	We have developments around the world in Ukraine and Israel on the border.
	I think the potential for false flags is enormous.
	Reese has a wonderful report about it I want to share with you here and now.

	Last week, I reported on rumors that Victoria Nuland was planning a false flag attack on a Ukrainian nuclear power plant.
	There is now talk in Kiev that the real president of Ukraine, Victoria Nuland, has become so desperate for NATO troops to enter Ukraine and continue this U.S.
	proxy war against Russia that she is willing to murder innocent locals with a radioactive cloud and blame it on Russian forces.
	After that report, documentary filmmaker Chris Emery, who has spent years researching PATCON, the U.S.
	intelligence operation to use false flags as a way of criminalizing American patriots, reached out to me with some information that shows how this is standard operating procedure for the black hats in our government.
	We had done our first movie premiere in March of that year in Salt Lake City with an attorney that we actually interviewed on the film by the name of Jesse Trinidou.
	He was approached by a command team leader that was in charge of 10, including himself, basically commandos, to blow up the Browns Ferry nuclear power plant in Athens, Alabama under the Operation PatCon.
	And then Jesse went into detail about what PATCON was, which would later morph into the Waco attack and then the Oklahoma City bombing.
	And then our current present day ramification of that was J-6.
	That nuclear power plant is still standing today because this command leader says no.
	That violated their rules of engagement that they were taught in their special operations ever since he was, you know, a rookie commando.
	And he said we are not killing 27 innocent U.S.
	civilians no matter how much money you're paying us.
	Each of his partners, there were 10 commandos altogether, were given duffel bags full of cash.
	Each were given $5 million.
	They left it in the parking lot in the wee hours.
	He said between 2.30 and 3 o'clock in the morning, they literally left these duffel bags in the parking lot, in the far end of the parking lot, away from the nuclear power plant and drove away.
	And they basically told their commanding officer at the Pentagon to F off.
	We're dealing with people that are of the occult, are in a dark corner of the universe that we can't even imagine.
	And Newland is in that pack with Eric Garland and several others.

	A hearing in another genocide case began here in the United States.
	The Center for Constitutional Rights first filed the case in November against President Joe Biden, Secretary of State Antony Blinken, and Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin.
	For three hours on Friday in a federal courtroom in Oakland, California, Palestinians and Americans testified in person and by phone from Gaza about the Biden administration's failure to prevent what they called the quote, unfolding genocide in Gaza.
	Lawyers for the Biden administration say the court lacks proper jurisdiction to decide the case, which they argue is a matter of foreign policy.
	The judge said, quote, this probably is the most difficult case factually that this court has ever had.

	Leila Al-Haddad is a Palestinian writer and journalist from Gaza who testified in court Friday, author of Gaza Mom, Palestine Politics, Parenting, and Everything in Between, and co-editor of the book Gaza Unsilenced with Rafat Al-Arir, the Palestinian academic and activist killed in December by an Israeli airstrike in Gaza, along with his brother, his sister, and her four children.

	Diala, why don't you start off by laying out the case.
	Thank you for having me, Amy.
	So we filed this case in November, laying out all of the ways in which the U.S.
	government, despite the administration in particular, President Biden, Secretaries Blinken and Austin, have failed in their duty to prevent an unfolding genocide in Gaza, but also are complicit in a genocide in Gaza.
	And we, a couple of days after filing our complaint, sought a preliminary injunction, which is essentially an emergency order, saying to the court, you know, the stakes here are so high.
	The harms to our plaintiffs, the Palestinians, Who are plaintiffs in this case, and we have two human rights organizations with staff in Gaza that are plaintiffs, along with a number of individuals, some of whom are Palestinian Americans with families in Gaza, many of whom have been killed and displaced and are suffering all of the conditions that we have all come to know all too well.

	What happens now that the ICJ has ordered Israel not to engage in genocide?
	What is going to be the effect?
	Many skeptics believe Israel isn't going to change its tactics or manner, it's going to continue to slaughter.
	Here, Truthout reports, and of course, it's a well-known left-wing site, What comes next?
	Now, the International Court of Justice has handed down its near unanimous ruling.

	And then, following very quickly, 25 other states with Republican governors signed a letter pledging their support to Texas and its constitutional right to defend itself and this country.
	Those states include Ohio, Florida, Utah, Nevada, and many others.
	And then the Biden administration responded.
	The administration threatened These states, and particularly Texas, with a quote, 24-hour deadline to allow Border Patrol to reopen the border and to take down the barbed wire.
	Clearly a collision course.
	What happens next?

	Meanwhile, a study has found almost half of illegals have lengthy rap sheets in the fiscal year.
	2023 ICE reported the number of arrests had doubled, nearly half of the 170,590 undocumented immigrants apprehended in prior convictions.

	Having hacked into the machine, he was able to vote the tabulation right in front of the judge and prove to her exactly how the Democrats have been mysteriously flipping Republican votes in their favor.

	But over and beyond, Trump lawyers have discovered an insane conflict of interest.

	It turns out there was a hidden link between E. Jean Carroll's attorney, Roberta Kaplan, and the presiding judge in the case, Judge Lewis Kaplan, and it did not have to do with their names.
	They aren't related in a familial way.
	However, they did work together in the early 1990s with Lewis Kaplan serving as Roberta's mentor.
	Trump lawyer Alina Haba said the detail was overlooked during the case.
	She only became aware of it after the end of the trial.
	It was never disclosed.
	It's insane and so incestuous.

	Fannie Willis has been left fuming after a judge handed her a crushing defeat.
	This is quite embarrassing, as are every one of these cases against Trump.
	The Georgia-Rico case against President Trump and Voting Codependence, it used to be 19.
	Was upended by the growing scandal involving Fulton County District Attorney Fannie Willis and her alleged boyfriend Nathan Wade, whom she hired to work as a special prosecutor to assist on the Trump case, despite the fact that he had no experience prosecuting felonies and was a personal injury attorney in private practice.
	Willis paid Wade more than $600,000 in taxpayer funds for his work as a special prosecutor, money then used to pay for the couple to take luxurious vacation in Napa Valley, California, to Florida, to the Caribbean, according to a motion from attorneys for Trump co-defendant Michael Roebuck.
	The blowback is beginning for Willis after the judge residing over the case ordered her to appear for a hearing about the allegations involving her improper relationship with Wade.
	There's another case going to go down to defeat.
	Meanwhile, I encourage you to check out my piece about the demolition of justice in the United States on my blog at jameshfetzer.org, where I talk about both Carol case and also the Fannie Willis fiasco, but contrasted with three far more serious cases involving the U.S.
	Supreme Court itself, one of which, of course, was the border decision denying Texas the right to secure the border, which involves national security.
	The Texas case brought Against the states of Arizona, Michigan, Wisconsin, Georgia and Pennsylvania for not following their own rules and the appointment of electors after the election at 2020.
	What's a court denied on the basis of lack of standing for Texas, which was simply absurd.
	So there's another Supreme Court ruling over, in this case, the integrity of our federal elections.
	Can you imagine more serious issues to be wrong about the national security of our federal election?
	Well, I got one more for you.
	My own experience led to the discovery that in Wisconsin, citizens do not have the right to a trial by jury because of a procedure built into the protocols for summary judgments here, which are frequently applied.
	That allowed a judge to just set aside evidence that he finds to be unreasonable.
	Now, that's a judge serving the function of a jury by determining the facts.
	That is improper under the Constitution.
	It should not take place ironically.
	Among the first 10 amendments, nine have been affirmed by the court to apply to all of the United States, but the seventh has not.
	So I teed up a perfect case for the Supreme Court to rule that every citizen has a right to a trial by jury and to allow Wisconsin citizens to regain that right of which they continue to be abused because the Supreme Court In its infinite wisdom, which I declare to be gross dereliction of duty, chose not to rule and allow the situation to stand.
	How outrageous!
	Meanwhile, we have debates about whether or not Trump should even consider Lee Stefanik of New York as a running mate.
	I think it's a bit of a dubious proposition.
	I don't expect that to happen.
	I'm hopeful that he's going to pick Tucker, although he's a journalist with no political experience.
	Trump had no political experience either, and I think that turned out to be a big plus.
	Meanwhile, there's lots of reason to believe the Democratic Party is living in a state of delusion.
	We have the same old Biden shoveling his campaign deck for a doomed 2024 run, except I'm convinced, absolutely convinced, he's not going to be on the ticket in 2024.
	Others are also observing it looks as though he will step aside somewhere after Super Tuesday and before the convention, which will be held in Chicago, so the DNC can appoint its own nominee.
	They have the legal right to do that.
	And I predict they're going to abort gruesome news about California and Michelle Obama to run, and then we'll find out if Americans want to vote for someone I regard as a biological freak.
	Where Michelle is a man with breast implants and a huge shaving bill.
	What a disgrace!
	But look how that fits in with the, you know, no difference between the sex agenda, the Democrats, men and women can compete in sports.
	There's not even, according to them, supposed to be a biological difference.

	Truckers in Canada created the most visible display of civic protest against Prime Minister Justin Trudeau's authoritarian COVID-19 lockdowns and vaccine edicts.
	Truckers united to clog the streets of cities, and Trudeau reacted by freezing bank accounts, towing trucks, arresting some of the Freedom Convoy participants, His heavy-handed actions were now slammed by a high court in Canada.
	The Prime Minister is reeling from his legal loss from the Daily Caller.
	A federal court in Canada has ruled that Prime Minister Justin Trudeau's use of the Emergencies Act against protesters in 2022 was unconstitutional, according to a judicial review released on Tuesday.
	Trudeau's use of the act was not legal and not justified, federal court Justice Richard Mosley wrote in the decision.
	I conclude there was no national emergency justifying the invocation of the Emergencies Act, and the decision to do so was therefore unreasonable.
	The decision to issue the proclamation does not bear the hallmarks of reasonableness, justification, transparency, intelligibility, and was not justified in relation to the relevant factual and legal constraints that were required to be taken into consideration.

	I saw all kinds of proof, okay?
	You know, we saw the photos, the videos, you know, Mike Lindell put out stuff.
	You know, Mike Lindell was in, I think he was in court recently, or fairly recently, And he was showing how, they had some guy in there showing how he could hack into these Dominion machines.
	And I think I talked to you once before where Fox supposedly paid the Dominion for, you know, attacking him erroneously, $575 million or something.
	But when you look at it, you had a woman on your other show a couple months ago, and she was saying that, you know, the big three corporations, you know what I mean, BlackRock and Vanguard and State Street, you know, if they control both Fox and Dominion, they're just taking the money out of one pocket and putting it in the other.
	Nobody's really losing anything.
	And how do we know that they actually made that settlement?
	I mean, you know, they can come out and say, oh, we did this or we did that.
	But, you know, we really don't know.
	You know, we don't see the checks being cashed or whatever.
	You know what I'm saying?
	Yep.
	I do.
	I mean, I saw that.
	I saw it going down in real time.
	I was following the polls before the election.
	I was following the exit polls after the election.
	They all showed Trump with an overwhelming victory.
	Indeed, Rasmussen had polling showing 40% of blacks, 40% of blacks were going to vote for Trump because he'd done them some good, whereas the Democrats hadn't done them any good.
	You had Mike Lindell, he brought in one expert after another.
	You had Ron Johnson with a whole set of other experts.
	This is just a kind of denialism of facts.
	That I'm finding taking place in the judicial system, God forbid, where you're supposed to be able to count on courts to take the time to expose the real facts, but where they're not doing that at all.
	As a friend of mine observed, there's the truth and there's the law, and they're supposed to converge, but they do not.
	And Frank, you're just Yes, I am 100% with you.
	The evidence of theft of the 2020 election is staggering.
	I did one report after another about it.
	I'll bet I probably had 50 different programs where I went into details about the theft of the election.
	I have no doubt they're planning to do it all over again.
	I think it's going to be much harder.
	There's going to be a tremendous amount of focus on what happens here.
	But let's just forget it.
	Just get rid of the machines.
	We know they were designed to steal elections.
	Those Dominion machines are designed to steal elections, Frank.
	That's their purpose.
	Get the hell rid of those, go back to paper ballots and hand counts and a voter ID and we're going to be just fine.
	You know, Jim, years ago, we kind of went to bed at night, maybe late the next morning, and we know who won the election, okay?

	Now, with technology, you'd think it would improve, but it's just gotten worse.

	And we've just got to make sure this election goes straight, you know?
	I mean, I've faulted Trump with a lot of ill-confirmed promises, but obviously I've learned from both times.
	I'm going to vote for him again, you know, and we'll see what happens.
