	Even during times when the national unemployment rate is low, tens of millions live in weaker local economies with higher county unemployment rates and far less ability to weather sharp spending shocks like a Medicaid cutback would provide, wrote Bivens, the chief economist at the Economic Policy Institute.

	However, what I am finding curious is two things.
	One, the word Jew is either a word or a name for a group of people.

	The only thing I did see regarding ethnic background or whatever was through social media channels, some of which is okay, some of which is questionable, yada, yada, yada, as the phrase goes.

	Besides, for the aspect of child abuse and neglect is concerned regarding American Indians are concerned.
	They have what's called the Bureau of Indian Affairs to address issues in tribal fashion and those particular issues that involve the people of the community and so forth.
	So unless you actually look at and research what they do as far as the Bureau is concerned, a lot is going to be a lot of hearsay as far as that part is concerned, which I find very questionable.
	I applaud the effort, but go figure.
	Now, as far as the thing about 73 goes and whatever, I know for the fact that as a child, that was forbidden.
	Even when I was growing up, it was forbidden.
