It is Wednesday, the 24th of April 2024.
Let's take a look at our topics and then get some opening statements.
We're going to the war.
We're going to follow the money.
We're going to take a look at the funding apparatus for what we're looking at for the empire.
We got COVID.
We have specifically where the leaders want to herd the sheeple, the WHO treaty to health order, vaxes, lockdowns that there dictate Trump Biden optics, official optics, and a golden oldie normalization.
Joe, opening statement, brother.
Oh yeah, over the weekend, the house mouse, Mikey Johnson, consulted with DJT, and DJT said, yeah, let's go ahead and give $95 million to the war industry.
$61 billion to Ziolinski.
Let's give $26 billion to Netanyahu.
Let's go ahead and give $8 billion to Taiwan.
And let's also make TikTok illegal.
That's a wonderful thing that our government's doing for us.
One of the things I mentioned last week was some of the military expenses that we've been having to deal with.
Like the $1.2 billion total loss of the Bonham Richard assault ship due to a fire, and that the people all involved had been in previous court-martials that were rejected because one of them was a DEI guy, and you can't let him off the hook without letting them all off the hook, and you can't put him on the hook because He's part of the protected class.
So, you know, give me a break.
And then also the USS Connecticut submarine, which hit an undersea mount, which anybody should have known the sonar should have been able to detect.
Absolutely 100% preventable accident.
They're claiming that this $3 billion nuclear submarine is going to be out of service until 2026, and they can repair it for $50 million.
And if you believe that, I've got a bridge over the Chesapeake Bay that I can sell you.
But just to update with a little bit more information, we have sent Bradley infantry fighting vehicles to Ukraine.
We've sent the hundreds of them at $4 million a pop.
And so far, the Russians have destroyed 68 of them, which is almost $300 million.
And now we're planning to send more attack missiles, which are solid rocket, medium range ballistic missiles, and have a range of 190 miles.
They travel at Mach 2, and they cost $1.7 million each.
But the horrifying thing is that they are nuclear capable.
And then we've also loaded nuclear bombs in our B-52s at Minot Air Force Base, and we're in the process of sending them over to Poland.
So how much more of this nuclear saber-rattling is Putin going to put up with before we start popping off nukes left and right?
Because that's the only option these SOBs have left, is to go ahead and put us in a nuclear Armageddon, and they're trying at every theater possible and using every provocative tactic necessary to start a war that they can blame The other guys started it just like they did Vietnam, just like they did a World War II, just like they tried to do with the USS Liberty, just like they're doing right now.
Every bit of it, just like they did with 9-1-1.
The other guys did it.

They've been caught basically double dealing and basically dirty play in the entire world and doing this controlled opposition dialogue around the world.
You're seeing it unravel in many different fronts.
Look at the Taiwan versus Chinese mainland.
Both of these two constructs were basically developed amongst the secret society, Judeo-Masonic families and their Kohongs in in these countries, whether you're talking Chiang Kai-shek and the Kuomintang, or whether you're talking Mao and the communists, they were all clandestinely funded through the Rockefellers, whether it was through Nelson on one side or David on the other side.
You know, and they get all these people lined into these different ideologies, fighting with each other to the death over them, but over the struggle between them.
And ultimately, their controlled opposition dialogues the whole time.
They are depopulation gambits and dispossession tactics and bargaining tactics.
So yeah, these people, they take things away with the authority of the state or other things that they have no business taking in the first place, and then people have to beg for the things that they had no business being taken for them to get back in It's a struggle.
It's the whole political theatrics that I talk about all the time.
It's really that.
It's how they justify, you know, the endgame and the endgame justifies the politics.
So yeah, I think that their theaters on many different fronts are starting to crumble.
And even their economic facade is starting to crumble with the Ponzi thing.
If you look at the Shanghai futures and the metal exchanges in China right now, the premiums are way over the American markets.
The delivery system, it's certainly nothing on margin anymore.
It is literally on-the-spot trade, and it's certainly nothing like LBMA and COMEX in some of the markets out of D.C.
or London.
So you're seeing an entire stripping of the Keynesian credit system.
And it's being transitioned back into the Austrian system and run through Shanghai and many other things like this.
I almost think that that's part of a controlled opposition dialogue in itself as well, being that Goldman Sachs created the BRICS initiative.
They are behind much of the One Belt, One Road stuff for the Greater Israel Project.
And I'd also like to point out, think of FDR and his family running the opium trade through the East India Company in China, you know, the Delanos and that, in the 1800s.
And then in the 1900s, picking a side in terms of the warlords they support for the political agendas and things of the sort.
And then when war breaks out, pretty much FDR goes down and then it's a struggle for the You know, the control of China and Russia and many of these places.
Ultimately, much of these revolutions started in Geneva, London, and New York and were funded from these areas and controlled by these Judeo-Masonic fraternal organizations from the get-go.
So once people see through that shit, maybe they'll stop taking these controlled opposition offerings and start making their own alternatives because that's really the only way out of this.

But today he quoted an article in The Spectator saying that, well, it doesn't look like they're going to be able to create the conditions for Putin to attack a NATO nation, so they can't invoke Article 5, but a coalition of the willing can go ahead and send their troops in, and even if they get killed, it won't They're trying to meander this thing around so that after they do get killed that they will end up provoking the war that they've always wanted.

You know, I'll do you one better on this too, Joe, is think about the Federal Reserve and how that thing has impacted the housing potential of the people in the workforce.
So making it basically so unless you're not a veteran, or if you're a veteran, you get a house, and if you're not, then you pretty much are going to have to scrape through and really find a way.
It's amazing to see how this whole network of Rothschild mercenaries are basically conscripted into service for this country and then rendering over the spoils to the private sector in such a manner.
The central banking system and the military industrial complex are perfect constructs of 2,000 years of these guys using authority, whether it's through the state or through the church or through whatever, through the mercenary or through the military too.
To really ascertain these type of data over the human species by use of inquisition tactics and many other things, if you really think about it, they have perfected this system of wringing out the optimum yield from the tax cattle.
And ultimately, anything that you do in this world is taxed.
Anything that you gain is taxed, double-taxed, triple-taxed, quadruple-taxed, everywhere you go.
So in a sense, they take the status quo for these expectations and move them by compromising all these governments in the way that they do.
So basically, there's no way you can outrun this.
There's no way you can prep this.
They're going to basically tax you to death through taxation or inflation, as they pretty much say.
And that has pretty much been the formula and agenda of every one of these missions.
And they all seem to be working towards Israel and the Zionist Crusades, don't they?
So when you look at this, look at us going $35 trillion in debt to finance the Zionist Crusades and the private sector's takeover of the energy sector, of the water sector, and of the real estate and everything else, the production of goods, and seeing what they have in mind for the next You know, 20, 30 years.

Come to find out that us conspiracy theorists were exactly fucking right, and then some, and the authority that had banned us for speculating conspiracy theory somehow or another faced no consequences for putting out the biowarfare weapon, the reaction for the biowarfare weapon, which is the plant all along the Vax, And then even the exposure of this and the throwing out of people that have not only been whistleblowers, but also victims and profits of this, you know, in terms of prophecy, not money.
You know, they basically deplatformed us, took our free speech away, took our First Amendment rights away, and have gotten away with it.
And this is really the status quo that they've put on the world.
This is the expectation.
And somehow or another, nobody's ever done a fucking thing about this, and nobody's ever really used Constitution in the way that it needs to be used.

Over hypo-allocated certificates, things of the sort, these guys have a house of cards in every single marketplace and every single commodity.
And if that ever got called to the carpet and thrown out of their buy-on-margin control system, these guys would be done.
If you ever got called to the carpet in terms of on a settlement, like they're starting to do in the Shanghai, these guys are going to really have some trouble.
And you can see why they're trying to position us as adversaries to these places that are doing this to them.
So this is how these guys do it all along, man.
They got to basically play both sides against the middle.
They did this in the Cold War.
They're doing it in both World Wars.
They're doing it again in World War III, which is happening right now to all of us, 7 billion worldwide.

And Joe, what you're talking about is the cost of those bills.
It's not the cost of the Fed.
They charge us, the taxpayers, an operating cost to them.
And the unaccountability, I had a dinner at a economics conference with economist Michael Hudson.
And Michael is at the University of East St.
Louis or Washington University, somewhere around there in St.
Louis.
He's a published author, bestseller, I believe.
And one of the one of the top few people who know what's going on in terms of economics.
And so I said, hey, Michael, would there be anything to stop the Fed from creating a shadow bank and then entering as many zeros as they want and pretty much buy in anything that they wanted to?
Because it would be their bank.
And since they're doing the accounting and the rules only apply to the little people, that's how they're able to gamble in the derivatives market in the quadrillions.
That's a thousand trillions.
So I said, Michael, is there anything that would prevent the Fed from doing that?
And he looked at me steely-eyed and said, absolutely nothing.
And that's true.

And Chris, you're talking about the Shanghai Exchange and the charges that they add on to the cost of silver for delivery.

I do want to talk about that.
So what we have is we have this oligarchy that gets funded by our investments that we put into our so-called retirement accounts and Vanguard and BlackRod and State Street.
They have their Wall Street advisors and they determine where our retirement funds are going to quote unquote invest and they invest into the chosen companies that follow the narrative.
And that's pretty much what we have.
And if you don't know about State Street and BlackRock and Vanguard, just look them up.
And a lot of the economics background information is pretty good.
They won't add two and two together for you, but you'll be able to see for yourself the power of these markets.
And let's see, what else did I want to say about that?
The oligarchies, yeah.
I guess that's pretty much the big picture is that the oligarchies control everything of importance and that included their big pharma.
You got to own big pharma for the pharma Kia.
You got to have control what is used for food.
You got to control what is used for media.
And all of those oligarchies are controlled.
And if they're receiving money from BlackRot, Vanguard, State Street, then they're agreed to play the game.
Because part of it is just basic gangster business, is that if you want them to play dirty, you got to pay them.
And if you pay them, you'll find people to play dirty.

Yeah.
Was going to mention that BlackRock and Vanguard have been heavily invested in minerals and agricultural land and industry in Ukraine and all of that's being destroyed.
So when this thing finally shakes out, the United States has got $100 billion of Russian capital that was invested that they've locked up with the SWIFT system.
And the EU has $200 billion.
And we just passed a law saying it's OK for us to go ahead and steal that money from Putin because he's bad.
And so Putin said, well, guess what?
You have more than $300 billion of assets in Russia that are Western-owned assets.
I'll nationalize those.
And guess what?
When it's time for the lines to be drawn in what's left of the rump state of Ukraine to be nothing but a DMZ zone, BlackRock and Vanguard are going to go to Putin ...Putin and say, well, pay us for all the stuff that we bought at fire sale from the Ukrainian people, and now you control, and he's going to say, go pound sand, and then they're going to turn to the U.S.
Congress, and the U.S.
Congress will go, tell us how big a check you want us to write, because we know that you need to get a return on the actual value of those properties, rather than what you invested or what you could possibly ever get out of them, because we are run by nothing but thieves, wall to wall.
They're too big to fail, Joe.
That's why we have to bail them out.

Oh, many, many.
More than I should probably share, but I'm going to share this one.
I often said about Javier Mille in Argentina, that he's a WEF operative, that he is positioned there to satisfy the debt merchants from America and many London and New York, mostly of the same haplo group, that have purchased much of the toxic debt of the bankruptcies of 2003, 2004, and 2005, when they were restructuring Argentina's debt.
These guys had a stipulation of buying this toxic debt that if it was not repaid by the government within 20 years, that it would be repaid through an IMF loan in full, or the full Lucky Larry Silverstein amount, you know, where they took $20-30 million and bought $4-5 billion worth of debt.
And basically, it's coming due.
The 20-year time is now.
And I think Javier Millet is in there to cut a lot of the social programs to restructure that allocation towards satisfying these contracts.
And I think you're seeing this model go on around the world, per se, maybe not on the same scale and the same scope, but more or less the same concept.
And this is how these guys steal our wealth, steal our assets, steal our land, and steal our countries.
So, yeah, they prioritize these operatives on the balance of both sides and run them one side against the other and play that political pendulum and that whole theater, like I said.
But it's a good thing.
It's amazing to see this game go on and see less people really getting a clue, but I think now when you start looking at these things and you start seeing these connections, maybe you can see the bigger picture of what's going on.
A la John Perkins or many of the other ways of the world that have gone on far too long under our noses.
Sorry to be so long-winded there, but I think it's kind of good to dive into the weeds on some of these topics and get people looking into this.
Yeah, it is, it is.
And people don't have to worry about being overwhelmed about how much that they don't know.
Just sufficient to withdraw, consent, demand, arrest.
And then if we win, then we can rip everything open and find out all the other stuff that we didn't know.
And I do want to talk a little bit about how this corporate oligarch is funded through BlackRock and Vanguard and State Street.
So these experts decide where us public employees, so they tell public employees like teachers, they say, okay, so this is what we're going to do.
We're going to take part of your paycheck out and we're going to invest it for you.
To pay for your retirement.
And the other public employees who've retired.

So that money is put into the chosen corporations.
Now in 2012, I guess a couple years before that, Walter Burian, a hero, a hall of famer for truth, had been going into the CAFRs, the Comprehensive Annual Financial Reports, and by 2012 I was on it.
And I read three of them cover to cover.
These are approximately 400 page documents.
I read the state of California, the city of Los Angeles, and the county of Los Angeles.
And once you see the design of it, they are designed to obfuscate.
But if you know where to look, And if you look, you figure out where to look and where the numbers are.
And Walter did a good job of going through.
And there was another guy.
Oh, I forget his name.
He did a good job going through the California CAFR.
So in the state of California there, when I looked in 2012, there was a total of $600 billion invested to pay for these retirement accounts.
And as a public school teacher, you know, we receive annual reports talking about how rosy the picture always is.
Because the value of the invested stocks just keep going up.
In the rigged casino, of course, for the optics.
But I had a different question looking at the CAFR.
I said, okay, so $600 billion is invested, huh?
I don't give a fuck about what the stock value price is, is that you're saying that this is paying for the retirements.
What is the net income derived from that $600 billion invested?
And I got the answer.
The answer was one.
So we invest $600, we get one.
The Wall Street experts, they get paid $2 billion.
That was one-sixth of one percent of the investment.
So I thought, maybe that's just an off year.
I should go back a little bit, get more data.
So I went back 10 years.
Each of the 10 years, the average rate of return was less than 1%.
Some years it was negative.
And that is part of the Ponzi scheme of how we're paying for our own enslavement, and hence the essential stand to withdraw consent to demand arrest, and that we're being played by these asset holes.
And here's an interesting quote from Winston Churchill in 1930.

If people don't really put that together there, that was the creation of the fiat central banking systems in the first place.

And then we had Disinfo Dillingpole, James Dillingpole, at the time, was working for some London newspaper.
I don't know where he is now, but he also agreed to interview.
He did a daily radio program.

Yeah, think about how many of these connections can be made between the CIA, the prison system, a lot of the operatives, whether it's Whitey Bulger or Charles Manson or any of these type of people, and the connection between military operatives and gang members being let into and out of prisons selectively to serve as alibis in many cases for assassinations.
I know it sounds hard to believe, but this has been going on since 1958 or 59 during the Eisenhower administration.
It was sanctioned by the Pentagon, and it was under Operation Chaos.
And this was going on in the 50s.
It was working in conjunction with COINTELPRO and the FBI, and running a lot of things like the Mafia and things of this sort.
It started to get exposed.
They did a hangout with the Veloci Papers and Vito Genovese.
You know, but ultimately at the end of the day, these guys just killed the loose cannons and reigned in a tighter grip and kept their organized crime going.
There is a white collar commission at the top of all organized black collar crime that is sanctioning this type of behavior and legitimizing their profits.
So, yeah, if you're not part of the club, you know, you're hammered with the full weight of the law enforcement agencies.
And if you are part of the club, then you're ignored by them.
So, This is really how things go, and if people haven't figured that out yet, I don't know what to say.
But at least now, what is understood doesn't need to be discussed anymore, right?
We can really think about how do we fix it, and what do we do from here as far as correcting this issue.
And I think there's a lot of places we could start, and we just really have to treat this like a criminal investigation and a RICO investigation.
And you never hear law enforcement investigating themselves.
Do you think the deep state's going to self-regulate itself or investigate itself?

Or if they do, it's going to be a limited hangout like the Ray things and whatever else.
So yeah, this is a big crock of shit that is just watering down emotions and outrage and just filibustering us in many ways while we keep paying taxes and funding our own demise.

Regarding Martin's room at the Lorraine Motel, he had a volunteer group of black detectives who every time he was in Memphis would volunteer to give King 24-7 protection and they chose the upper floor room that would give the maximum protection from anybody who might attempt to assassinate King, so away from a sniper.
And the testimony of the hotel manager was that they received a phone call claiming to be from the police department

And then the next day, the official said, you know, during the assassination, it's very stressful and you may hear people say things that that just aren't true.
Some people claim that there was another sniper on the grassy knoll.
But in this case, as you can see, there is no grassy knoll.
There's no place to.
But that's because that evening, as Joe said, they Ordered the officials to cut down all that tall grass.
So the facts are always damning to our opponents.
And we do need some sort of a breakthrough in order to have those facts recognized.

I'm just going to be the golden oldie coming up in a moment about weather manipulation.

We mentioned earlier the Pepe Escobar on the F-35 and the EMP strike over Iran.
Seems highly plausible to me.
That's what all of the war planning by the United States is, and all of the war defenses are, that You know, Korea is going to launch an EMP and it's going to knock out half the electricity in the United States.
And if they launch two of them, they'll knock out 100% of the electricity.
And not only that, it fries everything that's got an electronic circuit in it because the electromagnetic pulses override the NP breakers between your different microchips.
And basically, you fry every microchip that's within range of these EMP signals.
So that's anything that's not underground or inside a very well-protected and grounded Faraday cage.
So very possible that that's what Israel had planned and that they would do the initial strike with a single F-35 firing a missile that would do the EMP strike.
And then once they had the missile defense systems and the various communication systems disabled in Iran, then they were able to do another strike that would be worse than what the Iranians did to them.
And they would tell themselves that they'd done enough that Iran would never rise up against them.
But bottom line is...
They've got 200 nukes and we know they're planning on using more than just an EMP nuke in the atmosphere.
They were planning on nuking the whole place down because they want to make Iran look like Gaza.
Well, guess what?
Iran has the capability of making Tel Aviv look like Gaza.
And according to Pepe Escobar, and this is published at stateofthenation.co, huge cover-up, Russian Air Force shot down Israeli F-35 leaving
Now, Scott Ritter said that this couldn't possibly have happened because they wouldn't have used an F-35, they would have used an F-16, but it doesn't matter because the F-35 does have standing pylons and you can put bombs outside of the bomb bay doors, so You know, bottom line is, I don't know that Scott's particularly correct on this.
And Pablo's been spot on in everything that he's done, sort of like Cy Hirsch.
And so he's got a pretty high level of credibility.
And he said he did not make a single statement until he had it vetted from two independent dependent sources, number one, and number two, that he had more information than he was going to be able to disclose to prove to himself that disclosing the front portion of this was not going to endanger anything.
But he said that the information is there.
And if that's what happened, then there's going to be debris from an F-35 sitting somewhere in Iraq, and there's going to be debris of the bombs.
And like Scott said, well, the bomb would have gone off, there would have been a nuclear signature.
Not necessarily, because these things are not armed until they're sent, and sometimes they're sent with a delayed arming mechanism, so that even after they're launched by the jet, the jet doesn't want to be caught in an EMV field either because it's not protected.
And so the jet's going to launch something that's going to travel 100 miles away from where the jet U-turns and exits.
And so the jet's going to be 300 miles away in the opposite direction at high speed.
And they would use the F-35 because, quote, it's more stealthy than the F-16.
So bottom line is, if this is in fact what happened, Then we have an enormous escalation and probably it's what happened because it's probably the reason why the United States went, oh shit, you've crossed a big red line for everybody on the planet, Nutty Yahoo, and this will not stand.
You're going to stand down completely, which is why they haven't done anything since this little particular fiasco.
So I find the level of plausibility to be a lot higher that this is exactly what happened, and this is why we're that close to the threshold.
Because once you start deploying nuclear weapons against one person, then it's like, hell, Katie, bar the door.
Pakistan has nuclear weapons and missiles that can reach Tel Aviv, and they pretty much decided that they would rather be friends with Iran than friends with the Jew boys.
So, that's a little bit of a problem.

And then the Russians have set up new perimeters, and they've started installing the newest Russian air defense systems around Iran.

So they're admitting that they could manipulate the weather and that didn't go anywhere then.

So we don't have to suffer from droughts, is what you're saying, is that there's a possibility that in good faith Open experimentation and pilot projects.
We could probably get this down to science and then have water abundance everywhere, or at least water sufficiency.
That would be the implication.
But our leadership is never going to put us into those directions.

This planet can be a beautiful place.
And I think that's just the beginning of it.
I think we're going to find that it's not just Earth is a beautiful place, is that we'll be able to visit the neighbors.
And that will be a much bigger story and possibility.
Joe, final thoughts?
Yeah, one of the things that normally pops up on my feed is stuff to do with science.
And there was a guy that came up yesterday, and I didn't write his website down, even though I watched one of his programs on slide rules.
And slide rules use logarithms, and you add the two logarithms, and you multiply, and then if you subtract the two logarithms, you can divide.
But that only gives you, like, three or four digit accuracy.
But it doesn't tell you where the decimal place is, so you can be off by a factor, a magnitudes factor, 10, 20, 100, you know, 10, 100, 1000, if you don't understand that particular thing and do everything in scientific notation.
So when I was an engineering student, we started with nothing but slide rules, but about halfway through my, quote, education, they brought in an IBM 360, and we had to spend hours every night after After midnight in the basement of the engineering building because you couldn't get onto a key punch machine because all the machine time was logged up by the professors who were sitting in there running their own programs.
And I key punched several thousand Fortran cards before I finally got out of college.
But bottom line is, we had an intuitive knowledge of absolutely every underlying principle and every mathematical formula and knew how to do mathematics in our heads so we could tell if an answer was correct before we wrote it down.
Now, everybody is just plug and play.
They don't even know what the formulas are.
If they don't have a computer in front of them where they can sit there and go, well, this number goes in that blank, that number goes in black bank, there's your answer.
It's like, Show your work!
We had to show our work and they don't have to show anything because all they got to do is punch a couple of numbers and then they get a phony baloney degree and I guarantee you every engineer that I've met that's graduated in the last 30 years is absolutely mindless.
They have no idea about the scientific principles involved in engineering and they have no ability to think coherently and provide useful situations which is why I'm still invited by Expert architects to come in and correct their material and why I'm invited by expert lawyers to do forensic engineering where I have never lost a forensic engineering case.
I win them with an out-of-court settlement just based on interrogatories or depositions because once you know what you're doing it makes it obvious that your opposition doesn't.
So bottom line is It would be worth your time to find, and I'll put a link to the guy's website, because it would be worth your time if you've got a college student, to sit down with them and have them walk through the basics of logarithms.
Because, as I mentioned in the comment section, the Wright brothers were the first to do heavier-than-air powered flight, and that was on December 17th in 1903.
By October 14, 1947, Chuck Yeager was able to break the sound barrier in the Bell X-1 rocket.
And they did every bit of those aerodynamic calculations and derived all of those formulas and all of those coefficients using nothing but slide rules and measurements that were made in wind tunnels.
And we were able to make that level of improvement in 44 years.
So you tell me that slide rules and engineers didn't know what they were doing because they didn't have 10-digit accuracy.
We got the right answer with three digits, and it doesn't matter if you got 10-digit accuracy.
If you've got the wrong freaking answer so wake the hell up and stop being so egotistical about your current modern society because it's mostly crap and you're too stupid to know it.
Give you some anecdotal support for your testimony, Joe, of the engineering students really not getting what an objective observer, a professional, an engineering professional would conclude would be appropriate education to enter into the field.
My dad was a mechanical engineer, up here, Herman Finney Codmer.
And he would say the same thing.
He would say when they hired an engineer, Is that all they were looking for is somebody who had the potential of being trained?
Because he said the same thing, is that they know some book stuff.
And I asked my dad, do you use any of the formulas, the advanced mathematical formulas in your work as a mechanical engineer?
He says, one.
It's kind of a shortcut, but just one of them.
And he asked my younger brother and I, who were both math teachers, he said, boys, Can you explain to me why math is taught the way that it is?
And we had had these conversations before and we said, no.
And that led now, and I'll put documentation in the show notes here to be able to demonstrate that all the so-called real world math problems, none of them are real.
They're all orchestrated and they make them up.
Some of the word problems violate the definitions of mathematics and pretty much all of those so-called word problems of real-world scenarios are actually insulting to people who do real work because they're pretending that the professionals are measuring something that nobody gives a fuck about.
And I would frame it to students is that for every chapter, we would have analysis of these word problems.
And they would get one on the test.
They would get one on the practice test.
And I'd point to them at the end of the chapter.
And their job was not to solve the word problem.
But what they had to do is they had to explain three reasons, given the information in the word problem, why or why not.
This is a real world situation.
And none of them can defend these word problems.
I've never had a student who's been able to construct an answer that this is what real people would do, given the problems that are in our students' algebra textbooks.
And in the final exam, I'd ask the students to, and I tell them up front, that they can think about this because I want them to think about this.
I want them to give me Their best answer of why do you think these professionals do that?
They're lying to kids about real world situations.
They're lying to you.
Why do you think they're doing that?
It's intentional.
It's not an accident.
Why?
And the students would be brilliant.
They would say that they're just playing us.
They're treating us as if we're stupid, and we'll just pay their taxes, and then they want us to zone out like we do in math class.
When they say shit and give us numbers, they want us to not hold them accountable.
And the students would come around this, because I think you're right, Mr. Herman, I think it's an empire.
I think that's the best way of describing it, and they don't want to be caught Because they're doing this shady stuff.
And if we really looked at the numbers, we'd catch them.
Smart kids.
