	You have a couple of terrific pieces out.
	One about the death of clear thinking in the West and the other about the 28-point theater of the absurd.
	Before we get to either of them, particularly the Theater of the Absurd, which purports to be a peace plan, let's talk about another failed peace plan.
	Aren't the Israelis still killing people in Lebanon and in Gaza, notwithstanding the ceasefire they ostentatiously signed for President Trump?
	There's never a ceasefire for the descult in Tel Aviv judge.
	They killed a top Hezbollah commander.
	There will be a heavy response, not only from Hezbollah, and even the IRGC interrupts said they will be involved in the response.
	There is no ceasefire ever.
	And this is a no-borders war by Israel against literally everybody.
	Gaza, Palestine, Syria, Lebanon.
	And of course, they're still dreaming of their repeat 12-day war against Iran, where this time they're going to see the real deal.
	But it's Israel emotion.
	Presupposes no borders.
	It presupposes never abiding to any ceasefire promise.
	This past weekend, the Israelis denied entry of an American surgeon into Gaza, a surgeon who had been there twice before.
	He has a very unique specialty, bowel reconstruction, and there are hundreds of mainly children who need this surgery.
	And he just does one after another after another.
	They won't let him in.
	First, they said, we're not sure you're licensed.
	And then he reminded them that they admitted him twice before.
	Now he's in Tel Aviv because he's filed a lawsuit against the Israelis to force them to admit him to Gaza.
	So the same nonsense, the same horrific anti-humanitarian behavior continues.
	Absolutely.
	And they kill doctors.
	They kill health workers.
	They bomb hospitals.
	They bomb humanitarian workers.
	They bomb journalists who are documenting their bombing.
	There are no limits.
	And they get away with it over and over and over again.
	Like you know, world public opinion, especially all across the global South, everybody is appalled, but there is a consensus say, how could they get away with this?
	Over and over again, many people know the answer.
	We know the answer, but try to explain this to uh, an average citizen in an African country or in southeast Asia who doesn't understand the intricacies of politics and how this Zionist international access controls the key nodes of dissemination of information, of suppression of information, and why they can get away with the genocide, an ongoing genocide in the 21st century.
	And obviously, the responsibility is the collective West, which fully supports the genocide, the no borders, and the indiscriminate bombing everyone.
	Where is the collective West and where are the Zionists on Trump's plans to invade Venezuela?
	That's a very good question, Judge.
	I haven't thought under this angle.
	For the moment, they are not saying anything about Venezuela.
	Of course, the few, the usual Zionist suspects in the U.S., of course, we know that because they're neocons.
	And a lot of neocons are hardcore Zionists.
	So it's more or less the same thing.
	But obviously, at the moment, these past few days, everybody's concentrated on the 28, 21, 192 pointer.
	Right, right.
	But it now appears there are many versions of this thing out there.
	Who's writing these things?
	Who wrote the original 28 points that when you and Larry Johnson and I asked Maria Zakharova about it, she said she didn't know what she was talking about.
	And now it turns out that that was true.
	She did not know this thing existed.
	None of us knew it existed at the time.
	But where did it come from?
	Absolutely correct, Judge.
	And when we talked to Maria, that was middle of last week.
	Right.
	It was last Wednesday.
	It was April.
	You're right.
	Yes.
	So the Minister of Foreign Relations had not received anything.
	And a few hours after the talk, Peskov, Kremlin spokesman, said exactly the same thing.
	The Kremlin didn't receive anything.
	They received later an unofficial version that was not directed to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and to the Kremlin.
	So Putin, in his initial reaction, which was, if I'm not mistaken, last Friday at the meeting of the Security Council, he was responding to an unofficial document.
	It's seen here in Moscow in informed intel military circus and academic circus as basically a set of talking points.
	The talking points elaborated in the beginning, the famous three-day locked in a Miami house congregation between Dmitriev and Witkov.
	But then there was input from Rubio, maybe from Vance, that's not confirmed, and from Jared Kushner.
	What the hell does Jared Kushner know about Ukraine?
	Well, that was going to be my next question.
	But before I ask you, here's General Kellogg, who apparently is leaving the White House, who knows why, in January.
	But listen to that name in General Kellogg's response to a question put to him.
	But Fox, by the way, the questioner is the president's daughter-in-law.
	You can't make this up, but watch this, Chris Cotton memory.
	We have to put in supporting documents, probably an annex.
	There would be security guarantees.
	And I talked to Jared Kushner just recently, and I think we'll get those On the plan, but it's like a framework.
	There are 28 positions on there that if you read them, you know, it really does count what words are said in this, because words do matter.
	You know, when you look at what Santiano said in the past, those who forget history are condemned to repeat it.
	We don't want history to repeat itself.
	We don't want the Budapest memorandum to come back.
	We don't want the Minx one or two to come back.
	It's the United States that's going to guarantee part of this.
	The police don't want you to know this, but the reason we always ask for your insurance first before you're ready.
	All right.
	Aside from my job, okay, that was Lara Trump.
	Why is General Kellogg reporting to Jared Kushner?
	Exactly.
	But now he's out of the picture, completely.
	The new guy is Driscoll, Secretary of the Army, the guy who went to Geneva, by the way.
	So Kellogg is totally bad history.
	Driscoll, I believe, is a good buddy of the vice president, right?
	Yes.
	Driscoll is very close to Vance.
	So, okay, if we want to be really, really sarcastic, the Palantir connection is going to solve the war in Ukraine.
	Okay, right.
	Okay, let's give Driscoll the benefit of the doubt for the moment.
	Let's say from yesterday to today, the mood here in Moscow.
	Still, there's nothing official.
	Peskov has said, look, there are hundreds of different pointers.
	We cannot simply examine what the media is.
	These are media plans.
	These are not official plans.
	When we have a final document sent officially by the Trump administration, then we can consider analyzing it.
	So for the moment, we have a spin war, but completely out of control, including, Judge, the 19-pointer by the European Chihuahuas, which is even worse and more childish and completely out of proportion compared to the 28-pointer.
	All right.
	This will aggravate you, but I have to play it for you.
	You talk about the Europeans.
	Watch this, Chris Cut number seven.
	Any credible and sustainable peace plan should first and foremost stop the killing and end the war while not sowing the seeds for a future conflict.
	We have agreed on the main elements necessary for a just and lasting peace and Ukraine sovereignty.
	And let me highlight three of them.
	First, borders cannot be changed by force.
	Second, as a sovereign nation, there cannot be limitations on Ukraine's armed forces that would leave the country vulnerable to future attack and thereby also undermining European security.
	Third, the centrality of the European Union in securing peace for Ukraine must be fully reflected.
	Ukraine must have the freedom and sovereign right to choose its own destiny.
	They have chosen a European destiny.
	It starts with the country's reconstruction, its integration into our single market and our defense industrial base, and ultimately joining our Union.
	We will continue our work together with Ukraine, our member states, the Coalition of the Willing, and the United States to make real progress towards peace.
	What is important is that we move forward as partners on a single track.
	Does this crazy lady represent the collective wisdom of the Protestant Northern European leadership?
	Absolutely.
	This is exactly what Emmanuel Todd, I included in my latest column.
	This is exactly what Emmanuel Todd in a wonderful lecture in Japan.
	He was drawing the direct parallels between Protestantism, especially Northern Europe, and Russophobia.
	Well, first of all, a practical level, first of all, the toxic Pfizergate Medusa, she does not have any cards.
	Euro-Chihuahuas are not even at the table.
	They can yap as much as they want.
	From the point of view of U.S. and Russia, they don't exist.
	Let me just jump in here.
	For all of his faults and all of the criticism we've heaped on Donald Trump, he gets that.
	He understands, I think, that the Europeans are irrelevant to the resolution of this war in Ukraine.
	Absolutely.
	Not only to this and NATO as a whole, NATO, from a Trumpian point of view, NATO only exists and should continue to exist as this gigantic amorphous syndicate buying a lot of American weapons and paying in Euros that they don't have, by the way.
	That's it.
	In terms of hardcore geopolitics, Makinda-Brzinsky style, everything has to be solved by the two superpowers, U.S. and Russia.
	And of course, as Emmanuel Todd was the first to explicitly detail the judge, when he published his book in France early last year, he basically said that Trump's job would be to manage the strategic defeat of the empire vis-à-vis Russia.
	That is exactly where we are now.
	And obviously, Trump, even if he's not a strategist, he must be terrified because he saw the talking points, the witkov Dmitriev talking points, as an opening, maybe an opening that he could sell to the Russians.
	Okay, let's start discussing based on these points.
	The problem is he's facing Republican senators, Democratic senators, neocons, most of the American media, the Euro Chihuahuas, and the criminal organization in Kiev.
	These are words of Vladimir Putin.
	I am quoting Verbatim.
	Putin sees Kiev as members of a criminal organization.
	All of this combo is against the Trump idea of the possibility of starting a negotiation with Russia.
	So the Russians, from the Moscow point of view, they look at the internal, the domestic situation in the US.
	They understand that.
	And that's why they are giving Trump the benefit of the doubt that they are playing along.
	But what are they actually doing?
	Look at the battlefield.
	Look at the glide bombs.
	Look at the destruction of the Ukrainian army in the 1,200 plus front line all the time.
	Look at Ukraine plunged in the dark, literally.
	The SMO continues to roll on.
	Is Zelensky free to accept any terms that would involve the recognition of Russian dominance over what the nationalists claim is Eastern Ukraine?
	Or does he do so at the peril of his own mortal existence?
	Absolutely, Judge.
	If he recognizes that, he's got a bullet in his head in less than 24 hours.
	Because don't forget, Zelensky is an actor.
	He doesn't run anything.
	He doesn't know anything about military science.
	He is controlled by shady oligarchs and naval Nazis of the pravis sector and Azov battalion kind.
	He's hostage to these people.
	the criminal organization, the really hardcore members of the criminal organization.
	If he deviates from the script that they gave it to him and that he plays essentially as a lousy actor, by the way, he's dead and he knows it.
	Foreign Minister Lavrov has said several times that not only does Russia demand the recognition of the Russian-speaking parts of Ukraine, formerly Ukraine as Russia, which now appears to have happened and can't be reversed, and not only does Russia demand some guarantee that Ukraine will never apply for and never be admitted to NATO.
	But Ukraine has to rid itself of the Banderists, the supranationalists, the Nazis.
	How are they going to do that?
	This is an ideology.
	How can you rid a country of an ideology, even if it's only held by a minority?
	Absolutely.
	And this is something that will take, what, two or three generations, at least?
	Because this is a deeply entrenched cultural problem.
	Historical because of the historical ties with Bandera and cultural because the brainwashing of younger Ukrainians, especially for the past 10 years, has been absolutely massive.
	You cannot get rid of that in a matter of, okay, a few months, a ceasefire, and then a few months, everything is going to be back to normal.
	And what was the normal?
	Was Ukraine during the Soviet Union?
	No, it's impossible.
	But the top demand by Russia on Ukraine, which is demilitarization, which is demilitarization of the Ukrainian criminal gang and of NATO at the same time.
	This is beyond a red line.
	So the long term of de-nazification, as is framed by the administration here, that's a much longer process, but it starts with the militarizing.
	So the Ukrainians in the new 19-pointer from Geneva, they force the negotiations.
	They force, we want an army of 800,000.
	The Russians will look at that and obviously they will laugh.
	Completely absurd.
	They would support maximum 150,000.
	So Fox News has just reported Ukraine agrees to a deal to end the war with Russia, a U.S. official tells Fox.
	No, here's the person you were talking about a few minutes ago.
	I don't know if this is accurate.
	U.S. Army Secretary Dan Driscoll and his team met with Russian officials in Abu Dhabi Monday and Tuesday.
	That's yesterday and today, to discuss a potential Ukraine peace framework with the U.S. remaining optimistic about the deal.
	The diplomatic flurry follows the leak of the 28-point peace plan, which many European leaders and U.S. lawmakers view as largely favorable to Russia.
	Boy, the Russians don't view it as largely favorable to them, do they?
	Of course not, Judge.
	And this is in the middle of this absolutely crazy spin war.
	The number one argument all across American mainstream media is that the 28-pointer is a Russia plan.
	If you actually read the 28-pointer, you see that maybe there are three or four provisions that the Russians would agree, like, you know, ending, you know.
	But everything else is the losers declaring victory.
	Right.
	Right.
	Including the size of the military, which in 2022, before Joe Biden and Boris Johnson interfered with that agreement, had the Ukraine military at 50,000.
	This thing, one version says 600,000.
	Another version says 800,000.
	The Russians will never agree to that.
	They'll never agree to European peacekeepers.
	They'll never agree to long-range missiles.
	Not to mention paying for the reconstruction of Ukraine with the funds that the Europeans are trying to steal from Euroclear 24-7.
	If this is an American proposal, then I'm sorry to say that the President of the United States is in favor of stealing $100 billion in Russian assets from European banks.
	Well, Trump would never agree to that because he's not.
	I can't imagine that.
	It's just the legal ramifications.
	The businessman in him couldn't countenance that.
	Exactly.
	And Ursula von der Leyen got an official communique from the Belgians.
	If you do this, we are going to sue you because we in Belgium, where Euroclear is stationed, will be responsible for everything.
	And the Russians will come after Russian.
	No holds by.
	So Euroclear is the bank transfer.
	Yes.
	Can Euroclear stop all the theft, even if the bank is in France, in Paris?
	No, it's in Brussels.
	No, I know Euroclear is in Brussels, but where is all the cash?
	I don't think all the cash is in Brussels banks.
	Theoretically, most of the cash is in Brussels, Judge, as far as we know, as far as we know.
	But you can find it in other European banks.
	I'll give an example, maybe BNP Paribas in France, for instance, or German banks, certainly.
	Deutsche Bank, certainly.
	If the money is in the Deutsche Bank, and who knows if the money's still there, you know, the way the banks show it in their in their now.
	Judge Napolitano and Pepin Escobar are critiquing the 28 points.
	Only have Ursula von der Leyden coming out and saying there must be no change in territory through aggression.
	She's ignoring that there was a war and Russia won.
	Of course there's going to be a change in territory.
	When she says there could be no demilitarization, that's absurd.
	Russia has to demand on demilitarization unless Ukraine rise up again.
	And of course, Ukraine has been an instrument of NATO and the United States in conducting this proxy war against Russia.
	And when she suggests Ukraine should eventually be integrated into the European Union, she is implying that includes NATO membership.
	These are three totally unacceptable principles for the Russians, which means that while many have been claiming that this is a Russia favorable peace treaty, the facts are that it allows Ukraine to do a whole host of things that Russia is not going to allow Ukraine to do.
	And therefore, as the judge and Pepi agree, this proposal is a fantasy.
	And I think that's exactly right.
	We're about to hit a break.

	What we are witnessing today is a steady transformation of the federal government, especially the executive branch, into a criminalized system of power in which justice is weaponized, law is selectively enforced, and crime becomes a form of political currency.
	In others, what is and what isn't criminal is a function of politics.
	Very distressing.
	Rutherford's extremely thoughtful, highly intelligent, very disciplined.
	Joaquin, this presentation exposes a centralized control grid's latest expansion into thought crime dystopia, right now coming at us at blinding speed throughout the collective West, U.S., Canada, UK, Europe, and Australia, New Zealand, in particular.
	The above lead-off statement from an ever-vigilant American lawyer who for years has been exposing America's guiding rule of law, our U.S. Constitution,

	In contrast, the West has moved dramatically away from its constitutional republic, imperialist group toward increasingly austere, dark, autocratic control under a failing empire in freefall decline.
	The power elites maintain their divide and rule control grid mechanism by always using their corrupt duopoly, two-party illusion, to camouflage their uniparty control system forever going back and forth, attacking each other in their never-ending blame game.
	The exclusive media focus monopolized under oligarchic singularity control, spewing forth nonstop, driven by contentious partisan politics, is designed to keep the public masses in the dark, unable to recognize the despotic underlying power grab at play.
	Meanwhile, both political parties in America and world under the same left-right liberal versus conservative divide and rule dichotomy are controlled by the same paymaster's hidden hand that runs this world.

	Meanwhile, we have Candace declaring that the Macrons are attempting to assassinate her.

	Two days ago, I was contacted by a high-ranking employee of the French government after determining this person's position in proximity to the French Kabul.
	I've deemed the information they gave me to be credible enough to share publicly in the event that something happens.
	In short, this person claims that Macrons have executed a bond and paid for my assassination.
	Yes, you read that correctly.
	More specifically, that the green light was given to a small team, a national gender mart intervening group.
	I'm told there's one Israeli on this assassination squad, and the plans have been formalized.
	Well, that might be Candace getting carried away.
	But get this: White House and counter-intel agencies, American, have confirmed that Emmanuel Macron attempted to organize the assassination of Candace Owens.
	Sources in contact with Candace within the agencies allege that Charlie Kirk's assassination involved French legionnaires and indeed did not act alone.
	Let me say this smacks of disinformation and propaganda.
	Everyone believes it was the Israelis, even the Mossad, that took out Charlie Kirk because he'd wandered off the Zionist reservation.
	BB was so aware of the obvious inference to be drawn that he some five times in a single day asserted Israel had not assassinated Charlie Kirk.
	This business now blaming the French, frankly, it's absurd to suggest the French had anything to do with the assassination of Charlie Kirk.
	That's just complete bullshit.
	Now, it turns out by threatening Candace through the McCrons, they're able to carry out this propagandistic ploy.
	And I have no doubt the Macrons are really no more than Zionist Stooges, just as sad to say it appears to be Donald J. Trump himself.
	It continues for security reasons.
	Candace will not be airing her show this week.
	This is a lot more serious than you may believe.
	Nothing will change until we saw our differences aside and take down this cabal of tyranny and corruption together.

	The reason we've been covering this, obviously, is because we have seen a shocking uptick in political violence in order to silence very strong voices, let's just say, that talk about uncomfortable topics, whether they're right or wrong is up to you.
	But we took it seriously, and it was also, you know, the most viral post on all of X this weekend.
	It has 100,000 reposts, 42 million, 43 million views, 200,000 likes, 32,000 saves.
	So obviously, this is something worth noting and talking about.
	Reporters who we trust and know to be good reporters saying that national security source told me the threat against Candace Owens is real.
	And frankly, I don't doubt it.
	Project Veritas, up with the receipts and the retweets.
	But here we go.
	Candace has been a target of governments for years.
	We need to blackmail her, Candace Owens, faster.
	Well, that's racist.
	Who said that?
	Mary Barr Daly, Barr, like is in the Bill Barr family?
	Oh, yes, actually.
	Former senior DOJ offessel, daughter of Bill Barr, of course, because they all place their kids inside of the government.

	What evidence they have exactly?

	As an update, both the White House and our counterterrorism agencies have confirmed receipt of what I reported publicly.
	Emmanuel Macron attempted to organize my assassination per source close to the first couple.
	Also, I will state again that the French Legionnaires were involved in Charlie Kirk's assassination, but did not act alone.
	For all of you who doubted my claims, you can now look at the President of the United States and our intelligence communities to issue a statement to confirm whether I am telling the truth or not.
	Yeah, well, I think Candace has made enough out of Bacron being married to a man.
	And anyone who's seen a photograph of Brigitte in a bathing suit knows what I'm talking about, because Brigitte, like Michelle Obama, has a package most women do not have.
	Apparently, there's been so embarrassing that they want to retaliate by hitting Candace.
	But the idea French Legionnaires had anything to do with Charlie Kirk is just a manifest absurdity.
	I don't understand where Candace is coming up with this horseshit.

	And this is just like the story of the guilty guy.

	But, you know, what Netanyahu was trying to do, of course, was, I mean, I assume he was legitimately trying to make sure that the world didn't suspect him.
	But, you know, the way he did it actually brought more attention, you know, to him.
	And then he did it again.
	He issued a second denial about two days later, also to an international audience.
	Yeah.
	Why do people want to believe this?
	Is it because Israel under his regime is slaughtering people left and right?
	Well, a big part of it is, you know, nobody likes Israel these days.
	And that is because they're slaughtering, you know, they're conducting a genocide and lying about it.
	And I mean, in fact, it's bad enough that they're doing a genocide, but the constant lies about what they're doing.
	I mean, even now, we're supposedly, there's a ceasefire of some sort.
	I think they've broken it 500 times in 10 days.
	They lie.
	So when your reputation is you are a consummate liar, which Israel has earned that Netanyahu has specifically earned it, you know, you've lost the advantage there.
	If you tell somebody something, of course, they don't believe you.
	And the thing that's strange to me is that he doesn't get that.
	And I think that speaks to the attitudes within Israel.
	And we've seen it with the polls.
	You know, they're very, most Israelis, 80, over 80% of Israelis are very supportive of what they're doing.
	And if they have a complaint, it's that they're not killing Palestinians fast enough.
	So if you are in a group and they are in a group, a psychological group that believes this, you're living in a fantasy world, of course.
	And I think that's why he made that, what I consider to be a public relations mistake.
	You know, I didn't do it.
	I didn't do it.
	Two days later.
	No, I really, really, I didn't do it.
	Yeah.
	Over the two weekends ago, the Israelis blocked an American surgeon from trying to enter Gaza in order to perform life-saving surgery that had permitted him in twice in the past.
	He's one of these generous, dedicated people that just goes there with a small team and with the supplies that he needs, but he doesn't charge.
	People line up and they perform the surgery.
	I mean, under what conceivable theory of morality, law, politics, whatever, would you stop that from happening?
	Look, their agenda in Israel, the state of Israel, wants Palestinians gone.
	They want them erased.
	And, you know, we don't use that word erase in this country.
	We've done it before to various things.
	We have that maybe in our history, but we don't use the term erase, but they use the term erase, which is to wipe not just Palestinians out of their world, but to eliminate any memory of them, to eliminate any legitimacy of them.
	They want them gone in every way you can possibly imagine.
	So if that is your shared belief, it's Netanyahu's belief for sure.
	Many in his cabinet believe this.
	Many people in Israel, unfortunately, believe this way.
	But if that's your shared belief, why would you save a kid?
	Why would you try to heal somebody with that you're going to shoot the next day or the next opportunity?
	There's no reason.
	It's not rational.
	The society itself is very sick right now.
	Maybe it always has been, but certainly it's on the public stage behaving in a way that the rest of the world really doesn't understand.
	The only way we can explain modern Israel's attitude towards others, okay, that aren't Israelis.
	The only way we can explain their attitude is you have a sickness, you have a mental illness.
	And this is what you're dealing with there.
	But in their world, of course, why save them?
	I mean, they actually celebrate the, you know, the two-for-one shot.
	We saw that early on in this genocide after October 7th, you know, t-shirts showing a pregnant woman shot in the stomach two for one.
	So this attitude is very inhuman.
	And I think for Americans, for most Americans and most people around the world, there is no morality there.
	There's no way to make it.
	This agreement, this Steve Witcoff, Donald Trump agreement that was ostentatiously signed somewhere in Egypt.
	I don't remember with Cairo or Sharma Sheikh.
	Didn't it provide for American guarantees?
	Aren't there supposedly Americans there, A, to make sure the Israelis have stopped murdering people and B, to make sure that food and water and medical supplies and blankets get through?
	Yeah, that's what they talked about.
	But, you know, you remember that 20-point plan was really not a plan at all.
	It was a list of things, you know, an outline.
	And there were military.
	There has been military there in a part of, I guess, eastern Gaza.
	But I read just the other day, and I don't know if it's true, I haven't checked it out, but that these guys were packing up and not going to expand that mission.
	So I don't think you can look at the 20 points, any of them, any of those 20 points, and think that that is a legitimate boundary or a limit or an objective.
	None of it is being done.
	Not a single bit of it is being done.
	So, you know, and Israel, they don't want American forces in their region.
	They're not happy that we're putting troops in just south of Damascus.
	They are not happy about that because when you have Americans there, it's just like with Colonel Aguilar, who worked for the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation, that group that was put together and is now left.
	It's not there either.
	But for those six months or so, he worked for just a few weeks and spoke out against it, both on the ground in person, where he was told to shut up and support the customer, which was the IDF.
	That's what he was told.
	And then he left and of course has been on the media.
	He's talked to, you know, he's done what he can to raise awareness.
	But the Israelis do not want any of this, this destruction, this genocide, this hatred, this immorality.
	They don't want any of that looked and observed and recorded through American eyes.
	We are their best allies.
	They don't want it recorded through European eyes or any other perspective, but they especially don't want Americans to wake up to what our so-called ally is doing, what our ally believes, how it behaves, its objectives, because they are solidly rejected in this country.
	I don't care what party, no party, Americans do not like it.
	They're disgusted by it.
	We're seeing that in the polls.
	And that's really what Israel cares about, how they can shape our opinion.
	And the best way to do that is to keep American eyes and witnesses out of that area.
	Before we segue over to the 28-point plan, because I know you have written about this, as have I, how much longer can the United States government afford to be paying between $970 billion and $1 trillion a year in interest on debt when those interest payments themselves are borrowed?
	I mean, you can't, this is like a Saturday Night Live skit.
	You can't make this up.
	How much longer can a society afford to keep doing this?
	Well, you know, we're bankrupt.
	Okay.
	The United States is financially bankrupt.
	And you can say, well, it has resources it can draw upon.
	Well, it has resources.
	It can't legally withdraw upon them.
	It can't take it out of everybody's pockets.
	It's done that for years, okay?
	And which is why we have no middle class left.
	But the resources that America has to pledge for more debt, the debt that it borrows to pay the interest on the past debt, this is running out.
	And again, when empires end, when they go bankrupt, there's a couple of things that can happen.
	You can get revolution.
	I don't think that's likely here.
	You can get totalitarian type things.
	That could happen.
	But what you usually get is a war because war allows you to, especially with the right partner, allows you to abandon your debt, repudiate the debt, which is what they'll have to do.
	Yeah, this is, you know, this country has been living in fantasy land from a financial perspective for quite some time.
	So I think people have to, I don't, I don't know how to fix it.
	I think people have to prepare for it, though.
	I think Karen Kowatowski has said a lot of truth there.
	And of course, Israel is desperate to conceal from America its true character as a grossly immoral, sadistic, uncivilized, barbaric nation that wants to slaughter every Palestinian.
	The only good Palestinian is a dead Palestinian in their eyes.

	And I think she's right also about the national debt.
	The United States is bankrupt.

	And if you do anything that prevents the files from coming out, if you do some things, because right now they're doing everything they can, right?

	We're going to investigate everything because now they're going to use the investigation, quote-unquote, investigation, as a pretense to redact information that is critical to whether it be the victims or the perpetrators or now national security.
	The Democrats are going to expose it to a certain amount that hurts Trump, but doesn't expose anything because they're all in on it.

	So if we don't see some actual accountability, I think we're going to be pretty screwed going forward.
	And in terms of who might be benefiting or behind this, right?
	Massey recently gave an interview, we're going to play it in a second, where he talks about the fact that Israel is influencing the Epstein file release.
	Obviously, that's coming from Heritage.
	But apparently, it's still anti-Semitic to say that.
	They say Israeli intelligence and our own CIA was wrapped up with Epstein, so it will be embarrassing for our own intelligence agency and Israel's intelligence agencies for that to all come out.
	Let's take a listen to Thomas Massey again.

	I think Israel is influencing the Epstein file release because Israeli intelligence and our own CIA was wrapped up with Epstein.
	And so it would be embarrassing to our own intelligence agencies as well as Israel's intelligence agencies for all that to come out.
	And if you notice, there are a lot of bots online and people who are paid.
	Maybe they're not robots, but they are paid.
	And they're going after Marjorie and I uniquely.
	And I think it's because we are against the war that Israel has in Gaza right now.
	And we want that to end.
	And we don't vote for foreign aid and we don't vote for military aid for these other countries that are at war.
	And we get in trouble for that.
	Do you think Epstein's still alive?

	And do you think he was a Mossad agent?

	But you got to ask yourself, what point have we reached that the globalist power structure has lost so much control?

	You think the Rothschilds, Lord Rothschild, Baroness Rothschild, you think they like it known that they were running Israel with Ehud Barak so you have the Chikom, globalist allied with the criminal elements, the CIA and Venezuela and others that are the giant threat with election rigging and they're allied with the Democrats publicly.
	And then you've got the two different Israel lobbies.
	You've got the Lakudnik kind of Israel right-wing nationalists that really want Israel to be the center of the world and want to run operations on Israel.
	Then you have what the British Empire Rothschild arm that created Israel that's being trying to influence and control the United States and others that's that's in a big fight with Netanyahu.
	And that's what's in all these emails that have come out with Epstein being the bagman for the Rothschilds and the British government with Israel trying to get cyber weapons and spy grids better than the U.S.
	And that ties into Jonathan Pollard meeting secretly, we now learn months ago with U.S. Ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee, the convicted spy, and the fallout of that, a big no-no, and Pollard bragging about nuclear blackmail against the United States with a Samson option.
	We have video of all this, by the way.
	So the point here is, though, we've known all this.
	We've talked about these factions.
	We've gotten into it forever.
	There's a few other ones, but I'll get to that.
	The point is, though, it's all coming out.
	And as I told you when Trump was president-elect a year ago, I said, I've talked to a lot of high-level people.
	The CIA has come to Trump and said, we know there's nothing implicating you in any of this stuff, but it's going to really hurt the British Empire, the British Commonwealth.
	It's going to hurt the big banks, Trump's friends, and the Rothschild banks have been one of his big lenders.
	So we got the receipts on that.
	And it's going to hurt Israel and it's going to hurt the stock market.
	And plus, the Democrats have had control of the file.
	And so you won't ever get any convictions.

	And you've got even Republicans saying, yeah, now that it's been sent off, what they haven't already released to the DOJ, but the word is that there's a cover-up happening there.
	This is only making it worse.
	And what did I say hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of times here on air?
	I said, more importantly than Israel, is you have to understand the Rothschilds, the most powerful banking family still in the world, but throughout the last 400 years, at the Battle of Waterloo, the second time Napoleon was defeated in 1815 or 1814, look it up, my memory fails, against Lord Wellington, they had carrier pigeons.
	This is mainline history, by the way.

	My point is, is that this is anybody that has real historical research, just even mainline PhD stuff, this isn't none of this is a secret.
	And so in the new emails that have been released, we'll show them to you, these are confirmed.
	You've got Baroness Rothschild, Lord Rothschild, all of them.
	And they're working with Ehud Barak at the time that was, you know, stick as thieves with Epstein.
	And they're trying to get billions of dollars and run different operations, spying, and other things to procure U.S. technologies so that they can get ahead of the U.S. in the spy game, in the NSA game, in signals.

	And the emails are back and forth to different banking heads coordinating this.
	And Epstein's so powerful that Lord Rothschild and Baroness Rothschild, two different parts of the family, one in England, one in Switzerland, cousins.
	On inauguration day, 2017, they're freaking out saying, we need your help.
	We need to have a meeting right now.
	We need to get these things taken care of.
	They're not saying what, but it's espionage and power jockeying, and they're worried about Trump.

	Well, there are a couple more developments here that are kind of odd that I want to discuss.
	One has to do with this Democrats saying to the military and Intel, and they themselves are military, former military, former intel, to disobey illegal orders, which is part of the uniform code of military justice.
	Why they're being attacked is beyond belief.
	But Donald Trump has been very severe on them.
	And it's ridiculous.
	I was, of course, a commissioned officer in the Marine Corps at one point.
	I served at the Marine Corps Recruit Depot in San Diego.
	I was what's known as a series commander.
	I was a first lieutenant.
	I had 15 DIs and 300 recruits under my command going through the training cycle that we'd pick up another 300 and another 300.
	And among my responsibilities as series commander was giving instructions about the uniform code of military justice.
	And it states quite baldly, you're obligated not to obey illegal orders.
	Now, it's illegal to slaughter civilians.
	So when we had the Millet massacre, Lieutenant Calley, his subordinates ought to have refused to slaughter.
	I mean, what?
	570, something like that were killed.
	Grotesque.
	What's going on in Israel, the slaughter of civilian, blatantly illegal by international law, by any humane standard.
	But Israel wants them all dead.
	So going ahead, killing them all.
	Meanwhile, we got these individuals who made obviously true statements about the Uniform Code of Military Justice, about the law, are being pilloried.
	Here we got Senator Killy talking about an attack by Heg Seth.
	First I ever heard of it.
	The War Department reviewed Senator Mark Kelly, Democrat under the Uniform Code of Military Justice, were revealed to Secretary Pete most on Monday.
	Kelly said the ex-Messie first I heard of potential charges stemming from his statements in Democrat video calling on military service members to refuse to obey illegal orders from Donald Trump and his administration.
	The seditious six video was despicable, reckless, and false.
	Hag Seth wrote on Act, where does it get that?
	Of course you obey legal orders.
	Is Hegseth seriously suggesting you should obey illegal orders?
	Encouraging our warriors to ignore the orders of our commanders undermines every aspect of good order and discipline, the Secretary said.
	They're foolish greed, so it's doubt and confusion, which only boards our warders in danger.
	Notice he left out the orders of their commanders.
	He ignored the word illegal.
	Five of the six individuals that video do not fall under the Department of War jurisdiction.
	One is CIA, four former military, but not retired.
	So they're no longer subject to the UCMJ.
	However, Mark Kelly, retired Navy commander, is still subject to UCMJ and he knows that.
	Well, he was making statements based on the UCMJ.
	So who's got their head where the sun doesn't shine?
	Who's morally right and who's morally wrong?
	You got Secretary of Defense who doesn't even understand the Uniform Code of Military Justice.
	In a statement on X, Kelly said he swore an oath to the Constitution when he was commissioned as an ensign in the Navy at 22, abelled that oath for the flight school, multiple deployment on the USS Midway, 39 combat missions in Operation Desert Storm, test pilot school, four space shuttle flights at NASA every day since I retired,
	which I did after my wife Gabby was shot in the head while serving her constituents.
	Yeah, that was a famous shooting that appears to have been designed to get the judge who had a reputation for issuing maximum sentences that was going to send the drug lord who didn't want to go to for a long term.
	Kelly said while deployed in combat, he flew through anti-aircraft fire to drop bombs on enemy targets as part of the recovery mission that brought home the bodies of NASA classmates who died on Space Shuttle Columbia.
	Personally, I think Columbia was another fraud.
	But this is bizarre.
	Bizarre.
	The Department of War boasted Monday on X that it has received serious allegations of misconduct against Kelly in accordance with the Uniform Code of Military Justice 10 USC 688 and other applicable regulations.
	A thorough review of these allegations have been initiated to determine further actions, which may include recall to active duty for court-martial proceedings or administrative measures.
	Senator Rubio Gallagher of Arizona posted in defense at Kelly on X Monday.
	If you and your investigation, well, it's absurd.
	It's absurd.
	Here you have the Vice President of the United States.
	Damns illegal order called by definition illegal.
	What is he talking about?
	Vice President JD Vance criticized Democrats after several lawbreakers released a video urging U.S. service members to defy illegal orders.
	It's not a matter of defying illegal orders.
	You have an obligation to oppose illegal orders.
	It's right there in the Uniform Code of Military Justice.
	And this whole thing is just absurd.
	What's going on, obviously, is clearly political.
	Trump doesn't like to be questioned or challenged.
	They're not talking about legal orders he might issue.
	They're talking about illegal orders he might issue.
	And I think it's entirely reasonable under the circumstances.
	A message President Donald Trump and conservatives argue may amount to calls for sedition, insurrection, or potentially deadly mutiny, if not a presidential coup.
	A message that President Trump and conservatives argue may amount to.
	What does it amount to?
	It doesn't amount to.
	If the president hasn't issued illegal orders, then members of Congress telling the military to defy the president is by definition illegal, but that's for legal orders.
	I mean, give me a break.
	This is childish.
	This is insulting.
	I mean, if the government wants the public to take the government seriously, then they have to act seriously.
	I mean, there are whole articles written, here's one, disobey a superior order defenses, defenses of disobeying us.

	This is a law site.
	USM UCMJ Article 90 and UCMJ Article 92 apply when a service member acts to disobey a superior officer or intentionally fails to obey a lawful command given by a superior.
	Article 90 is critical because it establishes command authority.
	A violation of 90 includes when a service member strikes a superior or draws or lifts weapon or offers violence for not following.
	But the fact is, according to UCMJ law, Article 92, an order is unlawful.
	An order is unlawful if it violates the Constitution, U.S. laws, or military regulations, and directs a service member to commit a crime or unethical act.
	Thus, Article 92 is like Article 90 in that both establish strict obligation for military personnel to comply with lawful orders and regulations.
	And there are recognized exceptions and defenses that can apply in specific circumstances when someone tries to disobey a superior officer.
	Military personnel are only required to obey lawful orders.
	Service members and their leaders must not disobey a superior officer if the orders they are given are lawful.
	Service members and their leaders might refuse to follow orders that are unlawful.
	One exception to Article 90 says that service member is not required to obey an awful order that violates the law.
	Every service member takes an oath that includes obeying lawful orders.
	Service members and leaders take this so seriously.
	My understanding, actually, you have an obligation to not obey illegal orders.
	The catch is, of course, the circumstances under which it is issued.
	If you're actually in combat, if you refuse to obey the order of a superior, you may be shot on the spot.
	Therefore, doing what might be the legally or morally right thing does not mean you're going to benefit from the consequences it may cost you severely.
	Taking such an action means you're assuming personal responsibility for those actions.
	But I'm just astonished that we have a situation here where the president, the vice president,
	and the secretary of defense are making arguments that, in my opinion, as a former Marine Corps officer who actually gave instruction in UCMJ and from reviewing UCMJ in part as here,
	it's obvious to me they're being pilloried for no good reason.
	Pilloried for no good reason.
	So this is all very strange, even bizarre.
	Meanwhile, here's another import.
	U.S. senators are betraying.
	I think BB is completely evil and completely destructive.
	And he's hurting the United States and he's destroying his own country and I think he imperils the world.
	Okay, so I think that clearly they're going to try and blow up a locks of mosque.
	I believe that on the Temple Mount to build a third temple and then you've got global war.

	The USS Liberty, back in 1967, yet another.
	Lyndon Johnson was complicit in the attack on the Liberty by Israeli ships on an American spy ship, by Israeli pilots, planes on an American spy ship, in order to justify the U.S. becoming involved in even nuking Cairo.
	That's the story.
	Lyndon wanted to nuke Cairo.
	Moshe Diane was such a great general, he didn't need any help from the United States.
	But the Israeli pilots were calling back to their commanding control saying this ship is flying an American flag.
	And they were told to attack it anyhow.
	And when American ships, forces in the Mediterranean came to their help, Lyndon had them called back.
	Meanwhile, we had 9-11.
	This is B.B. whose plot to create a justification for American forces ten or the Middle East to take out the modern Arab state that serves as a counterbalance to Israel's domination of the entire region and eventually to confront the Persian nation of Iran.
	Well, they had seven nations on their list.
	Six of them have fallen.
	Most recently, of course, Syria.
	Only Iran remains.
	Russia and China have declared they're not going to let Iran drop.
	Iran initially didn't think they needed assistance from Russia with regard to their defenses, but they have changed their mind.
	They're now fully loaded.
	So too, by the way, is Venezuela.
	And let me just add, I think we may have dodged a bullet because we had a report from Ted Turner.
	This is on the 24th.
	This is just two days ago.
	Southcom, troop, Fed, steak, and lobster dinner tonight.
	You know what that means.
	Yes, we know what that means if you're in the military.
	That's like your final meal before entering combat.
	It may be your last.
	United States troop in the Southcom area responsibility are telling our Fed steak and lobster dinner tonight.
	Anyone who's ever been in the military knows what that means, going to war tomorrow.
	That would have been yesterday.
	As you have any doubt, Southcom just also canceled Thanksgiving and Christmas leave for all of its troops.
	This is Monday, November 24th, last night.
	U.S. filed no TAMS.
	That's no fly zones to airlines, closing airspace in the Gulf of America.
	That's Mexico, right?
	For three hours tomorrow, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., from flight level 18,000 to 24,000 feet for air refueling of heavy bombers.
	This morning, the Federal Register published the U.S. official designation of Cartel de los Solas as a foreign terrorist organization.
	What doesn't even exist?
	That's a phony claim about a drug cartel, but what it's done is to justify the president using American troops to undertake an anti-terrorist operation against Venezuela for a non-existent drug cartel in order to seize Venezuelan oil.
	But the Russians have prepared them to honestly.
	Yesterday morning when I awakened, I thought it might be our last day.
	I was very relieved it didn't happen.
	And that is something for which we can all give thanks tomorrow.
	Be thankful.
	You may or may not have steak and lobster, but I'm telling you, we dodged a bullet this week.

	Ukraine has lost the war, notwithstanding Ursula Van von der Leyden's delusions to the victor goes as spoils.
	Russia is not going to relinquish the territory it has taken, nor should it.
	They are going to insist on the demilitarization of Ukraine, as they must.

	And now, perhaps, we may not actually attempt to go into Venezuela and have every ship in the American fleet sunk by the Russian anti-ship missiles that are already there.
	And hopefully, we won't attack Iran either.
