Welcome back for our second speaker today, the second day of our Volkswagen Conspiracy Conference 2023.
Carl Herman is a brilliant guy.
He's been a teacher out in Los Angeles for a very long time.
He's been a champion of teachers' rights and fighting the The COVID-19 mandates of vaccination and the like.
And when I took a position succeeding Michael Raviro on RBN, I invited Carl to take the lead with our Need to Know news shows, and he's done a brilliant job with it.
It's a great pleasure for me to introduce our next speaker, Carl Herman.
Thank you, Jim.
Thank you, everybody.
I want to acknowledge our audience, first of all, for your intellectual integrity and moral courage here.
We have 47 attendees, six panelists, and the real power of what we're doing is going to be displayed later.
I'm going to make the argument we're at the verge of a breakthrough that will allow truth to win.
And then I'll just go ahead and jump in for the screen share here.
So as Jim mentioned, yes, for three years, Jim started Need to Know News, and I have been a participant for that for three years, where we frame the current events, the ongoing current events, the crime to yours into the context of history.
And I've had the pleasure of commenting, including with Brian Davidson and.
Scorpio and Giuseppe and Joe Olson and Monique, among others.
And I want to say with Jim's excellent presentation, who is in my Human Being Hall of Fame, The Truth Hall of Fame, Jim will be seen kind of as a Benjamin Franklin type figure among the scholars, is that what we're talking about and what Jim demonstrated is that the truth is emperor's new clothes obvious and part of our condition.
Let's chat with you for a moment here.
The problem is that it isn't because it isn't difficult to demonstrate the facts.
It's that we are in some kind of an environment where the human beings have been Mind-controlled, poisoned, and tortured so completely that we don't have access to reach them.
Our competency is going to be in the power of our message and limited to the capacity to have the people recognize this emperor's new clothes condition.
It is bizarre and after 46 years of engagement, and I'll give my background, Here.
Now.
And this is the presentation.
AMRA 2.0 and World War III, Patriots vs. Loyalists, We the People vs. Our Murderous War Criminals, Bankster Looters, Big Pharma Healthcare, Corporate Media Liars, and Useful Idiots.
I am a professional historian and I do have degrees from Berkeley and Harvard.
1983, undergraduate from Berkeley in Global Development.
I created a major That led to two UN summits for heads of state for ending poverty through American domestic and foreign policy.
I was a key volunteer for 18 years from I guess 79 to 97 with results.org.
I have a graduate degree in the EDM from Harvard.
My wife suggested that I get more letters behind my name for projects to improve public education because I did earn a living as a public school teacher for 38 years in Los Angeles.
I was recognized by two Los Angeles mayors as among the very best high school teachers among about 20,000 teachers in central LA and I did find that Among our teenagers, among students, high school students, middle school students, is that they did resonate strongly with the truth.
They could feel, which is most important, that We care about them.
We care about the truth.
We are working in good faith professionalism, to be honest, and they resonate with that, along with the application of real-world solutions.
Now, for the most time, when I won those awards, I believed in the system, and I thought that the work to end poverty that did lead to two UN summits for heads of state, the 1990 World Summit for Children, the largest meeting of heads of state in world history at the time, and the 1997 Microcredit Summit, I thought that the leadership would respond because there's no argument against ending poverty.
I'll go back and forth among the stories.
All of us, if you set us loose, we'd be talking for hours.
One of my mentors, Bucky Fuller, near the end of his life, he had a taped Chat and the title of the chat was everything I know and he didn't know how long it would last and I forget how long it did last like 70 hours something like that.
I did write a 2005 40 page white paper that was leveraged by Congressman Kucinich for the attempted impeachment of Bush and Cheney had no support.
I did challenge my school district For as a matter of fact, the last time I wore a tie and shirt was last year before Hayward Unified School District in Northern California put me on paid administrative leave in order to investigate how and why I was challenging their health orders.
So we have this crazy condition.
Of this emperor's new clothes condition and we're just pointing at anybody who looks with their own two eyes will see it as Jim's presentation clearly showed.
And yet.
We don't have that power.
It seems that the only power that we have is with the power and the accuracy of our message, but not to have people look with their own eyes.
And that, you know, after 46 years of this stuff, it gives everybody a kind of a bizarre sense of humor and unique, beautiful, and powerful perspective.
And I needed to talk to somebody, so I decided I would talk to Socrates, and I wrote this nine-part series on AMREV2.
Beginning in 2020 and you know Socrates was really and I'll be jumping all over the place.
I'm sure here as an eye to the future, you know, our children are going to learn about this revolution and to the degree that the written form of communication is helpful to our future children.
I wrote something for that.
And this is what I wrote, a conversation with the historical Socrates.
Now, frankly, I don't even know what's real in history anymore.
And that could be as nonsense as everything else.
But the historical Socrates that we know, he endured a 27 year civil war.
And the information that we're given is that, you know, The Athenian Empire, the Delian League, demanded after their victory over the Persians to other nations to pay them tribute for protection and they became a racket.
And the historical Socrates pointed out the hypocrisy of the Athenian leadership Saying, oh yeah, we're all for freedom.
And then to the people of Melos, the island of Melos, their response was, but you need to join us and pay your tribute.
You need to give us money, men, ships, or if you choose not to, we'll come back with our military.
We're going to kill all the men and take all the women and children and sell them into slavery.
And the people of Melos says, no, we're not going to be your bitches.
And the Athenians came back, killed all the men, sold all the women and children into slavery.
So I thought Socrates would be a good guy to talk about that.
And even after losing the war, he was proved right, but he was still executed for corrupting the young and not honoring the gods.
So, uh, The approach that I have to communicate the truth and the areas that we're going to talk about here and I do provide you all with resources and you know my approach hasn't worked.
But I do still suggest it, that one of the things all of us can do, because the only thing that we have in our control is what we think and what we say and what we do.
Alright, so we live in this AMREF 2.0, World War 3 condition.
We're being culled, is the only way to say it, as a slave race.
So, and we can't have other, we can't make other people look.
And we've all abundantly proven that with our family and our friends, our colleagues.
We know that the mind control and the poison and the torture has made it that I guess after 46 years, only about 2% of the population can hear what we say.
That's one out of 50.
So what do we do about that?
And I frame it that we need a breakthrough.
And a breakthrough, I say that as a technical term.
And a breakthrough at a technical perspective is going to be something unimaginable and unpredictable.
We need some help from friends in high places, which will snap the Emperor's new clothes condition.
And in the story, the Hans Christian Andersen fairy tale, which, you know, back in the day, we're also told historically that court jesters were the only ones who could tell the truth and and display the ridiculousness of the empire.
But we do need some sort of a breakthrough to be able to be heard.
But I do have resources and I do recommend that at least Everybody follow the lead of Gandhi and King to withdraw consent.
And I would add to demand arrests of the leaderships for obvious and ongoing crimes.
And again, pointing to Jim's excellent presentation, is that all you got to do is look and see.
There's no counter argument.
When we're able to get to a factual discussion, there's no counter argument.
If there is one, bring it!
We would love to have an opportunity because we're honest.
All right, so let's go over the topics of what I found within my wheelhouse, my academic training and professional experience to be able to explain, document, and prove in prima facie good faith, and as a retired AP U.S.
Government teacher and AP Macroeconomics teacher, as well as a mathematician credentialed in mathematics, I've laid it out here with what I thought could be the obvious areas to demonstrate the lies and the crimes.
So one is the wars.
We'll talk about that.
The banks are looting.
Talk about that.
The lies covered by corporate media and public education.
They assassinate real leaders.
JFK, RFK, MLK.
You got to talk about COVID and you got to talk about the adrenochrome.
Children farms.
You got to embrace the depth of the evil here, because that's a big deal.
And I will talk about Q. And Q really raises the question, who's in charge?
Who's in control?
If the Blackhats are in control, then they're just playing with their food and we're going to get crushed again.
But I don't see that.
And then, you know, as a historian, Very quickly, you ask the question, after you see all these areas, it's like, oh man, how long has this been going on?
And I have something to say about that.
In prima facie, good faith professionalism for public consideration.
And then in October, I wrote this series in 2020, and I got an epilogue that I just wrote, because I think that I think we're close to winning.
So because of the number of stories that I have and looking to how are we going to present this horrendous information to children in the future, you got to have a story and yeah, you got to bring in a little bit of humor and a little satire and you got to bring in something that's going to bring some comfort like I have themes of animals and food in this that would help.
Okay, so Now for you, you, the participants, the 10 is the 58 participants now and the panelists, what I want to do is to brief you.
Because I do have a background with results.org, about 300 times briefing members of Congress on policies, domestic and foreign, for ending poverty.
And I'm going to brief you now on the key points to be able to demonstrate the illegality of the empire and to give you the academic documentation for you to explain, document, and prove.
And so what I recommend that you do to become dangerous In this war and to empower yourself for victory is, and I recommend that you have three areas, and there's a lot of academic research that human beings can't hold more than three bits of information.
We're not that smart.
And as a professional scholar, maybe that's part of the contribution that everybody has is that we become good at something because we realize that we need this and we're not very good.
And for me, I test out very highly on the bell curve for the measured intelligences, but I know I'm not that smart because look at the false flags and how long it took us for recognizing it.
And it was right in front of us.
As Volunteer Lobbyists for Results, these leaders lied to us for decades.
I apologized for them.
1990 World Summit for Children.
That was Bush Sr.
I had to threaten him to even answer the invitation to attend to save a million children's lives a month from horrific slow-motion death from preventable poverty.
The CIA had a publication that we leverage saying, hey, you want to end terrorism?
Alright, end poverty.
The most correlate statistic to terrorism is infant mortality.
How many infants are dying before their first birthday?
And if you get that number below 50 per 1000 live births, then you know, terrorism is, is not much of a problem.
And so there were no counter arguments to ending poverty.
But we couldn't even get Bush senior to agree to attend the World Summit for Children in 1990 at the UN.
And our liaison to the White House now, I'm going into check the time here because, you know, I know that you want stories to make this stuff real.
I only have so much time and I have the stories in the chats with Socrates, but I'll tell you this one.
As a public school teacher, I was just a key volunteer, maybe one of about a hundred with results.org, and we would chat among ourselves, and our liaison to the White House, you know, on a Saturday phone call says, look, I don't know what to do.
It's been months.
I can't get an answer from Bush, whether he's even going to attend the World Summit for Children meeting.
He won't answer.
Is there anybody?
I need some help.
I'm out of ideas.
I said, I know what to do.
Monday morning, Call up the White House when they open and you talk to your contact there and you tell the president he has until 5 p.m.
on Friday to give us an answer and what we're gonna do no matter what he does is we're gonna activate our network of volunteers and we had access to like 200 newspapers and magazines for letters to the editor with our groups that ended up being in 100 US communities in seven countries and we're gonna go on a campaign and what we would do is we would write letters to the editor And we're going to inform the American public through these 200 major media outlets.
One of two things.
Either the President has accepted our invitation and will use that opportunity to thank the President and educate the public on the upcoming World Summit for Children, and that for less than 1% of gross national income, we can end poverty and save a million children's lives every month.
Oh, and importantly, In every historical case where poverty has ended, population growth rates decrease.
And when I say there's no argument against this and all the arguments are for it, that's true.
So we're either going to thank the president or if you choose, you know, what else is more important for him to do than to save a million children's lives, Every month, if he wants to not cooperate with us, then we'll just inform the American public that for the last, I think it was a month, two months, whatever it was, he has, you know, he's got something better to do and we'll give the phone number to the White House.
And we'll invite the American public to call the White House to find out what Bush has better to do than saving a million children's lives every month, because we don't know.
He won't talk to us.
Maybe he'll talk to you instead.
And by the end of that afternoon, that Monday afternoon, Bush had agreed to attend.
Of course, they reneged on all promises, public and private.
A lot of stories, too many to tell.
They're more interesting to me than the briefing.
My mentor, Bucky Fuller, said that in his talks, the most important person to keep interested was himself.
Okay, so the wars, how come they're illegal?
All right, so basically, this is the story part.
Let's talk with Socrates about it.
Here's the academic part, the one article you need.
So all of this stuff, you know, use them.
Be able to explain, document, and prove three areas of official lies and crimes in order to justify your own personal stance of withdrawing consent and the demand for arrest.
And some of the data points is that the world isn't confused about the U.S.
The U.S.
is Perceived in polling as the greatest threat to peace since World War II.
There's been 248 armed conflicts.
The U.S.
started over 200 of them.
It's killed 30 million plus and 90% of those deaths are innocent children.
When you talk about what's going on in Gaza, that's just visible.
You know, if you add up that million children dying from preventable poverty every month in the last 20 years, that's over 400 million deaths.
That's more than all wars and violence in all recorded Earth history.
So here is the documentation for this and I'm just going to give you like a one minute briefing for it, but there's no counter argument for this.
Among the AP U.S.
government teachers, we have advanced placement, we have a listserv, and there's about 2,000 teachers globally.
And there's the college board, has a discussion board in order to discuss topics.
And I forget when this was, this was in the Obama administration.
I keep going back to the stories because they're more interesting.
And I said, hey, colleagues, talk me down.
So two world wars, two treaties, I'm going to go into more stories.
And this is personal.
Both of my grandfathers were lied into World War One, a war to end all wars, a war to make the world safe for democracy when the winners just stole the losers colonies.
Both of my grandfathers were lied into that war and to the American Expeditionary Forces.
My mom's dad had fond stories of French food.
And French women, he was stationed in Paris.
He was a pneumatic engineer at that point.
Of his life, he was operating on the braking systems of trains.
My dad's dad, according to my dad, that Papa, he died when I was like four, five, or six.
I have just memories of him pushing me on a swing, but my dad said he never talked about the war.
And I'll get emotional from time to time.
And that he thought that, of course, he was in the trenches.
And when the topic would come up throughout his life, he said his dad would just get steely cold.
And he would say, I do not tell war stories.
And everybody knew that.
Touchy subject and maybe whatever it is he experienced touched his heart in a dark way because he died in his early 60s from a heart attack.
So both of my fathers relied into that war into World War Two.
That was my father.
My only uncle and my wife's father.
My wife's father was a medic, combat field medic.
He was shot on seven different occasions.
The last one were German machine gun bullets.
Seven of them that went through both his legs.
He didn't die, but he died young.
And now we're in World War III.
So after those two wars, two treaties, and the treaties are crystal clear in letter and intent, no war.
After World War I, the corporate media, public education textbooks lie, and they call the treaty the Kellogg-Briand Pact.
Now, the title of the treaty is the Renunciation Against War, and if they actually told the truth of the treaty, then students and teachers might conclude, hey, And it's just, it's a very short treaty and you can read it.
World War II, the UN Charter, it states that, you know, there's a very narrow definition of self-defense, similar to walking down the street.
If somebody attacks you, you can defend yourself up to and including lethal force.
But if you want to go into somebody else's house, somebody else's neighborhood, Then the attack has to come from that nation's government and be proportional, and everything else goes to the UN Security Council.
The UN is Zeruelian.
It facilitates wars.
It only has one area of legal responsibility, and that is to prevent wars of aggression.
The UN has an office for the prevention of genocide.
It's silent, of course, with Gaza.
So that's the wars.
Go on to the money.
You know, as an AP macroeconomics teacher, Oh yeah, I gotta finish up that AP thing.
So when I raised the issue among the AP teachers about the illegality of war, I said, talk me down.
So here are the two treaties, and these are Emperor's New Clothes Obvious Illegal.
Discussing the legality or illegality of U.S.
wars is not an appropriate topic for a college-level U.S.
They permanently removed me from that discussion board.
And the official reason was, Mr. Herman, discussing the legality or illegality of U.S. wars is not an appropriate topic for a college level U.S. government class.
I think they actually enjoy constructing those lies.
And of course, they didn't respond to any of my follow ups.
But the problem is, is that I'm relatively alone and have been relatively alone.
And even though, you know, I tried to get colleagues on my side for a rebellion.
Hence, you know, part of my ongoing conclusion is that we need help from friends in high places because we don't have the power.
We don't have the juice.
We don't have the numbers here or the power or whatever the money.
Okay, so.
Here's the academic article.
And so I'm going to tell you briefly about two reforms, public banking and monetary reform.
And this goes all the way back to Benjamin Franklin being so excited that you don't need to charge taxes as a government if you're the bank, if you're lending out the money for public banking.
You know, and I got all these stories that would better tell, but I have limited time and I just want to give the data here.
If a state bank, where I am in California, if we had a 5% credit card and a 5% mortgage, and instead of having that revenue stream go to the led by too-big-to-fail banks, the banksters, the asset holes, You wanted to give it to them?
Okay, you could, but we could take that.
We could make it be public and the 5% credit card and mortgage would abundantly pay for all state taxes without need for any other tax, without need to beg to the homeowners.
As I look out across the homes there in Mission Viejo with our view in the backyard, you wouldn't have to go to them and beg to raise their property taxes to To be able to take care of the schools, because you'd have an abundant revenue of income that's public banking.
There's one state that has a state bank.
That's North Dakota, and that's the only state out of 50 that has increasing budget surpluses.
All the other states have deficits.
Ben Franklin knew that, documented it almost.
And this is an area of published research for me.
And the other monetary reform is... Okay, so you all know that we have an exponential growth in debt.
We have the now trillion dollar annual service fee for the gross cost of the interest on the U.S.
government's national debt and 34 total trillion whatever it's on an exponential growth curve you know that right right that's that's by design because what we create for money is created as essentially a negative number and then we're adding negative numbers forever so you're never going to pay it off because the We're well in because it's not a monetary system, it's a debt system.
And since discussing this with 2008P macroeconomics teachers since 2009, nobody is able to refute the data.
I haven't been kicked off.
I've been threatened several times.
and the threat has been, Mr. Herman, it's inappropriate for you to discuss current events.
Why?
I asked.
I mean, we're supposed to be educating ourselves and empowering ourselves with the information and the data that I gave you is, you know, interesting and important because what we're doing with this exponent, when the debt becomes tragic comic, our system will collapse.
And I asked publicly among these teachers, anybody see any other outcome?
We got to be great reset one way or another, right?
And I got cut off from discussing that because that's not appropriate.
I'm only allowed to discuss the topics that are tested on the AP test in spring of every year.
But if somebody asks a question on the discussion board, I can jump in.
Or if somebody else raises a current event, oh I do and I've documented those and those are some Fun discussions.
You know, over the years, I've had people from time to time on my side, but overall, on my own, baby.
Okay, let's go on to the next topic.
But yet, you know, I want to say, and this is the important part, is that I feel better and better about this.
Now, I don't know If after 46 years engagement in World War III, enamor of II, I'm so twisted that my sense of humor is no longer connected to reality, or I'm just happy that there's going to be some sort of an endgame and a resolution soon.
But I do feel better and better about this.
And I do see the public waking up.
And I think that that is the point.
And I'll have more to say about that.
Let me give you a little more data.
Okay, so that's the banksters.
And corporate media.
Oh yeah, corporate media and public education intentionally lie.
My published research via the Claremont Colleges to be able to document that Um, all of the all of the reasons to go to war and the war formerly known as on terror relies known to be false as they were told, and that this was demonstrated through the most.
Powerful documents from our most authoritative government agencies.
Their most important documents demonstrated that all the reasons to go to war and in the war on terror were known to be false, as they were told in Orwellian lies.
It's the same thing that Jim showed on 9-11.
If you actually point and look and read the document, you know, again, nobody I have interacted with is able to construct an argument.
And one of the One of the areas of proof that I gave for the illegal wars is that in the UK, they tried to make an argument to join the US and Tony Blair went to their foreign affairs department, their barristers, their lawyers and said, hey, construct an argument for me about how the war is legal.
All 27 of them couldn't do it.
So, you know, there's just no known argument for this.
So corporate media lies about it, and we can document that, and we can definitively explain, document, prove that.
Then it goes into the public education textbooks.
And I wrote a 12-part series here, which is very helpful.
And I just go through the textbooks to demonstrate it.
And plus, you know, just to point out the contrast, You know, most of the food in schools is just crap.
The campuses are decrepit, unless they're begging for the parents to give them funding.
And all that can be documented, and I do document the lies in the textbook that this is bullshit to train stupefied work animals.
And if you think about the, you know, your own experience in school and the observation that you have of children, is that we're telling them that, oh, yeah, we're going to empower your kids and how we're going to do that is we're going to put them at a desk and they're going to do paperwork.
And after they learn how to read, write, and count, the trend that we know is that the students are going to find decreasing satisfaction with their excitement.
They're going to become less and less interested, and they're going to conclude that more and more of what they do is not going to be applicable to what excites them in life.
And that, for example, in mathematics, we can demonstrate that all those so-called real-world word problems, they make them up.
They're actually insulting to what real people do for work.
And, you know, you can think back at the word problems that you did in algebra.
And I know it's resonating with you.
I know you're saying, yeah, like bullshit.
Oh, yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
None of them are real.
None of them.
And by the way, when students when I told students the truth, so I got.
So many stories.
So I got fired four times.
Actually, technically, I got non-reelected, which is... They say, Mr. Herman, we understand that the counselors report that you are the most requested teacher in your subject field.
And that was true in social studies and in mathematics.
But you're not a good fit for our district.
Four times.
And I couldn't get hired to teach social studies, history, government, and economics, despite having published research as a high school teacher in economics and briefing.
Members of Congress, 300 times, two UN Summits for Heads of State.
I've had AP teachers in both topics tell me, I don't know anybody at the high school level who's more qualified to teach this subject than you are.
Fired four times.
So I ended up teaching math and teaching algebra and specifically telling the students that you've been right about your discouragement with the presentation of mathematics.
They're lying to you.
But the good news is, is that mathematics is a symbolic language, like reading or writing or like music.
And then once you know what the symbols are asking you to do, it's just mathematical operation and add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
And I promise you, you will understand everything.
Okay, we're in the schools where I've taught at all levels of school.
I was hired specifically at my own high school, locking out of high school, which is the property next to the Jet Propulsion Laboratory.
I was hired specifically to teach AP econ and AP government because of my expertise.
They fired me.
They specifically were upset that I pointed out that the Bush wars were illegal.
Let me go back to the work here.
Otherwise I'll just get lost in the stories.
So it is bullshit.
And in the math classes that I ended up at, Because they wouldn't hire me in social studies.
In lower socioeconomic groups, the failure rate in Algebra 1 is 50%.
50%.
In my classes, it was about 5%.
In my classes, it was about 5%.
And you can quantify that level of improvement.
And so my average student ended up performing about four standard deviations above the mean for expected district learning results.
That means that my average student performed at the 99.99th percentile of expected district learning as measured by their grades in the class on peer reviewed and approved Tests.
Now this is a good case study again, and again referencing Jim's excellent presentation that all you got to do is look now.
Academic professionals, right?
50% failure rate.
And at Hayward Unified School District, as I check the time here to make sure that I can give you everything that I think is important, but you know the stories are important too, the anecdotes.
You would think that they would respond, and I did offer To the principal and district leaders, my own colleagues, to upgrade what they're doing.
And I said, you know, I just have three talking points for this improvement that I would try in good faith professional effort to contribute so that we're not failing half our kids in this required class to graduate.
And then one is that we take this seriously because you need to get a high-class work permit for the Empire and you need Algebra I in order to do that.
Two, it's easy.
Now those first two points among the math teachers, math professionals, everybody's on for that.
Yeah, we're taking it seriously and it actually is easy.
But the third part, gottem, which is the textbooks are lying.
With those word problems, no traction.
No traction among colleagues, principal, department chair, district level.
And the analysis of my union-appointed attorney when that district attempted to fire me for being racist, because I quoted a student using the n-word, Quoted the student.
They wanted to fire me.
The conclusion of my union-appointed attorney is why they didn't want to take this into the venue to fire me is because we would have presented the data.
The district would have had to make an argument to fire me for cause.
If you get rid of a teacher within the first two years that they're hired in the state of California, you don't have to give a reason.
I was You know, I thought the facts would speak and the student satisfaction would speak and no, no, no.
Those are all captured agencies and part of the condition that I'm communicating to you is pointing out what you already know.
All the agencies are captured by the opponents, or at least that's what we're shown, but they'd have to fire me for cause and we would bring up.
They'd have to demonstrate that Mr Herman is overall.
A harmful teacher to these students and when the students are learning at the 99 the average student is learning at the 99.99th percentile of expected learning results and the average grade that the students give on semester anonymous surveys is an A plus and you know the two teaching awards from LA mayors and national boards blah blah blah they decided that they would just
Not fire me or not attempt to argue in the venue.
Alright, next.
Assassinations as we've been talking about.
JFK, MLK, RFK.
And I do have a documentation for that.
I did decide to tell that in a story where I interview them and they give the data that we've talked about.
And those cases are all clear.
And I won't say more about that as we've had many presentations and you can look for yourself if you want to.
But I think my documentation is good.
The plandemic.
And the resource that I share for that are the resources.
This is the essay that I wrote to about 100 teacher colleagues for this Red Pill scholarship, and I'll go over the talking points.
And this is a good resource to be able to demonstrate the need to withdraw consent and demand arrest.
Federal law, Title 21.
You can refuse any medical experiment, the shots and the masks and the social distancing.
Those are all.
Emergency use authorization.
You can decline it without consequence and that's based upon the Nuremberg Code and the Nuremberg.
Law and that's reflected in California law and article six of the constitution says federal law is going to be superior to any of the mandates and orders requirements or whatever they want to call it.
Some of the components to add to your argument is that many of us do have an oath to limited government and that's what it means.
It's limited and if it's outside of the limits that the military is trained to do is to give a written request and if that written request isn't Honored officers are trained to arrest those who are giving the orders and the rest of us can just say until you demonstrate that these orders are lawful, I will obey my oath.
So this is in September of 2021 and I was challenging our district health orders And when the district refused to answer questions, for example, in California, the letter of the law, the limit of the law to declare an emergency, California Government Code 8558, Section B, means you got to have beyond control local resources, hospitals.
And we were told the truth in the pandemic, two weeks to flatten the curve.
OK.
We can give it two weeks to flatten the curve, make sure that the hospitals don't get overrun.
But then when the hospitals weren't overrun, And we had the data to support that.
Then the question is, OK, where is the legal authority for an emergency if an emergency only counts if the local resources are overrun?
And I couldn't get that answered.
And the district superintendent.
Yeah, I'll just look at you as I chat with you.
District Superintendent Matt Wayne said, Hey Herman, you think we got it wrong?
Why don't you ask the government agencies?
I said, OK, Superintendent Wayne, it's your job to make the argument, to do the explanation, but tell you what, I'll do your job for you.
And I contacted the 14 leading California government agencies and 35 pages.
It took six weeks, but it's a really good documentation of the obfuscations and the official Refusals to answer and unfortunately the cognitive dissonance among the hundred teachers I had nobody supporting me, even though it's clear is what Jim showed.
I got to do is look with your own eyes, but that was too much to ask for.
The district attempted to censor me.
They said that my communication of that 35 page documentation of the official government responses to the question demonstrate the legality of health orders.
The district said you're censored because you're insulting people's political beliefs.
I said how they refused to answer.
So I wrote this thing.
One of the things as a.
Committee chair, and I said, hey, this is what I'm gonna write, unless you can demonstrate that I'm breaking some rule, I'm sending it.
And they didn't say anything, so I did.
So again, I'm briefing you on what I found the most important facts to demonstrate about COVID.
The CDC admits the PCR test was made from generic flu stock, because all these organizations, 100 plus, they have no sample of COVID.
Isn't that interesting?
And then they overcycled these PCR tests and they say that flu disappeared by 99%.
That should be enough to demonstrate bullshit, but it wasn't.
And then anybody who has a false positive test on the overcycled PCR tests, they're counted as dying from COVID.
And it's all about the money, and there's context for that.
Importantly, John Hopkins University, they had studied 48,000 healthy children.
None of them died from so-called COVID.
And then you get the vaccine injuries and deaths, which was clear even in 2021.
The whole vaccine industry, in order for them to do what they're doing, the 1986 National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act, They were supposed to give safety data twice a year.
They've never done it.
The masks are refuted by 31 studies.
The leaders are hypocrites.
Issued a bulletin saying, hey, if you challenge these orders, then you're a violent domestic extremist, a DVE.
The CDC issued plans for isolation camps in order to put the unvaccinated in the camps to shield the vaccinated from the unvaccinated.
Corporate media doesn't report it.
You got to have that.
And this was all directly connected to teaching and learning because the year of lockdown, we doubled our failure rate.
Doubled.
Worst decline in district history.
Doubled a failure rate.
That's an emergency.
So, you know, my pitch to the colleagues is that if you want to improve your teaching and learning, then maybe you should challenge this again out of 100 teachers.
Nope, nope, nope, nope.
All right, back to briefing and empowering you.
The next part.
Oh, here's the overview article of the two years of challenging the school district.
And I'll just read this headline because I like it.
It's cathartic.
Challenging our public school district's obedience to county So-called health, so-called orders, my reflections after two years of tragic comic district refusals to answer basic and required questions, Orwellian lies, official obfuscations, and colleagues taking a knee to propaganda equals humanity's need for friends in high places to prevent massive child sacrifices to psychopathic prima facie criminal public serpents.
We need some help.
And in they are pedivores.
And I do feature Jim's documentary on Pizzagate, and there are many strong documentaries now about that.
And the queue.
I've read all the posts, and I resonate with the voice.
You know, in need-to-know news, we look for the most powerful articles to show what's going on, and Q had some of the most damning information I could find, so I appreciated that, and I resonate with the seriousness of the voice.
And plus, you know, to be honest about this as an academic, I'm at 95% certainty that Q is true, and we're about ready to have this breakthrough, but I can't prove it.
This is speculation.
But what I can demonstrate Is that we seem to be at the most exposed and vulnerable point vulnerable point of our opponents.
We're at the verge of a paper collapse of our economic system.
This World War 3 scare event could happen.
They might pull out another scam Demick.
They might have another.
Assassination of Trump or Zelensky or Biden or Obama?
Who knows?
But all of these official narratives are at the verge of collapse, which I don't think is coincidental.
The economic system, the wars, Israel, COVID, the 2020 election fraud and beyond that, the J6 as the false flag to cover that up, the Epstein-Maxwell
Pedophile, pedivore, pay to play, the public-private censorship on the Twitter files, the transgender thing, the open border, the lawfare on Trump and patriots, the woke agendas, while the inflation, the homelessness, and the unaffordable housing are all exploding, the withdrawal of consent from public education, and the directed energy weapons on the Maui massacre and the NorCal fires, all of that is being exposed.
Um, and there is a bigger context of, you know, the question is, how far does this go back?
Well, I think we've been great reset before we can demonstrate that there were technologies.
More advanced than our own to work with stone heavier than we can work with today and I know you can see these some of these images and Native Americans say we've been reset four times.
You can see these drill holes in Egypt and the styrations the cutting capacity of the tools according to engineer Chris Dunn is 50 times more powerful than what we have Cut with greater precision.
You can have a hundred ton box made from one piece of stone that our people say now and and perfectly cut.
And our leading companies today says, no, we can't do that on the interior angles.
And there's, you know, multiple evidences that there have been catastrophic events in the past that have destroyed ancient civilizations.
I recommend Graham Hancock and Randall Carlson.
This is a chat he had with Joe Rogan.
We've been great reset before.
Tartaria.
I recommend that you look at that as a topic.
It may have been within the last 200 years.
And the central evidence is these buildings and these world fairs.
For example, the 1893 Chicago World Fair claim is that what you see here in these photographs, this was planned, architectured, excavated, wired, And set up to work in.
Less than a little more than 2 years, they made all this and the claim is, is that?
Oh, yeah, these were all temporary buildings that were destroyed after the fair.
And yet it's completely supportive of everything that you would want to do of a real building.
And these world fairs are all over.
And the counter argument is that this was the last civilization that was Great Reset.
And it's just mind blowing architecture and all electrified.
If you want more on this edition of the Need to Know News, we had a little topic about this previous Great Resets.
And I like this Meet Me in St.
Louis, the 1944 movie, where they mock us with that in a minute.
And that's, you know, we'll be telling evidence for you.
I did write an epilogue a couple of months ago, because I think that we're that close to winning.
And I wrote a book.
This is the first time I've talked about having a book, but in and I, as an educator, looking to what are we going to do with kids after we win?
Because I am confident that we're going to win.
Got to play for winning, of course, is that I did create satire and humor, which might be the best way to communicate.
And if you're looking for something to share and Or even when we win an interview series, I've had a lot of conversations with Socrates and satire is that the darkness of this topic may be best approached in the way of kind of like Mark Twain through satire and stories and a little bit of humor.
So.
That's it, and let me just round it up for myself to make sure that I've said what I want to say, is that right now, with the audience here, with our 58 attendees and seven panelists, is that I want to empower and brief you again that the facts that we're pointing to are objective, independently verifiable, and comprehensive.
At least to the extent that we can tell in good faith professionalism.
And if you know, as always, if anybody can talk us down, bring it.
We'd love to debate anybody on this.
We see that we're wrong on anything.
Go ahead.
But what we found for decades is that this is Emperor's New Clothes, obvious, and that we can stand comfortably with that.
Now that said, again, all of my experience over this 46 years is that I can point to the data, but I can't make people look.
Therefore, I conclude is that we're in some sort of an environment that only offers choice.
And there seems to be three categories of people sorting themselves into.
One, the good.
That's us.
We know the data and we've made the choice for the good of humanity.
There's the bad.
Yes, I'll use that finger for the second category.
Those are the people who choose to lie.
These are the people who are smart enough and in our positions of authority, like those 14 California government agencies that the duping delight that I would draw from them was was just funny.
When asking them to explain the legality of their health orders, those are the bad, and they're lying.
And the third are the 98% of humanity, that's 49 out of 50, that seem to be defeated by the propaganda.
I don't think my family members are bad.
As a matter of fact, I feel their hearts are good.
And I know from the human children I've interacted with, interacted, yeah, interacted, that's in the past tense there because I am retired, They want to know the truth.
And by the way, among the students, about two-thirds of them would instantly resonate with the truth.
And reflected in their voice.
And among that one-third, who were a little too shocked, about half of them would demonstrate in other ways that they were with the truth.
And about one-sixth of these human children, just given the opportunity to be with them and present them and observe their responses, about one-sixth would have to give the right answers, but it didn't seem to resonate with them.
And in my teaching career and presenting this information, You know, just as you would expect, nobody has a cogent argument to be able to demonstrate that we're wrong.
So until we get this breakthrough, hang in there.
And again, personally, I see that we are that close and I am like, I can't tell what you feel about it, but I am more and more optimistic.
And that concludes my presentation.
Thank you for your attention.
Carl, that was fascinating stuff.
You covered a broad range of subjects.
I'm tickled.
We're going to take a brief break, and then I'll introduce our next speaker, Monique Lucan.
So take a deep breath, get a cup of coffee, take a mid-spot, whatever.
We'll be right here with Monique in just a few minutes.
