	The situation in relation to Ukraine is getting very hairy.
	Turns out the latest Russian missile strike killed a whole lot of mercenaries.
	The French are denying they're theirs, but the Russians are saying they're actually not just mercenaries.
	But regular army France, that would mean France is openly conducting or covertly conducting war with Russia.
	That's very bad.
	Here we have a report from Odyssey, an interview here with regard to what's going on.
	Michael Malouf, a former senior security policy analyst in the office of the Secretary of Defense.
	Many thanks for joining us on the program today, Michael.
	So, the French Foreign Ministry denies the presence of its mercenaries in Ukraine, calling it, quote, another clumsy Russian manipulation.
	What do you make of it?
	Well, I think he's wrong.
	And since Russia claims to have the proof, I think that that's very telling.
	And I'm sure that they will show that proof to the French minister.
	This is not unheard of in any war.
	You're always going to have your mercenaries.
	The question really is, is it sanctioned by the French government in this case?
	It certainly is by the British government, and the U.S.
	government certainly has allowed our private military contractors to go in, although officially, they will try and discourage it.
	But it's a business.
	It's a business.
	And when you're paying, at least in the American case, up to $250,000 a year, that's a considerable sum of money.
	So naturally, they're going to take their chances.
	What we have here has gone far beyond mercenaries, which are certainly understandable.
	Get this.
	Russia calls French ambassador for an explanation, the dead French in Kharkov were members of the regular French army, not mercenaries.
	This is war news 24-7, which I frequently cited as highly reliable.
	Russia-France relations are showing a sharp deterioration after the Russian strike on a mercenary base in Kharkov, which killed more than 60 and injured at least 20.
	Moscow today summoned the French Ambassador to the Foreign Ministry for an explanation regarding the unprecedented number of dead French soldiers in Kharkov.
	Dead French soldiers!
	This is remarkable.
	This is very bad.
	This is very serious.
	And historically, of course, France and Russia have had major wars, including, of course, in the era of Napoleon.
	Meanwhile, Russia's relation with other countries that have powerful military forces are increasing, including with North Korea.
	Even U.S.
	news and reporters Reporting this one, Moscow Reuters.
	Russia is developing its relation with North Korea in all areas, including sensitive ones.
	Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Wednesday North Korea's foreign minister lauded Comradely ties with Russia on Tuesday, and then held rare talks in the Kremlin with President Putin, who had been invited by Kim Jong-un to visit the reclusive nuclear-armed country.
	Asked about talks in Moscow, Peskov said the situation on the Korean Peninsula was discussed, but the main focus was on developing bilateral relations.
	Yes, I would not be surprised if North Korea didn't have some weapons that Russia could use in dealing with the West.
	I think that this is all incredibly dangerous by NATO, provoking a war in the first place.
	What they discovered, they were overmatched.
	They should have sought a graceful exit.
	But instead, you have insanity like Zelensky going to the World Economic Forum With a totally unrealistic proposal for peace.
	We'll find it.
	It's just outrageous what's going on here.
	Meanwhile, the U.S.
	has continued.
	Here it is.
	Zelensky pushes unrealistic peace formula on Davos.
	He requires a full Russian withdrawal, giving up Crimea, Russia paying reparations.
	I mean, this is ludicrous.
	This is completely absurd.
	Russia's never going to give up Crimea or the Donbass.
	I mean, there are five different provinces that are gone forever.
	In a speech at the WEF in Davos, Ukrainian President Zelensky reiterated his opposition to a ceasefire with Russia.
	And Bush's peace formula involving several unrealistic demands to end the war.
	Zelensky's plan requires a full Russian withdrawal from the territory it's captured in February 2022, giving up Crimea, more crime tribunals, Russia paying reparation to Ukraine.
	Kiev has no shot at implementing any aspect of this formula, since its counteroffensive failed, and Ukrainian forces are now focused on defense, invading manpower shortages.
	Remember, the best estimate we have is they've lost 500,000 during the war here.
	500,000.
	They got no way of making that up.
	No way of making it up.

	Meanwhile, the United States has launched more rounds of attacks against the Houthis in Yemen.
	U.S.
	officials told that strikes were launched from U.S.
	Navy warships and submarines.
	They came after the Houthis, struck a U.S.-owned cargo ship with a drone in the Gulf of Aden.
	Reports on social media said there were strikes in towns and cities across Yemen.
	Multiple cities, U.S.
	command confirmed the strikes, claimed it targeted 14 Houthi missiles that were loaded to be fired in Houthi-controlled areas in Yemen.
	So the United States is continuing its colossal blunder of attacking the Houthis.
	Meanwhile, even Biden admits that they are not working.

	The President said that the strikes will continue regardless of their ineffectiveness.
	Biden told reporters Thursday, American forces will continue to launch strikes on Houthi targets, despite the fact the campaign is not stopping the militants from attacking merchant ships in the Red Sea.
	He asked whether the strikes were working to deter the Houthis.
	Biden responded.
	When you say working, are they stopping the Houthis?
	No.
	Are they going to continue?
	Yes.
	Wednesday's missile strike was the fourth time the U.S.
	has attacked Houthi targets in Yemen since last week.
	American abrasion warplane launched a barrage of around 70 missiles last Thursday and Friday.
	U.S.
	launching follow-up strikes on Saturday.
	Shortly after, Central Command announced the American force had launched yet another strike.
	But you see, it's just created chaos for commercial transport in the Red Sea and in the Persian Gulf.
	Because heretofore, they had known if you were not carrying cargo to Israel, you were OK.
	So these were going to attack you, because they were very selective.
	They had good intel.
	They're at war with Israel.
	Interdicting the shipping to Israel was totally within the constraints of international law.
	But now, because the US and Britain have attacked, they've made themselves target.
	Now, no ships are passing.
	They know it's much too dangerous.
	Meanwhile, the United States in one more of its semantic obfuscations have announced They're re-designating Yemen's Houthis as a specially designated global terrorist group, which could complicate aid deliveries in Yemen and make peace between the Saudis and the Houthis more difficult.
	I'll bet you anything Saudi Arabia didn't want this.
	We have the very amusing situation of a short video, I mean it's only about 20 seconds, a plan of a Houthi A behoothy pirate has drawn swoons worldwide.
	I'm gonna play it for those who see it.
	He's like a cross between Brad Pitt and Johnny Depp.
	They were two of my wife's favorite actors.
	A friend says to me that over 20 million views of this suggest that women are just as shallow as men when it comes to physical attraction.
	I just pass that on.
	I don't know.
	I think it's remarkable.
	Meanwhile, Iraq and Pakistan are protesting Iranian missile strikes on their territory.
	This is a sign of Iran becoming far more aggressive.
	Iran said the strikes it launched in Pakistan targeted Jayesh al-Adl, a Sunni Muslim militant group operating across the Iran-Pakistan border, which has a history of conducting terrorist attacks in Iran.
	Most recently, they took responsibility for a December 15th attack on a police station in Iran's southeastern city of Rasik, killed 11 now.
	The Pakistanians are pissed because they weren't coordinated, they weren't notified.
	My suspicion would be that they couldn't notify because Pakistan is so corrupt that they would be notified and tipped off and not get their target.
	That's the score as I see it.
	Meanwhile, the Iraqi PM has said that an Iranian strike there was aggression against Iraq.
	Where they have, as a consequence, cancelled planned meetings with Iranian officials in Davos, where again, this is going after targets and allied with Israel.
	I think the targets were legit, but there are, of course, violations of international law involved here and violating the sovereignty.
	Well, what are we going to hear from Bibi about this?
	We are attacking Iran, says Netanyahu.
	Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has said Israel is already carrying out direct attacks on Iran and in making every possible effort to prevent Tehran from attaining nuclear weapons.
	This is an old song and dance.
	Iran long since disavowed nuclear, they don't want nuclear weapons, they're not pursuing nuclear weapons, but they have plenty of non-nuclear weapons that are devastating, can take out all of Israel, have no doubt.
	Israel has openly accused Iran of aiding Hamas with money, training, weapons, and technological know-how.
	Iran is standing behind it.
	We are in conflict with Iran.
	Imagine not what Iran can do to us to destroy us, but what we can do to Iran because it's parallelly JFK.
	They claimed, the Iranian foreign minister, that these accusations about Assaults, Hamas assaults, that Iran has a role in assaults on Israel by Hamas were based on political reasons, of course.
	The Israelis in my book are the biggest liars and bullshitters on the face of earth today.
	That is their stock in trade.
	Meanwhile, they're having difficulties.
	Here we got a Palestine Chronicle reporting.
	Half the troops simply walked out.
	Israeli army crisis deepening.
	The fact that many Israeli soldiers are simply refusing to join the battlefield in the first place reflects a deepening crisis in the Israeli army.
	The phenomenon began in late November when two Israeli officers were dismissed We're reportedly running away, along with our units, from the Gaza battlefield, claiming they did not receive support after being ambushed by a dozen of Palestinian fighters.
	In other words, the Houthis were cleaning their clock.
	They didn't like it.
	They didn't feel they were getting suitable support.
	This time, however, nearly half of a newly formed battalion is simply refused to go to Gaza, claiming lack of training.

	I have lost consciousness from all the torture at the time a man had fallen on top of me.
	The soldiers came to check.
	Everyone was dead, and I thought I was killed.
	Abba said after Israeli soldiers left, they started shelling the building where a three-year-old daughter was killed in her sister's arm by shrapnel.
	A shrapnel hit her in the eye.
	She was martyred with her eyes open.
	She saw everything.
	The shrapnel hit her in the eye, another in her neck.
	In her head, she was bleeding so much.
	I put her beneath me to protect her, but she had already sustained the injuries.
	Due to the severe shrapnel, she asked me for water and started to cry.
	I thought she was crying because she was scared.
	I told her, just wait, sweetheart.
	I'll get you water since this is over.
	I hadn't realized then that she was dying.
	Here's the last thing we have of her, the shirt she was wearing.
	Human rights groups have called for an urgent investigation into the allegations of executions and other charges against the Israeli forces.
	I mean, it's going on on a daily basis.
	And what the hell is the world doing about it?
	Meanwhile, here's another report.
	Israel rounds up thousands of Palestinians without charge or access to lawyers.
	I mean, in ordinary times, this would be an outrageous offense, but it's trivial compared to the mass slaughter that's taking place.
	The Israeli Knesset, the Knesset, has approved legislation that allows holding Palestinians deemed security prisoners.
	That's, of course, any Palestinian on two legs.
	Up to 180 days without access to a lawyer.
	Since October 7th, Israel placed thousands of Palestinians in administrative detention.
	And of course, they're killing them!

	Here we have the Israeli president saying, don't even think twice about peace.
	He said, no Israelis in the right mind are thinking about it.
	Isaac Herzog said Thursday, No Israeli in their right mind are thinking about peace, as Israeli officials continue to make clear their onslaught in Gaza will not end any time soon.
	Any time soon.
	They're claiming it's of necessity.
	But as Kevin Barrett asked, is Israel creating genocide to steal Gaza's gas and oil?

	He's saying that if there was a three-way split, it would go to some kind of extra election, right?
	But I don't think... I think he knows.
	That he can take it either way, you see, because he's got political power, he knows it, right?
	And he did mention that there was a pollster out there, I forget this guy's name, but Nouri knew him as well.
	They're a family of pollsters.
	The pollsters went to Bobby Kennedy Jr.
	and said, hey, do you know you've got the numbers?
	If you want, you can win the election.
	And he said he was surprised that he heard that.
	Well, I don't think so.
	The Kennedys are sharp politically.
	They've been talking about this comeback for years, right?
	So he is a very, very shrewd politician, Bobby Kennedy Jr.
	He learned it the hard way.
	I got to give him credit.

	Well, I think blacks and Hispanics are all gravitating toward Trump.
	The border policy has been a disaster for the Democrat politically.
	They may have big agribusiness and politicians who think they're going to get a lot of Democrat votes and cheap labor pulling those.
	Potatoes out of the ground, but I think politically, nobody who earned their way here likes to see these people coming over with a free ride.
	Nobody who went through all the arduous process of becoming a legal citizen is going to appreciate all these illegals getting $5,000 gift cards and $2,200 a month and free housing and all this other happy horseshit.
	I think it's going to work very badly against the Democrats.
	I don't see them as having any serious prospect of winning whatsoever.
	I think it'll be a blowout on the order of what happened in 2020 when you look at the real count, which is about $100 million for Trump, $37 million for Biden.
	That's about the same split you get for Democrats and Republicans, which is why you raise the point of RFK Jr.

	If you look at the Christian community in the United States, they were completely against Israel.
	They were against it from a political point of view, from a religious point of view.
	Secretary of State at the time, George Marshall, said that the creation of Israel was wrong.
	It would harm the American interest.
	But the thing is, The Jewish lobby pressured Harry Truman so much, so he had to go towards the Jewish lobby.
	Although Harry Truman respected George Marshall because he was a great man, but he knew that George Marshall was not going to give him the vote in comparison to the Jewish lobby.
	So it seems like this whole Christian Zionist thing is all a fraud.
	These people have no power.
