	This is deliberate, no question about it.
	It's a form of extortion by Ukraine.
	I am reminded when I was a kid growing up, we used to have these Charles Atlas promos where the skinny kid on the beach was getting sand kicked in his face.
	Well, that's the United States today with a skinny kid on the beach.
	Forget he said it.
	The truth is coming out about the Baltimore Bridge Collapse.
	Baltimore Bridge Collapse was designed as a black swan event.
	Likely a cyber attack.
	Is that a message to the US?
	Completely exposed.
	Planned.
	Baltimore Bridge Collapse.

	It's a financial and economic attack.
	Babylon B. In bold speech.
	Biden calls on ships to stop crashing into bridges.
	I'm going to play one of these.
	Of course, it's video, but it's got to be on the record.
	This is the best I have seen.
	But meanwhile, would you believe that our southern border president of Mexico is seeking to extort the United States?

	This is where we are with this mediocre government, this completely corrupt government.
	We have left the United States hapless, just to be exploited, have sand kicked in our face.
	This is disgusting beyond words.
	All right, here we begin with what I take to be the best of these reports about... It's got a little Trump promo here.
	Well General Mike Flynn says the bridge collapse in Baltimore is a black swan event.
	Now it's much bigger than we know so let's unpack this and I have to say I've done everything over the past 24 hours Since this collapse happened in the early morning hours, to say nothing to see here, total accident, mechanical problem, of course, it looks like a mechanical failure, a power outage, nothing to see here, don't worry about it.
	Then General Mike Flynn has to go and call this a black swan event and says, look more deeply into this.
	So we have.
	And there's more than meets the eye.
	So what is a black swan event?
	Well, a black swan event is, you know, you're just chugging along, looking at normal, you know, white swans that you normally see, then suddenly, Everything seems predictable and normal, then BAM!
	Giant black swan comes out of nowhere.
	Something totally unexpected blindsides you.
	It usually happens economically, right?
	We see that obviously with what happened in the 2008 collapse.
	That's exactly what a black swan event looks like.
	That's the essence of the swan event.
	Unexpected, impactful, often leaving us scrambling to make sense of what in the world just happened.
	So here's Mike Flynn's post on X this afternoon.
	This is a Black Swan event, he says.
	Black Swans normally come out of the world of finance, not military.
	The standard operating procedures for all U.S.
	ports, harbors, and bays, the transit, commerce, and military activities are supposed to maintain an incredible level of discipline, rigor, and awareness for these very type of events not to occur ever.
	Yet here we are.
	There are harbormasters for every single one of these transit points in America that are in charge of assuring the safety of navigation.
	Start there, he says.
	So start there.
	Talk to the harbormasters.
	Don't necessarily look at the boat itself.
	That's maybe a red herring.
	Look at the harbormasters.
	Look at the infrastructure.
	Look at the electrical infrastructure.
	Look at the computers.
	Was it hacked?
	So look at that information, not just the boat itself, perhaps.
	So what do we know?
	Well, for one thing, we know the captain of the ship, or the ship's master, is Ukrainian.
	It's interesting.

	The name of the ship is the DALI.
	There you can see where it's currently sitting.
	It's now sitting there covered by a bridge right in Baltimore, in the Chesapeake Harbor in Baltimore.
	And there is the ship's master.
	He is Ukrainian.
	Interesting.
	And UK Telegram channels today posting congratulations to great work and to expect more surprises in Europe too, unless we approve more aid to Ukraine.
	Maybe it's a total coincidence here, these Ukrainian Telegram posts.
	This is a beautiful work though all over the world without hesitation.
	If you don't accept the aid package, then get it.

	We will teach you to defend democracy and help those who need it.
	Huh.
	So maybe... I haven't seen anything like that.
	Yeah, maybe, I mean, you know, maybe this is just some, like, Telegram opportunists, you know, on different Telegram channels just trying to play into this, right?
	Trying to scare us.
	Or maybe there's something more to it.
	Who knows?
	But those posts exist on Ukrainian Telegram channels.
	It's like the good fellas.
	You got this?
	F you, pay me.
	You do this?
	F you, pay me.
	Like, yeah, you know, we're that kind of attitude.
	Yeah, that's exactly right.
	And there never, there, there would have been a Chesapeake Bay pilot on board also.
	So anytime you're going in and out of one of these harbors, you're going in, you know, even if you're going into Norway and you're going into Stavanger, like the port of Stavanger in Norway, You have to wait outside of the channel.
	You have to wait until the Stavanger pilot comes on board.
	Just the same you have to do here in the Chesapeake Bay.
	Chesapeake Bay pilot needs to assist the master and is on board.
	They know everything about this harbor.
	They know every detail of it and they are going to guide you out.
	You're from Singapore?
	A Chesapeake Bay pilot will be on board and guiding this ship out.
	And that's what was happening.
	This ship was being guided out of port.
	on its way out to sea and transporting large amounts of cargo so it was leaving it was almost about to leave and here's the video of the incident so here's we're going to watch this incident kind of in real time with some highlights on how this all breaks down here so at about the the first real we sped it up a little bit here it's sped up a little bit here um you can see at about the 12 second mark so This is going to go on for about 30 seconds.
	Okay, there's power loss number one at about 12 seconds.
	Okay, then in about 22 seconds it recovers power, so it comes back on here, and then you see black smoke coming out of the engine, out of the, whatchamacallit, the funnel.
	And then immediate evasive maneuver, the stack, yeah.
	Then immediate evasive maneuvers take place.
	Helicopter images show that, in fact, one of the anchors was dropped on the port side, and there you have the smash and collapse of the bridge.
	Now, we also know, according to the mayor, that as a result of that, when they called in a Mayday call a few seconds before impact, They were able to divert traffic on the bridge, thankfully, and workers were able to stop and halt traffic coming across the bridge, which is why more people were not trapped on the bridge.
	There weren't more cars on the bridge at that time, so at least they had enough to say, Mayday, Mayday, we've lost control, we don't have control of the ship, get people off the bridge, and they were able to prevent at least a lot more people from being killed or missing as a result of this.
	So, But this is interesting.
	So journalist Michael Yan tweeted this afternoon, and this is a more detailed analysis of the ship leaving.
	Okay, so it's coming off the dock there and heading out into the open ocean.
	And you can see here, though, how it changes course right before it loses power, which is interesting.
	So now this is where things, to me, get really interesting.
	Why two minutes before?
	Keep playing if you would.
	Oh, did it stop?
	Yeah.
	So, all right.
	Now right here, you're going to see it change course before losing power and colliding.
	So why did it change course aiming directly into the pylon?
	It's a curious question, right?
	So why did it change course at that point?
	We don't know.
	Why?
	Why did it change course?
	Now, if you lose power and you have to use some sort of a backup steering system, in some cases you might be steering in the opposite direction of what you're used to.
	It's a reverse steering system.
	Now, I don't know if this ship was set up that way or not.
	This will be part of the investigation, I'm sure.
	So, sometimes with backup power, that is the case with a steering column.
	And also, isn't it kind of curious, like, Those pylons have to be, like, they had to think about a boat running into those when they built that bridge, right?
	So, one pylon going out collapses that much of the bridge?
	That seems, like, that doesn't seem right, you know what I mean?
	Like, a boat could take out a pylon.
	Like, a whole bottom of the bridge.
	That doesn't make sense.
	Well, you know, you know, U.S.
	bridge infrastructure is built like 200 years ago.
	I don't know when the Francis Scott Key Bridge was.
	Yeah, I don't know when this bridge was built, actually, to be honest with you.
	I mean, I've driven over it since I think childhood.
	Like I grew up.
	My father's from Baltimore.
	I used to go down to the Chesapeake Bay and go crabbing, you know, so me going down to like St.
	Michael's, going down to Chesapeake Harbor.
	One of my favorite foods in the world is Maryland Blue Steamed Crabs.
	It is my favorite.
	Actually, I will say it's my favorite food in the world.
	And so, special times with my father going down there.
	And he used to go crabbing as a child.
	I don't know when this bridge was built, but I can tell you I remember driving over it for many, many years of my life.
	And also, it's a single... I doubt when it... Go ahead.
	I was going to say, I doubt when it was built, though.
	It was built for, like, what was that?
	Like 120,000 tons of ship that hit it?
	Right.
	Yeah, so maybe someone can let us know.

	So it's been around as long as I've been alive.
	So interesting.
	Yeah, I don't know exactly what impact it's meant to adhere, you know, absorb one of these massive ships.
	Doubtful.
	I don't know that anything could stop that.
	You know, can you build something that would prevent this?
	I don't know.
	I mean, think about this ship hitting any bridge in America would wipe it out.
	If this thing hits the Golden Gate Bridge, it would probably collapse the Golden Gate Bridge, right?
	You would think.
	The massive size of this thing disrupting one pylon and all of it comes down like a house of cards.
	I don't know.
	Anyway, so now I want to play this for you.
	So that was, you saw the track coming out, you saw it changing, changing its direction in about two minutes left before impact.
	But now I want to show you this eight times speed video that's been making the rounds this afternoon as well, which I found interesting.
	And we'll share it here, which shows how, um, how much it had to divert itself.
	Look at, or how it moved position.
	Watch this.

	Like how much it had to swerve In order to hit this pylon.
	Total mis- change of direction when you see it in that kind of speed.
	With that kind of movement.
	Really crazy to look at.

	When a Navy ship crashed into a large cargo ship not that long ago, it was a cyber attack that made that happen.
	I know they're saying that this was not nefarious, but how do they know so quickly?
	Right, that's a great question.
	How do they know so quickly?
	We keep over the past week, we've sort of been joking about the Biden administration, like really, they were so quick to tell us that ISIS was responsible for the Russian theater attack, right?
	They told us within like minutes that that was the case.
	Yet they still can't tell us who killed John F. Kennedy?
	Still can't provide details about the 9-11 attacks.
	They can't tell us who blew up the Nord Stream Pipeline, but they were that fast to tell us that it was ISIS.
	They were lying to us, of course.
	So, the way they immediately found the passports on 9-11.
	Yeah, they're laying in dust.
	All the rubble.
	Passports of this guy.
	Look at this.
	It's not even charred or anything.
	But let's take a closer look at one last thing here.
	Why would explosions go off at these locations?
	So, I've highlighted here in white where you're noticing the bridge.
	Now, I've slowed it down a little bit here.
	Here's the first collision, and you'll notice an explosion.
	And here, you notice another one.
	And here, another one.
	Watch this again.
	So, here we go again.
	I'm going to replay the second time for you.
	So, on the left side here, First collapse and could this be some sort of why would there be an explosion transformer blowing or is it something worse?
	And in this piece as well with an explosion.
	What is that?
	President Biden says nothing to see here.
	Don't worry about it.
	He travels this way all the time, you know, and there's nothing to see here.
	There's nothing nefarious as far as they can tell.
	No living being should ever eat processed food for every single meal of their life.
	We're going to rebuild that port together.
	Okay.
	We do know that this same ship, though, had a history of events.
	This was in Antwerp in Belgium.
	- No other reason to believe there's any intentional act here. - No intentional act here, okay.
	We do know that this same ship though, had a history of events.
	This was in Antwerp in Belgium, this exact same ship back in 2016, the Dali ran into a quay on July 11th, 2016 as it tries to exit the North Sea.
	So it kind of scraped the back of it.
	I wonder how often these things happen.
	Like, is this a common occurrence here?
	Or is this, you know, is this a rare thing for one of these massive container ships to do this?
	So it hit the quay.
	I mean, I know that they have those big, big rubber pylons to protect and so forth, but here it is.
	It was cleared for, you know, it was cleared for duty and went back out to sea.
	And of course, at the time it was under a different sea captain.
	It was not under the helm of a Ukrainian.
	Different captain at the time when this happened back then as well.
	So that happened in 2016.
	So a Black Swan event?
	More that we don't know here.
	We're going to have to look more deeply into the Harbormasters and the connections with the ship.
	Who was monitoring this the whole way?
	And was there any electrical cyber attack that took place on board the ship?
	I mean, you got the absurd statement of Biden, no indication of anything nefarious here.
	When you have the ship deliberately turning into the pylon, when you have this Twitter telegram, Talking about extortion, and until you cough up more money for Ukraine, these things are going to continue to happen.
	This is a completely planned bridge attack.
	As I say, I give multiple additional stories, videos you can track down, but I wanted to get one here into the record, which I think is quite good, obviously.
	He's being very patient, not drawing any hasty conclusion, but I think the evidence is all there.
	I mentioned a Babylon B. This is what we're getting from the administration in a bold speech.

	President Biden gave a fiery speech in which he unequivocally called on ships everywhere to stop crashing into bridges.
	I mean it, folks.
	It's gotta stop, said Biden to a small group of adoring fans in the press.
	Ships have to stop with all this bumping into bridges and whatnot.
	And if you're a ship and you're thinking about smashing a bridge, you better change your mind right now.
	I won't stand for it.
	That goes for trains, too.
	No more bridge crashing.
	I then fell asleep standing up.
	It hasn't been over two hours since his last nap.
	Transportation Secretary Buttigieg also issued a statement from a private chateau where he's spending additional maternity leave with his adopted twins.
	What I really need to determine here is if there was racism involved.
	He said, wherever you see a large cargo vessel careening into Britain, you can bet that white supremacy was behind it.
	I promise to address this as soon as I'm back from my maternity leave.
	Biden later awoke from his snooze to issue a last dire warning to ships everywhere and offer hope to the American people.
	This essential piece of transportation infrastructure will be built back better.
	After spending $300 billion in 32 years, we'll have that old bridge back as good as new.
	Except this time we'll name it after a black hero such as George Floyd.
	At publishing time, Biden was forced to double down on his bold rhetoric after the Goodyear blimp collided with a Brooklyn bridge.
	Sounds like a farce.
	The problem is that's pretty much the way it is in the USA today.
	That is pretty much where we're at.
	We have a totally corrupt, incompetent government with open borders, flooding the country, one disaster after another, spending endless amounts of money to other countries and not looking after our own borders.

	Let's go back to Doug McGregor and see what he's got to say here about what's going on because this guy is so solid.
	He would be an absolutely sensational vice presidential pick.
	So let's talk about what your initial response is to this.
	It seems like the West was quick to jump on the idea that this was ISIS, and even other newspapers out of Australia were saying, don't believe anything Putin says.
	Clearly, this was Putin that launched this attack, just like he blew up his own Nord Stream pipeline.
	Just like any other attack that happens in Moscow, he's dropping drones on his own residential buildings.
	So this was Putin.
	What did you make of the initial response to this, and now Putin's response in the immediate aftermath?
	Well, understanding the Western commentary and response, and actually the event itself, requires that you understand two key points right now that most people in the West are not getting.
	The first is that Zelensky and his regime is the equivalent of a fatally wounded animal that is dying.
	And as a result, it will strike out with whatever it has to the bitter end at this point, rather than essentially surrender.
	Give up and negotiate.
	So think of Zelensky's regime as a dying entity.
	We'll grasp at anything he can find.
	He has no real capability left on the ground.
	He can barely defend what he's got on the ground.
	And so he's turning to other other forms of action like this terrorist attack or the use of more drones against Russian targets in Russia itself.
	So that's the first thing.
	Second thing is that NATO is in complete disarray.
	Behind the scenes, people are panicking.
	They know the war is lost.
	That's been clear for a long time now.
	You'll remember when we talked last year about the NATO summit in Lithuania in Vilnius, and no one would speak to Zelensky.
	Zelensky was essentially given the cold shoulder.
	Because they viewed him as the individual who'd lied to them about his ability to be successful and defeat the Russians.
	And in truth, they'd all been lying to themselves from day one.
	And we, of course, have helped this along by promising the world and delivering nothing.
	I think the best way to look at it is we promised mountains and delivered a mohill.
	So, NATO itself is a disarray.
	All you have to do is look at this man, Macron.
	Imagine Washington is the leader of NATO.
	And Macron steps onto the stage and tells everyone France will fight the Russians in Ukraine effectively, which of course is absurd.
	He hasn't got more than 7,700 ready French troops that he can send anywhere in the world, let alone Ukraine.
	He promises 20,000.
	He's trying to build that up, but it's not likely to get very far.
	And then he's backed down from those initial statements saying, well, they'll be in a non-combat role.
	So, NATO itself is in disarray.
	The Germans have disavowed him and said, no, forget it, we will not participate on the ground in Ukraine under any circumstances.
	And of course, our newest members, the Finns and the Swedes, are falling all over themselves to send thousands of troops to fight in Russia, aren't they?
	Answer is no, no one is.
	Macron is entirely alone.
	And our forces are sitting in Poland and Romania, doing whatever they do, while expensive bases are erected there for US comfort.
	This is a disaster, a disaster for NATO.
	So understand everything that's happening right now against those two facts.
	Zelensky is finished, his regime has died, NATO is in disarray, has no leadership, and is afraid to admit the obvious that everyone knows privately the war is completely lost.
	So those two things have to be understood.
	Now let's look at the event that occurred itself in Russia.
	Out of the blue, we have people who are ostensibly Central Asian Muslims, Turkic Muslims.
	We know of one that was a Tajik, it may be that they're all Tajiks.
	The Tajiks are people that live north of Afghanistan.
	They're unique in Central Asia because they speak a brand of Farsi or Persian, which is kind of unusual.
	Everyone else speaks what we call Turkic, almost the same thing you hear in Istanbul.
	So that's kind of interesting.
	We know that the Ukrainians have recruited many of these people to fight inside the Ukrainian army.
	We have evidence that some of these people have been part of the Ukrainian army.
	Out of the blue, these people go into Russia, which sounds impossible, but you have to understand the thousand plus miles of border that you cannot possibly protect effectively if you're a Russian right now.
	So these people get into Russia.
	They go to an arms cache, which is being prepared for them somewhere.
	They've obviously had some training.
	They show up and murder people in Moscow.
	And then, miraculously, they attempt to retreat along exactly the same route it took to get in there from Ukraine.

	To no one's surprise, the very same New York Times that relayed on lying witnesses to falsely claim that Hamas had raped Israeli women is also lying about a ceasefire resolution for Gaza that yesterday passed the United Nations Security Council.
	UN Security Council calls for immediate ceasefire in Gaza as U.S.
	abstains.
	The United Nations Security Council on Monday passed a resolution calling for an immediate ceasefire in the Gaza Strip during the remaining weeks of Ramadan, breaking a five-month impact during which the United States vetoed three calls for a halt to the fighting.
	The resolution passed with 14 votes in favor and the United States abstaining, which U.S.
	officials said they did in part because the resolution did not condemn Hamas.
	In addition to a ceasefire, the resolution also called for the immediate and unconditional release of all hostages and the lifting of all barriers to the provision of humanitarian assistance.
	UN Security Council resolutions are legally binding documents under international law.
	They therefore use very specific language.
	If the U.N.
	Security Council calls upon someone to do something, it is the legal equivalent of asking pretty please.
	It has no real consequences.
	However, U.N.
	Security Council Resolution 8728, which passed yesterday on a 14-0 vote with U.S.
	abstaining, does not call upon Israel or Hamas to do this or that.
	It demands.
	It demands them to do something.
	Here's from the resolution.
	The Security Council 1 demands an immediate ceasefire in the month of Ramadan respected by all parties leading to a lasting sustainable ceasefire and also demands
	The immediate and unconditional release of all hostages, as well as ensuring humanitarian access to address their medical and other humanitarian needs and further demands that parties comply with those obligations under international law in relation to all persons they detain.
	Second, emphasizes the urgent need to expand the flow of humanitarian assistance to and reinforce the protection of civilians in the entire Gaza Strip and reiterate its demand for the lifting of all barriers to the provision of humanitarian assistance at scale in line with international humanitarian laws resolution 2722 of 2022 and 2720 of 2023.
	Soon after the resolution passed, the U.S.
	falsely claimed it was not legally binding.

	And they were just so gung-ho about Kosovo back at the time, you know, wanting to go into Kosovo.

	By the way, they just made a law saying that everybody over the age of 18, men and women, are going to have to serve in Ukraine.
	So this is the newest thing.
	They're going to try to, they're going to send more, they're going to totally decimate their population over there.
	And Russia's just killing them.
	Russia's just, it's like, it's not even funny.
	Russia's, by the way, is also expanding their army.
	They're increasing, going to increase the size of their army as well.
	So they're going to just, they're going to just mow, I think they're going to walk right through there and take it.
	I don't see any other choice really that they have other than to go into Kiev and take it over.

	Anyway, I just wanted to add that to the in the mix that, you know, thanks to Biden, we don't have any more tugboats operating our ports, you know.

	Jim, I heard you say and then previous caller just said that the boat, the cargo ship, Uh, steered right into the bridge support, and that would suggest, of course, a deliberate act of terrorism.
	And I know that the Russian intelligence, well, the Russian state has said that they believe that the UK and the United States were behind this attack in Moscow that just took place recently.
	So, if Moscow is holding us responsible for that terror attack in Moscow, and the ship was deliberately steered into the bridge support, and also the destruction of the bridge functioned as a blockade to a large military contingent.
	I understand there's a large military contingent that's now blockaded in by that bridge being down.
	It seems like a logical inference would be, and I'm not offering this as a conclusion, but a logical inference would be that Russia used some kind of directed energy weapon.
	Now, we know from the Donald Cook incident, you remember the ship?
	Sure.
	We had a ship, Donald Cook, and an airplane, a Russian plane flew by and the ship just went completely dead.
	All the electronics went dead.
	So that was a demonstration That Russia has some sort of weapon that can knock the electronics out on a ship.
	Now, whether they could direct that weapon from a satellite, or maybe they had pre-positioned a weapon like that in the area, and they could use it from the shore, I don't know.
	But it seems like a logical inference that if Russia has the ability to knock out all the electronics on a ship, and that's what happened here, and the ship deliberately hit the bridge support, and it blockaded in a bunch of military, Seems to me like it's a pretty good chance that Russia did it.
	Now, Wayne, we got a better explanation with Ukraine.
	It had a Ukrainian master.
	The Ukrainians put out tweets and telegrams saying there's going to be more of this if you don't give more money to Ukraine.
	It's not that what you're saying is impossible.
	It simply has a far lower probability than what we have here.
	And it was deliberately steered into the pylon.
	There's no question about that, Wayne.
	Now, this was Ukraine, I guarantee 100 percent.

	Sitting in the audience there who were just seemingly unconcerned that we had others who got up and walked out by the way some are just saying i say.
	It's worth considering.
	Now, if this were, in fact, a stage event, Russia would have timed it, Putin would have timed it extremely well, because he'd just come off of winning this huge election with like 88% support.
	He wants to strengthen his hand, become more aggressive with Ukraine.
	This would give public approval of stronger measures against Ukraine.
	So if it had been an inside job, as Archie suggests, or Brian Davidson thinks it may also be the case, even Scott's open to the possibility, It was brilliantly executed because, I mean, Ukraine is just hanging by a thread.
	I think all the more reason for them to pull stunts like the ship collision in Baltimore.
	But it's a very important bridge, and it turns out it's going to create a lot of chaos and a lot of problems for shipping.
	And the people who live in Baltimore are apparently going to be rather isolated.
	We can expect riots and a whole lot of other mischief going on here.
	So it's very serious what's happened here, Alexander.

	My last point is that Tom mentioned that there's a UN resolution going on to pay blacks reparations.
	Yeah, that's what he reported.
	I haven't seen that yet.
	Here's a question I want to ask.
	Is that going to come from money from Jewish people?

	Yes, I would say that that ship that struck the bridge, the Francis got Key Bridge.
	That was a stand down by the Port Authority because ultimately they're responsible for safety of the ship and they could have got the tugboats out there pretty quickly if that ship was in trouble.
	So I would say the Port Authority should be good.
	James, the only trouble it appeared to be in was just seconds before the collision when they changed course.
	This is not a responsibility This is a deliberate sabotage by the Ukrainian master of this ship.

	I doubt the insurance companies will pay out.
	This is a catastrophic disaster.
