It's R.B.M., the Republic Broadcasting Network.
It took
me so long to find out that I found out.
This is Jim Fetzer, your host on Authentic News, right here in RBN Live this 8th day of January 2026.
We begin with some military mischief.
U.S. military seizing a Russian-flagged oil tanker.
Many nations are switching to Russian flagging in the hope it will protect them from U.S. intervention and seizure.
A good move, no doubt.
Things could soon become interesting between the U.S. and Russia.
Multiple reports reveal U.S. military seized an oil tanker flying the Russian flag.
The ship was reportedly seized due to violating U.S. sanctions.
Another report about it.
Drawing a rebuke from Moscow.
U.S. forces went aborted and took by force a Russian-flagged oil tanker in the North Atlantic that it initially tried to seize off the coast of Venezuela weeks ago, an action that drew condemnation from Moscow.
And I'm looking at this ship, and the water lines seem pretty high.
In other words, I'm not sure how full it is.
The tanker was named the Bella One when the European first tried to capture, but changed its name to the Marinera and began flying a Russian flag as it was being chased by the Coast Guard across the Atlantic.
Russia reportedly asked the U.S. to stop pursuing the ship.
On December 24th, the Mariner received a temporary permit to apply the Russian flag issued according with Russian and international law, said the Russian Transportation Ministry that the seizure violates international law in accordance with the 1982 UN Convention on the Law of the Sea.
Freedom of navigation applies in the high seas, and no state has a right to use force against vessel duly registered in the jurisdiction of other states.
No doubt that is the law.
Meanwhile, Russia responds.
Here we have more to do, and this is a really touchy situation.
The ship was reportedly seized due to violating U.S. sanctions on Venezuela.
In a statement on the acts, the U.S. European Command wrote, the vessel was seized in the North Atlantic pursuant to a warrant issued by a U.S. federal court after being tracked by the U.S. Coast Guard Monroe.
Russia has now responded, criticizing the seizure of the Venezuelan link oil tanker flying the Russian flag.
Russian Transport Ministry released a statement saying at roughly 3 p.m. Moscow time At the tip, ship received temporary permission to fly the flag on the 24th.
No state has the right to use force against vessels duly registered.
Very much what we heard before.
Here we have Republican strategist response to whether it could lead to a conference.
The U.S. has confirmed the seizure of two oil tankers linked to Venezuela.
Moscow has slammed America's use of force against the Russian flag tanker in the North Atlantic.
And just as we were coming on air, Moscow is also demanding a swift return of the seized tanker's Russian crew, which is on board.
So we see Moscow hitting back very hard against this action by the U.S. Do you think we're heading for a confrontation between Putin and Trump?
I don't.
First, we talk about sanctions.
Our European friends particularly are so insistent on severe and enforceable sanctions against Russia.
Well, this is it.
We've been talking about sanctioning Russia in terms of oil and other necessities, and I endorse that, but we have to have the enforcement.
And we just saw the enforcement action.
So I don't think President Putin can afford in the middle of a costly war with Ukraine to deploy naval or other assets to the Atlantic when he has to worry about the Black Sea and the southern flank with Ukraine.
So that's number one.
Number two, the United States has put the world on notice.
There is a blockade for some time now, and these sanctions are being enforced.
It's that simple.
It's not a clear-cut at all, in my judgment.
But get this.
Russia seizes 3 billion Antarctic vessels.
You have Bravo.
Yeah, Baba.
But this isn't just news to me.
It's my life.
And from Ukraine.
I want to begin with three numbers that should terrify anyone who understands how the modern world actually works.
$1,243 billion.
12 commercial vessels seized in a single coordinated operation.
40 Russian naval assets deployed simultaneously across three maritime theaters.
$3 billion in ships and cargo now sitting in Russian custody.
But here's what nobody in Washington wants to admit.
This wasn't impulsive rage.
This was calculated strategy.
And the most dangerous part, we taught them how to do it.
Let me tell you what happened in the waters surrounding Russia over the past several weeks.
Russian forces operating with military precision executed simultaneous seizures of oil and LNG tankers across the Black Sea, the Baltic approaches, and Arctic shipping lanes.
American operated vessels, Allied flagships, all taken into Russian custody under legal justifications so carefully constructed that our own lawyers are still parsing the language.
The immediate reaction in Western capitals was predictable.
Outrage, emergency meetings, threats of consequences.
But I have watched American foreign policy long enough to recognize when our officials are genuinely surprised.
This time, the shock was real, and that should concern you more than the seizures themselves.
It means our strategic thinking failed to anticipate what any observer of Russian behavior should have seen coming.
Now, let me challenge an assumption you probably hold.
You likely believe that international maritime law protects commercial shipping.
Those rules exist.
They are written in treaties nearly every nation has signed.
But rules only matter when someone is willing to enforce them.
And when enforcement itself becomes the weapon, the rules transform into something else entirely.
The story begins not in recent weeks, but in late 2022.
Well, the key point is Russia has been very scrupulous in adhering to the law in terms of its seizures.
I worry, however, that the situation may be loaded with these ships and this kind of conflict.
Meanwhile, the question becomes: did Russia just sent a message to Donald Trump from Sonar 21?
On January 6th, Russia launched three major missile strikes against U.S.-owned facilities in Ukraine.
In the Triprobuskov region, Russian ballistic missile decimated the Olina oil extraction plant owned by the American bung company from St. Louis, its official name, Dysproposka oil extraction plant.
Furthermore, in western Ukraine, on the Trans-Carpathian region, Russian kamikaze drones, together with ballistic missiles, caused critical damage to the Flex plant, which also belonged to American investors, Flex LTD, a Singapore-American company headquartered in Austin, Texas.
This facility specializes in civilian electronic production, household appliances, coffee machine, printer components, injection bolted plastics.
That's 3D printing.
Russia also launched a massive missile attack on an American-owned marine terminal, Ul Olympex, which is considered the largest in the Odessa region.
This is the second time Russia hit the terminal, where it happened previously in July.
This is one of the largest green export facilities in the country with an annual throughout capacity of up to 5 million tons.
However, Ukraine was moving more than green through Olympics.
According to witnesses, though the facility was protected by Patriot air defense, the Russian missiles hit the terminal unimpeded.
Subsequent explosives turned out to be so powerful that a supermassive mushroom cloud rose over Odessa, indicating the marine terminal contained numerous warehouses filled with NATO weapons.
I wonder if any of those were nuclear.
Meanwhile, the White House says it will dictate the decisions of the Venezuelan government.
Fat chance.
The White House Wednesday claimed the U.S. would be dictating the decision of Venezuelan government moving forward as a Trump administrator's oil supply following the abduction of the Venezuelan President Maduro.
We're continuing to be in close coordination with the interim authorities under President Carolyn Levitt, referring to the Maduro government, now led by acting president Del Rey Rodriguez.
Levitt added, the decisions are going to continue to be directed by the USA.
In Caracas, Rodriguez and others, however, are putting a very different message out.
The government of Venezuela is in charge of our country and no one else.
No foreign agent is governing Venezuela who called for the U.S. to free Maduro so he can return to his position.
I think there's no way the U.S. can be running the government of Venezuela.
Meanwhile, Jewish Trump donor behind.
Here's Kim Iverson behind the kidnapping.
Did the United States oust Maduro for Israel?
Now, before you say, oh, this is just Israel derangement syndrome, everything cannot possibly be linked back to Israel, let's go over why some people think it might actually be connected to Israel and some really compelling evidence that proves it really may have been something connected to Israel.
Let's start off here.
This is Netanyahu talking about basically rambling on about how Hezbollah and Hamas and Venezuela somehow all connect together.
In cahoots with the Maduro regime, you know, they're exporting terrorism to America, to the American hemisphere.
And then they want these Hezbollah and Hamas to get their guys into the United States.
So Hamas and Iran and its proxies are a threat not only to us, but to all to Israel, all America's allies in the Middle East, and to America itself.
Okay, so he's somehow connecting Hezbollah, Hamas, Iran, all of it to Venezuela.
So this is an interview he did with Greta Van Strusen.
He sat down with her December 30th.
So well before Maduro, or a few days before Maduro was captured and taken to the United States.
And he's essentially saying right there, Iran is in cahoots with Maduro, and we've got to oust Maduro.
Days later, we oust Maduro.
Now, that's not enough evidence in and of itself, is it?
But let's now fast forward to just after the United States captures Maduro, takes him back to the United States.
And this is what Netanyahu has to say now.
Regarding Venezuela, I want to express the government's full support for the U.S.'s firm decision and action to restore freedom and justice to that region.
I must say, in Latin America, we're seeing a transformation as countries return to the American axis and unsurprisingly, to ties with Israel.
We welcome this.
We commend President Trump's decision and salute.
The U.S. military for a perfect operation.
We appreciate that.
Okay, so he says there that this is great.
It's a perfect operation.
And oh, this is really particularly great for Israel because we're going to see Latin American countries that have been against Israel now turning toward Israel again.
And that is great for us, he's saying.
So all of these leaders that they're threatening, that they're wanting to oust from Mexico to Colombia to Cuba to Venezuela have all been pro-Palestine.
And now, with their new leaders installed, they will be forced to be pro-Israel or else you end up captured or killed or worse or whatever it might be by the United States when we do a regime change on you.
So now you've got a bunch of, let me just actually show you this map here.
This is the countries that have been supportive of Palestine and the countries that have been supporting Israel or have, so the black, the countries in black there are the ones that have been, they have cut or limited relations with Israel.
That's Venezuela.
What is that one in the center?
Is that Bolivia?
Do I know my, do I know my geography?
Embarrassingly, not as well as I should, especially when it comes to Latin America.
I got to be honest with you, but that is the state.
Yeah, that is Bolivia.
Okay, so, you know, maybe I'm not as bad as I thought.
Then you've got the, in green here, it's the countries that have, let me just pull this up full screen, the countries that have recalled its ambassadors from Israel.
That would be Brazil, Chile.
You know, you've got Ecuador there and Peru.
And then the countries that have issued statements condemning Israel's assault on Gaza, that's Mexico, Argentina.
But what I really wanted to show you guys, which this map doesn't really quite show, is the countries that have actually that still support Israel versus OSAT don't, because that's what Netanyahu's really referring to, is which countries are still by B.B. Netanyahu.
But more importantly, I suggest, as I have some time ago, this is to cover the bets to have a source of oil when Iran shuts the Straits of Hormuz with a forthcoming U.S.-Israeli attack, which is not going to work out happily for either Israel or the United States, in my opinion.
Meanwhile, here's more about a Zionist building.
Since 2019, when Donald Trump first initiated his covert regime change activity against Venezuela in the form of what was actually just a naked coup attempt, where they recognized a shadow government and infrastructure that allowed the U.S. government to seize control of Venezuelan assets in the United States,
including gold that was stored in Citibank that is now in the New York Federal Reserve, including Citco Petroleum, Venezuela's largest international asset, which as a result of very tricky legal thuggery that the Guaido administration carried out, the U.S. government actually put Sitco, which was, again, Venezuela's largest international asset worth billions of dollars, upwards of $6 billion.
It consists of oil pipelines and refineries, a whole infrastructure in the United States on top of the gas stations that we all know.
The U.S., through its collaboration with the Guaido figures here, were able to seize control of Sitco and put it up for auction.
And now it turns out that the hedge funder, Paul Singer, one of the top donors to Marco Rubio, the U.S. Secretary of State, is the one that is going to step in and gain access to Sitco in a fire sale of U.S. courts.
Car sale indeed.
It's worth about $12 billion.
He's getting it for about half that much.
It's just outrageous.
Meanwhile, Switzerland allegedly has just exposed some Maduro dirty laundry here that may have to do with what's going on.
Let's see if it will come up.
Some stories are being suppressed.
This is from Renewed Right.
Switzerland just exposed Maduro's dirty secret after Trump did what Biden ever could.
This sounds propagandistic already.
Swiss banks locked down Maduro's corrupt fortune.
Switzerland announced Monday it was all assets held by the country tied to Nicolas Maduro and 37 of his associates following Trump's January 3rd capture the Venezuelan dictator.
As of 5 January, the federal council decided to freeze any assets held in Switzerland by Maduro and others associated with him effective immediately.
The four-year freeze prevents Maduro from moving what's widely believed to be billions in stolen Venezuelan oil wealth, parked in Swiss bank accounts.
Well, that's what we're doing.
We're just stealing everything we can.
You think Trump is a mobster here?
That's the equivalent.
What's going on?
Meanwhile, here are the real protests in Venezuela.
These are real protests against the U.S. kidnapping.
Meanwhile, Google ads are denying that starvation has taken place in Gaza.
How bad is that?
Israel's not starving, Gaza.
There's no starvation in Gaza.
Well, there's a reason you're being shown that Google is just exposed for signing a $45 million deal with Netanyahu's office to push propaganda that Israel is not starving the Palestinians in Gaza to death.
My name is John I'm the founder of Black Out Coffee, and I started Black Out because I really love coffee.

So I figured that I had to do something about it.
The biggest difference is really on the beans and the roasting process, how we roast it, and how fresh it is.
The fresher the roast, the better the quality.

Why she had to go? I don't know.
She wouldn't say I said something wrong.
I long for yesterday.
Yesterday.
Love was such an easy game to play.
I need a place to hide away.
Oh, I believe.
And what may be my most important story of the day?
Russia has evacuated its embassy in Israel.
urgently evacuating employees and their family.
Russia confirms the Iranian Revolutionary Guard may launch a preemptive strike on Tel Aviv by the end of January.
They're declaring that would be a different scenario than I've been projecting with my 72-hour estimate.
But things are getting very, very serious.
This would not be happening if the prospect of a new war between Iran and Israel were not on the verge.
Meanwhile, Tucker and Francesca Albanese, who's the official for the Palestinians, for the UN, discussed.
Lots of places in the United States made it illegal to boycott Israel.
You can't boycott Israel.
We celebrate boycotts, by the way.
Something called the Civil Rights Movement is a feature of every sixth grade history lesson.
And boycotts are good, except when they apply to Israel, in which case they're literally illegal.
UK, Germany, big states put people in prison for complaining about Israel's genocide.
Tell me on what grounds they do that.
Look, like you, anti-Semitism is repulsive.
It's horrible.
I mean, as a European, the first thing that I feel when I hear the word anti-Semitism is repulsion.
Because this is what I've been raised to, recognize that hating others on the ground of religion or race or other things is just wrong.
But I'm excepting it's always wrong.
Anti-Semitism is wrong.
It is no worse than hating the Palestinians for being Palestinian or hating the Italians for being Italian or black people for being black.
I mean, it's all the same thing, but somehow only one is a crime.
That's not Western civilization at all.
No, but it's not even that.
It's the lack of logic.
It's really the performance of stupidity behind it.
Because anti-Semitism, it's hatred against the Jews because they are Jews.
Yeah, but of course, it's being expanded.
Any criticism of Israel, even for January.
Meanwhile, after destruction in Lebanon, after Israeli strikes, the U.S. itself has launched airstrikes in Somalia.
What's going on there?
Well, remember now, as Jimmy Dore has sought to explain, what's going on in Minneapolis with all these ripoffs of the American government is to fund Israel to create the Somaliland,
to divide the Somalia into two states, one called Somaliland, so I can deport all the Palestinians to Somaliland and conclude their ethnic cleansing.
That's what's going on.
Don't overlook it.
Meanwhile, the Saudis have launched new strikes on South Lamen.
The Houthis may have to respond, maybe even against the Saudi oil fields or the refineries.
Meanwhile, while you watch Venezuela, Trump quietly put Canada on notice.
What do we got?
What do we got here?
While the entire world is focused on Venezuela and Mexico and Cuba and Colombia, Donald Trump just quietly put Canada in the hot seat.
Why?
Because the operation in Caracas isn't just about Maduro.
It's an opening salvo against the British Empire.
Here's what the president said.
So we have to do something because we lost the real number is 300,000 people, in my opinion.
You know, they'd like to say 100,000.
100,000 is a lot of people, but the real number is 300,000 people.
And we lost it to drugs.
And they come in through the southern border, mostly the southern border.
Plenty come in through Canada, too, by the way, in case you don't know.
But you're not supposed to notice that.
The headlines covering that same press conference are focused on the usual targets, like this one in the New York Post.
But while the Empire's American propaganda arms want you focused on those usual suspects, by Sunday, the Canadians had figured out what I just told you.
The editorial board of the Toronto Globe and Mail announced in their Sunday editorial that Venezuela's fate is a warning to Canada.
Meanwhile, the rest of the narrative is being played out by the press, like the New York Times, which says that this is another regime change operation out of the Bush playbook, and that it's going to split the MAGA movement.
And of course, the New York Times' favorite new political figure, Marjorie Taylor Greene, played her part in feeding into the MAGA split narrative.
Meanwhile, the Democratic Party is playing its assigned role in the narrative, shrieking about Trump's actions, and some are already calling for his impeachment.
Not just anybody.
You know, I need someone.
I was younger, so much younger than today.
Everybody never needed anybody else helping anyway.
Now these days I've got nothing else so self-assured.
I've got a time to change my mind.
I hope I love the God.

Who is it for all alone?
Where do Manila come from?
All alone.
Well, Stephen Miller, who appears to be one of the few in the administration who has a functioning brain, asserts the U.S. has the right to take Greenland and wouldn't even have to put up a fight for it.
This is very peculiar.
Stephen Miller, one of Trump top agent services, is deputy chief of path for policy, just poured more fuel on the fire in terms of the ongoing battle with Denmark of the future of Greenland and sovereignty.
He said in fresh remarks that there wouldn't be any military intervention to take Arctic territory is simply nobody's going to fight the United States militarily over the future of Greenland.
More importantly, he spelt out U.S. admins' view that Denmark, fundamentally, does not have a right to the resource-rich Arctic territory.
How incredible is that?
Miller was asked by reporters on whether Trump might invade Greenland next after this weekend shock Venezuelan action.
What do you mean, military action against Greenland?
Greenland has a population of 30,000 people, he began in his response.
The real question is, what right does Denmark have to assert control over Greenland?
What is the basis of their territorial claim?
What is the basis of having Greenland as a colony of Denmark? He asked.
And I'd say, you know, history provides an answer to that question, but it looks like we may just be grabbing more land, more property, more resources for the benefit of the United States and to help with international law and practice.
Meanwhile, Trump will exit 66 international organizations as it further retreats from global cooperation.
It's almost contradictory.
We're pulling out of all these international organizations while we seek to exert our influence over a larger aspect of the planet, Washington.
The Trump admin will withdraw from dozens of international organizations, including the U.N. Population Agency and treaty establishes international climate negotiations as U.S. further retreats from global cooperation.
President Trump on Wednesday, yesterday, signed an executive order suspending U.S. support for 66 organizations, agency, and commissions, pointing his admin review of participation in and funding for all international organizations, including those affiliated with the UN, according to a White House release.
Most of the targets are UN-related agencies, commissions, and advisory panels that focus on climate, labor, migration, and other issues that Trump administrates as catering to diversity and woke initiatives.
Other non-UN organizations on the list include the Partnership for the Atlantic Cooperation, International Institute for Democracy, an electoral assistant, and a global counterterrorism forum.
Here's more: Trump abandonment of global treaties, including landmark climate deal, threatens all life on earth.
I doubt that very much.
But that's what you're getting from Common Dreams, a left-wing entity.
Trump cutting ties with the world's oldest climate treaty is another despicable effort to let corporation fossil fuel interests run our government.
Trendrup Wednesday withdrew the U.S. from dozens of international trees and organizations aimed at promoting cooperation on the world's most pressing issues, including human rights, and the worsening climate emergency.
Among the treaties Trump ditched via legally dubious executive order was a UN Framework Commission on Climate Change, making the U.S. the world's largest historical emitter of planet warming greenhouse gases.
And that's all a myth, mind you, a myth.
It's scientifically a fiction.
The first country to abandon the landmark agreement.
I have no problem there.
That is just fine.
Meanwhile, and of course, this has been dominating the news.
One dead after ICE involved shooting in Minneapolis, ICE agents were conducting operations in Minneapolis when riders attempted to block their path, according to local news outlet Fox 9.
Woman driving her vehicle, which was shot, subsequently crashed, according to witness reports.
Yes, a woman was driving a vehicle.
She's 37 years old.
She's a mother of three.
From the videos I have seen.
This was an accident.
The guy, the ICE guy, had his gun out.
I think he probably shouldn't have had his gun out.
I didn't see any reason to think she was acting hostile toward him, but I think she was either misunderstood the situation or was just scared.
Drove off as she began to drove.
He shot her right there dead.
She crashed.
We see the blood.
We see the hairbag.
Nasty, nasty.
But then you have people like Christy Noam and Vice President Vance go out there and just trash anyone who says this was wrong.
Well, I'm telling you what it was.
It was an accident.
It was a deliberate murder, deliberate killing.
He shouldn't have had his gun out.
A problem we have is these ICE agents, like so many of our police departments, are sent to Israel for training.
And the Israelis instruct them to treat Americans the way the Israelis treat Palestinians, like animals, like dogs with no respect.
But I got to tell you, watching Vance go on and on and on, he was on a real rant today, just forcefully, and in my opinion, ignorantly attacking anyone who is critical of this happening because the ICE people are all good and those opposing ICE are all bad.
I mean, it was pathetic.
It made me think this guy will make a despicable president.
I find Vance, his performance today was so superficial, was so shallow, and more importantly, it was so ignorant.
Similar for Christy Noam, here's the head of DHS.
She's supposed to know what the hell is going on.
She didn't seem to have any better understanding of the situation than did Vance.
I was very, very disappointed.
Here we have a new video angle.
They're claiming shows her attempting to strike the ICE agent.
Well, he was staying right beside the vehicle.
It's not as though he was in front of it and she was trying to run him down.
He was just beside the vehicle.
So there are different efforts, you know, to interpret this one way or another, but I'm telling you, it was just a simple, bloody mistake.
Have we lost that category from our understanding?
Is everything deliberate?
Is everything black or white?
This was clearly gray.
DHS is now targeting Minnesota in a major fraud investigation.
This is because of the Somali theft.
But you know, this was originally revealed back in 2020, and it's not really new news.
So what do we got?
It's Benzinga bringing Wall Street to Main Street.
The Trump administration has launched investigations into diversity initiatives at major U.S. companies by applying a federal anti-fraud law, according to the Wall Street Journal.
The civil probes are being conducted under the False Claims Act, a law traditionally used to pursue contractors who overbuild the government or charge for work not performed.
The Justice Department argues that companies with federal contracts commit fraud if they continue considering diversity in hiring, allowing the government to seek recovery of potentially millions of dollars.
Oh, that's not actually related to the Somali.
I don't have a problem with that in particular.
Meanwhile, we have alleged shoplifters shocked because California saw the news.
But Fox News is claiming President Trump is declining in the polls.
And President Trump responded and says Fox News polls can't be trusted.
So now a new viral video showing an accused shoplifter shocked to learn that she may face a felony charge for theft.
The Southern California Police Department is now reminding folks about the new Prop 36 law that cracks down on low-level theft.
Matt Finn live in Los Angeles to explain all of this.
Memo to shoplifters.
You can now be prosecuted.
That's right, John.
And you know, here in California, we've reported on countless cases of brazen theft, shoplifting with no significant consequences.
But last month, California voters overwhelmingly approved the new law, Prop 36, which rolls back criminal justice reform policies that critics say led to overwhelming crime.
Police and prosecutors now have more leeway to charge crimes as felonies, like this video from Seal Beach in Orange County.
Three women walk into an Ulta Beauty store and then a Kohl's, casually stealing whatever they want, not even trying to conceal some of their stolen goods.
Even after leaving the stores, the women, they're in no rush, but are surprised when Seal Beach police run up on them and after a short chase, they arrest the thieves.
Take a listen here as a police camera captures two of these young women talking about their shock that they were arrested for a felony.
New laws stealing is a felony.
And this is Orange County.
The three women were booked into an Orange County jail on charges of grand theft, conspiracy to commit a crime, and resisting arrest.
Now, yes, love it, love it, love it.
That's all totally appropriate.
California was going to hell in a handbasket.
Meanwhile, Pepsi and Walmart has named him close conspirators in a price-fixing lawsuit.
That's kind of troubling when you have major outfits like these.
PepsiCola and Walmart illegally conspired to fix the price of Pepsi soft drinks so they were lower at Walmart and hired other retailers according to a new class action lawsuit filed by consumers that complained.
Filed last month in federal New York and by lead plantiff Martin Gleb Span alleges that two major companies broke numerous laws, including the state antitrust laws, the 1890 Sherman Antitrust Act, which outlaws monopolies and secret restrictions on competition and the common law doctrine of unjust enrichment, which outlaws unfairly benefiting from another party's expense.
Good.
Meanwhile, Nick Rainier's lawyer, Alan Jackson, has removed himself from the murder case.
What's going on here?
Maybe hard to tell exactly what's happening.
This is, you know, he's charged, of course, with killing his parents and appears to be cut and dry.
I'm kind of puzzled as to why it would be the case that, in fact, the lawyer would drop out.
But there it is.
Meanwhile, we have a shocking toxin alert that Nestle has pulled infant formula in a concerning development.
Nestle's recall of infant formula over toxin fears raises urgent questions about product safety for vulnerable infants.
Nestle recalled Nan stage one input formula in Ireland over cereulide toxin fears.
The recall is precautionary with no confirmed illnesses with emphasizing potential risk.
Food Safety Authority of Ireland alerted public about possible nausea and severe vomiting.
The incident underscores the need for enhanced formula safety protocols in Europe.
Nestle initiated a voluntary recall sold in Irish supermarket due to concern over cereulide, a toxin produced by Bacillus serous.
This toxin can cause severe nausea and vomiting, presenting a serious health risk to infants.
The recall announced on January 5th, 2026, by the Food Safety Authority of Ireland, highlights the need for vigilance and food safety within the infant formula industry.
We all, I believe, endorse that.
Meanwhile, RFK Jr. has flipped the food pyramid.
U.S. Health Secretary RFK Jr. today unveiled new dietary guidelines for Americans, which put protein, dairy, healthy fats, vegetables, and fruit at the top with grains at the bottom.
U.S. Health Secretary RFK Jr. revealed new dietary guidelines for America and the new Fed Pyramid is inverted, putting protein, meaning meats, for example, dairy, healthy fats, veggies and fruit at the top, grain at the bottom, and a White House West beefing.
Kennedy called the changes the most significant reset of federal nutrition policy in history.
I like it.
The guidelines affected through 2030 will become the default for what served to school children, the military, veterans, elderly, and low-income families that participated in federal programs like IBIC and Head Start.
Kennedy said these guidelines replace corporate-driven assumption with common set goals and gold standard scientific integrity.
These new guidelines will revolutionize our nation food culture and make America healthy again.
For decades, Americans have grown sicker while healthcare costs have soared.
The reason is clear.
The hard truth is our government has been lying to us to protect corporate profit-taking, telling us that these food-like substances were beneficial to public health.
Federal policy promoted and substantiated highly processed foods and refined carbohydrates, turning a blind eye to the disastrous consequences.
Today, the lies stop.
Food pyramid was upside down before.
We just write it in.
Okay, said people may think the new pyramid is upside down, given the prior pyramid allotted the largest area to grains and the smallest area to fats.
But it was actually upside down before.
We just write it in.
The earlier nutrition model wrongly discouraged healthy fats and protein.
are ending the war on saturated fat.

Essentialized with the state over somebody, not just anybody.
You know, I need someone.
When I was younger, I was younger than today.
I didn't want to be able to spend anybody in self in any way.
Now these days I thought I'd be self-assured.
I changed my mind.
I opened up the door.
Help me if you can.
I'm feeling well.
Well, here's a really puzzling, even perplexing, but I guess because it involves a lot of money, it makes sense.
Remember, the COVID vaccine, this mRNA technology is lethal.
And from what I've seen, you know, from those who have had their blood scanned, and you know, up to 4,000 times, you see all these weird things that are in their blood because of the vaccs.
We'll get this.
And the death rate, of course, is appalling.
There's some who go so far as to suggest that everyone who got the mRNA vaccs is going to have a dramatically reduced lifespan, some even suggesting dead within five years.
It depends, I think, on what batch you got.
I do not believe they were all equally deadly.
But here we have Monsanto suing Pfizer, Moderna, and JJ over alleged COVID-19 vax technology.
From Zyklon B to glyphosate, that's in Roundup, the cancer causer to mRNA.
Bayer claims the deadly COVID shots were built on its patented GMO technology from the 1980s and now wants its cut of 93 billion.
In a development that perfectly captures the absurdity of the COVID area, Bayer Monsanto has filed federal lawsuits against Pfizer, BioNTech, Moderna, and JJ, alleging the unlawfully used Monsanto-developed mRNA technology to manufacture COVID-19 vaccines.
The very injections that resulted in mass death are now the subject of high-stake patent litigation over gene engineering methods originally developed for genetically modified crops in the 1980s.
Coin a filed complaint, Monsanto scientists pioneered techniques to stabilize mRNA by removing, destabilizing genetic sequences and substituting alternative codons to force higher protein expression, meaning methods the lawsuit alleges were essential to making the COVID spike protein usable as a vaccine antigen.
Pfizer and BioNTech are accused of redesigning the SARS-CoV-2 spike gene using this patented approach, stripping out probably 100 destabilizing sequences to ensure the mRNA would not degrade before producing large amounts of spike protein.
And we got a segment of the actual complaint filed in the district court for the district of Delaware.
My friend, I just need someone to love.

Welcome to the second era of authentic news.
Right here in Airbnb and live on this idea, January 2026, where I take your calls.
We have one caller on the line.
Lots of lines.
Lots of lines are open.
Let's start with Keith Rogers.
Keith, join the conversation, my friend.
How are things in Montana?
Yeah, good afternoon there, Jane.
I got a few things here for you.
In listening to the recent news, I normally don't watch network news.
I only have a computer anyway because I don't have a TV in my house.
But anyway, they keep referring to Venezuela as communist.
And I wanted to clear this up.
Maduro was raised as a Catholic.
In 2012, it was reported by the New York Times that he's a follower of the Indian Hindu guru Setya Sia Paba and previously visited the guru in India in 2005.
However, in 2013, Maduro stated that his grandparents were Jewish.
That was a Sephardic Moorish background.
If you've seen videos of Maduro, he's sitting there saying Free Palestine.
And the reason I'm saying this is because I have an Iranian friend who's a communist, but he gave me the background of Ahmed Bidejad and these guys, and they're all Jewish too.
However, they broke with Zionism.
So the reason I'm saying this, because I always try to diffuse hatred and racism and stuff like that.
Anyway, so the U.S., as you played the other day, Jeffrey Sachs.
Who was I think he was at the UN when he was saying that, but he gave the?
Uh the history of the?
U.s and their sanctions against all these countries.
Uh, I.e you know the?
Uh having the IMF devalue their currency to cause the?
Uh the problems there.
I've supplied that video to you before about Cuba, how they go in there.
They destroy the, the economy, poison the food, uh put cement powder in the milk of school children and stuff like that anyway.
So under Kissinger's uh NSSM 200 and I studied the Ciao, so this is where i'll get this but uh, from WIKI.
You can read this here where it says, uh and this deals with population and vaccines and uh stuff, by the way, and forcing countries to go along with this depopulation agenda.
Uh populations with high proportion of growth, young people, who are much uh higher populations in many of these LDCS, lower developed countries, are likely to be more volatile unstable, prone to extremes, alienation and violence than older population.
These young people can be uh readily be persuaded to attack the legal institutions of the government or real property of the establishment, imperialist multinational corporations or other, uh it says, often foreign, I.e United States, Western multinational corporations, and then influences it and blamed uh them for their troubles.
See, so this is how the CIA does it.
They go in there, they destabilize the country, they the IMFD values their currency, they cause mass poverty.
And uh, this is how we, uh we get this whole thing going.
And so, when Jeffrey Sacks was talking about these mass sanctions and stuff, this is how they do it.
And then, as Scott Ritter has been saying recently here, don't make any agreements with the United States, because they always back out of it.
Uh, like these sanctions.
If you oh, we can release the sanctions, like that, we'll be back to normal.
But see, that's the catch.
But anyway, in an article from march 8th 1992 it says, U.s strategy plans calls for ensuring that no rivals develop a one superpower world.
And that's from the NEW YORK Times.
Uh, if you read that, you have to understand that in 92, this is on the cusp edge of after they've deindustrialized America, that they now send out all these uh, CIA culprits like that to destabilize the rest of the world, even though the United States has already deindustrialized itself and now Americans are working service jobs, Can't pay their student loans and all the stuff like that, you Know.
But anyway, and so the other country becomes the object of hatred.
We're supposed to hate China, made in China.
Well, it all used to be made here in America.
Remember the Maytag repairman, you know, sitting there idly waiting for something to come back because it was a strong made in America product, you know.
But it's the corporations that did that.
In fact, you can Google or whatever browser you want.
There's over 350 U.S. businesses in China.
See, well, it's because they want that cheap slave labor.
They don't want to pay the Americans that, which used to be the American dream.
The other thing here is what we were talking, or you were talking about here earlier.
I'm sure you've watched that 14-minute or so video I sent you called the War of the Worlds, or The World at War.
Sorry, it starts out with what's his name, that jerk from Pfizer saying that they started in early 2019, and by 2023, they wanted to reduce the world's population by half.
Okay, 50%.
This gets into legal.
Yeah.
Yeah, 50%, right?
So this gets into 18 U.S. Code 2339A, providing material support to terrorists.
Now, if Iran would have came out with a vaccine or something like that and started distributing and mandating that people in order to go to work had to take this, which then thus killed off the breadwinner, who then had to, their family had to default on their home mortgages, auto loans, insurances.
You see what I'm going on this?
But anyway, it would be in violation of anyone to support in any way even the government.
And I'm saying the government there because I have a video from Pfizer where Pfizer says we made exactly what TARPA ordered.
So, and then of course we know that it's HIV-laced.
We have the other one where it's got all the heart conditions.
We got the one from Britain where all the patents and stuff, or we want to call it the write-up sport that they supplied were changed after they got approved and they went to this other stuff here.
But so anyone that supports their so-called local governments and/or these vaccine makers, they're actually in violation of that 18 U.S. Code 2339A because this includes banking and everything.
But the reason I'm calling those because I get tired of people, who gives a crap what Venezuela's government is?
It has nothing to do with this.
It's what, 1,300 miles away?
It shouldn't bother Americans whatsoever.
Shouldn't bother the Americans whether or not you're buying from China, even if they keep referencing the CCP.
If one wants to look at that, remember Putin said the first Soviet government was Jewish.
And then, of course, as we've learned, well, we have the Holocaust to remember and all of it.
But what about the Hall of More?
And of course, that was done under Stalin in 1930, where civilians were starved to death.
And there's that article that says far-right group in Ukraine demands that Israel and the Jews apologize for communism.
And yet, here we have America, and this was a letter to Israel, by the way.
We have America that sits there and they kowtow to everything Israelis are doing.
And where do most Israelis come from?
Europe.
Like what was that White House reporter that said that the Jews should go home?
And they say, where's home?
And she goes, Poland, whatever like that.
That's where they're from.
It wasn't Palestine, you know.
But we're constantly fed all this stuff.
And I think the problem that we're at is we were indulged with all this evil Muslim stuff.
And now we have the evil evangelical Christians.
Of course, we have the Zionists.
But it's people, the way they're raised.
I'm surprised that on these FBI and stuff crime reports that they don't put down a person's religious faith, because then you can see if people are being radicalized through their own religious beliefs and stuff.
Because most people I know get up every day, they go to work, and they don't give a damn about anything else in the world other than supporting their family.
But we're supposed to be worried about what the evil Iranians or Persians are doing, what the Iraqis are doing.
We should be more interested in what we as Americans can do to pull together, because as you can see with what Trump's movements are and this F-A-F-O from Hague says, that we have a totally rogue government.
They don't give a damn about the people.
They only care about corporations.
And that's where we're at today.
So we need to pull together and stop looking at these people as if they're some distant parties.
We're all humans.
If you can't live together as humans, you might as well just bag it yourself like that because, I mean, we got one planet.
We need to share it.
And we have the U.S. under that U.S. strategy plan is that the U.S. is going to go wherever it wants.
And the means at time, you have to think of like Greenland, as you were mentioning earlier.
If Greenland is military forced like that, that's the U.S. attacking a NATO member.
See, and so there was a video out there this morning there on YouTube about all these NATO members that are going to, they're actually threatening the U.S. now.
Back off because, you know, they'll just totally drop the NATO alliance.
And of course, that's where the U.S. makes its arms sales.
The U.S. doesn't care about like Trump when he talks about Christians and Nigeria and stuff.
Remember, he funneled three, he and Biden funneled $350 billion to Ukraine to those actual Nazis.
And what are they doing?
The Orthodox Christians are killing each other.
You know, as long as the U.S. can sell arms, that's all they care about.
And if you're supposed to be a patriot and then supporting your country and working from an arms manufacturer, I guess that's fine.
But remember, the U.S. sells arms to so many rogue countries in the world that are out there equally killing their own people.
So anyway, that's all I have for you, James.
Oh, Pete, right on, spot on.
I agree with all of it.
I'm so glad you called.
Thanks very, very much for that, Keith.
And happy New Year 2026.
Bernard in British Columbia.
Bernard, join the conversation.
Yeah.
Hi, James.
Now, you mentioned the editorial in the Globe and Mail, which I gather would have a certain impact because it's like the equivalent of your New York Times.
It's the national newspaper.
But I've been thinking about what's been happening since Trump became your president.
Like up to that point, like Canadians would spend billions of dollars visiting in the States.
And since then, they've cut back substantially.
We do about a trillion dollars worth of trade, but now they're cutting back production in Kentucky because Canadians are boycotting the bourbon, all that kind of stuff.
And I'll get on to how your president treats our prime minister compared to how he treats another prime minister from the Middle East.
But in terms of the, so I mentioned the tourism and then the commercial interaction.
We have an integrated or had an integrated automotive production.
But besides being members of NATO, Canada and the United States are both members of what they call the five eyes.
So you have your national security agency works in CAS called the Communications Security Establishment.
And they have listening posts far into the Arctic, you know, for the concern about monitoring communications from other countries.
But I think the most interesting one of all, and this was in the National Post, which is now the national newspaper.
The North American Air Defense Command is unique in the world, a totally integrated force.
So, for example, when you have balloons coming from wherever over Alaska, and then they come over to British Columbia and Canada, and then lay their back in the states again.
I think this makes a lot of sense to have that.
But I'm not sure if how many people are really aware of that, you know.
But anyway, when their president started all these tariffs and that, it eroded the stabilizing effect on Canada.
And I was going to say the—sorry, I just lost my track.
Yeah, they had a—but anyway, the immediate effect of what's happened in Venezuela— is that caused a drop in shares in our oil companies because the petroleum produced in Canada is similar to what's in Venezuela.
And we were already selling the oil to the states at a discount because we have no way of shipping it offshore.
It's been limited.
So, no, there's one other thing I heard, it's not maybe related, but I've only heard this report once that Venezuela doesn't have a central bank part of the Bank for International Settlement.
So, I don't know if that's true.
Canada didn't join until the 1970s.
But when you do that, you lose control of your monetary policy because the bigger authority is the internet, the IBS rather than your own government.
So, that's how you lose your, yeah.
But anyway, the other disturbing thing is like when we have very trade talks, but the Premier of Ontario put out a film or a commercial and it had the effrontery of quoting President Reagan, or former President Reagan, and his opposition to terrorists.
Now, it must be very galling because I know Reagan's probably more popular among your conservatives today than the president.
But anyway, and to actually quote against terrorists, but anyway, on that happening, the president immediately canceled all trade discussions.
Okay.
And I think there was another incident later when our Canadian minister had published something or tweeted something critical.
And when your president found out, he immediately canceled a meeting with our prime minister.
So, I mean, that's kind of wonder if people could be that hair-trigger-tempered, you know.
But anyway, that's kind of how I see it.
Just our, you know, what's happening these days.
Yeah, that's very interesting.
I do have a story here.
Trump was nightmare.
Canada just declared independence from the Pentagon.
This is Coco Culver style.
Creamy vanilla, fresh frozen custard, blended with rich cocoa, topped with whipped cream.
An unprecedented public warning from Canada's top spy for a region considered remote and exposed.
Non-Arctic states, including the People's Republic of China, seek to gain a strategic and economic foothold in the region.
What you're about to hear will change everything you thought you knew about North American defense.
The Pentagon is in shock.
NATO leadership is speechless.
And President Trump, he just lost control of the Arctic.
There's a story we've been told our entire lives about how the Western Alliance works, about how when America leads, our allies follow, about how Canada, our quiet, polite neighbor to the north, always answers when Washington calls.
Maybe they answer a little late, maybe with less money than we'd prefer, but they always answer.
That story just died.
In January 2026, Canada made a strategic military decision so bold, so unprecedented, that it sent shockwaves through the Pentagon, NATO headquarters in Brussels, and straight into the Oval Office.
This isn't just about military hardware.
This isn't just about defense budgets.
This is about a fundamental shift in global power that the United States is completely unprepared for.
And here's what makes this even more explosive.
President Trump's threats to annex Canada as the 51st state just backfired in the most spectacular way imaginable.
Welcome to the Canadian Arctic.
This is a part of Canada that many Canadians, frankly, don't think a lot about.
But our adversaries are thinking about this land.
This is a special looking at Arctic sovereignty and what we're doing to protect our land.
Canada's military is stretched.
Not enough soldiers.
The mission is to insert OP India 11 Chargie.
Not enough equipment.
Let me take you inside the room where this all went down.
It was a NATO working group meeting in Brussels just days ago.
These meetings are usually scripted, boring, predictable.
The Americans circulate a draft communique.
Everyone nods.
The Canadians apologize about their budget numbers.
Standard procedure, but this time was different.
The American delegation put forward a clause about unified maritime command in the Arctic.
It was legal language that would have subordinated Canada's new Arctic defense assets to NATO command, which really means American command in a crisis.
Standard operating procedure for the past 70 years.
And then the room stopped.
The Canadian representative, not even a politician, just a senior civil servant, politely said, Canada cannot agree to that language.
The assets in question will remain under national command.
Hang on, Bernard.
I want your comments on this when we come back from the break.
We'll be right back.

Do you begin to smell some funky little things going on?
Let me share this story with you.
It's not so much a story.
It's something I wrote years ago.
Read your history, people.
Stock markets collapse on Friday.
Bank seizures, closures, holidays take place after business hours on Friday.
Do currencies or governments also collapse on Friday?
Tomorrow's Friday.
Will the end come on this Friday or will the inevitable collapse hold off for a while?
The next round of the worst financial crisis in 100 years is coming, people, and the government is out to make you and I pay for it.
Will your savings survive a global banking wipeout?
What happens when the U.S. sees hyperinflation?
What if taxes soar, not only for the rich, can you survive the stock market tanks?
Look, between a stock market wipeout, waves of bank failures, soaring government spending that will lead to hyperinflation and the destruction of the dollar's value, isn't it time that you prepare for the uncertainty which lies ahead?
Protect your money now or forever kiss it goodbye.
My friends, I offer you over six decades' experience of hard asset ownership and knowledge, and I'm prepared to handle the smallest detail in the balanced protection of your portfolio.
For as the future of uncertainty continues to blanket this nation of ours, I believe that I can offer you the privacy, safety, security, and possibly some profitability which you deserve.
And so I invite you to visit SierraMondrePreciousMetals.com for further information regarding protecting your wealth or call me, Jeffrey Bennett, at 602-799-8214 or by email at kettlemorain ltd at cox.net for private consultation.
Once again, our phone number is 602-799-8214.
It's almost Friday.
He blew his mind out in his car.
He didn't notice that the lights have changed.
Crowd of people stood on the stair.
They'd seen his face before.
Nobody was really sure if he was from the house before.
I saw a fulfilled day, oh boy.
The English Army had just won the war.
The crowd of people turned away.
Bernard, I like that story.
Is it resonating with you?
Is this a major issue in Canada?
Is the public aware?
I don't think so, but it's gradually because of the resources and all that.
But, you know, it's not besides the land and the resources, it's the location, because historically, Canada being located between the Soviet Union and the United States was critical because like we have what we call distant early warning line, the dew line.
And so that would give advance notice of missiles coming from the Soviet Union.
But so Canada and the United States have had a long record working together at the military level, like the NORAD is for airline aircraft.
But that's the thing.
So anyway, I think that Canada had a more neutral position for a long time.
But when it came to the, Like for that north place, I think that they keep browbeating Canada because they should spend more money, but I think we're becoming very wary of NATO, you know, because of the leadership there and they're and sending all that money to Ukraine.
Yeah.
But I think we'd be better to keep working just with the states rather than going to NATO because, you know, NATO is just, NATO has become so aggressive and so much involved in war, you know.
And I think Canada had a, like we had, Prime Minister Pierce had won unshared Nobel Peace Prize for the work in the Middle East, you know, so we don't need, actually, I think the Europeans are more dangerous, I think, than the Americans right now because of their, they want to go to war against Russia, you know, and all this stuff, you know.
So I think we'd be better off working with the U.S. just one-on-one.
Yeah, of course, Canada is among the 10 members of NATO, signed on in 1949, reminds the key member.
But I appreciate all your observations here, Bernard, and I'm very glad you called.
Excellent.
Have a good one.
I've been following.
Yeah.
Yeah, well, go ahead.
Thank you.
Okay.
No, no, add a final thought, Bernard.
Go right ahead.
No, I see I followed public events since the 1950s.
And I'll tell you one thing.
I mean, mostly Irish colleague, but when I saw your President Kennedy, that was our introduction, you know, and I'm sure a lot of Americans miss that kind of leadership.
Of course, you know, yes.
Okay.
Good call, Bernard.
Thank you very much.
Thank you very much.
Frances, join the conversation, girl.
What's on your mind today?
Oh, what isn't?
Hello, CEO.
And well, I'm sure to you young man.
Obviously, there's so much going on.
I really wasn't looking to call in today, and I'm sure a lot of people thought, well, why did you?
But in short, I honestly feel for the family of the young lady, Nicole Good, that was in Minneapolis, Minnesota, that was gunned down.
Now, what I find interesting is that having seen the video and so forth, you know, you don't draw a pistol firearm or whatever like that unless you're going to use it.
It's a general nutshell, as far as firearm safety goes.
You don't draw unless you're going to employ it.
And what I find interesting about that scenario is it looked like, and what I can't really blame her because if I was in her shoes, I'd have done the same thing.
For one thing, she's not dealing with a very dry, sunny pavement.
She's dealing with ice.
She's dealing with snow, whatever you want to call it, which is making driving maneuverability reduced in essence.
So if she was trying to get out of there and was trying to do a three-point turn or whatever to get out and then find herself boxed in by another vehicle coming up there with so-called law enforcement hopping out and so forth and approaching her vehicle, I'd be scared too, especially when she starts getting contradictory orders from however many officers there were, which apparently there were three.
And then they claim that, well, you know, for one thing, if she was having difficulty and they thought, why didn't they offer help, find out what's wrong, why she was trying to turn around and help her get out of there, not just take and try and track her down and rip her out the vehicle, which they didn't succeed in doing, and then turn around.
And when she finally finds that there's an open way to get out of there, she takes off.
I can't blame her.
But that does not warrant being shot in the head, in the face, whatever, at least four different times, wherever those bullets went to.
I mean, that just, to me, blatant murder with cold blood.
Was she was she?
We'll be right back.

I've been using the X39 life wave patches every day since December 2023.
The X39 patch has helped with pain relief and my strength and stamina.
Proper use of the X39 has been proven to significantly increase human GHKCU copper peptides in the body.
Increasing the human production of copper peptides has been proven to increase healthy stem cell activity.
Wear the X39 for 12 hours a day, giving yourself a 12-hour break before applying a new patch.
Do this for six to 12 months.
Continue daily use to maintain your health benefits and get regular checkups with your healthcare provider to track any internal progress you may not have noticed.
It's quite extraordinary to be able to use the same technology used by U.S. Navy SEALs.
The SEALs rely on life wave patches to accomplish their missions.

I'm the founder of Black Out Coffee, and I started Black Out because I really love coffee.
I've always loved coffee and after traveling so much to Europe, South America, and trying so many different coffees that were so good.
And every time I came back to the U.S., I was so disappointed with the coffee.
So I figured that I had to do something about it.
The biggest difference is really on the beans and the roasting process, how we roast it, and how fresh it is.
The fresher the roast, the better the quality.
Here I've like all of the coffee that's roasted within one to two days prior to being shipped.
So it literally gets to consumers' house within three to five days after being roasted.
If you like coffee, you have to try ours.
It's fresh roasted.
It's one of the best beans that we can get, and you will definitely see the difference.

Well, I'm looking at the incident right now.
So you got her sort of sticking across the street.
The guy comes out.
Another ICE agent moves over very fast, goes to her door, grabs the hand haul.
He grabs the hand haul.
I'm not quite sure who shot her.
Now, he seems to be still holding the handle, and it looked like it was another ICE agent in front.
Are you implying she was shot more than once, Francis?
The first fellow that walked up there grabbed the door handle, yes.
And in front of him, at the corner of the driver's side corner in the front of the vehicle, there was another officer there, or what are you going to call him?
Yeah.
And then what you don't see until much later about you, this all happened within about a minute's time.
Oh, less.
Less.
10, 15, 10 seconds or so.
Yeah.
Much less than a minute, Francis.
Go ahead.
But okay, so I'm being generous.
Anyway, this third fella is coming up to the front of the vehicle, like as if he's going to try and stop her like a Superman or some garbage or whatever.
And when she backs up to try to get out away from them and get out of the way, because she's terrorized at this point, and I can't blame her, I would too.
I'd be backing up as well.
And then that third fella that was standing there at the front end, he turns around and comes around the driver's side corner of the vehicle.
And as she realized she has a way to get out finally and away from them, that's when that third fella that was at the front has the firearm brandished and starts popping off at least four times.
He shot at least four times?
He shot at least four times?
Holy moly.
Okay.
I don't know if that was all from him or what, but there are four here in the video.
And then, of course, the vehicle trails off onto the curb because for one thing, she's dead for crying out loud.
Yeah, yeah.
There's a body behind a wheel.
Yeah, sure.
No, I get it.
I get it.
I get it.
What I find ironic is that one, her children will never see her again until they croak.
Her other half is not going to see her until they croak.
We got it.
We got it, Francis.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you for the call.
Thank you for the call.
Joe in Florida.
Joe, join the conversation, Joe.
Hey, Jim.
Good afternoon.
Thanks for taking my call.
Good to hear you.
This is not my main reason for calling, but I do want to dispute this version that you just heard from Francis and what you said in the first hour about the ICE Minnesota incident.
Yeah.
So that's the second angle on the video.
If you go online, you can see, and this is just my take on it.
Go ahead.
What you're saying, what you're seeing is there are two ICE officers, okay?
Yeah.
One is at the side of the vehicle.
Right.
And the other ICE officer is directly in front of her vehicle.
Now, the officer on the left gives the woman a legal order to stop and get out of the vehicle.
Get out of the car, he says, okay.
Yeah.
She obviously doesn't do that.
She disobeys that.
And then she floors it on the ground.
Now, the officer who is directly in front of the car was there for at least five, six seconds during the time that the other officer ordered her to stop.
Yeah, I'm looking.
I'm seeing him just over at the top of the vehicle.
I think.
Yeah, go ahead.
Go ahead.
Exactly.
Now, let me just say my condolences to this woman's family, who, by the way, I hate to point this out.
Frances had her first name wrong.
You might believe this is true.
Renee.
Her first name is Renee.
Yeah, Renee Good.
I thought of our Renee when I heard that shot.
God forbid anything like that ever happened to our Renee's.
What did I disagree with her?
But my condolences to Renee, this woman and her family.
It's a tragedy.
And I will also say that no officer goes out to design to kill people.
Well, I'm going to go out and shoot and kill an American, okay?
What I'm seeing on the video is that the only question is, did that officer have a legitimate fear for his life?
Well, let me tell you this.
Cops are like anybody else.
He's standing directly in front of the vehicle.
She floors it at him.
Okay.
Not the officer on the side.
The officer in front of her was standing in her way in front of her vehicle for at least five, six seconds before she floored the gas.
Then she floors it.
She hits him.
She hits the officer in front of her and he then falls to the side.
But before she hit him, he was in fear and fired the gun.
Okay.
It's always like a difficult thing to determine.
All I'm trying to say is that the only question is, did that officer in the front, who she floored the, and by the way, it wasn't a car.
It's like an SUV, okay?
So imagine you're the officer and you're standing there for five, six seconds, and then she floors it directly at you.
Well, that's a reason to be in fear of his life.
And that justifies the shooting.
It doesn't make the shooting correct, but he was fearful.
And I obviously don't wish ill.
I don't want America to be killed.
But there is an absolute justification for him having fired at her.
You know, go back to this thing about what is this crazy city, Minneapolis?
These people are out there like psychopaths trying to interfere.
You could be protesting the arrest of illegal immigrants.
You don't interfere in the middle of a situation where you have guns arresting people.
Some of these Minnesota people are crazy.
That's just my take.
And I would say, look at this, the video one from the secondary.
Yeah, I'm very glad you called in Joe because I hadn't realized there was this additional ICE officer involved in front of the vehicle.
That's absolutely crucial to understanding what happened.
Absolutely crucial.
Let me just say, because I didn't actually with my main thing, I'll just quickly get into it.
I actually also, even though I would support this officer, I think that this is particularly a bad time for America to descend into a Civil War pose.
Oh, the left against the right.
You know, the anti-ICE versus the pro-I.
Why?
Because America is in the midst of a hijacking, okay?
Benjamin Netanyahu has hijacked the entire government of the United States.
Okay.
This is a little bit like somebody bombs your house and it's on fire.
And then the people in the house start arguing, oh, you know, the front lawn looks a little untidy.
Shouldn't we float the lawn first before we call the fire department?
Good job.
I'm going to just say that.
Yeah, I just want to say this last thing.
The government of the United States being run by Netanyahu is being run directly into World War III.
I'm convinced now this hijacking and kidnapping rather of Madrid is all a front.
It really happened, but it's a front for exerting this hegemony over Iran, Russia, China, and other countries that want to have the route to Venezuela.
Okay, the United States does not have any right to prevent commerce, oil, or whatever, being traded by Venezuela with other parts of the world.
And I think it's a bit of a, it's a real kidnapping.
It's unjust.
But the bigger goal is for the United States to claim that it has the right to tell Venezuela or any other Latin American country that it can't trade here in Canada.
Well, that's a policy which is designed to antagonize Russia.
Joe, Joe, Joe, yeah.
Joe, you've made a lot of really important points.
I'm really glad for your call, my friend.
Really glad.
Thank you.
Simply excellent.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Thank you so much.
And happy 2026.
I got to kill the brake to give us more time here.
Mike in Kentucky, go join the conversation, Mike.
Well, you didn't have to kill the brake, but yeah, I've been digging for several hours.
I saw about four different videos of that shooting.
Tell us.
And there was an officer standing straight.
And the video that I'm speaking of is kind of just above street level and kind of peeking through some trees at the front.
And you can see the officer standing in the front of the car who can hear whatever the officer at the driver's side is saying to the woman close enough, you know.
So if she was ordered to shut off the vehicle or stop the vehicle and get out of the vehicle, that kind of thing, he would have heard that.
And when she floors it, he's standing there on snow and starts firing at her when she hits the throttle through the windshield, as I understand it, and hit her from that direction.
I don't know if anybody else drew their gun.
And I'm trying to find that video.
I saw it earlier when I was on an app for YouTube, but going through that go here in the last few minutes, I can't find that particular angle.
Yeah, I'm glad we're getting further clarification here because I myself, not realizing it was that officer in front, assumed the one who shot was the guy who tries to grab her door handle, which is clearly locked.
He can't open the door.
And that's when she drives off.
Was it clear she realized it was that other ICE officer in front of her?
He rolled him off her grill.
He ended up rolling off to the side, and it's a wonder he stayed on his feet.
Okay.
You know, started to fire and actually roll.
He rolled off the front of the grill and it took the side.
And I don't know if he was able to keep firing or not, but it was a little bit of, he may get reprimanded for the back people.
There were other officers and people behind the vehicle too, I think.
So I'm not sure that his, what do they call that?
When you shoot, you have to be aware of what's behind what you're shooting because you get passed through rounds that go off and hit unintended targets.
So I wouldn't be surprised if he gets reprimanded for that, but that's not the reason I called in.
If you do a search for reserves vastly overestimated and you start looking through, it's a very, over the last 10 years or so, it's a very common thing, apparently, for things like the coal reserves in the United States or around the world.
And the thing that made me look was I was looking for the vast reserves in the Alaskan northern north slope there, north of the Brooks Range.
Yeah.
And in the last couple of days looking through that, I found, I think it was a Forbes magazine article from earlier this year that said Venezuela's oil reserves are vastly overestimated.
So the thing is we saw just within the last, what, eight or 10 years, one cargo container vessel goes sideways and locks up the Suez Canal.
Yeah.
So you can imagine a scenario where that is done deliberately or by accident and the Straits of Bormuzz gets shut down.
Oh, yeah.
America's oil economy is drastically affected, you know?
Yeah.
Just a strategic things.
But if we have access to, you know, if we have Western interests in there denationalizing the Venezuelan oil infrastructure, we would at least have a more, what would you say, reliable, I guess, source.
But yeah, the earlier caller mentioned it's something like 162 billion barrels that Canada has, but I don't think it's all easily recoverable.
Same thing with the Alaska oil field.
Prudhoe Bay is this little tiny area compared to the vastness that they've confirmed by seismic soundings.
There's a huge area, a huge area of northern Alaska from the Brooks Range to the west of Prudhoe Bay that is an emergency reserve.
And so I don't know that it's even counted when they talk, you know, when you're talking about emergency reserves, you know, it's probably highly classified.
Lindsey Williams, you know, rest in peace, I think he passed away in 2023.
He made some pretty outlandish claims about what he saw in 1974 when they confirmed those seismic soundings, that this oil up there goes hundreds of miles into Canada and goes all the way across the north slope of Alaska.
And obviously, you got the Alaskan wildlife refuge and all that stuff in Canada that's all, you know, preserves and stuff like that.
So there's a lot of it that's not easily, you know, the environmental people would have lawsuits after lawsuits if we've tapped into that.
So, you know, there's, it's a lot to look into.
And yeah, I think Venezuela has probably close to the world's largest suspected oil reserves confirmed by seismic soundings.
But geologists are, I know a geologist that's into this sort of thing.
That's what his profession is.
And he even says, you know, it's kind of an art.
It's kind of a sketchy thing to estimate what these reserves are without actually drilling into them.
Yeah.
Anyway, I'll let you go with that.
Well, thank you, Mike.
Yeah, apparently there were three shots.
So Washington Post is showing three shots, a frame-by-frame analysis of video footage.
Raises questions about other accounts.
The SUV did move toward the ICE agent as he stood in front of it, but the agent was able to move out of the way and fired at least two of three shots from the side of the vehicle.
Yeah, go ahead.
The video I saw showed him being rolled off the grill.
She impacted with him after he started firing.
Now maybe she, you know, reflexed or whatever.
Her foot remained on that gas because she went right on down the street and impacted pretty much full speed into a parked car.
Yeah so, even after she was shot yeah, he kept yeah.
Well, i'm feeling uh badly about my initial reaction to Christine Home and Vance, because there was more to the story than I was aware at the time.
I'm very ABC NEWS hey.
Hey, watch out for the mainstream media, because ABC NEWS was censoring it by saying we have verified video and they're not showing any other video except the one that everybody's seeing from the back.
Yeah yeah anyway, i'll let you go hey thanks, very good, excellent.
here we have more the agent who fires is in front here she is backing up here's another agent is one or apparently he's already firing This is uh Doozy.
Okay, let's see what we got here.
Uh James, in Vancouver, go right ahead James, join the conversation, welcome back.
Yeah uh, all minerals uh, for the last uh 50 years, have been discovered with the Hughes gradiometer, which they place out in orbit, and as the Hughes gradiometer goes around the earth, it maps the densities of everything down under.
So NASA knows exactly where all the oil is and all the minerals.
And it was designed by a guy named Robert L Forward uh, who was a physicist and a science fiction writer.
Um, now Canada's new posturing.
I think this is Canada's way of saying that uh to the United States, well we, we might get closer to China and Russia, and what would you do about that?
See yeah, that's how that works.
Yeah um, because historically uh, Canada will uh do uh, and it comes from the Great Britain relationship, you know, and there's a special relationship between the British and the United States and blah blah, blah.
So I wouldn't hope for too much adventurism on the part of Canada and that department.
And um, one last thing, I guess is, uh, the Russians have moved out of uh Israel yeah, and I see that's writing on the wall.
Yeah yeah well so uh, it's just a question of time, and I got more things to say.
By the way, I I looked at your thesis.
Apparently uh, you're aware of uh Kalmogarov and E.t James uh, two of my big heroes, so we'll have to talk about it sometime.
I'll uh let you go thanks.
Thanks for taking the call.
Always glad to hear from you, always.
Richmond Richmond, Virginia.
Richmond, join the conversation.
Hey, Doc, I hope you're well.
Listen, I want to say something about this protest going on in Minnesota.
There's a reason why the protest is going on because they're trying to cover up to get Tim Waltz and all of these crooked Democrats off the hook for stealing, for using those Somalis to steal all that money they've been pocketing.
Now, I don't know, halfway feel sorry for this lady because I got to tell you something.
We suffered under Antifa in a nice, nice neighborhood some years ago with them marching, hollering, screaming, talking about people all night, demanding that you come out of your nice home.
Yes, this happened in Tim Kaine's country.
And when we tried to confront him about it, because he actually lives in the neighborhood, he was incognito and didn't want to hear it.
Okay, so there's reasons why all of this is going on.
Now, when you go to a protest and you take your car and you speed up towards the police officer, I don't care what the circumstances are.
If she was panicked, because I can tell you, an ordinary person would stop the car.
If you know guns are aimed on you, that's not the position that you take where you just start speeding towards the police officer at all.
You stop and you see what's going on.
So, A, she knows what she went out there for, and they've been telling these Antifa people, hey, just like they told them, we'll bail you out for whatever you do, hey, we'll bail you out if you use your car and kill a cop.
That's the type of thing that we're living in right now.
So, I'm not sure about these chaos agents who call, they attack Tom, they'll probably start attacking me.
I don't care.
I don't really go with them head to head and address them by name because my thing is this.
I try to take a common sense angle.
Why was she even there?
Why was she there using a car?
Yeah, yeah, ridiculous.
You play stupid games, Dr. Fester.
You win stupid prizes.
Yeah, this is all very distressing.
And the effect, the effect that it has on the rest of the country.
And you're going to see more of this because, you know, there's no telling what you may see because it's all a lot of it is distraction from what's really going on.
And what better distraction can they have than a tragic death?
We saw this during George Floyd.
People better wake up and understand why these things are happening in certain cities.
Yes.
Yes.
So that's all I've got.
That's all.
That's all.
Your comment.
I'm glad you called.
I've noticed we're not getting anything about the Epstein vials at all.
It's as though it just magically disappeared.
So I'm certainly convinced that that's among your thoughts about that too, Richmond.
Go ahead.
I'm not as into these Epstein files as a lot of people are.
There's nothing we can really do about that now.
But yeah, certainly anybody who molested a child ought to really be held accountable.
But Doc, that's like anything else.
Who's being held accountable for anything?
You know, we can hold these police officers accountable and go after them, but you've got much bigger criminals out here than the police.
And I'm telling you, you know, we know Epstein was about blackmail.
You can't do anything about it yet.
You can molest.
As I've always said, I don't believe Bill Clinton would have sex with a 14-year-old girl, but I damn sure believe he would have sex with a 14-year-old girl who told him she was 18 or 19.
Uh-huh.
Uh-huh.
You mean not have sex knowing she was 14, but if he had a cover.
Exactly.
I don't believe he would do that.
And I don't like Bill Clinton, but I believe a lot of these people are too.
Keep in mind, we had one of these athletes a few years ago to get hung up with a girl who got in the car and she told him that she was of age and come to find out she wasn't.
So, you know, women lie, Dr. Fesser.
Don't believe all women.
Okay, I appreciate that.
I'm seeing a different image here.
You can see a hole.
He pulls out his weapon very fast.
This officer.
And another story I have says that, oh, there he is, man.
He pulled out his weapon really fast.
And he was actually in June caught by another immigration raid in the back of a car and dragged for 50 feet.
That might make him super hypersensitive, you know, about these situations.
I really feel bad.
You would be.
It's a tough job, Dr. Fesser.
None of us are out there doing it, but I got to tell you something.
I go through traffic stops here in Richmond all the time in that BCU area, and the police are very thick through there.
And I wouldn't dare just because I didn't want to be held up for work or anything like that.
I wouldn't dare start running my car or moving fast or radically because I know they will shoot me.
That's what I expect.
But these protests are on purpose.
And I'm telling you, you can look to see now that these people, I'm sure they've been told, hey, if you happen to kill an ICE officer out there and you do it here, we're not even going to charge you.
And you know that's how it's going to go.
And now you can expect an ICE officer to be mowed down with the car now.
I see that coming on the horizon pretty soon.
Richmond, thank you for the call.
Excellent.
Really pleased to hear from you.
Thank you so very much.
Good job.
You got it.
All right.
Take care.
Meanwhile, everyone, spend as much time with your family, your friend, the people you love and care about.
We do not know how much time we have left.
Use it wisely.
And as I'm now disposed to say, support RBM and God willing, we'll be back tomorrow and we'll do it all over again.
