In 2023, the state legislature passed a law allowing you to get over-the-counter ivermectin.
But our rotten governor, Grabbit Abbott, longest serving dictator in Texas, decided he wouldn't sign that bill.
So this summer during special session, they passed it again during regular legislation, but it got stuck in calendar committee.
During special session, they pulled it out of calendar.
They got it on the schedule.
The Senate voted 31 to nothing, unanimous, to approve this bill.
The House voted 131 to 1 to approve this bill.
They sent it to the governor.
He went, well, I can't dodge this bullet.
It's like veto proof if I have to do this again.
So he signed it into law effective December 4th.
So yesterday was December 4th.
I go to HEB, largest grocery retailer in Texas, and I said, I'd like to buy some ivermectin.
And they said, well, it's a prescription only.
I said, no, it's not.
Here's the state law.
And I showed them a copy of, this is from techmed.org from the Texas Medical Association.
And this was published in October.
Ivermectin can now be dispensed in Texas without a physician's prescription.
And I showed it to him.
The guy says, well, we can't do anything unless corporate as a change of policy for our storage.
I said, fine.
So I called corporate, talked to them.
I said, well, this seems to be something that's urgent.
I said, you better believe it, Surgeon, because I'm going to notify the lieutenant governor, about a dozen senators, about 50 state representatives in the attorney general's office.
And I'm going to find out how well you guys think you can control the market.
So then on my way home from HEB, I stopped by Wolf and I asked them and I showed them the same information.
And the lady at Walgreens says, well, we don't normally stock anything that we don't have prescriptions for, and we don't have any current prescriptions for ivermectin.
So we don't stock it, and I can't order it without a prescription.
I went, oh, okay.
So I called CVS and CVS, I explained the situation to them.
And I said, well, this is the state law.
And the guy says, the pharmacist said, we don't work for the state.
I went, oh, great.
So I called their corporate office in Irving.
You can't get to a single person in Irving unless you know their name and their extension.
It's like, you know, completely walled off CVS monopoly.
But then I call Walmart and I get put on hold.
I don't get returned voicemails.
This morning I call repeatedly.
I'm going to stomp by there after we finish talking and go in person and say, here's what the state law is.
Are you going to comply or not?
But bottom line is I called the local talk radio station, KSEV, yesterday and talked for about 15 minutes on this subject.
So I'm going to be a real pesnant on them.
Information about ivermectin.
It was patent was originally bought by Merck as a veterinary product in 1981.
In 1996, it's approved for, it was discovered in the late 70s, approved for worms, mites, lice, hornflies, cures river blindness.
It's approved for use on horses, why they call it horse-based.
It's approved for killing heartworms and dogs, which is why they call it veterinary medicine.
But then it was approved for human use by patent to Merck in 1996.
That patent expired in 2006.
In 2006, it won the Nobel Prize for medicine.
And all of a sudden, Merck decided it was the worst thing in the world.
You couldn't have it unless it was a prescription and it had to be the patent type.
Absolutely shit that we're having to deal with.
This is the same thing they did to hydroxychloroquine and eudesonide.
Eudesonide was an asthma inhaler treatment that a West Texas doctor treated 1,200 COVID patients, and they tried to revoke his license.
And they made ivermectin, I mean, bindesinide, an inhaler that was trusted in the use of 10-year-old kids with asthma up until then.
They made it where you couldn't get it without a prescription.
Hydroxychloroquine, over-the-counter in all of Latin America, Africa, and Far East.
And they threatened Dr. Yvette Lozano that I attended the rally in Dallas with on Shelly Luther in May of 2009 or 2020.
And she had 12 employees at her clinic.
All of them were taking prophylactic doses of hydroxychloroquine.
And she treated 30 patients.
Not only did the state licensing board threaten to take away her medical license and was in the process of doing it, but the state pharmaceutical board issued a dictator to all pharmacists that they could not fill prescriptions for hydroxychloroquine,
even if the doctor wrote the prescription, even though it had been approved since 1950 for treatment of lupus, chronic fatigue syndrome, arthritis, a whole bunch of other different things because it's anti-inflammatory, anti-inviral, antifungal.
Bottom line is we run by mafia, and the mafia still runs the place.
And even though the state legislature says this is legal, the mafia says we're not going to allow you to buy it.

All right, let's go on to our first topic.

Yeah, I thought I hit unmute, but apparently I did not.
What I was going to say is back in 2019, 2020, we were covering this on podcasts that I was doing on Rev Radio with Giuseppe and Scorpio talking about how they made resistance to this disease X vaccine illegal and how they were going to Trojan horse and DARPA tech.
Basically laying out almost exactly what they did, not from stuff that we figured out on our own, but just from reading their own words back to us type thing.
You know, like the Bill Gates and the World Economic Forum and the World Bank and all this shit that they're putting the WHO and, you know, basically they've had this plan to put this on us for a long, long time.
And they put in laws in many of the states to make vaccine exemption illegal and make any forms of resistance to this illegal, to put in the footwork and the framework for lockdowns back in 2018 in many states.
So this is something that was lobbied into law.
It was passed in preemptively.
And it's obviously indicative of malice of forethought and certainly something that falls into departmentalized facets of Agenda 21 and the Club of Rome stuff and the World Economic Forum depopulation pledges and Davos.
And I mean, all these billionaires come out and talk this shit and then do it.
And then what do we say?
Oh, this is happening and the media tells us, no, it's not.
The gaslighting's on your head.
They pay Google to scrub this shit and memory hole it.
And then basically to ridicule the people that were pointing this out in the beginning.
Same thing with most of the false flags.
If you think of Parkland or Sandy Hook and all this other shit now, they're doing the same thing.
Charlie Kirk, same deal.
So it's a formula.
It's a counterintelligence formula or almost like a field manual or handbook that's going on.
And once you understand what they do and how they do it, it's plain as day.
It's just a matter of alerting others to the formula so that they can see it for themselves and finally come around to believing it.
It's amazing to see, you know, some people four or five decades on this planet, no idea that this is even going on.
And they look at you like you're a fucking freak when you tell them that it is.
So yeah, I think that's really the main thing is it's a level of self-honesty or cowardice within yourself that allows you to either see this and look at it or just basically makes you get distracted, find a shiny object and turn your head and run the other way.
You know, there's some sort of a there there.
And I can't quite put a finger on exactly what it is, but it's kind of like a fight or flight mechanism, but it's on the intellectual aspect of things more so than the limbic reaction.
It's weird how they've kind of integrated and taken over one side from the other.
Yeah, I don't know.

I'm just kind of rambling at this point, but I just heard Joe talk about the laws and I wanted to put those out and make those connections for some people if they haven't already connected it themselves.

Bucky Fuller, one of my mentors, he said that, you know, in his 50 years of attempting to provide solutions that are no-brainer obvious to implement, he said that his perspective was that it required a gestation period, kind of a pregnancy of these ideas.
He also described it as a natural growth curve.
And a natural growth curve is going to go on for a long, long, long, long time.
And there's just barely imperceptible progress until it takes off.

Oh, yeah, sorry.
I saw Bucky Fuller in person.
Yeah, I saw Bucky Fuller in person at University of Houston back around 1970.
And that was back when you didn't trust anybody over 30.
And I was in the auditorium with 3,000 students.
And I sat in a group with a whole bunch of other engineers.
And we'd all been taking classes together, you know, like advanced chemistry classes in physics and all that stuff.
And Bucky came walking out on the stage and he had a pitcher of water and a glass.
And that was it.
He didn't have any note cards or anything else.
He had the shape of an egg.
He was bald-headed.
He had Coke bottle bottom-thick glasses.
And he was 80 years old.
And he's the last person you'd expect this crowd to be receptive to.
And he spoke for 45 minutes without taking a breath.
Then he said, I need a sip of water.
Took a sip of water and then spoke another 45 minutes without ever looking at a note, without ever losing a train of thought.
The most incredible, inspirational speaker I've ever heard in my whole entire life.
And I was sitting there going, Jesus Christ, I could be that good at 80.
That's my goal in life.
So I got a long ways to go, but I'm still working on it.
In 1970, you would have been 75, so close for that.
And Bucky said that the most important person to keep interested in a talk was himself and that he could read the audience by looking in their eyes and see when he had them or if he needed to change tact.
And yeah, he was just able to let it rip.
He was quoting valences and atomic numbers and chemical reactions just off the top of his head.
And I just finished four semesters with ACEs in college chemistry.
And it was like, I just, my jaw dropped.
It was like, Jesus Christ, I couldn't repeat that if I was reading it.
Unbelievable command of facts.
He was incredible.
Yeah, after he invented, I believe it was the geodesic dome home or something.
And he was sure that it would take off because the idea was superior engineering.
And he not only did the ideal, it went into the system to the empire, and the empire didn't want to have anything that would be good for humanity.
And he ended up losing all of his money and his friends and family's money who invested in him.
And he was considering committing suicide.
And he thought about it.
And he thought that rather than doing that, he wasn't going to throw away God's creation himself.
It's just like all of us.
And he would dedicate himself to see what one person could do for the advancement of truth.
And at one point, around there, or shortly thereafter, he came to the conclusion that everything that is talked about, everything that is written, everything that is discussed, all of the official his stories were full of lies.
So he stopped talking.
I believe it was for a year.
And he rededicated himself.
He hit the books.
And he wasn't going to talk again until he could only and always speak the truth.
And got good at it.
I'll tell you, Carl, the truth is the one thing they can't take back from you.
All this shit, all the money in the world they bribe you with, all the material things that you'll never live to spend if you serve these guys.
They can't take back the truth.
They can kill you.
They can take your life, but they can't take that.
Also, I saw that home at Greenfield Village, Henry Ford's place over there in Dearborn, Michigan.

I've been getting blitzed with all like debunker Dan and all these other guys coming out of nowhere with no followers, calling me a moron, telling me to show cite sources, things like this, to show that Dina Katz and him got a permit for that parade months before the shooting itself, the one in DC that followed three weeks after the shooting.
You know, all this stuff has been scrubbed from like the convenience of the Google search base and even DuckDuckGo.
So I just want to say that there's a bunch of shit that's flooded in recently within the since April of this year on David Hogg, his dad, the FBI connections.
It's just like it's watering it down completely.
It's like dumping dump trucks full of needles onto the haystack and literally trying to find the one that you need to find.
And then following behavioral insight teams into people that have been calling it out and basically ridiculing them and trying to discredit them and trying to make them look stupid.
Show us the citations.
Show us that David Hogg was in Redondo Beach in 2014 and the shooting then.
Where's the footage for that?
Where's the permit for the thing?
You know what I mean?
So the burden of proof is perpetually on the conspiracy theorist who has seen this stuff five, seven, ten years ago, probably hasn't screen saved it, probably hasn't documented it.
I mean, and if you do, you're probably right.
But I mean, like, most people don't do that type of diligence, we'll say, and they, but they remember it, you know, and then when you try to present that to someone else, maybe, you know, the modern gaslighting behavioral insight teams are doing something as far as trying to discredit the people that had it right all along.
Because I know my account has been getting ransacked with these trolls.
And I think there's a there there.
And I just wanted to put that out there before we started talking about other stuff.
Because I said that about Charlie Kirk, too.
I think my direct quote on here on the show before he was shot, of course, or whatever that thing was, was that he was a mongloid.
He was basically the Republican Party and the Christian Party's Pentagon offering of the David Hogg.
He's a crisis actor.
He's a lifetime operative or agent, and he's probably, you know, a Fed.
And, you know, I stand by that.
Same with Hogg and same with him.
I just think since Hogg's father has died, they're really trying to obviously connections with the FBI and him as well.
And I just want to put that out there.

So, the idea that we can be easily pursued or we can be easily fooled and what we perceive is not going to be what's going on.

And I do want to play minute version here of this story.
And the really crazy stuff that's happened in the past, like the Demeana, Arkansas cocaine situation.
I haven't heard of that.
You don't know about the Barry Seals story?
I did a movie about it with Tom Cruise.
In fact, in the movie, Tom Cruise actually gets arrested for smuggling cocaine, and Bill Clinton gets him off.
They call Bill Clinton.
He gets arrested in Arkansas.
They call Bill Clinton and they have him dead to rights.
And he's joking around with the cops saying, I'd like to buy you guys all Cadillacs and stuff like that.
And they're like, You're going to jail for the rest of your life.
He goes, No, she's going to get a phone call and I'm going to walk right out of here.
And it turned out to be exactly how it happened.
Barry Seal was flying drugs from South America and dropping them off in Mina, Arkansas.
And then they would go and pick them up in the woods.
Two kids were hanging out in the woods and they witnessed it accidentally.
They were murdered.
And then the official story was they had done drugs and they laid down, fell asleep on train tracks.
The parents funded an autopsy, and the autopsy showed that they'd been stabbed multiple times.
And then it turns out that there's a long history of this guy, Barry Seals, who's a CIA operative, who was flying in cocaine, dropping it off in MENA, Arkansas, all known about by the Clintons.
Everybody was aware of it.
And he had been funneling this money and they were using it probably for black ops, similar to what they did with the Contras in Sandinista.
He winds up going to testify, gets murdered on his way to the trial with George Bush's phone number in his pocket.
The whole story is like completely crazy.
That's what we're looking at.
It is completely crazy, but that's what we got.
All right, there's a picture of the car crash, car crash of the first wife of Joe Biden in 1972, and then the second wife of Joe Biden, Jill.
And then we got the first wife of Prince Charles, and there's the second wife.
You have to make of that what you will.
The idea that the official murderers, and we've talked long about JFK RFK and MLK, John Hanke, friend and colleague, retired AP U.S. history teacher for LA Unified School District, has this nice 59-minute documentary for Justice for Charlie Kirk, where he walks through the evidence that we seem to be seeing.

Here, I'll play like a moment here.
How do we know Israel killed Charlie Kirk?
I got 99 reasons, and this bitch is number one.
Israel had something to do with Charlie Kirk's horrific murder.
This is insane.
When Charlie was first killed, it was common to hear good people.
And it goes on and on and on.
But he shows that certainly he wasn't killed by a 30-aught six.
No splatter, no blood, and that the security team seems to be the ones who are being set up to take the fall, and that the FBI is going through and supporting this crazy impossible, physically impossible idea.
And if you want to hear John Hanke give kind of a short version, a summary of the entire film and what he walks through, pointing out the characters on the security team, and all of them have behaviors that would be consistent with somebody who would be taking Kirk out, assassinating him.
None of the behaviors would be consistent with actual security and actually attempting to help him out.
And the idea that we have conspiracies and false flags, and the real story is very different from what we're told, that this is in Baalbek, current Lebanon.
And this is a complex that the Romans documented was ancient when they found it.
And the locals said it was built by the gods.
These are building blocks, almost a thousand tons.
So we have rock-solid documentation that ancient technologies were superior to what we can do today.
We cannot quarry, lift, transport, and then place into position in perfect alignment stones this big.
And if you want me to go over more of that evidence, I did in last year's false flag and conspiracies conference because a big part of what I see as a professional historian answering an essential question of how far back does this control system go?
Well, tens of thousands of years I can demonstrate through the megalithic architecture and probably goes back hundreds of thousands of years on Earth that we have been controlled by some sort of a relatively hyper-intelligent species using human beings as work animals and food.

And then also breaking news yesterday, the DOJ has charged the January 6th bomber, a guy named Brian Cole Jr., 30 years old, autistic.
And here's what Benny Johnson has to write about him.
A young black guy, radical anti-Trump activist, spooed Trump, ICE, and the DHS, extremely radical justice advocate, works for his family's bail bond company that frees criminal aliens from ICE custody, and he lives in his parents' basement.
So, does this sound like your typical MAGA supporter that was trying to overthrow the government?
No, I don't think so.
And the thing is that the statute of limitations on this is five years.
It would expire on January 7th, 2026.
And all of this evidence was known by the Biden administration.
But since it was inconvenient DEI violating facts, they managed to suppress and destroy as much evidence as possible.
So it's taken 10 months for the DOJ.
And I don't give a whole lot of credit to Kashmir Pastel or Vangino or Bondi Bambo.
But whatever happened is that they finally got enough evidence that it looks like this case is going to be pretty much ironclad.
The pipe bomb was a piece of standard galvanized, I mean, black steel pipe with screw-on end caps.
Looks like it's about an inch and a half, two inches in diameter, supposedly filled with black powder.
And the timer on it was a 15-minute ticking wine type egg timer that you buy to put in your kitchen.
No way that you could have set that thing off 24 hours ahead of time and have it go off.
So the fact that it was going to be a viable weapon is another bit of FBI hoax, but that's what we're dealing with.

I think it's just more incrimination to damn the FBI.
I think they already got the person with the gate that it was Fed who planted that as a distraction in order to shut down Congress, in order to not have, in order to give the legal excuse to vote the 2020 election results in without having any type of inquiry into it from the people complaining about it.

We never got that hospital data.
And when I checked with about 20 doctors and nurses in the North Cal area, all of them said that every hospital that they knew of in Northern California was fully within their operational capacity and that they have comprehensive plans for bad flu seasons to share space if they need it.
They didn't need to enact that.
They didn't need the medical hospital ships or medical, the military medical intervention.

Yeah, glysofate was approved for use by the EPA in 1974.
Strangely enough, the FDA has divorced themselves from any use of this.
So you can spray it on food crops and it's not affecting food crops.
You can spray it on your oats as soon as you harvest them to make them dry out because it's a desiccant.

And you can actually then turn around and make oatmeal that's poisonous.
And that's what they've been doing for the last 30 freaking years.
They're supposedly, the EPA is supposedly required to have a 15-year review of everything that they approve.
And in 2020, they did an interim decision on glyphosate saying that it's normally accepted as safe.

And so the EPA said, well, we're going to suspend our interim and we'll see how many years it takes for us to figure out that it's actually poison.
