Time Text
And welcome, folks!
This is Truth vs. News, and this is Monday, the April 1st, April Fool's Day.
How about that?
It's followed the most holy day of the calendar, Easter, and the whole week of the Holy Week is just something else.
And we're going to report on what really happened in this Holy and Hell Week and other things that are going on.
And I will also say I got a really special announcement I'm going to make it here.
Uh, tomorrow is my 80th birthday.
So anyway, with that, I think we're gonna let Jim carry on here.
Oh, I gotta introduce my wonderful people here.
I've got... You're just a kid, John.
Yeah, I'm just a kid.
But most wonderful people.
I got Jim Petser, who's the author of many books, including about 9-11 and about Sandy Hook and JFK and others.
And he's just an absolute wonder.
I think you're 83 or 84 now.
And then we have Scott Bennett, who is just a super gentleman who's written a killer game book about terrorist financing and the army and other things that are seemingly happening right before our eyes now.
So you're spot on.
And we have Ryan Davidson, a private investigator out of Houston, who really has the insights to lay it on the line to let you know what's really going on.
So, Jim, what's really going on back there in the Mideast and Russia and other places?
Looks like we got some heavy hitting going on.
A lot of serious stuff, Don.
We have the U.N.
envoy accusing Israel of genocide.
Does anyone have any doubt about it?
West Jerusalem has denounced Francesca Albany's report as outrageous, but it appears to be completely accurate and true, and the truth in this case is outrageous.
The overwhelming nature and scale of Israel's assault on Gaza and the destructive conditions of life it has implicated reveal an intent to physically destroy Palestinians as a group.
She wrote in the report entitled, Anatomy of a Genocide.
She argued Israel has destroyed Gaza over the past five months, killing over 30,000 Palestinians, destroying 70% of residential area, displacing 80% of the enclave's residents.
There are reasonable grounds to believe that the threshold indicating Israel's commission of genocide is met.
She accused Israel of violating three criteria of the Genocide Convention—killing members of a community, inflicting serious mental or bodily harm to the group, and deliberately inflicting conditions on the group calculated to bring about physical destruction in whole or in part.
As proof of intent, she quoted vitriolic genocidal rhetoric.
Coming from Israeli President Yitzhak Herzog, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Defense Minister Yoav Golan, IDF Spokesperson Daniel Hegary, Agriculture Minister Avi Dekter, Heritage Minister Aymal Elia and Lukyan Envy, Reva Talgutlieb, as well as others.
Israeli diplomatic mission predictably denounced the report as outrageous and simply an extension of a campaign seeking to undermine the very establishment of the Jewish state.
Israel's war is against Hamas, not against Palestinian submission, they claim.
Meanwhile, Moon of Alabama very perceptively observed the New York Times misreported the cause of resolution.
No one, to no one's surprise, The very same New York Times that relied on lying witnesses that falsely claimed Hamas had raped Israeli women is now also lying about a ceasefire resolution for Gaza that passed the United Nations Security Council.
U.N.
Security Council calls for immediate ceasefire in Gaza.
The Security Council Monday passed a resolution calling for an immediate ceasefire.
The resolution passed with 14 votes in favor and one abstention, which U.S.
officials said they did in part because the resolution did not condemn Hamas.
The resolution also called for immediate and unconditional release of all hostage and the lifting of all barriers to the provision of humanitarian assistance, such as food and water.
U.N.
Security Council resolutions are legally binding under international law.
They therefore use very specific language.
If a Security Council resolution calls upon someone to do something, it's a legal equivalent of asking, pretty please, it has no real significance.
The resolution 2728 passed yesterday, however, did not call upon Hamas or Israel to do this or that.
It demanded them to do so.
Here it is.
The Security Council 1 demands an immediate ceasefire for the month of Ramadan, respected by all parties leading to a lasting, sustainable ceasefire, and demands the immediate and unconditional release of all hostages, as well as ensuring humanitarian access, and further demands that parties comply with their obligations.
Two, emphasizes the urgent need to expand the role of humanitarian assistance to and reinforce protection of civilians in the Gaza Strip and reiterates its demand for the lifting of all barriers, etc.
After the resolution passed, the United States falsely claimed it was not legally binding.
The U.S.
is unilaterally claiming Security Council Resolution 2728 is non-binding and therefore has no impact on its policy or the illegality of Israel's continuing war.
How do we figure out the will of the U.N.
Security Council?
We turn to the principles of treaty interpretation contained in the Vienna Convention and the Law of Treaties.
The resolution is, despite statements to the contrary, legally binding.
It creates a legally binding request, demand for an immediate ceasefire, and a legally binding demand to immediately release all hostages.
By using the calls for wording instead of demand, actually in the resolution, the Times is deceiving its readers about the obligations thereby created.
The Washington Post, by comparison, used the correct language.
The latest resolution demanding an end to fighting was backed by 14 members, including China and Russia.
While the language is correct in the post, it's still deceiving.
The U.S.
and Israel have sought to combine the two issues of a ceasefire and a hostage release into one.
A ceasefire would depend on the hostage release and vice versa, but the U.N.
resolution explicitly separated those issues into two different demands.
Adding the immediate provision of food is another demand.
It demands both sides cease fire, demands both sides release hostages.
It does not connect the two.
Meanwhile, further observations.
What this means, Ted Snyder asks, is America a rogue superpower?
Unipolarism means the U.S.
was at least in theory alone in leading the world now.
Unipolar means the U.S.
is alone in isolated opposition to the world.
He refers to the recent resolution demanding a ceasefire in Gaza, demanding the release of hostages, demanding the unhindered supply of food and other items.
The U.S.
has falsely claimed the resolution is not binding.
As Snyder writes, On March 25th, the U.S.
went one step further, took a step toward becoming a rogue state who has supplanted international law with its own rules-based order.
International law is grounded in the charter system of the United Nations and is universally applicable.
The rules-based order is composed of unwritten laws whose source, consent, and legitimacy are unknown.
To the global majority, those unwritten laws have the appearance of being invoked when they benefit the U.S.
and its partners and not being invoked when they don't.
On March 25th, the Security Council based a resolution demanding the immediate ceasefire.
It was able to pass because the U.S.
stood aside and let the other 14 members pass it.
But in her explanation of the American abstention, U.S.
Ambassador to the U.N.
Linda Thomas-Greenfield surprisingly said, "We fully support some of the critical objectives in this non-binding resolution." Her claim that it is non-binding was not an off script impromptu remark.
It was a strategy of a country that enforces not international law, but the U.S.-led rules-based order.
Arnaud Bertrand added similar thoughts.
Since the beginning, it's been obvious Gaza was in many ways a fight between international law and the U.S.
rules-based order.
This whole episode is a perfect illustration.
No debate among international law scholars that resolutions by a Security Council that demand actions are binding.
Resolutions of counsel are international law.
Article 25 of the Charter clearly states, the members of the United Nations agree to accept and carry out the decisions of the Security Council in accordance with the present Charter.
Yep, the U.S.
now argues the rule is, in fact, different.
It's a non-binding resolution.
There's no impact at all on Israel.
Where is this rule written, somehow, when the Security Council demands an immediate ceasefire for the month of Ramadan, respected by all parties leading to a lasting, sustainable ceasefire?
It's non-binding, and there's no impact at all on the warring party.
Nowhere!
That's the beauty of the rule-based order.
They're made up in a moment of interest of the U.S.
and its henchmen.
The big issue here is that the whole world literally disagrees with the U.S.
Snyder again.
All U.N.
Security Council resolutions are legally binding and have the status of international law.
That's why Secretary General Guterres said, this resolution must be implemented.
Failure would be unforgivable.
U.N.
Deputy Spokesperson Farhan Haque explained, all the resolutions of Security Council are international law.
They are as binding as international law.
Others responded.
France, too, rejects the U.S.
claim, insists it's absolutely binding, especially binding for Israel.
A United Nations Security Council resolution is binding under international law.
All concerned parties must implement it, especially Israel, to whom it is incumbent to apply this resolution.
Russia, similarly.
Russia's Foreign Ministry said U.N.
security resolution calling for immediate ceasefire and access to humanitarian aid is binding for all sides, including Israel.
The Russian expert expects that binding resolution 2728 will contribute to de-escalating violence in Gaza, including preventing the Israeli operation in Rafah, freeing hostages, and increasing humanitarian assistance.
Four of the five permanent members, including two major U.S.
allies, all of its non-permanent members and U.N.
Secretary General have explicitly said the resolution is binding.
The U.S., and perhaps a few proxies, is the only state to dispute it.
This is huge.
There's no overstating how consequential it is for the integrity of international relations.
By doing so, the U.S.
effectively destroys the world order it largely created after World War II, effectively telling everyone the set of institution rules and norms that underpin it are meaningless.
We're effectively now in a world system where everyone realizes the beliefs, the government, the basic set of beliefs, have become completely corrupted.
This changes everything.
What comes next?
I think there's no coming back for the U.S., and I think they know this, maybe unconsciously.
Otherwise, they would at least pretend to act for the better good of all.
The fact they don't shows they've effectively abdicated ambition to restore their hegemony.
They're now nakedly in it to milk the system for themselves.
Universal pretensions have gone.
The U.S.
is now also using protectionism, subsidies, and tariffs illegal under World Trade Organization rules that it previously accepted.
But as it has managed, without any serious argument to destroy the WTO's court, there is no longer a direct way it can be penalized.
Trade, however, is only one field of international relations.
The stakes are much higher when it comes to a matter of peace and war.
Bergen concludes, most countries don't want to live in an eat-or-get-eaten, might-make-right world without rules or norms.
So, in time, a new system will arise.
The biggest unknowns?
Can it arise without a major global war?
Atlantic Magazine was dedicating months worth of journalistic resources to investigating whether powerless college kids have opinions slightly outside of mainstream acceptability.
The UN Special Rapporteur for Human Rights in Palestine was engaged in what one might reasonably say was a slightly more pressing endeavor, reporting on whether Israel is in fact committing genocide against the Palestinian people.
Here is Francesca Albanese explaining her task.
Following nearly six months of unrelenting Israeli assault on occupied Gaza, it is my solemn duty to report on the worst of what humanity is capable of and to present my finding.
The anatomy of a genocide.
History teaches us that genocide is a process, not a single act.
It starts with the dehumanization of a group as other, and the denial of that group's humanity, and ends with the destruction of the group in whole or in part.
The dehumanization of Palestinians as a group is the hallmark of their history of ethnic cleansing, dispossession, and apartheid.
In the words of Edward Said, Palestinians were made orphans of a homeland by the creation of the State of Israel and its continuous policies intended to erase their presence from their land.
Genocide is defined in international law as specific sets of acts committed with intent to destroy in whole or in part a national, ethnical, racial or religious group as such.
It is often referred to as the crime of crimes due to its complexity and because of the challenge of proving the specific intent as the Convention requires.
And yet, this complexity is not about the creation of a hierarchy among atrocity crimes.
It's rather a reflection of a different nature and scale.
The heightened threshold for intent Namely, to destroy a group as prescribed by Article 2 of the Genocide Convention must be proven directly or inferred from facts which admit of no other reasonable inference.
But when genocidal intent is so conspicuous, so ostentatious as it is in Gaza, we cannot avert our eyes.
We must confront genocide.
We must prevent it.
And we must punish it.
I hope you really took that in.
Here we have Albanese.
She's a human rights lawyer hired by the UN Human Rights Council to provide analysis.
She is telling them in no uncertain terms that there are quote, reasonable grounds to believe that Israel is in fact committing genocide.
The viewpoint maligned as fringe and hysterical by the U.S.
media is now finding widespread validation among everyone from U.N.-hired experts to the International Court of Justice to a majority of Biden 2020 voters to cultural figures like Joe Rogan, as we showed you earlier.
And as time passes, an awareness of what has already unfolded seeps in.
The truth is only going to become more undeniable.
Which is why when questioned about this report, U.S.
State Department spokesperson Matt Miller reacted in the most predictable way possible.
Rather than engaging with the compelling facts of the report, he smeared its author as an anti-Semite.
Let me ask you, have you – did you see or read the report made by Francesca Albanese yesterday in Geneva where she cited – where she actually – what she showed was irrefutable, as far as she's concerned, irrefutable evidence that Israel engaged in genocide.
Did you see the report?
What is your comment on it?
I did see the report.
Let me say a couple things about it.
First, we have Long for long standing for a long standing period of time opposed the mandate of this special repertoire, which we believe is not productive.
And when it comes to the individual who holds that position, I can't help but note.
A history of anti-Semitic comments that she has made that have been reported.
She made anti-Semitic comments?
She has, and comments she made in December that appeared to justify the attacks of October 7th, so I think it's important to take that into account.
But with respect to the report itself, we have made clear that we believe that allegations of genocide are unfounded.
But at the same time, we have – are deeply concerned by the number of civilian casualties in Gaza, and that's why we have Press the government of Israel on multiple occasions to do everything it can to minimize those civilian casualties.
Yeah, well, she's been getting a lot of death threats and other threats and so on, you know, because people think she made anti-Semitic comments and so on.
Let me just go outside.
You can't make a comment like that without letting me know.
Obviously, death threats against anyone are inappropriate.
Okay.
Of course, Francesca Albanese has not made anti-Semitic comments.
It's a baseless smear.
She has, though, been critical of Israel and is now offering compelling evidence and analysis of grave crimes which directly implicate the United States and Matt Miller himself.
His nasty response there is an indication of how significant this report actually is.
It's especially impactful for three key reasons.
First, because of the clarity and analytical precision with which it is written.
Second, because as a report by a U.N.
hired expert delivered for the benefit of that body, it may carry special weight with the International Court of Justice itself, a U.N.
body.
And finally, because it calls for specific actions to be taken by U.N.
member states, including or perhaps especially the United States of America.
Now, let's start with some of the details from the Atlantic Magazine.
Scott, your thoughts.
Well, first of all, that Francesca Albanese, man, she's a cute little gal.
I wouldn't mind singing a little dance with her.
She's got a cute little Italian thing going on.
This Mike Miller or Matt Miller, the State Department guy, I wouldn't be surprised if he's Jewish.
I wouldn't be surprised that that's what motivates his chronic excuse of anti-Semitism, somehow energizing any intellectual critique of Israel's very blatant and obvious acts of destruction and murder, which have been equated somehow energizing any intellectual critique of Israel's very blatant and obvious acts of destruction and murder, which have been equated to
So we're entering this very strange, weird phase that I can only translate as a curse upon America, where these people have insidiously wormed their way into the departments of state, the CIA, where these people have insidiously wormed their way into the departments of state, the Of course, they overthrew Donald Trump and stole the election and put in this puppet, Joe Biden, but they've wreaked havoc and destruction ever since.
And this Israeli genocide has basically sided the world.
You're either on the side who wants to preserve the lives of these women and children, or you're on the side that wants to destroy them.
And you hear a chorus of idiots in the Republican Party and Democrat Party saying things like, we ought to just kill them all.
We ought to just turn it into Nagasaki and Hiroshima.
These are not comments that Republicans are supposed to make and I'm ashamed when I hear this coming out of Republican voices because they're supposed to represent the more educated class of Americans, the more professional, the more business class.
They're not the, at least when I was growing up in the last 20-30 years, they were never this voice of Hysteria.
They were always businessmen, they were intelligent, they were detached, but suddenly the Republican Party has been corrupted, and probably by the Epstein videotapes, and now we see all sorts of other things, but they've been corrupted into these Israeli cheerleaders that have initiated this destruction and turned the world against us.
And I'll add, Jim, you know, I think a better video to really explain the whole situation was my video on Press TV.
Don can play it in the bonus section.
But in that video, I think I presented exactly, precisely what the Israeli genocide Gaza situation is all about and how it will end.
And we see today the beginning of this end because Israel has just bombed the Iranian embassy in Syria, killing a whole group of diplomats and consular offices and military people.
But this is a step up.
This is now an acceleration.
This is crossing the Rubicon when the Israelis bomb and kill the Iranian consulate, a diplomatic compound.
So how is Iran going to react?
Are they going to annihilate Israeli compounds and embassies?
Possibly.
Are they going to do worse?
Possibly.
Is Russia going to provide Iran with S-400s, anti-plane missile systems in Syria as well?
Possibly.
I would hope.
I think this needs to be stopped because Gaza is a It is a predictor, it is a foreshadowing, it is a glimpse of every country and every country's population that does not submit to the enslavement, genocide, transgender, organ harvesting, demon destruction That Israel and its dark powers want to subject the world to.
So I think we're in an existential crisis moment.
But at the same time, I'm always full of hope because I know in the end, righteousness will prevail and darkness and death and evil will be destroyed.
And I think Israel is about to be destroyed.
And you also saw from this Republican Saying things like, well, we should just, you know, turn Gaza into Hiroshima and Nagasaki and Russia and, you know, and we shouldn't be giving humanitarian aid to anyone.
We need to stand up and defeat our enemies, which is Russia, China, Iran, North Korea.
And I'm thinking, how many nations are we going to add to that list?
And who is the one that's adding them?
Certainly not the American people, although many of which who don't watch this show are as dumb as a bag of rocks, have their heads intoxicated with football games or prescribed painkillers, and really don't have the vocabulary to understand what's going on in the world, never mind the geography understanding of where countries are located.
But even in their huckleberry noodling of catfish retardation and the oaky swamps of stupidity, even the basic American understands there's something terribly wrong and hypocritical about the United States backing genocide.
We were always to be the country that stood and was Captain America and the referee that stopped that.
And now we're no longer stopping it, we're aiding it, we're abetting it, we're financing it, we're sending the missiles and not only Gaza but Ukraine and they have no restraint to think how this is destroying America and how it will amplify that destruction in the very near future.
Jim?
I think this action by the United States indicates that Bibi Netanyahu really is in charge of the American government, because it's a legal equivalent of Solomon pulling down the temple, the United States destroying international law.
And it's a disgrace, and it's going to have untold consequences.
Brian?
I'm glad you bring it up like that, because when it comes to international law and the United Nations and a special rapporteur to the situation on human rights, you find yourself in a situation where there's a whole lot of word salad.
Going on, for instance, the difference between a detainee and a hostage and a prisoner and an occupier, all that stuff is important when it comes to this.
And the question is jurisdiction.
But this is assuming that we've got courts there that are actually effective at solving our problem.
Let me remind you that when push comes to shove, brute force wins every time.
And all this legalese and lawyer stuff can all be taken care of by the guys that print the money.
And remember, even the special rapporteurs to the situation in human rights have to go out to different foundations to get their funding.
So I guess I would ask Jessica Albanese, since she consents to the idea that, you know, Israel Or that Israelis were taken hostage during the October 7th and just says, yeah, yeah.
But they did it because of this or they did it because of that.
We're getting into an area of.
Of.
Word salad that that's useless, and let me just point out that the foundation that finances most of these special rapporteurs is the Open Society Foundation.
And the other foundation that does it is the Ford Foundation.
I guess I would probably put more confidence in the Ford Foundation to hire somebody that's proper to do the job, but do some research.
Open society foundations behind this?
Could it be that this is some sort of weird double-cross setup that's designed to cause confusion and disruption and jam up the courts?
Let me remind you, at the end, when all this breaks down, You've got to use brute force to solve the problem, and if you can tie it up in court year in and year out, over and over and over, you're basically free to do whatever you want, as long as you want, however you want, until brute force is brought in to stop the situation.
I don't think the United Nations or any of these courts or special reporters or people who are reporting on this have any power to adjust anything, because the Zionists have them all by the balls.
Bunch of puppets.
Who cares?
Issue a rare divergence from my colleague Brian Davidson.
This is extraordinarily important historically and legally as recording the findings of the United Nations.
She's properly appointed.
She wasn't pulling any punches.
She has a formidable intellect.
I'm impressed by her from A to Z.
And the idea that she would be accused of anti-Semitic remarks is ridiculous.
Clearly, he was using the broadened meaning of the word that encompasses criticism of Israel.
By that standard, every rational, moral, decent person in the world is anti-Semitic by virtue of condemning the genocide in Gaza.
I have no qualification about this being historic and meaningful, and the United States having sacrificed itself at the altar of Israel.
There's never been a more clear-cut indication that we are not a government of, by, and for the people of America, but a government of, by, and for the people of Israel.
I am shocked.
Let me point out, I'm saying that The words that she's putting together are setting the stage for a very important civil trial that will play out for years and years and years.
And there's no brute force other than a military force that can slow down the genocide that's continuing right now.
That's correct as far as Blue Cross goes, but if the United States isn't humiliated by this finding—because we are next.
The United Nations is going to look at our role here and find we, too, are guilty of genocide, which, as you implied in the beginning, Brian, contradicts our standing as Captain America and a moral beacon for the world.
That is gone forever.
Our next story.
He's still kind of cute.
Trump urges Israel to finish up its Gaza offensive and warns that global support is fading.
Former President Trump said he would have responded the same way Israel did, by attacking Hamas after October 7th, but urged the country to finish up its offensive.
Get this over with.
Warning international support is fading.
You have to finish up your war.
You have to finish it up.
You've got to get it done.
We've got to get to peace.
You can't have this going on.
And I will say Israel has to be very careful, because you're losing a lot of the world.
You're losing a lot of support, I would add, as is the United States.
Trump, who earlier this month became the Republican Party presumptive nominee, brought up global criticism of Israel's offensive, even as he's repeatedly attacked Biden's handling of the conflict.
According to the paper's transcript, Trump said Israel made a very big mistake in releasing photos and videos of its offensive in Gaza, coming the country's public images in ruin.
That's a terrible portrait.
It's a very bad picture for the world.
I think Israel wanted to show that it's tough, but sometimes you should not be doing that.
The paper where this interview was published is widely seen as a mouthpiece for Prime Minister Netanyahu.
Meanwhile, get this Middle East eye.
This is a member of the Knesset, Al Monk Cohen, advocating for the killing of Palestinians a day after the U.N.
passed a resolution calling for a ceasefire.
Listen to this.
The Prime Minister is the one who decides.
The Prime Minister has to lead the army, to join the Refugees.
Yes, when they're sick, when they're tired, when they're hungry, to give them a break.
I don't have time to tell you how far we've come!
Our sons are there, our sisters are there, kidnapped, and we're waiting for them at the end of Ramadan.
The end of Ramadan is the best time to kill them.
They're weak and tired, and no, I don't have mercy on them.
I have mercy on my brothers.
And I'm calling on him already today, to calm down the army, to join Rafiakh, and to kill them.
To kill them.
Meanwhile, Israel is a strategic liability for the United States.
I believe this is exactly right.
John Hoffman, a foreign policy analyst at the Cato Institute, the special relationship does not benefit Washington and is endangering U.S.
interests across the globe.
President Biden recently proclaimed there's no going back to the Middle East status quo, as it stood on October 6th.
But the truth is, Biden refused to abandon the status quo, especially regarding Washington's special relationship with Israel.
Unwavering U.S.
support for Israel has been a consistent element of U.S.
Middle East policy since the establishment of the state in 1948.
Even JFK coined the phrase special relationship, explaining that Washington's ties to the state are really comparable only to that Which it has with Britain over a wide range of world affairs.
By 2013, then-Vice President Biden argued, it's not only a long-standing moral commitment, it's a strategic commitment.
According to Biden, if there were no Israel, we'd have to invent one.
In 2020, then-President Trump cut through some of the fog, admitting, we don't have to be in the Middle East other than that we want to protect Israel.
The core of our relationship is the unparalleled amount of aid Washington bestows upon its allies.
Israel, a top recipient of U.S.
military aid, receiving more than $300 billion adjusted for inflation since World War II.
Washington continues to provide roughly $3.8 billion annually in addition to other arm deals and security benefits.
Some of the other top recipients, such as Egypt and Jordan, receive large amounts in exchange for maintaining normalized relations with Israel.
Israel and its supporters are hugely influential in Washington, commanding attention on both sides of the aisle through different forms of direct and indirect lobbying and influence.
What exactly the U.S.
gets in return remains unclear.
Republicans claim that unfaltering support is critical for the advancement of U.S.
interests in the Middle East.
Lindsey Graham, for example, once referred to Israel as the eyes and ears of America.
While intelligent sharing may have some strategic value, the past five months of war in Gaza have made clear the numerous negative effects of the relationship, namely, how Washington's emphatic embrace of Israel has undermined its strategic position in the Middle East while damaging its global image.
The war has starkly highlighted the underlying failures of U.S.-Middle East policy.
It's time for a fundamental reevaluation of the U.S.-Israeli relationship.
Hello, folks.
Today is the 25th day of March 2024.
It is about 2 o'clock.
It is exactly 2 o'clock in the afternoon on Monday down here in Tampa, Florida.
Breaking news.
The UN Security Council has passed a resolution demanding an immediate ceasefire in Gaza between the IDF and various forces of the Palestinian Resistance in Hamas.
It is an immediate ceasefire.
And also an immediate release of prisoners on both sides.
This is causing quite a stir.
It's causing quite a stir in the media, because they're not exactly sure how to report on it.
It's causing quite a stir in the AIPAC-backed fucking Congress critters.
who are hopping up and down because we're not defending the Jews enough according to them and is causing a huge stir in Israel Scott your thoughts Well, the heart of the argument of Israel being a liability to the United States, I think, is now more obvious than at any other time in history.
I think this has been something that the American people have been questioning.
Many in silence, but questioning why are we sending money and weapons?
How are we sending money and weapons?
What are we getting?
How is this?
Why is there so much conflict?
And they have no understanding of the Islamic personality or the Palestinian personality.
They have no really understanding of the historical Facts relating to Israel's Nakba invasion, killing, pushing out everyone in that area from Palestine, which they renamed Israel, pushing everyone into this tiny pact to enclave.
The American people have been asking questions.
There's been a nagging irritation about Israel and it's, you know, it's It's kept chronically infected and annoying because of their hubris, their arrogance, like the video you played of that psychotic Israeli-Zionist Jew saying, kill them, kill them, kill them.
It's very offensive and disturbing to the American people because the American people have lived fat, lazy, stupidly between two oceans.
They've never suffered invasion.
Except they are now, and they're really going to see what it's going to do in the next few years as the Hispanic hordes and the African savage Zulu nations of Banana Republic start coming up and snatching their little girls off the street and throwing them into sex slavery and killing their boys and occupying their empty houses.
That's the next domino or chapter to be opened up.
But for the most part, Americans are ignorant of Israel in a geopolitical sense.
But that is kind of swept under the rug by the sweeping action of Christian Zionism, where they are taught by false prophets, false teachers, beta males, effeminate pastors, often on the government payroll,
That Christian Zionism demands absolute obedience and support of the political rulers of Israel, and everything it does is gilded and golden and blessed and holy by God.
And if you raise your eyebrow, if you question, you are going to hell.
This is what is used as the typical selling point, or I should say, brow-beating bully point, By these weak, half-witted Zionist pastors and the Christian colleges and everything from John Hagee on down.
And I've watched it and studied it for 30 years.
And yeah, in my earlier days of being ignorant of a lot of this, I was a supporter of Israel because I bought into the Kool-Aid.
But we all have a Saul of Tarsus moment when God opens our eyes.
And yeah, we need to be patient with others, but also We need to bring the truth to them in a wrecking ball way to say, your little stained glass window needs to be shattered, but with facts.
And the facts are, Christian Zionism is a cult.
It's a lie.
It's not biblical.
It has nothing to do with God.
God is one way to heaven.
There's one name by which man can be saved, the Lord Jesus Christ.
And the Jews and the Zionists and the Likud party and Netanyahu and anyone and everyone else on planet Earth who does not have a redeemed heart by the salvation of Jesus Christ is not part of that.
And it's up to God and how he unfolds it.
But don't think for a second there's a different way to God, that there's somehow a loophole in the system or there's a trap door or a secret slide or a rope that only the Jews get because they're the particular people.
All that is a lie.
And then you go into the more historical, geographical exodus origins of Israel, from Khazaria to the Ukraine area to that whole area that they came out of, and they were originally more of a Turkish bloodline, and as Nestor Nemo says, they're directly connected to Edomites and Nephilim and all sorts of dark, evil, corruption, demonic possessions.
Then things start to make a little more sense.
So all wisdom and all knowledge is opened up by God and unfurled like a scroll.
And I think we're witnessing an unfurling of the scroll and people going, wow, this is what they're all about.
This is their personality.
There isn't a third way to heaven.
There really is no Christian obligation to embrace Tel Aviv and its homosexual parades or its genocide that Netanyahu's doing.
No, everything that Christian Zionism prescribes is a lie.
It's a coercive, manipulative, psychological operation from the king of all lies, the devil himself.
So I think we're arriving at that kind of position, some of us ahead of others, but that's the rock you stand upon, is Christian Zionism is a complete lie.
It's false.
And people need to abandon that position and just out of integrity and knowledge and wisdom and let go of whatever they were brought up with or whatever they thought.
I know there's a convenience To kind of burying your talent in the sands and saying, well, I'm not going to ask.
I'm not going to be, you know, I'm going to leave that alone.
I'm just going to pray, you know, for Jesus.
I'm just going to wait and, you know, do my own thing.
Well, not necessarily, because God says, depart from me ye who do iniquity.
I never knew you.
And who's he talking to?
Many who say, Lord, Lord, didn't we give money to the Republican Party in your name?
Didn't we give money to Netanyahu?
Didn't we support Israel?
And he's going to say, depart from me ye who do iniquity.
I never knew you.
So I think this is the reality.
We're seeing things open up.
We're seeing things understanding more.
And it's very obvious because of the ruin, the destruction, the drone footage, the video footage which you've shown before, Jim, of four young men walking along a street, getting blown up by a drone, two other Palestinians walking along a beach, waving a white flag, getting shot, killed.
And numerous others who have suffered the same fate that were not recorded on a telephone.
That's what people are going to begin seeing more and more and more.
And as they do, you're going to see the Israeli Zionists become more hysterical and frantic and violent and bullying and attempting to intimidate.
But I think people are immune to that now.
And you're going to see a rising aggression and anger, and I think I've said it before, the first stage of this rising aggression and anger against Israel for all of its decades of lies and deceit and manipulation, and the mainstream media's participation in that, and the Republican, the Democrats' participation in that, such as we've seen from this Wahlberg guy who's saying, you know, we should just kill them all and turn it into Nagasaki and Hiroshima.
The first stage of this, Jim, is people saying, I don't ever want to hear another word about World War II Holocaust bullshit, because you're doing exactly the same thing to the Palestinians.
And don't tell me about October 7th.
That was a setup and a plan that you did to justify this real estate merger that Jared Kushner seems to sing about in his little faggoty beta male voice.
I think the majority of people are seeing things that they can no longer deny.
And I've known some Jewish people and had some Easter events with them, and been very quiet as I listened to them.
And I'll tell you, Jim, these people who claim, you know, I'm Jewish by blood and stuff, They are also voicing this disgust and moral inability to support political Israel, and that is something I think we're seeing more and more and more about.
Quote, Jews in America and the world divorcing themselves from the evil of political Israel and what Netanyahu's doing.
Jim?
How repulsive of Jared Kushner to be talking about luxury condos with a Mediterranean view in Gaza post-genocide.
Brian?
Well, gentrification and Jared Kushner seem to go hand in hand.
But the first video we saw was this insane guy saying, attack them while they're fasting when they're weak.
That was a post off the Twitter account that belonged to Middle East Eye and either that post has been banned in the United States or deleted from their website.
It just simply doesn't exist there anymore and there's no explanation.
As to how and why it did, Middle East Eye puts out about 30 to 40 tweets a day.
There's no explanation for that, why that particular one is gone, because there's a thousand more that look exactly the same way.
The second thing related to Trump, you know, it looks like Trump's trying to get some balance, but look, I don't care about Donald Trump talking about Israel.
I care about Donald Trump doing what he promised us he would do, drain the swamp.
And that's the fundamental problem here.
You know, just because you're looking at the AIPAC, which was the American Israel Political Action Committee, Yeah, it's true.
34% of our U.S.
House of Representatives has received over $100,000 or more heavily weighted toward the Democrats.
And, of course, the people that receive the most in terms of overall contributions seem to be the committee heads.
But that's just a tiny fraction of the influence that takes place with Jewish power money.
Take a look at our media.
Take a look at what it does to our minds.
Go take a look at the board of MSNBC or MSDNC or...
Whatever you possibly have, you're going to find that it's heavily infested with a problem of people that have dual citizenship and people that have dual agendas that aren't necessarily American first guys.
Now, I wish Trump was still an American first guy.
I wish he was still talking America first.
And maybe it's on for show, but it looks like he's cut a deal with some faction of the devil.
Now, again, that might be to be dividing And conquering in sort of a sense, but it doesn't change the fact that what's going on is such an unchecked Power crazed war crime.
Now, I saw another report this week that said Israel was testing all of its new weapons over there in Gaza and creating videos to help sell the weapons.
It doesn't surprise me one bit because, again, the only thing that's going to stop a group that's in that much power, that has that much control over what the media says and what people think, is going to be brute force.
And I can guarantee you this, and it's not going to come from America.
If it comes from someplace, it's going to come from the Middle East, and it's going to come from somebody that's very serious about, hey, we're done with this, and this is going to get ugly from here on out.
You know, it's only a matter of time, assuming that we get people that can actually think and act and operate independently, without regard for whether or not they're going to offend some committee on the United Nations.
Yeah, Scott, go ahead.
You know, let me add one thing to Brian's point, and some of these things are prophetic and they're unfolding slowly, but the next thing I see happening, and I've said it before, but I think it's going to happen in Quicken now, is the ejection of Israeli consulates and embassies from a lot of different countries, if not the majority of countries in the world, especially because of this attack upon a diplomatic compound.
Really, people need to meditate on this.
This is an attack on the Iranian consulate in Syria.
It's an act of war against Iran.
It's an attack upon Iranian soil.
These were Israeli F-35 jets who fired five missiles and destroyed an entire building and killed everyone in it.
And that building was the living area for the ambassador who wasn't home with his family at the time.
But that is essentially an attack upon Tehran or any other sovereign soil of Iran.
That's an act of war.
So, and it's a violation, I mean, of everything that diplomacy and diplomatic rules and consulates are supposed to be about.
Every nation on earth is supposed to play by the rules that an embassy and the diplomatic compounds and consulates are not to be attacked.
Those are sacred.
Those are, those are, you know, safe houses.
Those are above and beyond the, you know, any of these rules of war and stuff.
These are off limits.
But Israel doing this, and I know you can go back to the Beirut and all that stuff, but this is different.
By Israel doing this, I think it lights the fire and it gives the justification for every country, and I've said they should be doing this and perhaps they will now, every country, especially every Muslim country, To say what you've done to the Iranian consulate you've done to all of us and we're not going to sit around and tolerate it.
I think and I hope that they begin to reject and eject the Israeli embassies and consulates from all over the globe and reject and eject every Israeli passport holder From every nation on earth and cut off all trade of any kind.
I don't care if it's bottled water or toilet paper or aspirin or more industrial level products.
Every product and every service should be stopped from going to Israel.
That is the only way to Excellent.
Excellent addendum, Scott.
Very, very good.
going to be tolerated.
And failure to do that is telling them this behavior will be tolerated.
We're too stupid or weak or cowardly to intervene and stop it, which will only embolden the bully even more.
Jim?
Excellent.
Excellent addendum, Scott.
Very, very good.
Meanwhile, Joaquin Igobian, the Moscow Theater tragedy evidence mounts of U.S.-Ukraine terrorist involvement. - All right.
Since my article of last week, a lot of new information supports Russia's allegation the attack is directly linked to Ukraine.
Russian Emergency Ministry Department released the following body count.
As of 6 a.m.
March 30th, there were 695 casualties, including 15 children, of whom 144, including five children, were killed.
of whom 144, including five children, were killed.
By Monday the 25th, three days later, the Russian investigative committee chairman reported, in addition to 11 suspects arrested, an additional seven were held for helping to organize the attack.
New York Times, March 28.
The adversarial relationship between Washington and Moscow prevented U.S.
officials from sharing information about the plot beyond what was necessary out of fear Russian authorities might learn their intelligence sources or methods.
Apparently, it was Washington's own pathological paranoia preventing it from complying with standard international security protocol to alert other nations of imminent terrorism.
So that psychotic delusion was in large part responsible for 144 innocent Russians to needlessly die.
Clearly, the bigger reason the U.S.
withheld full details was to prevent Moscow from immediately determining the Biden regime's CIA played the number one key role in this plotted bloodbath, since U.S.
intel was the driving force behind the massacre, sparing lives when it completely sabotaged and reversely countered its vile objective.
The very same day of March 7th, the U.S.
advisory went out warning of an impending blot.
A March 7th photograph has since emerged revealing one of the terrorists casing the Grokos Concert Hall.
In fact, photos captured in the terrace visited the Grokos Hall not just on the 7th, but again on the 10th and the 14th.
Sunday March 10, a concert featuring the popular Russian singer Shaman was held, apparently due to observed security.
The perpetrators decided to back off from carrying out a planned attack.
Russian media Baza came out with the news four terrorists had a psychotropic drug in their system, altering perception of reality and suppressing fear.
It's a super-soldier drug, commonly used to program state-sponsored terrorists.
Four apprehended terrorists, all Tajikistan nationalists in their 20s and 30s, attended their initial court appearance on March 24th, badly bruised from obvious torture and interrogation.
One, totally unconscious, on the 23rd, RT editor-in-chief posted footage of the interrogation of two, In one, he claims he had been unemployed, but was contacted through Telegram several weeks by an Abdullah, offered a total of 500,000 rubles, or $5,400, half of which was repaid before committing the assigned mercenary hit.
He and his cohorts were given automatic weapons, ammunition, and a parent getaway car.
That hours after the Manchuria was apprehended near the Ukrainian border.
The murders in Moscow do not fit a pattern of ISIS-K jihadists that, within two hours, the government of the United States was insisting were responsible.
After the concert bloodbath, these hired-gun, low-life mercenaries headed straight for Ukraine, where they'd be treated as heroes.
In fact, Russian SFB spy chief Andrey Bortnikov literally said just that.
On the other side, they were to be welcomed as heroes.
That in itself beats volumes.
After they've finished their mercenary assignment, they drive hundreds of miles from the outskirts of Moscow to almost reach the Ukrainian border.
Real Islamic State terrorists are fanatics.
They typically shoot it out until they become martyrs.
Grigory Laikonov, a researcher at the Center for Arab and Islamic Studies of the Institute of Oriental Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences, told TASS that active participants tried to escape from the crime scene and confessed that all they had done they had done for money
Indicates that they were used, they were hired mercenaries rather than ideological supporters of the Islamic State, in my opinion.
We've been witness to instrumentalization of radicalized group by the intelligence services of countries hostile to Russia.
Aside from fleeing the scene rather than seeking martyrdom, a subsequent released ISIS-K photo of the alleged sheriffs with their faces obscured shows their index fingers pointing up in the customary Islamic State jihadist right-hand raised gesture.
However, These supposed ISIS member wannabes are shown with their left hand and index finger raised, violating strict custom, as yet another discrepant anomaly reducing the credibility that they were actually ISIS members.
Another anomalous factor?
Even in the Islamic State's heyday, the marauding terrorist menace spreading in the Middle East and beyond, ISIS-Jihadists never attacked Israel, or for that matter, U.S.
forces either.
Various accounts confirm that al-Qaeda-ISIS have always served as proxy war on terror allies for the unholy U.K.-U.S.
Zionist empire.
So here we go again with the latest U.S.-Israel created proxy, ISIS-K, used as a handy cover for the latest terrorist attack last weekend.
Nearly a quarter into our 21st century with this latest theater bloodbath, things haven't changed at all.
The same globalist fingerprints are all over this as well, where the same Islamic terrorist dupes are repeated as their modus operandi.
Why keep repeating the pattern?
Because it's convenient, counting on the public's short memory, to buy into another false narrative again.
The U.S., U.K., and Ukraine are nearly 100% responsible for Friday's bloodbath, hiring more low-life mercenary thugs from Tajikistan that are not even ISIS to do their bloody bidding.
During the Moscow tragedy's immediate aftermath, within minutes, U.S.
Security Council puppet John Kirby went before the cameras to state there is absolutely no connection to Ukraine.
How would he or could the U.S.
even know when the investigation had even begun?
This alone raises suspicion to implicate America's involvement by attempting to control the narrative.
When Putin went before his nation, mentioning the terrorists who committed the attack were captured trying to escape to Ukraine, U.S.
officials began pressing the same word-for-word script straight from Central Casting prior to any actual probe having begun.
Thus, on Wednesday the 27th, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated, "It's strange to say the least that the Americans have dared to announce a single narrative.
This suggests at the very least they're trying to shift attention away from something." The no-nonsense Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova weighed in, also wondering and asking uncomfortable questions.
Based on what data and what information, only one thing is clear.
They began to excuse the Kyiv regime in order to excuse themselves.
Because everyone understands perfectly well there's simply no independent Ukraine without Western financial and military assistance.
And adding, They, Washington, have exposed themselves.
They started crying, not calling for an investigation, but covering up for Ukraine.
Their bias and involvement in this issue is evident.
And Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov added, the West is actively trying to convince everyone this is the work of ISIS, when there is no longer any need to suspect anyone, especially Ukraine.
They keep insisting Kiev is not to blame, to the point where it's becoming obsessive.
So, a full week of DCEU and Western mockingbird all obediently doubling down in the singularity of their bold-faced lie, this ISIS-K group has zero connection to Ukraine.
The deceit amateurishly played out by U.S.
in its accomplishment is so over-the-top, so hard trying to desperately con the global public, Pulling the wool over Globo's sheep eyes, it's more than suspicious, peculiar, or odd.
It's like the guilty little kid with chocolate smeared all over his face, caught with his hand and face in a cookie jar, confronted by his parent, immediately begins denying what is most obvious.
The childish Washington neocons are behaving no different, resorting to the same desperation to deceive while their dirty, grimy fingerprints are smeared like chocolate all over the Moscow crime scene.
But when major governments and their media all lie with the same false narrative script to avoid the consequences of exposure for murdering hundreds, thousands, perhaps even millions of innocents, They're crimes so egregiously horrible, we cannot allow them to escape justice with our constant deception.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, there's a very important lesson here, and that is liars like John Kirby and the little lesbian black girl in the White House, and Biden, of course, himself, the child-molesting demoniac, and Obama, the homosexual married to the transgender Michael LaVon Robinson, also known as Michelle Obama.
And on and on and on to Schumer and even Republicans to an extent.
The liars and bullies respond when they're caught with outrage and projection and, how dare you, you're anti-Semites, and they attack.
And unless you counter their attack with a roaring, loud, powerful, threatening-to-crush-them response, which is what a Scottish mother would do to someone who is caught doing something inappropriate, smearing chocolate or shit on the walls or breaking a window, when you're caught,
Uh, you're humble and quiet, uh, and if you respond loudly and with, uh, evasion, uh, you're disciplined twice as much.
And this translates into the political, uh, uh, destruction and punishment than all of these people.
Are fully aware is coming to them, and they're caught.
They're caught red-handed in this attack.
I said it from the very beginning.
The moment this broke, I had people that I knew in Russia telling me, I see people running across the street.
I see people running across the floodplains.
So, this is real time for me, and I did an RT interview on it.
I said, this is going to lead directly to Ukraine.
This isn't Muslims.
This isn't any Uh, you know, Islamic Jihad.
This is the U.S.
and the MI6 and Mossad, which is notorious for infiltrating these countries and recruiting these retards in every, you know, every nation.
So, this was a Western planned event.
Most likely, Victoria Nuland Planning it, for which she was fired or let go because they knew that this would serve no benefit to do this kind of attack.
Maybe if they had done it a couple years back, but not now when Ukraine is just at the edge of the driving board, about to fall into the abyss.
And I think that's why they got rid of Nuland, who admitted she couldn't help herself but snarl her lip and say, Putin's going to get some surprises.
And I think it's her who's going to get a surprise.
I won't be surprised if she's killed in Colombia at her desk or at a lecture and picks up a poison apple and turns into the witch that she is.
I won't be surprised if these people meet a very painful, agonizing death because they have picked a fight with the bear, with Russia, That is slow to anger, but once it is aroused, it is going to treat them like that classic scene in The Revenant when Leonardo DiCaprio gets shredded by the Mother Bear.
I think that's going to happen to these people in one way or another, because they've crossed a Rubicon.
They've crossed a line that can never be uncrossed, and that is you're attacking Russia's children.
And you're doing it in a way that provokes Medvedev to say, kill them all, which will provoke Putin to adhere to that advice for his own political life.
And I think Lavrov and Zaharova, I have said they need to go to every Muslim country and solidify their ties and eject the Ukrainian consulates and embassies and all support for Ukraine.
This is a terrorist strike.
And they're getting more and more information and more and more proof every day.
When I was in Russia, I'll tell you this, the Tajiks that drive the cabs, they're some of the stupidest people you ever come across.
I mean, they're dumber than a two-day-old pile of horseshit.
They are a retarded, idiotic people.
They don't know where they're driving to in Russia.
That's the big thing I saw.
I mean, I'm all over it.
They don't know Russian either.
They don't know the language.
They know Tajik.
I mean, they are really stupid.
So, Russia is kind of afflicted with them, but I think they're purging them.
I think there's a lot of video of Russia expelling these people from their country.
So, the Tajiks, you know, ugly, retarded, mentally deranged, especially if they're given the Coptagon drugs, which Israel loves to use, as we've proven in Syria.
All of this is going to be exposed, and I think the next phase is going to be seeing Medvedev, not Medvedev, the Russian ambassador to the United Nations, Presenting all of this material, all of this evidence and we'll be calling for a United Nations Security Council condemnation of the United States and Ukraine and possibly Israel for having pre-planned this act of terrorism.
Which shows that the American state is now a rogue terrorist state that aids and abets terrorist activities, uses half-retard quasi-Muslims recruited by Israeli agents to do their dirty work, but it is par for the course because it's the same methodology that they've used in Iraq, in Syria, and in Libya, and I think doing it to Russia is the last straw, Jim.
Not just surprises, but nasty surprises, Scott.
Brian?
Well, I've taken the position that it doesn't matter what you believe about who did it or why they did it or when they did it or, you know, what all the great details were.
They just want you to make sure that you believe that it happened.
Because what makes the most sense to me is that these events are put on to drive military and security industrial complex spending, to drive more bills and more laws and more security industrial complex machinations that can control more of us and keep us in a state of feeling insecure.
As long as you believe that, And you think it was this person or that person or this group and they've achieved their goal.
This is why they'll use transgender shooters and misaligned 18 year olds with guns.
This is why they'll use, you know, not the usual suspects and setting on the event because you start thinking, hey, well, this is doesn't fit the normal thing.
Well, let's let's let me remind you, it does fit the normal thing.
Broca City Music Hall, the Las Vegas Route 91 concert.
The Hamas attack on October 7th was another concert.
Go through them.
You can send in your teams of actors.
You can set them up.
You can execute your plan at the end of the event.
You could have everybody fleeing.
Some people thinking it's real.
Some people not thinking it's real.
As long as they achieve the desired effect of, hey y'all, you need to be scared and we need to pass these new spending bills.
Then they'll get there.
And that's why they have some of these crazy ideas that go on with these false flags.
You know, kids with $5,000 worth of gear.
It's just about keeping you scared.
And I'm not sure what all the details are with this one because, frankly, it's been more than difficult to analyze the frame-by-frame movements and all the footage that takes place because, again, they shot it with almost no resolution from only a couple of well-selected angles.
Very nice.
Very nice, Brian.
edited film that's sent out.
So it's not exactly easy under circumstances like this to come to a conclusion about this was real or this wasn't.
And that doesn't even matter because they're just going to cycle it out of the news once they get their spending bills passed through. - Very nice, very nice.
Brian Don, take us out. - Yes, and this has been a segment that we've been doing by Joaquin Magopi and told me, He made this whole thing out here in Russia and stuff.
I want to wrap it up with this ending that he wrote for his article here.
It says that terrorism near Moscow and the remote-controlled destruction of that Baltimore bridge really That was little more than three days later, share the same guilty perpetrator in common.
That's the elite deep state controllers who are bent on creating conflict and havoc while committing human genocide against human race.
We are told we're in a world war.
Now, yes, an informational world war, an asymmetrical world war, a war between good and evil.
But mostly a war between satanic elites and the human species.
The Dark Side Endgame is converting Earth from a carbon-based to a silicon-based planet.
Anyway, that'll end this segment, and we'll be back with even more hot stuff.
So you can all come back here on April Fool's Day of all days, and we're not fooling, but we've got some serious things to discuss, so come on back.
Love you all.
And thanks for all your compliments.
Wow.
