And welcome, folks!
This is Truth vs. Nudes, and there is a great deal of difference between the two these days, more so than we'd like to have.
And this is March the 18th, the day after St.
Patrick's Day.
Hopefully everybody had a lucky day yesterday.
I'm lucky to draw here to have some very good people here.
We have Jim Fester, who's written books, JFK, who, I don't know why, And Sandy Hook here.
These are books that are plastic books that you've got to have in your library, I would say, to qualify as being informed as to what really happened.
And we also have Scott Bennett, the wonderful ambassador here.
He's just doing fantastic with Russian relations and things.
And he has so much to share.
And I think he's doing so good to divide, to bring together the Russians and Americans I think that's just fantastic.
And we have Brian Davidson, a very powerful professional, private eye out of Houston, who seems to know more than the Apple's Bureau and can share very well.
So what in the hell is going on with Russia right now?
Are they getting really testy now?
Well, Don, we just had Putin reelected, and we have an interesting report here about what happened.
Breaking news.
This is your World War 3 Update.
I have some special intelligence to report from a source that is exceptionally well-connected with high-ranking officials in the U.S.
Department of Defense, as well as elements of U.S.
Strategic Command.
Now before I go into details of disclosing that crucial information that I assure you you're not going to hear anywhere else, let's quickly go over the headlines today.
Now many of you probably have already heard that Vladimir Putin indeed has been re-elected as President of Russia.
No surprise there.
Throughout the course of the Russian election, in the last 72 hours, NATO and its Ukrainian proxies attempted To undermine and disrupt the Russian election, of course, they failed miserably.
They flew dozens of drones deep inside of Russian territory, successfully striking numerous oil and gas facilities, likely causing the price of oil to spike.
However, it did not change the outcome.
In fact, like most of NATO and Ukraine's harebrained schemes as of late, it backfired miserably.
Vladimir Putin secured 88% of the vote.
Now, was it a legitimate election?
Was it a sham election?
I really don't think it matters at this point.
He's now secured another six-year tenure as president of his country, and his tone has changed on a dime.
As expected, the gloves have now come off.
We are going to see a different Vladimir Putin from this point forward.
He went from a tone that was very diplomatic and conciliatory to one that is far more assertive and almost antagonistic in terms of some of the things that he was saying.
Now openly saying that World War III is a possibility.
That if NATO enters Ukraine, Russia is going to enter into a war with NATO.
However, in the same breath, he said that NATO was already in Ukraine.
What that means is that Russia is already at war with NATO.
Now, for those of us who've been in the know for a while, we know that that is the de facto reality on the ground.
But to hear him say it with so much conviction and no longer inhibited by this statement-like persona that he had to exhibit Over the last few months in particular, I think we're going to see a different type of war being prosecuted from this point forward.
And this is probably why people like Emmanuel Macron, the President of France, and the Defence Minister, Grant Shapps of the UK, have postponed their trips to Ukraine.
Suddenly, not a lot of visits.
From EU leaders into Ukraine now is this because the Ukrainian government is collapsing is this a do with the fact that they're seeing all of these delays in resupply in Ammunition and they're not getting the funding that they need Possibly one of two things is true.
Either the Ukrainian government is indeed collapsing or They finally took a page out of The Art of War and are feigning weakness in an attempt to bait the Russians to doing some sort of big arrow attack that, of course, they are going to completely stop in its tracks.
That's a possibility.
Because, of course, what we're seeing, very oddly, is Ukraine announcing every single aspect of their plan.
We're getting such and such amount of weapons on such and such a date.
We're going to be doing this offensive here at exactly this time.
And it just makes no sense whatsoever.
So maybe they're finally, that hubris of, we're the superior military and we have NATO behind us, has finally dissipated.
And they're finally starting to have to think more creatively in terms of how they're engaging the Russians.
Again, we'll see.
Time will tell.
Now, other headlines are as follows.
NATO is running nuclear drills on Russia's border.
NATO is currently LARPing with CBRN gear and plasma suits along Russia's border.
What could possibly go wrong in that situation?

Scott, I want your commentary on what the hell is going on here, your best thoughts.
Well, I can tell you from my experience over in Russia that he is President Putin is overwhelmingly trusted, loved and supported by probably at least 65, 80 percent of the people.
So it doesn't surprise me at all that the numbers of the vote match 87 percent in favor of Putin.
He really didn't have any Any competition, of course.
There's no one on the world stage of statesmanship that matches President Putin.
He's been in the intelligence community.
He's been in the political realm.
He was appointed by Boris Yeltsin.
He saved Russia from imminent dismemberment, collapse, and cannibalistic devouring by the West, which was always the plan of Victoria Nuland and the Democrats under Bill Clinton, Strobe Talbot, Larry Summers, and Al Gore.
I was over there, and I like Putin.
I'll say it for the record.
I like Putin.
I think he's intelligent.
I like him.
He's a fighter.
He's a judo fighter.
He's a man's man.
I know there's a lot of speculation.
Is it him?
Is it not?
At this point, I really don't care.
Putin, the man that I see, and I asked to meet with him and do an interview with him because Tucker kind of screwed it up a little bit, I thought.
But I couldn't swing that one, Jim.
But next time, we'll see what happens.
But I think Putin is emerging as really the world's dominant statesman political leader for this closing act of Act III.
And he was mild.
He was tempered up until this election.
I think he's very, very savvy in strategy.
He's a lawyer by nature.
I like him for that reason as well.
There are people that don't support him and don't like him.
I know a coffee shop down the road who are Russian, and the lady said her daughter doesn't support Putin.
But these youngsters under the age of 40 don't have a whole lot of wisdom, and they rush to try and emulate the West and make Russia like the West.
Without really understanding what happened in the 1990s, and anyone that didn't live through the 1990s really has no grounds to complain about Russia or Putin or not being westernized because you saw it, Jim, and I saw it, I'm sure Brian saw it, and I know Don saw it, that what happened to Russia in the 1990s was an absolute catastrophe, an economic catastrophe, a social catastrophe, A political catastrophe.
And it was all orchestrated by the Jews, the Zionists, the Democrats, Clinton, you could go on and on.
And they very seriously went after Russia with the goal of dismembering it.
Scott Ritter was there and has given some great testimony about how the CIA said, no, no, no, no, we don't want any peace with Russia.
We're going to go in and take everything.
Well, that didn't work out very well.
Anyone that, you know, puffs up their chest and crows like a cock rooster really doesn't, who hasn't been around in those days, has no gravitas, has no wisdom, and I wouldn't listen to them other than throw tomatoes at them in a circus ring because What happened to Russia and what Putin saved it for really deserves him the Nobel Peace Prize.
It really does and he has been extraordinarily patient with the West despite their invasions in Ukraine and their There are multiple genocide campaigns against the Russian-speaking people in eastern Ukraine.
So I think we're going to see Putin begin to really rise up and execute and prosecute and finish this conflict in Ukraine.
I think he will make direct overtures to the European peoples.
And you will see European people respond better to Putin than they do to Macron, the little homosexual married to what Candace Owens describes as a man, or the little gay guy Schultz, or the little Indian boy Reesey Schoenack.
All of these fools and clowns in the European countries are quickly sinking under the weight of their own arrogance and stupidity.
But not Putin.
He is rising.
And the person to watch, of course, is Medvedev.
And I'll put it this way and end it by saying, if anything happened to Putin and he was taken out, you would have a far worse situation because Medvedev or these others that would step in, they're not looking for a peaceful, submissive, can't-we-get-along attitude towards Europe or the United States.
They're standing on their culture and their motherland and their people with the full awareness that the West is toxic, hostile, and schizophrenic with its sexual perversion and LGBT and climate change and every other fascist ideology they're trying to impregnate the world with.
Russia's having no part in it.
So I think you will see a far more robust And militant and convicted Russia, and you're going to see, you know, it really emerges, the Duma members have said, the safest country in Europe, because Europe is disintegrating under their forced migrant invasion Kalergi plan, which doesn't apply to Russia.
And having been there, I can tell you, it's a traditional conservative Christian Orthodox country, and if I had my choice to move anywhere in Europe, I would move to Russia before I move to France or London or Manchester or even Sweden or any of these countries because they're inhospitable to conservative Christian Republican Trump supporter types.
And that's another reason I like Russia because they supported Donald Trump and they still support him.
And, you know, it's it's it's it's almost funny to see what's going to be coming on the horizon.
But every European country is a bowling pin and Vladimir Putin is the bowling ball just thrown by Superman, otherwise known as the Russian people.
So we'll see all the splintering that's about to occur.

By the way, Scott, what area of Russia would you like to move to?
I'm not saying I would like to move there, Don.
Let's be very clear.
I'm just saying if I had to make a choice, I would choose Russia over the European countries because the European countries are descending into fascism and woke-ism and perversion.
And there's some beautiful places in Russia.
Moscow is beautiful.
St. Petersburg.
You know, Sochi.
Crimea is absolutely the jewel of the crown.
But it's because of the heart of the people that Russia is being blessed while everywhere else, I think, is being cursed, including the United States, which we are going to see in this next year as the most violent season of America's history unscrolls which we are going to see in this next year as the No. Brian?
Well, I don't think that there's even a hint of cheating in this particular election.
As a matter of fact, the numbers feel more like a MAGA election than they do, you know, an election.
You know, Western state media, Zionist-controlled media obviously is out there saying, there's no way these numbers are real.
There's no way these numbers are real.
But 75% of the Russian population voted.
Of the 75% that voted, 87% of the vote went to Putin.
Now, you might say, all that crazy numbers, but I tend to think that the same type of numbers were existent here in America after the Trump election.
You know, just prior to this election, Putin made a lot of very inflammatory statements that you would think would, you know, divide up the populace and it would be the last thing people remember as they go to the booths.
But just to give you some quotes, America is a catastrophe, not a democracy.
The U.S.
has become a global laughingstock by criticizing democratic processes in other nations while suppressing a presidential candidate in its own election.
The whole world is laughing at what's happening in the United States.
I think it's obvious to everyone that the American political system cannot claim to be democratic in any sense of the word.
And get this one.
This one's my favorite.
He did an interview with a guy by the name of Rossi Gaya Segedonya with international media.
Get this.
He talked about exploitation of many nations in NATO.
And he called it, he said it was an exploitation by a group called the Golden Billion.
And he said it's coming to an end.
What is the Golden Billion?
Well, he stated that over the past few centuries, the so-called golden billion has grown accustomed to being able to fill their bellies with human flesh and their pockets with money as they've been parasitizing other peoples in Africa, Asia, and Latin America.
But they must understand that the vampire ball is ending.
Does this sound like a moderate?
This is a guy talking to his own people on Russian media.
He added that the citizens of the aforementioned regions, which have been continuously exploited by the West over the past 500 years, have started to associate Russia's struggle for sovereignty with their own aspirations for sovereignty and independent government.
He also noted that Western elites have a strong desire to freeze the current situation, but they're not having any luck freezing the current situation because they just can't continue to preserve the unjust state of affairs that exists in international affairs.
So he's alluding to BRICS.
He's alluding to other countries beginning to break loose from the Golden billion, which would be this global corporate banking cartel elite that he's talking about.
And, you know, more power to him.
I think one of the greatest things that Germany ever did post Treaty of Versailles, post World War One, the greatest comeback story ever is what happened from 36 to 42, where the entire currency was collapsed.
Three times the value of the entire property in Germany was owed to other nations for the price of World War One.
And what did he do?
He put the nation to work.
He called it socialism, national socialism.
He put everybody to work.
He said, hey, we all got to work together.
We all got to do this.
They started issuing certificates for work that would be performed.
They built the Audubon.
Within five years, their currency had grown so strong that they could trade with other nations, and they busted themselves loose from the global cartel.
That happened in the real world in 36 to 42.
Now, I'll tell you something.
They've got America by the balls.

And if this happens, we better take a note as to how to rebuild it.

So we have Russia also moving its tactical nukes into Belarus.
Al Turner reporting, to make it closer to NATO members, they can all carry nuclear warheads, have range up to 500 kilometers, highly mobile equipment, optical guidance system for improving firing accuracy.
Putin is serious.
He's not messing around.
Meanwhile, rather to my astonishment, Chuck Schumer has called for new elections in Israel, saying Netanyahu is an obstacle to peace.
As I read it, what's happened is that the backlash of the Biden administration providing weapons to Israel to slaughter Palestinians has been so significant that the Democrats fear they're going to be wiped out utterly at every level.
And they're having to dramatically reverse course.
Senate Majority Shermer Thursday called on Israel to hold new elections, saying he believed Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu had lost his way and was an obstacle to peace in the region amid a growing humanitarian crisis in Gaza.
These are words we have not heard from any Democrat before.
Schumer, the first Jewish majority leader in the Senate and highest-ranking Jewish official in the U.S., strongly criticized Netanyahu in a 40-minute speech Thursday morning on the Senate floor, saying the prime minister had put himself in a coalition of far-right extremists and, as a result, had been too willing to tolerate the civilian toll in Gaza, which is pushing subversion of Israel worldwide to historic lows.
Israel cannot survive if it becomes a For Hayyat, neither can the United States.
Both are at historic lows.
Sherman has so far positioned himself as a strong ally of Israel, but he said on the Senate floor, Israeli people are being stifled right now by a government that is stuck in the past.

Schumer said Netanyahu, who long opposed Palestinian statehood, is one of the obstacles in the way of a two-state solution pushed by the United States.
A majority leader is also blaming right-wing Israelis, Hamas, and Palestinian Authority Abu Abbas.
Until they're all removed, the equation will never be peace in Israel, Gaza, and the West Bank.

Leader Schumer feels strongly about this, said John Kirby.
We'll certainly let him speak to it.
We're going to stay focused now.
He's speaking for the Department of State on making sure Israel has what it needs to defend itself by doing everything they can to avoid civilian casualties.
The speech drew a swift reprisal from Republicans after the Israeli ambassador, Michael Herzog, called the speech counterproductive to our common goals.
Israel is a sovereign democracy.
It's unhelpful, all the more so as Israel is at war against a genocidal terror organization, Hamas, to comment on the domestic political scene of a democratic ally.
It also drew a swift reprisal from Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell, saying immediately after Schumer's speech, Israel deserves an ally that acts like one.
And I say to hell with them both.
House Speaker Mike Johnson called Schumer's speech inappropriate.
Netanyahu in a cozy relationship with Republicans in the U.S., speaking at a joint session of Congress in 2015 at the invocation of GOP lawmakers, to try to torpedo former President Obama's nuclear negotiation with Iran, a move infuriated Obama admin officials, who saw it as an end run around Obama's presidential authority.
An unacceptably deep interference in U.S.
politics and foreign policy.
Protesters in Israel calling for early elections have charged Netanyahu as making decisions based on keeping his right-wing coalition intact rather than Israel's interests at a time of war.

Well, this is very interesting that Schumer, who I despise more than blood poisoning itself, is allegedly looking to side against Netanyahu.
I think I think more broadly, Jim, we're witnessing the implosion, the disintegration, the destruction of Israel, which has turned into, you know, just madness and chaos and arrogance and blindness on the behalf of both the people and the politicians and the military.
You have the worst genocide in the history of humanity.
30,000 plus, I would probably say double that, in wounded women and children, the desolation of an entire area.
This is what Schumer and others are witnessing.
If they do not challenge and overthrow and remove Netanyahu, then they themselves will be overthrown because Netanyahu and the Israelis will be challenged by all of the Muslim nations, Turkey, Jordan, Egypt, Syria, Iraq, Iran, Yemen.
We already see Yemen stepping up and doing what no other Arab Muslim country has the guts to do.
Which is shutting down the Red Sea and the ports and there won't be any more shipping through the Red Sea.
Schumer and these people know this.
This is a rubber tire that's being hung around the Democrats and Netanyahu and ignited on fire.
So, they will lose their own political career if this gets out of hand, which is very easy to do.

And that's what Schumer fears, and his pride, of course, leads him to preserve his political life at all costs.
He has said his name means guardian, and he has proudly, arrogantly said he is a guardian of Israel.
Well, no, he's not.
You are a senator, allegedly, of New York, or whatever other shithole he comes from.
Your job is to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States and the rights of the American people, not to serve Israel or any other country.
And this relationship, this takeover of the United States, you could go way back for 20, 30 years of all the politicians have been talking about it, this is now ending.
And I think it's going to end very, very badly for Israel.
And, you know, the United States, if it enters into a conflict, if it enters onto the side of Israel, you're going to see America engaged in a war that Dick Cheney and Rumsfeld and George Bush never dreamed of.
And it will only end badly for the United States.
So I think that's the writing on the wall that he's getting very nervous about, Jim.

Okay, I saw a list a few weeks ago of the top US politicians that received donations from Israeli lobbies and Chuck Schumer was right at the top of the list next to Mitch McConnell.

And it's always in Israel's best interest to wag these political puppets, whichever direction they want to go.
The problem that Israel has right now is a generational problem in that the youngest generation of Americans, those who are just turning 18, 20, 16, 19, are radically becoming against Israel's.
So let's go ahead and get the oldest American, most powerful politician, and especially the oldest Jewish one, to come out and speak against Israel.
After he's getting all of his money, so let's make sure that these young ones understand that the Democrats are not the enemy, that here in America we Democrats are good guys.
I'm telling you, at the same time, it's the Democrats and the Israeli lobbies that are pushing this reprogramming of their brains and trying to get small children to experiment sexually, digging into their porn sites and figure out, you know, what gender they are.
You know, they're screwing up that entire generation.
Fortunately, that generation, it seems to me, is beginning to feel this pressure, this loneliness, this weight that something's not quite right.

And now with Israel's genocide, We have destroyed any notions of decency or independence or any kind of claims to a diplomatic neutrality that deals with or communicates or settles this Palestinian-Israeli issue, which goes way back to, of course, the UN 1948.

The Office of the President?

Name the institution.

And so, I think it's a little bit high in the sky to think that Q is somehow going to root out some people and therefore make the rest of the institutions in the world, you know, fall into line because, hey, we better remember that Constitution thing when they currently have a power structure.
So either you're going to tear down the entire institutional controls in all of the United States government Or you're just gonna clean out the deep state.
Whatever.
I hope Trump can clean out the deep state.
But I just simply don't believe in some pie-in-the-sky idea concept that there's gonna be some white hats that come out and they're gonna You know, all of a sudden arrest everybody that's a bad guy, and they're going to be the ones dividing up the sheep and the goats and determining who's good and who's bad without evidence.
I'm not seeing any public trials, and that's how we do it in America.
That's the Constitution.
That's the way it's supposed to be.
So I would rather rely on the remaining remnant of the cellular structure of Americans.
In other words, those Americans that fear God, Those Americans who understand what the 209 Founding Fathers were up to.
Those Americans that are patriots that want to protect the way of life that was established for this nation at whatever cost.
That's the remnant and that's the cellular structure.
They're after us.
We're in the rural communities.
We're in some urban communities.

Those are, that cellular structure is what I want to see protected the most.
And these are the ones that they really went after on January 6th because these are the guys that came out of the woodwork, went in there, said, hey we're the remaining cellular structure, we're going to stand up.
And so what are they, oh we're going to persecute you.
Well they might be able to scare some of the cells But they can never stop the entire cellular structure of the remaining patriotic Americans.
As for the second issue of the Jews, yes, there was a time when the Jews as a people saw great miracles and feared God.
Anybody who reads their Bible actually understands that they went into a downward spiral from that sort of spiritual high that was set up in the book of Judges, the book of Joshua, that goes all the way back to the beginning.
That was the Abrahamic Covenant, Genesis chapter 12.
But there has been a downward cycle that went so bad and so far that under Roman occupation they crucified their Messiah.
their Messiah, like the one.
And they crucified it because he threatened what it meant to be a Jew by going after the Sabbath and by going after the money lenders and by going after those people.
And ever since then, it's continued on a downward spiral as the church, again, the cellular structure, has grown and grown and grown and grown.
So much so that the Romans under Constantine convened the Council of Nicaea in 325 AD, And then when you consider the rest of the history, what started happening after that?
Of course, they set up the institution of the Church, which became Catholicism.
And then what happened is all that these Jewish scholars and rabbis began commenting on the Tanakh.
And they came up with the Kabbalah, which is now today's version of Judaism, which hates the goy, which doesn't fear God at all, which doesn't care about us, that would send us, feed us to the dogs.

Despite these tactics, Trump dominated the GOP field.
He's now the official nominee of the GOP.
Is it possible Democrats fear the criminal trial will fail to hurt Trump, that he might get off scot-free and become president again?
So now it looks as if they're digging up a long-debunked claim to shut down his election from Breitbart.
The same players from Russia came.
The failed deep state hoax to frame Trump for colluding with Russia to win in 2016 are pushing the narrative, with some help from never-Trump allies who made their way into the Trump admin.
And with Russiagate 2016, Swalwell and fellow hoaxers have begun misrepresenting Trump's remarks on Russia from the campaign trail.
A few anti-Trumpers in the GOP and Democrats are trying to resurrect the Trump-Russia collusion narrative.
Fiona Hill, who once worked for the Trump administration, claims Trump admires Putin.
Eric Swalwell, who tried to get special counsel to condemn Trump, is doing much the same.
He even recently claimed Trump is Putin.
Democrats have tried to use Russia as a boogeyman since 2016.
Biden has spent billions to arm Ukraine, claiming Putin is a threat to all countries.
A special counsel spent years and millions investing in Ukraine to help work for Russia.
A team of mostly Democrats was forced to admit there was no evidence.
Yeah, there's been little proof of Democrat accusation, but they continue to spread the claim as a last-ditch attack.
It's possible the current criminal case will collapse.
We're seeing the signs of it on the right and on the left.
With Biden's approval in the toilet, there's a good chance Trump will beat him by a landslide.
It's not a surprise some are pulling up Russia again to scare voters.
Perhaps it'll only increase in the coming months.

Which will result in five years in prison.

Here we have Scott McAfee rules Fannie Willis can remain on the Trump case if she fires her ex-lover.
This is really quite an absurd decision.
Fulton County Judge McAfee ruled Friday Fannie Willis can remain if she gets rid of Nathan Wade.
The choice is likely to be an easy one.
If Willis were to remove herself, the case would come to a halt.
But having Wade leave will ensure the case continues without further delay, reported NBC News.
McAfee found the two former lovers only engaged in the appearance of impropriety, which should result in Willis leaving her office if Wade is not removed.
The prosecution is encumbered by an appearance of impropriety, he wrote, as the case moves forward.
Reasonable members of the public could easily be left to wonder whether the financial exchanges have continued, resulting in some form of benefit to the district attorney.
Or even whether the romantic relationship is resumed.
As long as Wade remains on the case, this unnecessary perception will persist.
Mac, if he ruled a former lover's relationship produced no actual conflict, that would force Willis from the case.
Meanwhile, Georgia case against Trump.
Kate Brumback and Elena Durkan-Richard add the special prosecutor who had a romantic relationship with Fulton County District Attorney Penny Willis formally withdrew Friday from the election interference case against Trump.
Attorney Nathan Wade's resignation allows Willis to remain on the most sprawling of four criminal cases against a presumptive Republican nominee.
The long-term damage of public perception of the prosecution remains unclear, particularly in light of Trump's relentless barrage of attacks on the pair, who pledged to hold Trump accountable but found their own actions under a public microscope.
I was always—I will always remember and will remind everyone that you were brave enough to step forward and take on the investigation and prosecution of the allegation that defendants in this case engaged in a conspiracy to overturn Georgia's 2020 election, Willis wrote, of Wade.
Trump team felt differently.
In a social media post, Trump said that Fannie Willis' law firm had resigned in disgrace.
And Trump repeated his assertion that the case is an effort to hurt his campaign to reclaim the White House.
Trump denies doing anything wrong, pleading not guilty.
An attorney for the former president said they respected the court decision, but believe the judge did not afford appropriate significance in the prosecutorial misconduct.
We will use all legal options available as we continue to fight in this case, which had never been brought in the first place.
Defense attorneys could try to appeal the ruling, but they would need the judge's permission to do so.
Meanwhile, Judge Fannie Willis passed after he and his wife donated to her campaign.
Fulton County Judge Scott McAfee allowed corrupt DA Penny Willis to remain as lead prosecutor, but McAfee's history proves this wasn't planned all along.
Willis hired her secret lover Nathan Wade to work as prosecutor, paying him roughly $600,000 taxpayer money despite being seriously underqualified, which he benefited from through various luxurious vacations paid for by those funds.
The DA repeatedly lied under oath about her relationship, how long it had been going on, but McAfee gave the Democrat a free pass.
McAfee said he did find the appearance of impropriety, but no disqualification of a constitutional officer necessary when a less drastic and sufficient remedial option is available.
He went on to state it could not continue until one of the two options we reviewed had transpired.
The decision could be seen as even less severe than a slap on the wrist.
Providing the DA with an easy out, that will allow her to continue her White House-backed effort to persecute Donald Trump.
As for Wade, he already scored his massive payday off the case.
There's no loss on his end either.
McAbee claimed there was no actual conflict.
In a case that would have required him to disqualify Willis, which he did not do.
This is by no means an indication the court condones this tremendous lapse in judgment or the unprofessional manner of the district attorney's testimony during the evidentiary hearing.
Rather, it is the undersigned opinion Georgia law does not permit the finding of an actual conflict or simply making bad choices even repeatedly.
And it is the trial court's duty to confine itself to the relevant issues and have applicable law properly brought before it.
Apparently, lying under oath about a scheme to steal from the taxpayers while persecuting a political adversary is simply a bad choice.
Without sufficient evidence that the DA acquired a personal stake, or that her financial arraignment had any impact on the case, the defendant's claims of actual conflict must be denied.
This decision, however, should not be surprising to anyone, given the judge had a conflict of his own, and should not have been responsible for overseeing this case in the first place.
McAfee and his wife both donated to Willa's 2020 campaign.
Signaling they've been avid supporters of that crooked DA for quite some time.
Paired with the current legal climate in America, where judges have repeatedly helped Democrats carry out one of the most egregious political warfare campaigns in American history, suggests McAbee was always going to protect Willis, no matter how damning the evidence against her.
On the bright side, the American people have been shown what a clear clown show this entire bogus case has become, and a jury could be influenced by that, though we've seen the Democrat taint juries in the past.
One thing is clear.
Donald Trump may never get a fair trial in this dystopian version of America we're living in today.
