Anyway, the stories you ought to see for the first hour are great, and Scott's got a pertinent comment.

Well, I just think we're witnessing the implosion of the sense of logic and reason that NATO had.
We were just commenting on it before.
Medvedev, President of Russia before Putin, has said nuclear weapons will be used by Russia because of the belligerency that's being stated by NATO countries like Britain and France, Britain admitting that Oh, NATO, Ukraine can use British long-term missiles to fire into Russia, which is not just Crimea.
They're saying they'll fire them into Moscow.
And as a result, Medvedev has said the Western leaders are infantile morons.
And he's also saying nuclear weapons are going to be on the table.
We're going to be exercising them in the case that the West doesn't understand their Their belligerency is going to lead up to a nuclear potentiality.
So Russia is giving all the warnings.
I just don't think NATO is going to listen.
They're going to be pulling a lot of body bags out of Ukraine in the next three, six months.
I think that's all correct, and I'm glad that I've been to London seven times, because I don't think there's going to be a lot left in short order.
Scott, we finished with stories about Netanyahu's plans for Gaza, modernizing, a four-step program.
What were your impressions or reaction to that laying out his agenda?
Well, it's a Star Trek world.
He's laying out this future of a fantasy Gaza, fantasy Israel, you know, with Starfleet chambers and robotic sexual partners and hyper-vaccinated trans-human, you know, medical technology.
All of this is fantasy because Israel's not going to control any of Gaza.
You're going to see Israel, I think, completely surrounded and imploded and the west is uh is is going to be uh you know blown into the winds of time because we're about to be subjected to all sorts of internal struggles so i think anything netanyahu and his government think and plan about gaza is uh futile and it's not going to come to pass brian

If you think that these drawings of this space-age city are just now surfacing, I can guarantee you that they were planned a long, long time ago, prior to October 7th even.
I remember after they rolled out COVID, I started to see some of their plans for how they're going to rebuild society with the 15-minute cities and the surveillance states and the new social media controls that they were going to put into place, their vision of the world.
Well, how do you think that they get support?
To start and run these false flags is that they make promises to the real estate investors that are going to come along and pick up the pieces.
If you think real estate investors didn't have the inside track related to who was delivering the bricks in American cities during the big Uh Antifa, George Floyd riots or whatever.
Of course they did.
They knew that they'd be able to come in and scrape up properties at a fraction of their value.
They knew that these things were all going to happen well in advance because it was planned and it was coordinated.
Now this is just a case where they couldn't get those people on the Gaza Strip out.
So they just said screw it we'll kill them.
And we'll do it by running a false flag, and then we'll just murder 34th.
We can't buy them out.
We can't coerce them out.
We're not going to get our support from the International Criminal Court because America has them in their back pocket.
There's not going to be any consequences, so let's just cut deal with the real estate investors, and we'll give them their space-age city as soon as the dust has settled.

Meanwhile, Biden scores endorsement from, of all places, the Kennedy family.
I am appalled.
Joe Biden will accept endorsement from at least 15 members of the Kennedy political family during a campaign to stop Philadelphia last Thursday, as he aimed to undermine former President Trump and marginalize the candidacy of RFK Jr.
Kerry Kennedy, a daughter of former Attorney General RFK, niece of former President JFK, sister of the current presidential candidate RFK Jr.,
The decision to highlight a Kennedy family endorsement more than six months from Election Day is an indication of how seriously Biden team is taking the threat of the long-shot bid, potentially using his last name's lingering Democrat magic to siphon off support from the President.
Democrats and Republicans worry that Kennedy's candidacy could spoil their respective nominees' campaigns.
Biden was using the event, gambling a three-day campaign swing in the battleground state critical to his re-election, to also sustain the pressure on Trump.
I can only imagine how Donald Trump's outrageous lies and behavior would have horrified my father, Robert F. Kennedy, who proudly served as Attorney General of the United States and honored his pledge to uphold the law and protect the country, Kerry Kennedy will say.
According to prepared remarks, Daddy stood for equal justice, human rights, and freedom from want and fear, just as President Biden does today.

Meanwhile, Kennedy urges Biden to bow out, claims he can top Trump.
RFK Jr., an independent candidate in the presidential race, calling on Democrat President Biden to drop out, labeling him a spoiler.
Kennedy believed polls show he has a better chance to defeat former President Trump in the general election compared to Biden.
This proposal for a no-spoiler pledge would involve a 50-state poll to determine which candidate has a higher chance of beating Trump, with a less favorable agreeing to withdraw.
Kennedy's campaign manager emphasized a scenario where Kennedy could beat Trump without any Democrat candidate in the race.
Kennedy argues he's not the spoiler, but rather Biden's candidacy would lead to a Trump victory.
According to polling data, including Kennedy, the race pulls more support away from Biden in swing states compared to Trump.
This has raised concern among Democrats, with the National Democrat Committee referring to Kennedy as a spoiler and questioning the seriousness of his campaign.

Well, the Kennedy family is a bunch of drunken Irish Catholic hooligans that made their money from all sorts of criminal activity preceding World War II and then after, so it doesn't surprise me that they're completely immoral, and this is just a testament to that.
For anyone to stand behind Joe Biden, an arguably demented, senile old man that is a criminal that should go to jail and should even be executed for the crimes that he's done in the past, but for a modern political family to be standing behind him is nothing about him.
It's about their They're lust for power, and that's what the Kennedys always have represented, a lust for power, and the Democrats in general.
That's why the Democrats stand together like a pack of wild dogs.
They never attack each other.
They are very coordinated.
The Republicans do, but this Democrat support for Biden, I think it's all symbolic.
I've said before, I think they are going to switch Biden out.
They've been talking about that.
I wouldn't be surprised if they assassinate Kamala Harris, replace her with Megan Whitmer or Gavin Newsom.
Uh, and then replace, uh, you know, uh, Biden with that, uh, vice president who then will appoint Gavin Newsom or Meg Whitmer.
I think there's a, there's a looking into them.
And I think Biden is just a distraction.
And I would say the same for Trump.
He's becoming an apparent distraction because he's saying things that, you know, the majority of the American people and college students don't agree with, with regards to Palestine.
So all of these issues, you know, are rising up front and center.
And not even Kennedy's responses are any good.
His attempt to kind of walk on the middle of the fence, rather than say it very plainly, that Israel is creating a murder of every Palestinian based on their blood hatred, and that's something that should be completely alien to the people of America.
We shouldn't have anything to do with a nation or a people that engage in that.
But the absence of that talking point, the absence of people standing up and representing what's in America's interests instead of Israel's, so long as that voice is suppressed or silent, we don't have a free country, Jim.

Oh, I hate to say it, but this election season is going to be a snoozefest, except for the fireworks related to who's winning this battle or that battle.
There might be some fireworks there, but again, Americans are offered no serious choice.
It was nice back in 2016 when it was waiting for Trump to beat Hillary Clinton, and he did indeed.
I remember making that phone call.
To my daughter that day saying Trump's gonna win tonight, but that was the last surprise Americans will ever see.
Trust me, these people have beefed up and boned up on all of their cheating techniques and they've got them all in place and all the right players and all the right primaries and all the right places.
The agenda is nearly complete and all I can do is talk about it, try to expose it, Do my best to live my life and cut through it because I gotta tell you, it's a snooze fest talking about Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
and Donald Trump and even the Joe Biden puppet and all the rest of them and Kamala Harris.
There's nothing fun here at all.
You know, I probably would have preferred to go back to Cary Lake and Vivek Ramaswamy.
If I could have my dream team right now, it'd probably be Vivek and Kerry somehow one way or another, but I just don't think it's going to happen because they're outsiders, and outsiders don't get the promotions or the endorsements in a rigged machine, which is exactly what we're in.

Meanwhile, 26,000 voters say RFK Jr.
26,000 voters say RFK Jr. can win it all.
When the 2024 presidential candidate, RFK Jr. called President Biden a spoiler, the Independent was referred to a campaign poll suggesting that only he could beat former President Trump in the fall.
Most of the headline focused on the spoiler comment and Kennedy's challenge to Biden to see where the race stands in October and for the real spoiler to drop out, presumably Biden.
Overall, In head-to-head of Biden v. Trump, a poll of over 26,000 showed Trump in chart 294-244.
The only spoiler in the race is President Biden.
He is the one who cannot win against either candidate.
And his president gives Trump the victory instead of Kennedy, said his campaign's poll analysis.
However, most of the stories don't present the data from the firm John Zogby, the secret partner of our weekly White House Report Card.
In their survey, the firm quizzed a massive 26,408 likely voters in all states to figure out where the race stood in the electoral vote count.
The results for each state were presented, and the Kennedy campaign packaged them in graphics.
Here we have.
In that package, Kennedy showed he was beating Biden and Trump, and by significant margins.
Here against Biden, Kennedy, 367, Biden, 171.
Against Biden.
His man.
He beat him with a Reagan-sized blowout.
367-171.
Biden can't win.
In fact, if Trump drops out, Kennedy wins in a 196 electoral vote landslide.

Trump, 268.
It also showed him beating Trump, winning the bare minimum, but not enough.
270 to 268.
And If Biden were to drop out, Kennedy wins again.
The only scenario in which President Trump competes and loses.
Here we got Biden versus Trump.

Kennedy so far, however, hasn't qualified to be on most Electoral Day ballots.
He plans to be on all 50.
He has qualified in four, passing the signature threshold in at least a dozen others.
The campaign made the case that the Zogby survey, with its extraordinary sample size and that is enormous, is the most accurate look of the race this year.
It's such a large sample, the margin of error was just six-tenths of a percent.
This is the first poll in the 2024 cycle to measure the winner of each state in order to tally the electoral votes that actually determine who takes the White House.
Why does that matter?
Just look at 2016.
An accurate poll would have told you Hillary was ahead by two points, but what it wouldn't have told you was she was behind by 77 electoral and therefore would lose.
Only a 50-state poll can tell you that.
And bear in mind, this is before Trump went all in for Israel, forgot about funding the border.
Now the genocide is Trump's genocide.
The war in Ukraine, Trump's war in the border, Trump's fiasco.
Believe me, the numbers are going to change.

When they see, stop the protests, how exactly are you going to stop them?
These are kids that aren't blowing things up, they're not breaking things, they're not burning down restaurants or buildings like they were in the summer of 2020.
That's the protest that should have been stopped by bullets shooting these bastards as they're burning down buildings and causing anarchy in society, but it's not applicable to students.
You have to be able to chew gum and walk at the same time.
You've got to be able to separate these subject matters.
This subject is about students on a university campus all across America and the world and Europe, by the way, who are saying the Israeli genocide is unjust, unclean, demonic, and we don't want anything to do with it.
Even if they're not using religious language, their instincts are exactly right.
And for Trump to align himself on the opposite of that, I think, is committing suicide.
And if he's not smart enough to recognize he's committing suicide by being reckless and clumsy and dumb, And letting reckless and clumsy and dumb people surround him and give him talking points and type up his messages to release on Twitter or Truth Social or whatever the hell that is.
You know, he's just shooting himself in the foot, Jim.
Perhaps preparing his departure.
Maybe he's not going to run for president.
Maybe he's going to be killed.
Maybe he's going to be taken out.
Maybe he's going to do a sunset visit.
Maybe they're going to pull some rabbit in the hat, but I don't trust any of them.
It saddens me To see Republicans being so shallow and stupid and not being able to come to an agreeable, moderate, middle-of-the-road position, such as the Israelis need to stop murdering all the women and children and the civilians, and the Palestinians need to cease fire so that there can be a two-state decision and solution.
That's not happened.
That's not been said by anybody in American politics.
And it's just a sign that they are the distraction, not this Israel situation and not the border.

Special counsel Jack Ja, his crew, is dropping a bombshell.
They're admitting crucial evidence in a classified DACA case was tampered with after the FBI grabbed it.
And get this!
Prosecutors kept quiet about it, which, according to legal experts, is a big no-no.
This revelation could seriously trip up the prosecutors.
I mean, messing with evidence like that?
That's breaking some serious court rules about preserving stuff just as it was when they nabbed it.
But I guess as long as it's done by Democrats and against Trump, it's okay, right?

In a stunning admission, Special Counsel Jackson and team is admitting key evidence in former President Trump's classified doc criminal case was altered or manipulated since it was seized by the FBI and that prosecutors misled the court about it for a period of time.
Legal expert told Just the News the revelation could prove to be a serious problem for prosecutors in a violation of court rules to preserve evidence in the state it was seized.
In a new filing Friday, Smith team said the order of documents and some of the box of memos seized by the FBI from Trump Mayor Lago were altered or jumbled Leaving two different chronologies, one that was digitally scanned, another the physical order in the boxes.
Since the boxes were seized and stored, appropriate personnel have had access to them for several reasons, including to comply with orders issued by the court, In the civil proceedings noted above, for investigative purposes, and to facilitate the defendant's review of the boxes, Ms.
Thiem wrote in a new court filing to District Judge Eileen Cannon, who it seemed to me to be head and shoulders better than the others, she's not going to take this casually.
There's some boxes where the order of items within the box is not the same as in the associated scans.
Smith Dean, in a footnote, conceded it had misled the court about the problem by previously declaring the evidence had remained in the exact state it had been seized.
That's going to be a killer.
The government acknowledges this is inconsistent with what government counsel previously understood it represented to the court.
The organization of the documents in the storage boxes at Mar-a-Lago is likely to be an important part of Trump defense.
His team is expected to argue the documents were stored in the White House in chronological order on the days Trump received them, and that staff simply boxed them up and sent them to his home without his accessing them or knowing they contained classified information.
Smith Dean tried to downplay the problem, arguing it's not a reason for a delay.
But several little experts told Just the News the court filing essentially is an admission of evidence tampering and could be problematic.
Prosecutors and investigators should never tamper with or alter evidence in their possession, including the order of documents in a box, because one never knows what may become relevant or crucial to a court or jury later in the case, said Harvard Law professor Emeritus Alan Dershowitz.
Prominent defense attorney Jim Parlatore, who worked on Trump's team earlier in the Klasnok case but is no longer involved, said, This admission is stunning on multiple levels.
He said the revelation reinforces the incompetence of prosecutors in conducting basic criminal investigations and prosecutions I observed when I was on the team.
But at a deeper level, the loss of specific document locations is a destruction of exculpatory evidence.
I went through all the boxes at NARA, and the document order was important, because it cleared us that the boxes had been untouched since leaving the White House.

And now, you know, this is expanding upon the fraud.
And it's all lawfare designed to try and mentally and spiritually and emotionally exhaust Trump to a point where, you know, he gives up.
That's what this is all about.
And at the same time, you're witnessing the weaponization against the American people of this Justice Department.
And then at the same time, you're seeing the American people, as much as they stand up for Trump as a result of this injustice, He's also, again, sticking both feet in his mouth with these comments about international subjects that directly influence the Constitution and our freedoms by things like shut the protests down.
So, I don't think the Democrat prosecutions of Trump are going to go anywhere.
Ultimately, he has immunity as president, but it's just another It's like a bunch of wild maestros in an orchestra, each one playing their own rambunctious display and creating nothing but a cacophony, Jim.

Well, these trials aren't designed to convict Donald Trump.
They're just going to use gaslighting and power plays to get corrupt partners in there to convict Donald Trump of something.

Today I was going through some of my files.
I dropped one.
I spilled it.

And what did I find in there?
I found my old Uvalde, Texas shooting call sheet.
So I had the police call for service that originated within the first hour of the event.

I think a very plausible argument can be made that through no fault of his own, President Trump's command authority over both the Z National Guard and the U.S.
Army itself had been surreptitiously curtailed by the senior leadership of the Army on January 6.
2021, Colonel Matthews told the publication, the Daily Mail, in an exclusive May 3rd interview, Army leadership had unreasonably anticipated an unlawful order from the President.
An order the President had no plan to issue and were preemptively seeking to curtail his discretion to issue such an order.
The remarks by Colonel Maddux dovetail with the contents of a book written in mid-2021 entitled, I Alone Can Fix It, that claims then-chair of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Mark Milley and other military leaders informally planned for different ways to disobey potential orders issued by President Trump they disagreed with.
The DoD did not immediately respond to a request for comment on Colonel Matthews' claims.
On January 6, 2021, he was serving as the top attorney to Major General William Walker, who at the time was the commanding general of the D.C.
National Guard.
Major General Walker conveyed a request for assistance at around 1.50 p.m.
on January 6, but the Guard was not deployed to the Capitol until about 5.10 p.m.

The question remains why it took around three hours to deploy the D.C.
National Guard at the D.C.
Capitol on January 6th in response to unrest as Congress convened to certify the 2020 presidential election.
While it remains unclear exactly why there was such a long delay to mobilize and deploy the Guard from an armory only two miles from the Capitol.
A breakdown in communication and concern about the optics of using armed soldiers in response to the unrest have been posited, conjectured as key factors.
Really, embarrassing Trump was the motive.
The Pentagon inspector general, Mark N., another from the J6 committee, which of course was totally corrupt, concluded no Pentagon official deliberately delayed the deployment, right?
Anything but the truth.
Colonel Matthews has challenged the Pentagon narrative about Jan.
6.
He was also among four whistleblowers who testified before Congress on April 17 about the delay in deployment of the Guard that day.
Lawmakers were convening to certify the electoral vote to make the result of the 2020 election official.
In a 36-page memo, Col.
Matthews made two major accusations.
The first, two Army generals, Gen.
Charles Flynn, who served as deputy chief of staff for operations on Gen.
6, 2021, and Lt.
Gen.
Walter Platt, the director of Army staff, lied to Congress.
About a response to calls for a quick deployment of the D.C.
Guard that day as the unrest was unfolding.
The second key allegation is that the Pentagon narrative of events on January 6, as outlined in the DoD Inspector General's report, was full of factual inaccuracies.
Every leader in the D.C.
Guard wanted to respond, knew they could respond to the riot at the seat of government.
If they were given approval to do so on J6, Colonel Matthew wrote, instead, D.C.
Guard officials sat stunned, watching in the armory.
In the meantime, Colonel Mathers accused General Flynn and Lieutenant General Pyatt of lying to Congress when they denied ever saying that the Guard should not be deployed to the Capitol.
Colonel Matthews elaborated on his interview with the Daily Mail, claiming that General Flynn and Lieutenant General Bill were both obsessively focused on the bad optics of deploying military personnel to the Capitol while Congress was certifying the electoral vote.
He said they both believed civilian law enforcement could handle a job, and felt the best use of guard would be to relieve civilian law enforcement at another location to free them up for the Capitol.
Neither Flynn nor Baird could be reached for comment.
The Pentagon did not respond, however.
When Colonel Matthew Manning was first released, Army spokesperson Mike Brady told Politico General Flynn and Lieutenant General Peatt have been open, honest and thorough in their sworn testimony with Congress and DOD investigators.

The awkward exchange has gone viral, days after Harris 59 appeared on the Drew Barrymore Show.
