	The Supreme Court has rendered an extremely interesting ruling.
	The president has always had civil immunity for actions taken in the performance of his duties.
	It's now been extended to even criminal liability for actions taken in the performance of his duty.
	The Supreme Court ruled six to three presidents enjoy immunity from criminal prosecution for official But not unofficial acts in a decision expected to delay President Trump trial in the federal election case in Washington.
	Frankly, it's going to nullify.
	I think three of the four cases are going to fall by the wayside.
	Georgia, he was just ensuring the election laws were being followed.
	That's in the performance of his duties that I think is nullified January 6.
	He was simply, again, seeing that the laws were being faithfully executed and the freedom to protest, you know, was properly observed.
	That, I think, is going to be, you know, he's exonerated there.
	And, of course, the classified docs, the mayoral legal rate and all that, I don't think there's any question.
	It seems to me to have the effect of a pardon of Trump.
	For those three cases.
	Now there's some wacky stuff coming out here, particularly from Democrats.
	There's a woman named Zoe Lofgren who says a Trump immunity decision means Biden could assassinate conservative justices!
	I don't know where these people come from!
	This is a lunatic!
	That's not a...
	An official duty of the President of the United States to assassinate Supreme Court justices!
	Following a ruling from the Supreme Court that Trump does have immunity from prosecution over supposed crimes he committed in office, but now, you see, leaving out that part in the performance of his official duties, Longren took the AMS-NBC deadline with Nicole Wallace, who's a complete flaming
	Propagandist Nicole Wallace, right up there, very close to Joy Reid, among the all-time worst anywhere in the media today, to argue that Joe Biden could theoretically order the military to take out conservative Supreme Court justices.
	No, he could not.
	What's wrong with this woman?
	Where do Democrats come up with these harebrains?
	It's absolutely stunning.
	Here's a nice piece from Zero Head, picking up on her lead.
	Democrats hit an assassination in response to the Supreme Court immunity decision.
	Nobody likes to lose, but leftists take indignation defeat, indignant defeat, to a whole new level.
	Though they claim to defend democracy in their spare time, Democrats also have a tendency to abandon the Democrat process when the process interferes with their intentions to remain in power.
	Case in point?
	Supreme Court's recent decision to give immunity from prosecution of Donald Trump in the case of some official acts taken during his tenure in office.
	Leftists have responded with outrage.
	At the 6-3 decision, with much of their political hopes resting on the strategy of burying Trump in as many legal battles as possible, thinking from running as president again, that was their campaign!
	It had nothing to do with Joe Biden, it had to do with burying Trump in court!
	Democrats are now flooding social media with news feeds suggesting the Supreme Court decision makes it possible for Biden as president.
	To eliminate the conservative competition as part of his official's duties.
	But right there, there's the rub.
	Tools for legally punishing presidents already exist including impeachment and charges of treason.
	Keep in mind, if Trump does not have immunity for previous actions as president, then neither does any other president.
	How many skeletons Or in the closets of men like Bill Clinton, George W. Bush, or Barack Obama.
	Beyond that, assassination of a political opponent of the conservative members of the court is not recognized as an official duty of the presidency.
	Democrats, as usual, take their conclusions to the dramatic extreme in order to provoke public fear.
	They're emotionally energized disinformation.
	I think they're just stupid.
	I think this Zoe Lofkin really believes what she's saying.
	She's just a moron.
	Leftists have been fantasizing publicly about murdering Trump for some time now, right off the bat.
	However, those theories on how Biden could respond to the Supreme Court are not simple hypotheticals for the sake of argument.
	There's an element of desperation and bloodlust.
	What they're really upset about is the fact Trump is free and clear to finish his election race against a mentally deficient Joe Biden.
	They're also terrified Trump might return the favor and seek revenge if he gets back to the Oval Office.
	Three of the four criminal cases brought against Trump last year will now become irrelevant.
	Likely, Preventing a trial in the federal election subversion case before November, the fourth case, the Hush Money trial, which led to his conviction this year, is considered the weakest of the others because it sought to turn misdemeanor charges into felony charges using an obscure statute.
	It should be noted, presidents already have immunity from civil liability while in office.
	And must be impeached for a violation before lawsuits can proceed.
	The Supreme Court has simply extended that immunity to cover criminal prosecution of actions taken in the performance of one's duty.
	Now, this moron in chief, of course, sought to address the issue.
	I mean, what else is he going to do?
	Let's hear it.
	It's an office that not only tests your judgment, perhaps even more importantly, it's an office that can test your character.
	Because you not only face moments where you need the courage to exercise the full power of the presidency, you also face moments where you need the wisdom to respect the limits of the power of the office of the presidency.
	This nation is founded on the principle that there are no kings in America.
	Each, each of us is equal before the law.
	No one, no one is above the law, not even the President of the United States.
	Today's Supreme Court decision on presidential immunity, that fundamentally changed for all, for all practical purposes.
	Today's decision almost certainly means that there are virtually no limits on what a president can do.
	This is a fundamentally new principle, and it's a dangerous precedent.
	Because the power of the office will no longer be constrained by the law, even including the Supreme Court of the United States.
	The only limits will be self-imposed by the President alone.
	This decision today has continued the Court's attack in recent years on a wide range of long-established legal principles in our nation.
	From gutting voting rights and civil rights, to taking away a woman's right to choose, to today's decision, That undermines the rule of law of this nation.
	Nearly four years ago, my predecessor sent a violent mob to the U.S.
	Capitol to stop the peaceful transfer of power.
	We all saw it with our own eyes.
	We sat there and watched it happen that day.
	Attack on the police.
	The ransacking of the Capitol.
	A mob literally hunting down the House Speaker, Nancy Pelosi.
	Gallows erected to hang the Vice President Mike Pence.
	I think it's fair to say it's one of the darkest days in the history of America.
	Now the man who sent that mob to the U.S.
	Capitol is facing potential criminal conviction for what happened that day.
	The American people deserve to have an answer in the courts before the upcoming election.
	The public has a right to know the answer about what happened on January 6th before they asked to vote again this year.
	Now, because of today's decision, that is highly, highly unlikely.
	It's a terrible disservice to the people of this nation.
	So now, now the American people have to do what the court should have been willing to do, but will not.
	The American people have to render a judgment about Donald Trump's behavior.
	I mean, that's just so outrageous.
	I mean, virtually everything he's saying there is false.
	He may not know it's false because he's not cognitively competent.
	He's just reading a script.
	But whoever wrote it knew it was false, knew it was bullshit, knew it was meaningless.
	And he's trying, of course, to capitalize on an event which was a form of compensation for the disastrous defeat.

	According to Kass, Joe Biden is pushing for Joe to run for re-election, a move that's apparently created internal conflict within the campaign.
	Vice President Kamala Harris is allegedly furious about being overlooked as a potential replacement candidate.
	What I am hearing regarding Joe Biden, Rod Glenn and Barack Obama are having a sit down with the President today.
	Joe Biden is insistent that Joe run.
	Kamala's furious she's not being considered as a replacement.
	Whitmer and Newsom are.
	Interestingly, my neighbor in East Hampton is hosting the Bidens tomorrow.
	It'll be an important tell if the fundraiser is canceled.
	Well, there's a serious problem here.
	You got a candidate who's a non-entity.
	I mean, he's barely even breathing.
	Meanwhile, get this, a Michigan non-profit has perhaps jumped the gun, saying voter registration mailings with the image of, guess who, Michelle Obama.
	How about that?
	Meanwhile, after the presidential election, the country's over and I need a drink.
	Between Biden's incoherent bumbling and Trump's redirections, there's no doubt that 2024 CNN presidential debate was one for the history books.
	Stu Berger called it one of the most incredible nights he's ever witnessed, noting it was an absolute disgrace.
	A world superpower supposedly has a man leading it.

	We look pathetic.
	Honestly, it was a disgrace.

	A common refrain among the fake media heads from CNN to MSNBC is that high-level Dems run full-on panic.

	All those things we need to do, child care, elder care, making sure that we continue to strengthen our health care system, making sure that we're able to make every single solitary person eligible for what I've been able to do with the COVID, excuse me, with dealing with everything we have to do with.

	Meanwhile, we have the first Democrat calling on Biden to withdraw.
	This is Representative Lloyd Dodgen.
	The first domino of Tuesday, Representative Lloyd Dodgen, a Democrat from Texas, called for President Joe Biden to step down from his campaign for re-election.
	Dodgett's announcement followed a horrendous debate performance from Biden, universally panned by media and voters.
	Doggett.
	Yeah.
	Okay.
	Meanwhile, we have a problem.
	There are swing states where replacing Biden could be met with legal hurdles.
	This is pretty significant.
	The Heritage Foundation has identified Georgia, Wisconsin, and Nevada as states where Democrats could face legal challenges if they pursue replacing Biden.
	In Wisconsin, my home state, a candidate's name could only be removed as he or she dies.
	And in Nevada, the deadline for replacing candidate from the ballot, which was June 28th, has already passed.
	However, There is an exception if a candidate is deemed mentally incapacitated, possibly prompting months of legal battles.
	In Georgia, there's still time for Biden to be booted from the ballot if his name is removed up to 60 days before the election.
	However, other states do not have clear procedural guidelines on the book for removing a presidential candidate's name from the ballot.
	Even if the Democrat Party wants to nominate someone beside Biden, party leaders don't have the authority to remove him.
	There's an outside chance delegates at the convention could do that or cast their vote.
	I got to qualify that report when, you know, Bernie Sanders was eclipsed, just set aside for Hillary in 2016.
	Sanders supporters took it to court and the DNC, the Republic National Committee, said it was a private organization.
	It didn't have to follow caucuses or primary results.
	It could nominate anyone it wanted and was upheld in the courts.
	So I think, in fact, that the Democrats, knowing they are in a catastrophic situation with someone who is viewed as Incompetent by everyone.
	I mean, did anyone watching that debate think there was a ghost of a chance this guy could actually function as president?
	So I think the Democrats are going to do it.
	I think they've got several moves in mind and that they include even Hillary.
	I think Hillary would love to run again.
	I mean, she'd feel it would be her ultimate vindication.
	And Michelle, right?
	Do we have any doubt, Michelle?
	So we're going to see what's going to happen here.
	Then I think they might make an effort to try to turn being transgender.

	Is Israel headed towards civil war?
	Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu declared on June 18, there would be no civil war in Israel.

	It highlights the deepening rifts in Israeli society, which could escalate from political turmoil to a potential civil war.
	Divisions in Israel cannot be viewed the same way as other political polarizations currently rife among Western democracies.
	This assertion is not necessarily linked to the legitimate view that, at its core, Israel is not an actual democracy, but rather because Israel political formation is unique.
	It continues discussion, interesting stuff.
	I would not be surprised if, in fact, we did have a situation where Israel was going to be fraught With challenges with disruption and possibly even actual military breakouts among its citizens.
	But then again, it's not impossible.
	Something similar could happen here.
	We're going to have to see how this plays out.

	The United States is seeking help to build in counter drone defenses for airports, transports and tankers.
	That's pretty disturbing.
	That means we do not have the ability to defend our transports and our tankers from drones at present.
	And it's like, you know, putting out a reward.
	The funniest ever was when the NASA And this is about 15 years ago, put out an offer of, as I recall, $50,000 to assist with their space problem.
	They explained that the diapers that their astronauts were wearing only could handle about 14 hours of waste and that they needed help.
	You know, if anyone could imagine how This problem could be dealt with.
	They'd receive a handsome award, seemingly not realizing.
	And in making that statement, they're admitting that all those Apollo flights to the moon and back, which lasted seven or eight days, were nothing but a gigantic pile of space poop.
	Think about it.
	If you can't figure out how to deal with a waste, how could you possibly have survived such a trip?
	Preposterous.
	Meanwhile, here's a report from Responsible Statescraft suggesting a war draft today can't work.
	Let us count the ways.
	Congress should stop making futile attempts to salvage, most likely expand, the current failed registration system.
	Two proposals that would radically alter the current system for registering Americans for a future draft were introduced in Congress without any hearing or debate.
	They were practical issues.
	They raised practical issues about whether a draft today could even be possible.
	As far as this year's National Events Authorization Act, the House voted this month To make registration with a secret selective service of all draft eligible men 18 to 26 automatic.
	In addition, the version of the NDAA on its way to the Senate floor would expand draft registration to include young women to debate about how the draft has typically been framed, rather whether U.S.
	needs a draft.
	Debate about women and the draft has been framed around whether women should be required to register.
	But the bigger question we face is threefold.
	Will women sign up voluntarily if in fact registration is not automatic?
	Is automatic registration based on other databases feasible and can registration or a draft For men and or women even be enforced.
	He thinks not.
	I wouldn't be surprised.
	Meanwhile, we have a former Clinton official, Paul Begala, warning the first Democrat politician calling for Biden to step down will end their career.
	Well, I guess we are already there since that first politician, that Democrat from Texas has called for Biden to step down.
	Friday, former Clinton official Paul Begala said despite Biden's disastrous debate performance, the first Democrat to officially call for a president to step down would end their career.
	Begala told CNN's Jim Acosta, here's a risk.

	I lean more toward a Ron Paul libertarian, is how I lean.
	But at any rate, Ron Paul used to be my congressman when I lived in Texas.
	So, anyway.
	When it comes right down to it, here's what you've got to decide.
	Were you financially better off under Trump than you are Biden?
	Definitely I was.
	I probably had twice as much money under Trump than I have under Biden.
	I was able to save money.
	I was able to buy the things I needed and do whatever I needed to do.
	No problem.
	Under this character?
	No way.
	You know?
	So, my choice would be Trump.
	But then again, you know, our vote really doesn't count because you got the Council of Foreign Relations, you got, you know, the Atlantic Council, you got the Committee of 300, you got the Vatican, you got all this crap involved, you got all these Kazarians involved.
	89% of Congress is owned by AIPAC.
	So, what are you gonna do?
	You can't trash one guy because he is for Israel because 89% of Congress is too!
	What are you going to do?
	When was the last time you heard of any legislation coming out of this Congress?
	It doesn't.
	The legislation is coming by executive order out of the White House.
	Here's another thing.
	How can you remove those people from office or do anything about them?
	Like, for instance, everyone in the State Department, the President, the Vice President, all the way down.
	They never signed an oath of office.
	You can't remove someone who is an imposter.
	You can't do it legally because they never signed an oath of office.
	They have no authority to govern.
	They have no agency authority.
	They've got nothing.
	The only way to take them out, I think, is using the military.
	Because they are not legally holding those offices.
	That's another consideration that people need to think about.
	It's not going to be so easy.
