	I found out.
	This is Jim Fetzer, your host on Authentic News, right here in RBN Live this 29th day of January 2026.
	Thank God we're back on the air driving me crazy.
	Several stories from recent days to cover, among others, more recent developments.
	The massive winter storm we've been enduring is completely geo-engineered.
	Dane Wiggington went on with hugely destructive weather of toxic elements being dumped into that record-warm moisture out of the record-warm Gulf of Mexico and Gulf of California.
	That is highly toxic material.
	That map is extremely telling.
	There's not a meteorologist that can walk and chew gum that doesn't know that is absolutely engineered.
	You cannot create a temperature gradient like that with any natural hydrological cycle.
	That is engineered, top to bottom.
	So you're telling me this map right here.
	So explain to me what I'm looking at and how this show proves that this is an engineered weather pattern that's happening right now.
	This huge snowstorm that's cutting across the United States and this cold snap.
	You're telling me that this map.
	So tell me what this map shows us.
	If you went back 20 years, you would never, or 20 years or further, you would never find anything that even remotely resembled that map.
	Weather moves in the northern hemisphere from west to east because of the Corialis effect of the planet, because of the spin.
	So how can it be record warm in the west and record cold in the east?
	That's patently wrong.
	So they high-pressure dome with frequency transmission facilities, which are weapons of mass destruction like HARP in Alaska.
	They can superheat the ionosphere, creates a massive expanding bulge in the atmosphere up and down.
	That creates a high-pressure dome in the northern hemisphere, which spins the upper-level wind currents clockwise.
	So picture that red spot of above normal or record high temperatures as being a high-pressure dome that rotates clockwise, rotating all the moisture from the Pacific around it or low-pressure zone below it, rotating below it.
	So they're spinning the moisture around the West, chemically nucleating it.
	And those are patented processes, by the way.
	These are endothermic reacting materials.
	Chinese government openly announced they're doing exactly this on a massive scale.
	All mainstream media comfort.
	If you bring it up here, they marginalize you.
	So they're seeding this cloud moisture with climate engineering aircraft, not the single-engine propeller-driven kind, but the kind that dump 100 tons in a single payload.
	And those endothermic reacting elements, in many cases, because this moisture is now so warm, it's reaching the surface, Jimmy, before it sets up.
	And that's why you're about to have massive ice storms, hugely destructive ice storms, because these materials aren't setting up until they reach the surface.
	And again, that's not natural either to have an ice storm transition zone between the record warm migrating moisture and the eventual various forms of frozen chemically nucleated material that fall.
	That is an engineered scenario, period, top to bottom.
	So what is in it for them to engineer something like this?
	Well, again, you have the usual elements, aluminum, barium, strontium, manganese, polymer fibers, graphing.
	These are named in ice nucleation patents, chemical ice nucleation for weather modification.
	We have other elements named like urea even in some of the patents.
	And these patents are posted at geoengineeringwatch.org.
	There's a lot more going on there.
	Alas, our show.
	time limitations don't provide opportunity to go in greater damp.
	But he was also on redactant talking about these issues and also weather warm cloud seeding chemical geoengineering operation prior to this weekend's storm.
	Well, look at eyewitness reports all over the country.
	It doesn't take far to, it doesn't take much to actually find them reporting the same thing, all reporting the same thing.
	In the morning, the skies had a few of these lines in the sky, mostly clear, but then a few started to appear.
	Then by 10 a.m., more and more started to appear all across the skies.
	Then by 1 p.m., more and more.
	Look at that.
	More and more start appearing above the skies.
	And then 3 p.m., you know, again, more of these lines in the skies.
	And then, of course, we saw what happened, a massive, really devastating storm.
	We still don't know the effects or how much of this, the fallout, we have the power outages, what will be the total death count.
	What is the operation here?
	Dane Wiggington is the leader over at geoengineeringwatch.org, and he has been looking at this storm and all of the pieces of this that have gone into making this storm happen over the past few days.

	And first to answer the question, is this storm engineered?
	Yes, absolutely, 100% top to bottom.
	I'll get to that.
	But if I can back up that formerly incredibly important conversation you just had with Colonel Davis and Natalie, I could not agree with you more on your assessment, your anger at the situation.
	And Iran, whatever we think of their culture or their government, they have not invaded another country for 250 years.
	And so again, the amount of deception going on is mind-numbing.
	And let me weave that into climate engineering.
	We know Iran has been the victim of climate engineering weather warfare for at least four decades.
	They have completely cut off the flow of precipitation to Iran, so much so that the capital of Iran, with a population of 10 million, is now, they're now considering evacuating 10 million people to where because they literally have no water because the NATO operations and Iran has specifically named NATO and Israel as cutting off their precipitation for 40 years.
	That's weather warfare.
	I wonder why they don't like us over there.
	And again, they've been on the floor of the UN on film on the record stating emphatically, the president of that country, that NATO's cutting off their precipitation.
	How is that not an ongoing act of war for 40 years?
	I didn't know that.
	Right.
	Actually, can you talk more about that, Dean?
	Absolutely.
	On the floor of the UN, Ahmadinejad from Iran, going back a decade plus, emphatically stating that NATO and Israel were cutting off the flow of precipitation to Iran.
	And let's plug this in going all the way back 64 years to President Lyndon Johnson in 1962.
	This is the beginning 30 seconds of every weekly geoengineeringwatch.org update on our site, all news.
	First 30 seconds is film footage, Lyndon Johnson stating on film on the record that we had the power to control the world's cloud layer then, and he who controls the weather controls the world.
	Why?
	Because he who controls the weather can control the flow of precipitation to any country, anywhere, how toxic that rain is, how much rain falls or doesn't.
	Thus, they can destabilize food supplies, thus, they can destabilize populations.
	40 years, the Iranian climate science meteorological community has stated that NATO is cutting off their precipitation.
	They're not guessing.
	They have incredibly sophisticated weather monitoring facilities just like we have.
	There's no speculation here.
	They're covering precipitation.
	What are the mechanics?
	This is really, really serious.
	The inhumanity of man toward man.
	This is an attempted genocide of the Iranian people, and the damned United States is right in there pitching with Israel.
	Grotesque.
	I also got a report about earthquakes being a part of it.
	Keith Rogers even sent me a map showing how over a week these massive numbers of earthquakes going around the world.
	Believe me, that's part of weather warfare too.
	HARP is deeply implicated.
	Here in this single day, January 26th, a single day, there were earthquakes all around the world, and these were not naturally occurring.
	This is grotesque.
Incident Unfolded: Predi's Encounter 00:10:18
	You have to be aware what's going on here.
	Meanwhile, we had, of course, a second apparently deadly shooting in Minneapolis.
	Some called it murder, some called for more information.
	I've had one discussion with multiple visuals of it at the same time.
	I'll play.
	You'll be able to see when you watch the video version, but it sure makes it clear the guy was not armed at the time.
	In other words, he, yes, had concealed carry.
	He did have a weapon on him, but it had been removed from him.
	It was never in his hands.
	It was never out.
	He was never threatening any ICE officer when he was shot multiple times.
	Catch it out.

	Very, very troubling.
	And let me get this in Minneapolis on Saturday.
	The second person federal agents have killed in the city in less than three weeks.
	Predi was a nurse in the intensive care unit at the Minneapolis VA Hospital.
	Homeland Security officials said Border Patrol agents acted defensively because Predi approached them with a handgun.
	The agents attempted to disarm the individual, but he violently resisted.
	Predi was licensed to carry a firearm, local officials said.
	But videos of the incident analyzed by NBC News show Predty never drew a weapon, and federal agents had taken his gun before the first shots were fired.
	Here's how the incident unfolded.
	A bystander on the sidewalk approaches and films the escalating confrontation between Border Patrol agents and protesters, filming them in the street.
	Here, we see an agent shoving another protester to the ground.
	Predi puts himself between the agent and the protester and is sprayed with a chemical irritant.
	Predi tries to assist the protester and is sprayed again.
	Here we can see Predty put his phone in his pocket.
	Agents try to pull him away, but he resists as he continues to try to help the protester to their feet.
	Two additional bystanders film as five agents begin to swarm Predi.
	One bystander films in the street, another from inside a shop across the street.
	As Predi is forced to the ground, we can see both of his hands.
	He is not holding a firearm.
	An agent in a gray jacket is circling the perimeter as agents restrain Predi.
	The gray jacket agent joins the scuffle.
	We can see him reaching around Predi's waist and underneath his jacket.
	Seconds before the shooting, an agent is striking Predi.
	At that moment, we get another glimpse of Predty's hands.
	There's still no gun.
	From this other angle, we get a clearer look at the final seconds before Predty is killed.
	This agent in the black beanie who shoots Predi is recapping his pepper spray.
	Someone yells a gun, and he immediately draws his firearm.
	No other agents can be seen pointing a gun at Predi.
	While this is happening, the gray jacket agent has removed Predty's gun from his holster and started to walk away.

	Let me just say, watching that video, which shows multiple points of view, I was convinced this was a legitimate non-justified shoot, that we had ICE committing murder, reinforced by a physician witness who signed a statement.
	This guy was watching the event from across the street.
	Intel drop published.
	Physician witness signed a statement.
	ICE executed Britti, shooting him six times while four officers held him down and held off medical care at gunpoint while he died.
	All right, TID, that's the Intel drop, has verified these statements are factual and truth-breaking.
	I was worn an affidavit from a doctor at the scene of Alex Predty's murder, said ICE wouldn't let him treat the dying man and did nothing to try to save him.
	The official narrative at DHS has completely fallen apart at this point.
	And the truth is sadly much, much worse.
	A physician who witnessed the Alec Bredi murder by an ICE agent from his house has filed a sworn affidavit describing what he saw, went down, explaining in detail how ICE gave no medical assistance to the dying man and wouldn't let him do so either.

	Meanwhile, we also have a former special ops soldier saying what's going on here is not normal law enforcement, that special insurgent tactics are being used in Minnesota.
	Listen to this.
	Eric Schwalm, who identified himself as a former U.S. Army Special Forces soldier, says that tactics being employed in Minneapolis by leftist agitators reminiscent of insurgent tactics he witnessed in Afghanistan.
	His comment came in response to the reported infiltration of a signal group chat being used by leftists to track and thwart immigration customs enforcement ops in Minneapolis.
	Fox has reported.
	Correspondent Alexis McAdams on the ground in Minneapolis posted Sunday on social media.
	I've covered a lot of protests.
	Never seen anything quite like this.
	Organized is an understatement.
	These people have spotters all over the city.
	She told Fox host Sean Hannity.
	So they see who pulls in and out of the federal building, whether they're ICE agents or not.
	They want to track it down.
	They want to put you in a database.
	And then it's shared, according to DHS sources, through signal chats.
	All that, I believe, may be true.
	But I did a show this morning now with Russ Winter and Joaquina Gopian and Paul from California.
	And I now am rather convinced that, in fact, this was a staged event, sad to say.
	Here's one of the reasons this crisis actors died twice.
	The same guy was supposed to have been killed as an IDF soldier in Gaza.
	Here it is.
	You can see it.
	Outrageous.
	We also have Miles Mathis. talking about how they've altered his appearance in images to make him look less Jewish and more like an ordinary American.
	But Russ was very telling in his critique, observing how his dad had been a famous college coach, and that he had often talked to him about too much movement, about efficiency of movement of players on the team, and how based on Russ's experience, he think there was too much movement.
	In other words, there was a stage reaction to the event.
	And I am now of the opinion they got it right, that I, like most of the country, most of the world was misled, that this was indeed another staged event.
	Now, when we look at the storm, it looks as if the storm was organized to reduce the food supply and thereby weaken the population ability to survive to promote the depopulation agenda.
	And by the way, though we didn't reach that point, it's being attributed to DARPA, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency.
	What's going on here appears to be intended, and it has to be the usual suspects to create tremendous sense of division within the United States to exacerbate civil unrest, maybe even provoke a civil war.
	Trump has already removed the head there who was saying that he had a gun out and he was acting violently, which was rubbish.
	He sent Tom Holman in to manage affairs.
	Holman appears to be far more competent.
	He's also had conversation with Governor Waltz and the Mayor Fry, both of whom I believe are deeply involved in the resistance to law enforcement over ICE.
	He's making accommodation, reducing the amount of ice there.
	Now, why is he doing that?
	In my opinion, it's a political judgment that the effects, the consequences of incidents like this are so explosive it could cost the Republicans a midterm elections.
	They may well lose them anyway.
	I think Trump made a calculation.

	He was a PhD student in chemistry, I think at a university in the UK, when he discovered that Zyklon B is a mild form of cyanide, would have had the effect of interacting with the iron in the walls of the facilities that were allegedly the gassing of 6 million took place and turned them blue.

	If you look at a blueprint of Auschwitz, you find they had a woodworking facility.
	They had a symphony hall.
	They had a hospital with OBGYN facilities.
	What sense would that make if they were exterminating everyone who was delivered to the camps?
	They even had a brothel.
	Because Hitler had been convinced by one of his generals that the men would work harder if they knew they'd be rewarded with sex.
	He had it absolutely right.
	Hitler bought into it and no doubt it worked like a champ.
	So Gurmar Rudolph is definitely a good guy.

	But in this warning, he says, unlike the restraint Iran showed in June 2025, our powerful armed forces have no qualms about firing back with everything we have in a remote attack.
	This isn't a threat, but a reality I feel I need to convey explicitly.
	Well, I think we have to, you know, at this point, just looking at the sanity quotient with the Trump administration between Tel Aviv or Israel and Washington, it's not a good equation.
	And then the potential for using or deploying nuclear weapons, I think the probability is quite, it's, I don't want to say high, but higher than before, because the stakes are just incredible.
	For Israel, this is an existential moment.
	You know, and it was demonstrated, as Larry said, conventionally, that Iran, if the United States didn't stop to intervene at the end of the 12-day war, I really think the battering that Israel was receiving, if that had gone on for another 14 days, that had this very strong potential of completely destabilizing the Netanyahu government and Israeli society.
	Because you have to remember, Israel was so desperate at that time that they put a restriction on people leaving Israel while they're being pelted by Iranian missiles.
	I mean, just imagine that you're getting pelted every night from the sky and your government saying that you can't leave because the Israeli government was really worried that they would lose control of a lot of their reservists militarily.
	They're still managing this debacle in Gaza.
	So, you know, for them, it is an existential issue.
	For the Trump administration, it's an existential issue too, because it's a credibility issue.
	And I might add, you know, when we saw both True Promise 1 and 2, if you looked at the, and Larry quite rightly points the finger at Jordan and, you know, even if Iraq closed its airspace against any Israeli or U.S. strikes on Iran, that would just make an incredible difference.
	It would be night and day.
	It would really restrict Israel and the U.S.
	But if you look at what was activated, so just think about that from Djibouti to Diego Garcia to the Persian Gulf to the Mediterranean, all the naval assets that the U.S. had parked off the coast of the Levant, northwards of Insurluk Air Force Base, all of the sort of two dozen military facilities in northeastern Syria, what's left in Iraq, as well as the other positions that the U.S. have in the region in Saudi Arabia, in Qatar, etc.
	But the fleet in Bahrain, all of that, and you really needed to understand at that moment.
	You saw all of that activated.
	All of that was activated.
	So the entire military footprint of the United States of America in West Asia has one purpose.
	And we saw that purpose demonstrated twice.
	It is to provide a defense perimeter and an envelope of protection for the state of Israel, which is the size of New Jersey.
	So if that's what it takes and what that costs per year, we talk about our aid to Israel.
	Add in all of the cost aggregate of all of that.

	It's for its discharges.
	There's all kinds of lawsuits about it.
	When it gets bumped or stemmed, it will go off.
	And I remember in my concealing carry class, there was an officer there talking about he was jumped by a gangbanger and his, because his gun was sideways, it was a Smith and Wesson, one of those cheap ones like the Six Sour, and his gun would, it got jammed because the angle it was when he was being attacked.

	Well, this, this position, that gun went off by itself.

	Read the reports, but did you pick up that I'm now convinced after my show this morning with Russ Winter and Joaquin Gopian and Baldram, California, that it was actually a staged event, Paul?

	I mean, I think it was another one of these phonia events intended to exacerbate tensions within our society today.
	That's my bottom line now.
	I'm open to more evidence, but that's how it looks.
	Well, we just one thing to be aware of.
	I mean, I disagree with you on the Charlie Kirk thing because at first, we had different, you thought he was killed.
	I thought he wasn't.
	I thought he might have survived it.
	And then I went back and did a remote view before I looked at any of the film or anything.

	And then I came back and looked at the evidence.
	So the things we're taught in the scientific method is backwards to remote viewing.

	If you look carefully at the footage of Charlie Kirk, the wound on his neck moves around.

	The most widely held perception is, of course, Charlie Kirk was assassinated.

	When I did that remote view, I did the impression first.

	And then there's what people's perceptions are.

	We both flipped from one way to the other.
	But what I backed my information up later was on two experts, Paramount Tactical.
	He's a sniper, Green Beret from California.
	He's on YouTube.
	And the guy that's on John Moore Shore on Monday, he's an ex-sniper, Sam Andrews.
	Both of them confirm it was a shot that got deflected off of his body armor.
	That's what they're saying, is he had low-grade body armor.
	That's what made it look like it go up.
	And then that slowed the velocity down of a heavy slot going at a long distance.
	You got gravity, brought it down, and then you had that hit off the vest.
	And both of these guys have done studies.
	They went there.
	Paramount tactical guy went there with the drone.
	He sized up the angle.
	He did the gravity.
	He had professionals do everything.
	And they did a shot with the same gun with the body armor.
	And it had the same type of effect on the dummy.

	There are about 8.1 million arrests annually in the United States.
	About 1,100 people are killed by law enforcement annually also.
	Now, according to Wikipedia, when it comes to police killings on a per capita basis, America is ranked at number 29.
	So there's 28 countries that have even worse policing and crime problems than the United States.
	Interestingly enough, the worst is Venezuela.
	They have the highest amount of police killings in the world.

	Now, earlier, Mr. Fetzer, when you were talking to Scott, you said Mr. Predty was interfering in the situation to come to the defense of the woman.
	Yeah, interfering is what we see it as.

	But according to law enforcement, that's called obstructing justice and it's an arrestable offense.
	Mr. Predty was not keeping his distance.
	He was not comporting himself like a civilized, like a civilian should, which is when somebody is being in a fracas with a police or a scrum, you don't go and intervene or do anything unless you are asked or are the police okay for you to help them subdue the person they need to arrest.

	And lastly, I would also like to say, you know, because Mr. Predty, let's be honest, he was looking for this.
	He could have stayed home that day, but he went out and he thinks it's fun and they're all worked up in going around and stalking ICE officers performing their functions, which is finding illegal immigrants and having them deported.
	These are part of law enforcement.
	And these people, instead of staying home warm and bundled up inside watching Netflix, they go out looking for these situations.
	So these people are looking for trouble.
	And my last point, Mr. Fesser.

	My last point is when you are open carry and you're carrying a gun in public, open, you should know that there is a higher degree of responsibility as a citizen on how you comport yourself.
	You're supposed to be Mr. law-abiding, super more law-abiding than the police themselves if you're carrying a rifle out in the open.
	And I would argue even more so when you have a concealed carry like Mr. Predty has.
	Because let's be honest, once this scrum started, and I knew what happened without ever listening to the volume on it, except when I first saw this, I didn't listen to the volume.
	But once I heard it, the volume, you hear somebody say gun.
	And when there's a scrum going on and a bunch of people are fighting and this is going on, it's all confusion.
	You have six police officers there.
	You have one guy with a concealed carry there.
	You got a woman there.
	And then somebody says gun.
	And then out comes the policeman's gun.
	And this is what causes this.
