Time Text
And welcome back, folks.
This is Truth vs. News, and we're having an awful fight here these days, and it's getting heavier and could be deadly, the way things are getting so serious here in the summer solstice time.
So, let's just go on, Jim.
Let us have the next… Well, there are a lot of developments in Europe.
In fact, Macron has had this in all parliament after a humiliating defeat by the French right.
President Emmanuel Macron devolved the French National Assembly, called a snap election in response to his humiliating defeat in the European election.
It's a significant gamble that could backfire spectacularly upon him.
I believe it will.
In preliminary results from the European election, Marine Le Pen's national rally won with 31.5% of the vote, a stunning victory for the French right.
By contrast, Macron's Renaissance party managed to secure less than half of that, 15.2%.
He addressed the French people directly as a scale-to-end.
The main defeat became clear.
Wow.
I have decided to give you back the choice of our parliamentary future through the vote.
I am thus dissolving the National Assembly this evening.
The first round of elections is set for June 30th, the 2nd, July 7th.
We refer to this decision as serious and weighty, but it is before all, or above all, an act of confidence.
The result of Macron's announcement of a snap election, greeted with jubilation by Marie Le Pen and her supporters, were ready for the power of French people, but their trust in us.
Le Pen said her party won because it best represents France and the concerns of ordinary French people, including immigration inflation, the cost of living, crime, I would add, and the war in Ukraine.
When the people vote, Bob, people win.
Our party's victory is expected to be a prelude to an even greater victory in the national election.
The party is already the largest opposition in Parliament, with 88 members.
It's going to be very hard to stop us now, said National Rally Senator, or everywhere.
There's no more fortress impossible for us to take.
We have voters in every sector of life and every profession.
If Macron is roundly defeated in the national election, which I am predicting.
His legislative agenda will be stymied for the final two years of his term, and he'll be unable to run for re-election in 2027 due to term limits.
Meanwhile, there are also defeats for Germany's Schultz, Sensing a threat from the far right, the Christian Democrats have EU Commissioner President Ursula von der Leyen had already shifted to the right on migration and climate ahead of the elections and were rewarded by remaining by far the biggest group in the 720-seat European Parliament.
And de facto brokers of the ever-expanding powers of the legislature.
The star of a stunning electoral night, however, was the National Rallying Party of Marine Le Pen, which dominated the French polls to such an extent that Macron immediately dissolved the Parliament and called for new elections.
Le Pen was delighted to accept the challenge, ready to turn the country around, ready to defend the interests of the French, ready to put an end to mass immigration.
Echoing the rallying cries so many far-right leaders in other countries were celebrating substantial wins.
On a night where 27-member bloc palpably shifted to the right, Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni more than doubled her seats in the EU Parliament.
Even if the alternative for Germany's extreme right party was hounded by scandal involving candidates, it still rallied enough seats as we passed the slumping Social Democrats of Chancellor Olaf Scholz.
Meanwhile, Grinnell the Newsmax, EU is in the throes of an immigration revolt.
Former ambassador to Germany, Rick Grinnell, said the U.S.
should heed what's happening across Europe, telling Newsmax it's a backlash, it's progressive and woke policies.
Fed-up Europeans sent progressive packing in parliamentary elections the past four days, replacing traditional powerbrokers with conservatives.
Emmanuel Macron dissolved parliament and calls for snap elections.
Grinnell joined Rob Schmitt tonight to say revolts across Western Europe could be a harbinger of things that come for the U.S.-fed-up Americans to drive President Biden out of the White House in November in favor of Donald Trump and his policies.
You really have to look at what's happening in Europe.
Realize that progressive policies are under attack.
People realize the woke left.
When they put together their governments and their policies, they can't produce.
People are unhappy.
The economy's tanked.
So you look from Germany to France to Belgium, everywhere, there's a Republican conservative style sweep.
I hope that's going to happen in our country as well.
But we got some work to do.
Europeans have watched inflation take over.
They've watched their economies go to the bottom.
Suddenly, you've got countries like France that are scaring Macron because the conservatives are marching toward a takeover.
He just called for elections.
He's that scared.
He also highlighted the rise of the ultra-conservative Alternative for Germany, now the second largest party there.
What's happening across Europe is really a backlash, and remember Rob.
The European Union became smaller because of Brexit.
The British said, we're out of here, because the rest of Europe couldn't control the immigration issue.
We need to learn from the Europeans on immigration.
When a leader can't handle the immigration issue, probably the people revolt.
I think we're seeing that in America as well.
We spoke of illegal immigration in the U.S.
reacting to a weekend poll showing 62% of Americans were illegally booted from the country.
Ronel, who is figured to have a prominent role in the Trump administration, carries a basic approach.
I view it as enforcing the law.
If someone's broken the law, they need to have some sort of consequence.
We have rules, and so when we find people who have broken the rules and have cut the line, who are unvetted, of course we have to kick them out.
We've got to get people out of this country who broke our law, and the State Department does it every single day.
It's also about being realistic about people waiting.
I know people, Rob, who've been waiting years, paying lots of money on attorneys, waiting in line, doing the right thing to get a green card.
We owe it to the people who have followed the rule to make sure that rule breakers have punishment for what they have done.
I think he's got it right.
And by the way, I just had a call.
During the break, suggesting that he believes all that transgender movement has paved the way for Michelle to run in lieu of Biden and come out as a transgender.
But if that analysis about the failure of progressive and work politics is going to be repulsed by the American people, frankly, I find her repulsive.
Don, were you wanting to comment?
No, I'm agreeing with you.
Brian, Brian, Brian, go ahead.
Well, I don't think the whole trans movement is about... I think it's about evil, frankly.
I think they just want to corrupt and destroy God's creation, and that's a larger agenda than something as simple as, let's get Michelle Obama.
We know that there's transvestites all over in the political realm and the sphere and Hollywood and others.
You mean transgenders, transvestite dress?
I'm sorry, the whole transgender issue to me is a much larger play.
If you think about all the symbology surrounding these groups that push it and what's going on, it's an attempt to corrupt society the same as Allowing the borders to be wide open is corrupting society.
And so that said, yes, what's taking place in Europe is largely about immigration.
That's a problem with the German Chancellor, as well as the whole debate between Macron and Le Pen.
Marine Le Pen.
Now, Macron, his approval ratings are like 23%, so they're very, very low.
And I believe that Le Pen got like 34% of the vote, whereas Macron got 14.3% of the vote.
And I believe that Le Pen got like 34% of the vote, whereas Macron got 14.3% of the vote.
So it doesn't really show that just because they got a percentage of the vote, that doesn't seem to indicate how society is responding.
But overall, if you look at the protests, society is responding very negatively to the uncontrolled immigration, which I believe is a component of breaking down and weakening a society, divided we fall.
Now, I see Maureen Le Pen not necessarily as sort of a Trump-like right-hander, because she's even come out and said that she doesn't even You want to see McCrone leave immediately if she does grab power?
I see her more as a type of controlled opposition on the right wing, just like we in America have Democrats and Republicans that largely work interchangeably.
They have their two parties that are largely working interchangeably.
Interchangeably, but people are so upset with Macron right now that they're willing to go for Le Pen, but if you think about it, together they only represent something like 44% of the overall vote in France, so it's not working very well and there's a lot of chatter about People are upset with Trump just as much as they're upset with Biden.
And I gotta say, I agree on a large scale.
I do.
I wish I could see Trump stand up.
I wish this was draining the swamp.
I wish this was something very special.
I wish we had somebody new that could run for an office.
But take a look at what happened with the libertarians.
I mean, they couldn't come together on A candidate, so they ended up, you know, kicking Trump out and just separating themselves and making themselves even more irrelevant than ever before, which is I think exactly where they want us.
But again, I believe that the culture war is about the degradation of the family, which is the strength of the opposition.
To the evil that wants to take over society.
I find this to be a component of the old religion.
When I look at the trans issues and the gay flag and the gay this and the gay that, I really do believe that they think they can usher in the incarnation of their antichrist or their new world leader.
If they can get the levels of evil in society up high enough, confuse the kids, and create more suicides than ever before.
I think that's part of the goal, and I think that's what they want to do.
Besides, it makes it so much easier for a strongman to take over the house when the house is divided against itself.
It just simply won't stand.
Yes, yes, yes.
And look, just as one manifestation, there's one day to celebrate veterans, but a whole month for Pride.
Unbelievable.
Bill, your thoughts?
I agree with Brian 100%.
I'm a Christian, and I like listening to Jonathan Cahn.
He talks about the rise of the gods, Baal, and many others.
And this is all about that, isn't it?
Transhumanism, obviously, is part of that.
Tranny movement, transhumanism.
Uh, confusing the young kids, oversexualizing them, confusing them with whether they're male, female.
This is all indoctrination to this evil.
Um, and you know, I, I, there's a quote Patton made before he left.
Well, he never made it back from the European theater.
And he said, we fought the wrong enemy.
Uh, I'm trying to remember the quote.
I'd have to try and find it, but that he feared that basically things are going to end up exactly where they are.
I just, I don't remember the exact verbiage here now in the States.
So, um, So I don't have anything more to add to that right now.
I think Brian did a real good job of laying that out.
I don't know, Jim, if you want me to pick up where I left off, or you want to save that for Wednesday?
I think we must, just for time consideration, Bill.
But, you know, I don't think Patton had it quite right.
He thought we should be fighting the Russians.
I think the Russians today are the good guys.
And frankly, we're the bad.
How would you factor that in?
Well, I agree, but I think what he was I don't think he meant specifically the Russians, perhaps.
I don't know exactly what he was saying off the top of my head.
I remember reading it once or twice, and I heard he got taken out in a car accident, a truck hit him, and then an embolism in the hospital.
They theorized that he was killed with an air bubble and a needle.
And so they didn't want him back here to run for president.
I think he meant more about communism.
I think that he was against communism.
Of course, Russia's not communism today, so you're right about that.
Very good, very good, very good.
I want to say something about that as well.
You know, I'm not sure how much Patton was looking into the issues, but let's be reminded of something about World War II Germany, okay?
Between World War One and World War Two, the big thing that brought the rise of the Nationalist Socialist Party was that Hitler was cleaning up the streets.
He was getting rid of the pornography.
He was getting rid of the book.
He was doing the book bans.
He was trying to really Make the people come together as a cohesive unit working towards a brighter, stronger future.
In his words, that's how he was trying to build it.
A single army of people being that race of people that would be cohesive and do it.
Now, his big play that really pissed everybody off, but also Made it so easy to go into Austria and Poland, was that when he cleaned up all the pornography, which is a large, you know, which was largely run by the Jewish people at the time, or the Jewish brokers at the time.
And so, that was an important play that got a lot of support for the National Socialist Party.
So, when Patton comes along and says, we got the wrong enemy, you know, I'm not, he's right.
In the sense that maybe Hitler had a point early on, but he's also right in the sense that, you know, communism was also a very terrible threat.
And I see communism largely as an extension of sort of Marxism and the New World Order concept.
So that enemy needed to go too.
All those enemies needed to go.
And frankly, even the enemy in the West needed to go, which is an Unrestrained capitalism that turns the people into slaves.
That's a problem as well.
So tell me the government that's going to work properly and I'll tell you what we ought to do.
We had founding fathers that had, we had 209 founding fathers that studied all of the different types of legal structures all around the world.
They decided on this structure, but they knew, even Jefferson, Franklin, all of them knew that it would break in time if the people didn't hold it together.
Which is exactly why they inserted the Second Amendment.
Yes, nice.
Bill?
Bill, did we lose you?
No, no, no, I'm here.
I'm muted, so I was looking for that.
I found the patent saying on another phone.
Hold on here.
Do I give you the exact verbiage?
Brian, I agree with you 100%.
Gentlemen, I've come This morning, to the inexcusable conclusion that we have fought on the wrong side.
The entire war, we should have fought with the fascists, against the communists, and not the other way around.
I fear that perhaps in 50 years, America will pay a dear price and become a land of corruption and degenerate morals.
Well, he's certainly talking about cultural Marxism, which Brian has been commenting on, all that transgender porn and everything else.
He was prescient to foresee that, I think, Bill.
Very nice.
Would you want to add another comment, or are you good?
No, I'm good, but I know you have a lot more to cover, Jim.
I'm good.
Yeah, very good.
Very good.
Yes, you are.
Here we go.
The Summer of Living Dangerously by Pimli Escobar.
Very interesting guy.
The Bluetocracy believes that afterward they can buy the whole thing for a pittance while flies are still laying eggs in European carcasses.
So, let me Roy in Paris, this is Macron, was ridiculously crushed in the European policies called Parliamentary Stamp Election dissolving the Assemblée Nationale in an act of blind, plural revenge on French citizens, de facto attacking French institutional democracy.
That doesn't mean much anyway, because the lamentations of liberty, equality, fraternity have long been usurped by a crass oligarchy.
The second round of these fresh French elections will be on July 7, nearly coinciding with the British snap elections of July 11, in only a few days before the slow-burning urban catastrophe that will be the Olympics in Paris.
Persolans are ablaze with intrigue on why the little Rothschild stooge with a Napoleon complex, McRann again, is throwing all his toys out of the pram now because he's not getting what he wants, after all.
What he really craves is to become a war president, together with a cadaver in the White House, Starmer in the UK, Root in the Netherlands, and Toxic Medusa von der Lugen in Brussels, Tusk in Poland, without having to answer to the French people.
If nearly certain Lapid Roy will be facing a real prospect of becoming a lame duck who needs to obey a right-wing parliament, Elise Pallas Chatter already joined the circus, conveying the impression he might resign, which was later denied.
Still, if Lapid Roy runs off to war on Russia, no French citizen will follow him, least of all the pitiful French army.
Bigger things are in play.
Following the auspicious, game-changing message of the global majority coming out of the St.
Petersburg Forum last week, anchored on openness and inclusiveness, the BRICS10 meeting of foreign ministers in Disney's Novgorod carried the baton early this week.
Foreign Minister Lavrov stressed three key points.
One, 1.
The countries of the Global South no longer want to be dependent on the double standards of the West and its wimp.
2.
Everyone knows that BRICS countries already serve as the locomotive of the world economy.
3.
We at the BRICS foreign minister meeting stress the need for consistent efforts to create a new world order, but this is a positive one, where the equality of independent state will be the key.
Now, compare it with a shrinking G7 meeting later this week in Kugelhed in southern Italy.
The same old song, from a tough new warning to Chinese banks, don't do business with Russia or else, to vociferous threats against that China-Russia strategic partnership.
And last but not least, extra plotting to skim interest from the messy, frozen, stolen Russian assets with the intent of selling them to country 404, the toxic Medusa itself.
Announce that country 404 will receive 1.5 billion euros of the income stolen from Russia from the EU in July, 90% of it to buy weapons.
And of course, country 404 is Ukraine.
As for U.S.
Deputy Secretary of State Kurt Campbell, the man who invented the pivot to Asia, During Harpey Hillary Clinton's tenure in the early 2010s, he's already advanced that Washington will sanction Chinese companies and banks over Beijing's relation with the Russian military-industrial complex.
False flags and perfect symmetry.
By several metrics, Europe is about to implode and explode, not with a bang but an agonizing whimper, any time within the next few months.
It's crucial to remember.
The snap election in France and Britain will coincide with the NATO summit on July 11.
Russophobia-fueled warmongering will reach paroxysm.
Among possible scenarios, some kind of false flag to be squarely blamed on Russia should be expected.
It could be a Franz Ferdinand movement, a Gulf of Tonkin movement, even a USS Maine before the American-Spanish War movement.
The fact remains, the only way these leaders across Nativistan, plus their lowly MI6 agents in a green sweaty t-shirt in Kiev, will survive is by manufacturing in Qasas, Belai.
If indeed that happens, a date can be advanced between the second week of July and the end of August, certainly no later than the second week of September.
October will be too late, too close to the U.S.
elections, so be prepared for the summer of living dangerously.
Meanwhile, the bear is not exactly hibernating.
President Putin, before and during the St.
Petersburg forum, elaborated on how symmetric Moscow's response will be to attacks by Kiev using NATO-installed missiles already ongoing.
There are three NATO Stand members supplying missiles with a range of 350 kilometers toward the U.S., the U.K., and France.
So a symmetric response would imply Russia provide global salutation with advanced weaponry capable of causing serious damage to nodes of the Empire and bases.
And there are top candidates to receive these weapons, as extensively debated not only on Russian TV, but on the St.
Petersburg Forum corridors.
West Asia, Iran, which already has them, Syria, badly needs them, Yemen, Iraq, would be very helpful to Hashem, and Libya, Central, Northeast, Southeast Asia, Afghanistan, Myanmar, those two were present in St.
Petersburg and North Korea, Latin America, Cuba, Venezuela, Nicaragua.
Just look at the current Russian foray into Caribbean Africa.
Central African Republic, Congo, Ethiopia, Somalia, Southern Sudan, and Zimbabwe.
Just look at Lavrov's recent African tour.
Mr. Zircon says hello.
And that brings us to the jolly matter of a Russian naval force hanging out in the Caribbean, headed by the hypersonic missile-armed frigate Admiral Gorshkov and the Kazan nuclear submarine.
The indispensable Andrei Mayenov has noted how the Gorshkov carries 30 Onik Zircon caliber and These are the most advanced and deadly cruise missiles in history, with a serious combat pedigree.
Kazan, which is a Yasen-class SSGN, carries also 32 VLS in addition as 10 torpedo tubes, which can shoot not just torpedoes.
Well, this naval force is obviously not there to launch World War III.
Mardanov explained that while both can strike all of the eastern seaboard of the U.S.
and Canada, they're not there for that reason.
God forbid if it comes to real World War III, there are plenty of No!
Both Korshkov and Kazan are there to show they can reach any combat ship or strategic sea vessel carrying any military combat set from North America to Europe in case some nutjob decides to try to survive a contentional war with Russia in 404.
What's even more intriguing is that after spending time in Havana, the Armed Forces will remain in the Caribbean for a series of exercises and will be joined by other Russian Navy vessels.
They'll remain in the waters until the end of the summer of living dangerously, just in case some nutjob has fancy ideas.
Meanwhile, A possible escalation or a hot war in Europe proceeds unabated, with NATO, via the epileptic slab of Norwegian wood, radically changing the established rules of proxy wars, with one nonsense outburst after another.
The armed forces of Ukraine are already capable, via NATO, to destroy both military and civilian Russian assets—oil storage, airports, energy facilities, railway junctions, even concentrations of troops.
Everyone and his neighbor will be waiting for the symmetric responses, for all practical purposes.
The crucial decision has been made by the rarified plutocracy which really runs the show.
Force Europe into war on Russia.
That's the rationale behind all the rhetorical kabuki about a military Schengen and new Iron Curtain from the Arctic through the Baltic, Chihuahuas all the way to Rabin, Poland.
Well, if I'm going to try to analyze Pepe Escobar, you've got to be a deep thinker and you've got to be somebody who knows your history.
still ate eggs in the radioactive European carcasses.
Wow.
Brian, your thoughts?
Well, if I'm going to try to analyze Pepe Escobar, you've got to be a deep thinker and you've got to be somebody who knows your history.
A lot of that history has to do with Charles de Gaulle.
Charles de Gaulle was a war hero for France back in the World War I and World War II and then became the president of France later on in life, He was a strong man.
A lot of people said that he was a very good man, but he advocated keeping borders separate, keeping the nation separate, keeping the policies separate.
France You know, we have a lot of history with France here in America.
We initially went to them for money.
They helped us out.
We have the Statue of Liberty with France.
France had a very strong independent spirit.
They had sort of that fair play Western mentality for a long, long time.
It's unfortunate what's happened to them with their open borders recently, but the open borders, it seems to be the problem.
As the cultures continue to clash, that's what's making the people upset.
Which culture are we going to teach?
Which culture are we going to go for?
Are we going to be Muslim?
Are we going to be Christian?
What are we going to be?
De Gaulle wouldn't have had any of it.
In that sense, he was a lot like a Patton or a Churchill or even a Nixon, who was his contemporary at the time.
Now, so there's a tremendous amount of history there.
And then, you know, Pepe Escobar goes into, well, hey, what can these missiles really do if there is a European sort of world war?
And the answer is astonishing amounts of damage if they were to get released in Europe.
So it's something that where diplomacy ought to be making a comeback, but it's simply not.
And I'm not sure what interests are being worked for here.
I think what Escobar is arguing is that they're all Western puppets, no matter how you cut it.
Even if you look at Le Pen and Macron, you're going to find Western puppetry and Zionist puppetry all over the place.
That happens all over Europe, and that's also happening in Germany on a lot of different levels, as well as Denmark and Switzerland and other places as well.
So the fundamental problem Escobar is still alluding to is that the puppeteers in the global cartel, the banking cartel, the Zionist cartel, are pulling the strings on today's weak forms of leadership.
And let's look back to days of stronger times where men were men and guys like de Gaulle ran France rather than Marine Le Pen and Macron, wimpy pussies.
Nice.
Bill?
Yes, well, I think starting with the submarines and such, I want to quote Colonel McGregor.
He put out a tweet.
Big tech colludes with big government to flood our news feeds with hysterical propaganda about the latest existential threat we must crush, whether it's bird flu, climate change, Russians defending Taiwan, or a widening war in the Middle East.
What I'm getting at here is a lot of this, I think, is saber rattling.
I personally don't think it's going to escalate where we're going to have the bankers attacking because it's all coming from obviously the Well, consular foreign relations, the secret societies, as far as I'm concerned, that JFK talked about in his 1961 speech that he said were the monolithic conspiracy.
So the Jesuit order, Malta.
I'm no expert on all this.
Brian, I think, has got this down.
And they're orchestrating this.
I think Putin, of course, we know he came up to the World Economic Forum, young global leaders.
We know, like you said, Brian, he's Freemason or Jesuit, correct me if I'm wrong.
I don't know, guys.
It's hard to sit here and see, and they don't want us to be able to see what's really happening.
And some people say it's all the Jews, but I think the Jews bankers are front for the original ruling families of Europe.
And I think Brian probably could.
I've heard Brian talk about this, so I think we're on the same page.
I just don't know where it's going.
How can we know?
You know, it's speculative.
How much is hype?
If you look at it all through the lens of the occult, you can make a lot of it make sense.
What is the occult trying to accomplish?
They're trying to accomplish again the incarnation of their new world leader that will keep them on top forever and ever and deliver them from the devastation that's going to come to them with God.
You've got sort of behold a pale horse sort of scenarios.
And what do these guys do?
They literally get together in little Even groups and perform witchcraft at the highest levels of all these orders.
You can talk about the Jesuits of the same way you can talk about the Zionists in the same way you can talk about the Freemasons who I just simply see as the police force for the global machine.
But fundamentally, at the end of it, it's the powerful secret societies of the powerful men that are part of the power structures that make sure that the right people are groomed, built, and installed into our institutions so that our institutions can be corrupted and controlled from the top down.
Think of that pyramid and think of what's at the top of it.
The all-seeing eye of Horus, The power structure, Satan, Lucifer, and then you've got the structure, all belief.
That's the institution.
And the difference is, today, we ought to not be supporting the institutional corruption that takes place.
We ought to be rooting it out and replacing it with strong, independent spirit, critical thought, and strong men and strong families that make decisions and guide society the way it was supposed to be.
Even our founding fathers recognized it, which is why they established The Republic the way they did, because those things were so dangerous.
But what immediately came, even after the Declaration of Independence, the design of Washington D.C.
and the other areas that are just simply with their obelisks and their structure and their symbols and all those things, it's all part of a foundation of a power society That needs to be eliminated from this world, and it can be done if we would actually prosecute the pedophiles, because what's at the bottom of the control structure is obviously pedophilia, because this is how they control people.
They bring them out of that background, and they groom them into another background to continue to make depraved people that they can control as weak, sociopathic, psychopathic, not strong, independent-spirited people.
They met Brian Davidson.
Brian Davidson was a plaintiff.
That was fantastic.
That was fantastic.
That was outstanding.
Meanwhile, breaking, Judge Mershon edited the tainted jury Facebook post.
Judge Mershon edited Facebook post in a letter to legal counsel on the hush money trial where Trump was convicted on 34 counts.
The judge copied and pasted a Facebook post by the alleged cousin of one of the jurors who appeared to imply the jury had reached a verdict the day before it was announced.
Here we have at the bottom, thank you for all your hard, meaning work, against Omega Crazies.
My cousin is a jury on Trump's government case and they're going to convict him tomorrow.
According to her, thank you, New York courts.
Breaking!
Just Merchant has notified all parties in the case of a Facebook post made the day before Trump's conviction by someone who may have known one of the jurors.
New York law requires the verdict nullified and a new trial held.
The New York judge overseeing Donald Trump's punishment trial has asked attorneys in the case about a social media post reporting to Preview the former president's guilty verdict reports NBC News.
Today the court became aware of a comment posted on the Unified Court System public Facebook page, in which I now bring to your attention.
Judge Juan Merchan wrote in a letter, dated Friday, my cousin is a juror, and said Trump is getting convicted.
The post stated, according to Merchan's letter, thank you folks for your hard work.
Merchan sent a comment, Which was attributed to a user identified as Michael Anderson, who is now labeled as one week old, posted in response to a routine notice from the court posted on May 29th about oral arguments unrelated to proceedings in Trump's case.
NBC News has not verified the claim made in the comment or the identity of the user who published the post, which has since been deleted.
NBC News also hasn't independently confirmed the comment's existence.
Trump campaign officials that we're investigating were asked about Merchant's Letter.
Attorney for Trump did not immediately respond for a request for comments.
And if so, is that grounds for a mistrial?
In New York, if it's discovered a juror has been discussing a case with outside third parties or if we judge a case, it can indeed be grounds for a mistrial.
Integrity of the jury process is paramount, and any action to compromise its integrity are taken very seriously.
Here are relevant points regarding jury trampering and potential mistrial in New York 1.
Jury impartiality.
Jurors must remain impartial and base their verdict solely on the evidence presented in court.
Any external inputs or communication about the case can compromise this impartiality.
Second investigation.
If there's evidence or suspicion a juror has been talking to outside parties, or if we judge the case, the judge will typically conduct an investigation.
This might involve questioning the juror and other relevant party.
Third, Prejudice to the case.
The judge will assess whether the juror's actions have caused prejudice to either party in the case.
If the judge determines the juror's behavior has indeed affected the fairness of the trial, this can be grounds for a mistrial.
For a mistrial declaration.
If a mistrial is declared, the trial is essentially invalidated.
This means the trial must start over with a new jury.
A decision to declare a mistrial is a serious one, usually a last resort.
Five legal precedents.
There are various legal precedents in New York where mistrials have been declared due to juror misconduct.
Each case is evaluated on its own merits, and the specific circumstance will dictate the judge's decision.
Things just got very interesting, my friends.
Meanwhile, Biden's then-campaign targets Trump ahead of next week's debate.
Biden tries to divert attention from his administration failure by attacking Trump.
As the first presidential debate nears, Biden's campaign is intensifying attacks on Donald Trump, focusing on his 34 palliative convictions.
In a new 30-second ad, Biden deportrates Trump as a convicted criminal who's only out for himself, contrasting it with Biden's alleged effort to lower health care costs and tackle corporate greed.
He added, as part of a $50 million blitz targeting national cable and battleground state, Trump remains a strong contender, leading by nationally and in Groucho State despite the convictions.
Trump's campaign argues the prosecution are politically motivated, rallying significant financial support post-verdict.
A first debate set for June 27th in Atlanta will occur without a live audience at Biden campaign's request.
Trump, undeterred by his legal battles, continues to campaign vigorously, appealing to conservatives frustrated by the current administration's failure.
Meanwhile, Biden's own legal challenges and family controversy class a shadow over his re-election bid.
Special Counsel Robert Herzl's investigation into Biden's handling of classified documents ended without charges, but President Hunter Biden faces conviction for firearms-related felonies.
Furthermore, Republican-led inquiries into Biden family business dealing raised questions about possible corruption during Biden's vice presidency.
The upcoming debate will be pivotal as both candidates seek to sway undecided voters.
Biden's strategy to attack Trump legal issues may backfire, especially as Americans grapple with economic uncertainty and lack of confidence in Democrat leadership.
I do believe it will backfire.
Brian, your thoughts?
Well, in this context, talking about Trump, I think it's the perfect example of what I just said about institutional corruption, okay?
So the article had to do with Merchan editing the Facebook post to take out the MAGA crazies part to just make it look like the fact was stated that Trump was going to lose the election and sort of take the color out of it.
Okay, so Merchan is a judge, right?
Okay, so we've got an institution.
Who's the institution?
The Bar Association.
It's the institution that controls all the attorneys.
Just a couple days ago, the Connecticut Bar Association came out and said, hey, nobody's going to be talking bad about lawyers or judges with this, or we will possibly disbar you if you call this verdict Partisan in any way.
So again, the Association, as an institution, is applying its power to make sure that things continue to happen this way.
And Merchant, obviously, as a member of the Association, has not been attacked or cajoled or even manipulated or coerced into having performed an excellent trial.
Anywhere along the way, the whole thing is corrupt, and I'm telling you that it's the institution that's corrupt from the top down.
The American Bar Association takes a lot of its cues from the International Bar Association, European Bar Association, and that as an association is what has caused, in my opinion, Our legal structure to fail as badly as it has.
Now, fortunately, Donald Trump is just one of those rare and unique individuals that seems to be impervious to all things but water because his popularity has just gone sky high as merchandise is selling better than anything.
Even D.C.
vendors have started selling Trump merchandise because it's selling better than Biden merchandise.
Trump is becoming an absolute rock star with the youth right now.
His rallies are Incredibly well attended and incredibly energetic.
He's doing very, very well.
And he's just one of these unique individuals that's able to bypass all of the crap that they've been able to throw at them.
Meanwhile, the Democrats are horrified that if Trump does actually gain a semblance of power and control again, that he's going to release his own version of the Department of Justice on them and actually get some retribution and some justice.
So it's It's a very incredible time to watch what's happening with this.
The only problem I have right now with Trump is that he's just he's just too close to huggy huggy and side by side with these powerful Zionist partners of the regime that I feel are have corrupted our deep state or have made our deep state senior executive service and institutional corruption so bad.
Bill?
Yeah, well, Let me comment on Trump first.
He was very clear that he wants to criminalize people who say, who refute the Holocaust.
Of course, I'm a Holocaust revisionist.
God bless Ursula and everybody around that, including Jim Fetzer.
And October 7th.
So he wants to attack freedom of speech and protesting, kids protesting.
That's not America.
Right?
I mean, if we can't look back at history, I've been, since I'm 63, since I've been born, as far as I can tell, we've been lied into every war.
So, obviously, I started questioning World War II, World War I. I started pulling what here I have left out, Don.
You know what I mean?
When I started to see what really was going on, right?
And we did a great Holocaust Revisionist panel with Carl Herman and Chris Weinert and Jim.
Too bad Brian couldn't make it.
But, and so, and of course, we're having Oh, I'm having a moment here.
We're having Alan Sebroski on Wednesday talking about the useful abuse of the Holocaust and his analysis of Israel-Palestine and 9-11 and USS Liberty.
So if Trump wants to stop us from talking about that, that's, oh my God, existential threat.
As far as I'm concerned, he's a puppet.
They're sending us a quote-unquote martyr.
The Freemasons are, you know, or whoever organization he's deeply rooted in, and he's the hero now!
So they hit him right from the ashes!
He's gonna prove how corrupt the DOJ is, and the FBI, and what a load of nonsense, as far as I can see.
These trials are kabuki theater.
Even his indictments, anyone who studies the law knows that.
And it's all set up.
I mean, I could talk and talk about the Haldeman Report, about, obviously, the Biden laptop.
The election was corrupted before any vote was cast.
You see?
And we know that.
The Dominion voting machines are totally hackable, according to the Haldeman Report.
Yet, that was buried in Georgia, one of the indictments that's come out of it, by the Secretary of State and the judge.
Why isn't Trump making that his number one affirmative defense?
The ADL files a federal complaint against pro-Palestinian Jewish groups.
refuting that Fox settlement, knowing the Hold'em report that came out later.
All these people are co-opted as far as I'm concerned.
That's the way I see it, Jim.
And I can go on.
You know me, so I know you got it.
Getting late.
You got more you want to cover.
Everyone's corrupt in the same bucket.
The ADL files a federal complaint against pro-Palestinian Jewish groups.
How outrageous is this?
The pro-Israel Anti-Defamation League, which can be viewed as the intellectual arm of the Mossad, has filed a complaint with the Federal Election Commission accusing the anti-Zionist group Jewish Voice for Peace Action, political action committee of violating campaign finance laws.
The complaint accuses them of financial discrepancies, calling on the Federal Election Commission to levy sanctions against the organization.
Simply put, JVP PACs numbers do not add up.
And despite repeated warnings from the FAC that PAC had failed to correct the record, Steve Scheinberg, ADL's chief legal officer, said in a statement, The ADL has long been denounced by a pro-Palestinian group for describing the Palestinian rights movement as anti-Semitic.
The organization has also in the past worked with U.S.
law enforcement to spy on and target Arab American groups in a facility and funded U.S.
police training in Israel.
A blight from the ADL comes as pro-Israel groups launch plans to spend more than $100 million in the current election cycle to unseat a number of progressive lawmakers who have been supportive of Palestinian rights and critical of Israel.
We can't have any of that.
In March, Jewish Voice for Peace joined a coalition of 20 progressive organizations to protect pro-Palestinian lawmakers and take on the powerful Israeli-American Israel Public Affairs Committee, AIPAC.
The coalition, calling itself Reject AIPAC, promised to launch a seven-figure electoral defense campaign for lawmakers who have been targeted by AIPAC for their criticism of Israel.
Outside of a political action committee, JVP has faced numerous attacks for its pro-Palestinian advocacy in recent months.
In November, Colombia suspended JVP's student chapter alongside Students for Justice in Palestine after mass student protests erupted on campus against the ongoing Israeli war in Gaza.
A suspension led to widespread outrage among students and faculty, who called on the university to reinstate the group.
Meanwhile, Trump says Israel needs to finish the job, pledges to restore the Israeli lobby's power over Congress.
When was it in doubt?
Former President Trump told Fox News host Sean Hannity Israel needs to finish the job in Gaza, pledged to restore the Israeli lobby's power over Congress if elected.
Totally unnecessary.
The opposite is what we need.
Yeltsin said unnamed people are telling him October 7th attack never happened, and compared them to Holocaust deniers.
Trump made similar comments in 2021 when he said Israel literally owned Congress, and lamented that their grip was supposedly slipping.
Listen to this.
So, number one, they have to finish the job.
Israel has to finish that job.
They have to finish it quickly, strongly, and they have to get back to life again.
Because it's taking too long.
They have to finish the job.
You're saying go in, win, and finish.
Gotta win.
Gotta win.
The attack on October 7th, and it's getting more and more demeaned.
They're demeaning it.
I have people now telling me they don't think the attack ever happened.
And take a look.
You watch the news reports... I have the 50 minutes of video.
Sure, I know you do, and so do I. But here's the thing.
You watch these people on television, and they're just like you have Holocaust deniers also.
They say the Holocaust never took... It's the exact same people.
They're saying it never happened.
AOC plus three.
You know, Israel was the most powerful lobby in the country 15 years ago.
Today, between Tlaib and AOC and all of these people, what they're doing, Israel, they don't have the backing that they once had.
You'll give it to them.
Yeah, I have.
I'm good.
I'm good.
But they don't have the backing.
Even Schumer has become like a Palestinian.
Chuck Schumer, Jewish, always strong for Israel.
He's become like a Palestinian.
Called for elections in the middle of a war.
Yeah.
It's a very bad thing.
It's a very sad thing.
And it's a very dangerous thing.
But if you look, so many people I watch on your show where they're going and interviewing these people that are protesting just recently at Columbia and the different places.
They say, we don't believe October 7th ever happened.
First of all, when they get the job done, what will it look like?
He's talking about finishing the slaughter of the Palestinians, Don.
That's right.
have to get it done.
So, get it done, says Donald J. Trump, who I predict will be the next president of the United States.
Brian, your thoughts?
Well, first of all, when they get the job done, what will it look like?
He's talking about finishing the slaughter of the Palestinians, Don.
That's right.
A lot of blood.
We don't have a doubt about that.
Brian.
Well, his son's also going to have an opportunity to make some investments there on that property in terms of the gentrification.
That's no big deal.
That's part of doing business and part of being a Washington insider.
He hasn't changed his stripes.
He was never a big hero on the truth issue.
Hey, remember he showed up in Las Vegas and he didn't call it out for what it was when that idiot got out of his bed and, you know, pretended to be shot in the leg and saluted him and Trump just turned around and walked away.
He didn't call out anything that took place.
With Joe Lombardo, he didn't call out anything that took place with Sandy Hook or any of the other false flags.
He barely touched on 9-11 a couple of times, but now he's a politician, so what does that mean?
That means you snuggle up and sleep with the dogs.
You sleep with the dogs, you're gonna get fleas.
His stock, in my mind, has gone down a tremendous amount, but please, where is the alternative?
You remember that from, what was that movie where the guy says you can't handle the truth?
Well, what is it that we do?
A few good men.
Yeah, a few good men.
You can't handle the truth.
We are the ones.
We are the small, the elite, among the many, the truthers.
That call it the way we see it according to the evidence that we can read and the evidence that we can analyze.
Donald Trump goes along with poll results and he goes to get paid.
It's all a part of having the billionaire Sheldon Adelson's money through his wife Miriam.
It's all about having resources to all these communities that have all these resources and doing favors for them.
Politicians will never, ever, ever tell you the truth.
When you find a politician that tells the truth, you will find somebody who's crucified in Washington D.C.
or in your state Congress or anyplace else.
The question is not what you say when you're a politician.
And I hate to say it, but it's true.
The question is, what do you do?
And if there are prosecutions and if the pedophile networks begin to go down, then I'll begin to believe that what he's doing is going to be helpful.
Sometimes you've got to snuggle up to your enemy in order to convince them that you're a friend before you take them out.
It's just part of the art of war.
And maybe it's happening, maybe it's not.
I don't tend to believe it, that it's happening with Donald Trump, but I guess we have to wait and see because we don't have any other hope.
Bill?
Yeah?
Done, right?
That's a scary thought.
It's true.
What did he say?
Anti-Semites to be exterminated.
He wants to exterminate the anti-Semites.
Oh my God, we're anti-Semitic, Jim.
You and me.
I was in the psych ward for two months already.
I'm going to meet you back there, Jim.
They're going to put us in there for being dissidents, you know?
Unbelievable.
Yeah, fighting the corruption here in Corruptica.
I ended up two months in a psych ward because I wouldn't take a plea bargain on bogus charges.
Anyway, so I know what they're capable of.
Donald Trump is, as Brian has definitely pointed out, Marianne Adelson, he's owned.
Look at his cabinet, what he did last time around.
Don't look at what he said, look what he did, right?
You know, and we could spend time exposing that, but I don't expect him to be a populist president.
I think that's propaganda, just like the last time.
At the end of the day, you know, there was the leak out of Merl Largo, where he said that he made a whole of his friends a lot richer.
Remember that?
Oh, looks like we've got to wrap it up.
Two minutes.
So, I'll look at that, but you can finish, Jim.
No, no, no, Bill.
Bill, finish your thoughts.
We're not on a live broadcast.
We can go a few minutes.
That's not a problem.
Finish your thoughts.
You are on a roll.
Yeah.
Yeah.
So, you know, Steve Mnuchin, the foreclosure king that Kamala Harris wouldn't go after, A.G., he becomes his Treasury Secretary.
And look what happened with the CARES Act.
My father's Building up for a close down at pennies on the dollar during the pandemic.
That's another thing that Trump had his hand in.
51,400, $225,000 appraisal in 2017.
Just another small business that dropped millions during the pandemic.
And the CARES Act wouldn't help us out because we're behind more than two years on our taxes.
Small bike shop, outsourcing, demand change.
Anyway, so The last bike shop in the city of 150,000 people, surrounding areas by about 225,000.
Where the mother's going to bring now their kids' bikes to get fixed.
I mean, but that's just one example of another small business buried.
So Steve Mnuchin, Kamala Harris was cozy up with Proclosure King.
And we go through anyone in Trump's cabinet.
They're insiders.
They're CFR members.
He talked a populist message just like Obama did, but they're all puppets.
They're not in charge.
And so, you know, Brian, I appreciate your optimism, but I didn't see anything during his administration to lead me to believe things are going to get better.
They moved the Overton window back and forth, right, left, right, left, divide us over.
Republican, Democrat, red, blue, color, race, anything, but have us focus on those secret societies, Brian, that are running the show, that are running this world into ruin.
They don't want us focusing there.
And I'll finish with this.
January 6th was a total psyop.
We know that, thank God, Russ Winter had the video of Ashley Babbitt, false flag, she's totally fine, walking a bunch of cops, the third embedded video, Ashley Babbitt went to watch, false flag.
And they did that, they brought in criminal code 18, the criminal code 18 federal, the statute section 1512 on obstruction to allegedly 20 year charges against people.
Why'd they do that?
They don't want us assembling at our local courthouses, our local municipal buildings and protesting.
That's where we can bring our power back from the bottom up.
And I got arrested in a courthouse filling out a subpoena request.
We need, in my opinion, we need to attack the courthouses and wave after wave of people, flood the criminal justice system, flood the courthouse, and grind it to a halt.
We gotta interrupt the system somehow.
And that's the only way I can think we do it.
It's not gonna happen from the vote, in my opinion.
Jim, thank you.
Brian, your final thoughts?
Well, I agree that we have to interrupt the system.
I think the best way to interrupt the system is to use our freedom of speech to influence more Americans to get them to take a look at the big picture.
What we're hoping to do is contribute to people going through the cognitive dissonance of beginning to recognize that they're being lied to by the media.
And in that fashion, Trump was successful.
He was the first guy to really come out and call the mainstream media out for what they were.
He was the first guy to come out and begin to change the Overton window, as you said, about people Beginning to recognize that the mainstream media are nothing but liars.
I mean, we've known this for years in this industry, and how many people have we influenced?
Probably hundreds of thousands of people have tuned in to some of our content somewhere, somehow, that have begun to rethink the world as they knew it, simply because we've been out there talking some truth.
So, the truth is a powerful thing.
It's like a seed.
It continues to grow.
And the more you talk it, it's like it's watering the garden.
And I think this is how we're going to have to change America, because if it becomes clear and obvious to the people of America how badly they've been taken advantage of and how we've had our birthright stolen from us through deception, victory through deception is Mossad's because if it becomes clear and obvious to the people of America We've had our birthright stolen from us because we've allowed ourselves to be deceived.
We've allowed our academic institutions to be deceived.
We've allowed our military institutions to be corrupted from the top down.
We've allowed our police forces and our other places to be infiltrated by the different lodges.
Our bar associations, our Department of Justice and our government has all been usurped by these by these snakes.
And if you sleep with a snake, you're going to get bit.
I don't care how you cut it.
So, no, I don't think that there's anything redeemable.
about what's left in our government, but our government is not a series of institutions.
Our government ought to be by the people and for the people and of the people, and we are the people that ought to be running it.
It needs to change.
This lobbying effort All the money needs to change.
Everything needs to change.
We need to go back to citizens controlling our government.
And that's why I like the Thomas Massie thing.
Go listen to the Thomas Massie, Tucker Carlson interview, and you'll find a citizen who decided to play the game, and now he's totally different than the rest of them.
Wonderful, wonderful closing statement.
Don, take us out.
Oh, wow.
David, it's wonderful.
I love this fantastic show, and we're listening to a few good men who are upstanding here.
I think you could find four better, at least three better men than these gentlemen, to tell you the truth and standing up to the falsehoods that are all surrounding us and causing us grief.
So thank you on this June 17th and right around Solstice time and all the action that's going on.
Thanks for listening to these two good men, and we'll look forward to seeing you next week.
The world's still here.
So I really appreciate you watching Truth vs. News with the truth tellers who tell it like it really is.
And we love them for that.
Support them.
It's your use widely.
