	In a recent development that has set social media abuzz, Texas third court of appeals has indicated its intention to overturn a highly publicized trial against Alex Jones regarding statements About the San Diego Elementary School shooting.
	Namely, early on he was asserting it was a hoax, it was a fraud.
	He had a reporter on the scene who was interviewing neighbors who were saying they thought it was very odd there were any students there because the school had long since been abandoned.
	I initially murdered it was closed by 2008.
	My contacts in the San Diego community have informed me actually 2006.
	The announcement has elicited a wave of reactions from various quarters, particularly from those allied with Jones, and criticals of the legal proceedings against him.
	You may recall, this is done on procedural grounds.
	None of the San Diego trials was ever decided on its merits, not even mine.
	For the judge excluded all of my mass of evidence, and it had been a FEMA drill, Where no one had died, presented as mass murder to promote gun control.
	He wouldn't even allow it.
	And although I was being sued over a death certificate for an alleged decedent, and I had two forensic document experts testifying that it was fake, as well as the different version attached to the complaint, as well as two other versions, all four were fake.
	The judge simply set them aside, which was outrageous.
	In addition, now, I today released, Victor Hugo Exposed, what turns out this fellow who has been chasing after me with hundreds and hundreds of attack videos, not only on me, but on those who have spoken up to defend me, He's now the subject of a criminal complaint I'm submitting.

	Yeah, let's first talk about Ukraine, because things seem to be moving fast there.
	Trump says that the Ukraine war is not his war, yet he is still funding it and sending weapons.
	At the same time, he says Putin has gone crazy, and there's even talks that he wants to impose more sanctions.
	So what do you think, Colonel, will be the next move of Trump?
	What will America's position towards the conflict going into the summer?
	Well, if you're sitting in Moscow, you have concluded, I think, accurately.
	That President Trump really is not in charge of anything.
	He doesn't seem to be much of an improvement over Biden, who was never in charge of anything.
	So I think the Russians have simply concluded they've got to end this war in their own terms, with their own means.
	And at the same time, they're also watching as the European leaders, people like Mats, as well as Macron and Starmer.
	Are taking very strident anti-Russian positions, announcing, you know, the lifting of any restrictions on the use of missiles, specifically to Taurus, with a 300-mile range or 500-kilometer range that conceivably could hit Moscow and saying, well, this is fine.
	We're 100% behind this sort of thing.
	In other words, Trump has no control at home because the Senate is really...
	And second, President Trump's comments are almost incoherent and absurd.
	You know, this notion that somehow or another Putin is this bloodthirsty monster all of a sudden that's attacking civilian targets.
	The opposite is the case.
	If anybody has been attacking hospitals and civilian targets, it's the Ukrainians, not the Russians.
	And what's even worse is that recently the Ukrainians, undoubtedly with help from the CIA, identified that President Putin was leaving Moscow to fly to Kursk in a helicopter and was able to attack the helicopter with various long-range drones.
	So, you know, clearly Trump's not in charge of anything, and I think that's what Moscow has rightly concluded.
	Now, what will Trump do?
	I think he'll just talk because it's obvious that the CIA and other powerful figures behind the scenes are running U.S. foreign and defense policy.
	That's the truth.
	And he has no influence whatsoever over the leadership in NATO or Europe.
	They seem to be on autopilot responding to the same people that the CIA is responding to.
	So it's a very bad situation.
	But the Russians, they don't want a war with us.
	Really, the guiding principle from day one is to avoid a war with the United States and NATO.
	They will continue to do that.
	But they're not going to pay much attention to anything that we say, and I suspect they will escalate and ultimately win this war on their own terms.

	Moscow mayor Sergei Tobinan said there was no serious damage or casualties in the city and there were no other reports of casualties.

	The New York Times reported Wednesday, Israeli PM Netanyahu is threatening to upend negotiations between the U.S. and Iran by potentially attacking Iranian nuclear facilities.
	The report said the threat from Israel led to a recent tense phone call between Netanyahu and President Trump in a series of meetings between senior U.S. and Israeli officials in recent days.
	Trump asked about my reporters Wednesday if he warned Netanyahu against attacking Iran during the phone call, said, well, I'd like to be honest, yes, I did.
	It's not a warning.
	I said I didn't think it's appropriate.
	We're having very good discussion with Iran, and I don't think it's appropriate right now.
	If we can settle it with a very strong document, inspections, and no trust, I don't trust anybody, so no trust, adding he believed the U.S. and Iran are very close to a solution, we'll warn it could change at any moment.

	When there is a combat zone, when there is a terrorist organization who is hiding behind civilians, you should let them run away.
	And if you are blocking them, you're aiding and abetting a terrorist organization using them as human shields.
	That's not a moral thing to do.
	And if the United Kingdom want to be a humanitarian country that cares about human rights and human lives, they would help the Gazans who want to leave the area.
	Leave and not aid Hamas to use them as human shields.

	An appeals court Thursday stayed the ruling of the U.S. Court of International Trade that blocked President Donald Trump's Liberation Day tariffs, meaning the tariffs are back in effect.

	Critics of the land transfer, including some who live near the affected areas, have raised concerns about the environmental impact of military operations on these large swaths of land.
	In addition, much of the land now under the jurisdiction of the military Incompasses national parks and other federal lands, which the public is losing access to.

	Because the rule in talk shows is, and I used to listen to talk shows back in the 80s, the Bob Grant days in New York.
	But also in the 90s, I frequently listened to Howard Stern also.
	And whenever a caller mentions somebody's first and last names together, the typical method is to just hang up on the caller or don't let him continue with his story.
	Because this opens up radio stations to potential lawsuits.
	Because when you give out a guy's first name and last name and you're telling him from what state he is and where he's from, that's basically a form of doxing.
	And so you can't let that happen.
	You know, radio stations have been sued for that very reason, particularly in cases where the release of the name caused harm or violated privacy.
	You know, these can be libelous and slanderous things.
	They can be embarrassing things from somebody's past that they don't really think their friend should release that personal information to complete strangers on the radio.

	So, you don't want to allow that to happen because it, for several reasons, to avoid potential misuse of information.

	To maintain anonymity, it's important that everybody on the network is anonymous and assumes a right to privacy and anonymity so they can speak freely.

	Of course, I'm sure Dr. McCullough is a very eminent cardiologist.
	But at the heart of the matter, the mRNA vaccine and all that hype is a thing about genetics.
	And what that stuff mRNA is doing is reprogramming.
	People's DNA by putting new memory in it and ripping memory out.
	So that one of the side effects is that the tissue in the heart no longer has the memory in its DNA in order to construct the protein of the heart properly so that the heart expands or goes through all of these situations, you see.
	Because it starts off with the central dogma of biology, DNA.

	And that is a solid goal fact in the field of genetics.
	James, just for clarification, what is the central dogma that you're addressing?
	What is the central dogma?
	The central dogma of biology tells you the direction of the flow of genetic information.
	The flow of genetic information flows from the DNA to the mRNA, which is a messenger RNA that the cell brings into, that is intercalates into the DNA to pick up the memory from the DNA.
	And then the mRNA, that's the mRNA that God gave you, takes that message or those messages to what's called the ribosome in the cell.
	And in the ribosome of the cell is creating your protein, okay?
	Now, what the mRNA vaccine does is interferes with that aspect of intercalation.
	It sends in its own mRNA into the DNA of the person vaccinated, and it is often free to add messages and take messages out as designed by the makers of that.
	MRNA molecule, who have very, very powerful microscopy, much powerful in what I got.
	Okay?
	That's the central dogma.

	The MRNA vax obviously shows gene therapy, and frankly, before the MRNA vax, I didn't believe it was even possible.
	To change a person's DNA.
