	To be joined by co-host Paul from California, but delighted to have as my special featured guest today, Dave Von Kleist.
	Very well known for his celebrated work on 9-11 especially.
	Also a long-time participant in the Power Hour, a storied history where Dave and I last were personally together in Washington, D.C. on April 15, 2008 during a Ron Paul Freedom Rally on Tax Day where Dave was playing a guitar and I was giving a presentation on 9 /11 and the neocon agenda,
	where I explain that, is a fundamental blunder that no dual citizen should ever be put in a decision-making or policy-shaping position because you cannot know that their loyalty to the other state does not outweigh their loyalty to the United States.
	Among Dave's very well-known videos on 9 /11, by the way, are in plain sight.
	Which also occurs in a director's cut and 9 /11 ripple effect, where Dave interviewed me and used a framework for his, yeah, framework for his analysis of what was happening on 9 /11.
	Dave, it's just a joy to have you here, my friend.
	Welcome.
	It's been a long time.
	How have you been?
	Good, good, good.
	Lots going on, including in relation to my Sandy Hook lawsuit.
	I'll get to that by and by.
	I wanted to begin, Dave, with some of the latest news and get your thoughts about it, including, for example...
	Trump arriving in Saudi Arabia after Air Force One receives a fighter jet escort.
	You can see one of the planes there.
	Yeah.
	His deputy chief of staff tweeted footage of the unusual escort.
	He was greeted by bin Salman, who rolled out the lavender carpet.
	Lush treatment of President Trump.
	The streets were lined with U.S. flags, billboards advertising a Disney Abu Dhabi theme park in the United Arab Emirates.
	He slammed during a speech, Dave.
	This was fascinating.
	Neocons and nation builders.
	Many thought it was a matter of unraveling recent U.S. foreign policy.
	Talking about the development of Saudi Arabia, he said it's crucial for the wider world to know this great transformation has not come from Western interventionists or flying people in beautiful planes, giving lectures on how to live and govern your own offends.
	In the end, the nation builders wrecked far more nations than they built, and the interventionists were intervening in complex societies that did not even understand themselves.
	He compared the Iraqi and Saudi capitals that Baghdad had proven to be a disaster, as he spent trillions fighting a war in Iraq and attempting to rebuild the country, widely regarded as a failure, leading to the rise of the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria.
	He discussed his engagement with Iran.
	He's threatening them if they don't do a nuke deal, where, oddly enough, they had agreed with him way back.
	In 2015, but under pressure from Bibi Netanyahu, he pulled out in 2018.
	Now he wants to reestablish.
	Dave, your thoughts about these developments with Trump in Saudi Arabia?
	Well, as you pointed out, they had a lavender carpet.
	It wasn't a red carpet.
	It was a lavender or purple carpet.
	Of course, they do the red carpet for dignitaries and celebrities, etc., etc.
	But the lavender or purple carpet is for royalty.
	Now, what this signifies, I don't know.
	But I find it also interesting that, you know, when they brought Trump in to see the guard, They had a marching band go by, and this is what they were playing.

	You know, there's that wonderful Ricky Ramble version of MAGA to YMCA that I thought should have been the Trump theme song.
	And I don't know why he stayed with YMCA when he should have had MAGA.
	I mean, it's just absolutely sensational.
	Yeah, yeah, yeah.
	I like that.
	I did too.
	Really terrific.
	Unbelievable.
	But, no, I think right now everybody's sort of on the edge of their seats.
	Is Trump going to meet with Putin and Zelensky?
	Now, he's scheduled to return.
	I mean, they're saying now he's wrapping up his Middle Eastern tour.
	But that's the one thing that has not happened yet.
	Now, they were saying that there's a possibility that today, on Friday, they may be meeting and see if they can put, like I said, Zelensky and Putin together.
	And work out some sort of a peace deal.
	But if that's going to happen, they're keeping that very much under wraps.
	Yes, yes.
	The last I heard was Trump and Putin had both decided not to proceed.
	Meanwhile, who intensifies war in Gaza as the White House seeks a ceasefire?
	This is all very serious.
	Israeli forces attack Gaza, claiming at least 80 more Palestinians, 50 more in a hospital.
	It's very brutal what's been taking place here, as we all know.
	While Trump met with Arab leaders in Saudi Arabia, his special envoy Steve Witkoff commented that progress was being made on all fronts.
	Well, that's about a Gaza ceasefire.
	Here's James Bayes, reporter, rushing out to Witkoff, asking him about both situations and his tone was retelling.
	Very positive on both files.
	With regard to the war in Gaza, he said we're making progress.
	I said, progress on what?
	On getting aid in or an actual ceasefire, he said, on all fronts.
	Meanwhile, Trump has said, Dave, he wants the U.S. to take Gaza and turn it into a freedom zone.
	This is pretty damn bizarre in my opinion.
	Here he was arriving in Qatar.
	Trump called for a U.S. takeover first back in February, said it could be the Riviera of the Middle East.
	His vision would require ethnic cleansing of the Palestinian population, which he framed as voluntary.
	Trump planned for escalation in Gaza.
	Israel's plan for escalation in Gaza would involve demolishing remaining buildings and concentrating the population in a tiny area in the south to pressure them to leave.
	But it's unclear any countries are willing to take a large number of Palestinian refugees or why they would be willing to leave.
	Yevon nevertheless declares the ethnic cleansing of Gaza is, he says, inevitable.
	Dave, I just don't like that.
	That's really bad, in my opinion.
	But, of course, it's been obvious this had been his agenda from the beginning.
	Your thoughts about Gaza and Trump?
	Well, I think we all know that there are three words that come into play when it comes to how decisions are made in this country, whether it be President Trump or the Congress or the Senate.
	Those three words are bribery, coercion, and blackmail.
	And I do believe that the greatest threat to our security right now, and I know it sounds like an unrelated topic, but the release of the Anthony Weiner laptop, the Hunter Biden laptop, the Epstein files, the Diddy files, they all have names that everybody knows in politics, in government, in industry, in Hollywood, in media, and all of these people.
	I do believe, have been bribed or coerced or blackmailed to goose-step along with the agenda that Israel has had.
	Now, my own personal feeling is that those in charge in Israel are imposters.
	And I think a lot of people would probably agree with me.
	And I think that they've been basically manipulating, and Bibi Netanyahu is very open about it, going all the way back to 1980.
	The United States has been in the back pocket of Israel for many, many years, decades in fact.
	And I think that these ties are now being exposed and there's a lot of backtracking going on.
	I think that you're probably well aware that Trump has snubbed Bibi.
	He went ahead and he negotiated with Hamas to bring back an American hostage and that was outside of the plan for Bibi Netanyahu.
	And then of course now he goes to Saudi Arabia and talks to You know, the Arab nations.
	And of course, that is ruffling Netanyahu's feathers.
	So I think that we're witnessing a rollback right now in support for Israel.
	But it has to be done in such a way that a lot of the American politicians and government officials can somehow save face.
	So we're seeing a slow pullback.
	How it's going to work out in the long run, I think that remains to be seen.
	David, I think that's a very important point, namely the idea of saving face for politicians.
	Whether it's really, truly, ultimately worthy, objective or not, it is how the game is played.
	Meanwhile, Kevin, Merit and Britain, mainstream media blackout, ICJ hearings on Israeli genocide, American Free Press published.
	Big media censors, ICJ hearings on Gaza genocide.
	The hearings came a moment two million people are falling over the edge of starvation as NBC rebarded.
	Starvation looms as Israel's total blockade on Gaza enters its third month.
	Thousands in Gaza children have been admitted to hospital for malnutrition, even as they waste away.
	Doctors' options for treating them have depleted.
	Cousins are fighting over the last cans of food, malnourished mothers struggling to make milk for their thinning babies.
	Doctors have been counting down the days before the slow death by starvation began to happen en masse.
	Absolutely unreal.
	Big media has shamelessly avoided publicizing the hearings, though they went on all week.
	The only New York Times coverage was a genocide downplaying article on the hearings opening on April 28th.
	A May 5th Google search for ICJ genocide hearings in New York Times, the only alternative in foreign outlets.
	Begin with Palestine Chronicle, responsible statecraft Turkey, today in Algeria.
	Conspicuously absent was in America's newspaper of record, the New York Times.
	The blackout is inexcusable.
	The ICJ hearings are no empty exercise, foundation of international law, illustrate the kind of world order that will rise as the U.S. Empire declines, and with it, a viability of the genocidal entity occupying Palestine.
	Here, for example, is an image, Dave.
	Israeli bombs, Gaza hospitals and camps as UN condemns its starvation tactic.
	There's a lot going on here.
	Your thoughts, Dave?
	I admire the International Criminal Court.
	I find this lack of coverage inexcusable.
	Absolutely.
	And I don't think it's...
	It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out exactly what's been going on in Gaza.
	And I would highly recommend people do a little search.
	There is a documentary out there, and it's available on Rumble.
	And the title, I'm pulling it up here on my computer screen here.
	If you do a search on Rumble, and the name of the documentary is Hamas October 7 attack on Israel was 100% an inside job.
	Here's the proof.
	Now that documentary is, well, let me see.
	It's about, it's almost an hour long.
	And it's unbelievable because they have the video footage of the actual October 7 attack and also testimonies from IDF soldiers.
	And people who were involved in the security fence.
	And they're basically coming out and said, yes, it was allowed to happen.
	In fact, many of the deaths that occurred in that attack on October 7th were the result of Israeli tanks firing on their own people.
	Now, again, there's something called the Hamilton...
	Yeah, the Hannibal.
	That's right.
	Thank you.
	And where you attack your own people and blame it on somebody else.
	Now, we've seen this numerous times.
	I mean, let's go back to the 9-11 issue, you know?
	So the point is, is that, you know, Netanyahu, of course, the whole goal is to take over for greater Israel, not just Palestine, but the surrounding countries, you know, Syria.
	I'm sorry.
	Libya.
	I'm just having tongue-tied here.
	The point is, though, is that they do have a plan for Palestine.
	Number one, geological surveys have shown that there are nearly half a trillion dollars worth of oil and natural gas under Palestine and just offshore.
	So that could not possibly be a motivating factor for them to take Palestine over, could it?
	And then there's also the Ben-Gurion Canal plans, which were drawn up in 2000.
	And they want to build a canal that's going to go right through the Gaza Strip so that they can compete with the Suez Canal.
	So, you know, this regime in Israel does have long-term plans, and they've been in place for decades to completely take Palestine and exterminate.
	And I'm not going to use the word genocide.
	It's complete annihilation.
	It's complete extermination.
	And it's barbaric, it's evil, it's satanic.
	And that's another can of worms we can get into there.
	What is the relationship to the belief systems of the Israelis?
	And of course, I draw attention to the John Hopkins University ancestry test that they did, and they found that 97.5% of Israelis are not indigenous.
	They are from Eastern Europe or from North America.
	They did the same ancestry test on the Palestinians and found that 80% of the Palestinians are indeed indigenous.
	They are the Semites.
	So that makes Israel anti-Semitic.
	Everything is bass-ackwards.
	Everything is upside down.
	The subterfuge, the propaganda, the absolute flat-out lies.
	That have been fed to the American people, and indeed the rest of the world, have been going on for several generations.
	And I'm well documented and on the record for screaming about this 30 flaming years ago.
	And you're familiar with my background.
	I have three albums of politically incorrect, in-your-face-you-lying-son-of-a-bitch government music.
	And I've been screaming about this whole thing.
	As a matter of fact, the theme song that I used to open my show is a song I wrote back in 96. It's called You Won't Be Trusted Anymore, and it's all about the fake news.
	So I was screaming about the fake news because I was involved in the...
	I worked at two different network affiliate stations back in the 80s and 90s, and I saw what ends up on the cutting room floor.
	I saw how things were being edited and manipulated to portray a story one way when we know it was the other way.
	And I go back, all the way go back to the first Gulf War.
	I worked...
	WTNH, Channel 8. That was in New Haven, Connecticut.
	That's an ABC affiliate.
	And I was in the newsroom when they were beaming back all of the raw footage from the Middle East.
	And I saw with my own eyes our military dozers dozing bodies into a common grave with a backdrop of apartment buildings and playgrounds.
	And that night, Peter Jennings reported that there were no civilian casualties because America is using smart bombs.
	So I knew right then and there that the media was flat out lying.
	And that goes all the way back to 90, 91. And then, of course, there was the Oklahoma City bombing.
	And I was doing a talk show on a small radio station in Connecticut, WATR.
	And while the rest of the country was all wrapped up in OJ updates, every 15 minutes, OJ updates.
	Well, people tuning into my show, I said, if you're looking for an OJ update, turn the dial.
	I don't want your listenership.
	We're trying to figure out what happened in Oklahoma City.
	And come to find out, all of the original broadcasters who were on the scene reported discovering a second bomb in the building.
	And then they found a third bomb in the building.
	They retrieved the second bomb from the building.
	They had military experts basically saying that this is a very sophisticated device and it had to be done by an explosive expert.
	And I'm not paraphrasing.
	I'm quoting.
	From the original broadcasts in Oklahoma City in 1995.
	And then when the feds got there and the networks got there, all of a sudden the story changed.
	And they said, no, no, no, it was a van.
	A van had a bomb in front.
	No, no, no.
	It was a U-Haul truck.
	No, no, no, no.
	It was a Ryder truck.
	And everything blew, you know, across the street.
	No, into the building.
	I mean, they kept changing the story.
	And that's to fit their narrative.
	And then, of course, they brought up Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols and, you know, John Doe No. 2. That all was a fabrication.
	And this is what infuriated me and motivated me to become, you know, a talk show host.
	And that's why I stand by my words that I wrote in the liner notes of my first album.
	If you become aware of a lie and you do nothing to expose the lie, you become part of the lie.
	And that's the way I've been living my life ever since.
	And that's what motivated me to do the documentaries about 9-11.
	Oh, Dave, you made such a wonderful contribution.
	General Barton, of course, exposed Oklahoma City as total fraud.
	We have lots of photographs showing they're hauling files out that appear to be related to Bill Clinton's mean at drug trafficking.
	Right.
	Right.
	Before they even looked after the victims, there were people still dying, and they were so concerned with hauling them out.
	I think, therefore, this was largely a Hillary operation.
	And we know, of course, she has been responsible for many, many deaths, including one recorded on the Anthony Weiner laptop, where she and Huma Abbott tortured and killed a 14-year-old girl.
	It was disgusting.
	Cops, New York City cops who watched this, were reduced to tears and said not even Hillary's most ardent supporters will be able to forgive her.
	But Dave, nothing has come of it.
	I believe Hillary has a very high security clearance.
	That makes her virtually untouchable.
	Right.
	That's right.
	And I didn't mean to grab the steering wheel and take us down a different path.
	Because the same methodology, the same subterfuge, I mean, you can pull up any one of these events that you want to, the same methodology is being used to manipulate not just the American people, but the people of the world to accept this extermination of people over in the Gaza Strip.
	I mean, they just, you know, they say that history is written by those who hang the heroes.
	Well, we're watching the heroes being hung right now.
	And I don't want to be misunderstood.
	I'm not here to promote...
	Islam, or, you know, I mean, we have some issues with the extremists, you know, the Muslim extremists.
	But then again, we also have some issues with the Israeli extremists.
	And I don't think that there's any doubt in my mind that, again, those that are in charge in Israel, they wrap themselves in the flag with the Star of David, which is actually the Star of Remfang.
	But that's another issue altogether.
	And so, I mean, as I recall, The original flag for Israel did not have a star on it.
	It had a menorah.
	So somewhere along the line that that changed.
	And the point is that they have wrapped themselves in the protective flag of Judaism.
	And God forbid anybody should say anything critical about Israel because immediately they're going to go anti-Semite, anti-Jew hater, you know, all these protests that are going on all over the country to support the Palestinian cause.
	It's not that they're pro-Hamas.
	It's not that they're pro-terrorists.
	Of course, that's the way the media is portraying it.
	And it's not just the mainstream media, ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, MSNBC, Fox.
	They're all doing it.
	But you know what else?
	All of the alternative news networks that have sprung up in the past decade.
	You've got Newsmax.
	You've got One America News.
	You've got News Nation.
	You've got the RS, let me see, Right Side News Network.
	All of them supposedly telling you the truth.
	All of them supposedly on the conservative side, and every single one of them is still parroting the same BS that if you protest against Israel, you hate Jews and you're an anti-Semite.
	That is absolute bullcrap.
	And this is why I have nothing but contempt for every single one of these networks.
	Oh, David, I could not agree more.

	Absolutely.
	Spot on.

	Just woke with a general who's a Mar-a-Lago crowd.
	He said AIPAC is getting shut out of the Trump ad when confirming Walls was trying to undermine Trump by working with Netanyahu that was planning to attack Iran.
	And he's hopeful the U.S. will decouple from Mossad and MI6.
	Huge!
	Meanwhile, Trump rift with Mimi may be irreconcilable.
	That would be a nightmare scenario from the perspective of Israeli interests.
	Our report circulated last week.
	Arguing Trump cut off all direct contact with Bibi after feeling manipulated, the larger context actually suggests it may be true.
	For starters, there was bad blood in late 2020 when Trump felt betrayed when Bibi recognized Biden's electoral victory while Trump was still challenging it in the courts.
	And of course, that election was staggering.
	It's a very personal issue for him, seeing he continues to insist he won, and he's right.
	More recently, he was pleasuring him to bomb Iran, which Trump doesn't want to do, since a large-scale war in West Asia would offset his planned pivot back to Asia to contain China.
	Thus, reportedly dismissed former National Security Advisor Walls due to him coordinating too closely with Israel.
	About bombing Iran.
	It's also relevant that Israel was caught off guard by U.S. resuming talks with Iran against any agreement.
	Then there's the U.S. recent deal with the Houthis, excluding Israel.
	Report the USLT links Saudi recognition of Israel from their civil nuclear talks and even speculation Trump might recognize Palestine during his attendance at next week Gulf U.S. Summit in Riyadh.
	It's thus evident U.S.-Israel ties are newly beset with a host of problems, lending credence to earlier reports about Trump cutting off direct contact.
	They may even be irreconcilable depending on his next steps.
	It was already bad enough that the U.S. reached its own deal with the Houthis.
	After they announced or planned to oppose an air blockade on Israel, but delinking Saudi recognition of Israel from their civil nuclear talks, let alone recognizing Palestine, could cross the Rubicon.
	Dave, your thoughts about these developments?
	Very serious.
	Are you there, my friend?
	Yes, they are very serious.
	And like I was just saying a couple minutes ago, the powers that be, Trump, the U.S. government, is going to have a real tough time walking back this entire situation because for so many years they have supported Israel and supported this effort that Israel has been making to take over Palestine and indeed expand all throughout the Middle East with their plan for greater Israel.
	So pulling back on this is going to be a very tricky, a very delicate issue, okay?

	But, no, they're going to have a real tough time walking back this entire situation.
	And I understand that, what was it, last week?
	There were $17 billion earmarked to go to Israel, and they were blocked by Congress.
	I said, whoa, wait a second.
	What happened in Congress that all of a sudden they're pulling back from the support of Israel?
	I mean, after all, we know that the overwhelming majority of our congressmen are paid off by AIPAC.
	I mean, we're talking tens of thousands, in some cases, over a million dollars to many of our elected officials.
	Which, you know, as far as I'm concerned, like I said, it's not lobbying.
	It's bribery.
	It's out and out bribery.
	And we all know that John F. Kennedy, back in 1963, before AIPAC was known as AIPAC, it was called the American Zionist Committee for Public Affairs.
	And he wanted them to register under FARA, the Foreign Agency Registration Act, the Foreign Agency Registration Act.
	And, of course, that was on about four months before he got offed.
	Yeah, that was something that the Israelis absolutely did not want to do, because that would be a measure of control.
	And they don't want to be controlled.
	So anyway, they took out JFK, whoever, the big quote-unquote they, and they changed their name to AIPAC.
	And they've been paying off Congress ever since.
	So, I mean, we're talking generations.
	The JFK thing is a tad more complicated, but it's absolutely true that...
	Israel had a shooter there, as did the Joint Chiefs, as did the CIA, as did the mafia.
	Yep.
	Continue, Dave.
	Well, you know, in a somewhat unrelated subject, and I heard you speaking about it earlier, you know, we have to put, if we're really going to put America first, then we have to put America first.
	And, you know, there is, okay, Marjorie Taylor Greene, She's been going off on Ilhan Omar, and well, she should.
	Because Ilhan Omar last year, and when that happened right afterwards, I captured the audio that Ilhan Omar had, and she was speaking in Somali to a group of Somalians, and she basically said that her allegiance was to Somalia.
	Now Marjorie Taylor Greene has taken this and said, look, Ilhan Omar needs to be censured because she is expressing her allegiance to a different country, and I agree.
	Absolutely.
	You cannot serve two masters.
	However, here comes the hypocrisy, and the stench of this hypocrisy curls my nose hairs.
	How do we condemn Ilhan Omar for expressing her allegiance to Somalia, and yet we condone, allow, and indeed celebrate?
	The fact that Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi and so many other members of Congress have openly expressed their undying allegiance to Israel.
	Now, you cannot serve two masters.
	You cannot have dual citizenship, as far as I'm concerned, and serve in the United States government.
	But this is what we've been dealing with.
	We have become the United States of Israel.
	And Israel is a Zionist country.
	Now a lot of people are very confused about Zionism versus Judaism.
	Now Judaism is a religion.
	Zionism is political dogma.
	I mean, we're not talking apples and oranges.
	We're talking apples and crescent wrenches.
	It's completely different.
	Now what is Zionism?
	Zionism is the political belief that you have one particular ethnic group or racial group that lives in a country.
	Now, this is what Zionism is.
	So let's apply this, what if?
	Here comes a big what if.
	What if we had the United Zionist States of America?
	So we're going to take California, and we'll call that the Zionist Catholic State of California.
	So if you're Catholic, you get to go to California and pick any home you want.
	Anyone who lives there has to get the hell out.
	Leave everything behind.
	And if you don't like it, they get to kill you.
	That's what Zionism is.
	And so we're going to have the Zionist Protestant state of Oregon.
	So if you're Protestant, you get to go to Oregon.
	And anybody who's not Protestant, you have to vacate the premises.
	And if you refuse to do so, they get to kill you.
	And we'll have a Zionist state of New York for the LGBTQ.
	I mean, this is what Zionism is.
	This is insanity.
	And yet we have been programmed to believe that this is okay, man, because they're Jews, and they have to have a homeland.
	And besides, God said that they were going to have their own country.
	You know, well, let's not forget the word Israel.
	That was assigned to Jacob.
	Jacob had a big fight with God, and God says, from henceforth you will be known as Israel.
	So Jacob had 12 sons.
	And those are the twelve tribes of Israel.
	So Israel is a people.
	It always was a people.
	A people who kept their contract with God.
	I mean, I'm not going to proselytize or get all religious, but that's where the origin of the word Israel came from.
	Israel was never a country.
	Israel is a people.
	But this has been twisted and massaged and manipulated over the years, so it has a completely different meaning.
	So now, We have this Zionist state of Israel, and somehow the people of the world came to accept this.
	I'm sorry.
	It is unacceptable to have a country that is exclusive for one particular group, especially when they claim to be a democratic country.
	No, it doesn't work.
	It's just, it's absolutely bass-ackwards.
	Sorry about that rant.

	I just did a show in Connecticut, and the story of great relevance to them is that homeschoolers and able child have hammered Connecticut with FOIA requests, exposing a pattern of state corruption from Sandy Hook to Waterbury.
	Connecticut's homeschool is once again making national headlines.
	As leading groups, represented by Attorney Deborah Stevenson, have filed a new Freedom of Information Act request with state agencies demanding specific information about the tragic death in Waterbury of a young man held captive for years.
	The actions in response to a long-standing pattern.
	Whenever a high-profile tragedy exposes failures by state agencies, Blame is assigned anywhere but where it belongs, and homeschoolers take the brunt of the blame game, force the secrecy through FOIA requests, only to repeatedly be met with resistance and stonewalling.
	Get this.
	In the aftermath of the 2012 Sandy tragedy, Connecticut homeschoolers, alongside the National Advocacy Group, Able Child, And,
	of course, the reason is obvious.
	Adam Lanza was a fictional character.
	He was made up.
	In order to fulfill a script for a fake shooting that was actually a FEMA event presented as mass murder to promote the Obama admin's gun control agenda.
	I have documented this again and again and again, Dave, including putting together a book.
	Nobody died at Sandy Hook.
	Where I brought together 13 experts, including six PhDs, where we established that school had been closed by 2008, that there were no students or teachers there, and there had been a FEMA drill, for which we even had the FEMA manual, which I included as Appendix A. Indeed, Amazon banned the book less than a month after it went on sale, Dave, even though it had sold nearly 500 copies, so I released it for free as a PDF.
	So, because the PDF was being downloaded millions of times, they brought a lawsuit against me by a fictional plaintiff by the name of Lenny Posner, claiming that I'd committed defamation by declaring that a death certificate he'd shared with a research colleague, Kelly Watt, was a fake, when since nobody died...
	The only modified death certificate would be for, say, someone who stepped on an electric wire and happened to be grounded, in other words, an accident, since drills aren't going to bring about death.
	So the lawsuit was a fabrication, but the judge was in on it, the attorneys, they railroaded me, and they took the book in order to get it out of public availability.

	They claimed to have psychotropic recently-abled childhood seemed a major victory in Tennessee, where landmark legislation requires toxicology testing for psychotropic drugs and deceased mass shooters, which are virtually all of them fake, and mandates public disclosure of relevant drug histories.
	The mother's phone was disconnected.
	His sister came to school with ruses, reported abuse despite red flags.
	This is back to Waterbury.
	DCF knocked on the mother's door five times without response with a petition for neglect.
	The court closed the case after a 45-second hearing when the mother failed to appear.
	A few weeks later...
	Matthew died of starvation, despite the fact that Matthew Tirada was never homeschooled.
	State official blamed homeschooling, calling for further regulation.
	This is really, really unbelievable, Dave, what's been going on here, blaming homeschoolers.
	Honestly, I think the kids who are homeschooled are getting a better education than those in public, by and large.
	Oh, absolutely.
	In Wisconsin, in an adjacent community of Verona, they have an outstanding public school system.
	I'm just happy to report, Dave, your thoughts.
	Well, I'm sure we're all aware that Alex Jones took a lot of heat on this as well.
	And words do have meaning.
	And in this particular situation, of course, Alex Jones was calling the whole Sandy Hook issue a hoax.
	A hoax.
	I contend that it was a false flag.
	Okay, it's a big difference between a hoax and a false flag.
	Now, unfortunately, I'll have to agree to disagree with you on a couple of things.
	Because when I first started my talk show career, I was on WATR AM 1320 in Waterbury, Connecticut.
	Okay, so that's my old stomping grounds.
	I lived in Connecticut.
	And like I said earlier, I was a staff announcer for WTNH Channel 8 in New Haven.
	Which is an ABC affiliate.
	And then I was also working after WT&H.
	I went to WFSB Channel 3 in Hartford.
	So, I mean, this is my old stomping grounds.
	And I do know people who do know folks who were involved in that whole mess with the shooting.
	So, I do believe that this was a false flag.
	Just like, you know, like the 9-11.
	Now, this is not to say that people didn't die.
	Of course they died.

	So, I mean, for some folks to say that there was nobody killed at Sandy Hook, I have to question that, because I know personally people who live in that area whose neighbors and friends lost loved ones in that issue.
	So, I can't say that the whole thing was a hoax.

	I will call it a false flag.
	I mean, there's a lot to go through.
	So, I mean, we can agree to disagree on the terminology, but we both know that we're being fed a huge portion of horse hockey here.
	So how do you get to the bottom of it, I don't know.

	When I was dragged into court, I was contacted by participants in the event.
	These were two women who were cast.
	One is Emily Parker.
	Another is Victoria Soto by their parents.
	So they didn't sign nondisclosure agreements.
	Everyone in the Sandy Hook community likes a book because it's honest.
	Dave, I hate to tell you, nobody died at Sandy Hook.
	They had auditions for the rolls.
	They signed the nondisclosure agreements.
	They still get benefits.
	They don't pay taxes.
	They get free college tuition.
	Dave, Sandy Hook promise is still pulling in a million bucks a month.
	It was a huge scam.
	And I understand why you have believed it was a false flag, meaning real deaths, but it's caused by other sources than those attributed.
	And I'm willing to call it a false flag in a broad sense, but nobody died.
	Believe me, I've been able to approve it.
	In my case, it's a perfect illustration.
	Listen, that's the next story I've got for you about the latest developments because I've been in court now since 2018 dealing with this.
	Tony Evers named Assistant Attorney General as Dane County Judge.
	Get this.
	Assistant Attorney General Stephanie Hilton had been tapped to fill a seat in the Dane County Circuit Court.
	Democrat Governor Tony Evers announced this week.
	Hilton will fill a vacancy created by Judge Frank Remington's May 3rd retirement and serve a term that concludes July 31st, 2026.
	Now, Frank Remington was a judge who presided over my case, Dave.
	He excluded all my evidence.
	He wouldn't allow my proof to be admitted so that he could create a situation where there were no disputed facts when virtually every fact in this case was disputed.
	I had claimed the death certificate of this alleged decedent, Noah Bosner, was fake.
	Well, there eventually were four different versions of the death certificate before the court.
	I had two forensic document experts, two of them, conclude all four of those death certificates were fake.
	The judge just set them aside on the ground that it wasn't helpful.
	Which entails weighing evidence, which judges are not permitted to do.
	This case had to go to a jury trial.
	But he had to create the appearance of no disputed facts in order to be able to render a verdict without a jury.
	It then went to a trial for damages $450,000.
	Meanwhile, when I...
	I protested that the individual to come in and testified under the name of Leonard Posner was not the Leonard Posner of Sandy Hook.
	He was too young and too small.
	The judge found me in contempt of court and added attorney fees, even though they claimed to be doing this pro bono for, can you imagine, $650,000 more.
	So I've had a $1.1 million judgment over my head for explaining what actually happened at Sandy Hook.
	Wow.
	Now, the judge retiring on May 3rd, Dave, his term of office didn't expire until 1 August 2030.
	So he's retiring five and a half years early.
	And I'm certain because I have four appeals pending, and an outcome I now regard by virtue of his retirement to be even more likely is that...
	It's going to be reversing the case.
	He's going to be recused or even removed from the bench.
	So he chose the alternative of stabbing his side.

	In 2009, I'm not going to get into my own personal history, but I was done.
	And I left the country.
	I had an invitation to go down to Argentina for a little while, and that's what I did.
	So I basically checked out of the whole situation.
	I gave my middle finger to the Patriot movement.
	I gave my middle finger to the 9-11 movement because everything was so infiltrated.
	There's so much subterfuge.
	And look, I've always been a musician.
	You know, I sing, I play guitar, I do commercials and narrations, and I happened to tumble down the rabbit hole back in 1995.
	And after nearly 20 years of being an activist, and after over a decade of being a talk show host on the GCN network, and a whole bunch of personal stuff happened, I left the country, and I checked out.
	So I didn't stay really plugged in with the whole thing with Sandy Hook.
	It wasn't until, oh gosh, I guess it was six years ago, I came back, seven years ago, I came back to the States.
	But since that time, I've been sitting here watching the wheels go round and round, you know?
	But so, I mean, it's okay to be wrong once in a while.
	It's an opportunity.
	Of course, of course.
	I'm with you.

	If I made a mistake, I think to correct it.

	What we know now that we didn't know then, which is available online, it's on multiple locations, and you'll find a one-hour summary overview that I think you'll find quite convincing.
	They provided me with photographs, for example, of Noah, who's supposed to have died at six, celebrating his eighth birthday, count the candles on the cake, eight of them.
	Connecticut FEMA schedule.
	This is where they showed the San Diego event scheduled as a drill for 14 December, actually 13 December 2012 to be presented live as a real event on the 14th where it was exercise number L366.
	They even sent a map.
	Of how to get from Bridgeport down to Dickinson Drive in Newtown where the school was located, Dave.
	And let me note, the FBI Consolidated Crime Report for Connecticut shows for Newtown at the intersection of murders or non-negligent manslaughters.
	In Newtown, the number zero.
	In other words, even the FBI asserts there were no murders in Newtown in 2012, where Sandy Hook is a branch of Newtown, a subdivision.
	And that remains the case to this very day.
	So just think how obvious it was.
	Here I had the FEMA manual for the exercise already in the book.
	Here I had the FBI consolidated crime report showing sole murders.
	I had lots of photos.
	Showing what did and didn't happen there.
	There was a sign, everyone must check in.
	Right in the manual, it says everyone must check in with a controller so you can be paid for participating.
	There was bottled water and pizza at the firehouse.
	They had all kinds of people wearing name tags, color-coded name tags on lanyards, which is standard.
	They had porta-potties in place.
	I asked law enforcement, I said, have you ever heard of a porta potty in a crime scene?
	And he laughed.
	He said that was absurd.
	But it's standard for FEMA exercises.
	And there was no surge into the building, Dave, when the event occurred.
	No string of ambulances to rush the little bodies off to hospitals.
	In fact, the one entrance into the school was so clogged you could have got an emergency vehicle in there if you had to.
	No emergency evac choppers were brought in.
	No evacuation of the children.
	There was supposed to be a total of 486 kids there that day, minus 20 alleged dead, 469 to evacuate.
	It didn't happen.
	Not a single boss.
	The whole thing was massively...
	Get this, Dave.
	An aerial photograph even shows...
	That it didn't have handicapped parking.
	The blue and white signage, and I verified Connecticut in federal law.

	That means it could not have been legally operating as a public school at the time.
	And get this.
	They, my Sandy Hook contacts, explained it wasn't even an elementary school.
	It was a special needs school.
	And it actually closed in 2006 when Eric Holder...

	That was meant to illustrate what could happen if we don't take guns away from the public, Dave.
	And that is how it all began.

	Well, you know, I have a lot to learn on that particular subject.
	Like I said, I've formed my opinion on the information that I've gathered on the subject.
	And as they say, if the information that you're forming your opinion on is misinformation, disinformation, or a lie, then that opinion is an extension.
	So if I'm corrected, that's fine.
	Because there's too many people in this world that go around with an exclamation point over their head.
	Because when that happens, that exclamation point indicates that the doors of information are closed.
	They won't let any more information in because they already know!

	And if I come across information that challenges my previous belief, then I have to challenge my own belief and say, OK, maybe this is wrong and chuck it out the window.
	So and that's the way I figure if you're going to seek for seek the truth, that's the methodology that we need to have.
	Because, I mean, there's too much pride and ego involved in so many of these different issues.
	And, you know, going back to the 9-11 issue, this is one of the reasons.
	Why I basically backed out, you know, is because there were too many people that said it's my way or the highway.
	And I was saying, okay, well, you've got your theory.
	I got my theory.
	She's got her theory.
	Let's all get together, throw our puzzle pieces on the table and figure out this puzzle.
	You know, if we work together, we can get to this.
	But there was too much finger pointing and saying, oh, you're wrong.
	You're an infiltrator.
	You're a misinformation person.
	You've got to listen to what I say.
	So all these attacks go back and forth.
	And that's why I said, hey, I'm not a part of this.
	I got nothing to do with this.
	I just want to find out the truth.
	If I'm wrong about something, fine.
	Let's discuss it.
	Let's put the information, get the data, get the evidence, put it all on the table, and let's work together.
	What a concept!
	But that wasn't going on.
	There was finger-pointing going on, and there were some people that were saying, okay, it's all CGI.
	Oh, there were no planers.
	I said, wait, let's figure this stuff out.
	You know, and I don't mean to change the subject, but that was something that I had to deal with, you know, on a personal level.
	You may recall, you know, that I was the one and only person that was talking about the flash.
	The flash.
	That is a key piece of evidence when it comes to the 9-11 attacks.
	Because that flash that occurred just before the planes hit the towers, in both cases, in the Naudet brothers, you know, the firemen in the street.
	And that plane flies over, and then the plane hit the tower, and you hear that guy, holy shit, you know?
	And that video, if you take it and blow it up, you can see that there is a flash that occurs before the plane hits the tower.
	So then we go to the second tower, and we've got four different angles that show the exact same thing, a flash that occurred before the plane hits.
	Now, if there were no planes, and if it was all CGI, Why would the CGI, why would somebody insert a flash into it?
	It doesn't make sense.
	Okay?
	So this is why I'm saying, you know, I want to find out what the heck happened with that.
	Okay?
	Because I don't believe, I do believe that there were planes.
	I don't believe that there were planes that we were told.
	Okay?
	And then there's some people that, you know, that say that all of the video footage was manipulated.
	I put manipulated footage in there.
	I got my footage live that was on television.
	And I don't know.
	I don't know.
	Maybe there was something that went on, but I want to see the evidence.
	I have to go by what I saw and the videotapes that I had that were taken from the live broadcast, not just from ABC, NBC, CBS, but WNEW, WPIX, WJAR.
	You know, all of the local television stations all had the same thing.
	So, I mean...
	That's what I base my opinion on.
	If I'm wrong about something, fine.
	Let's keep those doors open.
	Let's keep that question mark over our head.
	But that's the only way we're going to get to the truth.
	We have to swallow our pride, shun our ego, and say, look, I might be wrong about this, but that's where your opportunity to grow is.

	I found it.
	For 9-11 Truth in December of 2005, in June, Oregon Reynolds were both members, and it took them a year and a half to persuade me to look at the plane footage in New York City.
	It's obvious no plane crashed there.
	In fact, both reporters at the scene said the eerie aspect of the crash scene was there was no sign any plane had crashed there, because it hadn't.
	And the Pentagon, similarly, You have a hit point.
	It's about 10 feet high, 17 feet wide.
	There are damaged cars burning, spools of cable, unbroken windows, no massive pile of aluminum debris from a 100-ton airliner, no bodies, no seats, no luggage, no wings, no tail.
	In fact, it turns out that an unmanned aerial vehicle, a Global Hawk, appears to have fired a missile into the building, the West Wing, which, of course, had just been renovated to make it nuclear-proof, the only wing.
	So it was largely bereft of personnel and files except for those that Rumsfeld had directed me there to investigate the missing $2.3 trillion he'd announced the day before.
	And they were...
	When I looked at the casualty list of 125 for the Pentagon and found there were three dozen budget analysts, financial experts, accountants, I was stunned and realized he could bring together all the documents and records to take them out to conceal the origin of the missing $2.3 trillion.
	Now, go to New York, Dave.
	It turns out we have the footage showing the plane disappearing its entire length in the building in the same number of frames.
	It passes its entire length through air, which obviously distance equals rate time.
	Time is impossible unless a massive 500,000 steel and concrete building provides no more resistance to the trajectory of an aircraft in flight than air.
	It's a physical absurdity.
	So something is wrong.
	Yes, definitely.
	For the following reason.
	If it were CGI or video compositing where the images had been added after the filming but before the broadcast, there's a 17-second period when that could have happened.
	We would only have had reports of aircraft.
	From witnesses after the broadcast.
	But there are about 500 witnesses that report seeing a plane or what they took to be a plane before the impact.
	Some say large, small, commercial, military, very, very many differences.
	So it becomes how to explain for the appearance of planes when what's going on here is feats that no real plane could perform.
	And by the way...
	Pilots for 9-11 Truth tracked Flight 93 and discovered it was over Champaign-Urbana after it officially crashed in Shanksville.
	That Flight 175, even, was over Harrisburg and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, after it officially had to South Tower.
	And that Flight's 11 and 77. North Tower and Pentagon weren't even in the air that day.
	So what we got is a real challenge to sort out what happened.
	But David, I want to set that aside for the time being.

	Now, Dr. Arnie Burkhart was giving a presentation, and he was talking about these spike proteins.
	And men who have been injected with the hokey-pokey thingy-dingy are finding that the spike proteins has replaced the spermatozoa.
	In other words, if a man has sex with a woman, She's not getting the sperm.
	She's getting spike proteins.
	And that means that the man is infertile.

	Now also, Dr. Naomi Wolf was referring to a study where those spike proteins are attacking the ovaries in women.
	Now this sounds to me like this is a long-term plan to drastically reduce the human population.
	And we all know about the Georgia Guidestones.
	We all know that that plan is to reduce the population to a half a billion people.
	As a matter of fact, I can quote, the number one tenant on those Georgia Guidestones said, and I quote, maintain humanity at no more than 500 million in perpetual balance with nature.

	They want to reduce the population.
	We're approaching 8 billion people right now.
	What are we going to do with 7.5 billion people?

	You know, that's the mentality, unfortunately, of most Americans.
	And, you know, on one level, I can't really blame them.
	Because this is really tough stuff to pay attention to.
	You know, it's not an easy thing to look at all this ugliness.
	But I'm here to tell you that the only way we can defeat the beast...
	Is to have the courage to stare it in the eyes.
	And that's the way, unfortunately, that's just the way it is.
	And most people just, they don't want to do that.

	Or somehow they feel that they just don't have the power.

	Like I said, we've all been conditioned to live with those belief systems.
	But somehow we have to inspire people to get up off their butts.
	And get involved.
	Because humanity is depending upon it.
	We are involved in a global spiritual war.
	And the number one goal of the globalists is, like I said, to reduce the population of this planet drastically.
	And there's one obstacle.
	And that's our country.
	That's the United States.

	And the number one thing, if we want to open up that can of worms, we have to address the sex trafficking and the torture of children.
	Because this is the, I mean, I spent many hours with Ted Gunderson.
	You remember Ted Gunderson, don't you?

	Okay, I met Ted back in 95 during the Oklahoma City bombing investigation.
	And during the years, you know, I don't know if you remember the preparedness expos, you know, in the late 90s, preparing for the, you know, 2001 transfer there.

	But yeah, during those years, and then of course after the 9-11 attacks, you know, I was traveling all over the country and speaking engagements, and many, many times Ted Gunderson and I were sharing the podium, and a lot of times we were at the same hotel.
	So after the event was over, we'd end up in the lounge, you know, having a drink and a bite to eat, and we'd spend hours talking about this stuff.
	Because in those early days when I was married to Joyce, and we were the American Gulf War Veterans Association, and we were traveling around the country trying to help the veterans, We had a lot of vets that would come up to us and hand us plain manila envelopes with some very sensitive documentation in there.
	And at one time, we had an envelope that had the sub-projects of MKUltra.
	You want to talk about the kids on the milk carton kids back in the 80s and 90s?
	You remember them.
	A lot of those kids were recruited into CIA mind control programs, and they fell into one of three categories.
	They were either turned into assassins, like Jason Bourne, Or they were turned into suicide bombers.
	But the overwhelming majority of these kids were brought into the mind-control sex slave operations.
	And this is going back decades.
	This is what Ted Gunderson was investigating back in the 70s and 80s, and how these satanic cults were popping up all over the country.
	And that was 30 years ago.
	Now we've got three decades, and these things are everywhere, and they're right in your face.
	So we're dealing with a situation here.
	Humanity has to face the fact that we are dealing with good versus evil.

	That's a bit of a contradiction to the claim that wasn't intended to include Chinese, because the reports I have, 450 million Chinese, I believe they've taken a billion worldwide, and that they're just getting started because there are enduring effects of the vax.
	Some estimate that everyone who got the vax will die from the vax.
	Well, you know, it's funny you should bring that up because I was in preparation for my show.
