	This 26th day of November, 2025, we begin with Pepe Escobar and Judge Napolitano talking about the complaints of the European Union regarding the 28-point Trump peace proposal,
	which they are the Europeans are claiming is overly favorable to Moscow, but which is absurd because Russia won the war.
	So what do they actually think is going to happen here?
	I wish every senior suffering from ringing ears knew before it's too late.
	It's about a Mediterranean oil.
	Central bankers know this and referred to you in that interview we did about which we'll speak in a few minutes.
	You have a couple of terrific pieces out.
	One about the death of clear thinking in the West and the other about the 28-point theater of the absurd.
	Before we get to either of them, particularly the theater of the absurd, which purports to be a peace plan, let's talk about another failed peace plan.
	Aren't the Israelis still killing people in Lebanon and in Gaza, notwithstanding the ceasefire they ostentatiously signed for President Trump?
	There's never a ceasefire for the descult in Tel Aviv, Judge.
	They killed a top Hezbollah commander.
	There will be a heavy response, not only from Hezbollah, and even the IRGC interim said they will be involved in the response.
	There is no ceasefire ever.
	And this is a no borders war by Israel against literally everybody.
	Gaza, Palestine, Syria, Lebanon.
	And of course, they're still dreaming of their repeat 12-day war against Iran, where this time they're going to see the real deal.
	But it's Israel in motion.
	Presupposes no borders.
	It presupposes never abiding to any ceasefire promise.
	This past weekend, the Israelis denied entry of an American surgeon into Gaza, a surgeon who had been there twice before.
	He has a very unique specialty, bowel reconstruction, and there are hundreds of mainly children who need this surgery.
	And he just does one after another after another.
	They won't let him in.
	First, they said, we're not sure you're licensed.
	And then he reminded them that they admitted him twice before.
	Now he's in Tel Aviv because he's filed a lawsuit against the Israelis to force them to admit him to Gaza.
	So the same nonsense, the same horrific anti-humanitarian behavior continues.
	Absolutely.
	And they kill doctors.
	They kill health workers.
	They bomb hospitals.
	They bomb humanitarian workers.
	They bomb journalists who are documenting their bombing.
	There are no limits.
	And they get away with it over and over and over again.
	Like world public opinion, especially all across the global south, everybody is appalled.
	But there is a consensus.
	How could they get away with this over and over again?
	Many people know the answer.
	We know the answer.
	But try to explain this to an average citizen in an African country or in Southeast Asia who doesn't understand the intricacies of politics and how this Zionist international axis controls the key nodes of dissemination of information, of suppression of information, and why they can get away with the genocide, an ongoing genocide in the 21st century.
	And obviously, the responsibility is the collective West, which fully supports the genocide, the no borders, and the indiscriminate bombing everyone.
	Where is the collective West, and where are the Zionists on Trump's plans to invade Venezuela?
	That's a very good question, Judge.
	I haven't thought under this angle.
	For the moment, they are not saying anything about Venezuela.
	Of course, the few usual Zionist suspects in the U.S., of course, we know that because they're neocons, and a lot of neocons are hardcore Zionists.
	So it's more or less the same thing.
	But obviously, at the moment, these past few days, everybody's concentrated on the 28-21-192 pointer.
	Right, right.
	Now appears.
	I think he's right that the neocons are overwhelmingly Jewish and Zionists.
	We shouldn't be surprised about the 28 points of nonsense.
	Here we have another world's model here in liquidation.

	And as we have this 28-point plan coming from the Trump administration, as we have different revisions of that coming from the EU and apparently also from Kiev, we also have to keep an eye on what's happening on the battlefield,
	on the significance of the advances that we're seeing from Russia as they not only take territory, but wear down Kiev's defensive lines all along the front lines and what it means for this grinding war of attrition and what it also means for the timeline of when a deal will be possible for NATO, if that is the case at all, because clearly they cannot be trusted.
	Clearly, they don't even have enough respect for Russia to come up with a deal that Russia should fully take into account.
	So what does all of this mean for the overall conflict?
	Well, we got into all of that and more with a special guest earlier.
	So let's take a listen to that conversation now.

	And I know that you made a video recently breaking down Trump's 28-point plan in detail, which I will link below.
	But I wanted to start out by asking you, what was your overall reaction to this plan and the timing of it, especially as you have Russia making these significant advances in its overall war of attrition against Kiev?
	Yeah, so we're entering that final phase of the war of attrition where the one side just runs out of people.
	And since Russia has always had superiority in artillery, tube artillery, rocket artillery, aviation, and then got caught up with drones also now has drone Superiority.
	The Ukrainian side has actually taken much heavier cash than the Russian side.
	Never mind, Russia has a manpower pool of five times larger.
	It's suffering much lower casualties compared to the Ukrainian side.
	And as this war progresses, the experienced people are killed or they run away or they're wounded and incapacitated.
	They don't come back.
	And the Ukrainian side is just throwing meat, basically, just guys off the street.
	You know, today you're walking on the street.
	Today's Monday, you're walking on the street and getting kidnapped.
	Next Monday, you're dying on the battlefield.
	And if you're the average Joe, you've been given an assault rifle and you've held it once or twice, and then you're sent off to fight.
	So he's exactly right.
	That's how bad it is.
	That's a good summary.
	God knows what he's talking about.
	Meanwhile, Ursula von Leyden is insisting that there should be no territorial benefit from the aggression, as she calls it, that there should be no need for the demilitarization of Ukraine, and that Ukraine should join the European Union.
	And eventually she implies NATO.
	Ursula is able to persist in making ruinous decisions for Europe because she has never held accountable for any of them during the pandemic.
	She had private discussion by text message with Pfizer CEO Albert Burla to poison all of Europe with his mRNA shot to this day.
	She's never been compelled to disclose these messages to the public.
	She recently likened free speech to an infectious disease.
	Now she wants to keep the war going in Ukraine, to continue sending EU taxpayer money to the corrupt, larcenist, money laundering dictatorship in Kiev.
	President Trump should tell her it's simply not in the interest of the U.S. to keep this war going with Russia, and that he and he alone is going to negotiate with the Russians to end it.
	I agree with that.
	Let's get this over.
	Russia won to the victors go the spoils.
	Meanwhile, we have to report on the authoritarian developments in America.
	Joaquin ago talking about what we're witnessing today is a steady transformation of the federal government, especially the executive branch, into a criminalized system of power in which justice is weaponized, law is selectively enforced, and crime becomes a form of political currency.
	Yes, to which we shall return.
	Meanwhile, Candace Owens has alleged that the Macrons are seeking to have her assassinated.
	And guess what?
	It's been confirmed by U.S. Intel in the White House.
	Conservative commentator Candace Owens alleged a senior official within the French government privately warned her of an assassination plot reportedly authorized by President Emmanuel Macron and his wife Brigette.
	In a post shared on X, Owens said she was contacted two days earlier by an unnamed high-ranking employee of the French government after verifying his position and proximity to the Macrons.
	She claimed the information was credible enough to release publicly in the event that something happens.
	Oddly enough, she's claiming now that the French government had something to do with shooting Charlie Kirk, which frankly is absurd.
	She claims the same source warned her.
	The person responsible for killing conservative activist Charlie Kirk and trained with France's 13th Foreign Legion Brigade and that multi-state involvement was suspected.
	This is just silly beyond belief, especially since we've been able to establish that Charlie Kirk's death was staged.
	It was not real.
	Nevertheless, the White House is confirming this threat.
	And here's what we get.
	The White House and Counterintelligence Agency has confirmed Emmanuel Macron attempted to organize the assassination of Candace Owens.
	And I presume it's got to do withouting his wife as a man.
	And any of you have seen the photographs.
	It's like Michelle Obama on the Ellen DeGenere shows dancing and Macron, Brigitte in a swimsuit, where it's obvious both have packages most women do not have.
	I mean, it's embarrassingly obvious.
	Meanwhile, here we have Candace is going to cancel her show for, I hope, only not permanently.
	She's, of course, the most popular.

	I think she was a passenger on our last voyage.
	A person of some importance, as I believe.

	We've been covering Candace Owens' claim that the French first family, Emmanuel Macron and Brigitte Macron, have ordered a hit on her and paid millions of dollars to a shady international group of assassins to go kill her.
	This is a multi-state operation, seemingly also involving Israel, according to Candace.
	The reason we've been covering this, obviously, is because we have seen a shocking uptick in political violence in order to silence very strong voices, let's just say, that talk about uncomfortable topics, whether they're right or wrong is up to you.
	But we took it seriously, and it was also, you know, the most viral post on all of X this weekend.
	It has 100,000 reposts, 42 million, 43 million views, 200,000 likes, 32,000 saves.
	So obviously, this is something worth noting and talking about.
	Reporters who we trust and know to be good reporters saying that national security source told me the threat against Candace Owens is real.
	And frankly, I don't doubt it.
	Project Veritas up with the receipts and the retweets.
	But here we go.
	Candace has been a target of governments for years.
	We need to blackmail her, Candace Owens, faster.
	Well, that's racist.
	Who said that?
	Mary Barr Daly, Barr, like is in the Bill Barr family?

	Former senior DOJFSL, daughter of Bill Barr, of course, because they all place their kids inside of the government.

	Jeffrey Epstein claimed to have meddled in Israel's elections.
	Netanyahu, in his warped mind, is sharing this thinking that this is making him look good somehow because this article details how Jeffrey Epstein worked with Ehud Barak and his political comeback in 2019 when he challenged Benjamin Netanyahu.
	And obviously Ehud Barak was one of the guys that was visiting Jeffrey Epstein and was very abusive to some of the women according to the allegations.
	If you imply that Jeffrey Epstein was somehow working for the state of Israel, you are an anti-Semite.
	That's what we've been told.
	We've been told that thinking Epstein worked for the state of Israel made us anti-Semites.
	And now Netanyahu, who by the way is the biggest anti-Semite of all because he wants to kill all the Palestinians and they're all Semites and he's not, he's sitting there sharing this, the very thing that we're not allowed to do.
	No one in the mainstream media here in the United States is sharing this.
	No U.S. politician sharing this, but you got Netanyahu, the prime minister of Israel, saying, yeah, look at this.

	I also saw the President Bose saying that I should be arrested, hanged, and put to death.
	If this meant to intimidate me and members of Congress from doing our job, it won't work.

	First and foremost, Barack Obama has been a supporter and a believer in Israel from before he was in the Senate.
	You can look it up and see the record.
	And you know who got him started in politics?
	Not in the presidential.
	That's everyone, as I said, says the right thing.
	But before that, it was the two leading Jewish families of Chicago.
	I will be speaking from my heart.
	And as a true friend of Israel.
	And I know that when I visit AIPAC, I'm among friends.
	Good friends.
	In the United States, our support for Israel is bipartisan, and that is how it should stay.
	But as you examine my commitment, you don't just have to count on my words.

	Because over the last three years as president of the United States, I have kept my commitments to the state of Israel.
	It's also important to remember that it was President Obama that signed a 10-year-long agreement in 2016 to give Israel $3.8 billion annually for fiscal years of 2019 to 2028.
	Right now they're trying to work on a 20-year agreement while Trump and the Congress is still under their control, 20 years of future financial aid.

	What was discussed was not included, but one call made on May 7th came a day before Graham grilled Biden admin officials at a seventh hearing about military aid to Israel.

	The review is likely to sow confusion and fear among the nearly 200,000 who came to the U.S. during that period and likely to face likely legal challenge from advocates, some of whom said the move was part of the admin's cold-hearted treatment of people trying to build new lives in the U.S., of course.
	Meanwhile, the Trump admin has ended deportation protection for Somalis in Minnesota.
	President Trump made the announcement on Truth Soda.
	Minnesota under Governor Walls is a hub of fraudulent money laundering activity.
	I, as president, hereby terminate effective immediately the temporary protected status for Somalis in Minnesota.
	Somali gangs are terrorizing the people of the great state.
	Billions of dollars missing.
	Send them back where they came from.

	Minnesota has the largest population of Somalis in the U.S., around 87,000, according to census data.

	You know, it's like, you know, we watch a lot of TV.
	We see a lot of stories out there.
	And this is just like the story of the guilty guy.

	But, you know, what Netanyahu was trying to do, of course, was, I mean, I assume he was legitimately trying to make sure that the world didn't suspect him.
	But, you know, the way he did it actually brought more attention, you know, to him.
	And then he did it again.
	He issued a second denial about two days later, also to an international audience.
	Yeah.
	Why do people want to believe this?
	Is it because Israel under his regime is slaughtering people left and right?
	Well, a big part of it is, you know, nobody likes Israel these days.
	And that is because they're slaughtering, you know, they're conducting a genocide and lying about it.
	And I mean, in fact, it's bad enough that they're doing a genocide, but the constant lies about what they're doing.
	I mean, even now, we're supposedly there's a ceasefire of some sort.
	I think they've broken it 500 times in 10 days.
	They lie.
	So when your reputation is you are a consummate liar, which Israel has earned that Netanyahu has specifically earned it, you know, you've lost the advantage there.
	If you tell somebody something, of course, they don't believe you.
	And the thing that's strange to me is that he doesn't get that.
	And I think that speaks to the attitudes within Israel.
	And we've seen it with the polls.
	You know, they're very, most Israelis, 80, over 80% of Israelis are very supportive of what they're doing.
	And if they have a complaint, it's that they're not killing Palestinians fast enough.
	So if you are in a group and they are in a group, a psychological group that believes this, you're living in a fantasy world, of course.
	And I think that's why he made that, what I consider to be a public relations mistake.
	You know, I didn't do it.
	I didn't do it.
	Two days later, no, I really, really, I didn't do it.
	Yeah.
	Over the Two weekends ago, the Israelis blocked an American surgeon from trying to enter Gaza in order to perform life-saving surgery that had permitted him in twice in the past.
	He's one of these generous, dedicated people that just goes there with a small team and with the supplies that he needs, but he doesn't charge.
	People line up and they perform the surgery.
	I mean, under what conceivable theory of morality, law, politics, whatever, would you stop that from happening?
	Look, their agenda in Israel, the state of Israel, wants Palestinians gone.
	They want them erased.
	And, you know, we don't use that word erase in this country.
	We've done it before to various things.
	We have that maybe in our history, but we don't use the term erase, but they use the term erase, which is to wipe not just Palestinians out of their world, but to eliminate any memory of them, to eliminate any legitimacy of them, to they want them gone in every way you can possibly imagine.
	So if that is your shared belief, it's Netanyahu's belief for sure.
	Many in his cabinet believe this.
	Many people in Israel, unfortunately, believe this way.
	But if that's your shared belief, why would you save a kid?
	Why would you try to heal somebody with that you're going to shoot the next day or the next opportunity?
	There's no reason.
	It's not rational.
	The society itself is very sick right now.
	Maybe it always has been, but certainly it's on the public stage behaving in a way that the rest of the world really doesn't understand.
	The only way we can explain modern Israel's attitude towards others, okay, that aren't Israelis.
	The only way we can explain their attitude is you have a sickness, you have a mental illness.
	And this is what you're dealing with there.
	But in their world, of course, why save them?
	I mean, they actually celebrate the, you know, the two-for-one shot.
	We saw that early on in this genocide after October 7th, you know, t-shirts showing a pregnant woman shot in the stomach two-for-one.
	So this attitude is very inhuman.
	And I think for Americans, for most Americans and most people around the world, there is no morality there.
	There's no way.
	She's absolutely right.
	There's no morality there.

	And I'd like to share with some of your callers some of the most recent information on some of the people that have been picked up by DHS and ICE and things like that.

	This first one's from October 20, 2025, just about a month ago.
	It's from the DHS.gov.
	And it's ICE Lodges Detainer for a Serial Drunk Driver who killed a 61-year-old North Carolina man in fatal hit and run.
	Wilmer Fuentes Mahia, a criminal alien who is driving under the influence and tragically killed the 61-year-old man in Durham, North Carolina.
	This next one's from October 11th of 25.
	ICE arrest illegal alien Cambodian Asian boys gang member suspected of murdering woman in Texas and wanted for another murder in California.
	He's been deported a number of times and he's got two convictions for burglary, one conviction for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, fell into possession of a firearm and domestic violence.
	Now here's one.
	This was from October 9th of 25.
	Drunk driver criminal illegal alien leaves six dead.
	And this was from the 9th of October.
	This guy, illegal alien from murder, driving his vehicle drunk.
	He drove into a tree, killing six of the passengers in the vehicle.
	His name is Sorio Bivala, and he had been removed from the United States seven times.
	And he maintains an extensive criminal history, including possession of cocaine, three DUIs, driving without a license, violating a court order restraining order for domestic abuse.
	Here's one from this one's from the Justice Department, September 22 of 25.
	Mexican national admits murdering couple and their unborn child during drug trafficking conspiracy.
	He pled guilty.
	The Madrigal Beretta and his co-conspirators fatally shot 44-year-old Cesar Murillo multiple times in the back of the head in the torso in August of 22 during an argument.
	It took place at a remote ranch out of side of Yakima, Washington.
	And then they buried the victim near the ranch.
	And then a little bit later, they persuaded his wife, Maria Hernandez.
	She was unaware of the husband's death, came to the ranch claiming that her husband was waiting for her.
	They picked her up.
	She was visibly pregnant.
	And when she arrived at the ranch, they shot her multiple times in the head and then buried her next to the husband.
	This one here, this one's from September of 17th of 25.
	ICE Lodges detain her against illegal alien who murdered a teenage girl after she rejected his sexual advances.
	Her and her parents were walking across a crosswalk.
	He was drunk.
	He started making advances at her.
	And when she turned him down, I think she was like 16, he drove over him in the park in the crosswalk.
	Here's one from September 19th of 25.
	ICE investigation results in former Libyan rebel general sentenced to over four years for concealing serious human rights violations on these immigration forms.
	So he lied here on the immigration form, came here to the United States.
	This one's from September 22 of 25.
	ICE removes Liberian rebel commander known for using child soldiers.
	Here's another one.
	This one's from September 5 of 25.
	ICE Detroit removes suspected war criminal and former high-ranking coup leader in Sierra Leone.
	This one's from June of 25.
	Former Rwanda genocide perpetrator charged with immigration fraud following ICE investigation.
	There's another one here, DC, ERO Washington, DC removes high-ranking Somali national convicted of human rights violations.
	All these people, they lied on their immigration form to get here to the United States.
	There's one here.
	This is from DHS.
	It's their HSI investigation leads to torture charges for former Syrian official.
	And this is most recently.
	These were just in the last couple of days.
	November 10, five MS-13 members found guilty of committing string of six grisly murders to advance their standing in the criminal street gang.
	November 14th of 25, West Virginia woman pleads guilty to lying to obtain U.S. citizenship after committing war crimes in Bosnia.
	And this last one here, or second to the last, of November 14th, United States extradites three alleged members of the Trende Aragua to Chile to face prosecution for murder, kidnapping, and other violent offenses.
	They had killed a bunch of people, and then they had there's also other people just in addition to these ones that they had killed.
	And here's one.
	This one's kind of off the deal.
	This one's from the November 17th, a Mexican national convicted of tax fraud scheme.
	He's an illegal alien from Mexico.
	He set up this phony front corporation, claimed that he was an IRS employee and got a hold of people who lost their homes to foreclosure.
	And then he would apply the money to get that.
	And then he would recover the funds for it.
	And they'd never see anything again for it.
	So that's just kind of a wrap-up of a small smattering of some of the people that have been convicted.
	Very sobering, Mike.
	Very sobering.

	But the FBI guy was saying, look, I can't talk about the Israeli connections to 9-11.
	It's classified information.
	In other words, there are connections, but I can't tell you about it officially.
	Anyway, there was nine or 11 other accounts that had that video posted.
	And that's how much content scanning they were doing.
	I posted it like on a, I don't know, a Tuesday afternoon and within four hours, my account was flagged.
	And the other 11 counts still had the video up, but boom, mine gets pulled down after about four hours.
	That was in 2007 when there was ridiculous.
	I mean, hundreds of thousands of hours of video was being uploaded to that site at that point.
	They were scanning the content for voice print recognition stuff way back then.
	So we've been dealing for a long time with censorship on key issues.
	You know, the Talpiu program, Israel's tech nomination program began in 1979 officially.
	So when you're talking about, you know, I'm trying to remember the guy, Hag Seth and the one after Scott Kelly.
	Yeah.
	I have to wonder what else might be going on behind the scenes to go after Scott Kelly, but there was a whole group.
	I've never got to, I've seen clips of that video where he talks about refusing to obey unlawful orders, illegal orders.
	Right.
	Well, the jury's still out on whether or not blowing up these drug boats is illegal.
	I've seen some of the maps and it's crazy.
	I don't know how they tracked all these boats, but it looks like it looks like fiber optic wires coming into the United States, you know, like all of the global fiber optic wires coming in the United States.
	And I think one of them big drug kingpins from the Columbia said that.

	Maybe it was Pablo Escobar that said, if there wasn't such a big nose to the north, I wouldn't be selling all this cocaine.

	He was asking about Lebanon.
	You see, Lebanon was majority Christian after World War II.

	The approximate cost of each mission of each to destroy a single drug boat averages somewhere between $400,000 and $600,000.
	The munition, the single munition itself that they used costs between $150,000 and $200,000.
	So we're not talking about something that's that can be done on the cheap.
	It would be far less costly to simply track the boat into territorial waters and seize it.
	I mean, far, far less costly.
	And like you, I'm very much concerned about the legality of this operation.
	Well, I'm not concerned about it.
	I know for certain that it's illegal.
	Yeah, it is.
	The absence of due process.
	And Venezuela is not known as a source of fentanyl.
	It appears to be coming from Mexico.
	I thought he was making some assumptions that were perhaps not warranted.

	It's like you know the way we selectively pinpoint certain groups and blow them out of the water, where our own pharmaceutical companies put out dangerous drugs that often don't work, do harm.
	I mean I, I really I have to.

	Just like when the guy was reading that list of uh, the crimes of uh, illegal aliens.
	I heard a list the other day somebody reading might have been Remitas Touch, I don't remember, but it's like of all the crimes committed by the people from J6 etc.
	That Donald Trump has pardoned.
	It's a huge, long list from those people okay, including sex crimes against minors.
	So the thing is I hear all the time you know it's there are good and bad people in all groups, color or religion and these people that only want to focus on the ills of one, it looks like they're trying to divert attention from their own group so they can look morally superior when we really have good people and bad people in both groups.
	Like recently I don't know if you heard about that viral baby formula social experiment that woman did with the playing the tape of a crying baby and she called around to churches.
	Okay, you know which?
	Which church did the best, the mock the mosque in Charlotte, North Carolina.
	A lot of the other ones would go.
	Oh, I don't know, have you tried this place?

	Well, let me transfer you, then leave her on old and stuff.
	The protestant churches get the worst in general, except for one in Appalachia.
	Okay, that mosque guy, he didn't ask any questions.

	So these people that hate people just because they're a religion is just wrong.
	Now, do I disagree that some some of the awful stuff, some of the Muslims do you damn right?
	But look at the history of Christianity and the and the stuff that many of the Christians have done with this doctrine of discovery and having permission to go around the world stealing people's land and resources, as long as they aren't Christian.
