	How did I miss it?
	U.S. Supreme Court rejects Alex Jones' challenge to a $1.4 billion defamation judgment, Washington, October 14th.
	The U.S. Supreme Court declined Tuesday to a challenge by conspiracy theorist Alex Jones of a $1.4 billion judgment awarded to families of the victims of the San Diego Elementary School mass shooting in Connecticut over the Infowars website, founders, false statements that the 2012 incident was a hoax.
	Except, of course, it wasn't a hoax.
	It was a hoax.
	Alex got it right initially, and then he equivocated, took it all back, claimed he'd been wrong.
	It was ridiculous.
	The justice has turned away his appeal of the Connecticut Appellate Court's decision in a defamation lawsuit against him to uphold most of the judgment issued by the judge and jury in 2022 to 14 family members of children and school employees who were killed and an FBI agent who responded to the shooting.
	In doing so, the top U.S. judicial body left the judgment in place.
	Now, understand I sought to enter as an amicus as a friend of the court in three different cases: the Remington case in Connecticut, the Alex Jones case in Austin, and the Alex Jones case in Connecticut.
	I had a massive evidence to prove that it had been a hoax, that nobody died at Sandy Hook.
	Neither side, neither the plaintiffs nor the defendant, neither Remington Arms Company, nor the prosecution there.
	They'd rather shell out $77 million than have an appellate brief explaining the whole thing was an elaborate lose, nor Alex in either of his trials, where again I sought to enter as an amicus.
	I would have gladly supported him here.
	I cannot believe that his legal team did not reach out to me when $1.4 billion is at stake.
	Unbelievable.
	They'd rather suffer an excess of a billion-dollar penalty than resort to this guy, this expert, this editor of a book where he brought together 13 experts, including six PhDs, to establish that the school had been closed since at least 2008.
	Turns out it was actually closed in 2006, that there were no students or teachers there, and that it had been a FEMA drill presented as mass murder to promote gun control, for which we already even had the FEMA manual.
	And today I have so much more.
	They must be aware of the publication on my blog, for example, Fake News, The Truth versus Alex Jones, which I published back on 16 April 2024, confirming what Robert Barnes, the celebrated attorney, said of his visit to the Alex Jones trial in Austin.
	That was unlike any courtroom he'd ever seen with three cameras, one of which was pointed at the jury and that it looked like a made-for-TV movie, where I've been able to prove that at least three of the descendants, Emily Barker,
	Noah Posner, and Victoria Soto, are alive and well, where Noah Posner was a legal fiction, created out of photographs of Michael Wabner as a child, and where both Emily and Victoria are alive and well because they were cast in their roles by their mothers.
	They had not signed non-disclosure agreements.
	And when they felt I was being abused in the judicial system, they reached out to me in order to lend their support and provided me with lots and lots of proof, including of Noah celebrating his eighth birthday.
	Pretty good for a kid who has died at the age of six.
	The Connecticut FEMA schedule showing the exercise L366 scheduled to be held in Newtown, where they even sent out a map to show how to get there, where Victoria reprised her role as Eva Morales at Uvalde, for which she was paid an additional $210,000.
	I mean, it's outrageous.
	I could have enabled them to put up a real defense, and they didn't do it.
	They didn't reach out to me.
	They have to know I'm here.
	I've been around and about on Sandy Hook.
	I am the last man standing.
	So they'd prefer to go down to 1.4 billion defamation judgment and get the truth out by soliciting my support in an affidavit I would have gladly provided.
	Outrageous.
	Meanwhile, there are other developments in my own case where I've been forced to sue Bitchut and Rumble for violating their own terms of service where the punitive penalties could run 30 million each.
	And I'm telling you, the evidence is growing by the day.
	That's in the Western District of Wisconsin, the federal court, and where I've now submitted a civil complaint in the Dane County Circuit Court for the non-performance of duty and request for criminal referral from the chief of police and the Oregon Village President for refusing to perform their duty.
	When I submitted to them massive, overwhelming evidence of the violation of Wisconsin statutes by one Victor Hugo Vaca Jr., you can now find it linked here, where I explained the statutes that were violated, gave masses of evidence, and yet they refused to act.
	I'd even advise them that I might be forced to sue.
	We'll see how they respond.
	My prayer for relief, plaintiff, me, representing myself pro se, respectfully request the court declare that defendants failed to perform their official duties,
	order appropriate corrective or disciplinary measures, refer the matter for criminal investigation under Wisconsin statutes 94612 and 94610 and other applicable statutes, permit plaintiff to share the criminal complaint with interpol,
	given the international residence of the alleged defender, fine defendants $1,000 per day apiece since 5 August, 2025, to be paid by them personally to plaintiff for the pain and suffering caused by their ongoing dereliction of duty and award costs and any other relief the court deems just and proper.
	I believe they are being served with their summons today, perhaps even as I speak.
	Meanwhile, turning to international affairs, Paul Craig Roberts has published a brilliant piece, Sizing Up Trump and Putin, where he goes through the good that Trump has done, but also the bad.
	Similarly, for Putin, they've done a lot of good things, closed the border, attempting to deport some of the millions, the Democrats, freed the January 6th protesters, attempting to dislodge DEI,
	replace merit throughout U.S. society, reduce anti-Americanism in the enormous federal bureaucracy, and stop the weapon of law against Americans.
	In light of those achievements, it is frustrating that in other important areas, Trump is failing disastrously.
	He has supported a genocide with American money weapons and diplomatic cover.
	He committed an act of war against Iran at the urging of Netanyahu.
	He has relied on orders to the president of Russia in place of diplomacy.
	When his orders are not obeyed, he imposes punishment.
	The current order for a ceasefire in Ukraine without addressing the underlying causes of the conflict.
	The punishment is orders to India and China to stop purchasing Russian oil.
	In other words, as Venezuelan President Hugo Chavaz said of President George W. Bush, he speaks as if he owns the world.
	There are much more to it.
	Paul Craig Roberts has been issuing a blizzard of excellent, excellent articles, of which we may review as many as five during today's program.
	Meanwhile, There will be no Ukraine peace deal.
	Putin should quickly win the conflict before it leaves his control.
	Otherwise, a big war is in the making.

	One wonders how much longer Putin and Lavrov will take it, or even if they comprehend the situation.
	For four years, Putin and Lavrov have demonstrated enormous interest in ending the conflict by resolving the basic cause.
	The West has never bothered to understand that the basis of the conflict is Washington's hegemonic foreign policy in NATO and U.S. missile bases on Russian borders in Poland and Romania.
	The Kremlin has been reluctant to see this and provocations such as the conflict in Ukraine created by U.S. Zionist neoconservatives as a declaration of war on Russia.
	The Kremlin mistakenly has relied on the West coming to its senses and realizing that profits from economic inaction are preferable to war, especially nuclear.
	This reliance on common sense by the Kremlin has proven to be wrong.
	Putin made a very bad bet.
	John Helmer has pointed out no Western government wants an end to the conflict because of the large rake-off in commissions from weapons sales.
	Gilbert, Dr. Rowe, and myself have pointed out that the war under Putin's direction has widened far beyond Putin's unenforced red lines and now consists of drone attacks deep inside Russia.
	These attacks are causing GPS disruption, airline delays, internet inaccessibility, and delays in payment processing, as well as some Russian civilian deaths.
	Russians are tiring of it and tiring of Putin's endless toleration.
	Yes, he needs to end the war before matters get enormously worse.

	Paul Craig Roberts, again, Russia no longer acknowledges acts of war.
	Putin initiated the Russian policy of not acknowledging acts of war when he defined the attack on Russia's strategic bomber force as an act of terrorism in order to evade his responsibility to respond.
	Anticipating Washington's delivery of nuclear-capable Tomahawk missile to Ukraine, the Kremlin has defined their use against Russia as terrorist attacks aimed at escalating the conflict.
	In other words, Putin has canceled his warning that the use of tomahawks against Russia means the supplier of the missiles and targeting information or co-belligerents subject to Russian military response.
	If non-enforcement of all of Russia's red lines has not already convinced Washington that there would be no Russian response to the deployment of tomahawks, the statement yesterday by the Russian Foreign Ministry will remove any hesitation in Washington by the Foreign Ministry's cancellation of the co-belligerent threat, as was completely obvious from the beginning.
	By attempting to limit the conflict and make it seem non-threatening to the West, Putin's never-ending war has greatly widened turning it into the war with the West that Putin did not want.
	Meanwhile, Zelensky says Ukraine is working to expand long-range strikes inside of Russia.
	Ukrainian President Zelensky said Monday that Ukraine was working to expand long-range attacks inside Russia with a focus on targeting oil refineries.
	Zelensky said he held a meeting with arms manufacturers that produced long-range weapons.
	We reviewed the effectiveness of our long-range strikes over a defined period and the results achieved.
	He wrote on X. Russian oil refining is already paying a tangible price for the war and will pay even more.
	We set tasks to expand the geography for the use of our long-range capabilities.
	He added, so far, the U.S. has denied Zelensky's request for tomahawk missiles, which are nuclear capable and have a range of over a thousand miles.
	But, according to media reports, the U.S. has been helping Ukraine with strikes deep inside Russia, including its drone attacks on Russian energy infrastructure.
	I dare say it's entirely possible under these circumstances that even, even Vladimir Putin might be overthrown.
	Meanwhile, Henry Macau reports the U.S. is a Masonic Jewish vassal state.
	And he reviews a book about Soviet spying in the 30s and the 40s and why, you know, the Wisconsin Senator McCarthy actually was closer to right than wrong.
	Meanwhile, Rubio says Israeli airstrike in Gaza is not a violation of the ceasefire when it obviously and blatantly is precisely that.
	U.S. Secretary of State Mark Orubio on 27 October defended an Israeli airstrike on Gaza, insisting it did not breach a ceasefire mediated by Washington, Egypt, and Qatar.
	We don't view that as a violation of the ceasefire.
	He said aboard U.S. President Trump plane during a trip to Asia.
	His remarks came after Israel claimed to have targeted a member of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad Resistance Movement in central Gaza on Saturday, alleging the individual is preparing an attack on Israeli forces, right?
	They'll just make up any damn excuse they want to kill anybody they like.
	That's what's going on.

	The neocons are backed by Ron Paul, who calls it like it's C-C's.
	According to several recent news reports, the two major Trump foreign policy shifts last week are the handiwork of Marco Rubio, the president's Secretary of State and acting national security advisor.
	As with all neocon plans, they will be big on promises and small on delivery.
	First up, according to Bloomberg, it was Rubio who finally convinced President Trump to take ownership of the U.S. proxy war on Russia and for the first time place sanctions on Russia.
	Up to this point, Trump chose to portray himself as a mediator between Ukraine and Russia.
	But with this move against Russia's oil sector, he can no longer credibly claim this is Joe Biden's war.
	The Trump move followed a confusing few weeks since the Trump-Putin-Alaska summit in August.
	After that meeting, Trump had dropped the neocon position that ceasefire in the Russian-Ukraine war must occur before any peace negotiations.
	It was a sign that Trump was looking more realistically at the war.
	He also said he did not think Ukraine would win, which is pretty obvious.
	And out of the blue list, Wick announced to his Treasury Secretary that he was imposing those sanctions on Russia.
	Very, very bad, very, very bad, making matters far worse.
	Meanwhile, the world confronts a genocide.
	Washington is trying to bury anti-war.com.
	On October 4th, 2025, President Trump stressed one of the main goals behind his Gaza plan was to restore Israel's international standing.
	Bibi took it very far, and Israel lost a lot of support in the world, Trump said.
	Now I am going to get all that support back.
	Fat chance.
	Talk about being self-deluded.
	Under Trump's plan, a supposed ceasefire took effect on October 10th, but Israel only withdrew from less than half of the Gaza Strip, killing at least 93 in the next two weeks, after killing at least that many per day for the previous two years.
	Israel has only allowed 15% of the humanitarian aid called for in the plan to enter Gaza and has kept the critical Rafa crossing from Egypt into Gaza closed.
	The daily life and death struggle to find food, water, and shelter carries on unabated for two million people in Gaza.
	Meanwhile, Israel's Ben-Gerv calls for shooting children near Israel's yellow line.
	Israel's far-right minister Ishmael Ben-Gerv has made yet another shocking remark, saying the regime forces should shoot children and donkeys near a ceasefire demarcation zone known as the Yellow Line.
	During a meeting of Israel's Security Cabinet, the military deputy chief of staff reportedly said that Israeli forces were instructed to open fire on Palestinians who crossed the line, but to arrest children if they were found near it.
	In response, Ben-Gerv said Israel must stop being merciful and start shooting a child riding a donkey near the so-called yellow line.
	Knesset member Duty Anslom then asked, Who should we shoot first?
	The child or the donkey?

	Meanwhile, a jury of conscience finds Israel is perpetrating an ongoing genocide.
	The Gaza Tribunal's final statement calls for legal accountability, suspension of Israel from global groups.
	I presume that includes expulsion from the United Nations, an activation of a veto-proof UN mechanism for international intervention to stop the genocide.

	A civil society panel assembled in response to Israel's annihilation and starvation of Gaza delivered its final statement Sunday in Istanbul detailing nine categories of crimes committed, warning that genocide continues, going on humanity to take action to perpetrate legally and morally accountable.

	The Health Ministry of Gaza stated on 27 October, nearly 100 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli attacks since U.S. President gave the ceasefire.
	According to ministry, 93 were killed, 332 injured since 11 October.
	They've added, they've recovered up bodies of 472 Palestinians killed during the war.
	Victims are still under the rubble and on the streets as ambulance and defense teams have been unable to reach them so far, of course.
	Meanwhile, an Israeli drone attack in southern Gaza killed two Palestinians.
	In fact, there are lots of Israeli attacks.
	Here we have the U.S. and UN and France who are declaring that Israel is attacking UN peacekeepers in Lebanon is not good, but to be expected.
	Here we have it.
	UN spokesman Stephanie Durarik, our colleagues at UNFIL are in touch with the idea to protest vehemently what has happened.
	It's not the first time we've been targeted in different ways by the IDF, including Pwayne Lasers a warning shot to brush alum.
	The United Nations France Monday condemned Israeli fire near UN peacekeeping troops in southern Lebanon after an incident during which peacekeepers neutralized an Israeli reconnaissance drone.
	That is, of course, excellent.
	And I completely approve of neutralizing a drone very appropriate.

	Marketing is an expression of a society's norms, value, and demographics.
	It's meant to serve the free market by appealing to either a target demographic or the most common demographic as a way to sell products and services.
	That said, advertising can also be used as propaganda, designed to sell ideologies rather than sodas, cars, and insurance.
	This has been the primary setting of marketing in the West for the last 10 years.
	The vast majority of commercials have political messaging embedded within them, though it might not be obvious for the unaware.
	Once you notice a pattern, it's impossible to avoid.
	So here they're discouraging whites from marrying other whites.

	Meanwhile, over 150 New York Times contributors are going to boycott the paper over its coverage of Gaza.
	More than 150 New York Times contributors have signed a pledge not to write for the newspaper's opinions section, citing its biased coverage of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and war in Gaza.
	Until the New York Times takes accountability for its biased coverage and commits a truthfully and ethically reporting on the U.S.-Israeli war in Gaza, any putative challenge to the newsroom or the editorial board in the form of a first-person essay is, in effect, permission to continue this malpractice.

	President Trump needs to turn attention to our problems.
	Do you remember when we were told that the Reagan deficit was going to destroy the economy?
	In the past two and a third months, ending October 15th, the U.S. national debt increases by a trillion.
	That's five times greater in a mere 71 days than David Stockman's exaggerated 200 billion annual deficits, as far as the eye can see.
	He falsely attributed to President Reagan's tax rate reduction in lieu of the, in light of the 38 trillion U.S. national debt.
	Why is Washington financing Israel's wars and the war against Russia and Ukraine?
	The weaponization of the U.S. dollar with sanctions and asset freezes and confiscations has resulted in a decline in the percentage of international transactions accounted for by the U.S. dollar.
	Indeed, it's much worse.
	Meanwhile, here he's got it exactly right, namely that America needs a party that represents American interests.
	Yes, I couldn't agree more.
	In the 20th century, the difference between Republicans and Democrats was between a party that wants citizens rewarded on merit and a party that wants citizens rewarded based on needs.
	It was Democrats who gave the needy property rights, sometimes called entitlements, via taxation, rent control, and other redistribution methods in the income of taxpayers.
	The needy and their needs expanded rapidly, necessitating further violations of constitutionally protected property rights.
	Today, an American making 300 grand annually pays a third of his income in federal taxes, on top of which are added state sales and excise taxes on services such as electricity and telephone and property taxes to pay for the education of other people's children.
	Today, a middle-class American, the few who still remain, face a larger claim on their income than feudal lords had on the labor of serfs.
	Wow.
	How stunning is that?
	Meanwhile, the DOD promised a swarm of attack drones, but we're still waiting.
	Nord's own Department of Defense isn't following through and doing its job either.
	But then it's no surprise.
	Defense officials consistently doubt the replicator initiative, an ambitious effort to swarm thousands of attributable, inexpensive drones at breakneck pace to counter China as a great success.
	DOD, actually DOW, Secretary Hegset, testified in June the initiative had made enormous strides toward diversifying and fielding multiple thousands of unmanned systems across multiple domains with thousands more planned, but it isn't happening.
	More words, more promises without corresponding deeds.
	Meanwhile, an expert has suggested drones could replace large U.S. Army units in Europe.
	Since 1945, the U.S. Army has been designed to defend Europe.
	Despite detours in the counterinsurgency in Southeast Asia and the Middle East, the Corps of the Army remains a large force of heavily mechanized brigades.
	But times are changing.
	The Obama admin shifted American strategy from Europe to Asia.
	Today, the Trump admin is prioritizing homeland defense, the Western Hemisphere, and the Pacific.
	So, what do you do with an army designed for Europe when Europe isn't the focus anymore?

	At a swanky Tuesday night event in Washington, defense tech startup SHIELD AI announced what it describes as the world's first autonomous fighter jet.
	The stellar plane, known as the X-Bat, has the ability to organically close its own kill chains without reliance on third-party assets.

	And actually, I've heard that Putin was replaced a long time ago, or maybe he just has a lot of body holes.
	So looking at the issue that we are members of the United Nations and that our vote at the Security Council has been blocking any kind of action of most importance against Ukraine, and that I don't trust the UN anyway.
	We shouldn't trust them.
	They can bring in their blue-helmeted people if they're given a chance.
	And by us supporting a genocide in Israel, we may have given them that chance by being members.

	So people could download the petitions and start trying to get us out of the UN and out of NATO, which appears to be an organization that's out of control between the reports of child trafficking, drug smuggling, and other nefarious activities, and the fact they keep seeming to try to supply weapon power from the West to the Ukraine conflict.
	So I want to put those ideas out there.
	Once again, we need to try to get out of the UN and out of NATO.

	I continue to have a distrust of Trump.

	And we need to follow that legal process and get it out of there, which requires Senate approval to reverse something that supposedly required Senate approval to begin with.

	Brian Artis is a chiropractor and he appears to be a very bright man and he is locating research done all over the planet that they have indeed figured out how to replicate toxins from vipers and snails and use these to create epidemics and create toxic exposures.
	And someone like David Steele, Robert David Steele may have fallen for it by being in a hotel and not having control over what comes through the air conditioner vents.
	And maybe not control over what was in his food.
	It can apparently be transmitted in numerous ways and is believed to be absorbable into the intestines when ingested.
	It's a protein, so physicians were taught that proteins were broken down in the stomach acid, but that doesn't appear to be true necessarily for these toxins, or they may have been altered in such a way as to make them survive the acidic stomach.
	So all kinds of things are coming together that people need to look at.
	And it's exasperating to be lied to.
	You know, in my profession, I figured out only after I'd been in practice about 15 years that there seemed to be something going on, that we weren't given accurate information.
	Information was being withheld from us.
	And only after I got stalked out of Texas and started doing things like haunting used bookstores and finding books written by previous physicians, often now deceased, I realized that we were horn swoggled.
	So much of our education in medical school was skewed by a point of view intended to get us to prescribe drugs instead of having the knowledge of how to avoid illness.

	And so I want people to think about actions at your medical board that they thought going after physicians who are outliers in combating by combating the pharmaceutical industry because the pharmaceutical companies, I think, probably own the boards, the licensing boards, the same way they own the Okawa Congress.

	You know, and also personally, the Food Stamp Section 8 program was not meant to be a lifestyle.
	It was meant as a stepping stone, you know, to get you out of the system.

	That makes sense in this economy even more.
	But originally, it was a stepping stone to where you applied for these benefits and then you got a job and you were off of them.
	But this also, Americans have, Americans have allowed this to become a way of life for so many years.

	Now, if it's something with these cities like Darien, Stanford, Darien, Greenwich, no, you're going to see union workers fixing the streets and doing that from the city.
	They have to be legal and they have to, it's usually not.
	It's mostly white guys and black guys.

	But when it comes to this private stuff working on the houses, there's a lot of that.
	And no, they're not paying them $15 an hour.

	A lot of sometimes it's good money.

	Now, like my husband says, that is what the National Guard is there for anyway, right?
