| President Trump has said repeatedly, the Ukraine war is Biden's war, not his. | |
| But now the Ukraine war belongs to Trump. | |
| He can no longer deny ownership. | |
| President Trump's admin has reportedly approved its first weapon sale to Ukraine since the start of his second term with plans to authorize direct commercial export valued at $50 million or more. | |
| The move was first reported by Kiev Post, signed diplomatic sources, later confirmed through congressional records. | |
| U.S. admin formally notified Congress on April 30th Its intention to allow the sale of military goods to Ukraine under the Direct Commercial Sales Program, which permits U.S. defense companies to negotiate arms export directly with foreign governments, pending approval by the Department of State. | |
| The sale would include military-designated good technical data-related defense services. | |
| It was made under the Arms Export Control Act. | |
| Which mandates notification to Congress for defense sales exceeding certain thresholds. | |
| More confirmation from other sources, including European Pravda. | |
| The memo notifies Congress of a proposed license for the Export and Defense Articles to Ukraine for $50 million or more. | |
| Details are not disclosed. | |
| The timing suggests a shift toward greater military support. | |

| Details aren't clear, but Yannet said it would include 3,000 munitions for Israel's Air Force, a bomb shipment recently approved by the Trump admin. | |
| The Pentagon Defense Cooperation Agency said the state had approved a 180 million arm deal, three-ton power pack engines that will go to Israel. | |
| The Yenet report said the new weapons shipment would help prepare the Israeli military for a new large-scale campaign in Gaza, and it comes in addition to over 10,000 munitions expected to replenish Israeli stockpiles. | |

| However, after spending over a billion dollars in bombs and military ops, losing 18 jet fighters, surrounding the attacks on the Houthis, the result of doing nothing, nothing, to dismantle their ability to continue launching missiles against Israel in defense of the Palestinian people, but killing scores of innocent Yemeni civilians, are naval warships. | |

| He continues the flow of military assistance to both unabated. | |

| They are both America's wars. | |
| The warmongering Zionist ziochans in Washington fight their perpetual wars around the world using proxy nations like Ukraine and Israel and now even ISIS in Syria to do the bleeding and dying for them. | |

| With all the money going over to Israel, I sent that PDF earlier that if you research or if you do a search on it for gold, it says that the United States, forget Israel, but the United States will use Israel to attack Iran. | |
| And what's interesting about that, if you read on the goals there, that in doing so, they're just using Israel as a proxy now to get to Iran. | |
| And this is why I think we're seeing the so-called separation, the fake separation, where it looks like Donald Trump and Bibi are fighting. | |

| Ruled a Trump admin can invoke the 1798 Alien Enemies Act to deport Venezuelan members of the Trendiagua gang, making this the first win for the policy after a D.C. judge blocked it in March. | |
| Haynes characterized Trendiagua as a modern equivalent of a pirate or robber, finding the predatory incursions into the U.S. meet the act's definition of a foreign terrorist organization. | |
| Conflicting district court decisions mean the issue will almost certainly wind up before the Supreme Court, but for now, the admin can use Pennsylvania's major detention facility to begin expedited deportations. | |

| He got a very rare victory in district court when a federal judge ruled in his favor on the Alien Enemies Act. | |
| Judge Stephanie Haynes ruled that he could use the act to deport the members. | |
| She wrote they are a predatory incursion under the Alien Enemies Act and became the first federal judge to rule in favor of Trump. | |
| As we can see, this means it will almost certainly go before the Supreme Court. | |
