We're on the 14th of January and right before Martin Luther King's birthday and all kinds of action going on in this country and around the world.
And it's vitally important that you find out about what's that first hour of this show and the second hour.
I think it's going to be as heavy, but it's, this will make it be a part of history here.
We have comments on the speech presenting the genocidal statement.
The evidence of genocide is simply overwhelming.
South African Attorney Tembeka Nakataibo on Thursday used the words of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and other high-ranking Israeli officials to make the case of the International Court of Justice and to the world.
And Israel's military is acting with clear genocidal intent in the Gaza Strip.
Let the Prime Minister's words speak for themselves, he said, pointing to Netanyahu's November remarks urging Israelis to remember what Amalek has done to you.
Netanyahu has repeatedly likened Gazans to the Amalekites, whom the Old Testament God ordered King Saul to massacre.
He went on to cite a deputy speaker of the Israeli Knesset who called on Israel's military to burn Gaza to the ground, a statement he reiterated ahead of Thursday's hearing at the United Nations' highest court.
There is an extraordinary feature in this case that Israel's political leaders, military commanders, and persons holding official positions have systematically and in explicit terms declared their genocidal intent.
And these statements are then repeated by soldiers on the ground in Gaza as they engage in the destruction of Palestinians and of the physical infrastructure of Gaza.
The South African attorney played video footage of Israeli soldiers dancing and chanting that there are no uninvolved civilians in Gaza, a precursor to the war crime of collective punishment.
South Africa's 84-page filing contains nine pages of statements from Israeli officials that, according to the South African legal team, signal genocidal intent against the Palestinian people.
Intent?
As the U.N.
has emphasized, is the most difficult element to determine, but, I would add, not in this case.
To constitute genocide, there must be a proven intent on the part of perpetrators to physically destroy a national, ethnical, racial, or religious group, he unexplained in a summary of the Genocide Convention, which Israel stands accused of violating.
But he argued Thursday that Israeli officials' explicit call for the decimation of Gaza's population leaves no question that Israeli government's assault on the Palestinian enclave is genocidal.
Many propagators of grave atrocities They protested they were misunderstood, that they did not mean what they said, and that their own words were taken out of context, preempting a possible Israeli line of defense.
What state would admit to genocidal intent?
Yet the distinctive feature of this case has not been the silence as such, but the reiteration and repetition of genocidal speech throughout every sphere of state in Israel.
We remind the Court of the identity and authority of the genocidal inciters—the Prime Minister, the President, the Minister of Defense, the Minister of National Security, the Minister of Energy and Infrastructure, members of the Knesset, senior Army officials, and foot soldiers.
The evidence of genocidal intent is not only chilling, but also overwhelming and incontrovertible.
And here we have a... Let's turn now to one of the most controversial live political questions in the world today.
Israel's assault on Gaza and whether it is legal under international law.
South Africa is taking Israel to the International Court of Justice, accusing it of violating the Genocide Convention by the way that it's acting, that it intends to destroy the Palestinians throughout Gaza.
Israel, of course, has rejected the claim and application saying that South Africa is in effect calling for the destruction of the State of Israel.
I'm joined now by Professor Francis Boyle, Human Rights Professor and a lawyer who was the first to win a genocide case at the International Court of Justice.
It's very good to see you there, Professor.
From what you've seen of the South African case, what is likely to happen, do you think?
Do you think Israel is going to be accused or found guilty of genocide?
Well, thank you very much for having me on, my best to all my friends in Britain.
To clarify, I won the first order of provisional measures of protection ever issued by the World Court on the basis of the Genocide Convention.
That was for the Republic of Bosnia-Herzegovina against Yugoslavia.
It was massive, overwhelming.
And then I won a second order to the same effect.
I remember the cases well, sir.
I remember them well.
So what do you make of this case?
Right, well, I have read all the legal pleadings and I stayed up all night to watch the hearings.
South Africa has presented a solid case, I would say an airtight case.
Uh, and based on everything I've seen, my knowledge, judgment and experience, I believe the South Africa will win an order of provisional measures of protection against Israel to cease and desist from committing acts of genocide against the Palestinians.
Well, that would be an enormously significant moment.
But, of course, Israel has a long history of, as it were, brushing off criticism and critiques from the United Nations and the international community.
What would happen as a result of this if it did lose the case that would cause real problems for Israel?
Yes, South Africa can then take the order to the Security Council for enforcement.
Right now, it looks like the Americans would definitely veto any enforcement.
I regret to say it appears the UK government would also do the same.
That would not be the end of the matter.
It can then go to the United Nations General Assembly for enforcement under the terms of the Uniting for Peace resolution, and the consequences for Israel could be quite severe.
And presumably, whatever the Israeli government thinks, or does, many, many Israeli citizens would be intensely embarrassed and angered by this, and it may well, of course, change the political atmosphere inside Israel.
You're correct, because the origins of the genocide convention came out of the Nazi Holocaust against the Jews.
And that is why it says in Article 1 to prevent genocide.
Namely, the convention is there to make sure you don't have another Nazi Holocaust against the Jews, but that the international community acts In cases of developing genocide, yes.
And there might be a blow over there in Israel, sure.
And to look at the other side of the argument, the Israeli government is arguing, in effect, that if it doesn't do what it's doing in Gaza, then Hamas will revive and the state of Israel will eventually be eradicated and destroyed, and that therefore it's a question of one side obliterating the other, or the other way around.
Well, that's correct.
Your Oxford professor Low had anticipated the Israeli defenses, and I think he did an excellent job of presenting them this morning.
In my cases, I demanded a right of rebuttal.
against Yugoslavia, which I got.
So I had separate rebuttals there.
For some reason, South Africa did not request rebuttals.
It's not obligated.
It's discretionary.
But Professor Lowe, I think, did an excellent job rebutting the Israeli defenses in his presentation today.
The World Court hearing on Friday was underway as Al Jazeera reported nine Palestinians, including children, at least one infant, were killed in an Israeli strike on a residence in Rafah.
Faced with a detailed documentation of statements made by top-level Israeli officials about their attempt to destroy Gaza residents and flatten the enclave, legal experts observed that attorneys representing Israel on Friday appear to simply ignore the mounting evidence the government is committing a genocide.
Thomas McManus, a state crime lecturer at Queen Mary University of London, said the ICJ, which has held two hearings this week regarding South Africa's complaint accusing Israel of genocidal violence and intent since it began its bombardment of Gaza in October, likely noticed a massive disconnect between Israel's claim that it's trying to protect civilian lives with the reality on the ground.
A hearing on Friday was underway as Al Jazeera reported nine Palestinians, including children and at least one infant, were killed in a new Israeli strike on a home in Rafah, just a few of the 23,708 who have been confirmed dead.
Meanwhile, a defiant Netanyahu says no one can halt Israel's war to crush Hamas, including a world court.
Rafa, Gaza Strip, Israel will pursue its war against Hamas until victory and will not be stopped by anyone, including the World Court Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said in a defiant speech Saturday as fighting in Gaza approached the 100-day mark.
Netanyahu spoke after the International Court of Justice at The Hague held two days of hearings on South Africa's allegations Israel is committing genocide against Palestinians, a charge Israel rejects as libelous and hypocritical.
South Africa asked the court to order Israel to halt its blistering air and ground events even as an interim step.
No one will stop us, not the Hague, not the Axis of Evil, and not anyone else, Netanyahu said in televised remarks, referring to Iran and its allied militias.
Meanwhile, there's a new video about the Palestinians that is causing a bit of hysteria in Israel.
Netflix has just dropped this Palestinian film and Israel is not happy.
The movie, Farha, follows the story of a young girl who witnessed the horrors of the Nakba.
Israeli officials are stating the movie aims to incite racist hatred against Israeli soldiers and is full of lies and libels of the events that took place in 1948.
Well, was it really a lie?
Let's break it down.
We know that over 75% of the Palestinian population were forced from their homes in 1948.
That's roughly 700,000 people.
More than 500 villages were destroyed and approximately 4 million acres of land were seized.
Today the catastrophe continues.
6.4 million Palestinian refugees remain displaced and left without a home.
Not forgetting the countless Palestinians who were killed week in and week out.
So no Israel, this movie is not a lie.
It's a reality that many Palestinians face today.
I think he's got it right of course and all of the evidence indicts Israel overwhelmingly.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, again, everyone should listen and watch the International Criminal Court presentation by the South African attorneys and also listen to the Israeli rebuttal.
It is powerful, the most powerful education of language and logic and thought and legal jurisprudence that you could be exposed to.
Magnificent.
And essentially, the South African lawyers or party has argued that Israel is committing genocide against a people, not Hamas, not a sector, not a neighborhood, but against an entire population.
So, by nature of its proclamation or its actions, not proclamation, but its actions, it is committing genocide because it's annihilating a people.
And its actions are contradictory to its words.
And we can't judge and measure words, we judge actions.
And in light of the Mossad-Israeli mandate, order, policy of through deception wage war.
Make that really sink in.
Through deception wage war.
The Israeli deception are the words that they argue in court.
Their war is the killing and the explosions and the bloodshed and the Nakba and the annihilation of the entire Palestinian people who they call Amalek.
In a reference to a biblical time for which this Ashkenazi, fake Jew, Khazarian, devil-worshipping Edomites have been impostors of.
They're not Semitic people, they're impostors.
But they try and anchor back to a biblical time of Amalek being the narrative through which their policy is justified.
And it's completely out of context.
It's not part of the divine mandate or historical moment in time.
Remember, we weren't around thousands of years ago.
That's one of the reasons that I can't make a claim to the areas of Scotland or Stonehenge that were taken by the English just because of my genetic disposition.
Neither can anyone make the same claim in Israel or Egypt or Rome or anywhere else.
But their argument has been the citing of facts and the statistics and the measurements of deaths and the percentage of Gaza that has been decimated into rubble, and the amount of bodies that have been missing that most likely are under the rubble, and the amount of bodies that have been recovered and that are dead, and the women in those bodies, and the children in those bodies, and the men in those bodies.
And the incidents of places where the Gaza population was told to go for safe refuge, yet while in transit to those places, are attacked by Israeli planes and drones.
And when arriving in those locations, instructed by the Israelis, are then attacked and destroyed.
So every action that Israel is doing is genocide.
It's murder.
It's murder of an entire people.
It's deception and they're waging war.
They're telling them to go here and then they're killing them.
They're bombing them.
They're cutting off their food and their water and their energy supplies.
That's an act of genocide, as the Israeli who said, I'm ordering a full siege of Gaza.
That's a self-admitted confession, and that's what South Africa argued.
They are self-confessing that they intend to engage in genocide.
The politicians in Israel are citing genocidal talk, and the military are exercising actions and explaining orders as a fulfillment of that genocidal talk.
So it's genocide, genocide, genocide.
Illegal, unlawful, unconstitutional, inhumane, and against everything that the United Nations and the world community stands for.
The Israeli argument was, we're waging war against Hamas and no one has a right to stop us from defending ourselves.
Well, this is not about Hamas.
This is not about a political group.
This is about an entire population of human beings that may or may not be part of that political group.
So that's the differentiation that the South Africans made.
This is a state versus a state.
And that is why the International Criminal Court was convened to enforce the protection against genocide, when a state wages war against another state.
I think it's poetically ironic That the genocidal language that was developed after, quote, the Jewish Holocaust is now coming up resurfacing as the expose in the defense against what the Israeli state is doing now.
And what this is doing is it's paralleling.
They mention also 1948 NACPA.
That film that you just showed, Jim, that's going to come out will show in real color and human drama what the NACPA was.
And the same thing we're seeing right now, but even worse, but just with modern weapons.
So the people of the world are witnessing The character of the Israelis in 1948 and now, and it's interesting and important to note too, one of the figures in 1948 was brought to speak to the Israeli troops preceding this attack, and that individual said, and this is part of the International Criminal Court dialogue, the individual said, erase them, erase them, destroy them.
It was an Israeli general, something old age, dressed in an Israeli uniform.
And you're right, Netanyahu has said, no one's going to stop us.
Not the International Criminal Court, no one.
So they are going to continue.
It needs to follow its diplomatic course through the community of the United Nations, but it also needs to be the animating energy of the BRICS assembling new political association that needs to manifest beyond just an association.
Putin better get his head out of his ass, as does Medvedev, and recognize that the BRICS association is what needs to now solidify into an association that makes proclamations, and recognize that the BRICS association is what needs to now solidify into an association that makes proclamations, and
And this proclamation needs to be from Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa, Iran, Saudi Arabia, every member, that genocide is forbidden.
And what Israel is doing to Gaza is a genocide.
And every single country in BRICS needs to affirm that.
And then, of course, lead a convoy for alleviation.
Because if there's not a convoy, led by Turkey, Russia, China, Iran, all of these countries, Then you will have the Gaza and the population there again descend into skeletal remains.
They are dying slowly and the International Criminal Court said there will be more people dying in the coming days, weeks and months from disease and famine and Every form of disease that comes from the conditions that they're living in, you will see an apocalypse on a biblical scale.
So now is the time for the world to intervene by force and really separate itself from the cancer, which is the United States, Britain, the United Nations.
I might also end it by saying, to put Cameron
The former Prime Minister of Britain, Cameron, in charge of the British bombing coordination against Yemen, the same Cameron who coordinated the British bombing in Libya with Sarkozy, of course, Sarkozy isn't part of this, but Cameron and the violation that they did by destroying Libya, which has now destroyed Europe by flooding Europe with mass migrants and such,
Uh is is another indicator that the West has completely lost its mind and if these people all got the COVID-19 vaccine that's just another element to explain why we're descending into madness of the wicked, Jim.
Well, I agree with the irony of the Genocide Convention, which was based on the mythical Holocaust, the alleged destruction of the Jews as being used against the bona fide, the very real destruction of the Palestinians by Israel.
I agree with that.
Their primary defense, their acting in self-defense, has already been vitiated by the Russian ambassador to the UN.
They are the occupying power.
The Palestinians are a subject people for whom they are responsible to maintain their welfare.
So even their strongest defense has tattered and torn and has no substance whatsoever morally, politically, legally.
They are impaled on the horns of their own defense.
Brian?
Well, don't get your hopes up on the Hague.
The international criminal court in the Hague was established in 2002, that's post 9-11, to prosecute genocide, murder, rape, forced impregnation, other types of things that local courts were unable to Effectively prosecute.
Now, the problem is that right there in their charter, they can only prosecute individuals.
And Israel, as you and I both know, is not an individual.
Since their establishment, they've gone after 51 different people, most of them African and Middle Eastern warlords who have committed genocide, murder, Other forced destruction of different plans within their particular areas.
But I went through the list.
I didn't see a single Israelite on it.
The chief prosecutor, Kareem Khan, is a London-based prosecutor.
But remember that you've got to have the elements before the prosecutor can even accept the crime.
And the elements in the International Criminal Court appear similar to what we have here in America.
Which is, on this day, this individual did this, which is a violation of this law in this county, which gives them jurisdiction to do it.
So first of all, I might argue that jurisdiction may or may not be there, although Israel does sign up for the International Criminal Court, as does South Africa.
But the problem is, you've got to name names if you want to have an official indictment.
Secondarily, Even they rely on the local police force to go get these people and extract them and bring them up to the Hague for trial.
So until we see the Hague name names in terms of who exactly is responsible, they're not going to have the venue or the jurisdiction or the elements on any given individual.
Secondarily, the largest sentence they can even hand out is only 30 years.
We're talking about this.
This is something that's so much bigger Then the Hague.
The Hague is not designed to handle this.
Although it's nice to have hearings, it's all bluster until they start naming names.
This particular Israeli general, this particular Israeli politician, intended, set out to do this.
Now they've got to have that information.
They've got to have the witnesses.
They've got to be able to put the case together.
So I predict that the prosecutor is going to reject the charges, being that he doesn't have the elements of the crime in place to even accept it.
And I predict that Israel has very close ties to London, or at least the cartel bankers do as well.
Do you trust Kareem Khan, a London-based prosecutor from the center of economic reality, which is obviously controlled by a banker cartel, to actually accept this?
I don't think you can accept it.
I don't think you will accept it.
I think it's going to have to go to the UN.
In the UN, I have absolutely no faith that anything's going to take place whatsoever.
So it's my prediction that Israel just has nothing to worry about.
The only thing that Israel has to worry about is Yemen, Iraq, Iran, Saudi Arabia, just simply losing it and deciding that they're just going to start firing missiles independently into Israel.
Now back to whether Israel owns the land.
Don't make the argument.
Nobody can make the argument that that land, that particular stretch of land was deeded to them in the Bible.
If anything was deeded to them in the Bible, it's a much bigger tract of land.
And until they get that much, much bigger tract of land, that deed is not going to be complete.
What they did was they sent in Rothschilds with Rothschild money that was largely extracted from Germany and other countries during World War II.
They used that money to, quote unquote, buy up the land.
And there's not a big argument that they didn't buy the land.
What they did was they bought the land out from underneath people and then evicted them from the land.
And the question as to whether or not it happened properly is still one that's up in the air.
The question is, was there coercion that forced the sale of the land?
What was it?
What was it?
They bought all they could.
They did all they could to establish the nation.
The Western nations, even the United States, has decided to recognize it as a new entity.
It was formed.
It was set up.
It was executed.
Now, great.
Let's get all the Israelis to go ahead and go back to the land.
No problem.
Let's get them all.
Hey, they don't belong here, do they?
Is this the promised land?
Is this Zion?
Is Europe the promised land?
Is Ukraine the promised land?
Where's the promised land?
Send them all back that direction, and then leave it up to them to fight their neighbors.
They're relying way too heavily on America to deal with this problem.
That was just sensational, Brian, I gotta say.
Now, others have observed that if this case for genocide doesn't stand, then genocide has basically been legitimized.
So, I think there's a serious problem there.
Not denying it.
You have to have a person.
You have to have The Hague has prosecuted 51 individual wanted men.
Well, they have the people.
Brian, you made your point.
We understand 100%.
Scott, Scott.
They have the people named as the heads of the state.
They've made that argument, too.
The South African prosecutor said this is not against the Jewish people or the Israeli people.
This is against the heads of state.
The president of Israel, the prime minister of Israel, the head of the Israeli military, and you can go down and down.
They didn't mention the media in Israel.
So when I heard that, because I was listening very carefully, their neglect to reference The talks of genocide and the flamboyant bloodlust that is spoken by so many different academics and media individuals giving interviews, crying for the destruction of history.
The International Criminal Court did not include that rhetoric, did not include that hyperbolic, incendiary, cultural smoke.
Direct, thank you.
They stuck directly to the state, the state, the state, the government, and the people that occupy the positions of government.
So they have the people.
I would say this.
The Iraqis, the Iranians, the Kuwaitis, the Omarians, the Saudis, the Palestinians, the Pakistanis, every Muslim and African nation is going to use this decision by the International Criminal Court and I'll put my money that they are going to rule this is genocide because the facts are undeniable and it is an airtight case.
When it is judged a genocide and it is affirmed against Israel, that will ignite a new level of passion in all of the Muslim and Islamic world that will give them a turbo boost in their prosecution of this against Israel.
If the court fails to, Then it will be the divorce declaration from all of these countries and cultures to completely reject this 2002 setup court.
And again, civilization is tearing.
The old wine and the old wineskin, the new wine is now.
And the new wineskin is the assembly of the BRICS and other nations, the multipolar world.
So the new wine is going to tear up the old wineskin of the world.
That's how the world is going to be separating.
Well, there's another point.
I can't remember what I was going to say, but I'll hand it back to you, Jim.
Go ahead.
I think hearing Brian's discussion is simply spot on.
I think it's brilliant.
Don, I know you want to add a thought.
Carry on.
You guys said it all.
I cannot enhance it.
Very good.
Meanwhile, breaking.
Texas National Guard takes control of the border and restricts border control access, which is aiding and abetting the illegals.
About time.
Border control in Texas isn't restricting the invasion, so they're being restricted from that area by Texas National Guard stepping in.
I can almost hear the seething in range from the left, can you?
Washington Examiner reports.
In an effort to reduce illegal border crossing, Greg Abbott, governor of Texas, ordered Texas troopers to seize control of a public Eagle Pass park overnight, defying the wishes of city officials.
Eagle Pass Mayor Rolando Salinas said the Texas Department of Public Safety That's not a decision we agreed to.
This is not something we wanted.
This is not something we asked for, Selena said.
The video showed the Texas National Guard fencing him off the park from the public.
When SNOYA asked DPS why the state was seizing the park, they said, The mission is to prevent undocumented people from crossing into Eagle Pass, which has reported a record number of migrant crossings, quickly becoming one of the most heavily trafficked sections of the Mexico border.
Speaker Johnson and dozens of Republicans visited the area last week, threatening to withhold financial aid for Ukraine or Israel unless the border were secure.
Poor Mayor Rolando, he's not getting his wish to let the invasion continue.
Here we have Bill Milgan tweeting, Texas Military Department confirms that Texas National Guard is seeking control of Shelby Park and Eagle Pass, city property where mass illegal crossings are taking place, and is restricting border patrol from accessing the area.
Here is another just in, Colin Rugg.
Texas National Guard has seized Shelby Park and Eagle Pass, preventing Border Patrol officers from entering the area as the border crisis continues to spiral out of control.
Good to see Texas taking matters into their own hands.
I hope and pray that this catches on like wildfire and other states and cities do the same.
So, are we surprised?
Buying regime strikes back!
After Texas National Guard seizes control of the public park and kicks out the Border Patrol.
The Texas National Guard seized control of the public park.
It's estimated more than 11 million illegals, mainly military age males notice, have boarded over the border on Biden's open border invitation.
Eagle Pass has been hit hard as trains carrying thousands of illegals, look at one there, from Mexico make their way.
All access to the property is limited to state authority only.
Border Patrol will be permitted to enter the property to remove their equipment and supplies.
Agents will not have access to the area unless there's a medical emergency.
I'm told the state plans to start arresting all who cross for criminal trespass.
This is not under the new illegal entry law.
They've been arresting for criminal trespass for months.
Meanwhile, Allie Bradley tweets, the state of Texas has seized all city property along the riverfront at the border and Eagle Pass under governor's emergency powers, doing federal processing, location and equipment, according to multiple sources.
Texas is holding the line at our southern border with miles of additional razor wire and anti-clone barriers to deter and repel the record high levels of illegal immigration invited by Biden's reckless open border policies.
Instead of enforcing federal immigration law, As his oath of office requires he do, I add, the Biden admin allows unfettered access for Mexican cartels to smuggle into the country.
Texas will continue to deploy Texas National Guard DPS troopers and more barriers, utilizing every tool and strategy to respond to Biden's ongoing border crisis.
Now, under Governor Abbott's emergency declaration, the Texas National Guard has seized control of the park and surrounding land.
Good for Ab.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, he seems to be listening to our show, Jim, because we've been saying this for the past couple years, that the National Guard of Texas should be activated and sent down to defend the border, the land of Texas, which is what the people created the Texas National Guard and military to do.
And it's not the federal border.
It is the border of Texas.
And they are within their state's constitutional rights to do that on every level because they're defending against invasion.
They're defending the rights of a citizen.
And here's a very important thing.
The rights of the citizens of Texas includes the right not to be criminally trespassed against.
Not to be invaded, not to have an unlawful alien enter their backyard.
They have a criminal trespass.
If some illegal alien comes in your backyard, builds a tent, you have a right to remove that person, either yourself and commit a citizen's arrest.
Don knows this well.
You can commit a citizen's arrest against that person who's popped a tent in your backyard.
Put them in handcuffs and say, no, you are under arrest for criminal trespass.
Police, take this man to the magistrate.
I'm going to present this case in court.
This person is illegally criminal trespassed on my backyard.
I don't know him.
I didn't invite him there.
The same argument can apply to the entire state of Texas by every person in Texas.
And indeed, that is what is expressed by Abbott going down and sending troops.
Now, here's the thing Abbott hasn't thought about.
Praise God for giving us inspiration.
What Abbott needs to do with his commanders in the National Guard when he goes down there is tell every Border Patrol that does an about-face, Mr. Smith, Mr. Franks, gentlemen, thank you for serving your country.
I invite you to be an honorary member of the Texas National Guard, Mr. Border Patrolman from Idaho or Maine or Boston or wherever it is.
I invite you to become an honorary member, a governor's advisor, a deputized militiaman, whatever the title, numerous of them can apply, but I invite you, as the powers vested in me as the governor, to bequeath upon you, to appoint you as a member of the Texas National Guard, and your duty is to protect the Constitution of Texas, If you live here, that's inbounding you.
If it's not, your duty is to protect the Constitution of the United States.
And I say that these illegal aliens are violating your Constitution of the state from which you have citizenship, whether it's Maine, Vermont, or anywhere else.
And as a result, you cannot follow the unlawful orders, the the treasonous orders of the fake President Joe Biden.
He may not throw in fake president.
But that's how you peel away.
You don't go into an adversarial situation with the Border Patrol agents.
You invite them to join your side.
Sun Tzu.
People can read that if you need an education.
Sun Tzu, go in, turn the Border Patrol agents, make them one of you.
In declaration, sign this affidavit, put your thumbprint in blood, and you are still a Border Patrol agent, but you are bound to follow and enforce the laws of the Constitution of the United States, and if you're from Texas, the laws of Texas, that it stands as the controlling law and superior law to any regulation, statute, or executive order from Joe Biden.
Or his Border Patrol, which is illegitimate, of course, because he's not the duly elected and lawfully serving president of the United States.
President Trump was overthrown in a coup d'etat and a Bolshevik-color communist revolution, but that's the next chapter.
But that's how you win, is turning people in the Border Patrol to your side and enforce... And here's the other thing, he needs to expand!
I mean, he needs to pay attention to our shows a little bit more.
Expand the Border Patrol Texas National Guard to include the National Guard of other states.
I invite the other states from Montana, Wyoming, Oklahoma, Kansas, any state that's worth a damn, send your guard, not thousands, just give me a few, to make it representative of a whole consortium, a whole grouping, a whole confederacy, whatever you want to say, of states that are uniting on Texas.
Because here's the thing, Jim, The illegal alien entry is entering the blood system of America.
The continental United States is a body politic.
The arteries are the freeways and roads.
So one immigrant gets in from Texas, it affects people in Maine.
Because that illegal immigrant jumps on a bus, goes to Maine, rapes a little girl, gives someone fentanyl, and breaks into someone's house, kills the owners, and squats there until found.
That's how the body politic of the entire continent of the United States is killed slowly by illegal invading aliens, enemies, trespassers.
I'll end it there, Tim.
Jim?
Very eloquent, Don.
Now, real quickly, one question.
How will it affect all the people coming into the United States if America adopted a policy of every man who is of age to be military Well, what you're saying, Don, is that every illegal alien being brought into the United States is going to be put into the military by Dick Durbin, or similar people, right?
And those people, now coming up from the southern border, from Central and South America, entering into uniform, given a weapon, Now you're under the direction of the fake President Joe Biden to turn your weapons against the citizens of every state or Yemen or elsewhere.
That's where they're going with this, and the Speaker of the House has exposed that.
And one of his good moments has said, that's the game plan.
That's their plan, is to bring these illegals in and make them citizens.
And then you've got the fall of Rome.
Then you've got, again, the Democrats have lost this chess game.
So the only move they have is to overthrow the table, overthrow the game.
And how they do that is a war in Ukraine, war in Yemen, war in Taiwan, and war in the southern border of the United States.
Well, I wouldn't expect to see anything from Abbott.
Remember, Greg Abbott is a globalist just like the rest of them.
He's placed in a position as the governor of Texas, and I say placed in it because I don't know necessarily that everything was all legit with his placement.
But, you know, Greg Abbott didn't do anything to slow down Uvalde or Santa Fe or Sutherland Springs or slow down Any or the Dallas police shooting or any of the others.
Greg Abbott's not one of us and don't expect it to be.
There's a tremendous amount of money going into the NGOs.
And I'll tell you down there in South Texas and all those counties, there's all these NGOs, there's all sorts of Soros money making sure that the right prosecutors are putting in place.
The Texas Sheriff's Association has their hands cuffed in terms of their ability to enforce anything down there.
There's federal officers all over the place.
What I'd like to see is for Texas to make simply a proclamation, which I don't think will happen because we're too dependent on Washington, D.C.
for everything.
After all these years of accepting all this nice, free, easy money, we're so dependent upon it that we can't operate without it.
We have a great economy.
We have a lot of good things happen to us, but it's all cashed up.
It's all propped up.
By cash flow.
And cash flow is what's making all of this happen right now.
These NGOs, O'Keefe Media Group's been exposing what's going on.
These NGOs are banking billions of dollars to run this operation.
I tell you that they've got people down in South America and all over the world, China, that are bringing people up through that conduit and these people are coming in.
We've got a Texas sheriff down in South Texas saying they're giving people $5,000 debit cards when they cross the border.
This is the most insecure thing I've ever seen in my life given the fact that we give $800 billion is our budget next year for Department of Homeland Security of which FEMA, which runs our drills, Border Patrol, cybersecurity, Secret Service, which runs our drills, Border Patrol, cybersecurity, Secret Service, and others are all part of that machine.
Where is all that money going?
Because it's certainly not going to secure the border.
It's being funneled into these NGOs who are then running the operation on behalf of the federal government to wash out the voting power and the culture of America.
Remember that it's people like us that are the biggest threat to them.
They've got to wash us out.
They've got to wash our voices.
They've got to cleanse our families.
They've got to keep us from building family units and homeschooling.
They've got to keep us from doing what we need to do to educate the next generation so that they can produce a generation of slaves and clones coming right behind us.
That's what all this money's going to.
That's political genocide.
Let me just say this, Jim.
That's political genocide, Brian.
They're committing political genocide against us.
Well, in which case the proclamation ought to be that we have now recognized the federal government As doing the devil's work.
I could write it more elegantly.
I mean, but we've now recognized that the federal government is not doing what they were convened to do.
They are no longer serving that function.
They are an evil asset of society and they need to be driven out from amongst our men.
And this will happen if civil war takes place.
We have a blackout that lasts more than a couple weeks.
Don't worry, Texas will secede.
And the Civil War will be rethought.
And that can happen in a perfect storm scenario, too, where you have multiple cyclones emerge, and one of the cyclones, besides the blackout, is the financial collapse.
The dollar going to zero as the Weimar Republic, Deutsche Mark, whatever, went to zero.
The ruble went to zero.
The dollar will go to zero and that breaks all ties with the federal government.
That unties the raft to splinter into the individual logs, the states, into individual states.
Now what happens when a state of Texas is free and clear?
The state of Montana, the state of Idaho, the states of South Dakota say, we're with you, Texas.
Let's form a free trade zone between South Dakota and Texas.
Oh, and you, Idaho.
Oh, and you.
That's how the new America is going to be rewoven after the raft of the federalism breaks.
It'll go back to the Articles of Confederation, the Confederacy of States.
Jim?
Just bear in mind the Civil War was fought over the issue of whether the states had the right to secede.
And with the exception of Texas, which entered the Union under different circumstances than the other states, they do not have the right to secede.
That's good.
And this isn't even seceding.
This is not seceding from the Constitution for the United States.
This is, as Brian said, the Constitution remains, it's added upon, but we do not secede from the Constitution.
They have failed, they have committed political genocide, they are purposely violating the rights and violating the Constitution.
As a result, we are faithful, Semper Fidelis, The Biden administration and everybody under there are not.
They are enemies, they are traitors of the United States, and an international criminal court warrant needs to be sworn out for their arrest internationally, in case they try to flee, and within the continental United States.
And I might add, the thing I forgot to say last time, is they need to swear out an international criminal court warrant for Netanyahu and all of his heads of state, so they can't leave that area of land without being arrested And the issues we're addressing today could not be more serious.
Meanwhile, Jim Jordan launches an investigation into Fannie Willis corruption.
This is surprising, but I guess, you know, not unexpected given the corruption of the Democrats.
Jordan sent a letter to Nathan Wade, a Willis associate, requesting documents and information about the coordination of Willis' office with the politically motivated probes and alleged misuse of federal funds in relation to the Donald Trump investigation.
The time frame suggests that DOJ granted Willis federal funds to finance former President Trump's prosecution.
George Leder, come after a Monday filing by Mike Roman, a political operative and co-defendant of Trump in the Georgia election case, will add four explosive facts about Willis' conduct while prosecuting Trump.
One, David Wade, Willis' lead prosecutor in a drug case, had an improper relationship with Willis.
Two, Wade's law firm used funds made by the county to take Willis on luxury vacation by using potentially fraudulent payments.
Three, Wade was appointed without the required approval by authorities and had little to no prosecutorial experience.
Four, Wade met twice with President Biden's White House counsel before indicting Trump in August, calling into question whether the White House coordinated the prosecution of Biden's 2024 political opponent.
In the letter, Jordan lays six concerns about Willis and Wade's alleged wrongdoing.
The FCDAO reportedly compensated you using a concoction of co-mingled funds, including monies confiscated or seized by the FCDAO and monies derived from Houghton County's general fund.
The committee has information that they received approximately $14.6 million in grant funds from the DOJ between 2020 and 2023.
Given the enormous legal fees you have billed, there are open questions about whether federal funds were used to finance your prosecution, in fact, on day one.
November 5th, 2021.
You billed taxpayers for 24 hours of legal work, attesting you worked all day and night, without break, on a politically motivated prosecution.
A recent news report corroborates your coordination with partisan Democrats, explaining that you and the staff quietly met with a partisan January 6th committee, which allowed you to review information they had gathered.
Politico reported the partisan committee provided Ms.
Willis' prosecution a boost as she prepared to convene a special grand jury and even helped prosecutors prepare for interviews with key witnesses.
The same article suggests the partisan January 6th committee provided you access to records it withheld from other law enforcement entities and even members of Congress.
Let me see if I can get us right about the right point here.
What's happening to RFK?
Oh yes.
I'm not sure which one you want to start with.
I love this.
You don't deliberately, you do everything you can, which I think Israel is doing right now, to avoid civilian casualties.
You know, there's collateral damage in every war and they're fighting an implacable enemy.
I mean, I don't think there's any country in the world That would go as far as Israel has gone to not invade Gaza.
I mean, Israel was being bombed by Hamas, took over Gaza.
Israel walked out of Gaza.
There's no occupation of Gaza.
Well, there's a blockade because Hamas declared war on Israel and sent suicide bombers off, so they put up a fence.
That's like the guy who kills his parents and then throws himself on the mercy of the court because he's an orphan, for them to say that they're blockaded.
Yeah, they're blockaded, and it's not just Israel that's blockading them, it's Egypt.
Everybody has a problem with Hamas.
In fact, after the 1973 war, after the 1967 war, Israel tried to give Hamas back to Egypt, and Egypt didn't want to take it.
Gaza?
I mean, sorry, Gaza back to Egypt.
Egypt didn't want to take it because of the high level of militant Islam, that Egypt considered a threat to its own government.
But let me just finish.
Let me just finish.
Sure.
Israel, Hamas took over in 2006.
Right.
And they immediately started shelling Israel.
So they sent on average 2,000 rockets a year on civilian populations.
And their charter and their public statements day after day, it's against Islamic law for them to even negotiate with Israel, except as a ruse.
It says that in their charter.
The only satisfaction for them, the only... What's happening to...
I gotta admit, I find all this so disgusting that RFK Jr.
is even a candidate under these conditions.
I find it Repulsive!
And any thoughts I had of kindness toward R.K.
Jr.
have been completely squandered, savage, ripped apart.
I repudiate him 100%.
Crystal Ball dissects him in the rest of that program, but we've seen so much evidence of the genocide already, we aren't going to continue with a presentation, but it's there and online, and I encourage, Scott, your thoughts.
Well, the sign of a true leader is having the humility to be always processing information to accumulate wisdom, processing knowledge based on facts, and discarding falsity and lies and untruths.
So what you're reflecting, Jim, is the character of a wise man, as I think we all try and do.
That is, John F. Kennedy Jr.
here, his Demonstrated his true character, his ineptitude and ignorance, and an implacable or intractable ability to be logical and reasonable, and his cowardice to not be transparent.
A person that always has to be political is not a true leader.
He's not a statesman.
He's a politician, and that's not a leader.
That's not a statesman.
So he's disqualified himself.
This is the moment, too, we see in other leaders as well.
Now, McGregor, you know, again, who's the enemy of my enemy is my friend, and who's firing in the direction of my enemy is my friend.
However, that doesn't make them my leader.
They don't necessarily have the wisdom, the anointing that I follow.
And when Scott Ritter, who I agree with on a lot of the stuff, but when Scott Ritter gets up there and says, Hamas orchestrated this fantastical military maneuver and caught Israel off guard.
I don't believe that.
And I certainly think Scott should be smarter than that.
So, why is he giving Israel a pass by declaring Hamas did this majestic military maneuver that looks like an impossible ice skater doing eight spins in the sky and then landing on the ice in a perfect landing?
That's his argument for Hamas did this majestic, wonderful, powerful, awesome military strike against Israel and Israel's overreacted.
I'm sorry, Scott, but I can't buy that and I think there's something wrong with you or deceptive of you or you've got a mental block if you can't say All of the indicators show this is a false flag, a false 9-11, an Israeli orchestrated maneuver.
However they did it, that's another matter, but it was a false flag.
You don't go seven hours before sending in military intervention.
You don't have Israeli former security people going on video saying, I've worked in the IDF and what happened is impossible.
Unless it was allowed and planned.
You don't have that.
So, Ritter fails on that level.
Get back behind the ranks, Ritter, because you're not an officer worth leading if you can't admit that this is a false flag.
You may be right in a lot of other things, but on this, that disqualifies you from being a spiritual leader.
And the same with McGregor.
McGregor has said, you know, touching it, well, this looks very suspicious.
Well, we go beyond that to say it's not just suspicious, it's declarative of an Israeli operation to pursue a political agenda of expelling the people from Gaza in order to repopulate it.
That's how we do it.
And the other thing is none of them talk about 9-11.
All of these things are linked to 9-11.
And we're the only ones who stand up and say 9-11 was false and everything that flowed from 9-11 is still blowing up like grenades.
And until we resolve that, expose that as the American-engineered false flag, we are always going to be suffering this.
That is the sign of a true leader who's got the strength of character to stand up.
And break with this 9-11 hypnosis that has hypnotized us into believing that we are the anointed, we are the rulers of the world, we're the full-spectrum dominance empire, and the rest of the world, including China and Russia and the Middle East, all need to be held underneath with their face to the ground and our boot on their neck.
We're about to have a completely wrestler match flip, and we're going to be the ones on the ground, Jim.
As much as I admire Scott Ritter, your critique is completely 100% valid.
I have been baffled by how he could allow himself to be played.
This was obviously allowed to happen.
We were calling it out at the time.
There were former IDF who were saying this was preposterous.
They know if a bird shits on the fence there, they have a massive retaliation by the IDF.
And to allow this to happen, you know, interdicting the fence at seven locations and no response, it's ridiculous.
It had to be allowed to happen.
Brian, your thoughts?
I couldn't agree more.
I mean, I don't know what else to say.
Okay, let's start out with the Fannie Willis one.
Yeah, we all knew she was a A depraved psychopath put into a position to do a job.
The job was to keep Trump away from the opportunity to be on a ticket, which was sort of their last hope in terms of taking him out.
As for October 7th, I don't think there's any secrets among our group that we feel this is a false flag.
I heard of Max Blumenthal this week come out.
He had a Rumble or something video saying that he was going to tell us the truth about October 7th.
Absolute rock.
General Flynn came out, same thing.
You know, he's going to support the October 7th narrative.
Those of us who are in the know about false flags, we can see them from a mile away in terms of their purpose.
They're big money operations designed to continue to support and encourage a security apparatus that makes a lot of very important Political contributors rich.
If you look under the hood of every single one of them, the deeper you dig, you're going to find the same motives, the same issues.
It's money, money, money, money, money.
It has to be stopped and it has to be exposed.
Who's left in the truth community that's doing it other than Dr. James Fetzer and crew?
Who's left out there that's calling a spade a spade?
I'm proud of what we do here.
I'm proud of the work that we do.
Might not be right about every single thing in the world, but we're right about one thing.
When we see a false flag, we know what it is.
Unlike Alex Jones and unlike all these others out there that are pattering away part of the controlled opposition.
And the other thing about the false flags, it dehumanizes us.
It dehumanizes us as Americans.
That's the other reason it's not just about money for the military-industrial-police contract.
Every false flag dehumanizes us, weakens us, degenerates us into more of a slave mentality.
Look around you!
How many people from false flags from 20 years Rush to get the vaccine.
I don't question anything.
My government tells me to do it.
I'm going to do it.
We have witnessed false flags crush, and oppress, and dehumanize, and strip us of the common sense, the questioning, the natural buoyant optimism, the disposition of freedom and liberty that animated this country throughout our history, especially in the 50s, and the 60s, and the 70s.
And then started to degrade in the 80s.
False flags dehumanize us and turns us into lemmings and slaves.
That's the reason they need to be exposed as the poison that they are, Jim.
Excellent.
Don, for reasons that'll become clearer, I want us to break this into three segments today.
I want you to take us out now for the second hour, Don.
Oh, boy.
What two hours we've had so far.
More than I can handle.
Yes, we need a break.
So come on back for the third part and see if you can handle that.
But boy, this is one that we need here.
I will say that the dollar might be in real jeopardy right now.
They're having resetting money in Europe and other things.
So it could be a real trying time that you need to get the straight skinny.
And we've got the facts that you won't get nowhere else.
