Got a good reason For taking the easy way out Got a good reason
For taking the easy way out now It was a day trip A one-way ticket, yeah It took me so long Well, this is Jim Petzer, your host on Authentic News, right here on RBN Live.
This is the 26th day of January 2024, simulcasting on Speak Preem Radio.
The International Court of Justice has ruled And ordered Israel to prevent acts of genocide in Gaza.
The live page is now closed.
Thank you for joining us.
We will be closing the live page in an historic ruling.
The ICJ said it had jurisdiction to rule in the case filed by South Africa, accusing Israel of committing genocide in Gaza.
Interim ruling issued by the court ordered six provisional measures, including for Israel, to take all measure to prevent genocidal act, prevent and punish, and direct and publish incitement to genocide, and take immediate and effective steps to ensure the provision of humanitarian assistance to civilians in Gaza.
The ICJ also ordered Israel to preserve evidence of genocide and to submit a report to the court within a month regarding its compliance with the order.
Fat chance!
Kevin Barrett, his newsletter ICJ Israel may be committing genocide.
International Court of Justice today found South Africa's assertion that Israel is committing genocide plausible.
South Africa basically won the case.
They, the ICG, agreed that they, South Africa, had jurisdiction in the case, that they had standing in the case, that some of the things that South Africa has alleged are certainly taking place and fall within the definition of the genocide convention.
Al Jazeera summarized the ruling.
The court says it has jurisdiction to rule in the case.
The court orders Israel to take measure to prevent acts of genocide and the Gaza Strip must report back in one month.
The court says Israel must prevent and punish incitement to genocide.
The court says Israel must allow humanitarian aid into the Strip.
The court obliges Israel to take more measures to protect Palestinians but does not order it to end military operations in the Strip.
Critics are saying the court didn't go far enough in its ordered remedy.
Obviously, the order to allow humanitarian aid and prevent the deaths of innocent civilians makes no sense if Israel is allowed to continue killing hundreds of innocents each day while pulverizing Gaza.
A clear-cut ceasefire order would have been better than an implicit one.
The significance of the ruling is not that it will quickly stop the genocide, even a ceasefire order wouldn't have been obeyed, but rather that it is what Israel's ongoing 75-year genocide of Palestine in the international spotlight.
Whatever happens in Gaza, the case will drag on for years.
In other words, Israel and genocide have been permanently linked as synonyms rather than antonyms.
Meaning as meaning the same rather than opposite.
Israel's excuse for invading Palestine and murdering and expelling Palestinians has always been the classic psychopath pity play.
We are genocide victims.
The current war in Gaza has flipped the equation and exposed the truth.
From now on, Israel will be correctly viewed as a nation of genocide perpetrators.
Well said, my friend.
Meanwhile, Texas installs more razor wire despite Supreme Court order.
Lots of developments here.
The state of Texas is continuing its installation of razor wire at the southern border between the United States and Mexico, despite U.S.
Supreme Court's ruling Monday that the Biden admin could remove the state's razor wire along the border.
In a statement released with pictures, the Texas military department explained the Texas National Guard is continuing to install razor wire at the southern border.
Meanwhile, Border showdown, Breitbart.
Republican governors across the U.S.
stand with Texas across the fence.
A growing list of Republican governors announced they stand with Texas Governor Greg Abbott in the state showdown against a Biden admin over the sea border park in Eagle Pass, Texas.
Speaker of the House Mike Johnson also expressed his support.
Who's who?
Republican governors announced their support for the state of Texas, and Governor Abbott's fight against the Biden admin over-border policy.
The list includes Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, Georgia Governor Brian Kemp, Montana Governor Greg Guilford, Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt, South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem, Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin, and West Virginia Governor Jim Jostas.
Meanwhile, altogether, 25, 25 Republican governors have now issued a joint statement in support of Texas in its border dispute with the Biden administration.
We stand in solidarity with our fellow governor, Greg Abbott, and the state of Texas in utilizing every tool and strategy, including razor wire fences, to secure the border.
We do it in part because the Biden admin is refusing to enforce immigration laws already on the books, and is illegally allowing mass parole across America of migrants who entered our country illegally.
Very good.
25 governors.
We have a map.
Fascinating.
Meanwhile, surprise, surprise, Gateway Pundit reports Democrats urge Joe Biden to seize control over Texas National Guard amid the border dispute.
Texas Governor Greg Abbott is steadfast in asserting the state's right to defend its borders against invasion.
This stance has led to a growing dispute with the Biden regime and prompted some Democrats to call for Joe Biden to federalize the Texas National Guard as The debate over border security intensifies on Wednesday.
Abbott released a comprehensive declaration condemning the Biden administration for neglecting federal immigration laws and compromising the contractual agreement between the federal government and individual states.
Quote, President Biden has instructed his agency to ignore federal statutes that mandate the detention of illegal immigrants.
The failure of the Biden admin to fulfill its duties imposed by Article 4, Section 4, has triggered Article 1, Section 10, Clause 3, which reserves to this state the right of self-defense for these reasons.
I have already declared an invasion under Article 1, Section 10, Clause 3 to invoke Texas constitutional authority to defend and protect itself.
That authority is a supreme law of the land and supersedes any federal statute to the contrary.
Representative Joaquin Castro, Democrat, has called the Biden regime to take control of the State National Guard.
Governor Abbott is using the Texas National Guard to obstruct and create chaos at the border.
If Abbott is defying yesterday's Supreme Court ruling, POTUS needs to establish sole federal control of the Texas National Guard now.
Yes, setting up an historic conflict.
Meanwhile, protection from invasion.
It's very clear.
This is tweeted by Matt Bracken.
It's not an option for the federal government to defend the border from invasion.
It's basic black-letter constitutional law.
The U.S.
Constitution gives the states the right and the duty to protect themselves from invasion when the federal government fails to do so.
Article 1, Section 10, Clause 3.
No state shall, without the consent of Congress, lay any duty of tonnage, keep troops or ships of war in times of peace, enter into any agreement or compact with another state or with a foreign power, or engage in war, unless actually invaded or in such imminent danger as well not admit of delay.
And there are notes here.
Two to three million illegal aliens per year are being transported from the open southern border across America.
Most are unverified fighting age men.
And another.
Mexican drug cartels are now de facto in charge of our southern border.
They're establishing cartel criminal gang control over our southern west states.
And they are flooding America with fentanyl, killing more than 100,000 per year.
Additionally, Article 4 Section 4, the Guarantee Clause.
The United States shall guarantee to every state in this union a Republican form of government and shall protect each of them against invasion.
That's an obligation of the federal government to the various states.
Meanwhile, Breitbart reports Mitch McConnell retreats from his border giveaway bill we reported about yesterday.
Senator Mitch McConnell is treating from his prior support for a border bill that would help Biden import more migrants and also hide the huge damage caused by his easy migration policies.
The Hill reports.
I think the border portion is dead, said one Republican senator.
Beside McConnell's remarks at the GOP conference at the Wednesday meeting, the logger made that McConnell told GOP senators this has gotten to be a lot more politically difficult than he thought it would be.
McConnell told a closed meeting of Senate Republicans Wednesday afternoon that the politics of the border has flipped for Republicans and cast doubt on linking Ukraine and border.
Punchbowl News reported early Wednesday, adding, McConnell referred to Donald Trump as the nominee and noted the former president wants to run the 2024 campaign centered on immigration.
And the GOP leader said, we don't want to do anything to undermine him.
The retreat came after sharp public criticism by multiple GOP Senators.
McConnell is one of the best vote counters in Senate history and he clearly saw which way the debate was heading, Bunchwell reported Thursday morning.
Well, it was a disgrace what he had in mind.
Meanwhile, Senate, thus, is struggling to deal with how to provide more Ukraine aid.
Newsmax!
Senate struggles to claim that border deal Ukraine aid at state bipartisan U.S.
Senate talks on a border security deal that some have said is a condition for the Ukraine aid have hit a critical point, lawmakers said Thursday.
Well, the chamber's top Democrat said the negotiators would continue to push forward.
A small group of senators just went once trying to iron out an agreement to address the flow of migrants across the U.S.-Mexico border.
But the apparatus rivetly encountered growing opposition among Republicans aligned with Donald Trump, a frontrunner for the party's nomination.
We're at a critical moment.
We gotta drive her to get this done.
And if we can't get there, then we'll go to Plan B, said Senator John Thune, the chamber's number two Republican, with reporters at the Capitol.
Yes, Plan B indeed.
Meanwhile, Amy Coney Barrett just called out for this tragic betrayal.
I think she's in for some very serious criticism, and deservedly so.
Conservatives aren't happy with Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett.
A major case just went Joe Biden's way.
Amy Barrett just got called out for this tragic betrayal.
Chief Justice John Roberts and Justice Amy Coney Barrett joined the Supreme Court.
Three radical laughed at us.
The former working majority who allowed President Biden to keep the border open.
Barrett Roberts and justices Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan, and contendant Brown Jackson all voted to stay a lower court order preventing the Biden admin from cutting down razor wire taxes put down to destroy and stop the influx of illegal aliens into the country.
The fact that the Biden administration went to court to stop a state from securing the border was infuriating enough.
But the supposedly conservative Barrett, who did vote to overturn Roe v. Wade and end affirmative action, declaring open borders as a constitutional right, hit like a gut punch.
I do not believe she is going to be viewed favorably in the future.
This is very, very serious.
Meanwhile, swing states make shocking migrant move.
Parents and students are outraged over this.
Democrat-run cities and states have struggled with the migrant crisis.
These sanctuaries for illegal immigrants were fine with the border problem until migrants started flooding their communities despite this.
As in, blue states refuse to call for deportation nor the securing of the border.
Instead, they have demanded federal tax dollars and paid rich residents to take in aliens.
One swing state is also feeling the brunt of the ongoing crisis.
It does not appear as if they are working to remove illegals.
Instead, they may follow the lead of blue cities and kick students out of their schools to house more migrants from the post-millennial.
An alternative high school in New Hanover County, North Carolina has been the proposed location for a newcomer school for refugees.
Speaking out against a plan on Monday at a New Hanover County Commissioner's meeting, Commissioner Dan Scalise said the Board of Education should not close the current high school, just open a program.
That would be not really a school in the traditional sense.
That the facility would be more akin to a migrant resettlement of assimilation facility.
Others have called it a refugee school.
The complaints are obviously well founded.
So, we're dealing with major issues here, and I have no doubt it's not going to go well.
For those who are on the wrong side of this issue, very, very bad indeed.
But let me add, we have the following observation from Dan Bongino.
Biden is totally effed, and he did it to himself because he's a moron.
Now I can either use force, or the threat of it, to force Texas law enforcement to assist in the invasion of their state in front of television cameras for the world to watch, or, he can fold and slither away on the issue, knowing he's getting destroyed at a bolster supporting this invasion at the southern border.
Either way, he loses, because he's a moron.
I stand with Texas.
Here's Marjorie Taylor Greene.
We are going to impeach Mayorkas immediately.
I am proud to have forced a floor vote on my Mayorkas articles of impeachment, which now are being shaped and marked up in our Homeland Committee.
Now that 25 governors are staying with Texas, the Biden admin must cease its effort to continue its illegal invasion.
Here's more from Mike Adams.
Stop the invasion.
25 states joined Texas as Civil War battle lines are drawn.
Following the treasonous U.S.
Supreme Court order that demanded Texas allow an unlimited invasion of enemy combatants to seek the total destruction of America now, 25 states have joined Texas in defying the unconstitutional lunacy from Washington, D.C.
Trump is now asking all 25 states to send National Guard troops to Texas in support of border protection.
And it's clear that a battle line for the coming civil war is now being drawn.
President Biden appears to be on a course that will seek to use the U.S.
military to assault and kill Americans in order to protect the foreign invaders who are destroying this country.
Things are about to get interesting, as they say.
And I go back to the To the 25 governors who support on the map for the battle lines.
Fascinating.
We got Alaska, Nevada, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Utah, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Iowa.
We'll be right back.

Blah, blah, blah.
Blah, blah, blah There's nothing you can do that can't be done Nothing you can say that can't be done
Nothing you can say that you can learn how to play the game It's easy Well, here's a great story.
DeVos elite stunned.
Trump 2024 win predicted by top banker.
At prestigious World Economic Forum, DeVos, Switzerland, world leaders are buzzing with a possibility of Donald Trump securing a second term as president.
The errant DeVos is all lacric with discussion and debate raging on over the potential impact of Trump's re-election on the global stage.
Well, some of the international leaders may not be thrilled about the idea.
American corporate bigwigs are surprisingly chill about the idea of Trump making a grand return to the White House.
We got DeVos elites are certain Trump will prevail in 2024 from the Western Journal.
He's going to win!
World leaders who convene at the World Economic Forum in Davos foresee the possibility of Donald Trump returning to the White House.
Even the notoriously sharp-done Jamie Dimon, CEO of JPMorgan Chase, couldn't resist acknowledging Trump's triumph.
In various policy domains during the first term, he insisted that discounting Trump policies would be a grave mistake.
Dimon gave props to Trump for powering up the economy, nailing tax reform, and even hitting the nail on the head with hot-button issues like immigration and U.S.
relations with China and NATO.
Who would have thought that the big names in corporate America were secretly rooting for the orange-haired trailblazer?
Love it!
Meanwhile, Ukraine border is bursting at the seams.
We're learning from the South Front.
This is serious stuff, because Ukraine has essentially already lost the war, so we're not surprised to hear the situation is bad.
We have the shoot-down of a plane, an IL-76MD.
Is this part of a regime, Kiev regime's internal power struggle?
On January 24th, the Kiev regime shot down a Russian Il-76MD transport aircraft, packed with Ukrainian POWs, who were on their way to a prisoner exchange.
Reputable geopolitical expert Lucas Leros covered the topic, explaining both the internal and strategic consequence of the incident.
According to his assessment, it could result in a dangerous escalation, as it raises a serious question about the neo-Nazi junta's intentions.
There's several possibilities, including it was an attempt to sabotage the POW swap, as well as a way of provoking Moscow, possibly accusing of a false flag, all in order to justify the termination of potential peace talks.
Another, albeit remote, possibility is that it was simply a terrible mistake made by NATO-trained Ukrainian personnel or even Western instructors themselves.
Very peculiar development.
Meanwhile, and for many this will come as no surprise, Biden's Navy, forced to retreat in face of Houthi attacks, is from American greatness.
American ships are once again being attacked by terrorists in the Middle East.
I do not regard the Houthis as terrorists by any stretch.
They are freedom fighters.
Boothy Terrace fired three anti-ship ballistic missiles at the U.S.-flying container ship MV Martyrs, Detroit, Wednesday in the Gulf of Aden, Central Command announced yesterday.
One missile hit the sea, while the U.S.
gravely successfully intercepted and shot down the other two.
There were no injuries or damage to the ship.
Houthi terrorists are backed by Iran.
The attack highlights the ongoing threat posed by Iranian-backed groups in the region.
The Houthi motto isn't subtle.
God is great.
Death to America.
Death to Israel.
A curse upon the Jews.
Victory to Islam.
Observe U.S.
Senator Tim Cotton.
This is a group that Biden removed from the foreign terrorist list, allowing them to build up arms and threaten American sailors.
Well, they're having a hell of a problem here, including that shipping giant abandons Red Sea Route amidst a crisis published by RT.
U.S.
branch of Danish shipping giant Moliere Mersk has said it will follow its parent company and stop sending merchant vessels through the Suez Canal and Red Sea due to attacks by the Yemen-based Houthis.
Now, Houthi is a Shia Islamist group that controls a large part of Yemen, including the capital.
Senei, they are actually the government of Yemen, have been sinking and hijacking ships crossing the vital waterway in solidarity with Palestinians amid the Israeli-Hamas war.
The militants recently said they would expand their attacks after the U.S.
and U.K.
began bombing Houthi-linked targets in Yemen earlier this month.
Of course!
What else would they expect?
Meanwhile...

Folks, we're living in a world the likes of which we've never perceived any clearer than we do now.
The plan for global governance has been in the works for generations, and would have likely been achieved by now, but for the fact that the globalists left open their Achilles' heel.
With all their tools, Federal Reserve System, fiat currency, No Child Left Behind, and then Common Core Education introduced to our schools to dumb us down, vaccines, pharmaceuticals to lobotomize us, GMO foods, insertion of compromised or bought and paid for politicians, judges, mainstream media propaganda, all pieced together like a puzzle designed to ultimately bring the world under submission.
But with all their strategy, they forgot one thing.
Knowledge.
And knowledge is power.
With knowledge, their bombardment is nullified.
Folks, with that, as brilliant and knowledgeable as you become, among the wisest audience of any radio audience in the world, and you are, I want you to take a moment to reflect and ask yourself, how much of that knowledge did I obtain from Republic Broadcasting Network?
How high has my consciousness been raised since I've been a listener?
How fast am I now able to discriminate truth from fake news by being a Republic Broadcasting listener?
How clear am I now able to see the world since I've been listening to RBN?
Ask yourselves those questions, folks.
Then ask yourself, what is that knowledge worth to me?
Like my morning coffee, how would I survive without it?
A voice of truth and a sea of lies.
Do we not all need to make sure it survives?
Like public broadcasting, we are now finding we can only survive with listener support.
Censorship, advertisers being attacked, truth itself being attacked.
It's the only way through this.

I never needed anybody's help in any way.
But now these days are gone, I'm not so self-assured.
Now I find I've changed my mind, I open up the doors.
Help me if you can, I'm feeling down.
And I do appreciate you being round.
Help me get my feet back on the ground.
Well, among the later developments, Israel is stopped notifying Russia about its airstrikes in Syria.
That's pretty damn interesting.
Suggesting a gap widening there.
Russia, Turkey, and Iran have all condemned Israeli attacks on Syria in a joint statement.
I like that.
I believe they're an awesome combination to oppose Israel.
Scott Ritter was on with Judge Napolitano talking about... Our favorite part of having... I just hate how they've stuck in commercials talking about How dangerous is U.S.
support for Israel and Ukraine?
Let's pick up a few minutes.
And wildly appreciated by the Russian public.
No, there's no reason to believe otherwise.
Look, Russia is a democracy.
I remind people that there's a communist party in Russia that forms an opposition.
They would like to come back in power.
And there are other political elements who are opposed to Vladimir Putin.
When we speak of his popularity, it's around 76 percent, sometimes surges up to 80.
But that means that 20 to 24 percent of Russians aren't pro-Putin.
That's the nature of the beast.
But they're not anti-Russia.
That's the difference.
You could have people who have a difference of opinion with Vladimir Putin.
And they can express it.
I heard it all the time.
The notion that you can't speak in Russia is just 100% garbage.
You can't take money from the CIA and go out and articulate against the Russian government.
That's treason.
And so people are always like, well, they arrested this person.
Well, he probably shouldn't have taken CIA money.
But the people that speak out and are expressing their opposition, they're allowed to.
I'd be willing to conjecture that there's more freedom of speech in Russia today than there is right here in the USA.
Meanwhile, Israel continues its slaughter unabated.
We'll see what effect this ruling by the ICJ may have.
24 massacres in 24 hours, 210 Gazans killed on day 110, horrid chaos in Khan Yunus, white flag death caught on film, Update on American, Tawfiq Abdel-Jabbar was killed in the West Bank.
Israeli reports widely Reported description of Hamas atrocities were lies.
The Israeli media is correcting and stating that widely reported claims of Hamas atrocities were false.
A call to end armed transport to Israel.
210 Congress members defend Israel despite the facts about its massacres.
That sounds like 210 members of Congress we don't need.
They aren't serving the interests of the American people.
Meanwhile, Mack Blumenthal addressing.
This again with Judge Napolitano.
Will the killing stop?
Earlier this week, 21 or 24 IDF soldiers died in an incident when they had been packing a building with explosives for some sort of a controlled demolition and a tank outside the building was attacked, and the conflagration from attacking the tank caused the building to explode.
And then I think another four or five or six Israeli soldiers died collaterally from that.
All fully deserved, needless to say.
Meanwhile, we have the reader-supported news, publishing an article from Harut, Israel is facing an existential threat from inside and out.
There's one solution.
Israel needs a social democrat movement that can renew the contract between state and citizen.
We may need that right here in the United States, because the federal government is abusing the state.
Meanwhile, Israel is planning a permanent army in Gaza.
An Israeli army officer has told Middle East Eye that Netanyahu and his far-right cabinet are not planning to withdraw from Gaza.
They're going to be permanently occupying Gaza with military forces.
Meanwhile, Here's a plea.
UN Court should recognize Israel's action in Gaza Strip as genocide, as they have now done.
Meanwhile, there's a new film.
This is Democracy Now!, democracynow.org, The War and Peace Report.
I'm Amy Goodman.
Six students have sued Harvard University, accusing it of becoming a bastion of rampant anti-Jewish hatred and harassment, and tolerating intensifying harassment of Jewish students since October 7th.
This comes as reports of anti-Semitism and Islamophobia have soared nationwide, but there's been a broader effort to restrict pro-Palestinian speech on college and university campuses and to conflate anti-Semitism with criticism of Israel's occupation and demands for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza.
The former Harvard president, Claudine Gay, was forced to resign earlier this month, just weeks after the University of Pennsylvania president, Liz McGill, stepped down in the wake of a congressional hearing on anti-Semitism, where they were grilled by lawmakers, including the far-right New York Congress member, Elise Stefanik.
The lawsuit against Harvard was filed by two... I just said, yeah, Amy Goodman is actually doing a good, balanced, objective job here, but there's a new film examining America's growing rejection of Israel's occupation.
Meanwhile, here we have Heather MacDonald talking about the future of our republic.
...means that you will sacrifice meritocracy.
That is the sad bottom line equation right now.
Given the academic skills gap, you can have meritocracy or you can have diversity.
You cannot have both and any institution that is telling you it's opting for diversity is telegraphing that it is jettisoned meritocracy and that goes as well for medicine and for the sciences.
How excellent that she's making that statement, I guarantee you that is 100% correct.
Meritocracy built on accomplishment, merit, achievement, scoring properly on exams that are objectively administered, that's all to the good.
Meanwhile, you have a Real Voice America reporter.
Flight got canceled on way home, stuck in Chicago.
And he's reporting about what he found there.
Check this out.
In Chicago, I was actually flying home to see my girls.
So I got to stay here a night.
So I figure what better thing to do than come and show you what's happening, give you an update.
And surprise, surprise, it's worse.
There's more people here than there were before.
That entire curtain all the way back for a hundred yards is full.
And they're actually coming out, out to here as well.
And every single day, more and more and more bus loads.
And there are hundreds of locations around the area here that are full every single day.
They're getting more full.
The weather's getting worse and there's no end in sight.
So what the hell are we going to do about it?
Why in the world would Biden be doing this unless he wanted to destroy America?
Meanwhile, we have a federal judge's order signaling a likely delay in Trump's upcoming trial.
This is Tanya Chutkan's latest move suggesting she may delay the former president's January 6 trial, which would be totally appropriate.
The federal judge overseeing former President Donald Trump's looming January 6th-related trial may have signaled his case will be delayed after she scheduled a different case just a few weeks after the trial is slated to start.
According to two former prosecutors, U.S.
District Judge Tanya Chutkan, based in Washington, on Wednesday, scheduled an alleged January 6, 2021, defendant Anthony Best I do know, to start on April 2nd.
That's only about three and a half weeks after she initially set a former president trial date for March 4th.
I think they've got it right.
Meanwhile, Fannie Willis is in big trouble after this incriminating video surfaced.
The scandal surrounding Panty Willis grows worse by the day.
Her criminal case against Donald Trump is in danger of complete collapse.
Now, she herself is in big trouble after an incriminating video was released.
Judge Scott McAfee already ordered Willis to respond in writing to charges by Trump co-defendant Mark Roman that she hired her lover, Nathan Wade, as special counsel in the Trump 2020 election witch hunt, and that the two used the investigation to enrich each other.
Wade billed the county $654,000 between 2021 and 2023, and Roman alleged Wade used some of that money for the two to travel on lavish vacations.
Willis hasn't denied her affair with Wade.
Now Willis has another problem.
Back in 2020, Willis was filmed saying she would fire anyone who worked for her who engaged in a sexual relationship with a co-worker!
Willis also condemned the fact that taxpayers had to pony up money to fund sexual misconduct lawsuits.
Here we have Greg Price.
This is a clip of Fannie Willis from 2020, where she says she would fire any employee who sleep with a co-worker, promising to not date anyone who works under me, and said it would be unfortunate if taxpayers had a fun sex misconduct lawsuits, and said it would be unfortunate if taxpayers had a fun sex misconduct lawsuits, such as what she's It is saddening to me if young women felt like they came to work and they were, one, even judged for being a woman.
but two, if suddenly they felt uncomfortable within the workplace.
That will not be something that is allowed on my watch.
Supervisors under my leadership that are not encouraging and building up my staff will not be supervisors long in my administration.
And I certainly will not be choosing people to date that work under me.
Let me just say that.
You know, we are at a place in society where things happen in people's relationships, husband and wife, sometimes there are outside relationships.
I don't think that that's what the community is concerned about.
Although there, you know, there might be a moral breaking in that.
I think that what citizens are really, really concerned about is if you chose To have inappropriate contact with employees.
I mean, there's nothing that I can say on it other than it is distracting.
It is certainly inappropriate for the number one law enforcement officer in the state.
And it just, it really, really saddens me.
And it will be very unfortunate if the taxpayers of this community have to pay for any of those lawsuits.
Exactly.
How nice, how nice.
She's going to be hung by her own batard.
Here we have an observation by Brett, whom I'm not sure I would have predicted this from Trump.
He tweets, Trump responds to reports of a RNC, Republic National Committee plan to, under consideration to declare him the party's resumptive nominee.
No thank you.
Donald Trump.
I greatly appreciate the Republican National Committee wanting to make me their presumptive nominee.
And while they have far more votes than necessary to do it, I feel, for the sake of party unity, they should not go forward with this plan.
But that I should do it the old-fashioned way and finish the process off at the ballot box.
Thank you to the RNC for their respect and devotion.
You have shown me Trump 2024.
Very appropriate.
I like that.
Guess who now supports Trump?
The nature of this administration is good for us.
Because of Trump's way, he is an anomaly.
There's never been no president quite like Mr. Trump.
There's something that he's doing.
Trump is destroying every enemy that was an enemy of our right.
All right.
Is it the Department of Justice where we get none?
Is it Congress where you make a law that favors us and then you turn around and destroy it?
Is it the media that has destroyed every black leader that stood up for us?
Martin Luther King suffered it.
Malcolm suffered it.
He's attacking the media, called it fake news.
We have been the victims of some fake news.
He's beating up the FBI.
Go at it, baby!
They've been beating the hell out of us ever since J. Edgar Hoover and the counter... Ah, free!
That was beautiful.
Lewis Farrakhan.
Lewis Farrakhan speaking out in support of Donald Trump.
Fascinating.
Fascinating.
Absolutely fascinating.
Here we have now a report I find more than a little disturbing.
Nearly a third of Gen Z Americans are LGBTQ survey.
Each successive U.S.
generation has seen larger numbers of self-identified non-heterosexuals.
This is coming from RT.
More than 1 in 4, 28% of Americans between the ages of 18 and 25, known as Generation Z, identified as LGBTQ in a survey published earlier this week by the Public Religion Research Institute.
The figure was the largest percentage recorded for any generation by the pollster, which conducted its research during August and September in a sample of over 6,600 people.
Nearly half of the non-heterosexual Gen Zers said they were bisexual, amounting to 15% of all Gen Z adults.
Gays and lesbians, 5%, were outnumbered by other 8%.
Generation Z was far more likely to identify as something other than straight than previous generations.
Among millennials, 16% said they were some form of LGBTQ, with gays and lesbians nearly as common as bisexuals.
5% versus 7%.
Among Gen X, gays and lesbians actually outnumbered bisexuals 3% versus 2%.
Among the 7% of the total age group, they said they weren't heterosexual.
Even fewer baby boomers, 4%, and members of the silent Generation 3, said they were LGBTQ.
Gen Z was also more racially diverse than any other age group surveyed.
Just 52% of adults and only 50% of teens described themselves as white compared to 62% of the total U.S.
population.
Additionally, they were less likely to politically identify as Republican and more likely to identify as liberal.
The survey even suggested there are more LGBTQ Gen Zers than there are Gen Z Republicans, who comprise just 21% of the age group compared to 27% of the total population.
The BBRI did not speculate on possible reasons for that trend.

I look at all the lonely people.
I look at all the lonely people.
Eleanor Rigby picks up the rice in the church where a wedding has been.
Lives in a dream, waits at the window, wearing the face that she keeps in a jar by the door.
Who is it for?
All the lonely people.
Where do they all come from?
All the lonely people.
Where do they all belong?
Well, I have one more story to tie things together.
This is a WLT report.
Breaking!
Japan lands on the moon.
See it here.
Count me just a tad skeptical.
Well, I guess I was wrong.
I was fairly convinced the 1969 moon landings were fake.
And then as the Bible tells us, there's a firmament surrounding our Earth.
But turns out I was wrong on both accounts.
Sorry, Genesis.
No, no, no, no.
We did not go to the moon in 1969.
We did not make meat trips.
The whole Pablo thing was fake.
A fantasy.
So here I am already scanty-call.
How embarrassing that I could be so wrong.
Uh, um, excuse me, my apologize.
Those prior paragraphs are all written with tongue firmly implanted in cheek.
Except for one thing I wrote, which was spot on.
Japan's moon landing.
Looking exactly like India's moon landing from last year.
And by that I mean fake as can be.
But that's just my opinion.
You decide for yourself.
Here's the footage.
They're attempting to pass off as real footage from Japan's moon landing.
Here's Globstupid tweeting, how many gullible people are gonna fall for this?
Oh my god.
On TikTok.
I'll play it and then comment.
Japan claims to have landed on the moon.
You're not actually buying this, are you?
Well, it appears to be an animation and, you know, it appears to be an animation and, you know, showing a lander. you It looks exactly like India's did.
Like some 1980's version of Atari's Space Invaders.
Is that the best they can do?
My Nintendo Switch has better graphics than this.
More here.
This one includes footage from the lander itself as it tumbles toward the moon.
Here's Jack Strock tweeting, Tofu News, similar to the Indian moon landing.
Japan's inaugural lunar module has successfully landed on the moon, as reported by Japan's Aerospace Agency.
Here, there is a confirmed connection with the lunar module, indicating a likely lunar landing.
And we have footage here, let's take a look.
Wow.
More animation, more animation, poor animation.
Again, it doesn't cook up any dust, but how could you have a video showing the moon lander coming down to the moon unless you had a camera set up somewhere?
Does that look real to you?
No, it doesn't.
Yeah, look, it's 100% fake.
Do you need anybody?
I just need someone to love.
Do you need anybody?
I want somebody to love.
Oh, I can buy a little help from my friend.
I'm going to try a little help from my friend.
Oh, I get high with the help from my friend Yes, I get by with a little help from my friends.
With a little help from my friend.

Well, welcome to the second hour of Authentic News right here on RBN on this 26th day of January.
Before I take your calls, we have one already on the line, Hijacker, back from Washington.
Hijacker, join the conversation.
Your thoughts?
Yes, Professor.
Well, I've got a real hard question for you, but before I ask it, in regards to Alexandria, kind of a rebuttal.
It was very disingenuous what I was saying about the Palestinians and the buyout.
And if Turkey could open up their heart and give the Palestinians their own homeland to avoid this, looks like a world war, Middle East, at least regional war.
What I wasn't saying was basically the Palestinians in law have a right to a vote, have a right to self-determination.
If Hamas and Abbas, with the Palestinian Authority, were to get together and figure out a buyout, and then actually give the Palestinian people a chance to vote.
I'm talking about everybody over 18 or 21, I don't know how they determine adulthood in Islam, but give them a chance.
Let them see, this is what you're going to get.
This is what's going to happen.
You know, he comes up with these assertives that if the Chinese moved into Washington State, would I just walk up and leave?
Well, yeah.
If I knew that the Chinese was going to cause a third world war, and maybe a billion of my fellow Muslims going to get wiped out, and all Washingtonians were going to get basically genocided, which is what the Israelis are doing to the Palestinians right now, yeah.
Yeah, I would take it.
I mean, I'm a Christian.
I play for time.
Time, in my book, equals souls.
So I play for souls.
The way I play for souls is play for time.
And yeah, he's right.
These people aren't going to stop.
They're a psychopathic, vampiric race.
They'll probably pick another war, but in the meantime, we've got time.
And so, that was my point.
Give the people a chance to take a vote.
Give them a package.
Let's see what they say.
And then, let's see if we can't buy time.
Now the question to you, Jim, because you've got a lot of knowledge.
You know more than I do.
If you were in Palestine, Jim, right now, and somebody were to come along and say, look, we're going to put together this vote, this buyout, and you knew that if you stayed, that there's no moving the Israelis, Uh, that your fellow Palestinians would be genocided and it would probably turn into a wider war in which hundreds of millions, probably, of fellow Muslims would be terminated.
Would you take the buyout, Professor?
No one would you know?
Well, Hijacker, I think we're talking about a bona fide difference in points of view.
And, of course, he wasn't trying to offer an absurd.
He was offering a counterexample about if the Chinese were to invade, you know, Washington, would you accept the equivalent to a buyout?
If it was tied to a regional war?
Hang on.
A regional war?
Well, Hijacker, hang on.
I tend to be of the live, you know, live free or die.
I really think that the injustice of the Palestinians are clearly the victims.
They move to a different location so Israel can take land to which they are, in my opinion, historically entitled is just so fundamentally wrong.
That I'd be inclined to stand my ground.
I mean, I'm just telling you a difference, and I get why you're making the argument.
I have thought there was something, you know, good about what you were arguing on a pragmatic ground, and I appreciate it.
It's a matter of relative values, hijacker.
Relative values.
Yeah, go ahead.
Yeah, but this is what you're saying.
The Palestinians are saying our culture is so important.
That we're not even going to, we're not only going to go ahead and genocide our own house, our own selves off, but we're going to create a wider world war in which hundreds of millions of people are going to die because our Palestinian culture is so important that we'll drag the whole world.
That's what I'm saying.
Both of those people, both the Israelis and the Palestinians are sick.
They're sick.
Hijacker.
I get it.
I get it.
I think your argument is a reasonable argument to make, but it's a question of values.
And whether, you know, hijack or hear me out.
Yeah, I get your idea of having a vote.
You're asking me basically how would I vote.
And I'm saying I would vote to stand my ground.
I would vote to fight it out.
I would vote to stand for everything I and my legacy and my tradition have ever stood for.
It's a bona fide difference in values, hijacker.
So the fact that Alexander was offering a contrasting point of view Should not be a cause for offense on your part.
I didn't think he was grossly misrepresenting you.
I thought he was simply arguing the alternative side about the injustice of it fundamentally.
We got him here on the line, and I'll tell you, hijacker, after I get Alexander on, but I got a couple callers before, I'll be glad to have you call back if you want to make a rebuttal.
How's that for a deal, hijacker?
Call back.
I'll take that deal.
Yeah, I'll party with him.
Yeah, yeah.
I've got a couple.
I got Tom and Frank here and then I got Alexander and then I'll bring you back.
So you go ahead and call back in and we'll get you on the queue here and we'll take it from there, hijacker.
I don't think he meant any disrespect.
I think he merely represented a difference in values and I'm More inclined to agree with him than with you, but I appreciate your argument.
I thought it was well-positioned, especially with the voting aspect to it.
And who knows, maybe your side would prevail in the vote.
Meanwhile, hijacker, call back in and I'll get you on the queue.
I'll get in the queue.
Yeah, I'll get in the queue.
Yeah, do it.
Tom in Florida.
Tom, go ahead.
Join the conversation, Tom.
Very interesting, Professor Fetzer.
Jim, listen, yeah, that's a lot of crazy nonsense.
Like I said, Israel, whatever, Israel, I don't care.
What I want to talk about, Jim, is first off, this imbecile, tumbling, stumbling, mumbling Biden's job approval is worse than Jimmy Carter's on his third year.
Jimmy Carter had better numbers than this imbecile that we have known as the President.
Now I'm gonna talk what I've been wanting to tell you, Jim.
Remember I told you last week I think Trump narrowed it down to three women?
I think Christy Dome is in the picture, and I'll tell you why.
She's sending Greg Abbott all the barbed wire he needs.
She'll send him whatever he needs.
National Guard, she'll send him 10,000 pounds of, I mean 20 tons of barbed wire, whatever he needs, and Abbott in Texas.
She's gonna make sure he gets it.
And today, Jim, I think there's going to be three more governors signing on.
Right now there's 25 governors that say Biden is derelict in his duty to defend the Constitution with his immigration.
25 governors.
And you've got two more.
The Tennessee governor, I guess, is getting ready to go.
And I think there's two other Republican governors that are going to sign on to this insanity.
But you know, Jim, today I was listening to this guy, Jonathan Turley.
Did you hear him today?
No, but I'm a big fan of Turley, so I'd love to hear what he said.
Go ahead, Don.
Well, it's kind of perplexing, though, Jim.
I don't know if you want to hear this, but I'll tell you anyway.
This guy's saying that, well, in the end, the federal government will win over Texas, but maybe not, because, you know, the Supreme Court could rule whatever.
And I'm feeling like saying this guy is a double talking out of both sides of his mouth.
And the point of the matter is, no, Texas should overwhelmingly rule Because the state is being breached, it's being invaded, and Turley's wrong.
The Supreme Court by one justice is going to tell me Amy Coney Barrett is going to say, well, there should be no barbed wire?
Are you kidding me?
So what is the solution with the Supreme Court?
I think Turley's wrong.
Tom, let me just introduce a caveat.
I have followed Jonathan Turley for years and years.
He is by far, by far, the most perceptive, articulate, and fair-minded commentator on the court in the United States today.
What he was doing Was trying to make a projection of future legal arguments as they might be made.
Now, frankly, I don't think this is going to be decided on legal grounds.
I think we're in the midst of a revolution against the government that Biden and company have been trying to run the United States the way that China is run in an authoritarian fashion.
And it's run out.
It's run its course.
But what the Supreme Court will do is anybody's guess, and therefore Turley was being equivocal because he can't say for sure he's just giving you his best guess.
But I'll tell you, there's nothing wrong with Jonathan Turley.
He is 100% Thorough, patriotic, man of integrity, great intellect.
He's our best legal commentator, Tom.
So, don't think you're just misunderstanding.
You're just misunderstanding what he was doing.
He's talking about how to predict how the court will go, and that's tricky business.
Right, well, you know, I agree with everything you said, except the point, you're right about the Civil War.
I believe that's going to happen.
I believe that's what they want.
But I also have to say... Tom, Tom, Tom, I'm making a different point.
I don't think it's actually a civil war.
A civil war is a war fought between states.
It's a revolution.
It's a war against the federal government.
And go back to the Declaration of Independence.
We're entitled to do this because our government has become tyrannical.
Okay, I agree with you on that, Jim.
I think you're correcting me on that.
You're right.
Now, however, let's go back here.
And I want to talk, I want Jerry from Chicago to call in because I was watching some YouTube videos with actually going on in Chicago where they're kicking all these Americans out of this park, I think it's Melrose Park, downtown Chicago, and they're bringing all these illegal aliens, and they're staying in O'Hara Airport, and they're staying at the police stations all over the precincts in Chicago.
What kind of insanity is this?
And as far as Jonathan Turley goes, yeah, what?
Yeah.
We all agree.
I had a report here today of a guy who was in the Chicago airport and saying that they're just giving the illegals the whole damn airport.
I mean, it's absurd.
Of course it's absurd.
The point is that the government is tyrannical for imposing this on the state.
They have no right to do it.
And violating their oath of office, they have sold us out to hell with them.
We are entitled to replace them.
And Tom, I want us to replace them.
Well, Jim, you know, the reason I got a little, uh, boisterous and a little, uh, mean, uh, what I said about Turley, because when he was on Fox News today, he didn't actually say, Joe Biden should be arrested, or somebody, you know, mayorkas need to be arrested and tried for treason.
That's why I called Brock Turley.
He should have been a little more forceful and said these people need to be arrested.
That's what I think, Jim.
He's a very constrained guy.
He thinks about every word he says.
Very thoughtful.
Don't worry about that.
It may well be in the offing.
We've got a constitutional process.
They're going after Mayorkas for impeachment now.
The problem with impeaching Biden, although he fully deserves it, is you've got Kamala Harris as a total airhead.
Is there a parent?
That's a problem there.
But go ahead.
Go ahead, Tom.
Well, yeah, Jim, but what I got to say then is, yeah, everything you're saying, but some people have, you know what, the only way we're going to resolve this, Jim, is arresting people for treason.
That's the only way the American public is going to be happy.
And when people actually are going to be brought out to the forefront and being tried, like, Hunter Biden, that's a joke, but he should be arrested, Hunter Biden.
Everyone agrees with you!
Nobody disagrees with you!
The Executive Branch is responsible for that and they're not doing it!
This is dereliction of duty at the highest level of government!
They have forfeited our support.
They have abused us.
They have become tyrannical.
They do not deserve, they're not a legitimate government.
They have forfeited that status, and that's why I think this is a revolution in the making, Tom.
Yeah.
Hey, Jim, let me ask you.
What do you think would happen if Christie Dunn were to send 10,000 pounds of barbed wire, razor wire down to Texas?
Would he think the federal government would intervene?
Would they try to stop the convoy and bring all that wire in there?
If you were to bring it down there?
I don't know, but we're getting into real touchy territory, aren't we?
She is sending that down?
Weren't you telling me she is doing this?
No, she's getting ready.
If Abbott needs it, he's ready.
We'll see what happens.
We'll see what happens, but there are going to be a hell of a lot of pissed off Americans.
This is really...
Explosive!
I've never seen a more volatile situation here in America during my lifetime, Tom.
This has the potential for blowing up!
Blowing up!
I mean, people being shot and killed, and if the federal government tries to interfere with Texas, they're gonna have hell to pay, I'll just tell ya!
No, it's all out, like you say, it's all out revolution then.
It'll be revolution through this country.
Yeah.
No doubt about it.
I think we're there.
Yeah, I think we're there.
Yeah, Jim, I also want to ask you, somebody to call in there, your opinion, what do you think the first week of a Donald Trump presidency would be like?
What do you think he'd do on the first executive order of the first week?
Well, he'd close the borders, he'd organize the greatest deportation program in history, he'd reauthorize the XL pipeline, he'd get the companies back drilling to make America energy independent again, and I think he would implement some kind of review of law enforcement across the state because you got district attorneys who were brought in by George Soros who are derelict in their duty, he would certainly call for some kind of review
Oh, there's an issue here about federal versus state jurisdiction.
He would do all those things immediately and forthwith.
He'd get the woke out of the military.
He'd get rid of the people who have been promoting pink tanks and tutus.
He'd get our military shaped up and get us the hell out of these wars.
And frankly, I believe he'd get us the hell out of Gaza just as much as he'd get us the hell out of Ukraine.
I think all that first day.
I have to agree with you, Jim.
I totally agree with you on that.
I think within five days, a whole work week, he'd have all that done.
And more.
It'd probably be a little more.
I would like to see him start arresting some of these criminals.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Tom, that's entirely... He's gotta get a responsible Department of Justice and FBI.
He's gotta get law enforcement officials who are adhering to the Constitution.
Because there's so many miscreants out there.
I don't know if we have enough presence to hold them all, Tom, but I do see that in the future.
Well, yes.
And, you know, Jim, I think the first day that Trump takes the presidency, he's going to actually sign an executive order.
Every illegal, every illegal, I don't care if they go back 20 years, is going to be shipped out of here, I'm hoping.
I'm hoping he does that.
That would be a miracle, but maybe he could do that.
The one thing he's done here, according to Mike Adams, Trump is asking the 25 states to send National Guard troops to Texas.
I'm not sure that's a wise idea.
Each of the states needs their own National Guard.
There are plenty of independent citizens and militias who are willing to come to Texas to be deputized by sheriffs or whatever to assist.
I think there are millions of Americans who are locked and loaded and willing to come to the defense of the country.
I think the National Guards ought to remain to defend their states because, I'm telling you, there's no telling where it's going to break out next.
But we have a lot of Americans who are willing to stand up for this country.
And if they would be deputized and legalized as law enforcement officials in Texas, they'd be willing to do it.
I think that.
That's my thought, Don.
I would do it.
I'd be willing to do it for six months for that.
I'd give six months of my life to do that, Jim.
Believe it or not.
I'd give six months of my time.
I'm with you.
And I have my wife over there.
I would do it.
I would do it.
I got a final thought yet, Jim.
My final thought is, this election is coming up quicker than we all actually think.
It's only, what, 10 months away.
And it's going to be really, they're going to start a catch-and-sink at Trump.
Trump has got to be very careful because they're these deep state criminals.
And you've got a lot of billionaire criminals that, you know, Trump's got to be very wary of what's going to happen with these dirty demon rats.
And I want him to be aware.
Yeah.
Tommy's aware.
They've already thrown the kitchen sink at Mark Weinowitz.
And now you've got the head of J.P. Morgan Chase saying that, you know, Trump is actually a pretty good guy.
You know, you got the head of one of the smartest investment guys in the world.
Every diamond.
Yeah.
Telling DeVos to embrace yourself and it ain't going to be bad, meaning he's going to be good for the economy.
I think that has a lot of impact, Tom.
I think that packs a lot of wind out of the sails of the anti-Trumpers.
Thanks for your call, Tom.
Thank you.

I'm so excited to have you as part of the Wild Pastures family, and we look forward to bringing you the pasture-raised meats that you and your family will love.
Now, we started Wild Pastures because so many of my clients would tell me they just couldn't find high-quality pasture-raised meats.
And even when they did, it was so expensive that they couldn't afford to eat it regularly.
Now, I'm not talking about the bottom-of-the-barrel healthy meats that have claims like natural or free-range or even cage-free, terms that were actually created by the industrial food industry to make us feel all warm and fuzzy about buying their low-quality products.
I'm talking about truly nourishing, pasteurized meats, the kind that you'll never really find in a grocery store.
Our farmers are doing things beyond organic.
Our beef is 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, and raised on pastures free from chemicals and other pesticides.
Our chickens are 100% pasture-raised, where they get their natural diet of grass and forage and insects.
We will never settle for free range, which is actually one of the most deceptive terms in the chicken industry.
In fact, less than 0.1% of the chicken consumed in the United States is truly pasture-raised in the way that ours is.
And our pork is 100% pasture-raised as well.
So if you care about where your food comes from, then you've definitely made it to the right place.
As a Wild Pastures member, you'll be supporting the most highly principled farmers in America and getting the most nutrient-dense, nourishing, and sustainable meats in the world.
I'm confident you'll love being part of our mission at Wild Pastures.
And you will really love the delicious, nourishing meats that we're going to deliver straight to your dog.

Beef, poultry, and pork.
raised the way nature intended.
Here comes the sun to do.
Here comes the southern mass.
Frank, join the conversation.
Well, we continue with Frank in New York.
Frank, join the conversation.
Thanks for taking my call, Jim.
Uh, Jim, but first of all, I saw Lloyd Austin.
He got released.
I matched up his pictures with the old ones.
I think it's him, Jim.
I just wanted to tell you that.
I think it's a deep fake, Frank.
It's a deep fake.
You think it's fake?
Yeah, sure.
I mean, I looked at his ears and everything.
Frank, they could put you in front of a camera and make you look and sound like Lloyd Austin, okay?
It's that good.
They're that good.
Okay, Jim, I'll go along with that.
But Jim, the reason I called up was You know, we all stand with Texas, basically.
I'm sure all of the listeners in the audience and everything.
And I was thinking about the, you know, the guys from the Border Patrol.
So this morning, I looked up the National Border Patrol Council, okay?
I contacted them, alright?
Because I wanted to see how these guys feel.
You know, they're following orders, but, you know, they could get in a serious conflict down there.
Some of these guys could get injured.
So I wanted to see what the union leadership, what their stance was, you know, if they could turn back and tell, you know, my orcas or the president or whomever, lookit, we're not gonna do this, you know what I mean?
The unions are supposed to take care of people, okay?
There's 18,000 of those guys in there.
And I was fishing around, and I could only get one phone number, and I called up, and it was somebody with customs, but they said they would take my complaint or, you know, listen to what I had to say.
Anyway, I was talking to him, and I told him, I said, look, I checked out your mission statement.
I said, number seven, well, it's the seventh one down, they're not numbered, but it starts off with, we promote immigration laws and policies that contribute to the security of the United States, et cetera, et cetera.
I said, you're doing just the opposite.
I said, these people, you know, they're going down there and taking this wire out, cutting it open for these people to come in.
I said, you know, this is ludicrous.
I said, you know, in the Constitution, You know, Section 4, Article 4.
You're supposed to defend this thing, you know?
But anyway, she let me rant on and everything, and, uh, which I did, you know, and I told her, I said, you know, these guys are gonna be put in a hard position, you know?
I don't know what the union's gonna do for them, but, you know, uh, this could get pretty nasty down there, okay?
Yeah.
And, uh, you know, she said, okay, well, I'll forward this information on, and she asked for my email, which I gave her, and she said, you know, we'll respond to you, but I never did get a response, you know?
And, uh, I was just saying, you know, We got to look from their perspective, too.
You know what I mean?
And I disagree with it.
You know, if they go in there, I disagree with what they're doing.
I mean, we all do.
You know what I mean?
And I told the woman I was talking to, I said, you know, there's 25 states around the country that are already in line.
You know what I mean?
To try to help Texas out.
I said, this is crazy.
I said, you know, somebody's got to put a stop to this somewhere along the line.
But, you know, I don't know what good it did.
I never got a response back.
I don't know if I will or not.
It was like four or five hours ago when I contacted them.
But, you know, it's not...
It's not a good situation.
Or maybe it will be a good situation.
I don't know.
I think a while back, it was a Marjorie Taylor- Frank, Frank, Frank, you're making a good point.
These guys could get themselves killed by being on the wrong side of this issue.
And by the way, that's 25 states in addition to Texas.
So you already got more than half of the union on the same side in support of real border law.
And Biden and the 24 others who are sucking hind tit on it.
I'm really disgusted.
with what's going on here, Frank.
Give us a final question.
I agree, Jim.
I'm real glad.
I'll tell you, Jim.
Basically, the next time Tom calls in, you and me on Monday, let's have pencils and paper ready, because I think Tom brings up a good point when he gives out that number for Congress.
And I think if everybody, you know, if we all called in around the same time, if we could get 500 people to call in, you know, and jam those phone lines and say, hey, we're sick of this, we're sick of that.
And basically this border problem, maybe we can get somewhere.
And I compliment Tom for putting that number out.
And hopefully we'll put it out Monday and people have a pencil and paper ready and we can all get on the phone and maybe actually, you know, partake in getting this place straightened out.
And thanks for taking my call, Jim.
Those numbers are all online, Frank.
It's easy to find.
I've got the number right here, Jim.
It's 202-225-3121.
Okay, but I just figured if Monday, if we give people a little heads up, get a pencil and paper and be ready.
And then if Tom wants to call in and provide that number.
Frank, repeat it.
Repeat it.
Okay, I'll do it slow, Jim.
Jim, 202-225-3121.
Two over.
Yeah, good.
What's more, Frank?
Yeah, good.
What's more, Frank?
202-225-3121.
Okay, Colin, now they're probably not in the office, you know what I mean?
I'll just go to some voicemail.
Maybe early on if Tom calls, or you could put the number out and say, why don't we all call?
It's 3 o'clock when they're probably around.
And if we can hit them with a lot of phone calls, maybe we can actually move in the right direction.
They're getting their ears burned already, I have no doubt.
Thanks, Frank.
I hope so.
Thank you, Jim.
Have a great weekend.
You got it.
You two, Alexander and Candidate.
We're going to hit the bump, but we'll carry you over, Alexander.
Go ahead.
Hello, sir.
Can you hear me?
Yep.
Yes, sir.
Again, I'm going to respond to Mr. Hijacker.
Actually, you already responded to what I'm going to say, that it's either leave or die.
It's nonsense that he's saying that.
Take a deep breath and we'll continue right after this break.
They're going to vote no.
I'm sure 99%, 99.99% of them are going to vote no.
Alexander, take a deep breath, and we'll continue right after this break.
Stand by.
Holy roller, he got hair down to his knee.
Got to be a joker, he just do what he please.

To be a joker, he'd just do what he please.
Because of her contribution to this issue, I'm going to bring up Layla after Alexander and Hijackers.
So it'll be Alexander, Hijacker, Layla, and then Francis and Rick.
Alexander, go ahead, lay out your piece.
Yeah, thank you.
If you just want to tell you something, this guy, Hijacker, reminds me of what you talked about two months ago.
The Jewish-Israeli government, they wanted to make a deal with Egypt.
You allow the Palestinians to come to Egypt, live in the Sinai Peninsula, in exchange we'll pay all your debts that you owe to the IMF and the World Bank, because Egypt has a lot of financial problems.
Remember that?
And Egypt said no.
And also the Palestinians said no, because if the Palestinians left Gaza, they will never come back.
So that's what Mr. Hijack reminds me of.
Just like you said, sir, earlier, it's either live or die.
Live free or die.
I just want to remind Mr. Hijacker, Turkey has already had a lot of problems with the Kurds.
They want to have a state.
And see, there are Palestinians living in Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and these people don't even have citizenship.
And they don't have all the civil rights that we have in the West.
So these people don't have citizenship.
How the hell are you going to tell these countries to have a state of their own?
Yeah.
Alex, I think your position is very clear, and I appreciate your reaffirming it.
Give us a final thought.
I just want to mention something that you mentioned in the first hour.
You mentioned in the first hour about a documentary made by... that Amy Goodman talked about.
It's about Jewish people who went to Israel and then realized that it was...
Israel is wrong, and so on.
You see, sir, these Jews are condemning Israel, but you have to understand, these Jews are like Noam Chomsky.
These Jews are like controlled opposition, you know, or like they're public relations agents for the Jewish community, because these people, they condemn Israel, but at the same time, they're telling people, oh look, Israel wants peace, wants peace.
Israel, the people want peace.
I'm just telling people, like, don't bother watching the documentary.
It's a waste of time.
It's a public relations move by these anti-Zionist, controlled opposition clowns.
Israel does not want peace, Alexander.
I agree with you 100%.
And Noam Chomsky is CIA.
I am convinced.
There are a couple little videos I have about Noam Chomsky online.
Just look under Fetzer on Chomsky.
They're short.
One's about seven, seven and a half minutes, the other maybe 20, 21 minutes.
Fetzer on Chomsky, and you'll not only learn my critique of his views about JFK and 9-11, which is abominable, but also you'll learn something about language and mentality.
Fetzer on Chomsky.
Thanks, Alexander.
Hijacker, here's your opportunity for a rebuttal.
Go ahead, hijacker.
Yeah, I appreciate that from Alexander.
And yeah, I agree, they tried to shove the Palestinians into the Sinai Desert, not give them a kingdom, not give them any stipend, no buyout, just shove them in the desert and that was it.
Of course they didn't want to do that.
But here are the facts, Professor.
46%, and Layla can talk to this here in a minute, because she's one of them, Have already voted with their feet.
46% of the Palestinians do not live in Palestine.
I think there's like a million in Lebanon.
There's a couple of million in Jordan.
I think there's like a half million in Canada.
I think maybe close to a million in the United States.
They've already voted.
That's one thing I wanted to ask Alexander, if he was a Palestinian, if he had clean hands.
But the point is that they would actually get They've actually already voted, in a sense, but he says 99.9.
I don't believe that.
If you would actually offer the Palestinians of their own kingdom, their own nation, with a buyout, particularly the women, the women have had it.
Living next to a vampire race like that, to hell with it.
Especially, it's going to trigger a regional war, and Alexander is right about the Kurds, The Kurds are the elephant in the room.
38 million of them.
The largest ethnic population in the world that do not have their own homeland.
They're spread across Turkey, Iran, Iraq, and Syria.
So that would be a problem, no question.
But I'm just saying, let's at least give them a vote.
Let's put together a package.
Everybody wins.
I'll finish this now here, Jim.
Everybody wins.
The whole world wins because we buy our way out of a regional war, at least for a period of time.
The Palestinians win because not only do they get their own kingdom, their own nation, but they don't have to live next to the Jews anymore.
The Jews win because they can honestly say, and if you know the way of Jewish minds, works they can at least say we bought we bought we bought our our land we didn't steal it even if it cost a trillion the more money the happier jews will be probably uh finance the daggone fun them and the saudis but anyways the jews can say all right we don't gonna live next to the palestinians and we bought it so jacker thanks thanks
Thanks for coming back to reaffirm your position.
I'm glad for you to have that chance.
Now we're going to Leila for her thoughts about your proposal.
a Layla.
Layla.
Do we have Layla?
The only good thing I can say about Hijacker is he uses...
His actual designation.
He is part of a group that has hijacked my country.
And don't you dare speak for me and say that I voted with my feet.
I was a baby when my parents decided to leave temporarily, never believing the insanity of the Yiddishers.
These monsters, as you yourself are mimicking me when you call them vampires, they are guilty of the blood libel that the Europeans accused them of.
That's why they are thrown out of every country.
Because they did steal the blood of young children in Europe.
So you hijacker, you Yiddish or shell, whatever they pay you, you are so blatant.
How dare you?
Go to Turkey where they committed the worst genocide?
They genocided the Armenians using the Kurds.
They were Jews.
They were crypto-Jews under Shabbatai Bensi and they were pretending to be Muslims whereas Ataturk was a Sagit and a Yiddisher.
Who pretended to be a Turk and all the young Turks were Yiddishers as well.
They drove out the Armenians first, out of Turkey itself, and then they paid the Kurds to kill them in that desert, in the Syrian desert.
Those Kurds are waiting for payment.
Because they were promised a land of their own if they would do the dirty work and they got the blood on their hands.
They killed the Armenians.
And then the Turks also killed the Christian Assyrians by the hundreds of thousands.
And then they also killed the Circassians and numerous others.
So don't you dare hijack or even dare to call again and use the words that I use!
You soft peddle it!
You think you're talking to children!
You're going to use negative psychology like you're talking to children!
Oh, you don't want that!
You understand well that your filthy people have bought off all those scummy Arabs!
Mohammed bin Salman, who's a butcher in his own right.
Erdogan, who's a butcher in his own right.
He has already voted Finland and Sweden into NATO in order to get the F-16s.
And then he's already made a deal with Israel?
As has Mohammed bin Salman and all of the seven so-called kings of the UAE, the Emirati, who are basically Persian in ancestry.
They are the traitors.
And you, you Yiddish-er, European Yiddish-er, go back to where you came from, because you are not going to keep my homeland, you outrageous scum!
Why don't you tell us what you really think, Leila?
I am just outraged at his audacity.
You have very clearly defined your position, and I believe that would be the position of most Palestinians.
All Palestinians, anyone who is a Palestinian would die before they would give up their heritage.
Yeah.
I voted with my feet.
How dare you?
As a baby, you think I voted with my feet?
My father had the wisdom to recognize.
Or maybe he had friends.
Mind you, he left with other true Jews.
The legitimate Jews of Palestine.
They also left together at the same time.
Because they thought that this would be done in short order.
Little did they know that there had been British training these Zionist gangs.
British trained them.
They also were part of a Jewish brigade in World War II where they got more training.
Menachem Begin had already smuggled in all the weapons in the 1920s and 30s into Palestine.
They were preparing those sneaky scums.
And now you come along, Mr. Nice Guy!
Oh, let me call myself a hijacker!
You made your point unmistakably clear.
How about a final thought, Layla?
A final thought?
Yeah, the ruling by the ICJ is primarily impotent.
Because again, it has to go before the Security Council.
Now, the only The only proposition, number two, might have some clout.
But still, any action is going to have to go before the Security Council.
And we already know that the Zionist puppets, like Hijacker, have already been bought off and paid.
The US, who betrayed you, all of you Americans, and the UK, other dirty Brits, are also going to vote against anything that comes before the Security Council.
So it'll go before the UNGA, and then it'll be another three or four years.
By then, you scumbag hijackers will have cleared off the land.
You have cleared off the land.
You have destroyed, you have murdered all the people.
Unless someone is off mute now.
Thank you for joining this exchange today, Mark.
Much appreciated, Leila.
I look forward to your future calls.
We got Frances, Rick, Roger, and Dan on the line.
Frances, yours.
Hey, young man.
Hey, girl.
I tell you what, Leila is priceless.
Absolute gem.
Yes.
For that matter.
Dealing with mineralogy as I do, believe me, she sparkles better than a diamond.
So that should tell you something right there.
No, you can't top that act.
No, no.
And believe me, she's not acting for that matter.
The spirit of her soul is in her voice.
And the same, I can say for other people to call in, and I hate to say it, but I think sometimes that you do happen to have a troll or whatever it is called, a troll, on occasion call in and stir up garbage, to say the least.
But I will tell you this, in short, there is no such thing as a buyout, whether it be financial or otherwise.
And we know this because of what happened in The history of what used to be Turtle Island, now known as America, back long ago, hundreds of years ago for that matter, when people were basically removed from their home, removed from their property, just because somebody got greedy and wanted to use military force to get rid of them because they were bloodthirsty lusting over their property and homes or whatever they had.
And so it's in their way of getting control or power over the people.
So as far as a buyout or whatever, whether it be financial or otherwise, that is the biggest farce I've ever heard in my life as far as this reality is concerned.
And with that, have a fun weekend!
Thanks, Francis.
Thanks so much.
Your final thought.
Let me just add, I think Hijacker is sincere.
I don't regard Hijacker as a troll.
I don't agree with his opinion.
But I don't, for that reason, think that he wasn't making an honest proposal.
Let me add, by the way, that when we got the phone number for Washington, D.C., we had one digit wrong.
The proper number is 202-224.
3, 1, 2, 1.
I repeat, 2, 0, 2.
2, 2, 4.
3, 1, 2, 1.
Tom called in to correct because it was a mistaken digit.
2, 0, 2.
2, 2, 4.
3, 1, 2, 1.
Rick in Arizona.
Rick, you're on.
Well, I think hijackers should register as a foreign lobbyist.
And Dr. Spencer, you know, you got a hell of a laundry list there for Trump.
That's quite a laundry list.
He's got a lot to do in that country.
That's such a mess made by Biden, who should never have been in office.
Yeah.
Okay.
Now, Governor Abbott of Texas, okay, has been contacted by the smart money a while back saying that if you don't do something about immigration, you're not going to be reelected.
Because Governor Sisolak of Nevada, He only was a one-termer.
He was a COVID criminal, just like Abbott was.
And the governor of North Dakota has dropped out.
He's not running for a third time.
The smart money told the North Dakota power structure that, uh, Burgum's gotta go.
He's gonna lose.
But now they're bringing in all the Republicans to replace him.
This immigration issue, in my mind, is a hoax.
It is crap.
And there's a lot of governors are getting, they're throwing a lot of governors a life preserver because they're going to get voted out without it.
Abbott will lose the election.
What do you mean?
What do you mean, Rick, calling it a hoax?
What do you mean?
It's a, the whole thing is engineered.
This whole thing is engineered.
Abbott was going to not be reelected if he doesn't have an immigration issue to fall back on.
He won't be reelected if he does.
This is going to save Abbott.
Look, look, look, I don't give a damn if it saves Abbott.
People can do the right thing for the wrong reason.
I just care that he does the right thing.
I don't care if it's for the wrong reason.
Are you suggesting we're not... Rick, I gotta get clear on this.
Are you suggesting we're not being invaded from the South?
That we don't have millions of illegals here that should not be here?
And that we have to do something to stop it?
Are you saying that, folks?
They're not going to stop it.
You're just being schmoozed.
He's already been over in India on his Twitter feed.
Allowing the H-1B visas to bring people over from India.
I reported that!
That was right in my report today about him being in India.
But I'm just saying, this immigration issue is going to save a lot of governors.
Because without it, they're going out the door.
Because they don't have anything to go, they don't have anything to campaign on.
They're COVID criminals.
Sisolak, his election came up a year too early, and they booted him out like a drop-kicking a football.
All these governors are COVID.
Without this immigration thing, I'm just saying, Dr. Fetzer, they're not going to get re-elected.
And this is going to save a lot of governors.
Thanks for taking the call.
Well, maybe it's so, but if they do the right thing on immigration, I don't care if they get re-elected.
I mean, look, Rick, interesting call.
Interesting call.
I got actually three others standing by, Rick, so I'm glad you called.
I'm going to go to Roger in Ohio.
Roger in Ohio, join the conversation.
Roger, are you there?
What?
Dan in Washington.
Roger's not responding.
Dan in Washington.
Go ahead.
Okay.
Go ahead, Roger.
Please.
Roger.
Okay.
Dan in Washington.
Dan.
Have we got Dan?
There you are.
Hello.
Go ahead.
Okay.
Yeah, you know, I don't agree with Hijacker, but I think if America was an honest player in like 1948, you know, if America foresaw what would happen, they could have taken like a huge chunk of Texas or someplace and offered the Palestinians $100,000 each, a free house.
Or some kind of buyout plan, but as far as I know, that's never been offered even.
You know, it's just, we've been pretending to be an equal player.
Dan, Dan, Dan, this is their land for God's sake.
This is their homeland.
You got a legitimate title to it, goes back thousands of years.
The Israelis do not.
They are the interlopers, they are the criminals, they are the frauds.
I have no sympathy for Getting Palestinians out of Palestine.
I want the opposite.
I want to get the Jews out of the Palestinian homeland.
They don't belong there.
Get them the hell out.
I agree with you 100%.
I'm just, I'm surprised that that was never even offered, you know, just in good faith to the world.
America never even offered that.
But no, I agree with you 100%.
But I wanted to tell Peter, no problem.
He's a good caller.
He agrees that white people need representation and he makes really good points about Jewish power.
I always blame the greatest generation because they defeated They destroyed Germany, they allowed the Frankfurt School to come over here, and they turned all these generations of white women against men, and so it's... Sometimes you'll meet a black woman who's less anti-white than, uh, the average white girl.
You know?
Anyway, let's see if I can get Roger.
Is Roger from Ohio with us, Mike?
Is Roger from Ohio here?
I want him on.
Roger, are you there?
Okay.
Mike in Kentucky.
Mike in Kentucky.
Join the conversation.
Mike.
Over.
Roger.
Um, you've got, uh, you mentioned NASA.
I don't know.
I was probably going to watch them an hour ago.
And you said something about a landing video.
The only film I've ever seen is the Apollo 12.
From the inside the limb, they, I don't know if it was a simulation or what, but they showed it flying over that surveyor as it was doing a precision navigation.
But I posted some photo analysis.
A guy, family told me about this engineer, with the Corps of Engineers, I don't know if he was an engineer, but he died at the moon landing in 1970, died of a heart attack.
I saw in his encyclopedia where he was looking at Apollo 12, A bunch of the photos are flipped when they're published.
You know, like they flip the negatives.
Yeah.
So I posted up on my GAB and on TOB Talk some photo analysis on that.
The first image, I think it is, it's got the NASA numbers on there.
It shows in the background the lunar module.
And the dish is on the high gain antenna is on the left as you're looking at it from the back.
And the thing is rotated to where you can see the right side but when they walk down the slope to take a picture of it and the other astronaut is there with them, the thing rotates the other way and you see the left side of it.
There's some shadowy, weird stuff going on.
There are a lot of mock-ups.
There are a lot of mock-ups.
Mike, you're making a lot of great points.
Anyone who wants a follow-up, go to myjameshfetzer.org.
Check out the 65 shows.
The moon landing is right at the top.
Meanwhile, thank you for all the callers.
Spend as much time as you can with your family, your friends, the people you love and care about.
Because we do not know how much time we have left.
Mike, go ahead if you've got to add another thought.
We've got a minute or two more, I jump the gun.
I was going to say, with Trump, all this stuff about insurrection, some of all those cases need to challenge the 14th Amendment because it was not properly ratified and a bunch of the states rescinded their ratification.
Several of them were under military governments and they were under duress when it was ratified.
saying that if they didn't ratify it, they would have no representation in Washington, D.C.
So the whole 14th Amendment issue about anchor babies and all that stuff could be, you know, killed two birds with one stone if Trump, some of his lawyers, were smart enough to challenge the validity of the 14th Amendment.
It's never been brought before the Supreme Court.
Very interesting.
Yep.
You know, Mike, my case with the 7th and 14th Amendment case, I wonder if in part they dodged it because of that.
That's a very interesting point.
Give us a final thought, Mike.
Well, that's what I'm saying is they may have challenged it and it was hushed up.
And I said, OK, OK, we'll we'll just because they don't want to bring that before the Supreme Court opens up a little can of worms.
And then you think about all this.
What do you think about the border issue in Texas, Mike?
Well, you know, I hope they're not setting it up to start a civil war.
We just need a spark like that, you know?
Like that boy's song, Richmond, North of Richmond, I was worried about that going to try to spark something like that.
Turns out that was probably a whole manipulated thing.
I guess he might have wrote the song, but they're looking to spark a war, you know, of some sort.
City folk against the country bumpkins, I don't know what.
Hey, I lived in Kentucky for like nine years in Lexington.
My first job as an assistant professor was at UK.

Could it be more obvious?
Thanks and support RBN.

To defeat anybody.
I want somebody to love.

Oh, I get by with a little help from my friends.
My name is John, I'm the founder of Black Owl Coffee, and I started Black Owl because I really love coffee.
I've always loved coffee, and after traveling so much to Europe, South America, and trying so many different coffees that were so good, and every time I came back to the U.S., I was so disappointed with the coffee, so I figured that I had to do something about it.
The biggest difference is, really, is on the beans, and the roasting process, how we roast it, and how fresh it is.
The fresher the roast, the better the quality.
Here at Blackout, all of the coffee is roasted within one to two days prior to being shipped.
So it literally gets to the consumer's house within three to five days after being roasted.
If you like coffee, you have to try ours.
It's fresh roasted, it's one of the best beans that we can get, and you will definitely see the difference.
