Natural born citizen is a requirement to be President of the United States and natural born is defined as being born in the United States or outside of the United States, but having one parent who is an American citizen.
That's natural born.
She did not.
Her parents, an Indian woman and a Caribbean man, We're not American citizens.
They came to Oakland.
They gave birth to her.
They went back to Calgary, raised her there.
She is not a natural born citizen.
She is not qualified to be the president of the United States.
The vice presidency doesn't talk about it, but she cannot assume the presidency of the United States.
Every American should write an affidavit that says, I, state your name, Do hereby swear and affirm that Kamala Harris is not qualified to be the President of the United States pursuant to the Constitution, which states a natural-born citizen only.
She is not a natural-born citizen.
Therefore, I'm demanding that the sheriff, the supervisors, the county authority all affirm The constitutional requirements for presidency are not met in Kamala Harris and if you do not sign this affidavit you are siding with a unqualified person and that is going to be construed as an act of treason and you are unqualified to hold any position in this county.
That's how you wage lawfare.
That's how you go on the attack.
That's how every American citizen can get into the fight because otherwise You are going to probably see Kamala Harris killed, replaced, and then they will use that to usher in a police state saying that a Trump supporter did it, and therefore everybody needs to be rounded up and thrown into concentration camps, guns taken away, and the election suspended, just like it's another COVID-19 2.0.

Well, just to confirm, I think, what you're implying, although she was born in Oakland, Donna has her birth certificate up.
Neither of her parents were American citizens at the time.
And it's interesting, which I had not known before, she's classified on her birth certificate as Caucasian when she insists she's a woman of color.

Restoring and strengthening democracy and creating a 21st century immigration system, among others.
So they're not thinking outside the box whatsoever.
They're telegraphing their move.
They're going to cheat through the election using mail-in ballots the best they possibly can.
They're going to fix whatever machines that they can buy off to get fixed in the same 17 urban centers that they were after last time.
They're not worried about this election.
They're so not worried about it that they're willing to install Kamala, who's even dumber than the fake Joe Biden, and even less competent.
The only time I've ever heard her speak off the cuff, she was getting off Air Force One with Joe Biden after visiting some Middle Eastern country, and she quoted from the art of war, like she had just read the book.
It was totally out of place, totally inappropriate.
The rest of the time you hear, they're either going to hide her out or they're going to keep her on a teleprompter.
I guarantee you that her DNC speech will be off the teleprompter.
And the other thing that's pathetic about it is she just simply doesn't do the work, which is why she sounds so stupid.
You know, if you're going to go in front of a national audience like this, you better do the work and make sure you know what you're talking about, where you're talking about it, when you're talking about it, and why you're talking about it.
And this lady has no clue.
Because she just simply doesn't do the work.
She doesn't do the work.
Nobody likes her.
They're probably feeding her bad work.
And so this this thing's going to be a catastrophe.
But they'll jam it through with the help of the complacent media that just simply drives the propaganda machine.
That's why you're seeing all the polls come out saying Paris and Trump are close.
It's neck and neck everywhere.
It's all a bunch of bullshit.
None of it's real.
They're planning on cheating the entire election structure.
But see, let me just put one final point on this, Jim. What Brian's say is exactly right. What
you've said is exactly right. This is a pivot point for the entire country because either you
accept a non-natural born person to be a president, which is a violation of the Constitution and
makes you a traitor against the Constitution.
You violate our Republican form of government.
Everything that is in the United States is thrown out if you accept by your acquiescence and silence this woman.
Or you stand up by affidavit and you get it notarized and you send it and you have it to say no, she's not the president, no appointment, no order, nothing coming out of her mouth can be recognized as the president.
This is the hill that we have to die upon, is to stand and say, no, we will not allow this non-natural born citizen to be the President of the United States.
And if people don't write an affidavit, you don't affirm it, you don't get it notarized, you are acquiescing with evil in my book.

Meanwhile, New York Times, I've just been astonished.
My wife watching MSNBC, they've got all these guys talking about Trump using the army against American citizens.
And here, would you believe, Mike King already had a rebuttal.

It actually explained for readers how the legal protocols already in place would support such an action both at the border and in the streets.

The House has dropped its Biden impeachment report and it's damning.
The report describes in detail Biden's abuse of power, foreign entanglement, corruption, and obstruction of investigations.
House Oversight, Ways and Means, and Judiciary Committee brought their nearly year-long impeachment probe to an end Monday.
Including the Democrat who unwittingly made Kamala Harris' second presidential bid possible has engaged in egregious, impeachable offenses.
The nearly 300-page report provides overwhelming evidence demonstrating that Biden participated in a conspiracy to monetize his office at public trust to enrich his family.
Among other aspects of the conspiracy, the Biden family and business associate tens of millions of dollars from foreign interests by leading those interests to believe that such payment would provide access to and influence with President Biden.
Bank records reportedly show that when accounting Also, for the Biden family business associates and their companies, the International Influence Meddling Scheme totaled over $27 million from foreign sources just from 2014 to 2023.
Contrary to repeated suggestions by Biden and Boosters, he had no role in his son Shady dealing with foreign nationals from Ukraine, China, Russia, Kazakhstan, and elsewhere.

Joe Biden has exhibited conduct and taken action the founders sought to guard against in drafting the impeachment provisions of the Constitution.
The report indicates his participation sometimes expressed in American policy changes, evidenced by leveraging a billion-dollar U.S.
loan guarantee to Ukraine to secure favorable terms to a company affiliated with his son, convicted felon Hunter Biden.
Not only does the report accuse Biden and his ilk of engaging in the conspiracy, it claims they did their best to cover it up.
Foreign money was transmitted to the Biden family through complicated financial transactions.
The Biden family laundered funds through intermediate entities and broke up large transactions into numerous smaller ones.
Substantial efforts were made to hide President Biden's involvement in his family business activities.
House Democrats may be prickled to learn that Presidents, they said it in 2019 in their impeachment of President Trump, have been turned on by him.

Supreme Court upholds block on entirety of federal government through Title IX gender rule.
The U.S.
Supreme Court ruled 5-4 to reject the federal government to partially enforce a Title IX rule in 10 Republican-led states, in a ruling handed down on August 16.
The court left, in fact, two several lower court orders that blocked the entirety of the rule in Louisiana and nine other states that challenged it.
At the center of the disputes are three provisions, including one declaring that existing federal law against sex-based discrimination in education also prohibits discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity.
The rule addresses gender, pronouns, sex, separate spaces like bathrooms, locker rooms, and showers, clarifying schools and colleges that could lose federal funding if they don't address students by their preferred pronouns or allow them to use facilities corresponding to their gender identity.
The federal government had asked the court to partially lift those orders, a relief that would sever the three-key provision while allowing the others on challenge to go into effect.
Four justices would let part of the rule take effect.
With a full bench agreed, the key changes they've sought to implement, including the redefinition of sex-based discrimination to include gender identity and restrictions on maintaining sex-separate spaces, should remain blocked.
Wow.

Well, gender identity and the choice of being called a pronoun, you know, blah, blah, blah, it's not going to make much difference when you're starving, the dollar is zero, and the world is turned against the United States, and perhaps all of our ships, aircraft carriers, planes, and bases overseas have been turned into ashes.
Then the personal pronouns are going to matter?
I don't think so.
Plus, the personal pronouns are an aspect that the Supreme Court doesn't have the jurisdiction or legitimacy to even decide, because government forms that are created in states and counties determine he or she, and that he or she has been established since 1776 as reflecting The presence of biological reproductive organs present on the human being.
And if you have one, then you are not the other.
It's pretty simple.
This whole philosophical moral schizophrenia is another matter.
It's a personal matter.
And I could make the argument I am not going to join with a personal schizophrenia.
