	Senator Rand Paul has called out Trump proposal for these 500% tariffs that Trump would impose upon nations trading with Russia after 50 days.
	Notice, Putin has 50 days to wipe up Ukraine, which I believe he's going to do.

	Well, tariffs make wars more likely.
	Embargoes make wars difficult to avoid.
	Senator Lindsey Graham's sanctioning Russia Act calls for 500% tariffs on dozens of countries and essentially amounts to an embargo.
	If this bill were to pass, it would cause an economic calamity on a scale never before seen in our country.
	I'm repeating that story today because it's so important.
	Meanwhile, Putin's calling Trump's bluff with Larry Johnson and Colonel Wilkerson.
	These are two of the best commentators on international affairs today.

	Welcome, everyone, and welcome back to Stream.

	And we are just going to get started because Donald Trump just issued an ultimatum to Russia to settle the conflict in 50 days or face 100% tariffs to both it and its trading partner.
	Now, Vladimir Putin has answered this forcefully already as the Russian government, through Russian deputy foreign minister Sergei Rykov, has said that Moscow won't tolerate ultimatums and that, quote, Moscow wants Washington and NATO to take Russia's position very seriously.
	All signs point to Russia settling this conflict on the battlefield.
	And this has huge ramifications for the future of a rapidly changing and evolving geopolitical landscape.
	What explains the desperation of the Trump administration on Ukraine at this moment?
	And why is Russia not batting an eye to his threats?
	To talk about all of this and much more, I want to welcome back to the show Colonel Lawrence Wilkerson, former chief of staff of Colin Powell and retired Army Colonel and CIA analyst, former CIA analyst and host of countercurrents, Larry Johnson.

	But yes, let us get started with Donald Trump's ultimatum to Russia.
	So here is what he announced sitting next to Mark Ruta, the general secretary of NATO at this time.
	Here's what Donald Trump issued to Russia.
	One of the reasons that you're here today is to hear that we are very unhappy, I am, with Russia.
	But we'll discuss that maybe a different day.
	But we're very, very unhappy with them.
	And we're going to be doing very severe tariffs if we don't have a deal in 50 days.
	Tariffs at about 100%.
	They call them secondary tariffs.
	You know what that means.
	But today we're going to talk about something else.
	And as you know, we've spent $350 billion approximately on this war with Russia and Ukraine.
	I would like to see it end.
	It wasn't my war.
	It was Biden's war.
	It's not my war.
	I'm trying to get you out of it.
	And we want to see it end.
	And I'm disappointed in President Putin because I thought we would have had a deal two months ago, but it doesn't seem.
	So based on that, we're going to be doing secondary tariffs.
	If we don't have a deal in 50 days, it's very simple.
	So despite his Donald Trump's claim that he is about ending the war, even as he is talking about secondary tariffs on Russia's trading partner, here is what he also had to say during this meeting regarding weapons to Ukraine.
	Patriots, all of them.
	It's a full compliment with the batteries.
	How many of you expect them to arrive in Ukraine, sir?
	Well, we're going to have some come very soon, within days, actually.
	A couple of the countries that have Patriots are going to swap over and will replace the Patriots with the ones they have.
	We have one country that has 17 Patriots getting ready to be shipped.
	They're not going to need them for that.
	All right.
	How about we start with you, Larry Johnson?
	What is your reaction to what appears to be now even rhetorically a shift in Donald Trump's posture on Ukraine?
	If you listened to Trump before that meeting, you were expecting a noise the size of a nuclear blast.
	And when he finished, you realized all you heard was a mouse fart.
	I mean, it was a joke.
	You know, number one, here's this big plan that NATO, who we largely control, is going to buy from us weapon systems that we're not sure we can produce or even supply.
	That is a great plan.
	Because right off the bat, the way that they're going to come up with the money is either the Europeans are going to have to take it from the frozen Russian accounts, which will then set off an even bigger economic backlash on Europe.
	Or they're going to actually have to come up with the money out of their own pockets and their credit cards are already maxed out.
	They don't have any excess cash to free up, but go ahead and do that.
	And then the weapon systems.
	So Trump right there said 17 Patriot missile batteries.
	Okay, so each battery carries, you know, fires 16 missiles that, and we'll go into that in just a second.
	But so just start doing the math because total U.S. inventory of all Patriot missile batteries right now is between 50 and 60.
	So essentially he's committing to giving or selling a third to Ukraine when Israel's demanding it, Taiwan's demanding it, South Korea is demanding it.
	So we've got all these other demands out there that, you know, we've got demand that exceeds supply.
	And then just the operational use of these missile batteries.
	Let's say that he is sending 17.
	That means those 17 will carry a minimum of, let's see, 160, so a minimum of about 280 missiles, because, you know, 16 missiles per unit.
	Well, when you've got an inbound Russian drone, a Garon drone, or a ballistic missile, each Patriot missile battery has to fire a minimum of two, and more often it's been like four.
	So if Russia fires four missiles and or Garon drones, that means they will use up all the missiles that came with that one launcher.
	Well, that means you've got to come up with, you make sure that they have more than just 16 available per launcher.
	Maybe you want to say, let's have enough so a launcher could fire four times at that.
	Well, there's the problem.
	Lockheed Martin only makes 700 of those maximum per year.
	The number is closer to 600.
	Russia, over the last five of the last six days, has fired each day in excess of 500 missiles and drones into Ukraine.
	So what Trump is offering is a band-aid for an arterial wound.
	You know, it's a symbolic gesture, means nothing.
	Yeah, Colonel Wilkins, I want your reaction to this.
	Also, what Western nation is this that's going to give the 17 Patriot missiles and their batteries, as he says?
	Do you have any idea?
	But also your reaction to.
	Well, let's just look at Trump's situation right now.
	MAGA is sundering even as he pontificates.
	And by the way, to sit there with the least sharp knife in Brussels scabbard, Mark Ruta, even less sharp than Jim Stoltenberg, is just pathetic.
	But Trump has to put his face back together.
	His face is split.
	Not only the interview Tucker Carlson did with regard to Epstein and that affair, which is just devastating for MAGA right now, ricocheting all across the country, up and down and all across, but other things that he's not fulfilled his promises on, not least of which is to end the war in Ukraine, are taking his polls and devastating them.
	He's got to worry now about whether or not he can maintain any kind of contact with the base from now on, other than those morons in it like Lindsey Graham, who are salivating at this prospect of his base falling apart, but at the same time doing it for ulterior reasons, such as continuing the war in Ukraine, going back to war with Iran, and so forth.
	So Trump's political situation right now is devastatingly bad.
	And he's got to do something about it.
	So what does he do?
	He comes up and he has these press conferences and he delivers these promises that he's never going to fulfill.
	And that even if he were able to fulfill, there aren't enough, as Larry's pointed out, weapons out there and CIAs and MI6s and massage to garner the selling of them and the transfer of them and so forth to make a difference.
	So what are you talking about, Mr. President, other than nonsense?
	And why?
	I think that's exactly right.
	He's talking nonsense.
	He's in a desperate state.
	Mega's falling apart.
	Meanwhile, when they talk about all the massive drones, there's another report about it from a few days back.
	Russia bombards Kiev with 400 drones.
	Top Ukrainian spy shot dead.
	Trump fumes over Putin.
	Washington, Moscow's feedback confrontation.
	Washington, Moscow now, locked in a fast-moving escalation, no longer just about Ukraine.
	On July 10th, Russia launched a wave of drone and missile strikes against Kiev.
	Ukrainian President Zelensky said the assault involved 400 drones and 18 missiles.
	The timing wasn't random.
	They landed hours before Secretary of State Rubio met Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov.
	There's no roadmap they admitted to ending the war.
	Russia's going to end it.
	Trump's irrelevant Washington doesn't make a difference.
	Zelensky has, of course, confirmed the resumption of U.S. military aid.
	But as Larry Johnson and Colonel Wilkerson explain, it's a token.
	It's a band-aid for a surging wound that's bleeding out.
	This set of Patriot batteries isn't going to make any difference at all.
	Military aid from abroad is becoming increasingly crucial to Ukrainian armed forces continue to lose ground and Suffer heavy casualties.
	This is why I say 50 days.
	It's going to be all over for Ukraine in 50 days.
	Trump's not going to make a difference.
	Meanwhile, in Iraq, Britain and France, and you want to talk about absurdities, meaningless gestures, are threatening Russia with a 50,000 strong corps to defend Europe.
	A 50,000?
	Remember, Ukraine's already lost a million and a half.
	A million and a half.
	50,000 is a mere piffins.
	Russia, 150,000.
	Russia, hard, experienced, toughest military in the world.
	Now aided and abetted by North Korea, which is a massively potent army and military arsenal.
	There's not a chance Russia is going to lose.
	Britain and France, all of NATO aren't going to make a difference.
	Meanwhile, we're getting more and more reports of how much Israel was damaged by Iran in spite of the efforts to conceal it.
	We're getting Min Press News reporting that Iran's missile had destroyed 11,000 Israeli homes and damaged 30,000.
	Published by Israel's National Emergency Authority, these statistics were.
	The estimated cost to Israeli housing infrastructure is said to be 1.2 billion US dollars alone.
	And that is right now seen as a very early estimate.
	U.S. President Donald Trump at the NATO summit.
	Here is what he said sitting side by side with Mark Rutte, NATO's Secretary General.
	Look, you know, they've got a country and they've got oil and they're very smart people and they can come back.
	Israel got hit very hard, especially the last couple of days.
	Israel was hit really hard.
	Those ballistic missiles, boy, they took out a lot of buildings.
	The casualty number, there was over 600 plus.
	Some are saying upwards to 1,000 Iranians killed, mainly civilians, over 5,000 injured.
	Israel did sustain major damage.
	Many are saying the 28 killed as an undercount because Israel always undercounts everything and over 3,000 wounded.
	Talk about the impact of this conflict, given what we are seeing is a temporary retreat on the part of the United States.
	I'm not so sure that it's a retreat.
	I think this is more a matter of strategy, a strategy that the United States is employing to dismember a nation that has been long slated for regime change in the region.
	It had nothing to do with nuclear weapons.
	I mean, in a way, it does because Iran's pursuit of nuclear technology serves as a limit to the impunity the United States enjoys over the entire region.
	So in a way, it could be, but it's not just nuclear technology that the U.S. is driving U.S. foreign policy.
	It really is regime change, and nuclear technology is an obstacle to it.
	This is why they would want to remove it.
	This is why they talked about the ballistic missiles during the negotiations.
	They may want regime change.
	They most certainly are not going to get it.
	And just to give you an illustration of the undercount of Israeli casualties, Iran hit the headquarters for the IDF and Mossad.
	They killed 4,000 to 5,000 IDF and Mossad officers in a single stroke.
	You're not hearing that reported.
	It doesn't show up in the casualty count, but I assure you, it was real.
	Meanwhile, Iran has told Afghans to leave or face arrest.
	Millions of Afghan migrants and refugees in Iran have been asked to leave or face arrest by a deadline set by the government.
	Sunday's target date neared amid public concern over security in the aftermath of the 12-day conflict with Israel, which United States joined with airstrikes on Iran's uranium enrichment facilities.
	Apparently, they do not think the Afghans are reliable, and they're worried there might be a threat here.
	Meanwhile.
	Iran has never attacked a neighbor.
	Israel has repeatedly attacked its neighbors.
	Iran signed the non-proliferation treaty.
	Israel has refused to sign.
	Iran submits to inspection by the International Nuclear Energy Agency.
	Israel refuses to submit.
	Iran has no nuclear weapons.
	Israel has between 75 and 400 nuclear weapons.
	So Israel poses an existential threat to Iran.
	For the last 40 years, Israel has conducted a systematic campaign of disinformation about Iran.
	Why the lies?
	Why the double standards?
	Why the hypocrisies?
	Yeah, absolutely.
	Why attack the neighbors?
	Absolutely right.
	Iran's been the best neighbor nation in the world, not having launched a war of aggression against any other state since 1775.
	Meanwhile, the Defense Minister Israel Katz issues a direct threat to Khamani.
	Speaking at an IA pilot graduation ceremony, Defense Minister Israel Katz said graduates symbolize the long arm of the IDF, which inscribed strike anywhere in Iran, from Tehran to Hefan to Tabruz.
	The graduates were also a direct message to the dictator, Iranian Supreme Leader Aji Khamenei, and to the Ayatollahs in Iran about to destruct the power of the Air Force.
	Should Iran test the Jewish state's patience?
	There's nowhere, no place where Iranian officials who harm Israel can hide, he added.
	I dare say the opposite is the case.

	The fact that we are now on RBN, on social media, and places where it was even a few years ago, totally unthinkable that you could have this debate about the Jewish question is happening.

	The problem is the real problem is that Jews need to convert to Christianity.

	I want them to change.
	I want them to have a conversion, right?
	One of the greatest people in history of the 20th century is this man, Mordecai Vanudu.
	And I'm sure you know the story, okay?
	He collaborated with Mossad.
	He was working for the Jewish terrorists, really in Israel.
	And he converted to Christianity.
	And because he converted to Christianity, he grew a conscience about nuclear weapons that Israel was stealing and was empowering.
	And he revealed it all, okay?
	And he was greatly persecuted.
	I think extra persecuted by the Israeli terrorist government because he converted to Christianity.
	But for that fact that this great Jew who converted and became a Christian, then the mystery around the nuclear weapons of Israel might still have been hidden.
	And who's to say what great things have been allowed to happen because we found out what they were trying to hide for so many years because of this one righteous Jew?
	Anyway, just as an example of that's really what Jews need to do.
	They need to convert to Christianity.
	We don't need to kill them.
	We don't need to throw them away.
	They need to convert.
	Okay.
	Anyway, but I did want to say one other thing, talk about it in something in the other clip you had.
	And this is totally, you know, it's not really, but the whole Trump thing.

	But I will say this.
	I'm under the belief, because you played that clip about Ukraine, what he's saying now, which is obviously a diametrical opposition, what he ran on.

	And he seems to be reversing our policy.
	I'm convinced.
	First of all, I don't think he really actually did know about the sneak attack that Israel had on Iran.
	You remember the reporter Dana Bash from CNN got an interview with him and she had a quote and she confronted him and said, Ormet, these people that you were supposed to have negotiations with on Sunday, are these people that were just killed?
	You know, and he had to, he made a, even boasted about it.
	Well, you know, didn't die from COVID.
	This is the way of a super insecure person, when he's confronted with it.
	Look, it's very obvious for anybody to see.
	He is totally not controlling his own administration.
	There are people in his administration, neocons Jews that are running the Defense Department, including Pete Hagstadt, that are absolutely pushing for war behind his back.
	And then when he's confronted of it, he reacts in the childish, completely stupid way of trying to own it.
	Oh, I knew that.
	I knew it all along.
	Well, you know what?
	I actually don't believe that Donald Trump is diabolically that evil that he is coaxing people to come to negotiation just so he can drop a bomb on them.
	I do believe that Benjamin Nanyahu is that evil, diabolically evil.
	And this is the same thing with Ukraine.
	He's now doubling down.
	So I'm not trying to get him off the hook.
	It's hard to understand it because it's so crazy.
