	I think he has a point.
	President Vladimir Putin, after months of dropping veiled threats about nuclear weapons, after he ordered his full-scale invasion of Ukraine over two years ago—remember, that was a defensive action to protect the people of the Donbass from a slaughter akin to that the Israelis are inflicting upon the Palestinians in Gaza—is now saying Europe is defenseless.
	And that Russia would need nuclear weapons to defeat Ukraine or its allies.
	Russia said during a panel discussion at the St.
	Petersburg International Economic Forum, has more tactical nuclear weapons than there are on the European continent, even if the United States brings theirs over, reported BBC Russian editor Steve Rosenberg.
	Putin said he's not ruling out changes to the Russian nuclear doctrine, which outlines the conditions necessary to use nuclear weapons.
	The St.
	Petersburg Forum, often referred to as the Russian Davos, has widely been seen as a sign the country is open to cooperation.
	His threats Come after NATO allies have allowed Ukraine to use Western-supplied weapons to hit targets inside Russian territory, and he doubled down on his comments Friday.
	We are not supplying those weapons yet, but we reserve the right to do so to those states or legal entities which are under certain pressure, including military, from the countries that supply weapons to Ukraine and encourage their use on Russian territory.
	Russian State Navy host Vladimir Solovok told Rosenberg the Russians would base their weapons wherever we think is necessary.

	Meanwhile, Zero Hedge reports Ukraine claims first ever fighter jet strike on Russian territory.

	Ukraine is touting its largest successful airstrike by fighter jets inside Russian territory.
	Sky News reports a significant burst of the conflict.
	An unidentified Ukrainian military source described to the UK outlet, the air-launched missile strike was conducted inside Russian Belgorod region Sunday, hitting Russian command nodes.
	High news raised the likelihood that a Western-supplied missile was used in the attack, highlighting that it comes soon after Western allies, including the U.S., green-lighted Kiev's use of NATO-supplied munitions to attack inside of Russia.
	Meanwhile, Russia raises Cuban missile crisis as it ships near the U.S.
	Russian President Putin is aiming to invoke the historical memory of the Cuban Missile Crisis by moving nuclear-capable warships into the waters of the Caribbean, according to an assessment published Thursday by a U.S.
	think tank.
	Early in the week, it was revealed that Moscow would be sending several Russian ships and support vessels into the Caribbean for a military exercise.
	The Admiral Gorshkov frigate, the Kazan nuclear-powered cruise missile submarine, the academic Pushkin replenishment oiler, and the Nikolai Chekhov rescue tub are the four vessels scheduled to arrive in Cuba earlier Next week, Thursday, Putin spoke at the St.
	Petersburg Forum, made a point to mention Russia's nuclear doctrine, which leaves it possible for us to use all means at our disposal if someone's actions threatened our sovereignty and territorial integrity.
	We ought to take it to heart.
	But the West is full of clods who have no intelligence, have no idea what they're doing.

	The compilers of the list overlook Mike Whitney and a number of others, perhaps They were worried a list too large would validate the opposition to the war.
	I assume the purpose to identify people who need to be discredited, shut down, canceled and investigated by the FBI as Russian agents, dupes for their opposition to the widening of the war by the West, increasing participation.
	On the other hand, we can view the list as the leaders we have who are working to avoid a catastrophic outcome.
	The battle is between truth and propaganda.
	We shall see which prevails.

	Meanwhile, we have Colonel McGregor addressing the question of whether Whether the American army could defeat the Russian, not much likelihood of that, I'll guarantee.
	Because if he even has any fantasies about engaging in a land warfare against Russia, he needs to rethink.
	And here's the reason why.
	Talk specifically about some things and Doug, actually, I'm going to read a part here from your book, Margin of Victory, because I think that it's very, very much appropriate for what we're going to discuss today.
	And if I can just bring this up, there it is right here.
	You wrote that Each chapter of this book is going to be a clearing call to recognize that wars are decided in the decades before they begin, not by the sudden appearance of a new technological silver bullet or presence of a few strong personalities in the senior ranks during a senior battle.
	How effectively national, political, and military leaders adjust the framework of organization, technology, and human capital to relentless change in society, technology, and world affairs determines whether the nation-state prevails or perishes in defeat.
	So if that be true, if basically what you were doing in the decade before the battle is what's going to determine how you do in the battle, the question is going to be, what is the United States Army going to do if it goes into a full-scale war with Russia right now?
	And just to kind of set the stage, there's news out That NATO was looking at how it would rush large numbers of American troops if we got into a ground war with Russia.
	For the purpose of this conversation, we're going to say that it doesn't go nuclear.
	If it just stays conventional, I want to look at what might happen with that.
	Nukes is a very possibility in that You can go elsewhere, but I want to discuss, first of all, what could the U.S.
	Army do?
	And first of all, I want to ask you, over the past decade, let's just look at the premise of your book.
	If we look back the past decade, going back to 2014, the U.S.
	military primarily has had experience in Afghanistan, in Iraq, in Libya, in Well, first we have a very small army.
	We're down to less than about 450,000.
	small-scale stuff.
	So if that's what we have prepared up to this point, what kind of army do we have right now if we had to fight a large-scale army?
	Well, first we have a very small army.
	We're down to less than about 450,000.
	We're in no position to fight a land war in Eastern Europe, which has a front of hundreds of miles and a depth of 1,000 miles at least.
	The infrastructure in the theatre is not developed beyond Germany.
	There is surprisingly little in Poland.
	So the point is, I can't imagine the use of the United States Army to do much more than potentially defend.
	And you're talking about offensive operations because you have to move into Eastern Europe.
	Now, having said that, remember that the vast majority of the equipment that the Army is using and the organization that We see on the battlefield today was developed in the 70s and the 80s for use in the 90s.
	And we're now in the year 2024.
	We're talking about a very different mix of technologies, different organizational constructs.
	The Russians have adapted.
	They've had to adapt because they were thrust into a war for which they too were really not prepared.
	You'll recall when the Russians first went into Ukraine, their force was too small.
	Was it really organized to deal with the robust Ukrainian army?
	All of that has changed.
	So on the tactical level, we're in anachronism.
	We're not really prepared.
	We don't have sufficient air defense and missile defense capabilities, which would mean that we're naked in the face of the enemy.
	In other words, the Russians.
	Now, having said that, The RUSI in London just published a report saying that the combined air defenses in Western Europe could protect at most 5% of the infrastructure.
	Yeah, yeah, I just saw that actually.
	Which puts us in a very difficult position.
	Now, let's start at the top.
	Strategically, we're operating on the opponent's doorstep, where the opponent has every advantage logistically, in terms of range, weapons, ammunition, Resupply and so forth.
	We're at the end right now in Poland on the border with Ukraine of our logistical support structure.
	Now you want to move this Lilliputian force, frankly, into an area where it will face probably 800,000 Russian troops.
	You have the same thing with the Europeans.
	The worst part is that our force has very little unity of command.
	Which means no unity of effort.
	Why?
	Because we're dealing with multiple foreign contingents.
	The Russians have one language of command, Russian.
	They have one uniform command and control structure.
	And they have both operational as well as strategic ISR.
	Our strategic ISR in space is very formidable.
	We do have operational ISR from the fleet as well as the shore.
	But it's very vulnerable to attack.
	The one area where we do have an advantage is air power.
	We have a number of the numbers of Russian aircraft that could be hurled against us by five, six, seven times.
	However, we would have to fight our way through integrated air defenses.
	That would involve some losses.
	We have to fly from vulnerable airfields that are relatively close to the battlefront because they're short range fighters.
	And Doug, let me just, as you're talking right now, I have a map on the screen that shows from the Telegraph, which was talking about there would be five different locations from Norway, Germany, Italy, Turkey, and I'm sorry, the Netherlands and Italy down in the South, actually, where they would come into.
	It shows relatively limited or narrow constraint areas here.
	And in that same article, because I think this is related to exactly what you're talking about, Lieutenant General Solfrank, who's the NATO Logistics Chief, makes the point here, and this is something you've been really talking about for decades, frankly, is that the vulnerability of these large logistics bases, these large concentrations, of troops and equipment, et cetera, that we did like in Desert Storm.
	We had these huge bases that were never touched.
	But he's saying that because of the Russia's long-range missile systems now, that's a thing of the past.
	But here's the big problem.
	All we've ever done is practice with these large-scale movements.
	What kind of difficulties would we have moving in these five directions, even try to get to the battlefront?
	Well, you look at the distances that are on the map.
	You're talking about hundreds of kilometers In other words, 150, 200, 300 miles trying to operate in areas where you don't have... In other words, we'd get clobbered, have no doubt about it.

	mill pier, which has been purportedly installed to transfer aid to the Gaza Strip to facilitate An earlier massacre against a refugee camp located in the central part of the coastal sliver, a report says.
	Israeli forces carried out a massacre about the Nusrat refugee camp on Saturday, killing hundreds of Palestinians before they retrieved four Israeli captives.
	According to the Cradle online news magazine, they, the troops, were then flown out of Gaza via the US-built pier, which had been reinstalled on the coast on Friday after undergoing tens of millions in repairs.

	This story is getting more and more wild by the minute.
	As I always tell you, it's late in the day Friday when they hope no one is watching, but I'm watching, and I'm bringing you every single detail.
	So, Let me catch up in case you don't know.
	The story broke just a few minutes ago.
	Trump New York mistrial?
	New letter from Judge Mersh and reveals a jury pool was tainted.
	All reposts that entire story in case you miss it, but it's incredible.
	Now, we've just learned that although Judge Merchant did inform both parties of the possible tainted jury, even in doing so, it appears he deceptively edited the Facebook post in question.
	At least that is according to Mario Newfall, who just posted this.
	Judge Merchant edited Facebook post copy in a letter to legal counsel in the Hush Money trial, where Trump was convicted on 34 counts.
	The judge copied it posted on Facebook post by the alleged cousin of one of the Jorwhars.
	That appears to imply the jury had reached a guilty verdict before it was announced to the public.

	It appears the judge left out the very first sentence which says, Thank you all your hard work against the mega crazies.

	I found this out a few hours ago.
	That it's possible, man, that a juror on the Trump trial actually was basically telling a relative or friend or something like that, that Trump will be found guilty.
	Now, this was actually a day before the jury actually got the case.
	This is bad news, man.
	I think it's actually the day before the jury verdict was announced.
	It would have been, of course, even worse if it had been before they got the case.
	Meanwhile, Democrat-appointed Trump witch-hunt judge Merchant was stunned after hit with this nasty curveball.
	What else do we have going on here?
	Democrat-appointed Judge Murchon went out of his way to stack the daggit paper of the Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg's criminal case against former President Trump.
	Murchon was allegedly randomly assigned to the Trump case by the New York court system.
	But Representative Elise Stefanik has filed a complaint with the New York State Unified Court System over the claim that Murchon was randomly assigned.
	If justices were indeed being randomly assigned in the criminal term, the probability of two specific criminal cases being assigned to the same justice is quite low.

	Sweden, let me say, used to be like the safest nation in Europe.
	After a double homicide earlier this week, Swedish residents in Norrköpins district of Häggby can be searched or have their vehicle searched without the need for reasonable suspicion.
	Swedish police have introduced the first stop and frisk zone in the country's history, giving officers the power to search any individual or vehicle without the need for reasonable suspicion.
	The draconian measure is in response to the double shooting Monday evening in the Higginby residential district of Norquist, a city southwest of Stockholm.
	Two men were pronounced dead at the scene as of Wednesday.
	The authorities are introducing what is also known as a security zone or visitation zone in the area as officers continue to hunt for perpetrators.
	A man in his 20s has already been arrested on suspicion of murder.
	Don't be surprised if we find these things coming to America, too, because our cities are in an advanced state of decay.
	The Democrats have promoted it.
	They have no interest in holding miscreants responsible.
	They've abandoned law and order.
	They're all in for political control, regardless of the consequences to the United States.
