	And then went to Moscow and then came down to Belgorod and have been documenting the war crimes that the United States and NATO have been committing against the Russian civilians here.
	Because Belgorod is a Russian city, one of the prettiest cities you've ever seen in your life.
	Not a piece of gum or a piece of paper or a straw on the ground anywhere.
	It is the most immaculate city I've seen.
	And the people are delightful.
	It's like Brigadoon.
	And so we've been down here recording the apartments that have been blown up, the children memorials with the stuffed teddy bears, and this being a Russian city, Russian territory, the United States and France is declaring war upon Russia by firing these weapons into these cities and killing Russian citizens.
	This is not the Ukrainian disputed territory.
	This is solid Russian land in a Russian city.
	So, we've been down here documenting it, and Johnny's been with me, and he's been in Donetsk for a year, so we've been seeing a lot.
	So, we have a lot of videos we'll send, you know, after the trip, too.
	So, Scott, in principle, in terms of international law and the laws of war, Russia would be entitled to reciprocate and attack those nations attacking it?
	That's exactly right.
	I mean, it would be within its full jurisdiction to declare war, but You know, Russia understands the West is a child-like tantrum toddler with retardation problems.
	Russia knows the Biden zombie and the Macron transvestite and Sunak and Schultz.
	All of these fools are just clowns.
	Russia knows that.
	All of its people know that.
	I met Maria Zaharova in St.
	Petersburg.
	I had a very good conversation with her.
	They know the West is collapsing, and you know, the ironic thing is the Russian people and the Russian officials are saying the same thing.
	We worry about America, not because they're afraid of America, but they feel so much pity and sadness for the schizophrenia, LGBT, fanatical perversion that is afflicting America like Sodom and Gomorrah.
	So they are within their realm to wage war, but again, Russia is not reacting.
	They're prosecuting this very methodically and slowly, and they're winning at every turn.
	But we've been locked in our hotel at night sometimes because of air raid sirens, missiles being fired.
	It's something, Jim, when you hear the I mean, no one's heard that in America.
	We haven't heard that except for World War II movies, but I've been hearing it every night in Belgorod because NATO and American and French weapons are being fired into the city to kill civilians.
	There's no military personnel whatsoever.
	And if the American people had to go through what the Russians are going through, you'd see America go belly up because we don't have the character or the sense of community to survive such a thing.

	As the war continues to rage between Russia and Ukraine, the situation seems to keep expanding.
	As now that we have Vladimir Putin has just finished a state visit with North Korea, which it has a lot of ramifications, not just for the Russia and Ukraine war, but also for regional security in the Asia Pacific and just generally in the among great power competitions.
	We're going to be talking about some of this and we're breaking down some of the implications for American national security and what American interests are.
	And we have probably the best guy we have on on our show here.

	To talk about this, Doug, welcome back to the show.
	I'm happy to be here.
	Well, there is a lot of stuff to talk about here, and probably not just with Russia and Ukraine.
	If we're talking about American interests and things that we need to be aware of, but well, let me not get ahead of myself.
	First of all, I want to talk about Vladimir Putin.
	Last week, last weekend, especially, there were Kind of a couple of dueling peace proposals.
	One from Putin, where he talked about it, and then one from the Zelensky slash Americans, where they're trying to say, hey, we need to have peace on our side.
	Both sides had kind of maximalist views that seem to be very divergent.
	But I think when we get into some of the details, one is kind of based, it's harsh, but kind of based in reality.
	And one is Based in fantasy and no reality whatsoever.
	We're going to get into that.
	First of all, here's what Putin said when he was in Pyongyang talking about the future.
	This confrontational policy pursued by the United States to expand its military infrastructure in the region goes hand-in-hand and the growing scale of military exercises involving South Korea, Japan, and they're clearly Well, what do you make of that?
	Because obviously you were in the military for quite a number of years and you understand why a lot of exercises happen.
	To what extent do some of our exercises that he was referring to there in the Indo-Pacific area, especially around both North Korea and China for that matter, Well, that question could be answered pretty easily.
	I don't think it does much for us at all, but that's not the basis or the rationale for Putin's trip to North Korea.
	We need to understand that Putin or Russia, let's just say Moscow, has always had the ability to escalate Conflict and tensions and crisis with us or anybody else horizontally.
	What I'm saying is that his trip to North Korea is a very clear and unambiguous signal to us that while you are in our backyard in Ukraine cultivating hostility and hatred towards us, while you have attempted to destroy Russia using Ukrainian forces and This all happens in the aftermath of the CIA installed puppet government in Keefe.
	We can do things to you.
	We can make life miserable for you.
	And one of those ways is we can stir trouble, stir the pot in North Korea.
	He did the same thing essentially when he sent ships and that submarine that surfaced off the coast of Cuba and then moved into the harbor in Cuba.
	It was another signal that we can, We could escalate horizontally if you'd like.
	I think he would probably open discussions with the Mexican cartels as to what additional kinds of armaments and capabilities Russia could supply to them in Mexico.
	This is all a part of the same attempt to sober us up, Dan, and get us to understand that what's good for you can be good for us.
	Don't underestimate our abilities to spread this thing in ways that are antithetical to you, because let's face it, the war is over in Ukraine.
	He's won it.
	He now controls or holds all the key cards.
	He is in a position now to decide what he wants to do.
	It doesn't matter what we want him to do.
	It doesn't matter what we say.
	It doesn't matter what we threaten.
	He can do any damn thing now that he wants to do in Ukraine.
	What he really wants to do is end the war.
	and create a new peaceful stability in Western Ukraine.
	That can be done, but we are not going to support it.
	That means that he has to now seriously consider seizing Keith, crossing the Dnieper River, going down to Odessa as the first big stage in ending the conflict.
	And then secondly, from that standpoint, negotiate with new governments in Europe in the fall.
	He's not a fool.
	He knows that European governments are changing.
	The people that have been Ruling in Europe since this insane war began are going to be gone.
	Now that doesn't mean they'll all immediately come to Moscow and recognize the utility of ending conflict with Moscow, but I can tell you Berlin is certainly going to move in that direction.
	And that's probably more important than anything else.
	And if you look at the most recent polling data that I have from Poland, Polish people are not just sick of the war, they're sick of millions of Ukrainians being inside their country.
	They want this thing to end.
	So their government, which has been a stooge for the European Union and NATO, is about to get an education.
	And that's what happened with the European elections.
	All of these, what they call far-right parties, which is a joke, these are simply parties that don't want to go to war against Russia and don't want to suffer under the sanctions that we've imposed any longer.
	They're going to take over.
	Now, how rapidly can they move?
	And I think we know from history that You don't turn off and turn on conflict and crisis the way you do with a light switch, but it's clearly moving in Moscow's favor.
	That's all.
	And in fact, moving powerfully overwhelmingly in Moscow's favor.
	And you've got to understand, North Korea has one of the most proficient, competent armies in the world.
	It's massive.
	They're very well armed.
	They're very well trained.
	Russia has perhaps the very best in the world, but the North Koreans give them a close race.
	There's nothing on the Western side that can compete.
	Nothing at all.
	And as Colonel McGregor has explained, if there were a conventional war between the U.S.
	army, which is down to a pitiful 350 to 450,000 strong, it wouldn't last three weeks before Russia would take us out.
	You've got to understand what's going on here.
	This is completely insane for the West to continue to push the war on Ukraine.
	And yet, bear in mind, the Rothschild banking empire wants Ukraine.
	The Rothschild Banking Empire and Israel want it to be the new Israel.
	The Rothschild Empire and Israel declared that the New World Order cannot move forward without Ukraine.
	The New World Order is to be ruled from Jerusalem.
	You have to understand how these are intertwined.

	A former chief investment officer for George Soros revealed that a new generation of venture capitalists are warming up to Donald Trump, even as some Republican Wall Street bankers are begrudgingly signaling their support for the former president.
	Scott Binesset, The CEO and chief investment officer for the firm K Square Group and one-time chief investment officer for the Democrat-run Soros Fund is intentionally stepping up his criticism of Bidenomics and backing Trump ahead of the 2024 election.
	Wall Street Group was always going to come back to Trump, he told Daily Mail during the Manhattan Institute conference.
	What I find more interesting is the new venture capital cohort that is supporting Trump, as they say in Las Vegas, a new shooter.
	Have no doubt, no question, Trump is going to be overwhelmingly elected and we're allowed to have an election.
	Meanwhile, does this surprise you?
	FBI knew since 2016 that Hunter Biden's team had scored nearly $120 million in a Ukrainian deal while Joe was VP.
	In other words, the FBI has known eight years that Joe Biden was involved in corrupt activities with Ukraine, which would have undoubtedly knocked him out of the race altogether.
	He would not have even been a candidate.
	But for the suppression of this kind of information.
	The FBI learned as far back as 2016 that Hunter and his partners had plotted to set up a new venture in tax-friendly Lichtenstein that would capitalize by a whopping $120 million investment from the controversial owner of Ukrainian energy firm Burisma Holdings, according to documents obtained by Just the News that have been kept from the American public for eight years.
	The mega deal was not referenced inside Hunter's now infamous laptop, or during the 2019 impeachment proceedings involving Ukraine, but was instead chronicled in a trove of 3.39 million documents.
	The FBI seized from Hunter and his business partners during an investigation of security fraud nearly a decade ago, you gotta ask.
	What the hell good is the FBI?
	They get that kind of information, but they do not share it with the American people.
	Why the hell not?
	Meanwhile, get this.
	We were called terrorists and forcibly ejected by police from a congressional baseball game.
	During last week's congressional baseball game, dozens of us in the crowd Conveyed urgent messages to stop funding Israel's genocide of Palestinians and to address the escalating climate crisis.
	We were met by hundreds of police from different jurisdictions who encircled us during the game and at times followed us around.
	Activists with climate defiance announced their intention to disrupt the events in advance and once they stormed the field.
	They were plowed down by police officers and arrested.
	In our seats we stood with signs, flags, some wearing Qaddafias, chanting free Palestine and genocide is not a game.
	Despite the legality and common practice of cheering and displaying signs at baseball games, we were swiftly ejected by swarms of police officers.
	The police officers, unsurprisingly, did nothing to address the egregious verbal abuse hurled at us.
	They include blatantly racist taunts and profanities.
	In one instant, a section of the crowd erupted in an F.U.
	terrorist chant.
	Another USA chant echoing across the field in response.
	Meanwhile, others in the stadium freely display their political messages without facing any consequence because, of course, they are on the side of Israel.
	Meanwhile, pro-Palestinian encampment cleared from Cal State L.A.
	days after a building takeover, Los Angeles.
	Police on Monday cleared an entrenched Palestinian encampment at California State University, LA, just days after demonstrators occupied and trashed a building while the school president and other employees were still inside.
	Officers issued a dispersal order, and about seven remaining protesters left voluntarily.
	Campus spokesperson Eric Frost told it and said, Tuesday's classes will remain virtual.
	And believe me, having been there, virtual education is virtually meaningless.
	There's no comparison to in-class, none whatsoever.
	So students are being shortchanged across the board.
	Meanwhile, Revolver reports Biden plans on tying Trump's hand with a tricky corporate DEI scam bill.
	Will Republicans stop it?
	The Senate Commerce Committee has set to advance Maria Cantwell's Washington Spectrum and National Security Act, potentially with Republican support Tuesday.
	While the bill has some national security provisions, its primary purpose is to extend Spectrum auctions along with DEI giveaways disguised as infrastructure.
	The importance of stopping this bill goes beyond simply putting the brakes on yet another corporate giveaway in Biden regime DEI grift as especially troubling part of the bill.
	It sets a fixed policy on spectrum auctions for the next five years, effectively handcuffing future President Trump from using this critical piece of multi-billion dollar leverage as he sees fit.
	What is Spectrum Audition to begin with?
	The term spectrum in this context refers to zones or bands of the electromagnetic spectrum that can be used for telecommunication.
	Radio waves, for instance, are zones of the electromagnetic spectrum used for what we consider AM and FM radio.
	The government has adopted the practice of auctioning off bands of the spectrum to private section telecom companies as a way of efficiently allocating Spectrum Resources, which are worth tens of billions of dollars.
	The Spectrum and National Security Act in question ties the reauthorization of this auction authority to granting over $7 billion to the Affordable Connectivity Program, a government giveaway from Biden's infrastructure bill that allegedly subsidizes Internet access for underserved communities.
	Those are, of course, going to be the transgenders and minorities who are, however, increasingly turning against the Biden administration.
	I have a story here, a more local report about The University of Wisconsin football team, which I don't mind.
	Because I saw a couple of photos.
	It looks like it was a pretty cool experience over there at EA in Orlando.
	Again, before we get into the game, sort of how did this all come together?
	Yeah, so I live here in Orlando, which is where EA is located.

	Meanwhile, State of the Nation, which is a very, a formidable venue, has published Jim Fetzer, PhD motion to open a judgment pursuant to extrinsic fraud and fraud upon the court.
	They begin with a photograph, figure 28.

	Having carried my Sandy Hook case from the Dane County Circuit Court to the Wisconsin Court of Appeals Division 4 and the Wisconsin Supreme Court, and then going to the United States Supreme Court, all to no avail.
	It became apparent that my only option was to expose the fraud behind the fraud, the extrinsic fraud, and the complicity of the court and the attorneys for the plaintiff, Leonard Posner.
	The fraud upon the court.
	I had suggested from the beginning that Leonard Posner was not a real person, but a legal fiction.
	But it's taken me close to a year to put it all together.
	I have posted my motion below.
	But the exhibits run 548 pages in total and could only be taken by the court in 10 megabyte segments.
	Since my exhibits ran 107 megabytes, they had to be uploaded in 11 parts, which are linked below.
	Some fascinating stuff.
	The simplest proof of the extrinsic fraud would be that some of the alleged agents are either fictions or are still alive.
	Some only existed as photographs, such as my favorite, Noah Posner, who is said to be the youngest member of the first grade class at Sandy Hook.
	Noah turns out to be a fiction, created out of photographs of his stepbrother Michael Vabner when Michael was a child.
	And here I show you a four-fold sequence where there's a superposition of Michael on Noah and you see Noah turn into Michael.
	They simply used photographs when he was a kid to create this fiction.
	Meanwhile, here we have The simplest proof of the fraud upon the court is that, as I protested at the time, the person who appeared in Dane County and testified under the name of Leonard Posner was not the same person whose image had been published millions of times worldwide.
	He was younger, thinner, and to put it most simply, just a smaller person.
	Notice he looks older in 2012 than he did in 2019.
	Here we have Figure 8, and these are from Exhibit Y. Age of Posners.

	But why go all this trouble, time and expense for a man whose image has appeared millions of times around the world unless it's not the same guy?

	And they just started saying this stuff in the 40s, 50s, and 60s, and people believe it, you know?
	And they say, oh, well, the Nazis, You know, they were just jealous, you know?
	They're just jealous because Jews were smarter than them, and that's why they kicked the Jews out.
	And, um... That's why I just... I feel like that statistic, I can easily disprove that they're average.

	And now this evil psychopath, Netanyahu, supported by America and the walking cadaver Joe Biden, Israel is literally attempting to widen it by now attacking Lebanon.

	So even if it looks like, to me, it's very close that this is going to happen with Hezbollah, we still should pray for peace.
