Everyone, welcome to the Goldfish Report.
I'm your host of Researcher Louisa.
Today is Monday, December 30th, 2024. This is Goldfish Report number 1,129.
This is a special political theater edition.
This is our top 10 stories of 2024 with...
I am back with...
The esteemed, the most dangerous mind in America, the author of over 40 books, the most incredible acumen, the most incredible mind that I know, my friend Jim Fetzer.
Jim, thank you for being with me today.
Good to see you again, my friend.
Oh, you're a dear, Louisa.
1,129 shows?
Wow!
Yeah.
Leave it up, girl.
Go for it.
I don't have...
Well, you know, I have...
It's prolific in terms of podcasts, but you're more prolific when it comes to books.
The amount of information that you have pumped out...
I'll tell you, I was thinking about it today, Jim.
I was thinking about comparing the amount of work that Mozart put out and Beethoven put out of our day.
It's not music, but it's...
It's intellectual endeavor and information and documenting our time and just how prolific you are as an author and a researcher, a publisher.
I equate it to the great maestros of yesteryear.
It's kind of equivalent.
It's equivalent in that regard, I see.
When we were living in Brighton in Sarasota, Florida, we had friends who called us over and said, come on over, you've got to see this.
And we sat down and started watching this movie, and I looked at the screen and said, that was me!
It was Zomadeus!
Oh, you did?
Well, exactly.
After this young wench who remarried, you know, it was just...
The personality just captured me.
It was wonderful.
I love the film, and of course, Mozart.
What a musical genius.
Fascinating.
Well, you're a genius, Jim, and I have to tell you, it's not without persecution, too.
You have been absolutely persecuted for this.
We're going to talk about that in our report today, and so would you like me to screen share this, or would you like to screen share?
Absolutely.
Let us do that.
Okay, we're going to go through the top 10 stories.
Can I do it, Louise?
Yes, please do.
Yes, please do, Jim.
Okay.
Okay, so we got the top 10 stories at 2024 with a Sandy Hook bonus.
Stand by.
We begin with story number 10. Imposter Biden serves a near full turn.
The real Joe appears to have died in 2017. They began using actor impersonators in 2018. They've got different shapes and sizes of skull, different signatures.
They even tried out a guy who was four inches taller this year, but he was called out.
So here we begin.
Another student has followed this issue very closely.
He published blogs, including a lot of his stuff.
First imposter in 2018. But look at the difference.
You got the real Joe on the left, you got the imposter on the right, the real Joe had a broader skull, the fake a narrower, different types of cranium, different size and shape.
Now here's the real Joe Biden.
Look at his affect, look at his use of his hands, how articulate he is.
There's a lot at stake in how we end this war.
It makes a big difference how we end this war.
And it makes a big difference to tell the American people the truth about what our options are in ending this war.
If tomorrow the order goes out from the—I'm President of the United States, I issue an order—end the war today, begin to withdraw all American troops, it will take a year to get the American troops out.
Do you hear me now?
That's the truth.
It will take a year to get them physically out.
Now, if you leave all the equipment behind, you might be able to do it in seven months.
And you leave those billions of dollars of weapons behind, I promise they're going to be used against your grandchild and mine someday.
There's a lot of...
My fellow Americans, I'm speaking to you tonight from behind the Resolute Desk in the Oval Office.
In this sacred space, I'm surrounded by portraits Extraordinary American presidents.
Thomas Jefferson wrote the immortal words that guide this nation.
George Washington showed us presidents are not kings.
Abraham Lincoln, who implored us to reject malice.
Franklin Roosevelt, who inspired us to reject fear.
I revere this office, but I love my country more.
Not the same guy, not even close.
Now get this!
They floated out a guy who was four inches taller.
He looks like a basketball player.
I wasn't the only one to notice.
Jimmy Dore did.
But here's a comparison.
This is the first imposter.
Here's the second.
Look how much taller he is.
No question about it.
Meanwhile, the real Joe and the fake Joe had different signatures.
Completely different.
Real on the left, fake on the right.
But look at that one on the right.
Compare that to the signature when he withdrew from the race.
It's a fake signature.
This was a fraud.
He was forced out.
He didn't have any say about it.
And Louisa, I gotta tell ya, this is really embarrassing and he's born a grudge.
He has not worked to help Kamala win any elections.
He'd schedule press conferences.
When she was holding events and distracted, I think he holds her in contact.
Oh, absolutely.
Sorry, go ahead.
No, I'm just going to say, it's a fascinating way to explain out, but now he also seemed to be wanting to sabotage Trump before he even gets into office.
Well, that's because he's not really in office.
It's probably Obama's third term.
And that's, you know, who's really pulling the strings?
I mean, who's pulling the strings?
Who's his puppet master?
And so that would, you know, make sense as to why they're going to try to sabotage.
And it's obviously because, you know, they don't want all this, the ditty list.
They don't want the Epstein list.
They don't want any of this stuff, you know, revealed.
And Trump is promising to do so.
Yep, I think you got that right.
Yes, indeed.
And so, what do we got?
Well, Top Story Number 9 DHS Secretary Admits Open Borders Plan Flooding European nations with Africans was the clergy plan of the 30s.
The US is now flooded with illegals from nations around the world.
DHS Secretary Mayorkas admits he could have controlled the flood.
Open Borders, of course, was among the most crucial issues of 2024. So here you have a book, the early book, Practical Idealism, the Collergy Plan to Destroy European Peoples.
They call it a conspiracy theory but it was in fact the practice and it's been implemented in Europe and here in the United States predicting a mixed race of the future would arrive but it's one that was going to be produced deliberately by flooding Europe with blacks from Africa.
Here you got Mayorkas admitting it could have blocked the migration plot Homeland Security Chief Alejandro Mayorkas said Sunday he and his deputies could have blocked more migrants at the southern border.
We would have taken executive action more rapidly had he known in 2020. The Republicans would reject his January 2024 border bill.
This was a deliberate plan to remake the country through immigration, trying to create a political situation where they thought they could force the Republicans to capitulate and basically codify open borders, because that plan that was rejected was one that legalized 1.8 million migrants made illegals legal per year.
They opened the borders because they wanted to flood the country, responded Rosemary Jenks, co-founder of the Immigration Accountability Project, adding, I have no evidence anyone at DHS was using the migration to pressure Republicans to do anything until the end of 2023. But they were destroying the country by bringing them in.
I know they saw the Senate opportunity at the end of 2023 and thought, hey, you know, regardless of what we do in the election, maybe we can tie the next administration's hands with these dumb Republicans in the Senate.
Regardless of intentions, the Democrats lost the White House to Trump.
Mayorkas did not say he used his migrant welcome to jam the GOP into signing the Senate bill, even though he portrayed it as his fix for the easy migration policy.
But it would have allowed him to claim tight border security while also massively accelerating the inflow of newly legal now migrants for many years.
He responded by saying the GOP rejected his request for additional funds, adding, When we turn to the bipartisan negotiation, which was successful but then were killed, Trump would ultimately oppose it.
The result was a terrific situation killed by irresponsible politics, except no, the bill itself was irresponsible in the extreme.
His own comments, however, acknowledge he could have, but did not take, executive action more rapidly.
He didn't say he used it to jamming, but it was the flaws, deep, deep flaws that killed it.
It was not an immigration enforcement bill.
It was a complete subterfuge, because it basically codified, that is to say, made legal formally what was going on already.
Everything Mayorkas had done would have been legal at that point.
So they would have had the same deleterious effects on the American people, which is why it was killed.
Trump caught on to it, Johnson got it, and they killed it.
There's growing evidence Biden's age-related decline made it difficult for him to keep his appointees under control.
Evidence suggests he gave up fighting against Mayorkas in 2021 when Kamala accepted and then refused Biden's request she'd become his border czar.
Mayorkas is a zealous, pro-migration progressive who allied himself with like-minded investors like Mark Zuckerberg.
Here we have.
Jewish group gets millions from the U.S. to facilitate the migrant invasion.
This is something everyone needs to understand.
I have video of convoys bringing the migrants hundreds of miles to the border, which have the Star of David on the doors of the build vehicles.
The House is taking the first steps to impeach Mayorkas for his willful and systemic refusal to comply with the law and breach of the public trust.
Yeah, yeah, this could all be staged so outraged America will be subdued into thinking something is actually being done at the border that Mayorkas is turning a blind eye to.
Wait, which one is Mayorkas?
Which one is Bezos?
They both have ties to communist Cuba.
Ah, didn't you know?
Mayorkas is a Jewish Cuban and equates a mine with same mixed heritage, calls himself Cubish.
The reason I mention Cuban heritage of Mayorkas is because of his special connection to HIAS, the Jewish refugee organization getting millions of taxpayer dollars to help illegals make the long trip from Panama to get their handouts in the USA. Get this, Mayorkas was a board member for Ohio's while he was head of U.S. Immigration.
Yes, good old Open Borders Mayorkas was making sure millions and millions of your tax dollars were going to transfer these illegals into the U.S. while overseeing the U.S. Custom and Immigration Services, like denying your own grandmother and other legal applicants from getting a visa to visit you in the U.S. Mayorkas Bezos has his hand out for more millions that funneled his cronies
in the Jewish organization, transferring hundreds of thousands.
Meanwhile, of course, it became a major issue in the election.
Trump vowed to stage the largest deportation operation in American history.
And Louisa, I believe, an awful lot of Americans voted for him in the belief he would do it.
And if he doesn't, I think there's going to be hell to pay.
Jim, I think a lot of people are very concerned about the cabinet that he's assembling and what this means.
It doesn't look like it's America first.
It looks like it's Israel first.
The enemy is within.
The enemy is in the gate.
It's on our homeland.
You know, I can understand being really mad at Americans for kind of not participating, but the reality is we have been through generational demoralization.
And through, as Yuri Bezmenov, the KGB defector, admitted, it's through ideological subversion.
It just didn't happen in one generation.
This has been several generations now.
That this has been a process, or at least several decades, I should say, that this has been a process to the Trojan horse and the DEI and all this other stuff.
It's all a Trojan horse to destroy the United States.
And so what does that mean when we're demoralized?
We have Stockholm Syndrome.
And we really don't, we just don't see the threat.
We don't see the threat even though it's sitting in our backyard.
And that's exactly what happens to people with Stockholm Syndrome.
They sympathize with their captors.
We are being held hostage.
I think it was a coup d'etat.
This was definitely a coup d'etat in our country.
And, you know, let's just hope and pray that we get to January 20th, you know, safely and safely.
Yeah, I think, and Trump better do what he says he's going to do.
I don't think this country at this point has the patience after what we've been through the past four years and the tolerance to put up with anybody else who, any, another politician that's, and even if Trump's a businessman, he's a politician now, he's a president.
So, you know, who's going to pull the rug out from underneath us and everybody needs to hold him completely accountable.
Yeah, I think we're all on the edge of our seats waiting to see how this all plays out.
Meanwhile, top ten story number eight, Jewish academic morally justified genocide.
October 7th was dated by the IDF to justify attacking Gaza.
A completely disproportional form of collective punishment, which is outlawed by the Geneva Convention, by the UN Charter, by international law, but it continues unabated.
Talmudic Jewish supremacist rabbis and academics justify it.
We now have an attack on Bibi's home, which appears to be a false flag to justify attacking Iran.
So we had October 7th, the false flag to justify the slaughter in Gaza, and now we have what appears to be another to justify attacking Iran.
Here's from VT. Israel's Jewish academic provided Talmudic moral justification for mass murder, starvation, and genocide.
Stunning!
Middle East professors at Israel's top universities openly justify starving Gaza civilians to pave the way for the army's military campaign.
The grandmother of a Palestinian boy who was born and killed in the midst of war.
That's in the image.
Uzi Rabia, a history professor, has been among the most sought-after Middle East experts in Israeli media, a senior lecturer in the Department of Middle East and African History at Tel Aviv University.
He has unapologetically advocated starvation of civilians in northern Gaza, who do not follow the Israeli army's order to evacuate south.
According to Safet David, co-founder, founder for regional thinking and head of the Israel and the Middle East cluster at the Van Leer Jerusalem Institute, Rabi and others like him are more militant even than the military security establishment currently leading Israel's war.
Evidence can be found in support some of them have given to the plan of former senior Israeli officer Goria Elhan.
The plan called for forcibly displacing all civilians from the northern part of the enclave, or subjecting them to starvation of military force, which in the viewer critics amount to ethnic cleansing and genocide.
Israeli Middle East scholars have always been rather conservative on Israeli-Palestinian and regional issues, but since the war began in October 2023, some have espoused far-right discourse similar to the extremist views of Israel's most far-right ministers, Adhemar Ben-Gurv and Benzel Smotrich.
Meanwhile, drone attack on Netanyahu's home came from an area of Lebanon controlled by the IDF. Was it a false flag?
Radar and satellite imagery from the strike that hit the private home of Benjamin Netanyahu reveals the drone was launched in Lebanon from an area controlled by the invading Israeli defense force.
Was this a false flag designed to give Israel cause to go after Iranian leaders?
From almost the instant the drone struck, word began pouring out.
That despite the drone coming from Hezbollah, it was somehow really Iran that was responsible.
Despite Israel having to assassinate most of Hezbollah's leadership, thereby making it a natural reply for Hezbollah to target Israeli leaders, Iran is getting the blame.
Social media are teeming, teeming with bro-Israel accounts, posting that now Israel can go after Iranian leaders.
Here are some examples.
The Islamic regime of Iran attempted to assassinate Benjamin Netanyahu in his own home with an Iranian drone launched by Hezbollah.
Israel has every legitimate reason to assassinate al-Khamenei and Iran's supreme leader.
Now, there isn't a bunker strong or deep enough to save him.
Another!
After the failed attack against Netanyahu and his residence in Caesarea that generates causus belli, Worth noting,
the attacks of October 7th For the number of Israelis were killed, thanks allegedly by Hamas, out of the Gaza Strip, Israel gave a stand-down order to its border guards and military for eight hours or so.
Only after the attacks had taken place did Israel tell the border guards and military to respond.
It was widely theorized then that Israel knew the attack was coming, but let it happen on purpose, to give them cause to stomp Gaza out of existence, which they have mostly done.
Now it seems a drone attack against Netanyahu's residents being used as a reason to go after Iran.
Same strategy as Gaza?
Louisa, your thoughts?
Well, this all started with that, what, October 7th false flag and that this is supposedly their, you know, their justification to defend themselves.
I mean, we're not buying it anymore.
You know, this is propaganda that they keep saying that.
Sadly, they have genocided.
You know, I wanted to show a picture.
I don't know.
They're saying that the Ford Twitter page was hacked today.
And I wanted to just screen share what it had said because if it's, let's see.
Oh, no, that's not there.
It's here.
Hold on a second.
I was, they're claiming that it was hacked.
So let's, you know, I don't know.
It seems pretty, it's possible, but I guess I have to, let me screen share.
Is host at this point.
Yeah, I'm going to screen share.
Can you see that?
Yeah, you are host.
Go ahead.
Yeah, this is the Ford Motor Company, and this was their Twitter or X page today.
So, you know, people are claiming that it was hacked, and that, you know, they didn't actually post this, but Ford's, I don't think Ford was claiming that it was hacked.
Just wanted to share that with you.
Interesting.
Yeah, take a while, and this is going to be our Next, number seven in the top ten stories, attempted assassination in Butler, Pennsylvania.
There was a real plot to assassinate Trump in Butler.
For example, some 29 million shares of Donald J. Trump were shorted, which would have yielded a financial bonanza if the value of the stock had dropped, which would have happened for certain had Trump been taken out in Butler.
The security was hopelessly inadequate and set up to fail.
The size of the crowd and crisis actors show Trump flipped the script.
With so much fakery allied against him, I cannot blame him.
I'm not alone in having drawn this conclusion.
Here's a And you know, that's a little bit old, that chart.
That chart's a couple of months old and if you want to really see something that's said, take a look at what happened.
That chart's a couple of months old.
And if you want to really see something that said, take a look at what happened.
Those look at the security perimeter.
It looks like a Pac-Man.
It's got a cutout from the location where the shooter was situated.
This is absurd.
Obviously, the security battle should have included any building that was in the vicinity and the water tower.
Which, by the way, appears to be the location from which those five additional shots were fired.
Here you can see the path taken by the shooter here, except he was further over on the building, and the water tower.
So there actually are on audio tapes, the sound of three shots from here, then the sniper taking him out, and then five more from the water tower, though it is possible that, as in Las Vegas, it was a pre-recorded soundtrack.
It provided a lot of dramatic footage that helped Trump tremendously.
He claimed to have been shot in the ear.
You can see some blood there.
But get this.
All these years later, Evander Holyfield is still missing the piece of ear Mike Tyson bit off.
Look at that.
Missing part of Evander Holyfield's ear.
But Trump?
Probably just not as fast a healer as Trump.
I gotta say, Louisa, I'm convinced this was a stage event.
Trump got wind of it, and he flipped the script to benefit himself, and I'm not alone in believing he was entitled to do that.
Just add a couple of additional points.
P.K., who's a really brilliant guy down in Australia, noticed several crisis actors in the crowd who were acting in response to what they were reading in their cell phone.
But I'd make the point, just look at the size of the crowd.
One of the most awesome political scenes I've ever witnessed was in 2020. A Trump helicopter was descending in the evening over hills in Butler, Pennsylvania, now covered by tens of thousands of Pennsylvanians that turned out to honor a man they admired, if not adored.
Here, in Butler, we only had a couple of hundred.
And I think we only had a couple of hundred because they were crisis actors.
This was not, in my opinion, a bona fide event.
Plus, the firefighters are supposed to have been whacked.
They had a memorial for him set up in his lead firehouse, but they couldn't even spell his name right, Louisa.
They couldn't even spell it right.
Well, I have a photo here too, just to add to what you're talking about.
I don't know if you can see this, but this just shows the, you know, kind of makeup that you can use.
And I used to do this kind of thing.
So this really, you know, what I find amazing is that it didn't get all over his clothes or his hair, you know, it was like maybe one strand, but I mean, You know, it just...
And Trump's face...
Now, I used to make auricular prosthesis.
I used to make the ears.
And the thing about Trump's face is that the ears are quite...
They're kind of...
They don't stick out.
They really don't, you know, stick out the sides of his head.
They're kind of...
Wow.
A little bit concave, to be honest.
I mean, it's the way I would describe it.
And it seems just way too far-fetched because it's just too far-fetched for me.
I agree with you.
I do think that they did co-opt it.
I think they did get wind of it in advance, and they played it to their never-let-a-crisis-go-to-waste, you know what I'm saying?
So I do think that...
That's what happened because these guys, you know, if these are inside snipers, they don't miss.
They don't miss.
And it was only 150 feet.
I mean, that's really nothing.
In the Marine Corps, we have instruction at 200, 300, and 500 yards.
So 150 feet.
I mean, you know, that's trivial.
It's not the first time we've had a staged event contribute to the re-election of a president.
The raid on the compound in Pakistan That was under Barack Obama, allegedly killed Osama bin Laden, took place 10 years after he'd actually died on December 15, 2001, and been buried in an unmarked grave in Afghanistan.
In accordance with Muslim traditions, it's tough to get dialysis machines in and out of those caves in Afghanistan.
Fox and CNN both caught up with it on the 26th of December 2001. They published that Osama bin Laden was dead.
Trump, Barry Sitaro, found it politically expedient to resuscitate him and have him die again for a worthy cause so he could head to a triumphal reelection as the man who got the most wanted man in the world, which, of course, was all based on false claims that he had anything to do with 9-11, which he did not.
He was actually an officer in the CIA, Louisa.
Yeah, yeah.
Tim Osmond.
Well, I had also heard that through some sources that there was...
Okay, so that Iran knew.
So this is why we ended up paying Iran all this money, because Iran gave Obama the wrong coordinates.
So I guess they may have killed a double or a lookalike or whatever.
And when Obama went to announce that they had taken them out, he had already announced that they had gotten Osama bin Laden.
And then he finds out that it's not Osama bin Laden and that he was essentially blackmailed to pay around that money or they would have let it out.
So I can't independently confirm that.
Bush and Saddam Hussein, because they did kill Saddam just three weeks into the invasion in 2003, and then they were going to celebrate it aboard the USS Abraham Lincoln off the coast of San Diego, but someone, we believe it was Donald Rumsfeld, realized three presidents signed executive orders against assassinating the heads of foreign states.
So had W announced that he would have been admitting he'd violated the law, so they took a body double and they put him on trial and they hanged him in his place, but it was all totally fraudulent.
An awful lot of this is fake history that's made up for political purposes, as you're...
Yes, yes.
I'm just telling you, these are reports that I had seen, and that that's why we paid Iran these billions of dollars, and everyone's wondering why we were handing Iran all this money.
Yeah, so...
Yeah, very good.
Meanwhile...
Oh, this.
I should have thrown this in.
Yeah.
You can't tell by the way I use my walk.
I'm the woman's man.
No time to talk.
And you see love.
When men walk.
We're being kicked around.
Since I was gone.
I never saw you right.
That's okay.
And you may look the other way.
But we can try.
We want to stay.
New York times are dead, no man.
Whether you're a brother away.
Do you remember you're staying alive.
Staying alive.
In the city breaking and everybody shaking.
Staying alive.
I just couldn't resist.
How hilarious, sis.
Good, it's good, Jim.
Yeah, here's some of the top ten stories, number six.
The Democrats' law affair against Trump collapses.
None of these cases appear grounded in either fact or law.
Jack Smith does not seem to have been properly appointed.
He had a degree of independence that required Senate confirmation, which he never received.
The prosecutors, like Fannie Willis, have not been faring well.
A New York City judge is yet to rule and may try funny business yet.
What happens to the pending criminal and civil case against Trump following his election?
As Donald Trump prepares to return to the White House, he continues to face a barrage of legal action against him.
Syracuse University Law Professor Gregory Germain has been following the criminal and civil cases.
Here he summarizes the status of each, discusses what happens next.
Criminal cases first.
Falsifying Business Records, New York Law.
Trump has been convicted and is scheduled to be sent for a classy fellow for falsifying business records in the criminal case brought by Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg, pending before Judge Juan Mershon.
He faces potential prison time in the case.
Some are worried that Mershon may try to incarcerate him before his inauguration.
We shall see.
Second, election interference, Georgia law.
Trump has been indicted in Georgia by D.A. Fannie Willis for election interference.
The case has been mired in controversy following revelations that Willis had an affair with Special Prosecutor Nathan Wade.
They use money delegated to support the lawsuit to go on trips, you know, fancy meals and indulge themselves.
Very embarrassing, more seriously.
Turns out Faith and Maiden made repeated trips to the White House to get advice about how to pursue Trump.
Fulton County Superior Court Judge Gottmikoffee allowed Willis to continue with the prosecution if Wade resigned, which he did.
But the case has been derailed by an appeal from Trump and the other defendants, and in fact, Fannie Willis has been given the boot.
Third, classified document federal law.
Trump has been indicted by special counsel Jack Smith on federal charges for stealing, retaining, making false statements about classified dogs he took from the White House after losing the 2020 election.
This was just an embarrassingly bad case.
It was assigned to District Judge Aline Cannon, appointed by Trump and reversed by the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, for earlier rulings improperly taking jurisdiction and appointing a special master during the investigation of the document theft.
Judge Cannon dismissed the charges against Trump on a technicality, finding Jack Smith's appointment under the DOJ Special Counsel regulation and the regulation itself Violated the Appointments Clause of the Constitution.
She's right.
Cannon did not give the government opportunity to remedy the election clause deficiency, such as by appointing a Senate-approved United States attorney to supervise.
Cannon's decision is not appealed to the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, but I believe it too has been rejected.
Fourth, election interference federal law.
Trump has been indicted again by special counsel Jack Smith for election interference in the 2020 election.
The case was delayed because of controversy concerning the standard for presidential immunity.
The trial court in DC circuit ruled a former president has no immunity for crimes committed in office.
The Supreme Court, however, reversed in Trump v.
United States, ruling a president has broad immunity for actions taken even in bad faith or for personal gain connected with his official duties.
In other words, he cannot be sued for actions taken in the performance of his official duties.
Prosecutor Smith has attempted to limit the indictment to address the immunity ruling, but serious questions remain.
It's pending before Judge Wantachutkin and Barack Obama appointee.
I believe it's going nowhere.
Meanwhile, The case against Trump, a guide?
34, felony convictions, charges of fraud, election subversion, and obstruction.
One place to keep track of the president-elect's legal troubles.
The discussion is moving from the legal to the political because the legal seems to have reached a dead end.
Special Counsel Jack Smith and Justice are moving to end the cases against Trump related to attempting to subvert the 2020 election and hoarding classified documents at Mar-a-Lago, neither of which made it to trial on November 25th.
Smith asked for charges to be dismissed in both.
The document case, long considered the most straightforward, was bottled up by a Trump-appointed judge on dubious procedural grounds.
The election subversion case took a detour to the Supreme Court, where a conservative majority ran down the clock before ruling a president at very broad immunity for most acts done as president.
The case only recently returned to the trial court.
The election subversion case in Poulton County, Georgia, is effectively frozen already amid challenges to the prosecutor's handling of the case.
Trump has been convicted but not sentenced in New York State related to the hush money paid to the adult middle actress, Stormy Daniels.
Sentencing that case is indefinitely proposed as of November 22nd.
Louisa, your thoughts.
Yeah, well, I think that she had actually made a statement because Trump had posted this in his defense.
She had made a statement that she had no sexual relationship with him.
So this is a nothing burger.
This is just more defamation and slander and lawfare against him.
And there's actually a very good video That was compiled showing how the January 6th was completely orchestrated.
It was orchestrated not by Trump, of course, but by Pelosi and the Democrats.
And that will come out.
But again, see, Trump has to set a precedent here.
Because if you're going to go after former presidents for their crimes, he has to set a precedent.
So this immunity clause is very interesting.
The Supreme Court upheld it, but it's only for conduct in the official capacity of the office of president.
It's not for illegal activity.
That's not part of the office of president.
So it's very clear, as you just read it.
And I think that that needed to come out and be clarified to the American people for what's going to come.
Let me just add how absurd it has been when they had the E. Jean Carroll case claiming Trump had assaulted her in a Bergdorf Goodman department store in broad daylight, as it were, but she couldn't even remember the year in which the events occurred.
Well, she couldn't even remember the year.
How can Trump postulate an alibi?
I mean, he could have been on the golf course.
He could have been in Paris.
Who knows?
It should not have gone to trial because he was denied the right to defend himself.
But the Democrats didn't care.
They just wanted a conviction.
You'll learn if you read between the lines, and sometimes not even having to read between the lines, they wanted a conviction to campaign against him.
They thought that would seal the deal for Kamala.
Well, and it's the truth, Jim.
I mean, when they want a conviction, they will get one.
It doesn't make any difference what the facts are.
It doesn't matter what the truth is.
That actually doesn't matter in a courtroom in the United States anymore.
And of all people, you and I know that very well.
And especially you, which we'll be getting to in a little bit.
Yeah, it is absurd, Louisa.
I'm having a hard time arguing with you about it.
Meanwhile, number five of top 10 stories at 2024. Donald Trump defeats Kamala Harris.
Kamala played it coy, and the Dems rigged their only debate.
She had earrings that were microtransmitters.
She already knew the questions in advance.
Every answer was smooth and polished.
Following Barron's advice, Trump did podcasts with one and all, especially with Joe Rogan.
It was sensational.
Also, of course, with Tucker.
These were widely viewed.
I mean, In the order of nearly a hundred million viewers.
Trump finished with 312 electoral votes versus Kamala 226. The worst candidate ever.
Lost to one of the best.
Trump is perhaps the absolute best campaigner ever on the trail.
Decision to ask that quarter finalizes the electoral college count.
Trump sweeps battleground states.
He won them all.
Nevada and Arizona have now been called for Trump.
He finished with 312 electoral votes, the most for Republicans since 1988. Trump wins Arizona, completing a swing state sweep.
President-elect Donald Trump has won Arizona, scoring a comeback in the Grand Canyon State after losing to Biden in 2020 and completing a 2024 swing state sweep.
The Republican leads Vice President Harris 52.1% to 47%, with 67% of the votes counted.
Trump victory in Arizona with its 11 electoral votes.
Following that, in neighboring Nevada, Great Big Top 6, a feat no Republican has completed in 20 years.
Both candidates made their final trips to the Southwest swing state on Halloween.
Haunting Arizona with their contrasting visions of how scary America could become if their opponent were to win.
I'm reminded, by the way, that before the 2020 election, just the day before, Joe Biden and Kamala Harris made a rare joint appearance in Phoenix.
And guess what, Louisa?
Nobody came.
No one cared about it.
Meanwhile, Too big to rig.
Democrats cheated again in 2024, but still couldn't beat Trump.
The Republicans may have won control of the White House, the Senate, and the House of Representatives, but don't be fooled.
The Democrats still cheated.
Just like in 2020, they used mysterious late-night ballot drops, destroyed ballots, fake voters to tilt the odds in their favor.
The nominee, Kamala Harris, wasn't arguably the worst candidate.
If Kamala Harris wasn't arguably the worst candidate in history, this might have been enough to steal the White House once again.
Well, it didn't happen.
It was enough to help them cheat Republicans out of several congressional races across the country.
Yes!
The most obvious case occurred in Wisconsin, where a massive late-night ballot drop of only Democrat votes mysteriously flipped a key Senate race in their favor.
In the image below, you can see just after 4 a.m., Wisconsin counted a massive ballot drop from Milwaukee, which, according to some of the most corrupt election officials in the nation, was won almost entirely by the Democrats.
See the jump here?
Obvious fraud.
This strange and unlikely jump for Demi Baldwin, the Democrat candidate, led to the race being called in her favor, which triggered some PTSD. For those of us who remember, this is exactly what they did in the 2020 race.
It wasn't just the Senate either.
Deep State Democrat tried to use the same votes to steal the state for Kamala, but Trump's lead was literally too big for them to cheat.
Look at the giant bump they gave here.
But Trump had too large a lead and they couldn't succeed.
Meanwhile, he picked up with Latinos, 27%, Blacks, 3%, Asian, 12%, Women, 7%, 18% to 29%, 13%, 45% to 64%, 9%.
White House sends Dow up 1,500 points.
A lot of enthusiasm for the incoming president.
But get this, a breakdown in how the Democrat Party died.
Barack Obama, I need a VP dumber than me.
So he picked Joe Biden, who needed a VP dumber than me.
So he picked Kamala Harris, who needed a VP dumber than me and came up with Tin Care, who claimed boys need tampons.
Louisa, how bad is that?
We have morons running for our highest offices.
Unbelievable.
They are morons.
Jim, I remember that we started getting some court decisions coming in that mandated people had to be residents of their county.
Was it Maricopa County?
And as soon as these, so a lot of court decisions were coming in so that people who were illegal and they were not residents could not vote.
So I think this helped Trump tremendously, actually, and especially in Arizona.
Yeah, I think he's going to move to go back to paper ballots and hand counts, which is indispensable if we're to regain control of our government by way of elections.
Meanwhile, top ten story number four, Syria falls to expand to greater Israel.
9-11 was an Israeli hub to draw the U.S. into the Middle East.
A plan was to take out seven governments in the next five years.
It worked up to Syria, where both Russia and Iran intervened.
With Syria's collapse, the only target that now remains is Iran.
Has Beebe achieved his dream of obliterating the Arab world?
Take a look at the map above.
It explains everything.
This is roughly the situation on the ground today.
The majority of Syria's land is controlled by five groups.
Al-Qaeda, now known as HTS, the Kurds, SDF, the IDF, Israel, and Turks.
The Turks and remnants of the Syrian army.
The situation is extremely fluid, so some territory is likely to change hands in the near future as rival groups fight among themselves.
But here's what won't change.
A government will not emerge that's capable of stitching together a unified, contiguous, viable, centrally-governed Syrian state.
That's not going to happen.
The various armies are too powerful for any one group to crush the others and re-establish a government that rules all of Syria's previously controlled territory.
Why does that matter?
Because we need to acknowledge that Israel has accomplished what it sought from the very beginning.
They not only enlisted allies to help them topple Assad, but they also obliterated the Syrian state.
Syria is gone.
It no longer exists.
And that has been Israel's goal for more than 40 years.
So, we shouldn't view the events last week as random or spontaneous because they were neither.
Everything that's taken place aligned with the strategic blueprint produced by a Zionist intellectual dead Yanan more than four decades ago in which, according to biographer Israel Shaka, Concocted an accurate and detailed plan for the Middle East based on the division of the whole area in the small states and the dissolution of all the existing Arab states.
Full stop!
This is where readers need to pause and honestly consider whether this accurately explains the endless fighting and turmoil we've seen in the Middle East for the last two decades.
The answer is, it does!
Iraq, Libya, Lebanon, Syria, etc.
These are not just countries.
They are agenda items on a Zionist checklist for regional domination.
So, stop thinking the wars have something to do with Assad or oil or pipelines or Hamas or even Israeli security, because they don't.
These are wars aimed at establishing Israeli hegemony across the Middle East.
Let's look at the document itself.
The title is Strategy for Israel in the 1980s.
Economist Jeffrey Sachs has confirmed much of what we've stated here.
He's been outspoken in a number of interviews, laying blame for the recent wars in the Middle East on Benjamin Netanyahu.
Here's Sachs in a recent piece on Consortium News.
The fall of Syria this week is a culmination of the Israeli-U.S. campaign against Syria going back to 1996 with Netanyahu's arrival into office as Prime Minister.
The Israel-U.S. war on Syria escalated in 2011-12 when former President Barack Obama covertly tasked the CIA with the overthrow of the Syrian government in Operation Timber Sycamore.
Syria's fall came swiftly because of more than a decade of crushing economic sanctions, the burdens of war, the U.S. seizure of serious oil, and, most immediately, Israel's attack on Hezbollah.
Netanyahu's ambition to transform the region to war, which date back almost three decades, is playing out now in front of our eyes.
The long history of Israel's campaign to overthrow the Syrian government is not widely understood, yet the documentary record is clear.
Israel's war on Syria began with U.S. and Israeli neoconservatives who fashioned a clean-break strategy for the Middle East when it came to office in 1996. The core of the strategy called for Israel and the U.S. to reject land for peace, the idea Israel would withdraw from the occupied Palestinian lands and return for peace.
Netanyahu's strategy was integrated into U.S. foreign policy.
Taking out Syria was always a key part of the plan.
This was confirmed by General Wesley Clark after 9-11, where the role of the Israeli lobby is spelled out in Ian Pappé's new book, Lobbying for Zionism on Both Sides of the Atlantic.
The U.S. has by now later sponsored Wars against Iraq, invasion in 2003, Lebanon, U.S. funding and arming in Israel, Libya, NATO bombing in 2011, Syria, CIA operation during the 2010s,
Sudan, supporting rebels that break Sudan apart in 2011, and Somalia, Backing Ethiopia's invasion of 2006, a prospective U.S. war with Iran, ardently sought by Israel, is still pending.
The U.S. and Israel are high-fiving that they have successfully wrecked yet another adversary of Israel and defender of the Palestinian cause with Netanyahu claiming credit for starting the historical process.
American interference at the behest of Netanyahu's Israel has left the Middle East in ruins with over a million dead, open wars raging in Libya, Sudan, Somalia, Lebanon, Syria, and Palestine.
And with Iran on the brink of a nuclear arsenal being pushed against its own inclination to this eventuality, look at the map.
Notice the part controlled by Turkey versus Israel.
It appears now that Erdogan wants to take control of the rest of Syria.
So it may be there are unexpected consequences that are going to emerge according to the latest reports.
Louisa, your thoughts.
Well, Jim, this hot spot, me and my whole life, it's always been this way.
And I think, sadly, this is really going to erupt in World War III, to be honest with you.
I think this is something's going to spiral out of control with this more than it already has.
But I think that this is kind of the last straw at this point.
And you're right.
You've always said this, Jim.
You've always reported that their agenda was to form the greater Israel.
And it was General Wesley Clark in an interview.
You don't remember the year, but specifically stated that he wanted to, that they were going to invade seven countries.
So they're not hiding it.
They're not hiding that.
Why would they do that?
There's no threat to the United States.
There's absolutely no reason why we should be involved in this.
It's a mess.
They need to sort this out themselves.
But there are assets that are being fought over, for sure.
Yes, it was at the Commonwealth Club in San Francisco in 2007 that Wesley Clark revealed that Donald Rumsfeld had directed the United States to take out seven countries in the next five years.
Meanwhile...
Top 10 Stories in 2014 Story Number 3 The International Court of Justice declares Israel illegal.
The ICC issues warrants.
The International Court of Justice has found the Israeli occupation illegal.
The lands of Palestine belong to the Palestinians, not the Jews.
The International Criminal Court has issued arrest warrants.
Netanyahu and Galat are subject to arrests in over a hundred nations.
In an historic ruling, the International Court of Justice declares Israeli occupation unlawful, calls for settlements to be evacuated and for Palestinian reparations.
The International Court of Justice declared Israel's occupation of the West Bank and East Jerusalem unlawful, that settlements must be evacuated and that Palestinians must be compensated and allowed to return to their lands.
In a scathing advisory opinion, sure to tighten the legal screws on Israel and place its Western allies in a huge bind.
The world's supreme judicial body declared today Israel 57-year occupation and settlement of the West Bank and East Jerusalem are unlawful, that both must end, that settlements must be evacuated, and that Palestinians Denied their inalienable right to self-determination must be compensated for their losses and allowed to return to their lands.
The sustained abuse by Israel of its position as an occupying power through annexation and assertion of permanent control over the occupied Palestinian territory and continued frustration of the right of the Palestinian people to self-determination Violates fundamental principles of international law and renders Israel's presence in the occupied Palestinian territory unlawful,
Lebanese court president Nofal Salam told a backcourt changer at the Beast Palace in The Hague.
And Judge Nofal said, reading from the 83-page advisory opinion, The international community is obliged not to recognize as legal the internationally wrongful acts Israel has carried out in the course of its prolonged occupation, nor render aid and assistance to further them.
In his letter to the ICJ informing it of the advisory opinion request, UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres asked the ICJ to address the ongoing violation of Israel of the right of the Palestinian people to self-determination from its prolonged occupation,
settlement, and annexation of the Palestinian territory occupied since 1967. And from its adoption of related discriminatory legislation and measures.
Reference to discriminatory legislation and measures in the General Assembly's advisory opinion request opened the door for the court to opine on the question of Israeli apartheid, and it did, crucially citing Article III of the 1965 Convention on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination and Apartheid, in which apartheid is specifically prohibited.
The first set prohibition predating the 1976 Apartheid Convention.
All nine clauses of the Advisory Opinions Operative Statement were passed on by an overwhelming majority of the court's 15 justices.
In contrast to the ICJ January 26 provisional measure order against Israel issued in response to South Africa's application under the Genocide Convention, advisory opinions from the UN Supreme Judicial Body are not binding.
They are, however, the most authoritative expression of international law and carry enormous political weight.
In declaring Israel's occupation of Palestinian territories unlawful, the court moves far beyond its 2004 ruling on Israel's separation wall.
That opinion simply declared the barrier illegal and an impediment to the Palestinian people's right of self-determination.
Israel ignored it and its Western allies have refrained from enforcing it.
Meanwhile, The International Criminal Court seeks arrest warrants for Netanyahu and Gallant.
The International Criminal Court Chief Prosecutor Monday will seek arrest warrants which have been issued for Israel and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, as well as for Hamas leaders.
The charges against Netanyahu and Galant will include causing extermination, causing starvation as a method of war, including the denial of humanitarian relief supplies and deliberately targeting civilians in conflict.
Karim Khan told CNN's Christiane Amanpour.
Charged against Hamas terrorist leaders in Gaza, Yaya Sinwar, Chief Ismail Hinyay, and Al-Qasum Brigade's armed wing head, Mohammad Deef, will include extermination, murder, taken of hostages, rape, and sexual assault and detention, which actually are being practiced by the IDF, but not, to the best of my knowledge, by Hamas.
In a statement published following the CNN interview, Gonzalez said he had reasonable ground to believe that Nanyahu and Golan, their criminal responsibility for war crimes and crimes against humanity, committed since October 8th,
The day after, Hamas, or so they claimed, massacred 1,200 people, mostly civilians in the northwest Negev, but as we know, that appears to have been a false flag either allowed to happen or actually made to happen by the IDF. However, the independent judges of the ICZ are the sole arbiters as to whether the necessary standard for the issues of warrants of arrests have been passed.
A panel of three judges from the Pretrial Division will now consider the application for the arrest warrant if the court grants the warrants which as have passed.
It will constitute an unprecedented anti-Semitic hate crime Netanyahu warned last month after he brought service of Kahn's intentions.
The possibility they will issue arrest warrants for war crimes against IDF commanders and government leaders is a scandal of historical magnitude, declared Netanyahu.
Eighty years after the Holocaust, which we know was a fabricated event for political purposes to motivate or justify the founding of an independent Jewish state, the international bodies established with the goal of preventing another Holocaust are considering denying the Jewish state its right to defend itself, which doesn't include disproportionate slaughter and genocide.
Yeah, noted.
This marks the first time a Democrat country committed to international law, which is ridiculous to claim for Israel since it's violating international law willy-nilly, and claiming it is responding to a higher law,
God's law, which justifies its violation of man's law, is defending itself from accusation of war crimes, While at the same time facing existential threats, the Palestinian authorities declared it's accepted of ICC jurisdiction over alleged crimes committed by Israel.
However, Jerusalem does not recognize the court's jurisdiction over its military and political actions in the Gaza Strip, Judea, and Samaria, also known as the West Bank.
Conant served as ICC's chief prosecutor since February of 2021, when he was elected with the support of the United States.
The ICC would not be considering issuing an arrest warrant without the approval of the Biden admin, Israeli media reported in late April, citing senior sources associated with the court.
I'm not so sure.
Your thoughts, Louisa?
I think they're losing the narrative.
I think you can't keep saying, you know, they have a right to defend themselves when nobody's threatening them.
I think that, how do you even enforce this, you know, these arrest warrants?
How do you enforce any of this?
What body?
The UN? Is that what they're expecting?
The UN is actually going to enforce this?
This decision?
What's the point?
Does this court have any bite to its bark?
There are warrants in over a hundred nations, and if Netanyahu were to land on their territory, they would be subject to arrest.
Well, I'll believe it when I see it.
But I think, Israel, clearly, the images that I have seen coming out are so horrific.
How ironic, right?
If they want to, you know, this Holocaust, you know, that they're claiming that happened to the Jews, right?
Aside from the fact that that was published, you know, in 1917 in another paper, according to the New York Times, they keep, you know, repeating the same story so that they can justify these things.
In any event, how ironic that what you just read is a description of what they claim happened to them.
That they're committing this Holocaust against the Palestinians.
How ironic that they have museums built to remember the Holocaust.
And I mean, what world is this?
I feel like we're in the Twilight Zone.
Really?
I mean, here they're claiming that they were victims of persecution and Holocaust and starvation and slaughter and all this.
And yet they feel justified to do this to someone else.
So you can't coexist with people like this.
This is our problem.
This is the problem in the Middle East.
How do you coexist with that kind of mentality?
Oh, I think you're making a great point.
Yes, and the slaughter of the Palestinians is real, unlike the claims of six million Jews having been put to death in concentration camps, which is not.
Top ten stories of 2024, number two.
Ukraine war could become World War III. Russia was played by the Minsk Accords to beef up Ukraine.
Russia has been whipping Ukraine, but NATO won't relent.
NATO still entertains a fantasy vision of defeating Russia.
Russia not satisfied with a new proposal quoted by Trump.
U.S. gave Ukraine carte blanche for attacks inside Russia.
Bad move.
The Biden admin is getting ready to make more concessions to Zelensky, allowing the use of almost any weapon made by the U.S. for strikes, including inside Russia, Maria Zakharova reported.
Commenting on a recent remark by Deputy Pentagon Press Secretary Sabrina Singh to confirm Kiev had been allowed to use U.S. weapons in terrorist incursions in the Kursk region.
The Russian diplomat noted it.
The U.S. establishment has thrown common sense out the window, believing they can do whatever they want.
Ukraine has been given Polkart Blanc for operations in the Russian region.
Moreover, the Biden admin is obviously getting ready for more concessions to Zelensky by giving him free reign to use almost any U.S. weapon, including for strikes inside Russia.
being driven by ambitions of world domination washington has been intensifying tensions with russia as it seeks to inflict a strategic defeat on our country and it's not looking to avoid escalation despite statements by a number of high-profile u s officials Meanwhile, there's even a plan for NATO to invade Russia.
This is lunatic.
Russia is the dominant nuclear power, military power generally in the world today.
There's no possible way NATO could defeat Russia.
Meanwhile, Lavrov, Russia's foreign minister, warns the U.S. World War III will not be confined to Europe.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergi Lavrov warned the U.S. that if war in Ukraine escalate to a wider conflict, a potential World War III would not be limited to battlefields in Europe.
While taking questions from journalists two and a half years after Russian President Putin's special military operation, Lavrov was asked to address reporting in The Guardian.
That Zelensky wanted to use long-range storm-shadow missiles to threaten Moscow and St. Petersburg and force Russia to the negotiating table.
Lavrov said we're Americans.
Ain't talk about third world war comes down to something that would affect Europe alone.
God forbid if it ever happened.
This is quite telling, since the idea reflects a mindset of the American planners and geostrategy experts who believe they can simply sit a whole thing out.
I think it's important to understand, in this situation, we have our own doctrine, including governing the use of nuclear weapons.
An effort to update is underway.
It has taken place.
Moreover, these Americans are well aware of provisions it set forth.
This fact transmits from the Freudian slips they make when they say having a third world war would be a bad thing because they do not want Europe to suffer.
This is what the American mindset comes down to.
Think of a master sitting somewhere out there overseas, believing to be totally safe and secure, thinking that not only Ukrainians, but also, as it turns out, Europeans, would be willing to do the dirty work and die for them.
Meanwhile, Russia has made new weapons, hypersonic, that cannot be defeated by the West.
Here, the Oreshnik releases six pods, each of which has six missiles for a total of 36 independently targetable warheads, and it travels at Mach 11, 11 times the speed of sound.
Lavrov says Russia's not satisfied with a proposal from the Trump team to end the war.
Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said Sunday, that's just two days ago, Moscow was not satisfied with the reported proposals being discussed by President-elect Donald Trump and his transition team to end the war in Ukraine.
Recent media have said Trump's team proposed the idea of Ukraine pledging not to join NATO for at least 20 years as part of a potential peace deal.
Another report said Trump wants European troops to deploy to Ukraine to monitor a further ceasefire.
Judging by numerous leaks in Donald Rupp's own interview with Time Magazine of December 12th, he's talking about freezing hostilities along the line of engagement and transferring further responsibility for confining Russia to the Europeans.
Which, of course, is a no-brainer and non-starter for Russia.
According to the latest media reports, Trump's team has been considering a proposal for Ukraine to drop its aspiration to join NATO for 20 years.
Because after all, this war is being fought over Ukraine's desire to join NATO. They want Russia to withdraw, surrender all the territory they've taken, including Crimea and pay reparations.
It ain't gonna happen.
It's embarrassing to me.
Trump is even advancing such proposals that are so unbelievably naive at this point in time.
Louisa?
Yeah, Putin's concern is what's going on on that border, first and foremost, with those bio labs, and he doesn't want that...
Being used against him along the border.
But most importantly, talking about the border is a big issue.
Ukraine has never defined its borders.
So that means that Russia is actually the steward of Ukraine.
So, you know, plus the Minsk agreements are very clear.
For eight years, he's been trying to warn NATO. NATO had promised not to be expanding and going close to Russia's borders, and they're doing it anyway.
They've continued to expand.
And if I were Putin, I wouldn't trust anybody.
I wouldn't trust them.
You can't have...
That's just my opinion.
The West are liars, liars, pants on fire.
It's embarrassingly bad.
Meanwhile, top 10 stories.
Number one, Trump picks a war cabinet for Israel.
His most important picks are 60% Jewish and 100% Zionist.
Ukraine appears to be of lesser importance and may settle.
But one after another does seem to be a zealot for Zionism.
It looks like Trump will support Israel going after seven out of seven.
Here you have Chuck Bold when Trump picks a war cabinet.
The Trump toadies who are convinced Donald Trump is going to drain the swamp and make America great again during his second term are delusional.
He did neither during his first and will do neither during his second.
One need only look at Trump's appointments at the senior executive level.
While direct as administration of Trump is nothing more than more of the same, especially in matters related to foreign policy, which is a specific area where a president can single-handedly do the most damage.
I've already warned readers about Trump's appointments.
Of the uber-Zionist warmongers, Marco Rubio, Secretary of State Kristi Noem, Secretary of Homeland Security Mike Walz, National Security Advisor Pete Hegseth, Secretary of Defense Elise Stefanik, U.S. Ambassador to the U.N., and uber-Christian Zionist Mike Huckabee, U.S. Ambassador to Israel.
Now we can add uber-Zionist Sebastian Gorka and Pampondi to this ignoble list.
Judge Andrew Napolitano said that to a man.
Trump's senior executive leadership picks are 60% Jewish and 100% Zionist.
Trump is being true to his campaign promise to make Israel great again.
The bounty of employment as America's attorney general is especially noteworthy.
Trump first pick, Florida Congressman Matt Gaetz, after being announced, the Zionist news media and political lobbyists pounced into action.
Gaetz, you see, is among the very few members of Congress not on the Israeli lobby payroll.
The result?
It took only a matter of days for Gaetz to be forced to withdraw his name from the nomination.
Enter Pam Bondi.
Bondi's a rabid pro-Zinus zealot, also a radical anti-Bill of Rights zealot, especially the First Amendment.
Bondi, along with DHS nominee Kristi Noem, has every intention of stomping out the freedom of speech in the U.S., especially speech that denounces the ongoing genocide against the Palestinians in Gaza, the West Bank, and Lebanon, and supports Palestinian statehood.
In his interview with Max Blumenthal, Judge Knapp and Max had this exchange regarding Bonte Knapp.
Aaron Maté and I have discussed at length the assaults on free speech by the Biden admin and by members of Congress like Elise Stefanik, as an example, who's slated to become Trump's ambassador to the UN. I think you'll agree with me this is about to get worse.
Here is Ben Bondi, designated to be Attorney General of the U.S., suggesting demonstrators on college campuses should be deported at worst or interrogated by FBI at best.
And here's what Blumenthal has.
And I think we're going to see this as happening.
It's an agenda spelled out in the Heritage Foundation Project Ester, actually largely written by Christian right activists, Christian Zionists, to seek terrorism designations.
For groups like Students for Justice in Palestine, American Muslim for Palestine, group leading the demonstrators in the street, and then to actually prosecute and debank their activists going to places like PayPal, Venmo, ordering them basically to block transactions of anyone who's leading Palestinian solidarity activity.
I mean, this is all spelled out.
And Bondi seemed to be the perfect person to advance this authoritarian anti-freedom on American agenda on behalf of Netanyahu and the Israeli apartheid regime, Napolitano.
Is there anybody in Trump's cabinet that's not an ardent sign in Blumenthal?
I mean, yeah, it's mega.
It's make Israel great again.
Meanwhile, Douglas MacGregor and James Carden ran America's next war of choice.
The U.S. is at risk of being buffaloed into a bloody war of regional realignment in the wake of Syria's collapse.
Peace is not at hand in the Middle East.
Israel Prime Minister remained determined to expand the war.
Syria's de facto partition into Israeli and Turkish territories is a prelude to wider war with Iran.
As the Times of Israel reported last week, the Israeli Air Force has continued to increase its readiness and preparation for potential strikes in Iran.
That U's top priority is the destruction of Iran before Russia wraps up its victory in Ukraine and Syria and becomes a new battleground for Turks and Syria becomes a new battleground for Turks and Israelis.
It's not simply the end of Washington's rules-based international order.
It's the onset of chaos.
Israeli forces and Turkish auxiliaries, the Islamic terrorists who sacked Syria We're already staring at each other across a demarcation line that runs east-west just south of Damascus.
That yet harbors no illusion about the conflict between Ankara's long-term strategic aims in the region and Jerusalem's determination to claim the Syrian spoils of war.
In addition to serious financial trouble and societal discontent on the home front, President-elect Trump now confronts a dangerous distraction of wars he did not start, wars that'll bring his admin and country no strategic benefit.
Americans underwriting Abhimi's expanding war in the Middle East will endanger U.S. national security and guarantee Washington, its armed forces, and the U.S. economy will be hostage to whatever strategic direction Netanyahu decides to take.
Starting the war sooner rather than later is critical for Bibi.
War with Iran presents Trump with a strategic fait accompli.
In case Trump decided to dissent the U.S. from another bloodbath in the Middle East, Israel's ongoing conflict with Iran and Turkey's potential confrontation with Israel will make disengagement impossible.
American policy planners need to understand the larger context in which this is all unfolding and why a war on Iran will ultimately bring us and our alleged Israeli friends to grief.
The principal aim of UN foreign policy planners ought to be the adaptation of the American economy and military establishment to a multipolar world and development of new markets, not new enemies.
Washington's refusal to acknowledge the fundamental shifts in power and wealth, like the heart of much of the Biden admin's foreign policy failure.
A successful management of change would avoid a conflict with Iran.
It would peacefully reconcile competing claims to regional hegemony, As the Chinese did recently with their brokering of an historic rapprochement between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Islamic Republic of Iran.
It would revitalize such multilateral organizations as the UN Security Council and the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe.
These actions would cultivate the emergence of new constellations of power along the lines of Metremich in Castlereagh's 1815 concert of Europe.
Just as no question of strategic security in Europe can be solved without Russian participation, Washington cannot create stability in the Middle East by unconditionally backing Israel's territorial ambitions.
An American failure to manage its own transition to multipolarity will create more chaos and ignore the major war in the Middle East, not to mention a full-blown war with Russia and eventually China.
An outlook that prioritizes avoiding conflict.
Not starting new ones must replace nearly three decades of feckless leadership in foreign affairs.
New thinking in defense and foreign policy should rank diplomacy and peaceful cooperation first over the use of military power.
Bonaparte quipped that in War of Truth is the first casualty.
Nothing has changed since then.
Washington is a veritable fountainhead of lies, feeding an endless stream of false narratives regarding the true character of the jihadist hordes raging across Syria.
For our purpose, however, it's important to note the alignment of power behind the Islamic factions, not pillaging and terrorizing Syria.
Washington seems blithely oblivious to Syria's destruction and the emergence of joint Israeli-Turkish hegemony across the Near East.
Netanyahu believes he has the wind at his back, emboldened by the collapse of the Assad regime.
He will turn his attention to Lebanon, southern Syria, and the West Bank.
One predictable consequence of an attack on Iran will be solidification of the Chinese brokered Iran-Saudi rapprochement and a hardening of the blocs in the greater Middle East, which will see Iran Backed by Russia, China, Saudi Arabia.
Sent against a temporary Israel-Turkish bloc back by Washington and its European vassals.
Iran is not Iraq.
At 90 million people, it is double Iraq's population, has a more developed economy, more powerful allies than Saddam Hussein ever.
Contrary to neoconservative explanations, there are no cakewalks in the greater Middle East.
The only certainty amid the chaos is that, thanks to the connivance of Biden, Netanyahu, and Erewhon, a wider war in the greater Middle East is only just the beginning.
It is one we will come to regret.
And here you have Ben Gurion capturing exactly what's going on, how the Israelis want to use American forces to fight their wars in the Middle East.
So you have American forces carrying Guy?
Might as well be that?
Yeah, I am God's chosen people, you filthy goyim.
We're supposed to die for this guy?
I think Americans are coming to understand this is how it is in reality versus the lies we've been told by Washington, D.C. Your thoughts, Louisa?
I just say it again.
They're losing the narrative.
They can't keep the narrative going in the face of the evidence that we're seeing, that we're able to see because, thankfully, because of independent journalists.
If the American people think that they did their part simply by going to the polls and voting on November 5th, they are sorely wrong.
This is absolutely wrong.
The line in the sand.
If we don't get this right this term with Trump, if Trump isn't compelled, he has to be compelled to get this country back on track.
We haven't even had this financial collapse yet.
And that's, I think, going to happen before January 20th.
I mean, they're not going to let this happen.
They're not going to let Trump, they're going to do everything they can to stop Trump from taking office, I mean, from being sworn in.
And if they can't do that, then there's going to be bigger trouble, you know, afterwards.
Now, Trump's already put out a statement today, basically preparing people for this economic crash that's going to happen.
And he's telling the people to blame Biden, and it's not going to be his fault.
It's not going to be the Republicans' fault.
It's as a result of the policies of the Biden administration.
And so he's already put that out there in anticipation and in preparation for an economic So it's not over.
I think the American people really...
Voting isn't the only obligation or responsibility.
But I can say this.
The remedy for the problems that we are facing is in the Declaration of Independence.
That's our remedy.
But where are all the people?
Where's our militias?
And I know that we have them, but I think that hopefully there's a good organization between them so that Look, they can be utilized.
That's what the Declaration of Independence tells us to do.
It's what it tells us to do.
So that's our remedy.
We really have to hold Trump's feet to the fire.
But I don't know if people are paying attention, Jim.
And I agree.
It may be a decision that people end up regretting if he really I don't know.
If he continues with this, Israel first.
We'll see what happens.
The latest speculation I've heard is that Biden is going to try to shut down the country again based on bird flu pandemic considerations that meat is going to be claimed to be contaminated.
All the fast food joints are going to be closed, in part retaliation because Trump made him so popular with his serving Fries at McDonald's.
It appears the Democrats are this petty, this childish, this sadistic even.
Remember, he moved to sell off all the rest of the border wall materials for pennies on the dollar until a court now has declared it cannot be done legally.
And let us hope it doesn't happen at all.
But I fear, because this guy, Biden, isn't calling the shots.
In fact, if you had to attribute a sadistic plan like this to a evil mind here in the United States, I'd say it emerged from Bill Gates, rather even than George Soros, who's truly a monster of our time.
We do have a bonus today.
One more story.
Seeking to reverse a defamation case.
I was sanctioned by Dane County Court for challenging a person who testified as an expert witness that I claimed to be an imposter.
I'd already shown that Noah Posner, for a death certificate that I declared to be fake, I was sued, was actually a fiction created out of photographs of Michael Vabner as a child.
Lenny Posner, who brought the lawsuit, is another fiction.
His name is really Reuben Vabner.
The expert witness that I declared to be a fraud appears to be his older son Benjamin.
Here I have my motion to open judgment pursuant to extrinsic fraud and fraud upon the court, where I use the judge and the Posner attorneys of acting in concert to deprive me of my constitutional rights to present a defense under color of law, The simplest proof of intrinsic fraud would be that some of the alleged decedents are either fictions or are still alive.
Some only existed as photographs, such as my favorite Noah Posner, who was said to be the youngest member of the first grade class at Sandy Hook.
Noah turns out to be a fiction created out of photographs of his step-brother, actually half-brother, Michael Vabner, when Michael was a child.
So you have a photograph who's supposed to be Leonard or Lenny Bosner with little Noah.
But my claim is that's actually Reuben Vabner with his younger son, Michael Vabner, who was rechristened for the occasion.
Having carried my Sandy Hook case from Dane County Circuit Court to the Wisconsin Court of Appeals, District 4, and the Wisconsin Supreme Court, and then going to the United States Supreme Court, all to no avail, it became apparent that my only option was to expose the fraud behind the fraud, the extrinsic fraud, and the complicity of the court and the attorneys for the plaintiff, Leonard Posner, the fraud upon the court.
I had suggested from the beginning that Leonard Boston was not a real person but a legal fiction, but it's taken me close to a year to put it all together.
I have posted my motion below, but the exhibits run 548 pages in total and can only be taken by the court in 10 megabyte segments.
Since my exhibits ran 107 megabytes, they had to be uploaded in 11 parts, which are linked below some fascinating stuff.
Here you see Noah shown to be Michael Vabner as a child by superposition.
Here is figure 23 in one of the affidavits, actually, by Bryan Davidson, a private investigator in Texas, who's done brilliant work here.
The photo on the left is straight from the Michael Vabner Facebook page.
It's a very high probable match to the photo on the People magazine page, additionally.
Noah Posner supposedly had a sister seen in the photographs of Posner at Sandy Hook.
The person claiming to be a sister is Daniel Vabner.
Daniel Vabner.
Meanwhile, here, figure 24. A photograph of Noah Posner celebrating what appears to be his eighth birthday.
Note the cake has eight candles.
This is impossible if he died at the age of six.
The simplest bruise of pride upon the court is that, as I protested at the time, the person who appeared in Dane County and testified under the name of Leonard Posner was not the same person whose images have been published millions of times worldwide.
He was younger, thinner, and to put it most simply, just a smaller person.
Notice he looks older in 2012 than he did in 2019. So he got the Leonard Bosner and Sandy Hook on the left, and the Leonard Bosner who testified in Madison on the right.
And when Leonard Posner was featured on 60 Minutes, they used the celebrated artist Katsu Hero, his one award after award, to make up the subject who appears to have been the witness in Madison to make him look more like the Sandy Hook Posner.
Why go to all this troubled time and expense for a man whose images appeared millions of times around the world unless it's not the same guy?
So here you have figure 28, renowned makeup artist performing his craft on a subject who is about to be playing Leonard Posner.
Further, 29, performing his craft.
30, more, performing his craft.
Figure 32, Kezu Hirbo with the subject of his craft who appeared on the 60-minute special.
The quantity and quality of the evidence I have amassed ought to satisfy even the most demanding critic.
Thus my affidavit affirms that my motion to open judgment pursuant to extrinsic fraud and fraud upon the court is brought in good faith and substantiated by thorough and detailed documentation in exhibits A through Z, which you can access and review for yourself below.
Meanwhile, let me just mention My fifth annual Volkswagen Conspiracies Conference, which was held on December 14th and 15th, was a fabulous success.
I think we actually had 26 presentations, two full days, and you can access it at the link below, bitshoot.com slash channel slash Jim Fetzer.
And...
Louisa, let me just thank you for this opportunity to share the top 10 stories of 2024 with a bonus about Sandy Hook.
Jim, it's been, you know, it's been my pleasure.
I mean, it's so good to see you again.
It's been a while.
We didn't get to do our 9-11 or our JFK special this year, but at least we caught up on this one.
So that's good.
I hope it's not going to be that long again before we do another report together, Jim.
There's just so much to report and talk about.
And, you know, we have...
It's going to be a wild ride, that's all I can say.
I have a feeling we're going to be back much sooner than later.
We may very well, Louise.
My great pleasure.
And yes, we'll be sure to get together again in the near future, not so distant in time.
And let us hope...
That the more pessimistic projections about 2024 are going to be shown to be wrong, that Donald Trump is going to attempt to make America great again, and that some of those concerns that worry upon us most heavily are going to be shown to have been mistaken.
We must wait and see.
And take action as you suggest, Louise.
I commend you for that.
Keep the pressure on.
Keep his feet to the fire.
Absolutely.
That's our responsibility, but it's every American's responsibility to do that, Jim.
So thank you so much.
Happy New Year, my friend, and Happy New Year to all of our viewers.
