REAL DEAL SPECIAL (29 October 2025): Bill Binney & Katherine Horton UNDER FIRE!
| Copy link to current segment

Time Text
Well, it's a great pleasure to return to, as it were, the scene of the crime with Catherine Orton.
Bill Binney not available today.
He's been subjected to this torment of these directed energy weapons that Catherine has fought so valiantly in the courts.
So we're continuing our weekly series with Bill Binney and Catherine Horton Under Fire.
And fire is taking a toll, Catherine.
I'm so sorry to hear about Bill Bin.
It's in Bill's case.
It's very interesting because the directed energy weapons target me specifically.
What Bill is suffering from is that some people don't know he's a double amputee.
He had a total of 12 flesh-eating bacterial infections, which is very strange and statistically impossible in itself.
But two led to the amputation independently in 2010 and 2013 of his lower legs.
And during the amputations, the Maryland hospital that did the surgery implanted him with microchips.
So it's those microchips that are being used to torture him.
I should say we have bug detector measurements showing that frequencies are coming out of his leg.
There's an x-ray that shows a larger foreign body in his leg.
The other chips are too small.
And we have video recordings where he is electroshocked with pain flashes in systematic intervals in multiples of five.
So 15, 25, 10, 35, and so on and so on.
But if you do a video recording and you see when he's jolting from pain, you can see it's an algorithm sending the electric shock in multiples of five seconds.
Now, anybody, you know, a college student, first-year college student, can program that.
So we have so much evidence that it's really chips.
It's technology.
It's radio communicating.
But yes, they use it at important times to torture him intensely.
And yesterday, when there was a particularly violent torture session, I reached out to somebody who was in touch with somebody in the Trump administration, trying to get them to listen to us to really understand that non-consensual implants are the next thing for the weapons industry.
A lot of Americans have them.
A lot of celebrities have them.
They're very easy to find, at least the older technology is.
So that's not nanotech.
It's really big, clonking microchips.
Some are palpable, some show up on x-rays, some are too small under the fraction limit of x-rays, but all of them can be measured through the radio microwave communication that they use.
So I am trying to get the Trump admin to tackle the chips, but they're still technologically behind.
And people still pretend like body implants are sci-fi.
They are not.
The technology has been found in people 35 years ago.
So back in the 1990s.
That is 30 to 35 years ago.
That's somebody's entire career in a field.
That's how old this technology is.
So anyway, just to explain why Bill is not there and what we're working on behind the scenes, we're really trying to get the Trump admin to move into the 21st century and actually start helping us help these victims and stop our targeting.
But we're still trying.
There isn't a way of zapping the device.
I mean, it's outrageous.
You're going for a medical process and they implant you.
That is just disgraceful, Catherine.
Yes, it is.
And it has been going on for decades from how I could map the victims.
Some victims roughly can know when they were implanted.
Other people were implanted when they went to a hotel.
And the intel agencies break in at night, anesthesize people, you know, with an odorless gas, come in, anesthetize them a bit more, and then put in these chips, almost like a Formula One microsurgery sort of thing.
And so, some people were implanted in hotels, some in private homes, but a lot of them in hospitals.
And they can trace it exactly when all this started.
And I can tell you that hospitals have been all across the country and in Europe involved in this for decades, for absolutely decades, which is why it is just so topical.
That just, I think it was just today that RFK Jr. went out, I think it was during the White House press briefing, that he said that HHS has been involved in child trafficking.
And he said some of the children were trafficked into sex, others into slavery.
Now, he didn't say what slavery was, but part of that slavery is that those kids were non-consensually implanted and are being medically trafficked, but they're physical slaves like I am, like Bill is.
People can torture me whenever they want to.
And the only reason I'm functioning now is because the current interactions with my body implants are at a very low level so that I can still cope.
But yes, I am a slave.
Bill is a slave.
And so are many celebrities, some of whom I spoke to, and they're all mortified to talk about this.
And I will never reveal who they are.
But I can tell you that it's people you would recognize.
And if they would just all snap the F out of it and go public, we could have, you know, we could actually make this public, start processing all this, start shutting down these chips and actually, you know, make the entire world safe again.
One thing that I was trying to get to the Secret Service, which I'm sure they couldn't believe, but once you see a live demonstration, either on yourself or somebody you know, you understand how dangerous this technology is because these microchips can be used to hijack muscles.
And it's done, as far as I could tell when they did it with me, such that the chip current is stronger than the body's own electric signals.
So it overrides anything coming from the brain.
And by using sophisticated computer models, whereby you can pretty much use the muscle control of one person and transfer it to the chip control of somebody else, so-called brain-to-brain or brain-to-computer interfaces, you can make somebody else execute a sophisticated movement without them being able to stop it if they're implanted.
Now, I strongly suspect and I have reason to believe that some Secret Service agents are implanted without their knowledge, which concretely means that anybody who hijacks their body chips could make them pull out their service gun and shoot anybody.
So the Secret Service needs to uncover who the implanted agents are, needs to find a way to, you know, help us shut this down.
But at the moment, the Secret Service is being kept totally in the dark.
The FBI runs this stuff.
And there's this internal war whereby, really, I am on the side of the Secret Service.
The FBI, I think, is beyond redemption.
But anyway, that's the war that goes on behind the scenes.
It has direct relevance.
And yeah, that's where we are at.
Well, you're talking about the ultimate Manchurian candidate.
Yes, yes.
And I have to, I'm not sure if I ever talked about it here, but I talked about it on my private YouTube channel.
I had my parents hijacked.
My parents were taken over.
They were taken over neurologically with, I think, chip implants they have in their head.
But they started arguing with me completely out of character about utter nonsense.
Their eyes were all widened.
It's called MK Ultra Eyes.
I think it's done electronically.
But they didn't look like my parents in that moment.
They were completely batched crazy.
And at some point, I thought, hang on, is this neurotech?
So I kind of leapt to one side so that I was standing by their side, looking kind of from the side onto them.
And they continued shouting at the empty room as if I was still standing there.
And yes.
And I was like, whoa, whoa, this is crazy.
And then, so the way I kind of diffused it then is that I first touched the shoulder of my mom and I said, Mom, it's okay.
And I kind of snapped her out of this.
Her eyes like dropped down to normal again.
And she kind of woke up.
And then she saw that my dad still shouting at the empty room and kind of slapped his shoulder and said, Hey, you know, kind of, what are you doing?
But after that, they denied any sort of recollection of what happened to them.
I think they were so embarrassed they couldn't admit that this was real.
But yeah, it was a neurotech test on my parents that German intelligence kind of did to smite me to as a dominance display, like, hey, this is what we can do with your parents.
So, yeah, when you see it with people, you know very well, you see a live demonstration, it is terrifying how good the technology is, you know.
And you're saying these prominent celebrities who've been chipped, they're mortified about they don't want to admit they've been chipped.
Is that it?
I mean, they're just personal embarrassment.
Is that the reason it's exactly absolutely?
So, um, every single person goes through the same sort of emotions, and it takes a very specific personality to kind of break through every barrier.
So, number one, they are all mortified that their own friends, their colleagues, and whoever hires them, you know, in Hollywood would think that they're bad shit crazy.
So, to think that others around you would brand you as crazy as fear number one, they're not being believed, they're not getting contracts because some of them suspect that Hollywood being deep involved in child abuse and child trafficking and all that, is deeply involved with the intelligence agencies in this.
So, they know their employer is involved.
And if they speak up about it, they will not get any more contracts.
And there's precedence for that.
Any Hollywood actor who confessed that they were MAGA, that's it, their career was over.
So, imagine if they now start talking about chips.
But, yes, Hollywood actors are affected by both non-consensual implanting and directed energy weapon attacks.
They are kind of the front lines.
And regarding microchips, a lot of the victims, the majority of female victims, certainly, are implanted in the genitals and it's used for remote-controlled sexual abuse and sexual assault, remote-controlled rape, all that's possible.
Now, those women, actresses particularly, are being sex trafficked because you can take the access, the radio frequency access to some, you know, well-known actresses' genital implants and rape her by remote control.
And there are plenty of perverts for whom this is just like they would pay a lot of money to do it.
So, yeah, that is the reality we're dealing with.
But, as crazy as it sounds, when you break it down to the actual science, all these chips can be found, and their telltale smoking gun evidence is the polarized radiation that they emit.
So, you can take a bug detector and see that if you see a peak signal and it's always the same angle of the antenna relative to your body, that is polarized radiation.
So, that is the telltale sign of a microchip of a body implant.
So, there we go.
Are they surgically implanted?
Meaning, you have a little decal scar.
So, yes, yes.
So, that is done with a handheld laser scalpel.
And the doctor explained it to me that it's like a Formula One pit stop.
If you use these handheld laser scalpels, they cut very finely so that afterwards, when you seal it, you can use tissue glue, tissue glue.
Some people know it if a kid, you know, rips their head open.
You don't do stitches, you just use tissue glue, which means you hold the skin together for 20, 30 seconds and it seals.
Now, if you use that, you take a laser scalpel, you make a small incision.
The wound doesn't even bleed because the laser is so hot.
And then you just put in a chip or whatever sophisticated biotechnology you want, which could be wires, nanotech fibers, whatever.
And then you just seal it up.
And then that localized chip communicates with other body chips via microwave, essentially.
So you have a little body internal internet, and then a strong chip is usually implanted on the back of the neck.
And that communicates with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, ambient radiation, depending on how it's programmed to operate.
So, yeah.
And this can be done in just moments, in minutes, you know.
But you cannot remove them in moments per minute.
No, you can't, because this technology is still quite small.
So, for example, viable microchips can be as small that tens of thousands of them can look like a fine powder.
Now, if you, as a surgeon, want to go in with macroscopic tools like a scalpel, you really have to root around in the tissue and you need some sort of electromagnetic sophisticated tools to find individual chips.
It's not really practical.
The most practical and the easiest thing is to have a consensus to have, you know, to make this a crime to interact with somebody's body chips.
It's easier to have it stop that way than to ever get the chips out.
So the people who didn't.
It's not at present a crime.
Well, it is, but it has never been prosecuted because 100% of the judges who were ever presented with these cases were as corrupt as they come.
So the intel agencies, you know, took care of that.
I think in the US, there's the case of James Wolbert, an entrepreneur.
And I think he got a settlement because he could prove that he was implanted.
And yeah, that's where the trail kind of goes cold.
But yeah.
So anyway, that's just in the background.
So chips, directed energy weapons, it's ancient technology by now.
And we're really trying to move the Trump administration to finally, you know, cotton onto this.
And today's announcement by RFK Jr. really gave me hope.
When they are talking about HHS having been involved in child trafficking and child enslavement, yes, they are catching up.
They are really, you know, pushing the boat out.
And the next step is that part of the enslavement was with non-consensual body implants.
Wow.
Today is a big day.
And man, I am impressed by Secretary Kennedy.
I am impressed.
So it's all good.
There's good stuff coming out.
We've waited for this for decades.
That's terrific to hear, Catherine, but the technology is frightening.
I mean, this is.
It is.
Yeah, it is.
And what people forget is that there are some companies that already publicly manufacture this.
For example, there's a company, they make this, there's a BBC article about it in case anybody doubts what I'm saying.
I'm not making this shit up.
It's called the Orgasmatron.
It's a spinal implant with which you can give, you know, a woman a remote-controlled orgasm.
Okay.
It's an actual company selling this shit publicly.
But if they are selling it now in 2015, 18, 2020, the classified version was already being tested on women 30 years ago.
And that matches up perfectly with victim reports and women having talked about being raped by remote control for the last 30 years.
So I can even map out the classification period.
If you just listen to these women and do a systematic analysis of when they started complaining about this, it matches up perfectly with classification in Europe and the US and with the military experimenting on average citizens in the Western world.
Scary.
Yeah, it is scary.
It is scary.
But the good news is that we are now getting closer and closer to having this actually made public.
And as I said, I made a beeline for the Secret Service because they need to know about this shit first.
They need to get ahead of the FBI at the moment because right now, I'm pretty sure the FBI or the deep state FBI rather could trigger, take, you know, take over any of their non-consensually implanted agents and shoot somebody.
And typically the Secret Service is close to the most valuable protectees, right?
So this is a huge danger.
And I'm going to be, you know, slamming my fist on their gate until they finally listen because this is so urgent.
And one of the things that happened, and we can move on to the next thing because we've got so much to talk about, but one more snippet.
The reason why I'm 100% sure the Secret Service is implanted without their knowledge is because in 2024, I think springtime, I have to date it exactly, but March, April time, 2024.
So before the Butler assassination attempt, there was an incident at Joint Based Andrews where female Secret Service agent on Kamala Harris's protective team went proper batchet crazy at 9 a.m. in the morning.
So I think Kamala Harris arrived.
They went on.
She stayed back at Joint Base Andrews.
And then she started just talking to herself, started attacking agents around her, deleting apps from one of the phones.
When you read the description, it is insane beyond anything.
Eventually, she threw, I think, sanitary pads at one of their colleagues and telling them that they're all going to go to hell.
If you just read it, it sounds like nothing you've ever seen.
And remember that, yes, there was DEI at the Secret Service, but still, it's not just an average Karen having a fit in your local Walmart.
They still have been selected.
They still have some mental health screening or health screening, one would hope.
So what is this?
And what this is really smoking gun evidence for is a neurotech weapons test on somebody who's implanted without their knowledge.
Yes, they can hijack you neurologically and cognitively.
Yes, they can make you talk to yourself.
They can make you become out of control, angry about nonsense.
They can do all that by just having a set of chips under your scalp and stimulating certain areas of the brain.
And when you match that up with the technology and how they would conduct the test, it again fits perfectly because number one, they would test it on a woman.
Why?
Because in society, you can say, oh, look at this hysteric bitch, right?
It's that time of the month, blah, blah, blah.
Right.
And that's exactly what everybody thought.
Oh, crazy bitch.
Let's get rid of her.
Right.
So number one, they used a woman.
Number two, the whole thing happened at 9 a.m. in the morning.
Most people, when they start their shift, have probably the highest level of tolerance towards their colleagues and general workloads.
So if this had happened, I don't know, half an hour before 5 p.m., maybe people are tired and had enough.
But at 9 a.m., you're as rested as you're ever going to be.
Right.
And third data point, the whole thing happened at a military base where they have full telecommunication control, personnel control.
It's a highly controlled environment.
That's exactly where you would do a weapons test.
And to me, that was a dress rehearsal for something much, much worse to be done to one of the other Secret Service agents.
And this woman also had her service weapon when this happened.
So imagine if they don't do cookie stuff like that, but instead just do a simple brain-to-brain interface, you know, one muscle movement to another.
You just transfer the electrical signals to the chips in somebody to pull out a gun from a holster, aim it, and pull the trigger.
That's it.
Right?
Next thing we know, one of the main protectees is dead.
Right?
It's so since that incident at Joint Base Andrews, I've been just scratching and clawing at the gate of the Secret Service, saying, Hey, hey, hey, you guys need to learn how to find these chips.
You need to find these chips.
There is no, you can't just ignore it because the deep state already proved that they will try it.
This was a dress rehearsal back in 24.
This was a dress rehearsal.
If you know what you're looking for, it was almost like a warning.
But alas, Bill and I still to this day, a year later, have not managed to get through to the Secret Service to any meaningful way.
So I think what I'm telling you, Jim, is a lot more than the Secret Service has understood so far.
Wow.
Catherine, really stunning stuff.
Just outrageous.
It is.
If the Secret Service doesn't know, how could they possibly cope with it?
How could they defend against it?
They're held.
Well, this is why you need to get ahead of it.
So if it is a very quick and graceful way, which is just that you look for these chips systematically, you start with the presidential protective details, you know, and you just work your way down as quickly as humanly possible.
And you make sure that whatever is next to the president is not implanted.
And the reason why you can do that is these body implants and the experiments that we have run, they do go radio silent, but only for a few minutes.
So if you do a test over 15 minutes, 30 minutes an hour, which concretely means you just stick somebody into an RF shielded room, a lot of offices in the government have skiffs, which is a radio frequency shielded room.
Take any old skiff, put in a spectrum analyzer, put in a colleague, give him a newspaper to read for 15, 20 minutes, and you can see if they are implanted or not, because their chips would come online and just broadcast into the ambient environment.
You can pick up that radiation very non-invasively, very cleanly.
And that's exactly the experiments I've done with a lady who has a human rights charity, Melanie Richard, in Brussels.
We reached out to a university in Belgium, in Brussels, and conducted these tests.
And lo and behold, every single victim who came forward and claimed to have chips in them, they truly did.
And our control sample didn't have any.
So it's not the case that 100% of the population is already implanted, but a significant part is.
And anybody who's in law enforcement, the military, the Secret Service, banking, or government, or Hollywood has a very high likelihood to have been implanted because that's where the deep state started first.
So anyway, anyway, your viewers got a lot more hardcore truth on a nuclear bomb here than they were ever prepared for.
This is sensational.
Very, very important.
Yeah.
So this is what Bill and I are working on right now to kind of make the president as safe as possible by educating the Secret Service, if only they would listen.
And you, on the other hand, sent me your court case that I also want to discuss because it's very important because that's another avenue of attack against you.
Which has to do with Alex Jones having been denied by the Supreme Court over his 1.4 billion defamation judgment.
And Catherine, I'm kind of surprised they didn't reach out to me because I have all the goods showing that, in fact, when he had declared it was fake, he was 100% right.
So, you know, I kind of surprised they didn't bother.
Here's a report about it.
Supreme Court declined on Tuesday, and this is dated the 14th, to hear a challenge by conspiracy theorist Alex Jones to a 1.4 billion judgment awarded up families of victims of the San Diego Elementary School mass shooting, except there were no victims or families because nobody died over the info website, founded false statements that the 2012 incident was a hoax.
Even the FBI, Catherine, has their consolidated crime report for 2012 that shows the number of murders in Newtown during that year was zero.
And that's still there to this day.
You would have thought they could have at least cited the FBI's report, which is accurate.
The justice had turned away his appeal of the Connecticut Appellate Court decision to uphold most of the judgment and the award to a jury with 14 family members, children, and school employees killed.
That's what they allege.
They left the judgment in place.
This is a major miscarriage of justice.
20 people, I assert, were not killed by the former student.
Jones had argued the judgment against him violated his rights under the Constitution of due process and free speech.
All these cases involving Alex were decided on procedural grounds, Catherine.
None of them went to a court.
None of them were decided on the merits.
It's believed to be the largest judgment in American libel case history.
No doubt it is, but it's also a grotesque miscarriage of justice.
He also lost a similar suit in Texas, though the roughly 50 million judgment in that case was far lower, where he's separately appealing that judgment.
Chris Matai, an attorney representing the Connecticut plaintiffs, in other words, he's on the hook with the Sandy Hook crowd, said families look forward to enforcing their judgment.
This is he's been attempting to avoid accountability for the harm he caused, but he didn't cause them any harm.
If you look at them going on television, we say with Anderson Cooper after the event, they're cordial, they're relaxed, they're happy, they're smiling, like Robbie Parker.
And we have that with these other hoax events.
Jones said on a program that the Supreme Court left in place of lawed ruling empowering judges to find liability without a jury's involvement.
That's 100% correct.
Judges are now king.
They can find you guilty, have a show trial, tell a jury, this is now for damages, you've got all this money, and not even show any evidence or proof, make it non-dischargeable so you can never even pay it back.
He's right about all of that.
He vowed he wouldn't be silenced, even if the court allowed the families to seize info wars.
And this is outrageous on so many grounds.
He was sued for defamation after calling the shooting a false fly cop, meant to stir up anti-gun sentiment among Americans, 100% correct, and said the parents of the slain children were crisis actors who were faking their grief in television interviews, 100% correct Catherine.
He refused to cooperate in the legal proceeding.
Now, this may have been a blunder.
He objected to the fact that Connecticut Superior Court Judge Barbara Bellas determined he was liable, that the six-member jury was asked, so he considered how much he should pay, but that's rather standard for trials for damages, and awarded compensatory of 965 million.
The judge had had 475 more impunity damages, where an appellate course reduced it to 323.
Thus, he was challenging the original 1.4 billion sum.
The verdict is so large it can never be paid, of course.
In his filing, judge said the default judgment was based on small discovery areas and trivia.
He's right.
So far as I understand, that's exactly correct for some alleged failure of discovery.
Jones previously asked the court to intervene in the Connecticut case back in 2021 after the same judge imposed sanction for public statements.
But before he was found, before he was fined liable for defamation, the Supreme Court declined to take the case at that time.
Now, that's just bare bones about the initial case he was appealing that the court has refused to review Catherine.
But I can assure you, I have proof after proof after proof after proof that this whole thing was a fraud and he didn't say anything false.
And of course, truth is an absolute defense to defamation.
Your thoughts?
Yeah, I think, so when the Supreme Court hasn't even heard the case, there's so much wrong with the legal system, but I'll try to sort it and start from, you know, go through it.
Number one, these judges are paid to do a job.
So the fact that they can even reject the case and not hear it, I think is dereliction of duty.
When $1.4 billion of dollars are at stake and when really egregious evidence, that I saw some of the evidence from Sandy Hook, and I'm convinced the whole thing was fake, you know, when there's egregious evidence that to an educated, hard-thinking, analytical person looks like it's fake, it has to be heard.
So the fact that judges can decide what evidence makes it into the court, they can let the evidence in and decide it's not valid, but that they can even block evidence from ever being presented and ever making it onto the court record, I think is fraud.
It's a crime in my view.
The fact that the Supreme Court can reject cases, I think is a fraud and a crime.
And to give you an idea, I think you have, what, 15 or how many Supreme Court judges of the order of 15 for a country of 320 million people?
Do you think it's a court of nine?
It's nine.
No, nine, nine.
Okay.
Well, I think the UK has 12.
Yeah, a country of 40 or 50 million people, maybe 60 million by now, but let's say 60 million in the UK have about order of magnitude 10 judges, six for 60 million people, and you have order of magnitude 10 judges for 320 million people.
Well, that to me sounds like a bottleneck, also known as gatekeeping, because there's only so many cases you can hear per year.
If you have human interactions, cases are being thrown up.
So, the machinery that generates cases, the human interactions, throw up a certain number of cases.
They go through the court system like a sieve, right?
From the base to the court of appeal and then make it to the Supreme Court.
But if you have five times as many people or over five times as many people in a country, you would at least expect five times as many cases, therefore, five times as many judges, or how many you need, you know, with them paired up to process those cases, right?
So, the fact that the U.S. has so few Supreme Court judges is already a gatekeeping operation to basically keep the slaves in this colony subdued.
It's that simple.
And the same thing is happening in the European Union, where the European court is a complete fraud as well.
They get 50,000 cases referred to them per year.
And just to have your case referred, there's like so many hoops you have to jump through.
And ultimately, it's the corrupt judge who will tell you if you can or cannot refer.
And then, out of 50,000 cases, they deal with 500.
So, at that point, the European Court for Human Rights is a joke.
They have 500 sham trials, show trials.
And I would say that's the case here in the U.S. Now, if I were Alex Jones, I would launch a new case and make it a RICO case saying, How can it be that all these judges run a criminal conspiracy against the defendant?
And I would list all the discrepancies and say, Hang on, we still operate under the principle that judges have to act in good faith to uphold justice and the law, right?
How can this be good faith when you have astronomical nonsense sums like 1.4 billion at stake for defamation when you don't even look at the evidence if this really was defamation?
So, I think at this point, we're looking at a criminal conspiracy between all the judges who were artificially planted on the case to deal with Alex Jones's case.
And I would start off with that, and also I would make it a test case of the FBI.
And I would say, Hey, if these judges are all working together, they are telecommunication traces that are in NSA, but also from other cases we know that corrupt judges get paid off with fake mortgages.
That was a piece of work by Janet Phillon, who found out that judges would, you know, on a salary of whatever $200,000 would buy a multi-million dollar house and pay it back in two to three years.
So, the implication was they got several million dollars from somebody else who paid the mortgage.
So, I would look into the mortgage deals of all these judges and say, How can this be?
Now, for a year and a half, I'd had a peace up that basically debunks the whole case against Alex Jones.
Robert Barnes, the celebrated attorney, said of his visit to the Alex Jones trial in Austin, and there were three different big Sandy Hook trials: one against Remington in Connecticut, one's against Alex in Austin, and the other against Alex in Connecticut, which is the one the Supreme Court declined to hear his appeal.
He said it was unlike any courtroom he'd ever seen with three cameras, one of which was pointed at the jury, and it looked to him like a made-for-TV movie.
That's exactly what it was.
Well, I mentioned how the FBI in its Consolidate Crime Report for 2012 at the intersection of murder and non-negligent manslaughter for Newtown has zero, and that's been there since 2012.
It remains in place, Catherine.
Obviously, if there were zero murders in Newtown, nobody died at Sandy Hook.
In my book, I had Paul Preston who supervised these kinds of shooting drills and was very disturbed by what he saw coming out of Newtown.
So he reached out to his contacts in the Department of Education.
This is the Obama Department of Education.
And they assured him it had been a drill, that no children had been harmed, and it was done to promote gun control directly from the Obama Department of Education.
Then here I have, this is a Connecticut FEMA schedule showing the event Exercise L366 for Sandy Hook for Newtown, right there on their schedule.
Plus, I had the manual for the Sandy Hook event that was already in my book published in 2015, the exercise manual.
Plus, I've been able to prove three of the alleged sentences are alive and well: Emily Parker, Noah Posner, Victoria Soto, two children, adorable.
The teacher heroically gave her life, or so we were told.
Turns out that Noah was a legal fiction.
It was created out of photographs of this young man, Michael Wabner, when he was a child.
It was very photogenic.
And here you can see how the one morphs into the other.
Indeed, here you have it.
This is Noah Posner turning it to Michael Wabner because he was always Michael Wabner.
There was no Noah Posner.
And then we have Victoria Soto, who reprised her role as Eva Morales at Uvalde.
I mean, this was outrageous.
I was actually on the phone with their mutual friend, Steve Lucia, when Margaret, who was cast in the role as Emily Parker, was talking to Victoria and asked her how much she'd been paid to reprise her role at Uvalde.
And she told Margaret $210,000.
Then this whole thing was done so badly, they actually had for one little girl who was supposed to have been a victim, two different fathers.
This is when Wolfgang Halbeck was pursuing his FOIA hearing where they wouldn't respond to queries he was making about Sandy Hook.
And Patricia LaLorta, she's the first select man in Newtown position equivalent to mayor, was asked about a sign that was there saying everyone must check in and asking who had placed it.
It said it wasn't the town, it was DHS.
Well, FEMA, of course, is a branch at DHS.
DHS should not have been there.
It was a major concession.
Now, when I had the lawsuit and had this massive evidence about nobody having died there, the judge said this.
Whether or not Sandy Hook ever happened or not is not relevant to this, the truthfulness or the accuracy of the death certificate.
Think about it.
This is a death certificate for someone who allegedly died at Sandy Hook.
And here's the judge telling me whether or not it even happened isn't relevant to the truthfulness of a death certificate.
But if it didn't happen, obviously the death certificate is fake, as I had alleged.
Now, I understand the defendant's overall theory in believing it never happened, really that it was a FEMA drill presented as mass murder to promote gun control, which was even confirmed by the Obama Department of Education.
And I'm not going to take the bait and let this case go down that path and into that rabbit hole.
Catherine, this is so insulting.
It's not just insulting.
The guy from that alone, when a judge who has to pass at least some sort of qualifications to be a judge, suddenly becomes instantaneously stupid, he gets paid for his stupidity.
You know, something induced him to turn into a gibbering moron who can't even make sense because this is clearly bullshit, right?
And a very telling thing is, as soon as people stay, I call it the instant moron effect.
When you see the instant moron effect, somebody just got paid to bullshit.
And typically, the intelligencies are involved.
I saw the instant moron effect on doctors who, you know, half an hour before are bending over backwards to sell people implants and spinal vibrators and spinal stimulators.
And next moment, when you say, yes, how about the misuse of implants?
I'm like, what implants?
Never heard of implants before.
Right.
So when they suddenly turn stupid, or in the case of judges, if you see this judge in any sort of commercial dispute where a lot of money is involved and big corporations, you should just listen to the details of cases of how many facts they can juggle in their heads and still come to complex decisions.
And yet, this guy completely forgot what the definition of defamation is, right?
So when a judge is malfunctioning, it automatically means somebody shoved a big roll of dollars up his a-hole.
And the good thing is that you typically can find traces of that wad of money.
Eventually, it shows up somewhere.
It goes into a boat, into a house, into a holiday, something, something.
And when they have to lie to this egregious extent, the money increases exponentially.
So I would literally go back and start a new case with the FBI and make it a test of the FBI.
They need to look into the mortgage deals of these judges, into the finances of these judges, and figure out who paid them off.
And that has to be the break of the old deep state FBI that pulled off all this stuff with DHS to the new era where they start cleaning house because it was them who organized all these false flag attacks.
And yet, isn't ironic that their own consolidated crime report shows zero for murders in Newtown, the year of Sandy Hook?
I mean, it's fascinating.
I would take all of this smoking gun evidence and just create a new file and keep just keep beating their head over it.
Like, how can this be?
And will, for example, Cash Patel or Dan Bongino could intercede in the case of Alex Jones and have a word with the judge and say, hey, this guy was right all along, or we just happened to have found, you know, the manuals we used for that drill in one of those dusty cupboards or storage rooms where we found all the other Epstein files or whatever the hell it was that they suddenly, you know, found again.
And I would just throw it back at DHS and the FBI.
Christy Noam and Patel and Bongino have to get on the case and tidy house because this is idiotic.
I mean, you're basically what the Supreme Court is trying to do is at the penalty of $1.4 billion and the total asset stripping of an entrepreneur, right, or media figure, they want to enforce nationwide stupidity by, you know, Supreme Court degree.
You have to be such a fucking, you know, moron that you can't see these facts.
Because if you can, and you say that these are facts, you're going to be on the hook for $1.4 billion.
So here's the only serious book published.
Well, there are a couple of others of lesser note where I brought together 13 experts, including the six PhDs, and we established a school had been closed by 2008.
Actually, it was closed in 2006.
There were no students or teachers there, and then it had been a FEMA drill for which we already had the manual, which I included as Appendix A. Amazon banned it less than a month after it went on sale, Catherine, even though it sold over 500 copies.
Brian Wright wrote a review of it.
The only review I know, though Mike Adams interviewed me a couple of times about it, was very concerned.
But something like Project Censor out of California has never even reported the book being banned.
How bad is that?
Meanwhile, this story, review of an important book, Amazon refused to publish.
The story first came my way by way of Mike Adams in his report.
Amazon was getting to the book banning business with his particular title, which to me proved whatever the book's point, it was worth looking into.
The author made it easy by publishing the book in PDF format and making it available here.
Well, that's when they banned it.
I released it for free as a PDF.
And that's why they had to bring the lawsuit, Catherine.
They wanted to gain control of the book, so I couldn't allow it to continue to be distributed by PDF.
Editor's note, which the Posner versus Fetzer lawsuit was designed to staunch, and which, under court order, I'm not presently able to provide, except I've now created a redacted edition.
So Brian Wright continues, I've read the book, digested the essentials.
As a professional editor, I found nobody's copy editing and formatting less than stellar.
But the book is well organized and the content bona fide.
It touches all the bases and answers the hard question.
Here's the key sentence: To an epistemological certainty, Sandy Hook was not real.
Nobody real died.
Sandy Hook was a FEMA drill with a purpose of generating support for an extreme gun control and federal power agenda.
This review will simply catalog the main factual data that demonstrates the certainty.
And then he goes through again and again: 489 student minus 20 equals 469, plus 70 staff and teachers nowhere to be found.
No evacuation.
The benefits to those who participated have been substantial.
The donation sites created by families of victims have all over 27 mil in excess of a million per family.
Was Sandy Hook elementary, even operational on December 14th?
And he goes through proof after proof after proof that it was, in fact, an abandoned building.
In fact, my Sandy Hook friends told me actually it wasn't even an elementary school.
It was a special needs school and it had been closed in 2006, Catherine.
So he's got a whole lot more.
He's got, you know.
The special needs of DHS.
But all of this falls under the remit of a criminal fraud.
It was a criminal fraud.
So I would just, you know, use the Trump admin, kick the door open again, and start from scratch.
And I would make, just like with the Trump cases, all these dodgy as hell judges that were tormenting Trump, all of them got paid.
Now I want to see some forensic analysis and find out how those corrupt motherfuckers were actually paid off because we're talking millions.
A judge that goes after Trump and claims that Mar-a-Lago is only worth $18 million when in that very week, you yourself could have gone on to realtor.com, found a property without a building up the street going for 200 million.
So when a judge lies so egregiously, they need to be paid several million.
Otherwise, they wouldn't get into it.
So where are those several million dollars?
It can be found.
It goes somewhere.
It goes either into a foreign Swiss bank account, which also is being tracked through the financial tracking.
You cannot move sums of that size unseen.
He was not given gold bars to dig away in his yard.
Even that can be seen over satellite.
But anyway, what I'm saying is, if I were Alex Jones, that's what I would do.
I would go on to the offensive and actually apply the lever at the very core, which is the evidence, and then make it, you basically turn shit to gold by going after these judges and saying, what on earth made them lie so pathologically?
If I were Trump, I would start going after these judges and say, where's the money that they must have been paid to suddenly turn into morons?
You know?
So I would chip away at this and I would say, good, good that they revealed themselves because every single one of these judges needs to be removed from the system.
They are part of the deep capture.
They are members of some sort of network that paid them off.
Well, if you go into my blog to that fake news, the truth versus Sandy Hook, you can not only download the redacted edition of the book, but Sandy Hook Truth, which I co-edited with Robert David Steele for President Trump during his first term.
Meanwhile, you mentioned my new lawsuit.
This is against the chief of police and the mayor.
We actually, in this little village of Oregon, Wisconsin, just 10 miles south of Madison, it's only about 4,000 pop.
It's not even incorporated.
We don't have a mayor, but we do have a village president.
So I brought to them a massive evidence about my being harassed by a fellow who appears to have been hired by Sandy Hook Promise, Catherine.
In the Sandy Hook community, there are three divisions.
They're my friends, who, because they were the two women were cast by their mothers, they didn't sign non-disclosure agreements.
So they're free to talk without fear of prosecution.
Then there's the parents who are making all the money.
That's Sandy Hook Promise.
And they're affiliated with schools all over the country.
You see ads on television.
They're still raking in a million bucks a month.
And then there are the rest of the participants who are passive and don't have an active role.
Well, Promise is very upset with my friends because they don't like it.
They see it as a threat, especially because I have been appealing my lawsuit and they're worried that it's going to be reversed and might cut off their gravy train.
So I hired a guy who's a professional reputation wrecking ball who resides in the Republic of Georgia on the border of Russia to attack me.
And he's attacked me hundreds and hundreds of times.
Now, to get a legal, you know, a criminal against him, I got to go to my local law enforcement.
But the local law enforcement has refused to do anything about it.
So, you know, after months and months of trying to persuade them, giving all the evidence, even enumerating the statutes in Wisconsin have been violated, I said, am I going to have to sue you to make you do your job?
And I've now had to do that.
I've now had to sue them.
So here you see, Here you see the initial, this is only a 10-page complaint.
Type of action, civil complaint, non-performance of duty, request for criminal referral against Jennifer Pagenkoff, the chief of police and Phil Van Camp and the village president.
Plaintiff James Fetzer, Ph.D. Brose, meaning I'm representing myself, hereby submits the following complaint for non-performance of duty and request for criminal referral as follows.
Identify the party, jurisdiction, statement of facts.
Under about 25 July 2025 and previously during personal communication at plaintiff's home, plaintiff submitted formal complaints to the Oregon Police Department alleging multiple violation of Wisconsin criminal statutes, which now appear to include but are not limited to one, two, three, four, five, six, seven.
I mean, unlawful use of computerized communication system, defamation, invasion of privacy, harassment, loot obscene, or indecent material, disorderly conduct, abuse of individual at risk.
Plaintiff provided extensive documentation, including hundreds of examples of harassing, defamatory, and obscene messages sent to electronic communication systems in violation of the above statutes by Victor Hugo Vaca Jr.
These may be accessed at bitshoot.com by searching under Victor Hugo Jim Fetzer.
Five examples are given here as exhibits A through E. Differences of opinion, including videos reporting that probably fall within the protection of freedom of speech and of the press.
But that is not the case here.
His conduct constitutes cyber stalking under U.S. Code 2261A and criminal harassment under Wisconsin Statute 947.013, which includes engaging in a course of conduct or repeatedly committing acts which harass or intimidate a person, which serve no legitimate purpose.
Criminal harassment is repeated conduct that causes a person to fear for their safety or well-being, including repeated unwanted communication following or cyber stalking.
Repeated contact can include repeated calling or messaging someone, even if the content isn't violent.
Cyber stalking involves go ahead.
So that your viewers understand what you're referring to.
Could you show the appendix or the appendices?
Because hearing a description, when I saw that, I just couldn't believe it.
So number one is this is a video of his, a video thumbnail where he's making you into be a killer.
Yeah, of my mother.
That's my mother.
Having learned that my mother had committed suicide when I was 11 years of age, Victor used the opportunity to suggest I was somehow implicated in her suspicious death by murder.
Knowing that I suffered a heart attack in February of 2023, there's been speculation.
Victor has been attempting to induce another, which on several occasions he's rather openly admitted, showing the image of a tombstone and I'm not going to be around longer and blah, blah, blah.
He's been rather open about it.
Here's another.
Reason never fully explained.
Victor has attacked Susan Bradford, a colleague, wrote to him in my defense in a sincere effort to mitigate the conflict between us.
We were attacked as suffering from mental health issues.
Curiously, because of my wife's skepticism about my relation with participants in the Shandyhook shooting event, Catherine, she doesn't even think they're real, which my research has proven to have been a FEMA exercise presented as mass murder to promote gun control.
I have undergone, this is to pacify her, dementia tests and come out clean on cognitive test twice, 27 out of 30, 28 out of 30, but also had a brain scan showing no signs of dementia.
This suggests that Victor may have made access to my personal medical records in his ongoing effort to destroy my public reputation.
And I added below the best overall single video, if you want to watch, Sandy Hook, what we know now that we didn't know then.
Here's another.
Victor's style is to take any word, phrase, or expression and distort its original meaning in context in order to vilify and smear his targets.
Discussion of the genocide in Gaza has, as is well known, generated worldwide condemnation of Israel for the wanton slaughter.
My co-host Paul Huff has argued for White Lives Matter and variations on that theme, which is all appropriate in open discussion and debate on radio talk shows that I regularly host.
But for Victor, virtually any discussion of any subject under the sun provides more ammunition for his relentless, vicious, and often sadistic attacks where he appears to be being paid by the peace.
And if you read the details, you'll see how he throws everything into his captions.
Victor has been especially brutal towards Susan Bradford, who wrote on my behalf to explain his attacks on me were not well-founded.
Victor specializes in front-loading his attacks by which is meant.
He creates cover art that bemeans slanders or otherwise discredits them and uses the captions to convey his message.
Plaintiff has described, I have described his efforts as political pornography, where the content of the videos frequently bears no relationship to the covers or the captions.
He seeks refuge from prosecution by claiming to reporting and defending free speech, but his actions and patterns of abuse are clearly anything but expressions of free speech.
And you see how he denigrates Susan.
Victor has shown an obsession with gay sex since at least 2008, where the New Times of Miami published about his hanging a banner of a four-foot-long penis from a balcony as a publicity stunt, court romantics from one of Miami's strangest, 11 December 2008.
Now, he implies that I am gay by smearing me and even marketing underwear with my name on it just for the record.
I am straight with a son by my first wife and a daughter by my second.
He has no moral qualms.
And I conclude defendants have had these exhibits in their possession since at least 3 August 2025 and have not only taken no corrective action, but as a piece of beliefs has informed me, intend to take no action, no action at all, Catherine.
One question I have, I mean, this is a festival, this is just utterly hilarious because you called it cover art.
I mean, this is art in the broadest possible sense.
But if I see a video with that sort of garish, the colors and the mess, you know, I'm not even going to click on the video.
It looks like trash.
Anyhow, you say that he now lives in the Republic of Georgia.
So how do you know that he lives there?
That he's not in the U.S. anymore.
Oh, there's been a lot of research.
I hired a PI to track him in Florida.
I've gone to his residence, blah, blah, blah.
He appears to be in Georgia.
There are a whole lot of people who are investigating this.
Catherine, there are now over 900 of these videos, 900.
The thing is, when people move internationally, this guy, I think he's a CIA asset because he does this, you know, to raise a bit of money, but he seems to have another.
Because why Georgia?
Has he married somebody there?
Does he have a gay lover in Georgia?
Because Georgia, there's only one flag I have for Georgia, which is these digital nomads pick Georgia as one of their several countries where they stay part of the year to stay basically non-tax resident anywhere.
So they go a third of the year spent here, then then, then Georgia is one of those in that circuit.
But why else would you move to Georgia unless you work for the CIA?
Well, did your PI say anything about?
I had a PI do a background and he sent me a 16-page rap sheet.
But he advised me I couldn't use it unless it were verified by the Department of Law Enforcement in Florida.
And they have not been willing to do that.
So he created a list of about 300 very prominent people in journalism, news networks, and all that.
Victor.
And he'd been attacking me.
And in one of the responses, I simply asked the question, Victor, may I share your rap sheet with the members of this list?
I think they'd find it interesting.
And he went bananas, three pages of legal reason why I couldn't do it.
He said, of course, he's done nothing wrong, but he had three pages why I was going to be sued if I were to release the rap sheet.
I thought that was wonderful.
Why is it even field?
Isn't that public knowledge?
Isn't that publicly accessible data?
This was because it was done by a private investigator.
This wasn't directly from the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, which would have been different, I think.
Once you know where to look, couldn't you go to those public databases in the various counties and just find the records yourself and then produce the stuff that you found?
But it's down in Florida, you know.
I would just go after this because again, again, the fact that he has this rap sheet, again, just makes it the perfect intelligence agency asset.
They use people like that.
Everything about him just fits like a puzzle piece.
So I think this guy is being, he has been hired by the intelligence agencies who have pulled off Sandy Hook and who can corrupt judges and pay them off.
I would make a case at the FBI and say, you know, Bongino get on this, onto this, because the entire false flag industry that's per, I mean, it's a cottage industry by now.
It's proliferating across the country.
That needs to be shut down because it's all criminal fraud and it's not what the taxpayers' money is intended for.
You know?
I could not agree more.
Can you pair up with Alex Jones and try to reach Bongino and say, listen, out of your 38,000 employees, set five onto this case of these false flag operations and start diffusing this situation?
Well, see, because the platforms Mitchute and Rumble are supporting him.
They've even adjusted their algorithm.
So if you do a search for me on JFK, you'll get Victor Hugo on Jim Fetzer or on Sandy Hook.
You'll get Victor Hugo and Jim Vetzer on Sandy Hook.
You won't get Jim Vetzer on Sandy Hook.
That I've had to launch lawsuits against Mitch Hute and Rumble for not enforcing their own terms of service.
And it's a long story, but that case has been filed in the Western District of Wisconsin here in federal court, Catherine.
And there's suggestions.
There's a vast network in the background, and it ties in with some of the parties you're mentioning here.
And therefore, it appears...
I'm talking to the intelligence agencies.
This is the intelligence agencies.
This is why I would go to the source and say, well, this is some advanced shit fuckery between DHS and the FBI.
And this is not what we paid for.
So please tidy it up.
Tidy it the hell up.
Use government resources to tidy it up because beyond a certain point.
And also, Bongino is involved with Rumble.
He's one of the investors.
As one of the investors or bigger investors, rather, he can also reach out to the IT department and go, oh, who the hell adjusted your algorithm?
Maybe I send some agents over to you to look at the network logs and figure out who adjusted the algorithm to, you know, promote this idiot.
So there's a trail.
Remember, there's a financial trail, a telecommunication trail, you know, a digital trail.
All the computers generate log files about everything.
All of this can be found.
You just have to start coercing the agency to act within.
And I think your best bet is the FBI.
It's kind of crazy.
I find myself suing the Oregon Village for doing.
To be fair, I don't think they can do anything because, you know, what would the Oregon police do against or the Wisconsin or Oregon-Wisconsin police do against somebody in Georgia?
They just issue a criminal complaint.
I get forward to Interpol.
Oh.
Oh, oh.
Well, the FBI can be a good idea, Catherine.
And I've explained.
Yeah.
Yeah.
It's in the docs.
Yes.
I do.
I just remember that.
Yeah.
Well, you know what?
I think you have to press forward.
Sorry, I just skimmed it before the show, but yes, you're right.
I think it's, I certainly applaud this court case of yours.
In general, I love court cases because they create a public record and they have to say for your individual case, yay or nay, right?
And they have to justify it.
So, but I personally, I would also involve the FBI, go right to the source, drag them into this.
And, you know, you're suggesting I should write to Dan Bongino.
Well, not in his personal capacity, but as the deputy director and say this is one of the false flags and all these cases against Alex Jones, this is directly because of criminal fraud in DHS and the FBI.
And people publicly saying it was bullshit and then it be made effectively illegal, you know, under penalty of ludicrous astronomical damages to say the truth.
This is not how we can continue forward.
There's no way that this can be left to stand.
So I think a way around after Alex Jones was bounced off the Supreme Court, this should be used as an occasion.
Hey, the Supreme Court didn't end this gracefully.
Well, now they have it coming.
And I would go back, catch them on the rebound, and this time go back specifically with a remit to look into these judges' mortgage deals and finances because they are paid off correlated in time to when they have to lie, when they have to, you know, drop a case under the table.
Ah, God, I would just, man, I'm like a shark.
I smell blood in the water and I would just go after them and not let go, never let go.
And the more bullshit they pull, the more people you tie in.
I may have to return to you as a special consultant on this matter.
Fire up.
Go get them.
No, you're doing awesome work.
I can't thank you enough for another scintillating conversation.
You give Bill my deepest regards and for rapid recovery.
Meanwhile, this is Jim Vetzer, your host on this real deal special report with Weekly with Bill Benny and Catherine Horton under fire.
