is a nurse, but it's very interesting that most of his work was in Wisconsin.
And I don't see any employment records at all for this VA that he was working at.
You're saying he actually was from Wisconsin, not Minnesota.
No, that's not what I'm saying.
He does have an address in Minnesota.
What I'm saying is his work records, his employment records showed that he was an RN.
So he does have an RN license, but it showed that he worked a lot in Wisconsin and his employment records didn't reflect that he worked in Minnesota or Minneapolis at that particular hospital or the VA.
I didn't see any.
It is possible that he was working there through a temp agency, and then maybe we wouldn't see those.
But it's very interesting, his background.
For him to have that kind of degree, sir, I just want to point out that's a very specialized degree and a very important degree.
We need our RNs, they're the background, the backbone of the medical industry.
They get all the work done, they save a lot of lives.
And to be in intensive care, if he was, I did not see that in his records.
But if he was, as they said, in intensive care, RN, those are very specific people, highly, highly skilled people.
Okay.
I mean, I can't tell you how important that job is.
Very, very important job if you get that job.
Only certain people are qualified for that particular role.
You have to be very skilled.
And for him to one day just say, you know what, I think I'm going to stop doing this and save lives.
And then I'm going to strap on my gun and I'm going to go out and start fighting police.
That doesn't make any sense.
That just doesn't, the profile does not fit somebody that would do such a thing.
But in either case, we see a video of him a week before.
And there's other reports of him even further than that.
And he's out attacking police.
Okay.
And he gets himself involved in an incident.
He's committing all kinds of felonies, sir.
For one, he's interfering with law enforcement.
That's illegal.
You know, he comes off the sidewalk.
He's walking around in the street.
He's taunting them.
He's getting involved in law enforcement, sir, inside of their duties.
That's completely illegal.
You're not allowed to do that.
If you want to stand back and film and stand on the sidewalk and film, you can film all you want.
Okay.
But when the police tell you to get back, you have to obey commands and you have to do it.
Okay.
And there's a lot of people out there saying, no, you don't have to listen to ICE.
You know, no, that's not the case.
Okay.
They're law enforcement.
They tell you to get back.
You need to get back.
And he was clearly told that several times in the video.
And then, you know, referring back to the shooting, he actually shoves one of the officers.
And that's a felony, sir.
And we'll, you know, we can rack up all kinds of crimes before they told him he was under arrest and threw him on the ground.
But you can see in this video that Benny just showed that he's ultra violent guy.
He's kicking at the car.
He breaks the taillight.
Officers get out.
They come out and tackle him.
What I don't understand is out of this altercation, they got him on the ground.
They tackle him, but a little bit of a crowd shows up.
Can I have protesters, paid protesters, whoever they are?
Yeah, here's another question about it, Danny, and we'll continue.
Shot and killed by law enforcement.
Sources also say that he was known to federal law enforcement, though it's unclear whether it was this incident or another with federal agents that they knew him, they knew of him.
Like subscribe to the channel, hit the bell so you get notifications anytime I go live and make a video.
Y'all already know the dude, let's get into this.
There's breaking news about Alex Pretty.
Now, this, in my opinion, doesn't have anything to do necessarily with the justification of use of force.
It really doesn't have anything to do with it because at the time, it's clear that the agent believed that the lives are in danger.
Gun, gun, gun.
They fired on him.
They will be justified in the court of law.
However, this puts the mindset within context.
And this just came out breaking today about Alex Petty and his previous engagement with ICE or law enforcement before this incident.
Let's play Clip Dino 2.
Annette is learning that Alex Predi had a physical encounter with federal agents about a week before he was shot and killed by law enforcement.
Sources tell CNN that Predi broke a rib when a group of federal officers tackled him while he was protesting.
Priscilla Alvarez is breaking that story for us.
Tell them out.
Listen to what she said.
She started the show, and the headline is: he broke a rib while protesting.
These people should get sued.
Like these people should get taken off the air.
You cannot dominate the media space and completely lie.
The governing body of news media should penalize these people, sue them, or at least penalize them and take them off the air if they're intentionally and blatantly lying about incidents to cause chaos and confusion in society.
That hamburger Heffer just mentioned he was protesting.
Now, listen to what the other woman said.
He actually did.
Let me ask you something.
Have you ever Googled your own name?
Do it sometimes.
You'll be shocked how much of your private information is out there, your address, your phone number, even your family detail.
Andy, we're getting distracted.
Just pause that, sir.
Yeah, go ahead.
Anyway, sir, the thing is, I'm trying to stay in order here.
We have his history of violent behavior towards ICE.
So he's obviously, it goes to show that he's out provoking the police.
He's attacking police.
He's a violent protester.
Okay, we're getting a lot of information coming out this week now that there's foreign money coming in to support these protesters.
This is an organized chaos.
Of course, the media is in lockstep with it like a false flag.
So obviously the people that control the media is behind this and they're pushing the same narrative trying to protect this guy from what happened to him.
They're trying to grasp at straws and latch on to his death to try to use it some way to stop ICE.
It's totally ridiculous, sir.
You cannot fight police.
You cannot interject yourself.
We covered that with Renee Good.
He's doing that.
He gets tackled to the ground.
I don't know how he escapes, but he does escape.
They got him in their grasp.
People start to gather around.
For some reason, they don't cuff him.
They let him go.
And, you know, they drive off and he's there and he survives.
And he didn't go to jail.
He should have went to jail that day.
And, you know, if they, it just is a good lesson to see that, you know what?
If they would have arrested him there, they would have taken his gun off of him.
He'd have been in custody.
He probably wouldn't have got his gun back at least right away.
And then the following incident a few days later that he got involved in, therefore, wouldn't have happened if they would have arrested him.
So he's out causing trouble.
He left his job.
Pulling the Trigger 00:15:36
There's reports from the hospital that say he was fired for insurrection.
There's all kinds of reports out there.
I put a few of them below that he, you know, one says he quit his job to go join this Ice Watch group and go out and terrorize ICE.
Another one says he was hard to get along with and he was actually fired from his job.
There's no way to substantiate which report is true without actually going there and talking to his employer.
And I can't find any records that showed that he even worked there.
So I don't know which one of those is true.
But I do know in the video, I can see him doing what he did.
He should have been arrested.
And then I'd like to go on, sir, if we can.
I saw your show you did the other day with Russ Winter.
And so I watched part of it where you went over the shooting or whatever.
Do you want to go over that part of it today?
Or what do you want to do?
Danny, yeah.
Did you want to do the defense attorney breaking down the law for police shootings or not?
Yeah.
Yeah, I do want to cover that, but I want to talk about that.
Andrew is really, really brilliant.
He breaks down the shooting in detail.
Again, we're short today.
I don't know if we're going to be how much of that we're going to be able to get to.
I tried to put a few segments there, but I didn't have time to pull the show apart.
But he breaks down the law and everything.
I'd like to just mention that during the shooting, we'll just kind of go over it.
Okay.
They told him he was under arrest.
He shoved the police.
He committed, sir, multiple felonies up until they told him he was arrested.
Then he started fighting with the police.
Okay, that's a felony.
He's resisting arrest.
That's another crime.
He's got a bunch of crimes, sir.
And I'd like to point out what you guys talked about the other day.
There were so many people on him and so many things going on and all that.
That's totally normal in that type of scene.
But what people don't understand is every officer sees something different.
Not everybody saw the gun on him.
Not everybody saw he had a gun on his waist.
Not everybody saw that.
And they were just trying to handcuff the guy.
And then I'd like to point out that it is very difficult, sir, when somebody is trained to handcuff them if they do not want to be handcuffed.
He's told to put his hands behind his back.
He's not doing that.
So he's resisting arrest.
He's fighting police.
He doesn't want to go to jail.
He doesn't want to be cuffed.
He knows he's going to jail.
He knows he's going to lose his freedom.
He knows he has that gun on him.
He knows he's committing a crime.
He knows that he has committed multiple crimes.
And he knows that he further committed other crimes when he has a gun on him.
And that alone is a crime.
So I'd like to point that out.
You can bring a gun to a protest if you have a permit, but you can't pull it out.
And you certainly are not allowed to commit any crimes while you're carrying a gun.
So that alone is a really serious issue.
So he knew what he was doing.
And he was purposely locking his hands forward in front of his face, kind of in the fetal position, making it impossible for officers to grab his hands and to get his arms around behind his back.
That's simply all they wanted to do is get his arms behind his back and put the cuffs on him, and it would have been over.
If he would have complied, sir, okay, and compliance is key.
Okay.
He's resisting arrest.
That's a crime.
If he would have put his hands behind his back when he was told to, okay, he would have been cuffed and they would have lifted the gun off him nice and safe and he would have gone to jail, right?
And none of this would have happened.
But he kept fighting.
Okay.
He kept fighting and fighting and fighting them.
And you could see one of the officers punching him.
He was punching him because he was trying to get him to release and put his hands behind his back so they can cuff him.
Okay.
It's extremely difficult in that situation.
They have gloves on.
It's cold outside and the guy is fighting and will not put his hands behind his back.
He knows their goal is to get the hands behind the back and get him cuffed.
So he's making it as hard as possible.
Then one of the officers yells out gun, gun, gun, which is known as a code.
We use that as a warning on a scene.
If somebody has a gun on a surprise, we're all trained to yell that out.
That draws attention that there's a firearm that's not secured on the suspect.
And then everybody draws their gun.
Now, it's irrelevant if somebody did lift the gun off of them and walk away because not everybody can see that.
Everybody's eye sees something different.
You know, we're sitting back watching the video comfortably.
After the fact, we're farther away.
We can see all angles.
Not all the officers on the scene can see everything we can see in the camera.
They can't see that, nor do they need to.
They just heard gun, gun, gun.
They saw him reach down, and so he fired.
And it doesn't matter, again, if the gun was lifted off of him or not.
That has no bearing on it in a court of law whatsoever.
That attorney explains that.
just need a reasonable, you need to be reasonable to think that you are in danger to use deadly force.
And he was, and he was armed.
And it's unclear the first shot, if it was a negligent discharge from his own weapon, if it was the police that shot first.
We can't tell.
There's too much of a melee going on there.
We can't really tell what's going on.
That's all under investigation.
But police were completely justified here.
You know what?
He broke a bunch of laws, a ton of laws on the way up to this.
You know, he did this to himself, sir.
I am sorry that he died.
I'm sorry that they had to shoot him.
I wish they wouldn't have shot him.
I wish he would have just simply complied and went to jail and he could have lived to fight another day.
But he didn't do that.
He chose to fight police while armed, and that's what happened to him, sir.
And it is a tragedy on his side, but he did it to his own self.
It was all in his doing, sir.
Danny, where next you want me to go?
Well, if you want to show the attorney that clip of the attorney, again, we're behind, but we want to play just a little bit of that on there in the first minute.
And then in seven minutes, he does a pretty good job.
Our team works together to not only build the client's books, get them into a state that...
But he was not shot for carrying a gun.
He was not shot for having a couple spare magazines.
He was shot because he got into a fight with law enforcement and a gun went off.
If the officers here were tried in a Minneapolis court, they'd get convicted if only for political reasons.
Now, and by the way, there's a real theoretical risk that could happen.
Minnesota's justice system will have the last word on this.
It must have the last word.
Minnesota might just wait this out, see if a Democrat gets elected president next time, and then prosecute him in state court, knowing that a Democrat DOJ won't pull it into federal court and get it dismissed.
Minnesotans are witnessing, and we're creating a log of evidence for the future prosecution of ICE agents and officials responsible for this.
What I expect Minnesota to do is not charge these officers today, is just wait it out because what they would charge him with is murder, and there's no statute of limitations on murder.
So they can just wait and see.
Maybe President Tim Waltz gets elected next time.
Is a Tim Waltz Department of Justice going to say, no, you can't prosecute these officers?
We're going to pull it into federal court and get it dismissed.
Are they going to say, yeah, we're kind of busy today?
Like, subscribe to the channel, hit the bell so get notifications.
Anytime I go live, I make a video.
Y'all already know the dude.
Let's.
Is that good, Danny?
I think the defense attorney is very, very good.
I mean, if you speed forward, sir, he gives a detailed layout of the shooting basically scene by scene.
And it's very good.
The guy breaks it all up.
But he was not shot for carrying a gun.
He was not shot for having a couple spare men.
He was president.
He's not detective, both personally and legally.
He's not going to run for president.
What transpired?
Well, I appreciate your very kind comments at the start.
I'd like to remind people that I'm agnostic about the legal outcomes in these cases, right?
These people are not friends of mine.
They're not my family.
It doesn't really matter to me whether they go to prison or not go to prison from a personal perspective.
I just do legal analysis, right?
This guy was carrying a gun, a couple of spare magazines.
I carry a gun every day.
I've carried a gun every day for my entire adult life.
It's the most common thing I do.
I put my gun in in the morning.
I take it off when I go to bed at night.
But he was not shot for carrying a gun.
He was not shot for having a couple spare magazines.
He was shot because he got into a fight with law enforcement and a gun went off.
And under those circumstances, it's like taking a bath with a toaster plugged into the wall.
I mean, the only reasonable outcome is that you're going to end up getting shot.
Right.
A thousand percent.
We got a video.
Can we put the video and play it?
Because I want to play a little bit of this clip to remind people and then we'll go through it.
It's funny that you said that because I don't know why people don't understand that two plus two is four.
You bring a gun to a premeditated confrontation with ICE Border Patrol agents.
You go hands-on with them when it's not necessary.
You get into a fight with them.
You don't declare you have a firearm or any of those things.
And you end up getting into a scuffle when they shoot you because the firearm is now in play.
But one thing I want to ask you while we prep the video: is it official that the firearm was discharged?
I don't know where that first gunshot came from.
Everyone's speculating that it may have been Alex Pretty's own gun that was taken by one of the officers that it either he negligently discharged it or the gun, you know, the SIG 320s, the reputation they have.
It was an uncommanded discharge.
But for legal purposes, it doesn't matter.
It could have been a car backfiring, right?
If there's a gunshot-like noise and the cops just heard gun, gun, gun, and Alex Predty's hand comes into view from his waistband with a black object in it.
That's going to be a reasonable perception of an imminent deadly force threat.
And that's the justification the officers need to shoot him.
They don't need to be correct, by the way, in that perception.
No one's required to make perfect decisions in self-defense.
We're just required to make reasonable decisions in self-defense.
We're applying our powers of freedom.

Even the government admits that 9-11 was a conspiracy.
But did you know that it was an inside job?
That Osama had nothing to do with it.
That the twin towers were blown apart by a sophisticated arrangement of mini or micro nukes.
That building seven collapsed seven hours later because of explosives planted in the building.
Barry Jennings was there.
He heard them go off and felt himself stepping over dead people.
The U.S Geological Survey conducted studies of dust gathered from 35 locations in Lower Manhattan and found elements that would not have been there had this not been a nuclear event.
Ironically, that means the government's own evidence contradicts the government's official position.
9-11 was brought to us.

I like this guy, Danny.
He's very clear down to earth about the key elements here from a legal point of view and he doesn't have a vested interest one way or another.
Shall I play a bit more.
Yeah, go ahead and play a little more sir, and those facts are more than enough.
Gun gun gun, gunshot goes off.
Petty has a um, an object in his hand.
He's gonna get shot.
And I wonder Andrew, why is this so complicated for people to acknowledge?
Based on the law?
What you articulated is very clear and that's my understanding of how the law works.
As a former law enforcement officer having to go to deadly force situations, I have never had to kill anybody, but having to deal with that decision making every single day.
I I pull my gun on somebody, probably every every day or every other day, whether it's clearing a house or whether it's having to pull your gun on somebody as a threat of use of force or deadly force to get them to comply to certain things.
You know having to pull a gun on somebody's armed, having them disarmed.
You know, like a lot of the reasons that we pull our guns and that decision making of, well shoot, not shoot.
Why are people so confused at this, in your opinion?
Like, is it that they don't understand the law or is it well, they don't want to?
I don't get it.
They don't want to understand the law, so they, they don't.
Running With Guilt Evidence 00:16:18
They act confused because they're they're emotionally unsatisfied with the outcome.
It's a bad outcome case for them uh, if they're allied with this guy's political views.
If they don't like Ice, well then it's a bad outcome for them that their guy got killed by Ice, right?
If they don't like police if, for whatever reason, they don't like the outcome and they have an emotional response to it.
They just wish things had gone differently and they're not applying the rational part of their brain to the analysis because they don't, they don't care to.
You know, most people, human beings, are not really rational creatures.
Right, we're emotional creatures and civilization allows us to put a facade of of reason on what we do.
We, we think we're acting reasonably, but most of the time when we make decisions or we make assessments, there's a very large emotional component there and and there are people who can separate those two they tend to become things like lawyers, because that's our job uh, but if you're just a, like a normal person, you're reacting to the world around you largely in an emotional way.
Yeah no, a thousand percent.
I appreciate all the people who have gotten verdict already, because Let's move forward.
Where would you like to go?
Here we have his parents speaking out after Sunday saying they warned him not to engage with feds.
Hospital director speaks out.
Former employee Alec Petty fired three months ago amid multiple complaints of inappropriate behavior.
This claim originated from a fake article citing a doctor, Alina Vasquez from the Lakeshore Medical Center.
However, Alex never worked for Lakeshore, and there's no record of an L Vasquez.
What's going on there, Danny?
Propaganda.
Well, I tried to look up some of that stuff, sir.
And you know what?
I can't find any records on where he worked in Minnesota.
So I just want to be direct.
I couldn't find him.
And that doesn't mean he wasn't working there through a temp agency.
That's totally possible.
RNs get shifted around a lot working through an agency.
They get dispatched daily to different locations.
So it's still possible that he worked there under, you know, a temporary kind of thing.
I just don't know.
But it's really weird that I couldn't find any full-time employment records in the Minnesota area.
I thought that to be very strange.
And the only thing I could see was his working in Wisconsin.
So, you know, he got his RN license in 21.
And it's clear he did have an RN medical license.
I can clearly see it.
So there's a little confusion about where he worked and stuff.
But in either case, what I like to point out, sir, is the attorney goes on to break down the entire shooting and talks about the reasonableness.
You know, we're all armchair quarterback in this and watching a bunch of guys trying to tackle him.
And in reality, the reason why he was dogpiled by so many guys is they were simply trying to get him handcuffed.
And he was fighting the police.
And let that be a lesson.
I don't care who you are.
ICIS police.
And when they give you commands, you have to follow them.
If you don't like that, well, there's nothing you can do about it.
Okay.
It's been decided by the Supreme Court many times.
He was resisting arrest.
This Monday, we will start.
Almost a minute of scrolling here through the Southside Minneapolis Rapid Response Ice Chaser Signal Group.
You can see them actively checking plates, calling intersections, calling out chase agents.
This is organized obstruction of federal law enforcement.
It's a conspiracy to impede federal law enforcement.
To remind everybody, when you're engaged in a conspiracy, everybody involved in the conspiracy is responsible for the foreseeable consequences of the conspiracy.
Everyone involved is now engaged in federal felony, impeding a federal law enforcement good for eight years.
And maybe much worse, maybe they're responsible for the death of Alex Pretty.
One of the reports here is that the lieutenant governor herself, Peggy Flanagan, a far left progressive fascist, big supporter of trans rights, whatever that is, is a dispatch administrator, an authoritative figure, not just like an observer on the signals chat.
She's a boss.
Signalgate, Minnesota Lieutenant Governor involvement, Flan.
Flann, her name is Flanagan.
Flann has been exposed.
Look at this communication.
Why would we be in trouble?
Relax, says one of these insurrectionists.
Another one responds, the signal platform is not secure.
It's been breached, Cam Higby.
I worked in communications.
Once they figured out where we were, it's only a matter of time.
Flann herself, the boss, has been exposed.
We're all effed.
I need to leave this state.
You think that's going to be far enough for Trump not to find you?
I need to leave this state.
Uh-oh, should I leave too?
Maybe best to get out of the country, out of the country entirely.
By the way, flight from a crime is traditionally what we refer to as consciousness of guilt evidence.
Evidence that not only would a prosecutor think what you're doing is unlawful, you think what you're doing is unlawful and you don't want to be captured and held accountable.
Consciousness of guilt evidence can result in a consciousness of guilt instruction to the jury, where the jury's told exactly that.
Not only, you are allowed to infer from this evidence of flight, if you believe it's been proven beyond a reasonable doubt, that not only does the prosecutor think this defendant is guilty, the defendant thinks the defendant is guilty.
How damaging do you think that is in a trial?
Robbie Starbuck here notes, if Lieutenant Governor Peggy Flanagan was actually in the signal group coordinating operations to impede ICE, then this is a full-blown insurrection at the direction of the state of Minnesota.
If she was not involved in any way, then she should say so, but the feds need to investigate this now.
Yes, and again, I'm reporting others.
This is her, Minnesota.
This is what happens when we allow our elections to be stolen.
I don't think any of these people are legitimately elected.
I think they just managed to co-opt the election mechanism.
Minnesota Lieutenant Governor Peggy Flanagan.
That is so fascinating and damning.
The lieutenant governor was coordinating all this shit?
Unbelievable, Danny.
Sir, if you let that video roll, it shows that there was many, many of the state officials that worked for Wallace that were in on this, sir.
This is a full-blown insurrection.
Protect trans kids with a knife.
I don't really understand her t-shirt.
And of course, it's the whole corrupt progressive fascist Democrat network up and down the scales.
Tim Walz, campaign strategist, Amander Kohler, was in the signal chats coordinating the doxing and harassment of ICE agents.
And Libs of TikTok very carefully puts a question mark because we don't know if this is true, but it's being reported.
It's easy enough for people to say, I'm not in that chat.
I can assure you, Attorney Andrew Branca is not in the signals chat for the ICE attackers.
This is an interesting point.
Now, Chad Nizel, a former chief of staff of the Trump administration, he writes, if this is true that Lieutenant Governor Peggy Flanagan is in the signal chat, can be tied to the Pretty shooting, she's in a lot of trouble.
Let me spell it out.
He says, if you're involved in a conspiracy here interfering with ICE operations and someone dies as part of that conspiracy, even if the deceased is a co-conspirator, all participants in the conspiracy can be charged with murder.
Lieutenant Governor Flanagan, better lawyer up.
She may have some federal agents who want to talk to her.
If you don't know what Signals is, it's an online, supposedly secure communication system, encrypted communication system where people can communicate with each other in an organized fashion.
And apparently, the pro-invader paramilitary forces in sedition against our federal government in Minneapolis and elsewhere around the country have been using this communications platform to coordinate their attacks on ICE and not just coordinate at the attacker level.
Left-wing journalists are part of this communication.
State-level officials are part of this communication.
People running for state office in Minnesota are part of this communications network.
Alex Pretty, shot dead by ICE just a few days ago, was reportedly on this communications platform.
And it's not just, of course, the signals coordination.
They also appear to have the ICE anti-ICE insurrectionists also appear to have access to government surveillance tools.
Look at this.
If you want to know how protesters are able to locate and converge on ICE agents and suspected ICE agents almost immediately, it's probably because they're being fed automatic license plate readers, data by the local police department.
I don't know if you have these things in your town.
They're in my town.
It seems like every few blocks.
There's a black post, a little solar display, and a camera.
And what it's doing is it's continually scanning every car's license plate that goes by.
Reports it into a giant computer system where tags can be flagged and there are locations immediately identified from these cameras.
And of course, these are not the only cameras that an urban center police department would have.
There'd be more traditional surveillance cameras mounted around the city, traffic cameras, all that kind of stuff.
The Twin Cities, he writes, has over 300 of these license plate scanner cameras and uses AI technology made by a company called Flock Safety, I'm familiar with Flock, to monitor, track, and enforce traffic laws.
This is an incredibly powerful system.
It's an announcement of the new business network.
In June, Flock bragged about the ability for businesses to subscribe to Hotlist, which alerts subscribers to the location of select cars that pass any FLAC license plate reader, regardless of who's operating the camera.
Real-time monitoring of select cars.
Well, it would be very helpful, wouldn't it?
For the anti-ICE insurrectionists to have access to this.
It would explain why they're so rapidly able to converge on rental cars, ICE vehicles, how coordinated they are.
And this overlays with the signal group.
Apparently, they've illegally captured 5,000 plates being discussed in the signal group.
And some of these administrators of this group, like we already talked about, Lieutenant Governor Peggy Flanagan, are connected directly to Tim Waltz.
Plate after plate after plate, breaking.
It's confirmed.
Minneapolis activists tracking ICE officers, running plates, actively following them around the city.
This isn't a protest.
It's an organized resistance with Democrat officials connected to it.
Homes should be raided.
Arrests should happen.
You smell the insurrection in the air?
It smells like burning wood and gunpowder.
More consciousness of guilt evidence.
Insurrectionists fleeing the state and the country.
A tipster messaged some of the people in one of the Minnesota insurrectionist signal chats.
The user indicated he, she intends to flee the state because we're in so much trouble and maybe even flee the country.
And again, it's not just individuals exercising their First Amendment rights here.
It's these violent ICE anti-ICE insurrectionists.
It's people in government.
It's not only people in government.
It's people looking to be in government.
Look at this.
Attorney General Keith Ellison.
This is the guy who railroaded Derek Chauvin in the George Floyd prosecution.
Quite the piece of work, this dude.
Also appears to have been coordinating with the Somalians in their fraud efforts, promising them that he would make sure he kept the money flowing.
The spice must flow.
Hey, Keith Ellison.
More Minnesota officials.
Amanda Kohler, I already mentioned.
We have Tim Poole notes.
If the local government's in active rebellion against the federal government, it's Civil War-esque, isn't it?
Reminiscent of Fort Sumter?
Who do we have in the signal chats?
Government officials, anarchists, Antifa, gang members, and journalists.
Journalists.
Look at this.
Ben Hovlin, photojournalist at Minneapolis Public Radio.
And as soon as his name was exposed, what does he do?
He locks down his X account.
More consciousness of guilt evidence that can be introduced into court to allow the jury to infer that these people know they're guilty.
That's why they're doing all this.
And it's not just people already in government.
This is one of the strengths of the left.
They're so psychotically passionate about forcing others to bend the knee.
They're so fascist.
And it's a problem for the right.
It really is.
Because the truth is, victory will always go to the side that's determined to win over the side that just wants to be left alone.
And the right largely just wants to be left alone.
These people don't.
These people want to put a boot on your neck and do it with judgmental justice.
They're running for office.
Minnesota State Senate candidate Anita Smithson caught in the anti-ICE signal group chat.
She's running for office and she'll probably win.
That's why things are so insane.
And of course, part of this is they have to get the federal government out of Minnesota.
They're all going to go to prison over this fraud.
Trump just posted Minnesota is a criminal cover-up of the massive financial fraud that's going on.
Now it's not just the illegals that are at risk of being put in a cage until they're deported.
It seems like it's everybody in the position of authority anywhere in the state of Minnesota.
It's amazing.
Even Alex Prettitz agents, this is organized.
This is so damning.
And, you know, we know Chovan was railroaded.
I mean, he didn't even have his knee actually on George Floyd's neck, but on his shoulder.
It was a standard practice.
George Floyd was complaining he couldn't breathe before he was on the ground.
And that's an effect of a fentanyl overdose from which he actually died, not from the presumptive actions of the officer, but from his own drug addiction.
Danny and Keith Elliston here.
I mean, we've got criminal activists who are running the government of Minnesota.
What a disgrace.
Well, sir, this video is so damning.
And I hope you keep it and you play it in other segments throughout your day and throughout next week.
It really needs its own show together.
It basically shows inside of the signal that the government officials are all working, lockstep one another, and giving direction to the paid protesters.
They're one in the same, sir.
And they're using government computers, government protected information, like license plate readers, and feeding all that information, sir, to focus the violence on ICE.
This is a coordinated effort by the Minnesota government to attack the federal government and attack the police.
And he can easily show in a court of law that they were responsible for dispatching Predty and everybody to ICE to the action that caused his death.
And that is going to be shown in court.
So you better believe that really smart guys inside of the FBI are going to put all this together.
They're going to nail everybody in the signal chat, including all these government officials.
The whole entire government, sir, is in on this.
Government Fraud Exposed 00:08:31
They're in on the Somali fraud.
They're in on all of the money, the theft of money, and they're trying to create this chaos, sir, as a distraction.
So none of them go to jail.
Ultimately, they want to get away with stealing the billions of dollars.
Trump says it's up at 80 billion.
They want to get away with stealing the money, and they also want to get away with them being unelected or elected illegally with these Somali votes.
And that's really what this is going to come down to, sir.
They're fighting for their existence because once Minnesota goes down, other Democrat states are going to go down.
They used a highly concentrated migrant population to elect them illegally to office.
None of them were going to be shown that they were voted in legally.
They continue to do this fraud over and over, sir.
They're doing it all over the United States, and they've been stealing money through the welfare system.
Minnesota is just the tip of the spear, sir.
Wait till we get to the other states, and that's really what this is about.
But it shows how far, okay, this attorney, he's really good.
I hope maybe you can get him on your show.
If you want, I could try to contact him and get him on your show.
You can interview yourself.
But if he, if he will explain, sir, that the entire state government is behind the violence of the left and is pushing and feeding the information and coordinating it.
You can see them in the signal giving directions and telling them where to go and where to commit the violence, sir, when they put this together.
That is a full-blown insurrection.
I don't know what the hell they got control of the media.
The media is going along lockstep with this, sir.
We've never quite seen anything like this exposed in the United States.
I'm very glad that you covered it.
I'd also like to point out quickly before we run out of time, is Don Lemon was arrested.
They finally got a warrant, went and arrested him for breaking into the church, thank goodness.
I thought he was going to get away with that for a while.
They found a federal leftist judge whose wife is an attorney that was working for the guy in Minnesota, that Ellison guy.
What a conflict of interest.
And he wouldn't sign the warrant.
So he delayed it for a little while.
But now they went and arrested him in Los Angeles.
So he's going to get what he's got coming to him.
And as far as what you said about the Derek Chauvin, sir, we covered that extensively over and over again.
And it's really hard for me to talk about that because I know that the guy that we saw in the video was an actor.
He wasn't a real person.
Okay.
We ran him down.
All the cops were fake.
Okay.
I looked at them.
They weren't real.
We know that they used a mannequin on the ground half the time.
We noticed George Floyd was really a porn star.
That was his name.
We know that whole thing was set up on a closed set.
It was fake.
We saw the gasoline across the street at 99 cents a gallon.
We saw the mannequins on the dummy or the dummy on the mannequin on the stretcher with the fake paramedics.
We saw so many things.
We saw no bullets in the police's gun.
They were missing magazines in their gun.
Their badges were crooked.
Their uniforms were wrong.
We picked that thing apart so many times.
It was fake, sir.
The trial online was fake.
The trial on television was fake.
There was no trial, sir.
All we saw was some crayon drawings, whatever they call that rendering of the trial.
They did that all for show and put it on the news.
There was no real trial.
There was no Derek Chavin in jail.
There was no nothing.
It was just a story projected to us to try to appease us that that was all happening.
The real guy that was in video is long gone.
Okay, they had three or four different Chauvins during this whole event.
When they interviewed him, one reporter, I remember she's bragging about how she was going to have this jailhouse interview with Chauvin.
It all ended up being as a speakerphone interview over a cell phone with a guy.
That could have been anybody.
Nobody knows the guy's voice at all.
It wasn't even that good of an interview.
Of course, they never had him on video.
That guy in that video that was doing that choking scene, sir, is long gone.
And I'd also like to point out something really important, sir.
That year and the year prior, in other countries, Spain, and I forgot the other country, they did the exact same drill where the police choked a black guy on the neck to start a riot.
This is an operation, sir, that's done in multiple countries.
It's been done multiple times.
It's just they decided to they filmed this.
They played it as a distraction in the United States.
Then they rolled Soros, rolled the buses with all the activists ready to go, loaded with felons with their pre-printed signs and like a band.
They went on the roadshow, went to all the Democrat cities and started the burning and all this stuff.
This was just an operation, sir, plain and simple.
There's so much insurrection going on.
And I'm very happy that you pointed this out.
And the attorney shows it point blank that the government of Minnesota under walls, all of his officials are on signal, corrugating and coordinating all of the paid leftist protesters to the violence.
And much of it led up to Predi's death, sir.
We're going to see something massive come out of this as the feds put this together.
I guarantee you.
Great job, Danny, putting this together.
Is there another video or story you want to cover here, or shall I play more of this?
Well, you can play a little more, but I just like, what do you think about Don Lemon being arrested?
I mean, it's about time they caught that guy for breaking into the church with that whole group.
I have a whole set of thoughts on that and could probably do a show about that, sir.
I sent you in a separate email that article.
I don't know if you saw that or not.
I think it's totally appropriate that he was arrested.
Yes, yes, yes.
Let me play a bit more here.
This is so good.
It's obstruction of federal law enforcement.
One of the reports here is that the lieutenant governor herself, Peggy Flanagan, a far-left progressive fascist, big supporter of trans rights, whatever that is, is a dispatch administrator, an authoritative figure, not just like an observer on the Signals chat.
She's a boss.
Signal Gate, Minnesota Lieutenant Governor involvement, Flan.
Flan, her name is Flanagan.
Flan has been exposed.
Look at this communication.
Why would we be in trouble?
Relax, says one of these insurrectionists.
Another one responds: The Signal platform is not secure.
It's been breached, Cam Higby.
I worked in communications.
Once they figured out where we were, it's only a matter of time.
Flan herself, the boss, has been exposed.
We're all effed.
I need to leave this state.
You think that's going to be far enough for Trump not to find you?
I need to leave this state.
Uh-oh.
Should I leave too?
Maybe best to get out of the country, out of the country entirely.
By the way, flight from a crime is traditionally what we refer to as consciousness of guilt evidence.
Evidence that not only would a prosecutor think what you're doing is unlawful, you think what you're doing is unlawful and you don't want to be captured and held accountable.
Consciousness of guilt evidence can result in a consciousness of guilt instruction to the jury.
And I expect it's going to happen.
Danny, great job here, my friend.
So much appreciated all your good work.
Meanwhile, everyone, spend as much time with your family, your friends, or people you love and care about.
We do not know how much time we have left.
Don't waste a precious moment on it.
Support Revolution Radio.
Have a great weekend.
And God willing, God willing, we'll be back on Monday and we'll do it all over again.
I will see you then.
