Welcome to Truth vs. News on this day of September 2024, the day of the great debate between Donald Trump and Kamala Harris, if she actually shows up.
I'm joined today by two outstanding individuals, very agile minds, two of the smartest guys I know.
One Hugo Victor Vaca, who's from the Republic of Georgia.
Yes, he lives in the Soviet, in the Russia, in the Russian Federation, right, Victor?
Actually, I'm born and raised in New York, and I happen to be put here by destiny.
I'm in the former Soviet Union, right on the border with Russia and Turkey.
But I'm a New Yorker through and through, and American.
I love America.
Where in New York were you born?

I was born in the same hospital as Donald J. Trump, Elmhurst, where supposedly during the COVID... I love it!
And Chris Weinhardt, who I've found to be never short of words to say that or important words and extremely knowledgeable about virtually any subject we've ever discussed.

So we're going to begin right off the bat with international news.
We have What in the world?
Biden-Harris openly courting World War III with Russia as Putin warns Washington is playing with fire.
Here we have a short piece from the Independent Sentinel.
Nobody seemed to be paying attention to the flagrant provocation our government is engaging in via Russia, Iran, and China.
Washington appears to be searching a world for a country that will engage it in a major war.
If the American people knew just how close we are to full-on World War III and nuclear annihilation, they'd be storming the Congress in a way that would make January 6th look like a picnic in the park.
Biden-Harris will likely send long-range missiles to Ukraine.
We know France and the UK have already authorized them to be used.
The U.S.
is openly courting World War III.
Back in April, the U.S.
shipped Ukraine for the first time a longer-range version of weapons known as ATACMS.
Ukraine struck an airfield in Crimea and Russian troops in southeastern Ukraine.
The U.S.
is close to an agreement to give Ukraine long-range cruise missiles that could reach deep into Russia.
This is going to be very bad.
The Russian would not be allowed Meanwhile, sending JASMs—these are additional missiles—would alter the strategic landscape, put more of Russia in the range of powerful precision-guided munitions.
Military analysts have suggested their introduction, their stealthy, can strike further than most missiles in Ukraine's inventory, would push Russian staging areas and supply depots back by hundreds of miles, or force a Russian retaliation that would decimate Ukraine, which I regard as highly probable.
Russia says it was playing with fire by allowing Ukraine to strike deep into Russia.
Foreign Minister Maria Zakharova, spokeswoman, said Washington is about to lift its ban on deep strikes in Russia with U.S.
weapons that will put the U.S.
into direct war with Russia.
Foreign Minister Lavrov warned Russian retaliation would not be restricted to Europe.
Meanwhile, Scott Ritter reports.
Today, Russia was attacked by 144 drones by the U.S., NATO, Britain, France, Germany, and its allies.
Russia needs to turn this into a strategic tactical advantage by introducing talking points in the diplomatic, media, and informational theaters of operation.
Russia should respond immediately in the following way.
Demand an emergency meeting of the U.N.
discussing how the U.S.
is attempting to provoke a war with Russia to cover up its global economic financial collapse, which is occurring, and the existential threat BRICS poses to American financial enslavement of the world and to the U.S.
daughter.
Second, How the regime of Biden is trying to trigger a war with Russia and Iran and China simultaneously to capture and enslave its own people, suspend the election, transform America into a police state.
Third, Europe is about to collapse into anarchy, exactly what the U.S.
wants, and planned to do by the destruction of the North Stream Pipeline.
Fourth, The U.N.
will have to make very real preparations to transfer its location as a result of the collapse of New York under the migrant invasion, where the U.S.
is committing treason against its own people and Constitution by opening its border and allowing the foreign invasion through it.
Russia needs to make direct appeals to the UN that the American people are being held captive by rogue and increasingly desperate government regimes.
Sixth, the Russian Federation invites Americans to leave who share traditional family values of religion, natural marriage, children, peace, and productivity.
Leave America and come to Russia.
Sabbath.
The Russian people will never bow down to fascism or lunatic war agendas that are anti-family, anti-God.
Those are the only values we're fighting and dying for, which the Russian people, government, and military are more than prepared to do.
Well, the European and American governments are not.
Meanwhile, indicating how serious it's getting, NATO has deployed Eurofighter jets to the northern border with Russia.
This is something you would only do if you were contemplating an immediate or imminent attack.
During a military exercise, three of the aircraft of Germany's 71st Tactical Squadron landed and took off from a road near the village of Hosea, about 120 miles from Finland's border with Russia.
After refueling, they took off again and returned to Ramanim Air Base.
A spokesperson reported referring to the headquarters of Lapland Air Command.
Given the proximity to the frontier, a billed journalist said it was possible Russian radar was closely monitoring the exercise.
Also on September 4, two US F-35s assigned to the 48th Fighter Wing Royal Air Force landed also on a Finnish highway in Exercise Baena, B-A-A-N-A 2024.
The Finnish Air Force posted video showing a stationary aircraft on the road.
The English-language website BulgarianMilitary.com Highlighted how landing on a highway was a new capability, which now put these European fighters in the same league as the F-35 Gripen and the F-A-18.
The publication said a Eurofighter first landed on a Finnish road on September 4th, described how it gave a substantial tactical advantage, given that airbases are primary targets during hostilities.
It was also meant aircraft can be placed across many locations over wide areas, making it more challenging to detect and destroy.
Newsweek contacted the German Air Force, the Foreign Ministry, and NATO for a comment.
After decades of non-alignment, Finland angered Moscow when it joined the alliance in 2023, prompted by the regional security concerns of Vladimir Putin's full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
It was not a full-scale invasion.
It was no threat to Finland.
It was an act of colossal stupidity.
Helsinki's accused Moscow of deliberately stoking a migrant crisis by sending asylum seekers to the front of countries in Africa and the Middle East in a hybrid warfare tactic, which is, frankly, absurd.
Newsweek also contacted for comment.

Victor Hugo, your thoughts.
I think it's all the theater of war.
I don't believe for a second that Russia, Iran, North Korea, or China are taking the United States military seriously, besides the fact that the military men are forced to prance around in red high-heeled shoes, the fact that America's best ally, Israel, has sold military secrets to Russia to to China and are actually working with Iran.
Don't be fooled.
I was just talking to an Iranian the other day, and he was letting me know that, yeah, Iran and Israel are working together.
It's all just show.
It's all just theater.
They're trying to keep people distracted from the fact that the 2020 election was stolen.
We have a supposed debate going on between Kamala Harris.
A coup was happening.
This is all distraction.
And Russia knows it.
I think Russia, if they wanted to do the world a favor, instead of attacking populated areas in the United States, what they would do is go after the city of London, the Vatican, and Washington, D.C.
They would be doing the entire world a favor because that's where the evil is emanating from.
It all comes from these central banks that are financing all sides of this war.
So we'll see.
We'll see what happens with Russia.
But I can assure you the Russians are not afraid.
They haven't even bought out their best military yet.
They've just been using cannon fodder at this point to deplete the war machine.
The United States has been sending all their old stuff to Ukraine.
They're pretty much done with that.
So, yeah.
NATO, that's done as well.
Russians know how to counter all these U.S.
military stuff, because Israel sold them all the secrets.
So, yeah, this is all just bluster.
I'm certainly surprised to hear that Israel and Iran are working together.
Chris, your thoughts, my friend?
Oh, I'm not surprised at all.
I think all these countries are working together.
I think this is a Freemasonic Judeo-Masonic thing.
I think that the Cold War, the first one was very much similar to this.
And if you look at who was behind the production of goods, the banking, the education of citizens, it's pretty much the same people on both sides.
Of course, teaching them two polar opposite things, communism and capitalism, the whole it's divide and conquer, if you really ask me.
It's a departmentalization of humanity, and the nation-state is one of the many departmentalizations.
And you're seeing them really play every single one of these individual departmentalizations against each other in pretty much a clockwork type of fashion in the last decade or so.
Think about that.
They are literally trying to start a race war, a religion war, a political war, a And any kind of war that would involve the caste system depopulating itself and doing their dirty work for them.
And it's obvious with many of the publications that they put out, the population expectations for 2025 are significantly lower than they are currently right now.
And I think that their COVID vac plan was very much part of that.
And I think that it may be brought in lower numbers than they had hoped in terms of calling the average person.
And I think now when all else fails, they got to go to war.
Especially when the people find out about it, they know about it and they're fucking pissed.

Anyway, I'm glad I made it here even though I saw the show slides here and the show looks pretty heavy and horrendous and starting off with World War III perspectives and all this stuff.
That's not the way we should be doing here when we're getting into September and all this stuff right before 9-11 and everything else.
Almost too heavy a show for me to get into, so maybe I was blessed by not hearing all the hard stuff that we're starting off with, but hopefully there's a future that has something called peace and a place for peace, you know, that maybe we can use our human understanding and cooperation instead of struggling to ram the other guys, whatever.
So I'm just praying that none of this is going to be coming through.
Those are nice thoughts, proving that you are an idealist and also naive.
Yeah, well that's a comfortable place to be.
Meanwhile, military watch reports mass transfer of Iranian ballistic missiles to Russia confirm bartering for soybeans and wheat.
Following weeks of reports Russia was planning a transfer with Iran, two years of speculation, sources have confirmed the armed forces have begun receiving Iranian missiles.
Wall Street Journal is among the first to report the transfer that has economic warfare taking place against Iran as a Middle Eastern country.
Iran has sent short-range ballistic missiles from Russia, giving Moscow another powerful military tool to use in its war against Ukraine.
The move follows stern warnings from the West not to supply weapons to Moscow.
Well, what about the stern warnings from Russia not to supply the West not to supply weapons to Ukraine?
This is simply insulting and hypocritical in the extreme.
Intelligence sources were excited by CNN.
The deal had been in the works for almost a year.
The Fatah-110 ballistic missile and its new lighter counterpart, the Fatah-360, are reported the primary classes in which Russia had shown an interest.
Here you see a battery mounted on a truck As of September 9, Western sources estimate over 200 from the Fatah-360 have been delivered.
It's notable the North Korean NK-25 rocket artillery system provides a similar range for extended variants of the Fatah-110, with acquisition of these systems potentially having diminished Russian interest in the larger Iranian missiles.
Responding to reports of the missile transfers, the Ukrainian foreign minister threatened Tehran with consequences.
Issuing a statement, we warn official Tehran that if the fact of Iran transfer of ballistic missiles to the Russian Federation is confirmed, this will have devastating consequences for Ukrainian-Iranian bilateral relations.
Notable that the export of Iranian military drones to Russia from late 2022 caused sufficient concern in Ukraine that Ukrainian officials openly advocated launching attacks on industrial targets in Iran, with similar threats expected to be issues once those Iranian missiles are used.
Meanwhile, Trump repeats Offering Putin a bribe, limited sanction relief in exchange for stopping Russian General Staff Plan of Operation, and the acceptance of U.S.
dollar dominance.
Ain't gonna happen.
President Trump has repeated his promise to end the war in Ukraine the day after his re-election with a bribe for Putin and his two pro-American constituencies, the Central Bank of Russia and the Russian oligarchs, applauded by an audience of New York lawyers and businessmen on September 5th.
Trump answered a question from a Sullivan and Cromwell lawyer who asked if Trump would strengthen or modify any of these economic sanctions, particularly against Russia.
Trump replied that sanctions ultimately kill the dollar and kill everything the dollar represents.
We have to have that continue as a world currency.
If we lose the dollar, that would be the equivalent of losing a war.
That would make us a third world country.
You're losing Iran.
You're losing Russia.
China's out there wanting its currency to be the dominant.
I want to use sanctions as little as possible.
Trump, instead, proposed penalty tariffs on hostile country trade with the U.S.
I stop wars with the threat of tariffs.
The biggest threat you have is that you lose that dominant currency, and we have lost something we can never get back.
If we win on November 5th, I believe I can settle while I'm president-elect before I even get into office.
Sanctions have to be used very judiciously.
We have things far more powerful, actually, than sanctioned trade tariffs.
But we cannot lose our dollar standard.
Very important.
The mainstream media have not reported what Trump said.
The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, New York Post, all supporting Vice President Kamala Harris, ignored the Economic Club meeting entirely.
The Hill, Washington-based publication, headlined the report.
Five takeaways from Trump's economic address in New York, but it did not include the sanction proposal either.
Next day, September 6, the Times reported Trump at a rally in Wisconsin, though American spy agencies have assessed that the Kremlin favors Mr. Trump.
The former president made light of President Putin's apparently sarcastic comment that he supported Mrs. Harris.
He endorsed Kamala, Trump said.
I was very offended by that.
I wonder why he endorsed Kamala.
No, he's a chess player.
RT did not notice Trump's remarks on sanction, but remarked the next day on Putin endorsing Harris, emphasizing, like the Times, that Trump was speaking tongue-in-cheek.
Well, so was Putin when he said her laugh was fascinating.
Victor Hugo, your thoughts?
I think Kamala Harris is the choice for not only Putin, but also for Xi Jinping, for North Korea for really the world as they watch the United States crumble.
Again, I don't even really want to talk about this because we're just feeding this deception.
Kamala Harris is not really the vice president.
Joe Biden didn't win.
That's the reason why we're in this problem is because we keep playing along.
I feel like we're in this dysfunctional family where the stepfather is raping all the children.
And because the mother is afraid to get out of this relationship, we all got to sit around and make pretend like the father isn't diddling us at night.
So, I mean, that's the problem.
We got to stop playing along with this.
As far as what's going on again between Iran and Israel, even that's a show.
I spoke with four Iranians that just drove in from Iran the other day.
That's how close I am to Iran.
And they were telling me that they are working with Israel and that what we're watching is a show.
Also, right next to the Iranians, There's a casino and it's full of Jews that fly in daily on three flights from Tel Aviv.
And what they're doing is they're laundering money at the casinos.
And when they're done laundering the money at the casinos, they're sharing time with the horse.
So then they fly back and forth.
So this is the reality that they don't talk about on the fake news media.
And believe me, the Jews and the Iranians that I see here, they're not fighting each other.
They were laughing together.
So this is what I see.
And that's why I realized that what we're watching is a show.
Same thing with the Ukrainians and the Russians.
I see these Ukrainians and Russians playing beach soccer, beach volleyball.
They're not fighting each other.
So, again, a lot of this is just money laundering.
I see high-rises going up.
I see Marriott.
I see Sheridan.
I see the Hilton.
I see them all pumping money in here, building high-rises.
I'm thinking, do they not know there's a depopulation plan?
The thing is, this area has plenty of concrete.
So what they do is they just keep building and building and building.
They don't worry about the insides and putting furniture or anything in there.
They're just laundering the money.
And again, with regards to Trump, it feeds into my suspicion about Trump.
Because what he's planning on doing by keeping this fake fiat currency alive, which is debt slavery, would be like putting a Band-Aid on a slashed artery.
The dollar is dead.
The Russians call a candy wrapper.
The rest of the world is doing just fine with these sanctions.
They're all trading amongst each other.
You pointed out how the Iranians are trading missiles in exchange for soy and wheat with Russia.
The United States isn't producing anything.
They're burning down the farms.
They're burning down the chickens.
They're burning down the pigs.
They're creating a famine in the United States.
They, when I say they, again, Follow the money.
Who controls the central banks?
Blackrock.
Who's on the board of Blackrock?
Janet Yellen.
Alejandro Mayorkas.
Merrick Garland, who's more powerful than the President of the United States right now.
Because the Attorney General, if he was real, he would be having all these people arrested.
These people are committing a coup.
And even Bill Barr.
He shouldn't have allowed this to happen.
He should have done the investigation into the election.
So it turns out the United States has been taken over.
And if Trump doesn't know this, then we're in trouble.
I think Trump is in on it because he's the one who put Bill Barr in.
And if Trump doesn't realize that the election was stolen, the way I see it, if the military doesn't come in before the election and straighten things out and show the people what the Russians already know, they know the elections were stolen.
They've got the evidence, just like the Russians have the evidence about September 11th.
If the Russians and the Chinese really wanted to expose the United States, and this they may do, they'll put out all the evidence about who was really behind September 11th, the Assad and the CIA, and they'll put out all the evidence about the stolen election.
And that'll create a civil war within the United States, because then once and for all, the United Slaves of America will, like Chris said, they'll get so upset that they will fight back.
But until that revolution happens, we're just going to keep playing along.
And the rest of the world doesn't mind, because they want the United States to collapse.
It's in their favor.
And we're doing a hell of a good job.

Yeah, I talked about in other shows, Jared Bernstein, one of the financial bigwigs in the Fed system, basically getting the petrodollar destroyed and bringing into the new CBDC crypto tokenized assets thing, basically the quantum financial system.
That will basically have this group that used to run the trust and the settlement clearing houses, now in charge of all global T1 settlements.
It's basically everything you own will be on a register and these guys will control access to it and your access to these things.
Technically, you will own nothing and like it.
That's what these guys' plan is for us.
It's not about property ownership.
It's not about constitutional rights.
It's not about anything like that.
It's not about informed consent.
Look at their behaviors in the past 10, 20, 30 years.
This is an agenda.
This is a lockstep operation.
Like, if you imagine a global elite that had depopulation agenda quotas, it would be no other way that they would have to go about doing it than with this absurdity that they call politics and diplomacy that leads us to these wars that are certainly unnecessary, highly avoidable.
And as you guys were both speculating earlier in the segment, I think it is very much staged in theater, and it's all part of a show to justify the reaction of what happens.
It's a fake theater that leads to real hardship and very real carnage on both sides.
As designed, it is certainly not to win a war.
I mean, we go into these wars with the expectation that it is a pure and simple, honorable thing, and a cut-and-dry solution and measure.
No, there's a lot of disgusting duplicity going on, and most of wars are propaganda and psychological.
I think it is World War III, and it's this global elite against the citizens.
And, you know, you've got to look at these guys.
They have such historic contempt for us, because they're well aware of the truth, historically, of how much they have really built their empires on the backs of widows and orphans by the means of our brow sweat.
So these guys are well aware of their own duplicity, and certainly they have a large degree of contempt for us to try the duplicity in the first place.
But then, on top of the, you know, we're no longer useful to them, They can replace us with AI automation robots.
Now they pretty much are outsourcing the Sentinel and the Foot Soldier too.
So the whole concept of democracy, you know, the people's rights, the people's rule, is out the window.
It is absolutely perception management and social engineering at its best.
And these demented parlor tricks, as Hugo was saying, by us continuing to put our money at the table and play with this and let these guys use our pensions through BlackRock to fund this stuff, to make our kids homeless in their own homeland, we are absolutely chasing our own tail with this.
It is somewhere between the caffeine of WWF and being manifested into the very real destruction of the WEF.
And, you know, the funhouse mirrors are pretty much there to distort perceptions, to gaslight people that know better and try to warn people.
And we're seeing mass censorship.
This is not how truth behaves.
This whole thing, this tyranny, this technocratic feudalism, is a despot's wet dream.
And I will also say that this was put under the guise of safety, which is often the alibi of tyrants.
Fascinating.
Probably fascinating.
I think peace will only be possible when justice becomes absolutely necessary.
And I think that people are getting there pretty close.
The body counts too hard to ignore the COVID vaccine.
Many of these died suddenlies.
These guys are going to have to pop off a war to keep people from taking matters into their own hands after they've been forsaken and abandoned by the rule of law and those charged to uphold it.
Fascinating.
Fascinating.
Terrifying, actually.
Colonel Mike Rager.
deploys 12 warships to Israel, Iran hoothies in Lebanon, joint revenge, meaning they're going to take them out.
I'm told that some consideration has been given to putting a Marine force of perhaps 2,000 on the ground in Israel.
We'll see whether or not that happens.
Obviously, 2,000 Marines on the ground in Israel guarantees that somebody's going to get killed if you go to war with Hezbollah and Iran.
It's going to be impossible to avoid having something fall on you.
But it's not going to make a great deal of difference to the outcome on the ground.
Let's be frank.
The numbers are just too small.
So I don't know, but I think air and missile power, that's where we're headed.
And we've got probably as much as we can load onto any of the platforms, the Aegis cruisers, the destroyers, plus the aircraft carriers.
And we're prepared to fight.
And we will go in and we will attack shoulder to shoulder with the Israelis, and we will end up at war.
With the, I suspect, most of the Middle East, and I think we're probably going to end up dealing with the fallout here at home inside the United States because we've got these open borders.
We don't know who's in the country.
I think we do have an inkling of what's in the country.
And I think from the standpoint of the people running the administration and the government, they might think this is a great thing.
You know, if we can drag the American people and the United States into a permanent state of conflict with everyone in the region, that's good for Israel.
The Israeli end state is greater Israel, as a minimum what we described earlier, and they think that's achievable.
That may be.
I don't know.
I have my doubts, but that's their firm conviction.
No one is interested in taking and holding anything, least of all Americans.
There's nothing to take and hold that's of any real value to us.
I think the interest is in destroying Iran.
Not holding it, not utilizing it or exploiting it, but destroying it.
And Iran is a large country.
We can't destroy Iran, right?
I mean, we can cause lots of damage, but we can't destroy it just with air and missile power, right?
Well, you can do an awful lot of damage.
You have to look at where the population of Iran is actually concentrated.
Much of Iran is desert and mountain, where there frankly isn't much.
It's an area larger than Western Europe.
So look at where the 79 million Iranians live.
It's not very difficult to destroy their water supply, destroy their power grid, destroy, ultimately, over time, their armed forces.
That can be done.
Now, it's not going to be easy.
They're going to fight back, and they have some capability now that they did not years ago.
And I'm talking about their ability to reach out and touch us, to attack our 26 bases in the region and kill Americans.
There's no doubt about it.
But you can do so much damage that you create another wave of refugees and migrants that start going where?
Well, they'll pour into Turkey.
They're going to go north.
They're going to try and go into Europe.
They're not going to sit there and be destroyed, starved to death, or end up dying for lack of water.
I mean, you can inflict those kinds of damages.
You don't need to go into the country.
And I think the Air Force is probably and the Navy is salivating at the prospect because that's what they've always theorized could be done.
You could win a war without any ground force.
Well, if your only goal is destruction and murder, They have a point because there's no reason why we would want to intervene on the ground in Iran.
There's nothing there for us.
Why are we doing it?
So we are essentially extending the range and capability of Israeli striking power, intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance, and so forth.
That's what we're doing.
Let me say that what was going on here was The colonel explained how there may be a plan to set 2,000 Marines into Israel, and that it would draw the United States into a war that might wind up attacking Iran, where you could do tremendous damage from the air without occupying, without having any ground forces, and that that may be the plan.
Namely, that the United States is simply an extension of Israel's military power and reach.
And I think that's how the Israelis see it, and alas, it appears as you've emphasized so often, Victor Hugo, we are the United States of Israel, really.
Your thoughts?
I think Israel is blinded by the United Slaves of America being their military arm and speaking with the Iranians And the Russians, these people are really calm, Jim.
They seem to be so united because, see, Israel's a paper tiger, and the United States is a paper tiger too.
So for these two paper tigers to be trying to, and NATO, forget about it, NATO's a complete joke.
So for these forces to be trying to take on the dragon that is China, The Russian bears and the Iranians who have not only the equipment from the Russians but also from the Chinese and the knowledge again from the Israelis that they've been feeding this knowledge.
Remember, Israel is Hamas.
Israel is ISIS.
Don't be fooled.
We're watching propaganda.
We're watching theater.
So my point is Iran's gonna be okay.
Israel will be destroyed.
And what's happening is the Israelis know that.
That's why the Israelis are getting the heck out of Israel.
A lot of the Israeli population has already left.
They know that Iran has nukes.
They know that Iran has the weapon systems that can shoot down any kind of missiles.
And those airplanes that the United States have, They're gonna get shot down.
Russia and China and Iran has all the weaponry ready to shoot that stuff down.
The United States has been so focused on diversity, equity, and inclusivity that they haven't been focused on manufacturing the best weapons.
Russia has incredible amount of new weaponry.
They can take... The Americans are being played.
by Israel because Israel is trying to create the a greater Israel plan.
They want to have from the river to the sea, that's Israel.
They want all that.
They're using the U.S.
military, the blood and treasure, and the added bonus to that is that then they will fulfill their prophecy of destroying Edom, because they see America as the new Rome, and they hate America.
That's the only reason why the people in Congress and Senate and in the White House are allowing this to happen.
