	Well, this is Jim Fetzer, delighted to be back on Studio B.
	Now we got our servers switched with a special report today on the raw deal.
	With my regulars here, Victor Hugo-Avaka, Russ Winder, Joaquin Agobian, and our special featured guest today, Ron Avery, who has a new book on my Sandy Hook legal case that'll be the principal focus of the show today.
	But I want to begin with a lightning review of what's happening at the Democratic National Convention, because some of these events are rather stunning.
	We had a speaker, of course, Joe Biden, the first night, Monday night of the DNC, except some who are paying close attention may have realized it's not the guy we've become so familiar with for the first three years of this administration.
	Someone who is rather more vigorous.
	He's more animated.
	He uses his hands to gesture very unlike the original Joe.
	Or really, I should say, the earlier fake Joe, who appears to have died in Las Vegas, by the way, followed rapid succession by his statement of withdrawal from the race, which was not on White House stationery, which had a forged signature, which didn't include numerous of the other legal requirements for candidates who are making official announcement.
	We know, of course, he wasn't the real Joe, who had a very different signature, a very different mode of expression.
	He, the original Joe, appears to have died in 2017, was very articulate, lots of hand gestures, very expressive.
	Had a very different signature, where the new Joe, the fake Joe, who just appears to have passed in Las Vegas, had a very different signature.
	And notice how he had Junior at the side, no underlining, unlike the forged signature on the withdrawal statement.
	They even had different shape and size of skulls.
	No way in which we're talking about the same person.
	But they went ahead and introduced the new fake Joe.

	I could be a basketball player.
	Notice his shoulder in relation to Jim.
	And there you have it.
	Jill, in the past with the old fake Joe, came up halfway in this cranium.
	Now he towers over her.
	Not only that, but the House has just dropped its impeachment report.
	It's a doozy, describing in detail Bidens.
	And this is a real Joe Biden who died in 2017, but where the corruption appears to have extended with a fake Biden.
	His abuse of power, foreign entanglement, corruption, obstruction of investigations, house oversight, ways being judiciary, brought their nearly year-long impeachment.
	According to the investigators' nearly 300-page report, overwhelming evidence demonstrates that Biden participated in a conspiracy to monetize his office, a public trust to enrich his family.
	Among other aspects, the family and their business associates received tens of millions from foreign interests by leading them to believe they would have access to and influence President Biden.
	Bank reports show, when accounting for the family business, the international influence peddling scheme totaled over $27 million from foreign sources between 2014 and 2023 alone.
	Contrary to repeated suggestions by Biden and Boosters, he had no hand in his son's shady dealings with foreign nationals from Ukraine, China, Russia, Kazakhstan, and elsewhere.
	The report maintains he knowingly participated in the conspiracy.
	There's no possible way he did not understand he was taking part in an effort to enrich his family by abusing his office.
	There were repeated efforts for him to deny it, Biden has examined conduct and taken actions the founders sought to guard against in drafting the impeachment provisions of the Constitution.
	Thus, not only does it accuse Biden and his ilk of engaging in a disconspiracy, it claims they did their best to cover it up.
	Foreign money was transmitted to the Biden family through complicated financial transactions.
	The family laundered funds through intermediate entities and broke up large transactions into smaller.
	Substantial efforts were made to hide Biden's involvement in his family business activities.
	House Democrats may be prickled to learn that Presidents they said in 2019, in their impeachment of President Donald Trump, have been turned on by and accept The impeachment of Biden would be legit, whereas what took place with Trump was completely contrived and had no foundation.
	It is time to arrest this fraud.
	Meanwhile, the Trump campaign has compiled a video about Kamala, and I'm telling you, she appears to me of the functional mentality of a fourth grader.
	If that.
	We've been to the border.
	You haven't been to the border.
	And I haven't been to Europe.
	I don't understand the point that you're making.
	Talking about the significance of the passage of time.
	Right?
	The significance of the passage of time.
	So when you think about it, there is great significance to the passage of time.
	Ukraine is a country in Europe.
	It exists next to another country called Russia.
	Russia is a bigger country.
	Russia is a powerful country.
	Russia decided to invade a smaller country called Ukraine.
	So basically that's wrong.
	So you're now no longer are you necessarily keeping those private files in some file cabinet that's locked in the basement of the house.
	It's on your laptop and it's then therefore up here in this cloud.
	That exists above us.
	Right?
	The Caribbean nations.
	Island nations.
	In the Western Hemisphere.
	That is where the Caribbean is.
	We are also in the Western Hemisphere.
	They are our neighbors.
	I am here standing Here on the northern flank, on the eastern flank, talking about what we have in terms of the eastern flank.
	I can imagine what can be and be unburdened by what has been.
	You know?
	Space is exciting!
	It is time for us to do what we have been doing and that time is every day.
	Every day it is time for us to agree that there are things and tools that are available to us to slow this thing down.
	We will work together and continue to work together to address these issues, to tackle these challenges, and to work together as we continue to work.

	I mean, look, I'm going to be honest.
	It's really difficult to drink out of a paper straw when you had if you're just like, if you don't gulp it down immediately, it starts to bend.
	And then, you know, the little thing catches it.

	So the United States shares a very important relationship, which is an alliance with the Republic of North Korea.

	Democrats are screaming vote for Kamala because she is a woman, but they can't define what a woman is.

	Turns out Kamala's campaign had been officially caught red-handing using a fake crowd photo at a campaign rally to create the illusion of a large crowd.
	Look closely at the paint job.
	The crowd doesn't reflect in the paint.
	Indeed, it does not.
	And in fact, I do shows with David Zublik, who's in Detroit.
	He called out to the airport.
	They do not even allow people on the tarmac.
	Further evidence of fraud doesn't show up to see Harris' campaign event in North Carolina.
	The media construct around a political campaign at Kamala took a big hit when she held a campaign event in Raleigh, North Carolina.
	But did not have a big-name music star to bring in the crowd.
	As a result, only a few dozen supporters showed up.
	The official crowd size was listed at 109 participants, including media's Kamala Bedford teleprompter.
	Harris has pledged price control for groceries, which will drive up the price of groceries.
	Pledged $25,000 down payment assistance for first-time homebuyers, which will drive up the price of housing.
	Pledged to use taxpayer funds to build 5 million residential housing units for illegal aliens.
	Meanwhile, it turns out at the convention we have contradiction because the place looked packed with video broadcasts in the evening, but here we're getting reports of lots of empty seats.
	It appears there's more outside protesting than inside attending.
	Monday's theme at the DNC for the people.
	This is after Kamala forced Joe off the ballot.
	False.
	He actually kicked the bucket.
	Stole all his delegates.
	Took his donor money.
	The party told millions who voted for Joe their votes didn't matter.
	Lots of empty seats on day one.
	No one cares about Kamala after she stole Joe's delegates.
	Wow.
	What an embarrassing moment for the Democrats.
	Nobody showed up.
	They're losing their minds.

	I don't know what this world is coming to.
	We resist those attacks collectively and we will stand together.
	Well, get this.
	Are Democrat paying people to attend the DNC?
	My buddies and I were at the driving range today when two guys in suits and a woman in a dress approached and asked if we had plans tonight.
	They offered us each 150 bucks if we attended the DNC.
	We're not very political, could use 150, so we agreed we thought they were kidding.
	Sure enough, they gave each of us a ticket.
	We had to use that to get into the DNC in this side hallway, and then we'd be paid in cash.
	We thought it was a joke, but we wanted to put it to the test.
	Sure enough, we did, and indeed were paid $150.
	We took some free pizza and left.
	We're voting for Trump.
	How appropriate.
	Meanwhile, they try to explain why Kamala won't do any interviews after it's revealed she is an airhead.
	She's the sitting vice president of the United States.
	A traveling press pool is worth her at all times.
	That's why you do not see the majority of those in the media who are asking for an interview because they can speak to her at all times.
	Number two, the most important The most important interview she's doing is with the American people.
	That's why you see the polls responding the way they are in terms of who they prefer to be the next leader of the free world.
	I give you points for spin.
	The polls are going to decide who the next president of the United States is.
	The people are, and the people have not heard any answers from her on anything.
	She's actually not answering questions from voters either.
	She's answering questions from nobody.
	So who's going to decide the next nominee?
	The media or the people?
	Who would you rather interview with?
	The nominee was not decided by your party's voters actually.
	You just asked me a question.
	Who's going to decide the next nominee?
	Your party voted for a nominee and then threw him out by the elites.

	He decided to step aside and gave the opportunity for Kamala Harris to be our nominee.

	So, what are they going to do about it?
	The corrupt judge is planning the sinister October surprise.
	It appears he's going to consign him to Rikers.
	It's going to make it extremely difficult for him to maintain his convention.
	Alvin Bragg is seemingly caved in a surprise new move just in.
	DA Bragg does not oppose Trump's request to delay his sentencing, instead deferring to Justice Merchant.
	They can count on him to do the right thing.
	They note the new complex effect of the Supreme Court's immunity ruling for any actions he took in his official capacity as President.
	Response?
	This is Bragg trying to protect Democrats from any possible backlash.
	Incredibly transparent.
	Thus, we have a gross abuse of the law where we're going to follow with Ron Avery's discussion of what's happened here to me in Wisconsin.
	But I want your take.
	Russ, let's begin with you.
	What's going on with the Democrats?
	Trump's new name for Kamala is fake, and it fits.
	Your thoughts?
	Well, Kamala's a drunk and probably on drugs, but she has sort of, I think she has the ability to trans, you know, if you're a happy drunk, you can be pretty endearing.
	And so they're kind of going with the joy platform.
	You know, she kind of stumbles around drunk and, and the IQ of the American public, especially in her wing of the party is so low that by golly, I think it's going to work.
	You think, in fact, they're going to be able to steal the election?
	They're going to do what they did in 2020?
	The thing is that they can run the Joy campaign, keep her low profile.
	Avoid issues.
	And I don't think Trump, I've never thought Trump is a good candidate, strong candidate.
	He has a good block of voters behind him, but he's kind of mean-spirited and kind of nasty.
	And so I can easily envision with the IQ, you know, with the IQ of the public, this thing kind of turning in Harris' favor where people are going to be offended by some of the Trump statements and some of the shit they kind of run.
	And she can just kind of be drunk the whole time and maintain a low profile and be joyful and win the goddamn election.
	That sounds crazy, but that's kind of what I see coming.
	I think last night was a high watermark for the Democrats.
	It's going to be all downhill from here, my take, because she's not going to be able to avoid, they're going to expose her.
	There's a new video coming up about Michelle entitled Big Mike that's going to hit theaters shortly.
	Joaquin, your thoughts?
	It's all bread and circus freak show.
	It's all misdirection.
	You know, I mean, there's nobody who's honest.
	They're all fake.
	Everything's fake out there.
	All the news is fake coming from mainstream media.
	It's all fake.
	It's all just a bunch of bullshit.
	All of it.
	You can't believe anything.
	I stay away from politics because the same owners of all the politicians in both parties are the same people, the same power interests.
	So what's the point?
	There is no point in voting.
	They're going to do the fixed election.
	They haven't corrected anything that they, quote, won on before by cheating.
	And, you know, it's just and then they pile on, what, 30 million?
	That from south of the border people coming in that can now are registered to vote.
	You know, it's all a joke.
	You know, there is no real American U.S.
	government.
	It's all behind the scenes, Rothschild, all the power interests.
	They're playing it.
	And these are just all fake clowns in front of us.
	That's it.
	The amount of political theater evolution is simply overwhelming.
	You hardly know where you can trust it all these days.

	I have to agree with both.
	Russell and Joaquin, but I have a bone to pick with you, Jim.
	I wish you would have warned me that you were going to show that clip of Kamala Harris before coming on the show, because I feel dumber now, and it really was painful to sit through that.
	Shame on you, Jim, for putting me and the audience through that.
	I have to say all Honesty that it hurts my heart and my soul to know that future generations and history books will write that the United States was brought down by stupidity, apathy, homos, and pedophiles.
	So the fall of Rome happened and now I don't see a future for the Republic of the United States, the Constitutional Republic.
	There's just overwhelming stupidity, gullibility.
	The pedophiles and the homos have won, man.
	I mean, I don't know what else to tell you.
	It's clear as day.
	The rest of the world sees it.
	It's the fact that people are just starting to realize.
	I do applaud you, though, for having the audacity to show The truth about Michael Obama.
	A lot of people don't realize when Michael's mother died, she had to, in order, he, in order to collect the inheritance, Michael Obama's mother couldn't lie in the will.
	She had to write down Michael Obama.
	So that was further proof that that's a man and the rest of the world knows that it's just such a shame.
	And like Joaquin says, we're watching the show.
	It's not even a well-produced show.
	At least if they did a better job, like you showed, they're insulting our intelligence.
	Biden is five inches taller.
	He's got a nut sack on his chin.
	It's just ridiculous, this whole thing.
	It's a humiliation ritual on the world stage.
	And like I said, it hurts my heart and soul, especially since I served to protect this constitutional republic.
	I wish I hadn't because the people that are serving this country right now are serving corrupt people at the very top whose goal is to destroy America.
	One of the reasons there appears to be such fierce opposition of Trump coming into office is that, as Jim Rothstein observed to me and as Joaquin has documented, 70% of American politicians of the American political elite are engaged in pedophilia, and Trump would take severe measures.
	Plus, he has a reputation of not being a forgiving man.
	And he's been so grossly abused.
	The FBI, the DOJ, they are going to be cleaned out from top to bottom should this come to pass.
	Ron, would you like to add some thoughts about the convention before we turn to your new book?
	Sure.
	Well, I agree with the earlier guests here.
	But I'd like to say also, I think the government has been dissolved for many years.
	What this is, is management of an overthrown country.
	And the mass media cartel is the strongest tool they have to manage the overthrown country.
	And they have to have They have to have the masses believing.
	That there's a choice to make every four years in the direction of of their country and whether they're going to survive.
	Well, it's already it's you can't survive an already dissolved government.
	It's an overthrown, dissolved government.
	And the only way to to actually establish a new lawful government is to simply create one.
	The people have to create it themselves.
	All this stuff that we see every four years and constantly every day, this political thing, is just to get people thinking that the only option is A or B, and they don't want a landslide for anybody.
	They know that Trump has a lot of popularity, and so they're creating popularity For Kamala, and you saw it, and I like what Russ said.
	She's a happy drunk, and that has a lot of appeal to other happy drunks, and most of the people in the country are drunk.
	Anyway, I mean, and the main thing I noticed from the convention, and yeah, I could all essentially say this somewhat about the Republican convention as well, there's no substance in this stuff.
	None of them are allowed to talk about substance, which is lawful money.
	I apologize, but I was warned with a new server.

	Well, I'm quite certain I don't have the timing right, and there will be those who

	Ron, go ahead and continue your thoughts, and then we'll turn to your new book.
	Yes.
	I watched last night the Democratic Convention and the night before.
	And again, there was no substance to it.
	It's all about what a bad guy Trump is.
	And he's mean and crude.
	And what they have is Kamala cares about her family.
	She cares about the American people.
	Caring has nothing to do with the principles of how governments operate lawfully.
	I would say that Thomas Jefferson, when he was 14 years old, Knows more about the principles of lawful government than anybody in Washington, D.C.
	I mean, there's just there's no knowledge of what government is.
	They don't know the purpose of it.
	They don't know the limits of its authority.
	They don't know when it's dissolved or when it isn't.
	Government to these people is just whatever we can get away with, whatever we can convince the masses to do, is what we're going to do.
	In fact, democracy, that's what you heard all night long, was democracy and saving democracy.
	Democracy was abandoned 400 years before Christ by Plato and Aristotle as one of the worst forms of government on Earth.
	Our forefathers knew that, and they hated it.
	They didn't want it.
	Now that's all we hear about is democracy, and the reason is Because the mass media cartel controls the public mind and what they want to do is run the country by running the public mind instead of using principles that protects the property of every individual in the nation.
	And that's what they don't want to do.
	They've stolen your property and they don't want to give it back.
	And they want to talk about all kinds of good feeling stuff and saving the planet and saving the world from climate change, which is an absurdity.
	It's like protecting the Earth from its rotation and from the sun and from, you know, celestial things.
	I mean, you can't do that.
	You just sit on the Earth.
	So, anyway, this is, it's just a sham, and I can say a little bit more.
	See, the problem I have with the Republicans is this tremendous backing of the state of Israel and whatever it wants to do.
	I cannot buy that by any of these parties.
	And this is what tells you that it's a broken down over, in fact, The synagogues have overthrown the country.
	It's them who have actually done it.
	And they run all the parties.
	Everybody has to get approval from the synagogues.
	To continue and to get their backings, to get their money, to get their mass media cartel to support them.
	And that's why none of these parties are going to give you an option about, I don't want to support Israel and the destruction of any of those people over there, and the theft of any more land.
	That's not an option.
	No matter who you vote for, you're going to get that crap shoved down your throat.
	Ron, there's no difference between the parties on this issue.
	Sad to say, the Democrat platform has just been released.
	It gives ironclad support for Israel.
	They've sought to suppress a protest movement unveiling a flag, a pro-Palestinian flag, inside the arena.
	They were rapidly brushed off.
	I suspect today there's going to be a lot more of that.
	But let me just mention, before I solicit everyone's opinion once more before we turn to your new book, DAs have the reputation that with a grand jury they could indict a ham sandwich.
	Well, what now is going on with the marketing?
	Is there marketing a ham sandwich?
	There's a glorious leader, a woman of the ages, a superwoman who's going to do us so much good.
	Get this.
	Studies now of media reports show they are.
	Of Kamala Harris, 85% positive.
	Of Donald Trump, 89% negative.
	Joaquin, let me begin with your thoughts about this massive bargaining.
	They believe they can sell anyone anything, and that's what they're about here.
	Propaganda is the name of the game.
	They package it, and it's all bullshit, and they get away with it because people are too stupid, I guess.
	I don't believe that, though.
	I think the majority of this country knows it's all a scam, but they feel powerless to change anything.
	I mean, that really becomes the problem, more than anything else, because I mean, it is so over the top, fictionalized, fake lies.
	The majority of people know this, but they sit back and go, what can we do?
	You know, we somehow need to mobilize, unite, and really make some major changes.
	And I think another reason for incarcerating Trump is he's the only guy that could provide the leadership in the opposition.
	And if he's in Rikers in a jail cell, he won't be able to do it.
	Russ, your thoughts?
	Well, lately, Trump's rhetoric on probably one of the key issues, at least for the people on this panel, and I believe a lot of people, I think there's a fairly strong anti-war movement developing.
	It's just been kind of papered over.
	I think that there's an anti-Semitic movement going.
	I mean, I saw a good slogan, Make Anti-Semitic Great Again.
	Yeah, it's anti-Israel, really, but anti-genocide.
	But Trump is, I mean, his rhetoric is really bad.
	And I kind of, I would actually think that it would actually work against him, where he'll kind of start eroding away his support.
	So I would simply say that.
	I agree with that, Russ.
	I think there's going to be a problem here.
	Victor, Hugo, your thoughts.
	I interviewed Mark Steele yesterday, and he brought something to my attention that's going on in the UK, because I asked him, why are these police officers and these military personnel that realize now that they've been poisoned with bioweapons disguised as vaccines, not doing anything, at the very least to get justice for, essentially, they've been killed.
	And he said that not only are they poisoning the water and the skies with the chemical trails, dumbing down the education, but apparently they also put something in the so-called vaccines that makes people dumbed down, lose their connection to God, and also just apathetic.
	It's not only that the people in the United States have been dumbed down, but they've also been poisoned.
	Because normally, people like Joaquin says, they're not that stupid, but they've been made this stupid.
	And I think that's the problem, is that not only have they been dumbed down, but they've been pussified in a way that even the Chinese and the Russians are just quite literally waiting for the U.S.
	military to come into this area and they already know what's in the bioweapons disguised as a vaccine.
	And as soon as they come into this area, they're just going to press the buttons that are necessary to make these military people drop like flies.
	And also, Mark Steele made me aware that in the coming months, in connection with the 5G, which is totally a weapon system disguised as telecommunication infrastructure, and he was working with the Blade Runners and the Blade Runners Uh, tore down some of those cameras and they allowed him to look inside.
	It turns out that those are killer cameras.
	They have lasers that are weapon systems and they've been trying it out on people who have, uh, pacemakers and metal in their bodies.
	And these people have been dying and also turbo cancer.
	So this is the depopulation plan.
	At this point, they're just having fun with us, kind of the way a cat plays with a dead mouse.
	And so we are just.
	Nothing but coy.
	And yeah, they're just playing with us.
	I wish I could argue you're wrong.
	Ron, would you like to answer?
	Yeah, I just have one little small comment, and that is, you know, they used to say about Christianity that it was the opium for the masses, and in some ways you can still apply that in what it's turned into in the last 50, 100 years.
	You can also say that about the mass media cartel.
	That is the opium for the masses.
	That's how they control it.
	And I actually believe that people are addicted to television.
	They're addicted to these shows and they want to hear certain things repeated over and over again.
	And so they go back to it and they watch it because they need it.
	But it only keeps them going for a while because none of it's working.
	You know, nothing ever improves.
	So, I think even if the people could somehow shut down the mass media cartel where it had not that kind of influence, we could actually get people together to agree on principles about what really constitutes lawful government and create one or restore one.
	But that's all I got to say.
	I just want to I just want to agree with what Ron said.
	And I want to point out there's a movie made by John Carpenter called They Live.
	At the end of the movie, the way that the people are saved is that they destroy the communication system of this television station that is sending out this propaganda.
	And another thing is what we don't realize is the amount of mind control that they're putting over everybody.
	They're sending out, they have the patents.
	It's all out there.
	You can look this all up.
	So a lot of people don't even realize, but they're under mind control.
	And at night they're sending out these microwaves from 9 p.m.
	to 11.
	People are waking up.
	They're stressed out.
	The stress causes debilitations in your body.
	And also they can't sleep properly.
	So the United Slaves of America are under attack.
	And I could see why Joaquin says that They're demoralized and they don't know how to fix this.
	I'll tell you, they have to start doing what the Blade Runners are doing.
	They have to start chopping down these 5Gs.
	They have to start, like Ron said, get rid of this mind control that they're putting out through the airwaves and then unite and rebuild the United States of America as a constitutional republic, learning from the mistakes that were made.
	So I do have faith that after the useless eaters, As Joaquim, not as Joaquim, but as Yuval Noah Harari puts it, after the useless leaders are dead, the ones who have been immune to this are going to rise up and we will build a better place.
	But it's about to get really dark, people.
	It's going to get really, really dark.
	Ron, why don't you tell us a bit about your book, and we can intermittently go back and forth to other issues, because this concerns lawful government as well.
	The book, Ron.
	Yes, I think that's a good segue to that Victor brought up is the the the idea of this mass media cartel controlling the mind and and also people becoming where they where they can't do things in society.
	They're Inability to to affect any change is that you are a subject yourself, James, of a target to continue to support the mass media cartels narrative about Sandy Hook and
	I think the importance of this book and the importance of actually your case in the book is just to get people to be aware of your case and what it involves and what it shows.
	Is that the purpose of the lawsuit itself was to shut down your book, Nobody Died as Sandy Hook.
	That was actually admitted by the judge in your case in open court, and it was not objected to by Posner.
	The plaintiff against you, nor his counsel.
	They agreed with the judge that the purpose of the lawsuit was to shut down your 400 plus page book.
	Now.
	And then later, what what what the judge actually reveals is that the judge doesn't know the purpose of lawsuits.
	Uh, and he, uh, without knowing it, he stated that the lawsuit was a continuance of a state of war against you.
	Uh, and we can get to that, but, uh, uh, The other another major importance of your suit in this book is showing that this is disarmament terrorism.
	This is really what Sandy Hook was about and The idea that some people think that, well, you know, if it was a FEMA exercise, it stopped on December the 14th or the December the 15th in 2012.
	Not so.
	This is like 9-11.
	The 9-11 conspiracy is alive and well today.
	Because every day that they support the mass media cartel narrative about 9-11, They re-institute the conspiracy.
	They re-institute it every day.
	And you hear all these politicians talking about, again, 9-11 as if we hadn't learned anything about it.
	We still think of the hijackers, you know, 19 hijackers and hijacked planes brought down the World Trade Center.
	We know Well, that's not what brought down the World Trade Center.
	I mean, it might have been planes and all that, but that's not what brought those buildings down.
	And so that continues the 9-11 thing.
	Well, this lawsuit that James is enduring is also a continuance of this Uh, conspiracy to actually keep the narrative in place, the Sandy Hook narrative.
	And, uh, so, uh, and, and what, what people should learn too, is that no matter what they think about Sandy Hook, whether they thought it was a real event or a pretended event, uh, no matter what they think about it, what is happening in court, To Dr. Fetzer is unlawful.
	It's it's it's using principles that are false.
	The summary judgment methodology used to find him liable for defamation is flawed.
	It's a flawed system.
	The purpose of a summary judgment would be to, first of all, bypass a jury when the parties agree to the facts.
	And the second thing is, is to protect the right of a trial by jury of the one who's at risk of losing it in a summary judgment.
	So, the judge, by necessity, must accept the facts pled or the evidence pled by the non-movement.
	And then, if he finds that the movement that brought the summary judgment agrees with the non-movement, in this case, Fetzer, Well, then he could he could give he could lawfully give a summary judgment if it still looked like the harm was still done and he was still liable for it.
	But of course, in this case, Fetzer is saying that the Sandy Hook event really did not take place.
	It was a FEMA drill.
	The school wasn't even open.
	They just brought out a few children and set them up for photographs.
	And then they said it was a live event where 26 people were killed and all of that.
	And then Posner is saying his son was killed at that event, and this death certificate says that on there, that the boy died by multiple gunshot wounds at the address of the Sandy Hook Elementary School.
	Well, In a proper summary judgment, the judge would have to say, well, um, okay, I have to, in order for me to grant a summary judgment, I have to accept what Dr. Fetzer says as true.
	That's what, that'd be the first, very first thing you'd have to do.
	So he said, well, Dr. Fetzer says... Can you explain what summary judgment is?
	Yes.
	Well, in a way, I kind of already did.
	Summary judgment is a judicial tool.
	And it is only used and it can only be properly.
	Well, first of all, it's it's one of the most abused judicial tools out there today.
	There's a big movement to get rid of summary judgments altogether because it is so misunderstood and so abused.
	Well, The purpose of it is to bypass a jury if the parties agree to the facts.
	That's number one.
	So the question is.
	So here, obviously, they didn't agree to the facts.
	There's no agreeing to the facts at all.
	That's right.
	You see, let's take another case.
	Let's pretend that Dr. Fetzer had called Leonard Posner a drunken child abuser.
	And at the same time, he had pled that Sandy Hook didn't happen and all of that.
	And Posner sued him for calling him a drunken child abuser.
	And he filed a summary judgment saying, you know, he called me that and it's harmed me and people are kicking me out of the synagogue now because I'm a drunken child abuser.
	And there's no evidence of it, and so both of them pled facts.
	One of them pled that my child was killed at Sandy Hook, and the other one pled that nothing happened at Sandy Hook.
	Nobody died there.
	All of that would be irrelevant.
	I don't understand, so they kind of went down some other path of libel where they claim that Jim said something about this asshole?
	No, no, no, none of that.
	It's what I'm trying to point out is that the summary judgment methodology used in all of the state of Wisconsin is flawed.
	And everybody in the state of Wisconsin is in danger of having the same thing happen to them that happened to Dr. Fetzer because they don't use a system that protects the right of a trial by jury.
	What they do in Wisconsin is The judge gets to be an advocate for the one who files the motion for summary judgment.
	They actually think one has a right to a motion for summary judgment that's superior to a right to trial by jury.
	You have to win a right to trial by jury in Wisconsin if somebody files a motion for summary judgment, and it ought to be the other way around.
	Let me just supplement what Ron's saying.
	Summary judgment was introduced, I don't know, around the 70s as an alternative to jury trials, so you wouldn't have to undergo the expense, the time, the effort to compile a jury, formal court proceedings, if there are no disputed facts.
	You know, the role of the jury is to determine the facts.
	The role of the judge is to apply the law.
	But if there are no disputed facts, then why have a jury?
	The judge can just apply the law.
	So it sounds, in principle, like it's going to be an efficient method to handle a lot of legal cases that don't really require a jury because there are no disputed facts.
	Now, what's ironic in my case, Russ, is The facts were disputed from A to Z. I was disputing every aspect of this.
	Right.
	But the judge just arbitrarily decided these aren't facts.
	Is that what happened?
	Here's what happened, and I'll turn back to Ron.
	If you have a submission to a court and it's accepted by the court procedurally, it's docketed.
	It winds up stamped and all that.
	I was submitting proof after proof.
	They were docketed.
	But the judge was not admitting the misevident.
	In other words, I had so many proves.
	I had a female- So the judge was just arbitrarily saying,
	I'm sorry, Mr. Fetzer, these are not facts, therefore it doesn't apply.
	Yeah, he's arbitrarily- Yeah, because I'm a know-it-all.
	I know everything that's going on in the world.
	The world view is so pristine that as a judicial egghead, I'm going to decide these are not facts.
	Basically, he had a predetermined conclusion.
	He was intending getting there by way of summary judgment, which required, demanded he exclude all my facts as non-evidence.
	So that's what happened.
	What's the name of the judge?
	Frank Remington.
	Frank Remington.
	Okay.
	Ron, go ahead.
	Yes.
	Well, I want to add one thing to that, though.
	This is the problem.
	See, the purpose, like I said, and anybody can answer this question.
	If both parties to a lawsuit, the adversaries, if they agree to the facts, why would you need a jury to determine the facts?
	See, so that's where they use a summary judgment.
	Now, the next problem with that, though, is OK, let's say there are some disputed facts.
	You could still have a summary judgment.
	Even because some of these facts are a little gray, it's get a little fuzzy in there about what facts are, which ones are which ones are admissible, that kind of thing.
	So.
	The protection, though, that has to be put in there, and which is in Texas.
	See, in Texas, you couldn't have a summary judgment against you like Fetzer got.
	Because in Texas, the judge must accept Uh, the facts pled by the non-movement as true and then look at the movement and see if the facts agree.
	So, so in, if they use the Texas method in Wisconsin, the judge would have said, all right, Mr. Posner, Dr. Fetzer over here, I'm compelled.
	I must take his facts as true.
	He says Sandy Hook didn't happen.
	No, it was a FEMA drill.
	Nobody was killed there.
	And Mr. Posner, you're saying your son was killed there and this death certificate says, is reflecting the same thing.
	I'm sorry, I can't give you a summary judgment because- Standby!

	Let me just make a point of clarification about the lawsuit specifically.
	I was sued over three sentences in the book and won an additional publication saying the death certificate was fake.
	And obviously, if nobody died at Sandy Hook, any death certificate for a decedent at Sandy Hook would be fake.
	But not only was it, I declared it to be fake, I wasn't saying who was responsible.
	I wasn't implying, I never even mentioned Leonard Posner in relation to the death certificate.
	But the complaint claimed I had defamed Leonard Posner by implication, by saying the death certificate was fake, that he had faked it.
	And just to mention a feature or two that Ron may address, the death certificate that I published in the book was provided by the plaintiff.
	He provided it to a research colleague of mine by the name of Kelly Watt, with whom he'd had many hours of conversation.
	She told him she didn't believe a word he said, didn't think he had a son, certainly didn't have a son who died.
	And one day he just says, go to my Google Plus page and here you'll find it.
	And this death certificate had no file number, it had no town certification that the content's accurate, no state certification that it's a true copy.
	That is what I published.
	And in the course of the development, I had an affidavit from Kelly saying the one I published was the same as the one she had been provided.
	Uh, by Leonard Posner, and yet the judge and the attorneys just ignored that completely and claimed that a different death certificate they had attached to the complaint, which had a file number and town and state certification, was the one we had received, and I only realized during the oral hearing he was arguing Kelly and I had edited it to greet the one I'd published, which was just absurd!
	Ron, take it away, my friend.
	Yeah, yeah, I want to even emphasize that a little more because that that was the breakdown.
	Actually, the case should have been dismissed immediately after it was shown that the the death certificate that was attached to the lawsuit was a different death certificate.
	They really would have to be identical.
	And they weren't identical.
	And what they said to get around it at the time was that this completed death certificate was materially the same as the incomplete death certificate that you saw, you commented on, and you published.
	Well, That is a breakdown between the tort, the wrongdoing, and the object of the wrongdoing.
	So, they never connected.
	These things have to be identical.
	You can't have a lawsuit saying, you know, he said something about that, but this is the one that I want to talk about.
	Well, he didn't see that one, so you can't talk about that.
	So, I mean, it was an absurd suit that was allowed to go on.
	It should have been stopped immediately.
	But I want to say to the one.
	The great thing about I think about this book is that nowhere else is is there a summary of the highlights of of what has happened in this lawsuit that touches all the important points that impacts every citizen of the United States.
	Uh, and and his even his appeal to the Supreme Court of the United States.
	It was shown that the Seventh Amendment right to trial by jury, uh, is it does not apply to state courts, uh, even though it says in in the Seventh Amendment that, uh, any any, uh, uh, any common law matter In court over $20, everyone has a right to a trial by jury and shall be it shall be preserved.
	That that's a command.
	I mean, that that's and that also got rid of the prerogative of of the Supreme Court of the United States.
	It had an obligation under the Constitution to actually guarantee Fetzer's right to a trial by jury under the Seventh Amendment.
	But then they say that the 7th Amendment does not apply to common law matters in state courts.
	Well, what the book also points out is that common law matters are generally in state court.
	There's very little common law in federal courts.
	So why would that be in the U.S.
	Constitution to protect the citizen's right to trial by jury in a common law matter, and it only applies to the federal government where there's very little common law matters?
	Common law matters happen in state courts.
	So they're all lying.
	They're all doing anything they can to keep all of this, the wheels from completely coming off of this thing.
	And the wheels actually have come off of it years ago.
	They're all just sticking on band-aids and propping everything up as fast as they can.
	But this thing is finished.
	I mean, the this should have been applied.
	The 7th Amendment should be applied to every like the 2nd Amendment.
	The 2nd Amendment applies to the states, but that only happened recently too.
	I mean, of this 14th Amendment adoption of the of the first 10 amendments.
	Well, there really is a problem with this 14th Amendment.
	There's no doubt about it, because now, before the 14th Amendment, the 7th Amendment would apply to everybody, and so would the 2nd Amendment.
	It applied to everybody.
	But then when the 14th Amendment came along, they go, well, now we got two types of citizens.
	We got the dual citizens.
	Well, who, which one gets what?
	It's a mess.
	But anyway.
	Let me just interject.
	It's a summary of the high points.
	Yeah, let me just interject.
	So as a retired professor of law explained to me, he thought my suit going to the Supreme Court that was essentially incorporating the Seventh Amendment within the Fourteenth that says equal justice under law, you should have the same due process rights in every state, Was an ingenious idea because for reasons I had no anticipation, Posner's attorneys argued the Seventh Amendment had never been declared to apply to the states, and it turned out on research that was true.
	The other nine of the first ten had all been declared to apply to the states.
	So my case teed it up so they could declare Not only that the Seventh Amendment applies to all the states and thereby comply with the Fourteenth Amendment, but they could correct the remedy, the abuse of due process going on in Wisconsin, which continues to this day.
	Now, Ron, let me ask everyone here—they may have questions and comments they'd like to make.
	Russ, you first, since you've been on this.
	Well, I kind of blurted in with a few of them.
	So the whole case sort of centered around this death certificate.
	All the other issues about Sandy Hook were irrelevant, and the judge didn't want to hear anything about that, didn't want to hear any of the details of your book.
	None of that, correct?
	Russ, that's right, the first ruling he made was that none of the evidence I had that Sandy Hook happened to have was relevant to the authenticity of the death certificate, which is absurd logically and legally, because the death certificate says authenticity.
	Because the death certificate says it.
	He died at Sandy Hook on 14 December of multiple gunshot wounds.
	I mean, so that was just monstrous that he just swept it all apart and said, all we're going to focus on is the death certificate.
	Go on.
	So the thing is, my comment is then, I'm kind of a true crime fan.
	So I watch a lot of true crime.
	And I'll tell you what, these defendants in these criminal cases, Well, they'll throw all kinds of stuff into the courts.
	I mean, it's a lot to go over.
	Some of these defendants are very, very creative.
	Sometimes they're probably speaking truths, but nobody, nobody really stifles them.
	If they do stifle, then they're not able to get the whole case thrown out, you know, or overturned and appeal.
	So why doesn't that, why doesn't that principle apply here?
	Ron, you want to?
	Well, before I answer that question, I want to also point out something that Jim brought up.
	That is that the judge said, all I'm interested in is this death certificate.
	And if it doesn't apply to this death certificate, then if it's not about this piece of paper, then I'm not going to hear it. Well, in criminal cases that
	doesn't work that way. I can tell you because I've seen a lot. You know, I watch court TV. You
	wouldn't believe what they allow in the court. I mean, some of them probably shouldn't even be
	allowed, but they're very liberal in terms of criminal cases of letting the defendants say
	whatever they want, whatever theories they want for that they want.
	So I don't get it.
	I don't understand what's going on here.
	Here's my point.
	He didn't operate that fairly because he allowed Posner to bring in a bunch of stuff outside the piece of paper.
	Because when it first started, when the case first started, Jim was talking about, well, there's different types of fonts on this paper.
	And that means this is not legitimate.
	Somebody is tampered with this with it, with this death certificate.
	And there's different types of ink and there's different types of typing.
	And part of it is it's got a screen on it and part of it's not.
	And it's been manipulated.
	This is this is real.
	This part's real.
	And that part's not real.
	Well, they wanted to keep it right there and that kind of thing, just talking about the paper and manipulation.
	But then they let Posner bring in stuff like the funeral home director and a blood test to see if they were the same as the child and Posner and all that.
	Well, if they're going to let that kind of evidence in, they should have let all of Fetzer's stuff in there about... Yeah, that's how courts work.
	I'm telling you.
	I watch these cases.
	That's how courts work.
	All kinds of nonsense is sometimes entered into court.
	You know, it's allowed.
	This just sounds like a total star chamber to me.
	I can't believe it.
	I didn't realize it was this bad.
	Oh, Russ, it got worse.
	It got worse.
	Well, everything in it is bad.
	I had two forensic document experts who testified that I was correct.
	That not only was the death certificate I published fake, but so was the one attached to the complaint.
	And two others we'd introduced, one of which a co-defendant had obtained from the trial.
	You should have been able to do discovery and gone through the whole case.
	He blocked me.
	He wouldn't let me do discovery.
	Then he did by bifurcating the case so I couldn't get more evidence for us.
	The whole thing was I mean, am I wrong?
	Am I wrong?
	This is just not done in court?
	I mean, tell me.
	I'm a little confused here that they take business... This is why Ron's writing a book about all the violations of my rights!
	I mean, it was... What about other cases?
	You know, what I'm talking about, the whole... Court TV.
	Court TV is basically nonsense?
	Is that what they're saying?
	Well, let me say this.
	Let me tell you, this is another reason the book's important.
	Because everybody in Wisconsin is subject to exactly what James Fetzer got because this can happen to anybody on any size case on any kinds of issues because the summary judgment methodology used in Wisconsin is flawed and if anybody let me tell you if you live in Wisconsin
	And if somebody sues you and files a motion for summary judgment, you leave the state.
	Get the hell out of there.
	Pack your stuff and be gone.
	Because they can screw you bad.
	And it's because the methodology's flawed.
	In Texas, as I said before, The judge would have said, I'm sorry, I have to take what the non-movement said is true.
	That's Jim Fetzer.
	He said it was a FEMA exercise and not anybody killed there.
	That didn't happen.
	And you're saying something wrong.
	Therefore, I deny your summary judgment.
	Well, you haven't harmed Posner at all by doing that, because Posner can then, at that point, go before a trial by jury, present all of his evidence about his death certificate and how it all happened at Sandy Hook, and Jim can come on and put all of his evidence on, and the trial would have gone on, and that would have been fair to everybody.
	But no, they cheated.
	They cheated and cheated Fetzer out of a trial by jury, and it's just that simple.
	By cheating him out of a trial by jury, it completely eliminated this court TV aspect that I'm talking about, where all kinds of evidence is entered in.
	It's very liberal.
	It's very liberal.
	Am I wrong or not?
	You're wrong!
	You're wrong, Russell!
	You might as well be watching the Cartoon Network!
	You're watching Court TV!
	You're absolutely wrong!
	I went through what Jim went through, not to that point where it made world headlines or anything, but in front of Judge Donald W. Heffield in Florida, And I was demanding my constitutional right to the Seventh Amendment, a trial by jury.
	But what I learned from the law firm of Alexander Conde and Aaron R. Cohen is that the system is rigged.
	And they told me, as I was walking up the steps of the Delray Beach Courthouse to face the judge who was the judge who presided over the Jeffrey Epstein trials, Alexander Conde said, listen, you might as well just give up, because my father had Dinner with the judge last night and the fix is in.
	These people are going by what happened back in the letter to Sanhedrin back in 1492, where as Russ said, the synagogue of Satan said, okay, this is what we're going to do.
	We're going to take over the court system.
	We're going to take over the lawmakers.
	We're going to take over the pharmakia.
	We're going to take over the medicine.
	and we're just gonna completely control the goy, the non-Jews.
	So yeah, the Jewish law firm of Alexander Conde and Aronard Cohen were bragging to me,
	and I was as idealistic as you, Russell.
	I was like, yeah, but on Court TV.
	And yeah, on Court TV.
	And yeah, how about Judge Judy?
	And they laughed at me.
	And they said, aha, you stupid goy, you're so idealistic.
	Wait till you see what happens.
	And what ended up happening is, I ended up creating Modern Art Gonzo Journalism, because Judge Donald W. Heffield told me that I couldn't talk about or write about what I was witnessing in that courthouse, which is exactly what Jim Fetzer went through.
	And then I had to put in 10 demands for recusal of the court judge because I told the judge,
	I said, the fix is in.
	The lawyer who was suing me, because the lawyers told me,
	they moved into the property that I had.
	What happened was I had a tenant who was a crackhead who developed the Jesus Complex.
	And he said, Jesus don't pay the rent.
	So I said, listen, unless I get footage of you walking across that pool,
	Bank of America is not gonna believe that I'm renting to the new Messiah.
	And this guy said, oh yeah, well watch.
	And he found out that loophole in the state of Florida, which a lot of people are now finding out,
	where you can have squatters rights.
	So, he ran me through the ringer and he says, you know what?
	I'm gonna hire a Jewish attorney, and by the time I'm done with you, you're gonna have to end up paying me to leave.
	And lo and behold, he does.
	Sounds like real justice.
	Yeah, yeah, yeah.
	And believe me, Russell, I was like you.
	I was like, but, but Court TV and but, but Court TV, you know, Court TV, like I said, you might as well be watching.
	Well, in these true crime cases that they, they put forth a lot of pretty crazy evidence sometimes.
	The problem with true crime is that Sandy Hook was a true crime.
	Remember, the truth is bullshit.
	We're living in an inverted world.
	True crime means bullshit.
	I'm sorry to burst your idealistic bubble, but it happened to me, Russell.

	It's a kangaroo court.
	You weren't allowed to present your own evidence on your behalf.
	You were denied due process, which I have a little bit of experience with at West Point because I charged them with failing to allow my constitutional right of due process over demerits that I received that were false by the colonel and majors.

	I mean, your case is cut and dry.
	The bottom line, they had this false flag shooting, and they keep repeating it over and over.
	We know what it's about.
	They're trying to take away the Second Amendment right to bear arms, to defend yourself.
	That's what all this is about.
	And so this is under Obama.
	The drill was going on.
	It's all fake.

	And the bottom line is they want our guns and so they keep repeating it.

	And then they can arrest them and then come down in some kind of fascist kind of Gestapo government where they lock people up all the time.
	You say the wrong word on the internet, they're locking people up in that case in London.
	And this guy, Medhurst, He's a broadcast journalist.
	He does podcasts.
	And he tells the truth, pretty much.
	Well, they didn't like his truth because he was talking too much of reality of what's going on in Britain.
	So he gets off the plane at Heathrow Airport.
	They bring him into the prison or into the jail.
	They interrogate him.
	They keep him for 24 hours.
	They don't tell him even the charges.
	And they don't tell him anything.
	So, I mean, this and then, of course, it happened to Scott Ritter, you know, like a week earlier or something.
	It was Scott Ritter.
	All the people that have something to To basically unload on the deep scale criminality of our governments that aren't even governments.
	It's all ruled by the puppet masters.
	But anybody that has the truth on a big scale, and they're starting to get noticed, and they're starting to get a following, oh yeah, they're coming after you!
	Or they just deny it with censorship so we don't get our voice heard or our writing out there.
	It's all happening, and it's happening very rapidly now in 2024.

	Well, you know, I think Jim's case is, I think, the strongest evidence right now that we have that there's something wrong in Sandy Hook, because this case is not even avoiding the appearance of impartiality and injustice.
	It is the most unjust case I've ever seen, and at every level of it, even the Obtaining the $450,000 in damages that Posner was awarded, by then they bring in a jury to find out what the damages are, and the way they're collecting it, and the way that they've taken the book, was just something that's not done.
	The idea that Dr. Fetzer has a common law copyright to Nobody Died as Sandy Hook.
	Well, they transferred his his copyright directly to Posner without going through any other means.
	And in fact, the the I don't think they could ever actually transfer the copyright under the real law, because That is something that Jim would have to voluntarily sign over directly to him.
	Did you put some kind of a value on the copyright?
	Well, the value is that Posner does not want the book for anybody in the world to see the book.
	Obviously, he's got a $450,000 judgment, and they're taking an asset, his copyright, so they've got to put some kind of a value on that.
	Is the value $450,000?
	See, you're right there, Russell, in that that's logical, isn't it?

	And that should be the logic.
	If he would have to sell those books in order to make any money off of it.
	But see, he can't.
	And that's why Jim said, no, you're a stop.
	That's judicial estoppel.
	You can't do that because you're saying that you're going to publish that book.
	Whereas the whole, the whole object of this lawsuit has been to stop the book because it's defamatory.
	And see, he couldn't, he can't... But by taking the copyright, he's got to put some kind of a value on it because it's about a judgment.
	They put a value on it, $100,000 and then subtracted it.
	Well, but that don't make it right.
	You see, let me tell you why.
	I just, I was just curious how that worked.
	He's got to, he's got to make $100,000 on it.
	He can't just sit on it.
	Because he can't really have the copyright.
	Let's say he started publishing the book and made a half a million dollars.
	He owes Jim Fetzer $50,000.
	See how that works?
	Because he really can't ever get the copyright.
	The book's going to be deep-sexed, but the court implied a value on it so he could take the book and took it off with a $450 that Jim is liable for.
	Now Jim owns $350.

	Are they going to go after some of his other books, too?

	In fact, that's what they should have done if they were serious.
	Because that way, they could actually sell the book and make the money.

	So now the Court of Appeals has a report that is inconsistent with the Court of Appeals' own directive to the Circuit Court, which I think is going to matter.
	They will not.
	I think the synagogans call that chutzpah.
	Yeah, they lose on appeal, and Posner even pled that, no, this is harmless error, and they should go ahead and take her money anyway.
	And the court said, no, that ain't harmless, Sarah.
	You get back down there and do that again.
	And what did they do?
	They filed almost the identical motion to take her money again and listed it, even had the gall to list her money all there in there together.
	And I mean, they don't even care about the appearance of injustice in this thing.
	It's just the sloppiest legal stuff I have ever witnessed.
	It's called the litigation vortex and the legal mafia.
	What they do is they just, and this is what the law firm of Alexander Condi and Aaron R. Cohen bragged to me about.
	They said, we're just going to keep filing frivolous lawsuits at you until you just go bankrupt.
	So I looked at them and I said, you know what?
	Before you see a penny, I'm going to start giving my money away.
	And I became a very philanthropic person.
	Whenever I went out with my friends, I always picked up the check.
	I had a whole bunch of friends at that time.
	Until I ended up giving away all of my money and then all of a sudden, like, where are my friends, you know?
	And then come to the Republican Georgia and collect the motherfuckers.
	But I'll tell you what, what's interesting is, yeah, they don't care anymore.
	The justice system is broken.
	And people are starting to see that now with Donald Trump.
	But again, they control the justice system through corrupt judges, Through Freemasons.
	They have their signs when you go to court.
	If you do certain signs, the judge knows to leave you alone.
	And I did an expose when I was in Florida, right near the courthouse was a dominatrix, a dungeon.
	And a lot of the federal judges who actually sentence people to life sentences or death penalty in a death penalty state, I actually saw them being beaten and doing Very bizarre sexual things.
	I had to sign an agreement that I wouldn't discuss who it is that I saw.
	But I asked the judges, why do you do this stuff?
	And they said because they feel such pressure that they have to sentence people to death.
	And then when they get home, they have to be the man of the house.
	So they like having these women, quite literally, I couldn't believe it, they were beating their testicles.
	It hurt just watching it.
	But Yeah, they have these people.
	Like, they have them under control.
	They put a lot of weirdos in those positions.

	And so, it appears now that they're not going to let the Sandy Hook book out ever again.
	They don't want that thing to be out.
	People reading about the evidence showing that it didn't occur and that there was no internet activity there for four years before the event.
	And it was used as a storage building, and it was coming apart.
	It was in bad shape, and I mean, just one thing after another.
	They were shipping food to another school that was supposed to be for Sandy Hook, and there was nobody there to eat it.
	So, I mean, it's just one thing after another, and But the idea, what people need to realize though, this thing still is going on.
	Sandy Hook is live and well.
	This is an ongoing Disarmament, terrorism, and it's partially has already obtained its objective, which was to shut down a gun manufacturer.
	See, I believe that the new way to do this, they've learned that they can't go to Congress and make logical arguments for the disarmament of the American people.
	They know it doesn't make any sense.
	It's illogical.
	It's harmful.
	It's dangerous.
	It's against the law.
	And they know they can't change that logically in Congress.
	So what they're going to do is actually just simply get rid of your access to firearms.
	There won't be anybody that produces them you can buy them from.
	That's what they're after.
	73 million dollars is a hell of a grifting operation too.

	They've turned this into an urban legend.
	Ron, let me ask you, what How does General Michael Flynn fit into this?
	Because he was actually part of the Obama administration.
	And if you know that Sandy Hook was a false flag, and Jim knows it's a false flag, and I know it's a false flag, I'm pretty sure General Michael Flynn knew that that was a false flag.

	Because a lot of people think he's a hero and that he's a good guy.

	All I know about Sandy Hook, I read from Jim's book and what I can remember of it.
	I was not a big Sandy Hook researcher.

	I did some on my own, not a lot, but I've been concentrating on Jim's lawsuit because this is so egregious.

	And this is the only book my book is the only book out there about what really is taking place in this lawsuit.
	And they've had tons of publicity about all how wonderful it was that they defeated this guy that, you know, doubted Sandy Hook and harmed all the parents and then all of that.
	And they've had a heyday with that, but it never got into the logistics of the lawsuit.
	And whether the thing was legitimate or not, this this lawsuit stinks to high heaven.
	I mean, the media made it look like it was just based upon the arguments of both sides.
	And that's not what you're saying happened at all.

	None of my facts were accepted as evidence.
	None of them.
	And I had a mount.
	I mean, the whole thing was absurd.

	I sought to intervene in all these lawsuits in Remington, in Alex Jones in Connecticut, Alex Jones in Texas.
	They didn't want me.
	I was going to show none of these cases have been settled on the merits.
	None of them have gone to jury.
	They were all settled on procedural grounds, presupposition, assumption.
	Alex Jones, a failure, a discovery.
	No one can figure out what it was.

	When he came back to Twitter, he did an interview with Elon Musk, and I discuss it if you go to that fake news, the truth versus Alex Jones, where Elon asked him how he got into this.
	He said, well, he was just a humble high school graduate.
	He's misled by professors.
	And a school safety expert, meaning myself and James Tracy had published a brilliant critique of the Wayne Carver press conference, which was a shambles.
	And Wolfgang Halbig was a national school safety expert.
	But he also said during his video deposition that he never read the book.
	Well, I, James Tracy Wilking, were in the book!
	So how did we mislead him if he never read the book?
	Now let me say, he did some good research in the beginning.
	He had a reporter on the scene talking to neighbors who were saying they couldn't understand why any students were there, because the school had been closed long ago.
	He actually had some good reporting, but somehow he capitulated.
	Now, Robert Barnes, who's quite a brilliant attorney, was in the courtroom in Austin, and he said it was unlike any other he'd ever visited.
	There were three cameras.
	One set on the jury.
	They looked at him like a made-for-TV movie.
	Well, that made-for-TV movie is The Truth vs. Alex Jones.

	Now, there was planning before that, but even for people that are unfamiliar with Sandy Hook or any information about it, This book does not focus on really evidence around Sandy Hook.
	It focuses on the lawsuit and what was happening in it, what was done with evidence, and what was done with pleadings.
	The book shows clearly that this was just absolute cheating.
	It was cheating James Fetzer out of his right to a trial by jury, and now they're just plundering.
	That's really what it is.
	They're plundering him and even his wife's assets and things, which should not be tolerated.
	I mean, At some point, people have got to say, well, we can't do this.
	We're not doing this anymore.
	You, you got to fix this.
	And there's lots of, there's lots of states besides Wisconsin that have, have this broken down summary judgment position.
	And even the federal, even the federal government has it.
	Yeah, all 50 states have it, man.
	The whole justice system is a racket.
	So, whether it's on the books or not, they basically are doing whatever the heck they want to do.
	The Constitution doesn't exist anymore.
	We're not in a constitutional republic.
	If that were the case, they wouldn't be running Kamala Harris.
	We have to start realizing that, like Joaquin said, and like Russell said earlier, this is A movie that we're watching, and if we don't wake up soon and realize that, we're not gonna... We may not even be alive!
	They're wanting to kill us!
	We have a better, I will say, I will say this, that we do have a better summary judgment system in Texas than they do in Wisconsin, because I just told you what that was.
	So it was that the judge has to accept the the pleadings of the non-movement as true.
	It depends on the judge.
	If the judge is caught on film, you can have them overturned though.
	If he doesn't do it, you can have them overturned.
	I've had summary judgments against me overturned on that very reason.
	Now, but how they trick you in Texas, they use a different system.
	It's the Texas Citizen Participation Act.
	Jim refers to these things as slapsuit protections.
	And the only thing is, those are corrupt, too.
	Because, see, that's what happened to Alex Jones.
	Alex Jones said, hey, man, I'm a journalist and I have the Texas Citizen Participation Act that should protect me against against me making statements about what I think about these topics.
	So I should be protected.
	Well, and what it says is that your constitutional right for participants in an event, you have a Second Amendment, I mean, a First Amendment right to do these things.
	And you can't not cannot be sued for libel on that or for defamation.
	Well, they they turn this around to to actually benefit Reporters and reporters can't use actually reporters cannot use the Texas Citizen Participation Act because they're not participants.
	They're there to observe something.
	They're there to record, observe, and to report to the people what happened.
	If they lie about that, they're liable.
	And they can be sued.
	Well, and that's what happened to me.
	I sued the Houston Chronicle and Hearst Communications Corporation for putting me on the front page of the Houston Chronicle and saying that I was a terrorist, worse, a domestic terrorist, worse than that of the Muslims.
	And I sued them for that.
	And they used the Texas Citizen Participation Act to get out of it.
	And they did get out of it.
	And but when when Alex Jones tried to use it now, say the difference between Alex Jones and a reporter is Alex Jones is more like an editorialist.
	He's making his he's stating an opinion.
	If you if you're stating if you say something about somebody and it's an opinion, you're saying it as an opinion, then you're protected.
	You have a right to state your opinion, but if you're a reporter and stating it as a fact and get it wrong, you're liable.
	Now, and that's what Jones was doing.
	He was saying, I'm an editorialist, I'm stating my opinion, and I don't think this happened.
	And, but they turned it around on him and said, no, The Texas Citizen Participation Act doesn't apply to you, you're out.
	And that was the end of his suit.
	That was the end of it.
	He put all his eggs in one basket, Texas Citizen Participation Act, and they screwed him.
	They screwed him on that.
