And welcome back, folks, to Truth vs.
News here on September the 30th, 2024.
Three-quarters of the year we've been brought and really has been a heck of a first three-quarters of a year.
I don't know if we can make it to the last quarter, but let's see what we have so far in order to do the hard facts that we need to know to cope.

It looks like Carrie Lake was right about what happened at the Arizona elections.
Now we have 100,000 votes that could call into recall back to the 2020 election, as well as possibly what took place in 2022.
There's no doubt that she was cheated out of the election.
She's one of the most popular governor candidates in that 2020 election, and she missed that opportunity by cheating that took place with Katie Hobbs and others.
Now, the funny thing is, is that Google is on a historical revisionism scam, and they've promoted every single liberal lefty fact check that could possibly be about that election, and they're trying to erase all the history about Carrie Lake's claims related to the election.
You can barely find them.
Remember, Steve O'Bannon went to jail over this.
Carrie Lake herself changed from going for governor to going for Senate.
It looks like her Senate bid is going incredibly well, yet the media will gaslight all the way that says that Carrie Lake, oh, she's underperforming and so is Donald Trump.
She won't get the Senate seat.
There's right now 22 Senate seats that are up on the Democrat side and 11 seats that are up on the Republican side.
And I think that this election is one of the most important in terms of The Senate that we could have possibly had will definitely swing the balances of the election and having Carrie Lake in there as senator from Arizona would be a huge feather in our cap along that, along with the other races as well.
So it's not just that we're worried about president this time around, although president does bring a lot of votes and a lot of people out of the woodwork that wouldn't have normally voted in, say, a midterm election or something like that, but It looks to me like, I believe, based on, and I'm going to wait the Elon Musk poll that had 5.3 million votes a little bit higher, and it doesn't matter what you go to.
You can go to Twitter, you can go to Google, you can go to New York Times or any of the other liberal outlets.
they're going to tell you that the polls are closed, that Donald Trump's losing,
but all they're doing is setting it up. And now, by the way, the reason, the way that they fix these
polls to make it appear that they're going is that they make sure that the only academics,
people that come out of our educational institutions are involved in the polling
processes for a large number of these polls. And that leaves out most of middle America
and most of the MAGA class of people that would be voters.
So I get it that there's a lot of of trouble right now on the Donald Trump side.
There's also a lot of trouble on the Democrat side, but I would say that the trouble on the Democrat side is even more than ever before.
And of course, anybody who's getting themselves educated about the fraud that's taking place in Ukraine, about the military industrial complex, about the things that are taking place with Israel, the world can see it.
Why can't Americans? Well, it's because we're We're caught behind this witchcraft black magic veil that drives through our computers and our phones and our media telling us all the things that they want us to believe rather than us doing the job of thinking independently and critically about the situation at hand.

I think everyone's getting fed up and it's so obvious that elections are being stolen right and left.

Of those who have not been detained, there are 425,431 convicted criminals.
There are also 222,141 with pending criminal charges, going 15,811 with sexual assault convictions, and 1,845 with pending homicide charges as of July 21, 2024. There were 662,566 non-citizens with criminal histories on the ICE national docket.

A statement from ICE claims sanctuary city policies for keeping immigration enforcement official from detaining dangerous illegal immigrants.
ICE recognizes some jurisdictions are concerned cooperating with federal officials while road trust in the immigrant communities make it hard for local law enforcement to serve those populations.
However, sanctuary policies can help shielding dangerous criminals who often victimize those same communities.
Homeland Security Chairman Mark Green Link the alarming statistic directly to policies of Biden-Harris' admin.
Under President Biden and his border czar, Vice President Harris, DHS enforcement had been directed to mass-release illegal aliens whom they know have criminal convictions or are facing charges for serious crimes.

How many more Americans need to die or be victimized before this admin is forced to abide by the laws they swore to uphold?

These are people who've gone through the system.
They're convicted. They're in jails for life.
Some getting the death sentence.
Instead, they've crossed our borders.
Yes. These other nations are emptying their prisons and their insane asylums and sending them all here.
This means other countries are setting their people free so they'll be free to kill again.
These are killers. These are killers at a level nobody's ever seen.
Not even your great law enforcement has seen people like this.
The immigrant criminals from that make our criminals look like babies.
These are stone-cold killers.
They'll walk into your kitchen.
They'll cut your throat.
Come on, he let in. 25,270 were illegally convicted for rape, sex effects, or sexual assault.
62,231 aliens convicted of violent assault.
Everything but death happened to the people they assaulted.

Harris, while visiting the border in Arizona, promised to start getting very tough.
Trump asked why she hadn't been tough all along.
He also spoke about town being occupied by criminals from Venezuela.
Areas of the Midwest are becoming famous because they're being occupied.
This is hundreds of little cities and little towns that are petrified.
Their law enforcement is petrified.
You have a sheriff and a deputy, or you have a small group, you have a group of Venezuelan killer street gangs occupying the town with MK-47s.

What they're doing right now is they're threatening us.

Meanwhile, Leibowitz calls for Biden-Harris to dissolve the Supreme Court, Jonathan Terrily writes.

Added voice to the unhinged calls on the level of trashing the Supreme Court, as I discussed recently in the Wall Street Journal and in my book.
There's a growing counter-constitutional movement in the U.S. led by law professor pundits and celebrities.
Leibowitz amplifies those calls, and the radical demand is simply get rid of the court.

Leibowitz called for Biden to dissolve the court despite the fact that it would violate the Constitution and remove one of the most critical protections against executive and legislative abuse.

To the wild applause of the New York audience, he added, he added, It is so disgraceful, this court.
It shouldn't even be allowed to be called the Supreme Court in an insult of Motown.
Basically, it's a harem.

His views align with others on the left who attacked the Constitution, the court, and even rights like free speech as now threats to our democracy.
I want to tell you, Neil Gorsuch, I want to tell you, Brett Kavanaugh, you have released a whirlwind, and you will pay the price.
Representative AOC announced she wants the impeachment of all six of the conservative justice.
She was immediately joined by other Democrat members.
Previously, occasional cortex admitted she does not understand why we even have a Supreme Court.
She asks, how much does the current structure benefit us?
I don't think it does.
And other morons agree with her, such as Elizabeth Warren, who's called for packing the court with additional members to immediately secure a liberal majority rule as she, Elizabeth Warren, a.k.a.
Pocahontas, desires.
Senator Sheldon Whitehouse, another moron, has assured voter Vice President Harris will support packing the court with a liberal majority.
Despite supporting censorship to combat disinformation, that is anything with which they disagree, many on the left now eagerly sweat disinformation about the court and its rulings.
Leibowitz repeated false claim about the court ruling on presidential immunity, saying the decision made the president king who can do whatever he wants.
In reality, the court followed the same approach that's taken in prior conflict between the branches.
Let me just add, what's said is the president cannot be held responsible for action he took in the performance of his duties.
In office, he can be held responsible for actions that were not a part of the performance of his duties in office.
Otherwise, you'd have impeachment of every president because of any decision they make in the performance of the duties of their office by some disaffected segment of the political community.
As it has in the past, the court adopted a three-tiered approach to presidential power based on the course of a presidential action.
Chief Justice Roberts cited Youngstown Street and Tube Company v.
Sawyer in which the court ruled against Harry Truman to take over of steel mills.
In his famous concurrent to Youngstown, Justice Robert Jackson broke down the balance of executive and legislative authority between three types of action.
In the first, a president acts with expresser and blight authority from Congress.
In the second, The act where Congress is silent, the zone of twilight.
In the third, the president acts in defiance of Congress.
In this decision, the court adopted a similar sliding scale.
It held that presidents enjoy absolute immunity for actions that fall within their exclusive sphere of constitutional authority, Well, they enjoy presumptive immunity for other official acts.
They do not enjoy immunity for unofficial or private acts.
None of this matters.
Facts do not matter.
Many on the left are going for trashing the Constitution based on wildly inaccurate claims.

She frets that by limiting the power of the majority, the Constitution can foster a widespread cynicism that helps authoritarianism grow.
In a 2022 New York Times op-ed, the Constitution is broken and should not be reclaimed.
While professors Ryan Doeffler of Harvard and Samuel Moyne of Yale called for liberals to reclaim America from constitutionalism, Leibowitz is also wrong about the voting record of the justices.
In reality, the court continues to rule largely by unanimous or nearly unanimous decisions after April.
Unanimity stood at 46% of cases.

Kavanaugh and Barrett agree with Sotomayor roughly 70% of the time.
In critical decisions, conservative justices like Gorsuch and Barrett have joined their liberal colleagues in the court and repeatedly voted against propositions supported by Donald Trump.
Again, none of this matters.
Leibowitz and others are falsely done in the public.
The court is dysfunctional and ideologically divided, of course.
Even if you accept the false premise, the problem is not with a liberal justice is always voting as a bloc, but the conservatives doing so.
The liberals are not robotic.
They are simply right.
Meanwhile, a judge tried to hand Kamala the 2024 election.

people said, oh, it was the right idea to do it, you know, but we don't have a government like that.
We have a government where we elect representatives to act on our behalf to do the right thing.
These liberals, they want democracy because they think they represent 51% of the population or
at least the academically enlightened ones that are so special and so different that
they should get some role in saying how our society is run.

Meanwhile, Judge tried to head Kamala at the 2024 election with his disgusting ruling.

Judge Chutkin allows Jack Smith to interfere in the 2024 election.
The Supreme Court prostrate Obama appointed Judge Tanya Chutkin and Biden-Harris appointed Prosecutor Jack Smith's scheme to rush a rigged show trial for Trump on charges related to January 6th before the election with a ruling on presidential immunity from criminal prosecution for core and official acts.

The defendant does not explain how those putative violations cause him legal prejudice in this case.
There are this counted bound by her as jurisdiction to enforce Department of Justice policy when it's blatant on its face.
Obviously, this is a one-sided brief.
It's not been subjected to cross-examination or scrutiny.
No rebuttal or response has been allowed.
This is a blatant abuse of position by this judge.
Justice Department policy prohibits any prosecutorial action on candidates within 60 days of an election.
Trump lawyers argued Smith introducing this massive collection of anti-Trump material for media to run wild with was fundamentally unfair, as it was fundamentally unfair.
The events also argued the document would attempt to set a closed record for addressing Unfiled defense motions by crediting their own untested assessments of reported evidence, denying President Trump an opportunity to confront witnesses, prevent the defense from obtaining discovery.
Smith would try in case in the court of public opinion Trump would be denied a response on two fronts.
First, his legal team wouldn't be able to test the evidence in court under cross-examination.
Second, While Kamala, the Democrats, and the news media could attack Trump over the contents of the document, Trump could not fire back.
That's because a gag order prevents Trump from commenting on witnesses and their testimony.
In the final 40 days of the election, Kamala could attack Trump as an insurrectionist to try to end democracy, and if Trump defended himself, Trump could revoke his bail and throw him in jail.
If this seems fundamentally unfair, that's the point of the law fair, where the Biden-Harris admins stacked the deck in her favor, enlisting Democrat prosecutors to file sham criminal indictments against Trump in courts run by Democrat judges.

Well, once again, the academic institutions of America believe that they control all of our other institutions, including the Bar Association.
The Bar Association is obviously liberal.
They're obviously people that come out of our law schools that are funded by It is time for the Republicans to get control of the academic universities and all the government public funds that are being fed to these institutions that produce these liberal lefty lunatics like these judges right here.
The only reason that this judge thinks he can get away with it is because he knows that his bar is captured and run by Democrats, which basically means power to the people with the most power.
It doesn't mean right at all.
And it used to be that law and justice was lady liberty and the scales of justice and right made might and right was
the right thing to do, regardless of whether it was popular or not.
Now it's all about continuing to gain a political edge to allow their fantasy life to continue moving forward.
This is what's taking place with these liberal judges, and I got to tell you, it's going to have to start with the
Republicans choosing to cut off the funding for the academic institutions that are running these law societies.
And then there's got to be a cleanup operation that takes place with the institution called the American Bar
Association and the World Bar Association and the European Bar Association that runs this.
There's got to be a change in leadership, a change in appointments at the top layers of these institutions to
bring back what law was originally meant to do.
These people have it all wrong.

They think that they're right because they've got the backing of academia rather than right because they're right on principle alone.

J.D. Vance is going to absolutely murder Tim Walsh on live television.
I think it's going to be an interesting thing to see because all Walsh will talk to are the hard lefty liberal lunatics.
He hasn't said anything balanced along the way, whereas Vance has a good record, in my opinion, and he stands pretty strong in terms of representing what he believes to be middle America with his sort of I'm glad to see that Trump picked Vance.
I think Vance is going to absolutely smear the floor with Waltz, just like Trump smeared the floor with Harris.
But again, the media will come out as on command, like a little clapping monkey.
They're going to come out and say Waltz won the debate shortly after the debate.
Waltz is a clown.
Waltz's policies are clownish everywhere.
And just so you know, he's also anti-white in terms of his discrimination.
He had a Minneapolis food pantry ban white people recently.

It's got to stop and people are going to start seeing through it.

I've been meaning to ask you to look into a rumor I received that Walz is, in fact, a registered child sex offender, and that has been suppressed by the media.

It'd shock me if it wasn't properly covered or maybe he was using an alias or somebody
bothered somebody doing the vetting went in prior to Walt's got picked.

And so somebody could have easily gone in from the CIA or one of the other federal agencies,
cleaned up the archives and got the district clerk to erase the records.

A New York attorney has filed a lawsuit to have Kamala kicked off the ballot in his state in November because she's not constitutionally qualified to be president.
Maybe this is a reason why the Democrats are trashing the Constitution.
The case is being appealed to the Supreme Court asking for an emergency hearing ahead of the 2024 election.
I would not be surprised if they find her ineligible.
How are they going to steal the election under those circumstances?
Attorney Montgomery Sibley sued the co-executive director of the New York Board of Election, Kristen Sobrowski, Stavisky, earlier this year to kick them all off the ballot.
We've been watching this case since ever like it, but waiting to see if they go anywhere before reporting them to you.
In Sibley's case, there's been a big development.
On August 20th, New York Supreme Court Justice Christopher P. Baker dismissed the case without granting Sibley a proper hearing.
That was a huge legal mistake.
Judge Baker then quickly rescheduled a hearing for Sibley on August 29th.
That hearing did take place as scheduled, but the judge refused to reverse his dismissal, which had been made in error.
Simley will be firing an emergency petition for certiorari to the U.S. Supreme Court this week.
This age-old constitutional question Americans grappled with for hundreds of years may finally be answered this year.
The term citizen is used 21 times in the Constitution.
The term natural-born citizen is used only once in Article 2, Section 1, Clause 5, which describes the qualification to be president.
It seems obvious the founding policy meant something different between the term citizen and natural-born citizen.
A prevailing legal document in the 18th century the founders would have relied upon for that term was the Law of Nations by Emmerich der Vattle, published in 1758.
Chapter 19 states, the natives are natural-born citizens, are those born in the country of parents who are citizens.
Under this legal theory, there are three criteria.
A person must mean to be a natural-born citizen.
You must be born in the country, as in within the physical territory of the 50 U.S. states.
Their mother must be a U.S. citizen at the time of their birth.
And their father must be a U.S. citizen at the time of their birth.
Kamala Debbie Harris fails two of those three criteria.
Both of her parents were in America on student visas when she was born, at the time of her birth.
Neither had been in the country long enough to become a U.S. citizen.
She is not a natural-born citizen, period.
This isn't just a partisan question.
We want to see an answer because Kamala Harris' presidency would be so incredibly awful for America.
The natural born citizen question is a huge issue for Republicans as well.
John McCain became the Republican nominee in 2008.
He was a child of two U.S. citizens, but he was born in the Panama Canal Zone in 1936.
He wasn't a natural-born citizen.
Another main scholarly legal article published at the time making this argument, the same legal scholars were oddly quiet about Barack Obama's origins.
In 2016, we had three Republican candidates who were not natural-born citizens.
Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio, and Bobby Jindal.
In 2024, Republicans had two candidates who didn't meet the qualifications.
Vivek Ramaswamy even admitted to NBC News when he was pressed on the question that he is an anchor baby.
Nikki Haley, who is not a natural-born citizen under the legal definition, also ran for president.
Speaking of blood-sacrificed demons, So this is an important concept of a question the Supreme Court finally has the opportunity to answer this year.
Did the Founding Fathers have a higher standard they intended for a person to be President of the United States?
Or can any old foreigner with dual citizenship, dual loyalties with another nation be our president?
The British people are going through that experiment right now, and that's not working out well for them.

And where did he get with it?

I don't know if I have much to say about Taylor Swift, except I believe she's a psyop.
All of Hollywood is beginning to burn right now, and I would expect that Taylor Swift will go down with the ship in terms of her network getting caught up in the same mess.
My understanding is that there's some of this information out there related to P. Diddy that's beginning to leak.
That shows how bad it actually was, but the question still remains, are they going to protect the labels that are behind these superstars and the PR companies that are up there setting the stage for how they're doing it?
I don't know the answer to that.

If you want to understand how absurd it is, including realize I've been in contact with two of the dear departed who are very much alive and well, Margaret Alice Cottle, who is cast as Emily Parker, a little girl, blonde-haired blue-eyed, allegedly killed, and... Victoria Aurelio, cast as Victoria Soto, a teacher who allegedly gave her life, also alive and well, where Victoria was even cast to reprise her role as Eva Morales in Uvalde and paid an additional $210,000 for doing that.
The whole thing is insulting beyond belief.
