He's starting up with his wife and he had a child's graduation.
So it's just me.
Let's go ahead and take a look at our stories.
And I'll give you an opening statement.
We're gonna talk about Bucky Fuller and the context that he is the grandfather to our synergetic future upon victory over what he framed as the grunge of giants.

Gotta go to the war.
They're all illegal.
Is Amrev 2 World War 3 becoming visible for final choices among the good, truthful, bad, deceitful, and the sheeple, unwilling and unable to discern?
And we gotta go to COVID, the recognition of those as crimes against humanity.

And let's have a bit of an opening statement.
This is the fifth year of Need to Know News started by Jim Fetzer.
When I came on.
Uh, then and now Jim got the promotion for a broader audience for RBN and he's taking that gig.
I took this gig.
But my point in doing this is for the documentation to be able to explain, document, and to demonstrate that the officials are liars, that we do live in an Orwellian reality, that it is upside down, and that the documentation is sufficient to make that case.
We don't have the power as messengers to apparently affect any policy.
Despite all the facts being on our side, we need some sort of a breakthrough.
And I've always said that that is in a technical term, meaning that we need something to happen that is outside of the resources, apparent resources, that we have.
If we knew what to do, we'd do it.
But we don't.
And my observation after 47 years engaged in the Great Awakening, engaged in the most important topics affecting the most amount of people for the highest quality of life, 2% of human beings can engage in these conversations, roughly.
About 1 in 50.
And the 49 out of 50, even if we can get them to nod their heads in a conversation, they'll go back to corporate media and then go back to those talking points.
So we do need some sort of a breakthrough.
We do need friends in high places.
And once that happens, then baby, it's a whole new playing field.
And then the documentation that we have compiled, we put to good use.
Let's continue with that documentation.
All right, Bucky Fuller.
Bucky was a mentor of mine.
I was friends with his last three years of his life.
He had moved from the East Coast, Philadelphia.
To the West Coast in SoCal, and I knew his grandson, Jamie.
We were both college students at the time, and I helped move Bucky and Anne, his wife, into their home in Pacific Palisades.
I got to know him.
Quote from him, it is now highly feasible to take care of everybody on Earth at a higher standard of living than any have ever known.
It no longer has to be you or me.
Selfishness is unnecessary.
War is obsolete.
It is a matter of converting our high technology from weaponry to livingry.
And this is the last book that he wrote.
He actually died in 1983 before he finished it, The Grunch of Giants.
And Bucky, he, at the end of his life, in this book, he recognized our opponents.
And if you haven't, Read anything from Bucky I recommended or listening to a presentation a unique self-expression born in 1895 and poet inventor and he wanted to discover what one person could do.
He was a self-taught engineer.
He created The idea of tensegrity.

Its law firm is named Machiavelli, Machiavelli, Adams & Oil.
Some think the second Mach is cover for mafia.
And he makes the point here is that whoever these people are, They could end poverty.
They don't.
They want that.
And at this time in 1984, that was about 75,000 human beings dying from preventable poverty every day.
It's 20,000 to 30,000 a day now, but our masters are fine with that.
And while Bucky provided technical solutions, his position, similar to ours, all the facts were on his side, all the facts were on our side, and yet we're just chatting relatively among ourselves.
And what Bucky may not have noticed, I love that the mainstream media position is, yes, the CIA did bad things in the 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, and 2000s, but nobody was ever prosecuted and there were no reforms.
So now, of course, they don't do bad things today, you conspiracy theorist.
Yeah.
So with Bucky, he maintained in his career of writing books, of lecturing, of inventing and demonstrating that basically we have the solutions for a world that works for everyone with no one left out.
We have the technological know-how.
We just need to organize it in that direction.
We have the option to make it.
And if we could get rid of the parasites, We would be in good position to roll that out.
It would be the first time that humanity has been free in known history.
Let's go to the war.
But we have to defeat these guys first.
Netanyahu invokes another genocidal biblical reference while scolding the ICC.
The ICC issued an arrest warrant for him.
He said that it's anti-Semitic to to do such a warrant and he referenced for the second time the Amalek and the Amalek is a Bible verse which says that you need to destroy all of your enemy entirely and that God will be upset if you don't destroy everything.

All the children, all the possessions, everybody.

If you can't even elect a candidate who will end a genocide, how real is your quote-unquote democracy?
And that's a good point.
We have Biden engaged in the war.
We have Trump who is supporting Israel, telling them to finish the job.
And RFK too, in the same position, interestingly enough.
Despite the involvement of Israel in the murder of his own father and uncle.
Likely involvement.
And all this stuff for the war, again, I keep on pointing it out, but they're all illegal.
Two world wars, treaties after both wars, it's illegal.

We do have the increase of the activity, of the conversations, of the awareness that it is a genocide, and an opportunity for people to choose.

And we have talked about that if we had honest poll ratings, the approval rating of the political leadership is likely in single digits for most of the Western nations.

So what this data is saying is that, okay, so there's something in these particular shots that is associated with reducing Guillain-Barre and Bell's palsy.
There's the COVID-19 vax, dwarfs, all the other injections, aortic aneurysm, atrial fibrillation, And it goes on.
The data is there.
We've been reporting it for years.
We were right.
The UK ONS now admit that deaths in the vaccinated were categorized as unvaccinated in 2021.

We talked about that at the very beginning because the official rules is that if you die And they admitted in this email, if you die within 14 days of being vaccinated, they count you as unvaccinated and dying of COVID.

And I just wanted to give two versions of it for the documentation because I like both presentations of the information.

And that the scientific community isn't serious about taking that on as a question because they're owned.
Same thing as the public education community.
And here, as usual, as an academic professional, I'm providing you with a background scholarship to explain, document, and prove that we are talking about crimes against humanity and there is no counter explanation other than that or so I factually assert.
And that's the documentation where I do so.
Same thing with COVID, the stories, the pressure just gets more intense and people more and more are noticing and withdrawing consent.
So I think that when we get this breakthrough, that we'll be in good shape, or at least in a position where we're going to have a, I was going to say a fighting chance, but I don't like to say it's a fighting chance, but we'll have a good shot at it.
All right, Trump Biden optics.
Yeah.
So everyone in law sees this, that the gag orders against Trump.
So a gag order is meant to protect the defendant, is meant to protect Trump by not having the government blab off about it.
Instead, it is reversed and applied to Trump, where he is supposed to be in the United States.
He's supposed to be innocent.
Until proven guilty.
So he doesn't get any of his rights taken away for doing that.
And I want to play a little bit of Representative Hageman.
Mr. Hamilton, would you agree that gag orders on trial participants were created with the intent of securing a defendant's right to a fair trial and ensure efficient administration of justice?
That's precisely correct.
And it's in fact usually intended to prevent the prosecution from making extrajudicial statements that are going to be prejudicial to the defendant's rights.
And Mr. Trustee, I think that you testified that in all of your years of experience, you've never seen a circumstance where a defendant had a gag order imposed against them.
Is that correct?
That's correct.
And would it be fair to say that while such an order is intended to guarantee a defendant's Sixth Amendment right, it also at certain times could raise First Amendment issues?
It does.
Okay.
In Bragg's political persecution of Donald Trump, Judge Merchant instituted an unconstitutional gag order against the defendant, President Trump.
Yet Judge Merchant has levied no such order against any of the other trial participants, like Michael Cohen, who continue to publicly attack Mr. Trump.
Mr. Hamilton, is the gag order issued by Judge Merchant a significant departure from the normal order of business, and does it reveal the First and Sixth Amendment tensions which underlie this case?
It most certainly does.
And why does President Trump face such a legally questionable gag order in this case?
Well, simply put, it's because it is a classic example of lawfare being employed by Democrats against their political opponent, weaponizing the various branches and levels of government, something that we have seen in the last eight years that has been absolutely shocking to the conscience.
DA Bragg resurrected a zombie case and is using a novel legal theory which has not even been explained to the defendant or the jury.
He selected Matthew Colangelo as lead prosecutor, a former former former Biden DOJ official and DNC consultant, and Judge Merchant, who made campaign donations to President Biden and the Democrat Party during the 2020 election and whose daughter's firm worked for the Biden and now Harris campaigns, is overseeing the case and imposing speech restrictions on a person Judge Murchin called, quote, possibly the next president of the United States.
Judge Murchin went so far in the last two weeks as threatening to jail a former president and presumptive major party nominee for violating an order which infringes on his free speech rights.
Writing in the Federalist, Tom Crist analyzes how lawfare offers benefits and a means of victory regardless of the outcome of the courtroom, which is causing as much pain as possible and treating the defendant like an enemy versus a defendant.
I want that to sink in.
Watching Judge Merchant, it is very apparent that he is treating President Trump as an enemy, not a party, and not- Let me say something about that.
She's absolutely right, and that is a great point, is that a judge's job is to oversee a fair court for the presentation of evidence.
Now, as she's talking about, is that this whole charge is bogus, never attempted, but they're doing it here.
And then the job of the judge in the courtroom is to defend the defendant's rights.
But instead, he is doing exactly the opposite.
There is a presumption of guilt and that he's the only person receiving the gag order.
And as it's actually torture, he's being tortured through this law fair.
Let's continue. - A defendant.
Mr. Hamilton, do you think the gag order falls into this playbook and serves an additional law fair benefit for the left in that it can be used to enact an even larger legal burden on Donald Trump for simply exercising his right to free speech?
Yes, I do.
And in fact, quite frankly, when you have a gag order like that, or when you have abuses of processes like this, as my colleagues have alluded to before, the pain in the process is the goal.
That's really the goal here.
Whether they get a conviction, whether they get any kind of civil fine or judgment, it's not necessarily the ultimate objective.
The ultimate objective is to cause pain to the political opponent, and that's what they're doing to Donald Trump.
One of the things that I have observed as an attorney who was a trial attorney for 34 years is that Judge Burcham is making such blatant, blatant reversible errors.
He absolutely knows that if there is a conviction in this case, it will be reversed on appeal.
And it's as though he is attempting to do that because he knows that no such appeal would actually take place prior to November.
Yet he would have a conviction on the books, which is the classic and I think in this case exposes the way in which they are using lawfare against President Biden or against President Trump.
I have never seen a judge make the kind of errors that this judge has made in this case before and I think he recognizes that if there is a conviction it would be overturned on appeal.
That is what our criminal, what our justice system has turned into because of the lawfare being waged by the Democrats.
It has to end.

And another angle of it, and this is another representative, Congresswoman Elise Stefanik.
She sent a letter with a judicial complaint regarding the topic that we addressed, believe it, this week with Judge Merchant's daughter.
And she is the president of Authentic Campaigns, and that is doing the marketing and the fundraising for candidates including Biden and Harris.
Got Schiff here as well, and what she's saying in the letter is that, hey, so the Democrats are, they're fundraising for a moment on this topic.
of the lawfare against trump and they've got 93 million dollars and some of that money is going to the judge's daughter in order to compensate her allegedly for her work in marketing and in fundraising but that just could be a kickback
and again it's so ridiculous and nobody in law is fooled that you cannot have the appearance of unfairness And when your own daughter is making bank off of the Dems who are pimping this trial, it's lawfare.
And what else is happening with this federal investigation launched against a small town that rejected electronic voting?
Yeah.
The electronic voting machines that have provided abundant documentation over the decades for this is that they're basically unaccountable.
And when small town ditched them, they were investigated to make sure that disabled voters didn't have a hindrance for them.
AOC humiliated by Trump's massive Bronx rally.
I'll play this just because it's so good.
Joe Biden's policies have failed.
It's failed us in terms of the economy, in terms of his illegal immigration, in terms of the environment.
I mean, these policies only hurt black people.
It doesn't help them.
I've gone to a lot of these rallies across the country, and there are often people who travel hundreds of miles to see Donald Trump, and they're not necessarily part of the community.
However, one of the things that I found was that there were a lot of people here that were actually from the Bronx.
Illegal.
Illegal aliens are being transported to communities near me, to shelters near me, and that's upsetting.
Why can't we help the homeless veterans instead, the homeless American veterans instead?
We're helping illegals.

We know him better than anyone.
And that means we understand what he's all about is just for himself.
So this state will go solidly behind Joe Biden for president, as it has in the past.
So he wants to spend his time doing these made up fake rallies and pretending there's support here.
Be my guest, because while you're doing that, Donald Trump, Joe Biden's out there on the other side, making sure he's delivering for all Americans.
And so, go ahead, spend all your time you want in New York, because we'll be with Joe Biden, and Joe Biden's out there winning over the rest of the battleground states.
Well, I'll tell you, it won't make a difference at all, Jake, and that is for Donald Trump to be the ringleader of a- and invite all his clowns to a place like the Bronx.

All they have is the weakest talking point.
CNN sees lowest primetime ratings in three decades.
So you can see the effect of such rhetoric is that people are rejecting it.
And for New York, New York is giving the Buffalo Bills $850 million in taxpayer funds for a new stadium, the biggest pro sports subsidy of all time, three days ago.
New York announced an $800 million cut to Children and Family Services.
And the bill's owner is worth about $6 billion.
So those are the optics.
Uh-oh.
There, there, back.
So, I'll go ahead and wrap this up.
Patriots, just stay strong.
The facts are all on our side.
I don't have any advice.
For people believing anything other than what they can see for themselves.
I do see something breaking soon.
In the monetary system, there'll be a paper collapse.
We have talked about that approximately three quarters of the silver storage is off the shelves.
People are flocking to hard assets.
When the demand by US debt securities evaporates, Then we're going to see something extraordinary happen.
And it is happening drip, drip, drip, but no flood yet.
And until we get the flood, just hang in there and we'll see what happens.
