	That it was maybe the shortest in history, but there it is.

	All right.
	Stories for today include Judge Scott McAfee rules Fannie Willis can remain on the Trump case if she fires her ex-lover, Wayne.
	This is a very bad decision.
	Fulton County Judge Scott Mack has a rule of Friday that Fulton County Prosecutor Fannie Wade can remain on the Donald Trump case if Nathan Wade, fellow prosecutor-next-level, is removed by Willis or voluntarily resigns.
	The choice is likely to be an easy one.
	If Willis were to remove herself, the case would come to a halt.
	But having Wade leave will ensure the case continues without further delay, NBC News reported.
	McAfee found the two former lovers only engaged in an appearance of impropriety, which should result in Willis leaving her office if Wade is not removed from the case.
	Well, the appearance of impropriety ought to have been enough.
	Simply ridiculous.
	Newsmax had a good report from Alan Dershowitz about this.
	In fact, Dershowitz, in my opinion, is spot on here in relation to what's happened.
	And you want to hear him.
	And Jonathan Turley, too, gets involved and has further very thoughtful observations to make about what's happened here, as I'm about to share with you.

	Professor Alan Dershowitz, Professor Emeritus at Harvard Law School, he's with us now.
	And we've been discussing about, you know, you didn't think that Fannie Willis was going to be disqualified all along, and here we are today.
	Just wanted to get your thoughts on the judge's ultimate ruling in the case.
	Well, I think the verdict, the result, is utterly dishonest.
	I respectfully disagree with Judge Napolitano, who I respect enormously.
	Everybody knows, everybody knows that he profited from it.
	Everybody knows who watched the thing, that she committed perjury, that she conspired to commit perjury with Nathan Wade and with the other witness.
	Who are you going to believe, this judge or your lying eyes?
	We all know there was an actual conflict of interest here.
	He just doesn't have the guts to say it.
	And I predicted he wouldn't have the guts to say it.
	He has to live in Fulton County.
	Now, he may have said some things that are very critical of her, but still, he should have removed her from the case.
	There is an actual conflict of interest.
	She made money from this case.
	If anybody believes that she actually paid back every penny in cash, I got a bridge to sell you in Brooklyn.
	There are people in prison.
	There are people in death row.
	Based on evidence, Less strong than this.
	The pings, the lies about why he was at her house at 11 o'clock at night until four in the morning playing Scrabble.
	This is a scandal.
	And the judge just didn't have the courage to do the right thing.
	And judges often don't.
	And they will find a way out.
	And this is a Weasley way out.
	Yes, of course, there was an appearance of injustice, appearance of conflict, but there was an actual conflict.
	And I hope that the defendants will appeal this.
	And I think they can.
	Many states they could.
	Disqualification denials are subject to mandamus or interlocutory appeals.
	And so I would hope that there would be an appeal here on two issues.
	Number one, the evidence is overwhelming that there was an actual conflict of interest.
	And second, there shouldn't have to be an actual conflict of interest.
	It should be enough that there is a realistic appearance where virtually everybody looking at this says this smells to high heaven.
	So this is a bad result.
	I haven't read the whole decision.
	I've only read parts of it.
	And I'm sure he says some good things.
	And I'm sure he cites some good cases.
	But the result is wrong.
	And the result is unjust.
	And the result is inconsistent with what every person watching this hearing knows.
	They all know she got a financial benefit from this.
	They all know she lied on the stand.
	And, you know, you can't do justice that That was a wonderful statement by Alan Dershowitz.
	knows to be the truth.
	That really undercuts our legal system tremendously.
	And so he should have ruled honestly.
	Yes, there's a conflict.
	Yes, she committed perjury.
	Yes, there was a conspiracy.
	Yes, she received financial benefit for this.
	That's the truth.
	And the truth matters.
	That was a wonderful statement by Alan Dershowitz.
	In addition, Jonathan Turley has weighed in on the case.
	And I mean, these two guys are among my favorite in terms of commentators on politically significant cases.
	Let me applaud Jonathan here and what he has to say about the case.

	In fact, Governor Kemp or Georgia Attorney General Christopher Carr could appoint a special prosecutor to investigate and possibly disqualify Willis depending on its findings.
	Your take.
	Thank you.
	Well, I think that's certainly true.
	This is going to continue to undermine the prosecution.
	From the very beginning of this controversy, Willis has put her interests and those of Mr. Wade ahead of her case, ahead of the interests of the people of Fulton County, and ahead of her office.
	That's one of the things that is most shocking about this.
	She should have recused herself weeks ago, and there is this disconnect in the opinion.
	I get much of what the judge is saying.
	I think the judge has done a fine job.
	He's been fair.
	He's tried to get it right.
	And I get it when he says, look, I can't say that this relationship is the reason that she brought this case.
	That's true.
	Unfortunately, the case was not brought for personal reasons.
	It was brought for political reasons.
	This is a very politically motivated case, at least extending it to Donald Trump with this rather thin racketeering theory.
	So I get all of that.
	What I don't understand is how the court can find that she did act improperly in her public statements.
	He shreds the testimony.
	He strongly indicates that he did not believe Mr. Wade.
	But then he ignores the fact that they testified largely in tandem.
	Willis adopted his testimony.
	She supported his testimony.
	So, if he was false, she was false.
	It is very hard to separate these conjoined twins.
	It takes quite a surgeon.
	I want to get to this.
	And Leo, I come to you with this because you're a civil rights attorney.
	Maybe this is somebody who's known to you.
	But this caught my eye last Thursday as we were finding out that this case was wrapping down.
	There's a lot going on in Fulton County right now about this case.
	People are saying, and I'll quote this man, Robert Petillo, who's a talk show radio host and civil rights attorney, a giant reality show.
	This was embarrassing for Atlanta.
	Embarrassing for Atlanta, embarrassing for Georgia, embarrassing for the judicial system, embarrassing for the judge.
	Meanwhile, Since he has dismissed six of the charges for being in specifically articulated a website called the National Memo, very clearly anti-Trump rights.
	Georgia judge Trump did it, but that's OK because those don't really matter.
	Here's what they published.
	This is, in my opinion, nonsense, but I want to share an alternative point of view.
	As if we had not been reminded before, the dismissal of six charges against defendants in the Georgia RICO case reminds us once again that the whole notion of taking an oath to support and defend the Constitution, including the state Constitution, has apparently become a nullity in modern times.
	According to the judge in Georgia, if you're required to take an oath, it's just a ceremony, not an actual requirement to uphold the law.
	The law being the Constitution of the United States or the Constitution of Georgia.
	Defendants in the Georgia racketeering case, who include Donald Trump, Rudy Giuliani, and Mark Meadows, among others, were charged with 41 counts of violating Georgia's laws in that they, quote, knowingly and willfully joined a conspiracy to unlawfully change the outcome of the election in favor of Donald Trump, end quote, which I assert categorically is false.
	The judge in the case, Scott McAbee of Fulton Superior Court, has now dismissed six of these counts, not because the defendants didn't take the actions they're charged with, but because those actions were not illegal enough.
	The judge found that the charges filed by the grand jury in Georgia did not spell out with adequate specificity why those actions were illegal.
	In other words, the charges were vague.
	The judge did the right thing.
	The national memo is all wrong because it's a propaganda outlet.
	Meanwhile, there have been other developments in other cases.
	President Trump secures a bill, judgment payment delayed.
	In the ongoing E. Jean Carroll case, that's a fantasy rape case.
	Though the appeal is good news, President Trump is still forced to post a $91.6 million bond as an escrow payment pending the appeal.
	This means Carol will be forced to wait and may not get any of the money at all.
	Here's to hoping she won't.

	Donald Trump has posted a $91.6 million bond in the E. Jean Carol defamation case.
	Trump had to pay the money even though he is appealing the case.
	If he wins an appeals court, he can get the money back.

	Meanwhile, we've had a delay in the Stormy Daniels case.
	Daily Wire reports Manhattan D.A., another Soros scumbag, does not oppose delay for trial in Trump's hush money case.
	Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg said on Thursday he does not oppose a 30-day trial delay in the Hush Money case in New York against former President Trump set to start later this month.
	Prosecutor wrote in a filing that his team is ready for a trial on March 25th, the date picked per jury selection to begin, but Bragg added that distinctive circumstances have them open to having the timeline pushed back.
	Good!
	At least he's not making himself an idiot over that.
	Meanwhile, the House of Representatives and its Judiciary Committee represents a whole different kettle of fish for Fannie Willis.
	Look at this.

	The Republican-led Judiciary Committee opened an investigation into the DA's indictments of former President Trump and his associates last August.
	Saying that charges appear to be politically motivated.
	Yes.
	I think the whole world recognizes that.
	Meanwhile, we have Trey Gowdy slamming Fannie Willis for her outrageous behavior.
	Fannie Willis wants to force Donald Trump to stand for a political show trial in an act of election interference.
	Now the case has taken an unexpected turn in Trey Gowdy.
	Slams Fannie Willis for prosecutorial misconduct.
	Fulton County District Attorney Fannie Willis is facing serious allegation of perjury and conflict of interest that could get her disqualified from the case against former President Trump, as we know.
	Right now, we have McAfee ruling that if she gets rid of Wade, she can stay.
	But as Jonathan Turley pointed out, They both were in it together, so how can he get rid of one and not the other?
	And as Alan Dershowitz explained, it's obvious they had a conflict of interest.
	Obvious.
	Everyone knows.
	The defense attorney presented evidence in the form of bank records that she hired her lover Nathan Way to serve as a special prosecutor in the Trump investigation.
	Wade used the investigation as a piggy bank for their relationship, taking money he earned during the course of an unusually long grand jury investigation to take Willis on vacation.
	Cell phone records, location data, witness testimony provide compelling evidence that they lied on the witness stand about their relationship beginning after he started working on the Trump case.
	The case to disqualify Willis seems obvious.
	I do agree.
	It is obvious.
	It should have already happened.
	So much for the latest in the criminal cases involving Donald Trump.
	Meanwhile, Russia has made a move.
	Very significant.

	Putin is taking seriously all the talk of NATO joining the fray with Ukraine against America.

	In 2023, hard proof emerged that American neocons provoked Russian intervention in Ukraine and blocked efforts at a peaceful settlement.
	This occurred several times in the past decade after peace agreements were signed.

	None of these agreements were implemented by Ukraine because they were sabotaged by American neocons with the help of the CIA.

	In 1922, Soviet Premier Lenin transferred parts of Russia to the newly formed Soviet Republic of Ukraine, and Premier Khrushchev added Crimea in 1954.
	These areas were mostly inhabited by ethnic Russians, but changing these administrative boundaries didn't matter since all were ruled from Moscow.
	When the Russians disbanded the Soviet Union in 1991, These areas were not returned to Russia, even though Russian remained the common language.
	There were billions of Russians living in Ukraine and other Soviet republics in 1991.
	All Soviet states had different ethnic groups who spoke their own language and retained unique cultural characteristics.
	Leaders were concerned about ethnic conflicts after watching the violent breakup in Yugoslavia.
	They signed the Belavezha Accords that promised to respect the rights of all ethnic groups in their new nations.
	The former Soviet states were at peace until the American CIA began arming radical nationalists in Ukraine who led a 2014 coup in Kiev and took over its government.
	They openly violated the Belavezha Accords by banning use of Russian and other languages in Ukraine and promised to expel anyone who refused to comply.
	This caused protests and armed rebellions in eastern Ukraine since millions of Russians didn't even speak Ukrainian.

	The RNC filed the suit on behalf of 30 million registered Republicans in all 50 states against Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson and her director of election.
	The purpose is to force Michigan to clean up its dirty voting rolls before the 2024 election.

	Meanwhile, Ron DeSantis has sounded the alarm on a bone-chilling abuse of power by Joe Biden.

	Republicans are continuing to attack Biden for what they see as his lack of responsibility for border security.
	This time, 14 House Democrats voted in favor of the resolution.

	Republicans claim correctly the Biden admin is restricting expedited removal, which only incentivizes illegal immigration and deepens the border situation.
	They've, of course, got it right.

	Meanwhile, a Department of Justice has asked A court to toss a whistleblower lawsuit alleging Pfizer defrauded the U.S.

	The United States should not be required to expand resources on a case that is inconsistent with its public health policy The DOJ said in its motion to dismiss, which of course begs the question as to whether its public health policy is in the public interest.

	An American Airlines flight departed to Dallas, Fort Worth and Texas, forced to land at LAX in California.

	To an American, Steve Mnuchin, a Jew, former Treasury Secretary, of course, is putting together a consortium of Jews in order to buy it, or that is one of the options if this gets through the Senate.
	But the point is, again, just like the New York Times and the Washington Post and all the ABC, NBC, CBS, CNBC, MSNBC, all these CNN, all these channels that they dominate already, all these organs of communication, they can't have one free method of expression.

	They have military people supported, like universities and colleges, their food, their clothing, they're paid a salary.
