	We have a whole host of stories, often conflicting, about what's happened with this Lloyd Austin, the Secretary of Defense.
	Which in my judgment reinforced my conclusion that he actually was killed in Kiev in that massive missile attack by the Russians on the 3rd of January.
	And it is so embarrassing.
	It is so humiliating.
	Washington doesn't want to admit it.
	And now they're temporizing with a whole lot of nonsense.
	I mean, it's become a huge, huge story.
	And it's not going to be sustainable.
	I'm convinced they're scouring the military.
	They may even be reaching out to Africa to try to find someone who looks like Lloyd Austin.
	They want to have a body double.
	They might even want to have him undergo plastic surgery, which happened when Paul McCartney died.
	On 9-11-1966, and they replaced him with a guy I think is an even better musician.
	Remember the one and only Billy Shears, William Shepard?
	He's like four inches taller.
	Paul had bad teeth and a narrow palate.
	He has good teeth and a normal palate.
	Italian forensic scientists sought to refute a hypothesis that Paul had been replaced and wound up confirming it.
	This is perhaps the most emotional issue I deal with, apart from Sandy Hook, where too many still buy into the official narrative, notwithstanding the mountain of evidence.
	I mean, for God's sake.
	I even have the FEMA manual for the exercise.
	I even have the Bridgeport, Connecticut, FEMA agenda showing it was scheduled for the drill L366.
	I mean, this is just ridiculous.
	Not to mention that I've proven again and again, many of these people are alive and well.
	In fact, nobody died at Sandy Hook, and yet people get emotional about it.
	They're not willing to look at the evidence.
	Well, this Lloyd Austin thing is going to be a huge scandal because Washington has gone way out on a limb.
	Here's my first story about it, and I have multiple.

	New details have emerged regarding the hospitalization of Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin and the delayed notification of top White House officials, including President Joe Biden.
	Austin was hospitalized at Walter Reed National Medical Center for complications following a recent elective medical procedure.
	Well, what the hell was this?
	If it was elective, that means it's not urgent.
	It's not a thing you have to have.
	It's saying you can choose to do or not.
	We're in the middle of multiple wars, right?
	We got this thing going on in Israel.
	We got this other thing going on in Ukraine.
	I mean, number one, it's totally implausible he'd be having an elective medical procedure under these conditions.
	And what in the world would that be that would have complications that would lead to his hospitalization?
	Moreover, for God's sake, the guy is the head of the chain of command in the Department of Defense.
	He reports to the Commander-in-Chief.
	There's no possible way the Secretary of Defense would undergo a procedure that required hospitalization without notifying the Commander-in-Chief.
	It's preposterous!
	Preposterous!
	National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan Another senior White House aide reportedly did not learn about Austin's hospitalization until Thursday, that is, of last week.
	And President Biden himself was not informed for several days.
	Thursday of last week would have been the fourth.
	Yeah, they didn't learn of his hospitalization.
	Substitute the word death.
	I'm telling you, the guy was blown out in a bunker In Ukraine, and it is so embarrassing.
	You got to understand how serious these matters are.
	The United States was targeting Vladimir Putin in his home.
	You think Putin would respond if he had an opportunity to take out the Secretary of Defense of the United States when he's meeting with the top brass of the Ukrainian military?
	Perfect.
	Why do you think this was the largest missile attack that Russia's launched on Ukraine ever?
	Because they had a high priority target.
	I'm even wondering where Zelensky is.
	Could it be even worse?
	Here we have Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin hiding his hospitalization from Biden and others.

	No one, his chief of staff, his press officer and all that.
	There would be a host of people who knew about it.
	I mean, give me a break.
	This is just so ludicrous.
	I'm very concerned with people who are believing any of this nonsense.

	How can you have the Secretary of State be missing for days and no one noticed?

	And what's supposed to be the elective medical procedure?

	What the hell is going on with Lloyd Austin?
	They're not even telling us something as trivial as that.
	It's because it's all made up.

	reporting what the Pentagon is shoveling, admitted to Walter Reed on Monday, for what Ryder—Ryder is a major general, Pat—complication following a recent elective medical procedure that could lead to complications that would require hospitalization and intensive care.
	The 70-year-old retired general is recovering well and is expected to resume his full duties today.
	Well, we haven't seen him.
	I haven't seen him hiding our hair of Lloyd Austin.
	What are we going to have?
	Bring in a guy who's wearing a mask?
	Are they going to create a Lloyd Austin mask just like they have a Joe Biden mask?
	Hey, frankly, that would not surprise me.
	Here's another.
	Pentagon.
	Adds new details about Austin's secretive hospital stay and the delay of telling Biden.
	This is from the AP.
	The Pentagon released new details Sunday about Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin's continued hospitalization.
	He had a medical procedure December 22nd.
	What was it?
	Went home a day later and then was admitted to intensive care January 1st when he began experiencing severe pain.
	That doesn't tell us what it was.
	January 1st, I believe, would be the day probably headed off to Ukraine.
	All this information came as members of both parties expressed a sharp concern about the secrecy of his stay and the fact that the president and other senior adviser were kept in the dark about it for days.
	It is impossible, impossible that that should have happened.
	It is just impossible.
	So, if they're resorting to impossible stories, that means the truth is overwhelmingly more serious and damaging to the United States and marketing a preposterous story.
	And here it is, I repeat it, Real Raw News.
	I'm not regarded this as a trustworthy news source, but they have a story here that I am convinced is spot on.
	Russian claim Austin dead in Ukraine.
	Criminal Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin was allegedly killed in Kiev on January 3rd when Russian cruise missile penetrated a command bunker where Austin and Lieutenant General Valery Zaluzhny, commander-in-chief of the Ukrainian army, met secretly to discuss mounting an asymmetrical offensive to bring Vladimir Putin to his knees How bad is that?
	as a resource number, providing invaluable intelligence.
	And the truth behind Putin's special military operation Ukraine, well, I don't think they brought Vladimir Putin to his knees.
	I think they cost Voidosh and his head and his other body parts.
	I expect he was blown into pieces, along with the head of the Ukrainian armed forces.
	How bad is that?
	Absolutely humiliating.
	Meanwhile, we have the former prosecutor general of Ukraine announcing half a million killed and wounded of the Ukrainian armed forces.
	Former Prosecutor General of Ukraine, Yuri Lutsenko, who held office from 2016 to 2019, During the military conflict with Russia, the armed forces of Ukraine lost about 500,000 military personnel and killed.
	I think that's right.
	Then he says, and seriously wounded.
	That would probably be a million more.
	I mean, you know, many, many more are wounded than die.
	It's staggering.
	He called on the Ukraine authorities to give an official number of deaths in the conflict in order to stop discussion about the need for additional mobilization.
	There's nobody left to mobilize.
	They've done it.
	They got little kids.
	They got old folks in wheelchairs.
	I mean, do they really seriously think they can continue this war?
	Meanwhile, here we have IanTopCorp.ru, this is another Russian source.
	Mercenaries from Poland call Ukrainian Armed Forces personnel cattle and cannon fodder, according to a Polish member of parliament.
	Parliamentarian from Poland, Marcin Józefiewicz, made publicly available a correspondent of Polish mercenaries fighting on the side of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
	In them, one of the soldiers called the Ukrainians cattle.
	Incapable of effective combat operations.

	And the idea that Lloyd Austin was there, you know, trying to figure out a way to be asymmetrical, I think he's talking about resorting to some kind of guerrilla style campaign because they'd lost the war.
	Meanwhile, turning to Israel, the Zionist ambassador to the UK calls for the erasure of Gaza from the face of Earth.
	That tells you what this is all about.

	Part of what I heard him say was that The United States and Israel believe that diplomacy is the only route to security, which of course contradicts exactly what's going on.
	There's nothing diplomatic about what Israel is doing to the Palestinians today.
	I'm going to have more about it tomorrow, but here's a discussion of what Blinken might have been accomplished in the region, and he's done this sort of pre-talk now getting to Israel.
	What do you think he's aiming to achieve when he sits down, in particular with Netanyahu?
	Yeah, well, I think, Alexander, our understanding is he's had the Netanyahu meeting, and he should see individually, you have Gallant, who's the defence minister, and then Benny Gantz, who may well be the next prime minister when Netanyahu departs, which might not be too long.
	And it's interesting that he's seen the War Cabinet and then he's seen people separately, which indicates how split the War Cabinet is.
	And what I think he's trying to do is to impress on the War Cabinet itself that America's requirements in this war have got to be taken seriously.
	That is, that the war in Gaza has got to be taken down a peg or two so that not so many civilian lives are lost.
	And the Israelis have said that they're changing the tempo, but there's not a lot of indication of that so far.
	They look as if they may be changing in the north, but in the south, 35% of the territory now contains 90% of the population.
	And the Israelis, if they're going to control the Hamas tunnels, have got to put boots on the ground inside that 35%.
	So this is going to get a lot harder before it gets easier.
	And I think he'll be making the point to them that we, the Americans, who are your main backers, the people you really need in this, both diplomatically and militarily, we require different tactics.
	And Netanyahu has always said, yes, we'll change tactics, but he hasn't done it yet.
	I'm clearly thinking, as land in Israel having gone to the rest of the region first, high on the agenda for that The fear for which is probably at its peak right now during this conflict?
	It's achieving something of a peak, yeah.
	I mean, because there are two or three areas.
	One is the Red Sea, which is a separate issue in itself, but the other one that's most immediate, apart from the West Bank, is southern Lebanon.
	And the possibility of a much bigger war between Israel and Hezbollah in southern Lebanon is really quite high.
	And what we're talking about is a sort of border zone, about 18 miles into Lebanon, the Latani River, which runs almost right across the territory to the Golan Heights.
	And that area is supposed to be demilitarized, so Hezbollah are not supposed to be there.
	And what the Israelis are saying, what Golan's defence minister said last week, he said if the UN, there's a UNIFIL force there, 10,000 people, he said if the UN can't keep Hezbollah out of the area south of the Latani River, we will.
	And that in a sense is a threat to invade.
	And so in a funny sort of way, two weeks ago the Americans were trying to persuade the Iranians to lean on Hezbollah not to take the crisis up to another level.
	Now the Americans seem to be leaning on Israel not to take the crisis up to another level by leaving it alone.
	Has the rhetoric or the support that the US is giving in the region changed or escalated with any of this recent developments?
	Or is it still quite focused on the Red Sea and very focused on what they're doing in the region?
	It is.
	I mean, behind the scenes, the Americans are leaning on everyone as best they can.
	And they're certainly leaning on Iran to say, we know that you don't want to escalate, so you need to control all the militias that you've got dotted around the Levant, and they've got lots of them.
	The IRGC, the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps, are very malign, and they're everywhere in that area.
	So the Americans are leaning hard behind the scenes on Iran, but they're leaning more publicly That's right.
	We're not going to have much influence, and Bibi's going all out.
	He knows his future hangs upon it.
	and to be much more caring about the civilians that are trapped in the Gaza Strip itself.
	But the fact is that American leverage in the region is not a shadow, or it's only a shadow of what it was a few years ago.
	That's right.
	We're not going to have much influence in BB's going all out.

	In fact, literally, he may hang as a consequence.

	The prosecutor is Nathan Wade, a private attorney in the midst of a divorce, who has little or no experience trying felony cases, much less complex RICO actions, according to a 127-page filing, which seems to have the charges against Roman Dropp and both Willis and Wade disqualified from further participation in the case.

	And I'm delighted the very first is from Peter in Los Angeles.
	Peter, join the conversation.
	Hi, Jim.
	Listen, I just sent you an article called The Return of Industrial Warfare about 10 minutes ago.
	Could you pull that up, because that's what I'm going to talk about.
	I'm not an artillery guy, but you are.
	You go right ahead and tell us all about it, Peter.
	You're good.
	What's interesting, and I implore you to read this.
	I'll put it in our stories for tomorrow for sure, but you go ahead and lay it on us.
	All right, this was out of the Royal United Service Institute, which is a military think tank out of Great Britain, and it was published in June or July of 2022.
	This was, what, four or five months after the Russian start of the special military operation in the Ukraine.
	So we're only talking about it started in February.
	This is in maybe July.
	Yeah, and already this is the first.
	They talk about production rates of missiles and tomahawks and things like that and artillery shells.
	And you get all the numbers there and what the possible surge rates were for the United States.
	So this is all stuff that was known way back when, six months after the start of that war.
	And we don't have the military capacity, the productive capacity, to prosecute this, as you were talking earlier.
	But the Ukrainians set out one shell, the Russians could return it with five or probably even more than that.
	And we don't have the productive industrial capacity, nor does the entire Western Europe, to meet what Russia is doing by itself.
	And what we did in the interim was because Ukraine was mostly, it was a start about this war.
	I was dealing with legacy Soviet platforms.
	I'm sure you know them.
	They've been around forever.
	Remember the 152 and the 122?
	And they had great numbers of those.
	And we went around buying up all the old Warsaw Pact that are now NATO members.
	All their ammo, shipping it over there.
	They went through all that, plus supplying them with all 155s, and even that 105s which don't have much utility.
	And they went through all that, and we still can't surge the production.
	And I wanted to recount a story that I was, as a field-grade guy, and at this point I was in the reserves, and I was participating in about a six-week thing in Korea, which I had been stationed for 13 months, about 10 years earlier.
	But when I was there, this was in 1995, And was briefed with all, like a room full of field grade guys, right?
	All combat arms guys, who were over there for this exercise, which I recall was called Ulchi Focus Lens.
	And we were briefed by the head of the Eighth Army, the commander of the four-star U.S.
	commander of the Eighth Army, who was also the other head of the U.N.
	Remember the Korean War was prosecuted under U.N.
	auspices.
	But, at any rate, at that point, Jim, he made this, and this is going to resonate with you, and this is when our army was, like, at least twice as big as it is now, the United States Army.
	And he said, and the Marine Corps was bigger too, and he said, this is the force I'm telling you this, he's saying, If every unit in the United States Army, every single unit, every military police and logistical unit or whatever, and every single unit of the Marine Corps, if we converted them to artillery units, we wouldn't have the number of tubes that the North Koreans have right now.
	That the North Koreans have?
	The North Koreans.
	So the North Koreans, you were talking about the HK missiles and all that.
	And they've got, and by the way, that was there, and by the way, in the same briefing, he said this is a 95.
	They suspected that North Korea had one or maybe as many as four nuclear weapons, fission nuclear weapons, even then.
	This is '95.
	But at any rate, since they didn't have air power, But since they didn't have air power and all these artillery things for North Korea are diving into the hills, you know, above the Imjin River on their side of the 38th parallel, that they're within the long-range platforms or within range of Seoul.
	And they could bring, again, if the entire Marine Corps and Army, every infantry, armor, artillery, whatever, were converted, nothing but artillery, they could bring all that to bear on Seoul.
	And imagine the weight of that kind of barrage, right?
	The North Koreans have been producing massive amounts of ammo, and also tubes.
	I don't know what the tube length is.
	You know that better than me.
	But I don't know how many rounds you go through before 1,000, and then you've got to replace the tube.
	But at any rate, they produce an excellent military product.
	I would venture a guess, and this is a guess, that North Korea, just Korea, manufactures more artillery ammunition than the United States does.
	That doesn't include Russia, right?
	And that's all the ammo they would have there, all the tubes and surplus tubes and so on.
	It's also interesting to note that South Korea has been a major source of armaments.
	NATO has bought something like 1,200 of their, I think they're called K-1 tanks, which are pretty good tanks.
	You know, we're not producing any, Jim.
	We produce about 112 a year of tanks via Abrams, and some of those aren't really production.
	They're upgrading and refurbishing ones that are worn out now.
	So 112 a month, Russians are doing, you know, North Koreans can supply a 1,200 tank order.
	That's how ridiculously Yeah, I think you're absolutely right, and we're ill-prepared to conduct a war.
	We put all of our eggs in the nuclear basket, and I think now some of these high-tech directed energy weapons and weather warfare We're not prepared to conduct conventional military engagement anywhere in the world.
	I think you're making an impeccable point.
	I checked.
	For the 777 howitzer, which has been redeeming itself of late, 2,500 rounds after which the barrel needs to be replaced.
	2,500.
	Yeah.
	And that's if the Russian counter-battery fire doesn't knock them out at like 200 rounds, right?
	Yeah, right, but it just, we are, we're living in a make-believe world where people really think we're this colossus of World War II, right, that manufactured the rest of the world put together, and that has been gone, that's been gone at least since the 90s, probably since the 70s, and it's, you know,
	What we have is ill-configured for what is useful today.
	Witness the Houthis paralyzing us with speedboats and drones.
	I know.
	That's wonderful.
	I'm fascinated by the whole thing.
	I mean, they are so courageous.
	They have so much integrity.
	I don't see another force.
	I mean, the Russian army has tremendous courage and integrity.
	But all these other forces allied against us.
	I mean, the IDF is completely corrupt and unable to sustain a fight.
	They've lost before to Hezbollah.
	The Hamas has already defeated them.
	And Hamas has about 20% of the fighting capability of Hezbollah.
	I'm telling you, Peter, we're in a hell of a fix.
	In the United States, it is not going to come out of this well.
	Sorry about that.
	Sad to say.
	You know, there's a great quote from the Germans during World War I, who were allied with the Central Powers, you know, with Austria-Hungary.
	And, like, we're allied with NATO and Israel and all that, and they're relying on this Yes.
	I think that's right.
	military partner, which we're supposed to be.
	But the quote from the Germans was, it was militarily, Germany being allied with Austria-Hungary was like, quote, being shackled to a corpse. - Wow. - They couldn't hold up their end, and we can't hold up our end anymore. - Yes, I think that's right.
	I think you're exactly right.
	And you know, I wonder how key of role Lloyd Austin was playing in all this.
	The secretary of defense is awfully crucial to the conduct of warfare.
	I mean, I think our whole military gambit may be shattered by his death.
	I think that Washington's at a total loss or having to scramble to figure out what the hell to do.
	They don't want to admit he died in Kiev.
	I mean, think how many grounds that is embarrassing.
	We weren't even supposed to be there, and then you have the Secretary of Defense killed in a Russian missile barrage, and that explains why it was so massive.
	It was the most massive of the war.
	Yeah, I know.
	May I make another point here really quickly about that?
	Please.
	I'm not sure about, although I don't discount that he may have been hit in that missile strike at all.
	However, what I am going to say, you said before that it was impossible for him to be out of the way like that, and that was absolutely right.
	They have to sign what he has to sign as the senior most civilian oversight guy next to the president.
	And you know, as a former officer, when you leave as a company commander, you can't leave, you know, for three days without telling your exec, all your NCOs, whatever, your commander, where you are, how to get in touch with you, and make sure that there's an intact chain of command that everybody knows.
	Yes.
	Right?
	That's just the way militaries work.
	You can't have the Secretary of Defense have to sign every goddamn thing.
	That's right.
	You know, being out.
	And, you know, that just doesn't, you're right, it's impossible for him to do that and not have the President know.
	The story they're shoveling is preposterous!
	And that means the enormity of the binder in it is gigantic.
	They do not want to admit.
	Because it's a calamitous embarrassment.
	This is about as bad as it gets.
	Might as well have had Biden over there.
	Except that would be doing a service to the country because he's so incompetent.
	Virtually anyone you were to replace him with would do better.
	But of course, we know he's only a stooge.
	He's just a poppet.
