Joe, opening statement.
Oh yeah, there's like must be a hundred ways to scam you out of your money.
Well, I found out some more.
There was one thing that's called smishing.
It's like fishing with an S-M on the front.
And this is a CNBC, which I don't want to encourage people to go to their website.
But anyhow, this is about the toll road scam and the parking ticket scam.
They send you an official look and form that says your license is going to, your vehicle will be impounded, you'll be arrested the first time you get out on the street.

And download the material to pay us.
And what they do is, they've already got your banking information from online spying networks, and then once you log into this thing, it puts malware into your computer, and they start just draining every one of your accounts, running up your credit cards.
I mean, it's just absolute bullshit.
So that was, when I looked at that, then the next thing that popped up, Google is apparently doing a little bit better job, but there's a website called List25.
And I'm going to go ahead and put this in the comment section today.
25 spying devices that are in your home.
Let's see, there's Alexa, Siri, Ring, Nest, Roomba, the...
Your smart TV.
And then in your automobile, you have what's called an EDR, event data recorder.
And this records every time you do emergency braking or emergency lane change or you're going five miles over the speed limit.
And all that information is downloaded and sold to your insurance company so they can raise your insurance rate.
And then they'll notify all the other insurance companies and go, this guy's high risk.
It's like speed limit in Texas is 75. If you're not driving 80, you get run over.
In Texas, there's like dead deer.
There's what they call alligators, the retread treads off of semis that are laying on the freeway that'll tear the shit out of your car if you run over them.
So occasionally you have to swerve.
Occasionally you have to slam on your brakes.
Occasionally you have to honk your horn.
So bottom line is...
And the worst ridiculous one is that one past thing that they've got at the airport where you can go in and get pre-approved by TSA.
What they've mentioned in there is that you have to sign a disclaimer giving NSA and the FBI total access to every bit of your social media, economic, criminal records.
Property rights, everything that you've got that's in a database anywhere in the nation is suddenly put into that.
And they've already naked scanned your body.
They've already got your DNA.
If you're an engineer, architect, real estate agent, they already have FBI thumbprints on you twice, once with an ink print, once with an electronic print.
So bottom line is we live in a total freaking surveillance state and nobody freaking notices it.

Sorry, I had to unmute.
Yeah, this is excellent stuff, Joe, and you're absolutely right.
Most of this stuff, this technology was put out under the pretense of national security and to prevent terrorism and to be tough on crime.
And in reality, it just makes blue-collar crime absolutely more prosecutable in a minority report style, where they have every bit of it.
Dragnet information they could put in on you and can reverse engineer everything you do and hang you up on just about any time you break the law.
While the people that are writing the laws and putting the surveillance over us are completely above and beyond any sort of surveillance and certainly above and beyond any sort of legal recourse for the citizens as they commit war crimes and many other things.
So, yeah, they kind of give a white collar pass to the insiders and use this dragnet surveillance state as a means to hammer the rest of the world.
And really, it'll create a digital Stasi state.
This is going to be absolutely abhorrent.
And the stuff they have linked, it can link as far as information.
And the ability to do so.
This is not only done through government, but then when government gets too much scrutiny, then they do it through third-party security organizations or firms, most of which are headquartered in Tel Aviv and Bank in Geneva.
And, you know, this is what's going on in the world.
And these people that are hacking people's stuff and taking their money, I bet in some way, shape or form, are sanctioned by or clandestinely funded by the intelligence agencies as a means to justify a budget for counterterrorism and identity theft and all these digital crimes.
And more importantly, as a means to push the envelope in terms of the social expectation towards this type of dragnet totalitarian dictatorship and full spectrum surveillance as far as capital and surveillance.
And watch what they use and how they use this in the future against any sort of dissidence from the One World Government.
This is absolutely what they're doing with anti-Semitism, too, by the way.
They're just hanging up anybody that criticizes legitimately the problems of this world as that connotation and then just taking them apart and using the media to target these people and justify their targeting.
That's absolutely amazing.
You turn on any network, whether it's Republican or Democrat, they both support Israel.
They both want to crack down on anti-Semitism.
And they're both going into this technocratic feudalism state like there's nothing happening at all and like it does not exist.
They're really holding the line in terms of the kafabi and the public theater.
But I must say, in terms of reality, what we're talking about is not really being discussed too much anywhere.
And when it is, it's being presented as a marketing ploy and certainly not an honest discussion.
So, yeah, I think there's far more dangers for the stuff they are trying to put on us with AI, technocratic surveillance, and all that stuff.
And they're going to start using that as a method to crack down on blue-collar crime as well.
That's all I got.
I could go on for hours, but I won't do that to you guys.

And the calendar for the current Congress, they work less than 180 days a year.
They get frickin' nothing done.
They haven't passed a single one of the dodge cuts.
They haven't done anything on executive orders where all they have to do is just pass it as a resolution, and then it becomes law.
They've done absolutely bum-frickin' nothing.
But there's one bill that's floating around in the House that would be nice if they passed, and this is H.R. 3245, which repeals the Patriot Act.
That would be great, but you know they're not going to do that.
And if millions of people call up their representatives and demand that you pass H.R. 3245, nothing's going to get done.
That certainly has been the history.
All right.
So first, I want to tell you my experience for jury duty.
And I want to just point out this legal point of jury nullification.
It is international, but this is just an overview of its consideration in the United States.
And jury nullification simply means that the members of the jury have the power not only to determine the facts of the case, but the appropriateness and the applicability of the law.
And it has a long history.
And in terms of the Supreme Court, they said that while juries have the power to nullify the law, And to determine its appropriateness and application, the judge does not have to inform the jury of that power.
And of course, many judges will attempt to not have jury nullification in their jury.
All right, so let me tell you the story for Tuesday.
I got five points.
So I go to Santa Ana in Orange County, and I'm walking from the parking lot to the courtroom.
And I get into a conversation with this woman, and it turns out that she's a jury supervisor who works for the county.
And I said, oh.
So, you know, I hadn't been in jury duty for like 20 years.
And I asked her, I said, you know, different questions.
How do the judges here feel about jury nullification in general?
And she says, jury what?
She didn't know the concept.
That was telling.
So we go into the room, the jury assembly room, and it's a big room, probably could fit 500 people and they have a, They play a video, an orientation video, and in the video they say it is very important that members of the jury do not do their own research.
Rely on the court's information.
It is very important not to talk to anyone, to look up any information regarding the case or the law.
And then it went on and on and on.
It was about a 15-minute overview trying to sell people to enjoy their jury duty.
Video finishes.
I'm right in the front row.
I walk up to the woman who had kind of walked us through the orientation.
I says, hey, so that video just said that jury members, although we're empowered to determine the facts of the case, we're not allowed to research any of the facts regarding the law or the case.
Is there a law that backs that up?
No, first I said...
What is the reason for that admonition?
She says, oh, oh, well, we don't want you to get any misinformation.
Okay.
So I didn't follow it up because I had a second question.
I played with her a little bit.
So we're supposed to determine the facts, but we can't research, huh?
But I asked, is there a legal basis?
For this admonition.
To not do our own research.
She says, yeah, there is.
I said, before I can agree to that stipulation, I'd have to see that legal basis and consider it.
Do you have a copy of that?
She says, no, no, but when you get into the courtroom, you can voice that concern to the judge and to the attorneys.
Okay?
So, we go down the escalator eventually.
To the courtroom where I'm assigned.
And I read the bio of the judge outside of the courtroom closed door.
And this judge had been a prosecuting attorney for Orange County for 16 years.
And they listed a couple of areas of specialty.
I think there were four.
And two of them were human trafficking and sexual abuse.
So I think about that.
I said, okay, this is Orange County, home to Disneyland.
Now, I haven't gotten hands and eyes on much for Disneyland, but I have watched a few documentaries, enough for me to hold it as credible that Disney should be under scrutiny for crimes against children.
Now, this is a guy whose previous job it was to prosecute people to protect children.
In Orange County, where Disneyland is.
So I'm thinking to myself, huh, this could be one of the prosecutors who is bought and owned to selectively prosecute, and then he was elevated to the position of a judge to protect cases that are important to throw, and I'll put into the comments at BitChute the article that I have on Jim Fetzer's show trial.
So we're in the courtroom and the judge, he has like an hour long type of speech and information to give.
And he gets to the...
Oh, and first, I didn't think it was a coincidence that there...
Excuse me, there's like a hundred people for potential jurors.
Maybe not that many.
Maybe 50. And I am the first person in the room.
First person in.
And it's all based on numbers.
Sitting in the jury box first.
Okay, interesting.
Judge gives a speech and he says that it's the job of the jury to determine the facts of the case and to apply the law as explained by the judge.
And the judge says, is there anybody who feels they can't do that?
And I says, yes, sir.
He says, yes, juror 120.
I says, judge.
Jury nullification is a courtroom legal principle upheld in multiple rulings by the Supreme Court which says that it is the jury's power and authority to determine the appropriateness and applicability of the law as well as the facts on the case.
Do you agree with that definition, Judge?
And the judge looks at me kind of wide-eyed, and he immediately bullshits.
And he goes into about a minute's speech.
He says, well, jury nullification allows members of the jury to make any decision that they want, and they can't be questioned about it.
And I won't pain you with the further bullshit talking points.
But he didn't answer the question.
He finishes that.
And I says, with all respect, sir, you contradicted yourself.
The principle of jury nullification allows the jury, not the judge, to determine the applicability and the appropriateness of the law.
Can we agree to that definition?
And he again says, jury nullification allows nobody can question your vote.
Nobody.
Now, I hope you would talk to your fellow jurors about that first.
And he obfuscates for about another minute.
And when he finishes, I say, define jury nullification.
Judge responds, don't tell me what to do in my courtroom.
And then he gives another minute bullshit, and he finishes, and I say, sir, you have contradicted yourself.
Because you refuse.
And everybody is paying attention because I'm using my full teacher voice.
You have refused to define a key term that I have brought up as a question.
You have contradicted the power of jury nullification upheld by the Supreme Court.
Nobody in this room as a potential juror can follow your instruction to let you dictate the application and the appropriateness of the law.
Now, at that point, silence was broken by the prosecuting attorney, and I think I made her nervous.
They like people who want to prosecute the defendant, and the case was a gentleman about 30 years old who was arrested for stealing from Home Depot and then in possession of a firearm and ammunition.
Apparently, he had been convicted for a felony.
That would have been another point I would have brought up with the Second Amendment.
But the prosecuting attorney says, may we confer to the judge?
And the judge and the two attorneys step out of the room.
They come back about five minutes later.
The judge begins the proceedings again and says, juror 120, you are excused.
Please report back to the jury assembly room.
And I stand up.
And I had dressed like I was going to work for teaching.
And I walked out of the room.
That was at an hour, but wait, there's more.
So then, I'm driving home, and I know that we're going to do the show, so I text Joe and Chris, and I attempt to tell them the key parts of the story.
And I'm driving and just speaking to my phone, and it goes through Apple CarPlay.
Apple CarPlay will not text the words, jury nullification.
No matter how well I said it.
And I would say, they said, notification.
I said, no.
Not notification.
Jury, null.
It won't let me text.
That's a little bit of a story here.
All right.
Joe, Chris, any comments on that?
Yeah, there's another form of jury nullification.
That's when the judge doesn't like what the jury does.
He can do a directed verdict.
He said, well, thank you, jurors, for trying to find a reason for this guy to be innocent, but we want him to be guilty, so your verdict doesn't matter at all.
We're throwing it out, and I'm doing a directed verdict.
It gives you an automatic appeal, but it still just puts you in a system where then the next time you're appealing to a group of judges with no jurors involved, so you've lost your right to a jury trial.
So, yeah, that's the other way they screw you.
Yeah, yeah.
In Fetzer's case, if those who are interested, they can read my summary about it, but he was denied a jury as well.
Okay.
That case is an absolute disgusting mess.
I cannot believe that they call that a legal process.
And just that case alone, in my opinion, and many other cases even worse than this, show that judges can pretty much control the law and control the fate of people within their courtroom.
And it's really just a big boys club conviction brokering conference where they pretty much auction off people's futures and their lives.
You know, selectively punishing these people or not.
Think about Bo Biden.
How many times did he get DuPonts and Dukes off of child rape charges in Delaware when he was a prosecutor?
You know, this is the whole legal racket.
The way that it's used to hammer blue-collar crime and to really ignore white-collar crime lower than it does, it's absolutely abhorrent.
And it's probably the most corrupt system you can imagine.
When you get into the real knowledge of how the system works, but people for some reason or another, because the TV tells them so and the news tell them so, they think that that's justice and the social contract and its execution.
Nothing could be forgiven the truth.
Yep.
And I was still upset by the sweetheart deal that Epstein got in Miami under the SDFL judge.
Alex Acosta.
So I decided to do a little research on the guy.
And guess what?
He's Cuban-American.
And up until the age when he was 12 years old, she was named Renee, but then decided he was in the wrong body.
So he transitioned and his parents embraced him as Alexander.
So this guy obviously understands the trauma of a young girl.
And so he definitely is sympathetic to them being trafficked and having questioning their sexual identity and maybe being a prostitute is the best thing in the world.
But it gets better.
He's a Harvard law graduate.
And guess who Epstein's attorney was?
Oh, that was Dirk Bagowitz, who's a Harvard lawyer and a Harvard professor.
And guess what?
Yesterday it came out that he is a member of Mossad.
Here you have Dirk Bagowitz, who's a member of Mossad, that's in there running the operation to make sure that Epstein doesn't get anything wrong at all.
So there's a sheriff in Miami.
His name is John Mark Dogan, D-O-U-G-A-N.
He had all the files, and he was presenting them to the court, and the files kept disappearing.
He goes, there's something really weird going on with this.
So he downloaded all the files into multiple sticks.
He gave a dead stick to people so it could cover his ass.
And he immigrated over to Russia and got asylum along with all of his.
evidence.
So trust me, Putin has had all the evidence about the Epstein files, 100% that was presented for the trial down in Miami, and he's got access to that.
If Pam Bondi can't find this material, why don't we get Thank you, Joe.

Let's go to wars and rumors of wars, Israel's self-destruction.

But I think it's wrong to burn children alive.

And anybody who challenges Israel, if this is what Israel does, then Israel shouldn't exist.
That's a good conclusion statement.

Why would they want to tell their constituents that they've basically got a buddy system with somebody who's representing a foreign country?
It doesn't benefit the congressman for people to know that, so they're not going to tell you that.

Israel is committing war crimes, and this is part of the reversal that we're seeing.
That maybe they're going to pull and switch.

Yeah, well, yesterday, Kash Patel said they managed to find a vast trove of FBI documents that were hidden in files that they thought would never be found on Russiagate.
And he said, we've got absolutely every one of the players involved in this.
He said, we're going to be turning these over for prosecutions of all of the major people involved in the FBI, the State Department, the CIA, everybody that was involved in rigging the 2020 election.
So in the 2016 election.
So, you know, it looks like.
But Trump needs to appoint a special prosecutor on that.
And maybe the guy he needs to appoint is Matt Goetz.
And guess what?
Congress is having a five-week holiday in August.
They're taking off the end of July, and they're not coming back until the 1st of September.
So he can do a recess appointment for a special counsel that doesn't require congressional approval.
And it's good for six months.
And in six months, Getz can get the information that is being provided.
And there's going to be an interview this afternoon on Fox with Dan Bongino, who I call...
And I call Cash Cashmere Pastel because they haven't been doing doodly shit in the first six months they've been in office.
But bottom line is, they may have gotten a big fight on this.
They may have been breaking some major news stories in the next couple of days.
And if you get a prosecutor that can go in there and do actual work, then we can probably end up getting some of this criminal syndicate that runs our country overturned.
I'm hopeful, but I'm not optimistic.

So maybe we can get the whole entire presidency of FJB annulled, and that means all of the appointments and all of the pardons and all of the bills that he signed, everything that was part of the Biden-era corruption in this country can be overturned at the stroke of a pen.

I do a lot of stuff on airlines because I'm very interested in aviation.
Always have been.
And like I said, I soloed back in 76. I've got probably 200 hours in a dozen different general aviation airframes flying right seat.
So you know exactly what the hell's going on in an airplane.
And over the weekend on Sunday, they had...
And one of them, it blew out the communication system.
And I thought, man, that's pretty weird.
And all of the new modern aircraft are made with what's called carbon fiber composite construction.
And it has absolutely no protection for lightning.
So what they do is they come in and they put a little wire mesh of either aluminum, copper, or phosphated bronze inside the carbon fibers to kind of give you the phony baloney fair day sale.
Well, the way airplanes were made successful in the 30s was to go with all aluminum construction.
And when electricity travels down a wire, it doesn't go through the wire.
It bounces down the surface of the wire.
Okay?
And so when you have an aluminum airplane, you are in a fair day cage, and they've had virtually zero.
There have been a couple of gas engine, radial engine airplanes that had possible fuel leaks that were hit by lightning that ended up burning and crashing.
But in general, these things are able to go through multiple strikes.
And I talked with my friend who's a former Vietnam fighter pilot, Air Force air tanker pilot, Aviation pilot for a major airline for like 20 years.
Absolute expert.
And I was talking to him about it.
And he said, yeah, they never had a problem with that.
This blew out the radios in the airplane.
And so I thought I'd do a little bit extra research to find out exactly how dangerous lightning is.
A lightning bolt can be up to 100 million volts.
and the lightning bolt itself travels at 270,000 miles per hour.
So it's traveling really, really fast.
And what they said is when it hits a carbon fiber, It goes through the aluminum ribs and spars that are inside the airplane and then exits on the other side.
Entry and exit points for the lightning on the carbon fiber plane are subject to blowout.
So bottom line is, if you're flying in these little cardboard tubes nowadays, you're taking your life in your own hands, and there's nothing that the NTSA is going to do about restricting flights in lightning zones until there's major accidents.
So expect to have more accidents, because it'll usually take two or three of these incidents before they finally go, well, it looks like carbon fiber airplanes aren't good in lightning storms.
And, you know, you have the additional problem of then having the heat and compression cycles of being pressurized and depressurized.
So you've got that constant stress going into the outside skin, which is why they have a limited amount of service life for all airplanes.
But they don't know what the service size is on carbon fiber because they haven't been producing them long enough.
And there again, we won't know until they start just falling out of the sky.
So another reason to say I don't think airline travel is worth the effort.
