	It is a case brought by a prosecutor who can show no party harmed.
	What is frightening Is that legally, this is a case for which there are no legal grounds for bringing it.
	Yet the bar associations, the law schools, the media said nothing.
	Getting Trump was so important that law was sacrificed for that purpose.
	This means the future of America is tyranny.
	An appeal will be made.
	But a state as corrupt as New York is incapable of producing a decision based on law.
	If there is any fight left in Americans, and I am unsure, a prison sentence from the totally corrupt judge should launch a civil war.

	No one disputed that Michael Cohen made Stormy Daniels $130,000 part of a non-disclosure agreement settlement in October 2016.
	And no one argued that the Trump Organization made Cohen $420,000 over 2017 and 2018.
	Neither of these transactions, however, were against the law.
	Prosecutor's path is clear.
	They've established beyond a reasonable doubt the transactions he began.
	First from Cohen to Daniels, and then from Trump to Cohen.
	The challenge they have is proving intent.
	Not that they don't have it.
	We have evidence of Trump's awareness of the payments, arguably beyond a reasonable doubt.
