	Pam Bondi charges New York, Governor Kathy Hohenshaw, Attorney General Letitia James, and DMV Chief Mark Schroeder over sanctuary policy says this is a new DOJ. We sued Illinois and New York didn't listen.
	Pam Bondi has filed a new lawsuit against the state of New York, Governor Horschel, Attorney General Jones, etc., to prioritize illegal aliens over American citizens.

	This comes after Pam Bondi of the lawsuit against the state of Illinois, Cook County, and the city of Chicago over their sanctuary laws.

	Meanwhile, Judge restores Trump buyout offer to federal employees on Wednesday.
	A federal judge ruled in favor of the Trump admin by restoring the president's offer of an eight-month buyout for all federal employees if they agree to resign.
	As reported by The Hill, U.S. District Judge George O'Toole in Massachusetts determined that the plaintiffs who had filed a lawsuit seeking to block the offer were not directly impacted by the directive.
	And thus did not have standing to sue the president and his admin.
	They allege that the directive subjects them to upstream effects, including a diversion of resources to answer members' questions about the directive, a potential loss of membership, and possible reputational harm.
	Judge O'Toole explained in his ruling, the unions do not have the required direct strike in the fork directive, but are challenging a policy that affects others, specifically executive branch employees.
	This is not sufficient.
	The fork directive is one of several terms used to refer to the buyout offer, as it has been referred to as the fork in the road initiative.
	The offer promises eight months of paid time off in exchange for federal employees resigning from their posts.
	Due to delays in the program's expiration date as a result of the legal challenges, over 75,000 federal workers were able to accept the offer.
	That's a beginning, a step in the right direction.
	Meanwhile, Trump announced his new Intelligence Advisory Board.
	Devin Nunes will serve as the chairman on Thursday.
	President Trump announced he has created a new Intelligence Advisory Board tasked with advancing his America First agenda.
	The new Advisory Board will advise Trump on national security issues.

	The White House announced Tuesday the formation of the President's Intelligence Advisory Board tasked with advising President Donald Trump on national security challenges in advancing the administration's America First agenda.
	Devin Nunes, Chief Executive Officer of the Trump Media and Technology Group, which runs Truth Social, will serve as chair, his general counsel, Scott Glabe.
	Also, serve on the board.
	RFK Jr.'s daughter-in-law, Amaryllis Fox Kennedy, longtime head of global government affairs for Blackstone Wayne Berman, that's a law firm, former Chief of Staff Rince Priebus, former National Security Advisor Robert O'Brien, and Katie Miller, who is the wife of Trump White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller.
	We'll also join the board.
	Recall that in December, President Trump said he would make former GOP Congressman Devin Nunes the chairman of his Intelligence Advisory Board, and now he has done so.
	Meanwhile, Caitlin Johnson, very smart gal, reports the Gaza ceasefire is being sabotaged by Israel, by Trump, and by the media.
	Disturbing in all cases, but also not surprising.
	The Gaza ceasefire, if you can even call it that, is already in grave peril.
	Hamas has announced it will be postponing the release of any more Israeli hostages in response to repeated ceasefire violations from Israel and consistent failure to meet its terms for the agreement.
	The IDF has been routinely killing Palestinians in Gaza ever since the so-called ceasefire went into effect, with 110 killed in less than three weeks, according to the Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor.
	The first obstacle to the ceasefire holding was always that it depends on good behavior from individual IDF troops, many of whom quite likely These troops could also be reasonably confident they would incur no consequences from their superiors for those
	killings.
	In response to the Hamas announcement, President Donald Trump told the press that if all the hostages were not returned by Saturday at noon, the truce would end.
	And Israel should let hell break out.
	That is a disgusting statement from Donald Trump.

	Ceasefire is respected, dismissing the language of threats after U.S. President Donald Trump said he would let hell break out if they were not freed.
	Hamas has begun releasing hostages gradually under the ceasefire in place since January 19th, but has postponed freeing any more until further notice, accusing Israel of violating the terms.
	By continuing attacks on the Gaza Strip.
	Trump, a close ally of Israel, said Monday Hamas should release all the hostages held by the militant group by midday on Saturday, or he would propose canceling the Israeli Hamas ceasefire.
	Prime Minister Netanyahu said Israel remains determined to get all the hostages back.
	We will continue to take determined and ruthless action.
	That means slaughtering innocent men, women, and children until we return all our hostages, the living and the deceased.
	He said in a statement, mourning Israeli Shlomo Mansour after the military confirmed he was killed during the Hamas attack on October 7, 2023. That triggered the 2023...

	Meanwhile, Israeli officials, Hamas' claims about Israel's ceasefire violations are accurate.
	Israeli officials have admitted to the New York Times that Hamas' claims about Israel violating the Gaza-Greece fire are accurate.
	The report, citing three Israeli officials and two from mediating countries, Who spoke on the condition of anonymity, said that Israel agreed to let in hundreds of thousands of tents as part of the ceasefire deal, which hasn't happened.
	A few days before Hamas announced it was postponing, the next hostage release, scheduled for February 15th, the day after tomorrow, an official from Gaza's media office said only 10% of the required tents had arrived.
	Israel has also not allowed mobile homes or heavy equipment to clear the rubble in Gaza.
	Despicable!
	Meanwhile, Netanyahu, Gaza truth will end if Hamas doesn't release hostages by Saturday.
	Israeli PM said in a video statement Tuesday, if Hamas doesn't release the Israeli hostages by noon on Saturday, the Gaza ceasefire will end.
	And Israel will restart the genocidal war, which, by the way, they've been losing to Hamas, in case anyone noticed.
	If Hamas does not return our hostages by Saturday noon, the ceasefire will end, and the idea we'll return to intense fighting until Hamas is finally defeated, which, I dare say, will never come to pass.
	The statement comes after President Trump's call.
	For the ceasefire to be canceled if Hamas doesn't release hostages by Saturday.
	Trump stressed all remaining hostages should be released, while Netanyahu didn't specify a number.

	This is something that pro-Palestine activists have long warned about, and I'm joined now by the investigative journalist Anthony Lowenstein, whose book and new film, The Palestine Laboratory, meticulously documents what is happening.
	Anthony, thanks for joining us this morning from Sydney.
	Thanks so much for having me, Phil.
	I can't believe we haven't done this interview sooner.
	We've worked together for many years.
	You're involved with Declassified Australia, a kind of sister project to Declassified UK.
	And your book has really taken off over the last 15 months.
	And of course, now you've got the film that's just come out on Al Jazeera, which we're talking to you about today.
	So how hard was it for you to get into Israel?
	And also, were you surprised by what you found?
	The film is in two parts.
	The first part is set in Israel-Palestine and the second part is where I travel the world.
	I go to India, Greece, Mexico, South Africa and then back to Israel-Palestine.
	And the idea really was to, I guess, detail for people what...
	The reality of the laboratory looks like for Palestinians on the ground.
	People, I think, often maybe don't quite understand that Palestinians need to hide their emotions when they're walking around, that the use of facial recognition technology, biometric data, various other tools that Israel's using, means that if there's a perception, rightly or wrongly, that you as a Palestinian look angry, are angry.
	You are perceived as a threat, a threat meaning to settlers or soldiers.
	You can be arrested, neutralised, namely killed, or taken in for questions.
	So I guess what in some ways shocked me, and I lived for many years in Palestine, I was based in Israel and Palestine, I've been visiting there for 20 years.
	But what I think has accelerated is both the extent of the surveillance of all Palestinians from the moment they wake up, if they use their mobile phones, if they use their internet, and the use of course of AI in Gaza artificial intelligence.
	I've come to Tel Aviv to meet the investigative team who first revealed how AI is being used in Gaza.
	Some in the military felt that the systems that existed were not giving them in previous wars enough targets.
	Talk a little bit about what that meant practically.
	In previous war, what is called in Israel the target bank was very swiftly was empty, period.
	Previously, they would produce 200, 300 targets a year.
	Now they can produce it in an hour.
	We also uncovered and detailed in a way that I don't think any other filmmaker has yet the reality in India.
	A lot of people aren't aware that India is unbelievably close with Israel.
	The biggest purchase of Israeli weapons every year is now India, roughly 45, 50%.
	And increasingly, Indian officials are seeing how the Israelis do so-called crowd control.
	So we spend time in Punjab State, not that far from Delhi, where a number of Sikh farmers have been protesting about incredibly bad conditions for their lives.
	And earlier in 2024, they suddenly found themselves surrounded and experiencing tear gas dropped by drones.
	And the officials had learned that and they had seen that from what Israel was doing in Gaza during the Great March of Return in 2018. So isn't that fascinating?
	Fascinating.
	India is benefiting from the experiments Israel is doing on the Gaza, including ways to slaughter them and making money.
	Yemen's Houthis, by the way, ready to restart attacks on Israel if the Gaza ceasefire fails.
	Militias could also restart attacks on Israel and potentially on U.S. bases in the region.
	Given the U.S. support for Israel, that would be totally appropriate.
	Yemen's Houthis are ready to restart attacks on Israel if there is an escalation of Israeli attacks on Gaza and the ceasefire falls apart, the group's leader said Tuesday.
	Our hands are on the trigger.
	And we are ready to immediately escalate against the Israeli enemy if it returns to escalation in the Gaza Strip, said Abdel Maki al-Houthi.
	The Houthi, officially known as Ansar Allah, had disrupted Red Sea shipping by targeting Israeli-backed ships.

	When Trump insisted that Egypt would be on board Abdullah demurred, And said that Egypt was in contact with other nations and would offer a proposal in the future.
	However, after leaving the White House, King Abdullah Kitted, pronounced Shitted, the following on X. I reiterated Jordan's firm position against the displacement of Palestinians in Gaza and the West Bank.
	This is the unified Arab position.
	Everyone's priority.
	Must be to rebuild Gaza without displacing its people and to deal with a difficult humanitarian situation in the Strip.

	A bloc of states vowed to coordinate efforts to challenge Israeli breaches of international law.

	On January 31st, representatives of nine countries convened in The Hague, Netherlands, to declare a global alliance named The Hague Group, told Israel accountable under international law.
	It was an historic precedent, marking the first time such an initiative since the NABCA and the establishment of Israel to coordinate state action to prevent violations of international law committed against the Palestinian people.
	The founding members of the group are Belize, Bolivia, Colombia, Cuba, Honduras, Malaysia, Namibia, Australia.
	Senegal and South Africa.
	Notice the United States is not present.
	Some of these states have already taken major steps over the past 15 months to defend and enforce international law.
	South Africa, for example, brought a landmark case against Israel at the International Court of Justice for alleged violation of the Genocide Convention in Gaza, where A barrister, representing South Africa, traced the history and established there was no legal warrant for the foundation of the state of Israel.

	Indonesia joining BRICS is a huge deal that has gone unnoticed.

	In 2010, South Africa joined, and BRICS was formed, making it perhaps the only major international body in which representatives of Latin and African nations have an equal voice.
	The group is neither an alliance nor a bloc, and it is not against the United States.
	Many of its members have good relations with America, but it does seek to end the United States-led unipolar world and replace it with a world with many Poles and many nations with equal voices.
	I celebrate that.
	It is the right thing to do.

	So you're down to 30% of the budget, but you're going to cut a trillion.
	So the theory is that by cutting those taxes and the regular tax cuts, you're going to grow the economy more than 2% GDP, maybe get three, and then you're going to get another trillion dollars.
	But again, nobody's ever quite done that.
	Cut taxes like Reagan did, and then say that you're going to control spending or cut spending.
	Reagan didn't do it, so he got deficits.
	And so did George W. Bush.
	Balanced the budget for three years, since 1973, I think Nixon did it, was Bill Clinton, and he made a deal with Genrich.

	I want you to talk about their ideas, their arguments.
	It's long been observed that small minds talk about people, average minds talk about events, large minds talk about ideas.
	Of course, with my background as a professional philosopher, I mean, for 35 years, offering courses in logic, critical thinking, and scientific reasoning, we and I want to elevate the level of our analysis of events.
	So, of course, here, number one, Joe is attacking Peter.
	Here's another caller.
	I don't like that.
	Number two, he was bringing in his wife and attacking his wife.
	As being a player here and manipulating him, I found that was egregious.
	That was like strike number two.
	And then he was referencing that she's black.
	Now, there's no question about it.
	This was a racist attack.
	And I only wish I'd given this much more thought at the time and called him out on it immediately, which I failed to do.
	And now having given the matter further thought, I believe that I should have solicited opinions from Peter in Los Angeles, for example, about the idea of converting Joe's suspension Joe's banning to a suspension.
	Look, all these cases, in reasoning general, it's a function of rationality.
	As you get more information, you may have to adjust your opinions, may have to accept hypotheses you previously rejected, reject hypotheses you previously accepted, and leave others in suspense.
	And after weighing this, I just want you to know I'm giving this more thought.
	I think that the initial conclusion that Joe should be banned, especially for the racism I find acutely offensive, was the right decision.
	Now, I'm open to hearing from any and all.
