	Well, this is Jim Fetzer, your host on the raw deal.
	All right, here on Revolution Radio Studio B this first day of October 2025.
	A fearsome threesome edition with Joaquina Gopian and Russ Winner, whom we expect to join us momentarily.
	I begin with what might be regarded as the coup de gras to the Charlie Kirk shooting event.
	Here we have a bizarre eyewitness interview that went out on ABC and it had more than a few peculiar aspects, in fact, even devastating.
	Saga and this one takes the cake when it comes to this bizarre world and what is put on television programming.
	What you see here is the aunt of these two children.
	And her name is Tiffany Barker.
	And the two nieces, right here, you have Mia Grant and Ellie Steele.
	And the media constantly pushing the propaganda, putting children on the spotlight on the world stage when this is completely, obviously unnecessary.
	And these two look like something out of the shining.
	Just again, a very bizarre world was presented on television programming.
	Let's get right to it with this very strange interview conducted on ABC's Good Morning America.
	We're joined now by Tiffany Barker and her nieces Elle Steele and Mia Grant, who were all in the audience yesterday afternoon.
	Thank you for joining us this morning.
	I know it's been a difficult day for all of you right now.
	And Tiffany, let me begin with you.
	Just tell us what you remember about the scene yesterday.
	It was terrific.
	There was one shot that rang out and everybody instantly looked around and then fell to the ground.
	People saw Charlie instantly get shot in the neck.
	And I'm going to point this out real quickly.
	You see the audience at the whole scene in Utah and it's not the largest crowd in the world.
	It's not a small crowd either.
	But at the same time, you should be able to identify the individuals that claim that they were there.
	They're there.
	They should be seen because it's going to be noted that one of the girls state they were 15 feet away from Charlie when this went down.
	So if anybody could spot them.
	Let me make that rather telling point.
	This is the crowd all rushing away to safety, presumably from the shots.
	But look at the tent.
	There's no one in the tent.
	There's no Charlie.
	There's no Charlie AIDS.
	There's no assistance.
	There's no security.
	There's nothing.
	ABC Made a blunder of running footage that was of a rehearsal, a rehearsal.
	And you know that the crowd is only about one-third as dense as would actually be present.
	Check it out, but look at the tent, what a dead giveaway in the front row.
	That's where they should be if they're only 15 feet away.
	But nonetheless, I wanted to point that out, which is mentioned a bit later in this footage that's presented with the whole scene.
	Let's continue on.
	And everybody fell to the ground, and then people started running and got run over it.
	And I was with my family.
	We had 16 of us there, so five adults and like 11 children.
	And we instantly got separated.
	We're trying to find everybody.
	And we had amazing Good Samaritans that grabbed kids.
	One took my niece and took her to her apartment.
	Very strange to bring someone's niece, her niece, to an apartment.
	It kind of reminds me of that one event in the Northeast from years ago with the individual named Gene Rosen bringing children into his home after that event as well.
	Just very strange, very bizarre.
	Let's continue.
	Somebody grabbed these two and my daughter and took them over to the tennis courts and stayed with them till I came.
	It was a super awful tragedy, and there were really good people that stood up and supported each other.
	And it was actually really powerful to see that.
	Alan, me, I can't imagine how scared you must have been yesterday.
	What can you tell us about what you all remember?
	Elle, you go first.
	So I remember hearing this thing.
	I didn't, it was hard to like know what it was, but then I saw it and I saw blood everywhere and it hit his artery.
	And then just very bizarre.
	This child talking about an artery being hit.
	I mean, how old is this child?
	And specific information being released, being stated here just again, doesn't pass a smell test with all these types of events.
	And when she says there was blood everywhere, we've looked, Candace, we previously parted at a camera from behind.
	There was no blood.
	We have cameras from in front that similarly showed no blood.
	Cameras from the side similarly showing no blood.
	There's no blood in the tent anywhere.
	There's no blood on the ground.
	There's no blood from his body being carried.
	There's no blood on the hands of those who presumably were trying to staunch the bleeding from his neck.
	There is blood on the video that's been enormously widely broadcast, which seems to be surging out of his neck, but it doesn't appear to be arterial because it's not coming out with pumps and spurts.
	It's the wrong color.
	It's not bright red.
	It's not dark red.
	It doesn't soak into the fabric and rather appears to be layered on top of it because it was layered on top of it.
	It was CGI.
	Joachim, your thoughts.
	Straight out of the studio, CGI production.
	I mean, yeah, we've seen so many anomalies with all the videos they've been parading out.
	And yeah, it's very obvious from that, you know, film footage short there that there was nobody on the stage.
	Yes, clearly a rehearsal.
	These are all crisis actors, you know, doing their job, getting paid for it, you know, to fool the American public again, because it's not like we've never seen this before.
	You know, I mean, it's it's just a total scam and a humiliation, really, for America to have to bear witness once again in another false flag bullshit production that has all these holes in it.
	It's so shoddy.
	It's and I've been saying, I think they are actually doing it on purpose.
	I think they want the public to say, we can't believe anything the government says to us.
	They want to be able to crack down on dissent and all the people that might be basically grouping behind some kind of government coup or overthrow or, you know, calls for that, you know.
	And so they want to be able to, you know, have an excuse for basically another false flag where they will actually begin attacking.
	He's he's putting out, Trump is putting out, you know, the military forces into 19 of our 50 states, you know, so it is becoming militarized.
	They're fighting wars, and that war is against the American people right now.
	Isn't it stunning?
	Let me play a little more of this clip because it is so fascinating that they actually show real footage later, meaning footage from the scene.
	And you see how many more people there are there, how many there are inside the tent, making it how further confirming, of course, what's obvious from the beginning that this is rehearsal footage.
	I can't think of a more damning refutation of the original story.
	I just fell to the I fell to the ground.
	I covered my head with my hands.
	Then I just started saying a prayer, and then we all ran.

	Then after the prayer was completed, then she started running.
	Something seems very off of that.
	Let's continue on.
	And we ran to like we ran away to, and then we met at the tennis courts, and I couldn't, and then we couldn't find anyone.
	It was just me, Mia, and then my other cousin, Bella.
	And then we saw, and then we were calling everyone, we didn't know what to do, and then we finally met up with them, and it was just so scary.
	Again, this well-spoken child, very young, but very articulate for her age.
	And the names are mentioned, Bella, like I've talked about so many times with the Bell.
	Let me back up here momentarily.
	And again, looking at the name, it's pronounced L, but it's spelled like Ellie Steele.
	You flip over the E's, you get your, obviously, your dual 33 in plain sight.
	The L's are threes as well.
	I mean, literally, this is full of coded 33s in plain sight.
	And her name is pronounced L. Find that interesting when it comes to Hebrew.
	L is God, just like Bella or Belle means Lord or Master.
	And the tennis courts are constantly being mentioned during the interview itself.
	And as I demonstrated in my Novak Djokovic video, specifically with this logo, when you turn it backwards, flip it around, it looks like sinner.
	So just another aspect of the law of reversal in play.
	Let's continue on here.
	Moving forward to Mia Grant during this interview on, again, ABC News.
	And let's take a listen to what is said here with, again, Mia Grant as she speaks after L or Ellie.
	I'm sure, Mia.
	I remember that we were like 15 feet away.
	I've got to stop right here.
	15 feet away.
	So specific with the numbers.
	And again, like I showed earlier.
	If you're 15 feet away from what went down, where are the individuals that we see on the screen anywhere around here?
	We have to really zoom in here to get a good look, but they would be in this vicinity around here.
	It's hard to tell, obviously.
	There's different angles.
	But again, to say, you know, 15 feet away, that number 15 for a young child, just really bizarre how specific and how the whole interview goes.
	But we'll continue on here.
	Once again, let me back up just here a tad and get back to the start of this.
	Again, where she mentions the number 15.
	I've covered the number 15 before.
	On the runic wheel, it is the cross.
	I'm sure, Mia.
	I remember that we were like 15 feet away, and I thought like the shot was like a firecracker or something.
	It just didn't seem real.
	Firecracker didn't seem real.
	This is a constant over the years with these events.
	After that, we went like behind where Charlie Kirk was.
	And then we were meeting up at the tennis courts and trying to find everyone.
	We got someone together.
	See how much more dense it's.
	Charlie Kirk was such a good guy.
	I'm going to miss him so much.
	I've always watched all of his videos.
	And I can't imagine what you all think.
	It's Charlie Kirk.
	Yeah, definitely.
	Yeah.
	I just can't imagine George Stephanopoulos just all full of sympathy for these kids.
	Stephanopoulos playing the role of the fool.
	But get this.
	You thought that was bad.
	Here's another sufficient reputation to show the whole thing's a fraud.
	Guess when Turning Point rented the facility for Charlie Kirk's funeral.
	Remember, Charlie was killed allegedly on the 10th.
	The funeral was on the 21st of September.
	This in the column of leaning toward that we're watching.
	Hey, fam, check this out.
	We can put this in the column of leaning toward that we're watching a movie.
	Get this.
	TPUSA rented that state farm stadium for this 21st of September in May.
	And oh, well, they have some other event that's going on.
	No, you go on their website.
	There was no other planned event that was on the schedule for the 21st of September.
	So are they expecting us to dig into this and find these things out and realize something's going on?
	Anyway, check it out.
	In May, Joaquin, in May.
	This is reminiscent of the March for Our Lives in Washington, D.C. following the Douglas school shooting in Florida, Parkland.
	They had the March for Our Lives with major events, roads closed, all these acts just weeks after.
	Well, it turns out in Washington, D.C., if you're going to close any roads for an event, you have to submit a permit application six months in advance.
	And we tracked it down.
	They did.
	They submitted the permit six months in advance for a shooting allegedly having precipitated.
	I mean, the absurdity, the blatancy, the lies are enormous.
	Your thoughts, how about that?
	The facility for the funeral was rented in May.
	Oh, yeah, they plan ahead.
	Yeah.
	Yeah.
	I mean, Amazon came out with a book about the death of Charlie Kirk the day before the event.
	You know, there's so many of these anomalies.
	It's just such a giveaway to the American public that has their eyes open to realize it's all a scam and it's all to basically one preoccupy all of our attention because you know, I mean, we're still talking about this and it happened, you know, 20 days ago now.
	So, yeah, I mean, it's a misdirection ploy that steals attention of the American people away from things like the Jeffrey Epstein episode that has never been delivered in the files about the war, basically, the war that the EU is trying to bring on against Russia.
	They're making all kinds of plans, basically the war that Trump is going to wage in Venezuela, in the Caribbean Sea.
	I mean, you know, all these things are going on, not to mention, you know, the quote 20-point peace plan by Trump to bring peace for his Nobel Peace Prize to the Middle East.
	You know, I mean, all this crap, you know, yeah, it's all a joke.
	You can't take anything seriously anymore.
	It is.
	It is.
	It is just ridiculous beyond words.
	You know, we have now, of course, the missing bullet and blood.
	When you pay for that, the missing bullet in the blood.
	Well, let's talk about it.
	Artificial intelligence and the movement at the bullet hole there, too.
	You can see the bullet hole doesn't exactly move perfectly with him.
	It looks like it moves slightly more to the front, which is either a projection or AI enhancement of some sort.
	And to me, it just looks fake.
	And we have a clip of someone that knows how to do CGI.
	I'll play that right here.
	So here, Ben Wehrman pointed this out.
	Was it all faked?
	Experienced video analysts have already come out and confirmed the original close-up of the neck is doctored.
	What is weird is all the footage I have, when I plug it into Final Cut and analyze it, there's always blurred, pixelated areas around Charlie.
	I don't want to sound crazy posting it, but I work on film and footage and something's up with footage I screen grab in the first few hours, almost like the clips were doctored in some way.
	So as of right now, and this is a great video, full breakdown, and we'll go through many of these clips.
	It seems that the most likely is the squid.
	However, there does seem to be indications in some places that appears to be CGI overlays, augmented reality, which is plausible, but not necessary.
	It doesn't necessarily have to include those elements, but there does seem to be indications of that, which we are looking at.
	Let me go back to the early earlier, Very good.
	And it is of the chair that one of the security guys throws off after Charlie falls.
	And it does go through a table.
	So we're going to put it up right now.
	Okay, right here.
	Well, it does look like he falls under the tablecloth as well.
	That might also be relevant there, but yeah, right there.
	Okay.
	And it will show it again.
	so the chair glitches and falls through the table that i don't think it's our eyes Well, not just saw, but where the blood had been seen in other angles.
	So right there, the t-shirt looks quite clean.
	I don't know if that's a microphone or whatever.
	But then when you look at his right collar, you can see that the microphone almost still seems to be attached in one of the frames.
	Yeah, there.
	It almost looks like the microphone is still there.
	And the shirt is very clean.
	But in an earlier clip, we see the microphone disappear.
	And we'll show that one soon.
	Yes.
	So yeah, it looks like the microphone is still there.
	Although in other clips, it looks like it flew off.
	And then I also did see what looked like white poster board behind the white thing in the front there.
	But yeah, here you can see it looks like maybe a cord.
	Maybe that's a blood spurt.
	But then you also see what looks like the microphone is still in its original position, as well as a lack of blood on the shirt.
	And I think we've all been stained with a cut before.
	And we know how blood really soaks up or material really soaks up blood.
	Right.
	Do you want to go into the chair, like the comparison, like the side-by-side comparison of the chair falling through versus how it fell?
	I don't know if the audience like left to the wonderful smell about the blood.
	See it because they got pushed out.
	You see, the bullet hole doesn't exactly move perfectly with him.
	It looks like it moves slightly more to the front, which is either a projection or AI enhancement.
	You can see it's on a screen that his image is behind him.
	Looks fake.
	And we have a clip of someone that knows how to do CGI.
	I'll play that right here.
	Well, we probably got enough on Charlie Joachim.
	Is there anything left?
	I mean, this is so insulting.
	Yeah.
	And then they carry him out to the SUV, and there's no blood, no whatsoever, in the whole trip.
	Yeah, I mean, yeah, there's just so many.
	And like I say, I think they know that there's going to be a large segment of the population that is going to be very doubtful about any kind of authenticity of any of their claims.
	And, you know, I think most people also believe that Tyler Robinson did not commit this crime.
	I think there's plenty of evidence that makes him innocent.
	So, you know, I mean, just everywhere you look with this particular event, it's all off.
	And you got to be blind not to see it.
	I think that's right.
	And I can't believe there are those who still are adamant.
	I have a colleague in JFK Research who makes up his mind about how he thinks things should have played out and then refuses to look at any evidence that contradicts it.
	I mean, I've sent him all these videos.
	I've sent him the Canvas.
	I've sent him the other where you can see there's no blood.
	I've sent him the CGI expose.
	I've sent him these.
	He won't even look at them.
	He won't even look at them.
	Joaquin, I mean, the great American philosopher, C.S. Perce, talked about ways of forming beliefs, one of which is science, you know, observation, experiment, measurement, actually looking at evidence.
	But another is a method of tenacity.
	Just make up your mind and never change.
	I don't know if I've ever seen a more clear-cut example of the method at tenacity than this colleague, Ralph Sin K, who happens to be a chiropractor.
	He's done some good work on JFK in the past.
	He convinced me we didn't even have to know the facial features.
	You know, it was JFK in the famous Halchin photograph because of the height, the weight, the build, the shirt, the t-shirt were the same as those of Lee when he was arrested.
	But now we've confirmed the facial features where Larry Rivera has done superpositions.
	And for a certainty, it is Lee Oswald and not the fellow the government claimed Billy Lovelight.
	He was also in the doorway beneath Lee on the steps, which means he not only cannot be the lone demanded gunman, but cannot have fired any shots because he was in the doorway when the JFK motorcade passed by.
	But when it comes to this Charlie Kirk thing, he won't even look at the evidence.
	Yeah.
	Well, I think it says a lot about the lack of civil discourse in America right now.
	They have the divide and rule going where a person cannot sit still, listen, and present each person's point of view without some kind of event of one, you know, either calling names against the other one.
	I mean, you know, civil discourse is just where two people disagree, but it's still back and forth and it's civil.
	But it seems like that's gone out the window in America now.
	Americans are just not the same.
	And I believe that it has a lot to do with, there's a lot of factors.
	There is a the ultra MK Ultra programming.
	You know, there's the all the basic heavy metals they're pouring down on us for decades now.
	The 5G, there's, and the kill shot, you know, it's impacting people's thinking processes where they're not able to discern reality.
	And then if you have a differing point of view, they attack you or run away or call you names.
	And it's just not civil.
	So I think it's just a symptom of our population now in the degeneration of the thinking processes.
	And not to mention, you know, the public education system that dumbs everybody down as well and takes away their critical thinking.
	Public education, television, and maybe most of all, cell phones.
	Yeah.

	Well, Christopher Key and I finally caught up with each other where he wanted to do an interview, having featured Victor Hugo multiple times on his show.
	And he seems quite enamored of Victor.
	So we discussed the now nearly 900 vicious, defamatory, sadistic videos that Victor has posted and how Victor's claims that I can't show that I was served in the Marine Corps,
	his claim that he himself is a veteran, but I, as it were, am not, that I have not even filed lawsuits against Rumble and bitch you because I didn't pay my filing fee.
	I asked if he would be willing, could grant permission for me to share a rap sheet I'd obtained from an Arizona PI.
	I mean, there's a lot of fascinating aspect to what we covered here.
	In the end, it looked as though Christopher might still be inclined to think there's something good, desirable, meritorious about Victor.
	So he had first tripped over us in relation to the debate where we had a one-hour exchange and I knew going in that Victor was going to savage me beat up.
	Victor wanted me to stay for seven.
	He was open to seven hours.
	Well, I had other priorities.
	I went in with the desire to draw Matt to prove that he was not a veteran and that on the Gifts and Go sites where he claims to be a veteran and seeking donations are actually examples of stolen valor.
	And I actually got him to admit that he had only been a midshipman, that he'd not been commissioned as an ensign, that he'd never served on active duty.
	Well, Christopher seemed to think he might be able to negotiate a resolution between me and Victor and wanted to do that.
	After this, Victor has declared, and this happened yesterday, he was going to have an open session on Rumble, a live stream, and he was going to answer questions.
	So in announcing this, which he did with great panfare, he omitted a link to the show with Christopher Key.
	I mean, that cannot be accentual.
	Thus, I took advantage of the opportunity to publish on this same massive link he created, where it's now, I don't know, 290 very prominent figures in the media, you know, podcasters and the like.
	So I just suggested in advance of the event some questions they might ask Victor, who seems not to have shared a link with my conversation with Christopher Key about which he will complain endlessly.
	So here's the link.
	Ask yourself if I address conclusively questions like the following.
	One, did Jim Fetzer serve in the United States Marine Corps?
	Two, is Victor entitled under law to call himself a veteran?
	Three, does Jim Fetzer come across as an op, as Victor claims?
	Four, does Victor have a preoccupation with sexual perversions?
	Five, does Jim have good reasons for his bitch rumble suits?
	Six, has Victor committed defamation, harassment, and elder abuse?
	Seven, should the village of Oregon be pursuing Jim's complaint?
	Victor is correct that at one point, I was sharing a satire of his and Wynn's claims that I threw my Sandy Hook case, but it was faithful to the positions they have publicly proclaimed.
	And Brian has doubts about my Sandy Hook friends, but look how they have supported me.
	Ask Victor some of these questions during this Rumble live stream and see how he reacts.
	If he has nothing to hide, why did he go ballistic when I asked for his permission to share the Arizona PI's rap sheet with you?
	And how could he blunder so massively about paying my filing fees?
	Great questions all.
	Now, I do not know, nor I imagine do you, Joaquin, what happened with his Rumble event.
	Do you have any idea?
	But I thought it was wonderful to suggest some questions that could be asked.
	Your thoughts.
	Yeah, I have no idea what happened.
	I'm not really paying much attention to Victor these days.
	There's too much else going on in the world.
	But yeah, I guess he had like a marathon event of five hours or something like that.
	Is that what you're saying he had?
	That he wanted?
	You mean originally when he had me on?
	I thought he ran across something where he supposedly had a five-hour marathon or something like this.
	Do you know if he did that?
	I do not know, but I assume that's the rumble we're talking about here.
	Yeah.
	Because I can't imagine how anyone who actually watched my conversation with Christopher Key could have any enthusiasm for Victor, any doubts about where these things stand.
	Much less hear Victor go on for five hours.
	Oh my God.
	I know how monstrous, how awful.
	By the way, so I began by pointing out where the whole matter, the dispute originated back on the 17th of December, where Brian Davidson, Victor Hugo, Don Grant, and I were doing Truth versus News, which is a weekly show we have in the past recorded on Sundays, now on Mondays, where you are now participating,
	I'm delighted to say.
	But where Brian, toward the end of the first hour, took exception to Victor's ongoing, it's the Jews, it's the Jews mantra, explained he felt that was more complex than that, that other parties are involved.
	He mentioned a Pilgrim Society, the Vatican, Jesuits.
	We even have, of course, Jews against genocide who occupied Grand Central Station in protest.
	So when Brian excused himself at the end of the show, I continued on with Victor and even with him on the fearsome forsome or would have until I discovered that he was attacking Brian as a coward, which I knew not to be the case.
	So I took him off of the shows unless he would be willing to make amends, withdraw his complaints against Brian, and perhaps we could have a reconciliation.
	But he was emphatic no, that it was his obligation as a journalist to report these things.
	And he was insisting Brian was a coward.
	And he began an onslaught of what have now amounted to today close to 900 of these vicious attack videos against me, against you, against Brian, against Carl, against anyone who has spoken on my behalf.
	I mean, it's just absolutely stunning what he's done here.
	And it's outrageous because they don't have a foundation.
	Now, some people misunderstand and think that it's the content of the videos that's important.
	It is not.
	It is the cover, you know, like this.
	Alex Jones, Sandy Fraud, exposes Schills, Jim Vetzer, Brian Davidson, Russ Winter, Stew Peters, Victor Hugo, expose Mike Adams, Brighton, Alex Jones, Sandy Hook, Jim Fetzer, Carl Herman attacks audience in comments for Jim Vetzer, Brian, Stew Peters, Victor Hugo exposed to Mike Adams, Brighton.
	He just goes on.
	Sandy Hook ruins Jim Vetzer credibility.
	Well, these are all outrageous and ridiculous.
	We have made many complaints about the videos individually, which have been ignored, rebuffed.
	I'm convinced it's simply an AI bot that has been responding automatically to say, no, no, they're all in accordance with the terms of service for Bitchuid and Romball.
	So I've had to proceed further, send them cease and desist demands, which they've also ignored, filed an affidavits in the Western District Court of Wisconsin as to their misconduct.
	And now, of course, filed lawsuits, more to comp.
	Meanwhile, I began by addressing his claim to be a veteran, American refugee living near the Russian border.

	But it turns out by law, Title 38 of the U.S. Code, a veteran is a person who served in the active military, naval air or space service of the United States and was discharged or released under conditions other than dishonorable.

	And the whole sensational aspect is to dethane with the photograph, you know, it's obscene, some of those, and the mislabel, you know, with the whole defamation, you know, and just keep pumping them out, recycling.
	He keeps doing this.
	I mean, he uses even old tapes, old videos from months ago.
	He recycles them, you know, and he just keeps doing this.
	And it's an operation.
	And we've kind of figured out that he sometimes goes all night.
	He doesn't sleep, which indicates maybe he's getting a little help too.
	But yeah, I'm sure he's getting paid because they hire, and you felt, you know, it was an inside job from the whole Sandy Hook promise group that generates all kinds of income and he's getting paid through that.
	And the key here is that the establishment that does all these horrible things like the whole Kirk shooting, all of it, the wars, they want to divide and conquer and totally blow up alt news, the independent news people that bring a kind of like a corner on the truth because you don't get it from mainstream media,
	obviously.
	So they want to divide and conquer the truth movement, the alt news movement.
	And they hire people like him to be character assassins.
	And that's his job.
	And he gets paid by the video of his character assassinations.
	And they're treating me as the tip of the spear, as it were.
	And all my colleagues who spoke up on my behalf, including you, Susan, Ross, Carl, Brian, and so forth.
	But now he's expanded to attack Mike Adams, Stew Peters, SGT Report, X22 Report.
	That means like half of the alt-truth community is under attack by Victor Hugo Vaca.
	So I think it's very clear Victor does not qualify as a veteran.

	Now, as to whether or not I'm served in the Marine Corps and can prove it, well, back in 2019 and 2020, I put up two blogs about this issue way back when.

	He's turned on Stew Peters, even.
	Yeah, he's got some big names up there that he's interviewed with, and he trashes all of them.
	Eventually, if they have anything positive to do with me, they get trashed.

	I think he's got to be being paid by the peace.

	Meanwhile, of course, he claimed I threw my Sandy Hook lawsuit.
	He had this Airsatz attorney from Ohio and Young.

	So way back when, this is in April, I wrote an open letter to Victor Hugo explaining how his attacks on Brian were wrong, his attacks on me were wrong, how I had not thrown my Sandy Hook lawsuit, that I was still in court.
	Here are four different appeals before the District for Wisconsin Court of Appeals that are still active that the court has not yet rendered decisions upon.
	So how can I possibly have thrown my Sandy Hook lawsuit when I'm still in court and actually took it all the way to the Supreme Court when he went on with Kevin Barrett and told him I'd thrown my Sandy Hook lawsuit?

	and then would eventually argue in court that that's what Leonard Posner had shared with Kelly Watt and somehow implying that I had edited it to remove the state and town certification of file number, which is, of course, completely absurd.
	And where Kelly's own affidavit that the one published in the book, The Incomplete Without State, Town, or File, was the same one she was given by Leonard Bosner.
	The judge suppressed it.
	He didn't acknowledge that the affidavit.
	Indeed, I had two, not one, two forensic document experts who submitted reports that not only was the one published fake, the one attached to the complete fake, but two others, one publisher code of edit Dave Harry had obtained from the town, one I had obtained from the state, all four were fake.
	And the judge simply set them aside.
	It's not helpful.
	Not helpful.

	Second, I didn't move my case to federal court, where he claimed it could have been done because federal issues were involved.

	But insurance would only have paid off liability.

	So with a 1.1 million lien, I felt I was justified in applying for polymer status so I wouldn't have to pay the filing fee.
	Well, it was denied.
	So I was ordered to pay $405 for each of my suits against Rumble, which combined could, with punitive damages, run to 60 mil.
	In other words, it was never filed on August 12th.
	The courts likely determined both actions are frivolous and malicious.
	I have until September 5th to pay.
	But he goes on to make a big deal about it.

	And so apparently Vaca got on a show with him and got him in the same way that he was completely every other word is the Jews.

	He went on a program with Enos and apparently for two hours or whatever, got Enos to basically in some way agree that it's the Jew problem.
	And shortly after that, the, I believe, Ontario police arrested him, put him in prison, a jail, I guess.
	And he's been there all summer.

	But this kind of like kind of goes along with the angel of death kind of thing, because if, I mean, they have all these anti-Semitism laws, both in America as well as Canada.
	And Canada and Europe actually are, especially UK and Canada.
	They are going after people that put things that the government does not agree with that might even be true.
	And they're putting these people in jail now.
	And you better believe that Americans are next.
	The First Amendment rights are out the window now.
	We no longer have a constitution that's upheld by our court and justice system.
	So, yeah, this poor guy in Canada has been wasting away in a jail for the last, what, two months or so.
	And all he has done is probably agreed that it's been a Jew problem.

	I mean, they're moving in a direction where, you know, I mean, what?
	Netanyahu is basically saying on a video, he's saying that they have Larry Ellison and his son or something that are buying out TikTok.

	And he's saying, oh, yeah, he's a very good friend.
	And yeah, we'll take care of him too.
	We're going to talk to him.
	So he's basically making sure that any critic of Israel's genocide against Jews is going to be interpreted by these, you know, weirdos that are out for the people blood as anti-Semitism, anti-hate crimes.
	It falls under that, you know, very subjective, however you want to interpret the anti-hate laws.
	And so, yeah, they're going up all over the place, and that's their avenue with what Palantir.
	They're doing all the data processing on every human, every American citizen, and they're coming up with this.
	So, yeah, that's the agenda with the fascist marriage that Trump has with the technocratic billionaires.
	You know, a couple weeks ago, he brought him to the White House dinner, you know, and showed them the whole development.
	He's put two million dollars or something like this into having a ballroom.
	You know, he's made over the whole White House West Wing or something like that into his own image.

	Well, there are troubling developments on the international scene.
	Russia-Ukraine war latest Europe sends billions in frozen Russian assets at Kiev as Moscow threatens response.
	The EU has transferred 4 billion euros to Ukraine using revenue generated from frozen Russian assets.
	The country's finance minister revealed on Wednesday.
	It comes as European leader discussed a possibility of transferring up to 140 billion in the same manner this week.
	Moscow has warmed it, considered the procedure theft of its sovereign aspects, assets, and will seek the prosecution of countries and individuals involved.
	Indeed, they should.
	This is outrageous.
	Meanwhile, Lavrov, Sergey Lavrov, the most experienced diplomat in the world today by far, accuses NATO and the EU of declaring war on Russia.
	President Donald Trump calls Russia a paper tiger, pointing to Russia's failure to win the war against Ukraine swiftly.
	Not a wise thing to say.
	Russia's key diplomat has accused NATO and other and the European Union of declaring war on Russia and using Ukraine to wage it, prompting pushback from Western diplomats and NATO leaders who call the claim a distortion of reality and say it's Moscow that brought war back to Europe.
	Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov made a remark to fellow diplomats at a G20 meeting of foreign ministers at the UN and New York on September 25th.
	Lavrov accused Western powers of trampling on the UN Charter out of neo-colonial ambitions, leading to increased global insecurity and regional conflict.
	Another clear example is a crisis in Ukraine provoked by the West, through which NATO and the EU have already declared a real war on my country and are directly involved in it.
	Where, as you know, Joaquin, a recent hit on a base there in Ukraine took out five or six American fighter jets and dozens of NATO forces there.
	Russia, I think, is toughening up.
	I think Putin has come to realize there's no hope for reconciliation or peace with the West, and that he just has to proceed in the best interest of Russia.
	Your thoughts?
	Yeah, that's exactly what's happening.
	Putin has finally realized that the United States is completely untrustworthy and the only way to go is military conquest of the territory of Ukraine and install a neutral government into that Kiev government.
	They have been left with no other choice.
	And in the meantime, because Russia is making so many gains, the West, NATO, they're getting very, very nervous now.
	And that's why this whole ruse about the drones in Poland, and they're not even Russian.
	They confirmed this, but they're constantly now upping the ante.
	And the latest is NATO is now made a change in their policy, war policy now, and they will be going after to shoot down the Russian planes.
	Now, they were just saying they came over Estonia airspace, and the Russians say, no, we did not.
	So what's going to happen?
	It's all being set up.
	There's going to be a false flag.
	They're going to shoot down a Russian plane.
	And then Russian is going to be forced to have to, you know, retaliate.
	And it's going to get into an Article V NATO.
	And then, you know, once one country is attacked in NATO by their Article 5 membership, then all the NATO, including America, of course.
	So this is the whole idea of entering World War III.
	Right now, it's pretty much a hybrid World War III, but it's going to go full guns with a next false flag.
	Let me just point out the irony of Putin's kind and gentle approach, because so many of the residents of Ukraine are Russian.
	I mean, Ukraine's been a part of Russia historically.
	Kiev was the original capital of Russia.
	So he hasn't wanted to damage the infrastructure.
	He doesn't want to kill the residents there.
	He entered originally way back when, because there was about to be a massive onslaught on Donbass that was going to slaughter all these Russian-friendly ethnic Russians who cared about and supported Russia, just as took place in Gaza with the Israelis.
	So it was an intervention following the coup of 2014, changing the government to a neo-Nazi style, where they began artillery barrages in the Donbass.
	And by the time of the intervention, it killed 2,000 residents of the region with these totally unjustified artillery strikes.
	And as a former artillery officer, I assure, most deaths in combat are from artillery.
	It's not the infantry.
	It's not the tanks.
	It's not even bombs.
	So I take it now, if we toss in nukes, that would change the equation, but it's from artillery, classically.
	And now, because it's been drawn out all this time, Russia has become stronger.
	Ukraine and NATO has become weaker.
	They've been sending all these weapons as the U.S. to Ukraine, which they consume at a phenomenal rate because they're not really highly disciplined.
	So they run through howitzer after howitzer.
	You know, they run out of shells.
	The Western nations, including the U.S., have depleted their stockpiles, while Russia has systematically ramped up production.
	They've improved their missiles.
	They have the most well-trained and experienced fighting force in the world today in Russia.
	So isn't it ironic, Joaquin, that because Putin was being kind and gentle and wanting to make peace with the West, actually the West has weakened itself and now Russia is stronger than ever before.
	Your thoughts?
	Yeah, and look at all the economic sanctions.
	You know, the EU is going after their ninth wave of it, 19th wave of international sanctions.
	And look the effects of its economy in Europe versus the economy in Russia, where it grew by 3.5% last year.
	And even though it's slowing down because the whole world economy is slowing down and Europe's about to collapse economically, but they still have a growth of, I think, 1.5% this year in Russia.
	And of course, their war-making production far exceeds any other country on earth.
	And look at the West, their whole weapons depletion.
	You know, United States and Europe both.
	They can't fight a war, yet it's being set up.
	These stooges that they have there as puppets, taking orders from City of London, are basically committing suicide and homicide against their own people.
	And that's what's, you know, we're, we're in the, it could happen at any time, you know, whether it's like this year or early next year.
	I don't see any way now that World War III can be avoided.
	And there is no effort at all diplomatically to try and reach any kind of negotiation for peace.
	There's none now.
	It's all abandoned.
	You know, Trump basically is struck out.
	And then his proposal, the 20-point proposal, you know, for Israel and Israel is accepted.
	Well, that's all set up.
	You know, no way, because it's not going to be accepted by Hamas.
	And so then they're going to be able to use the excuse.
	Well, Hamas didn't accept this.
	We did.
	And so, you know, everything's being set up for escalation, provocation and escalation.
	And what is the end game goal?
	It's to break up, balkanize Russia, the largest country on earth with all the most natural resources, to break it up into a bunch of pieces.
	They did the mini Balkanization with Yugoslavia, Clinton years, the end of 1990s, you know.
	Well, they've had that agenda against Russia, Iran, and China forever now in the Cold War era.
	And, you know, it's going to culminate through World War III.
	They're not going to get what they want because it's already been set up where the Eastern powers are going to beat the West.
	That's so weak in every way, economically, militarily, every way.
	Yes, I agree.
	I mean, it's colossal stupidity, and yet they're full speed ahead.
	And Trump has been outrageous here, calling Russia a paper tiger.
	I mean, what kind of detachment from reality that's a very special kind of lunacy, in my opinion, Joaquin?
	Again, again, America, America is the paper tiger.
	That's been proven, you know?
	So what do you do?
	You project what you are onto your enemy, and that's their MO.
	That's what VACA does.
	And that's what countries do like America.
	Yes, yes.
	I agree.
	Absolutely incredible.
	Meanwhile, Colonel McGregor warns of war between Iran and Israel coming.
	Stand by.
	Because I can't see how it's going to end at the border, geographical borders of the United States, given the fact that Antifa is an international organization.
	And if it's designated a terrorist organization, well, you know, in my opinion, anyway, for what it's worth is, and if there is, if this comes out from the investigation, which is the point you're making, you know, heaven helped people that are on the other side of that.
	I wouldn't like to have the power of the United States coming after me if I had been funding into this organization or been anyway near what has happened.
	But just to press on, because many other things have happened since the last time we spoke, I was very interested in a comment you made in a recent interview where you were suggesting that you believe that Israel will go back to war again very shortly with Iran.
	And I was just wondering what's in your mind in saying that and what is the Israeli objective?
	Well, you just hit the nail on the proverbial head.
	What is Israel's objective?
	And Israel cannot be the dominant power in the region as long as Iran remains intact and a viable force.
	Iran has emerged from this 12-day conflict much stronger for the experience.
	The assumption was at the time that the Israelis could balkanize Iran the way they have Syria.
	Remember, we supported the Israelis along with the British, especially British MI6. in its effort to destroy the Assad regime and create chaos in Syria.
	Well, we've got that.
	Part of Syria is under Kurdish control.
	Part of it is under Sunni Islamist control.
	Part of it on the coast is still controlled by the Russians and neighboring Alawites.
	And then the southern portion is under Israeli and Druze control.
	So that in many ways is the kind of picture that Israel would like to build all over the region.
	Israel feels safe when all the nations around it are weak and divided and incapable of governing themselves, frankly.
	They see that as a benefit strategically to Israel.
	Now, I'm saying Israel, I mean Mr. Netanyahu, obviously, and the Likudniks, the party that support him.
	He wants to do that to Iran.
	That has failed.
	And so the question is, can he realize all of his goals in the region, which involves territorial acquisition in Syria, potentially Jordan, southern Lebanon, as well as parts of Egypt?
	Can he do that and still survive with Iran standing in the way?
	Iran is kind of a colossus.
	Remember, Iran is the size of Western Europe.
	It has a very large population.
	They've turned out to be far more sophisticated and capable than the Israelis or we, in my judgment, ever gave them credit for being.
	So I think he has to, it's a kind of do or die moment because right now he has virtual complete control of the United States Congress and the White House.
	Everything that he does is really dependent upon our unconditional support.
	So as long as he's got that, I think he feels he's got to use it.
	So I think September, certainly October latest, would probably be December or November.
	But I rather thought by the end of September, beginning of October, we'd see some action.
	Now, how could that occur?
	Well, I would imagine a false flag is eminently possible where something occurs that MI6 and Israel cooperate to facilitate, and then it's blamed on Iran.
	No doubt we, that is the CIA, would have a hand in that as well.
	I just have the feeling something like that will occur.
	But I mean, Israel is geographically, you know, quite a bit away from Iran.
	So this would be air power, some kind of air power strike again.
	Or do you see something other developing?
	Yeah, I think so.
	Air power, in other words, missile power as well.
	But remember, the Israelis do have submarines.
	These are conventional diesel subs.
	The Germans built them and provided them to the Israelis free of charge.
	They do have nuclear warheads on cruise missiles that they can fire from those submarines.
	They already know that there has been tremendous progress in Iran with regard to air and missile defense.
	The Russians that initially offered to help the Iranians, the Iranis really didn't take up that offer, felt strongly they could do it on their own.
	Well, after the experience of the 12-day conflict, they turned back to Russia and the Russians have provided an enormous amount of support with regard to integrated air defenses.
	I think the Russians have also made it clear that if the Israelis try to destroy Iran, in other words, to do to it what was done in Syria, that they will not stand by and allow that to happen.
	And for that matter, the Chinese have also made similar noises.
	It's a very, very dangerous set of circumstances.
	The United States could stop all of it.
	President Trump could stop these things overnight.
	All he would have to do is say, I'm not sending any more support or assistance to the Israelis until they come to terms with a solution in Gaza and agreed to no further fighting with Iran or anyone else in the region.
	But I don't see much evidence that such a thing could happen.
	I think.
	Yeah, because Trump appears to be such a total stooge and tool of bibi netyahu.
	I've said in the past that if you looked at the government today and assumed Netanyahu's running our foreign policy and George Soros, our domestic, you're pretty close.
	That was certainly true in the Democrats.
	Today, Trump, of course, has tried to move against Soros agenda, trannies, all the DVNC education in elementary schools and the like, securing the borders, doing something about the massive numbers, actually enforcing the law.
	But in terms of foreign policy, it's been Israel all the way, Joachim.
	It's just outrageous.
	He totally bought and sold.
	You know, we know, you know, he ran with Jeffrey Epstein for all those years, like over a decade and a half.
	They got him, you know, they've got him by the balls, basically.
	So he's got to do what he's told.
	And that's exactly what he's done, even though his M.O. has been the flip-flop on every issue.
	You know, and he's also backed up America up against the wall economically with his tariff regime.
	You know, I mean, nothing has been working, nothing, you know, yet this guy has the gall to try and lobby for the Pitt Nobel Peace Prize.
	You know, it's just unbelievable.
	It is.
	It's literally insane in the sense it's totally disjoint from reality.
	Appalling.
	So McGregor does the right thing, explains what's going on.
	Turns out that a little-known embassy aid actually hijacked U.S. policy.
	Responsible statecraft reports the following.
	David Milstein, top advisor to Ambassador Mike Huckabee, has stoked a climate of fear at the State Department.
	Current and farmer officials say, in late spring of this year, American diplomats in Jerusalem drafted an urgent cable.
	The war in Gaza, coupled with Israel's decision in March to block all forms of aid from entering the Strip, had left the region on the brink of disaster.
	A famine was looming, and the U.S. wasn't doing anything about it.
	But that cable never got back to Washington.
	In fact, it's not clear whether it even reached the deaths of Mike Huckabee, U.S. Ambassador to Israel in its place.
	David Milstein, a senior advisor to Huckabee, sent a cable that sounded like an advertisement for the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation, according to two State Department officials with knowledge of the incident.
	It sounded like a propaganda statement, one official told responsible statecraft, as midstream aid groups condemned GHF for endangering Palestinian aid seekers.
	Millstein report praised the organization for meeting an humanitarian need.
	Roughly two months after Millstream sent his cable, the world's leading hunger monitor declared a famine in Gaza for the first time.
	I think this is so telling, Joaquim, of how agents really representing Israel are affecting U.S. policy to the detriment.
	We're way back in 2008 in my very first political speech during the Ron Paul Freedom Rally on Tax Day on the grass outside the Capitol.
	I explained why dual citizens should not be allowed to occupy policy shaping or decision-making positions in the American government because you could not know that their loyalty to the other state didn't outweigh their loyalty to the United States.
	I can't think of a more perfect example thereof than this.
	Yeah, and Thomas Massey, the good representative from Kentucky, has even tried to introduce legislation to prohibit dual citizens from even being in the government.
	And the reality is there's been so many that have infiltrated our U.S. occupied Zionist-occupied government.
	So, yeah, we do not have a government that represents American people.
	We have a government exclusively representing Israel and the Greater Israel Project.
	And it's such a deceit and deception.
	You know, I resisted for so long, the idea that Donald Trump was a con man, that he was playing the American people.
	But if you contrast the platform on which he ran about ending these stupid wars, which he promised to do virtually overnight and could have by simply cutting off American money and weapons and arms, he could have done it.
	Not only in Ukraine, he could have done it in Gaza, in Israel.
	But he didn't.
	And now he's got a proposal that's going to be a U.S. enclave in Gaza for a Riviera on the Mediterranean.
	I mean, it is nauseating to even hear a president of the United States talk the way this guy talks.
	It's been all Israel first, America last.
	I'm sick of it, Joaquin.
	This guy does not deserve to hold that office.
	I say, let's get rid of him, try it out with Vance.
	And if Vance doesn't work, get rid of Vance.
	This is unacceptable, in my opinion.
	Your thoughts?
	Yeah, it is unacceptable.
	And he knows that Americans are fed up.
	They know Israel is the enemy of the entire world, much less the enemy of America as well, because it is bringing America down.
	And more and more people around the world, but Americans, they used to be in support of the Israel call.
	Oh, Israel has the right to defend itself.
	You know, that's been the line forever.
	But now the American majority of the population is becoming extremely resentful because they realize their needs are not being met.
	Americans do not count.
	And Israel is the only thing that counts in our federal government.
	And Trump is their man.
	They got him completely blackmailed to do whatever he's told.
	And so, yeah, there's going to be, and they're doing this also so that there will be such a reaction amongst the population as they're having harder times feeding their family, paying rent, and they're not able to survive.
	So they're going to be out in the streets.
	That's why they've militarized all the military into all the states to put them in place so that there will be emergency conditions of martial law in America on domestic soil.
	And that's when also the Antifa and all that crowd is going to the leftist extremists that he's been talking about forever.
	Well, they're going to also be unleashed too to make sure that there is a civil war on domestic soil here.
	I'm terribly worried you got it exactly right, Joachim.
