Our next guest is Dr. Rima Libbo, and I can't even begin to tell you what an amazing woman she is.
I've been following her for years, and I remember back in the old days, if you want to call it the old days, back about 10 years ago or 8 years ago, she became a person on Revolution Radio for a little stint.
And I helped her put her banners together and things like that for the network.
And that's how I got to meet Dr. Rima.
And she was married to Dr. Bert Stubblebine.
No, Major General Bert Stubblebine.
Major General, I'm sorry.
And I just, I don't know why I said that.
But anyhow, She'll tell you all about that relationship if she wants to tonight and what she's doing with Dr. Burt and a lot about the Who.
So I'm going to leave it up to you, Dr. Rima.

And what I am doing is treating the body politic.
I was a physician treating individual people, their bodies, their minds, their hearts, their spirits, using no pharmaceuticals whatsoever.
My postgraduate training is in child, adult, and adolescent psychiatry.
I'm trained as a psychoanalyst.
I'm trained as an environmental physician, nutritional medicine, frequency medicine, many ways to help heal without using pharmaceuticals, which are generally unnecessary in my view, except in the emergency room and the surgical suite.
So, I was treating very, very difficult, complex Patients.
And my practice morphed from psychiatry and neurology, which is what my postgraduate training was in, into what I called cataclysmic primary care.
People who had, and this is the official term, failed the therapy.
Therapies don't fail people in allopathic, magical thinking land.
People fail therapies.
So, patients who had no hope, who had been told to go home and die after they got their affairs in order, people who had been told to just live with the pain or there was nothing that could be done, they would wander into the office of a physician like me, really from all over the world.
Well, desperate people have desperate friends.
And so people started coming to me saying, I know it's not a psychiatric or neurological diagnosis, but I have this or that or the other thing.
Can you help?
And my response was, I don't know, but we can try.
And so gradually my practice morphed into treating the incurable And seeing them get radiantly well.
Well, that was really cool.
And in 1991, I met Major General Albert N. Stubblebine III.
After refusing to have anything to do with him for a year and a half because people said to me, Oh, you have to meet and work with General Stubblebine.
And I said, I'm an anti-war activist.
He's a career military person.
Don't want anything to do with that.
And furthermore, he's good at it.
He's a general for God's sakes.
I don't want anything to do with that.
And furthermore, he invented remote viewing.
Now I knew that the Soviets had invented remote viewing.
By using torture and electroshock and intimidation and chemical alterations and so on.
And I thought, well, we wouldn't be any different, right?
Well, wrong.
General Burt had Ingo Swann and the Stanford Research Institute and other interesting people come together to create a Protocol for Remote Viewing, that is psychic information gathering that was highly reliable by, among other things, making viewers really happy.
Not chemically happy, but happy-happy.
He treated them well and they were happy.
And so they were getting remarkable information.
But I didn't know any of that secret stuff.
I only knew what the Soviets had done.
And so I refused to meet him.
And then one day I was in the San Francisco airport and there was this Total stranger on the other side of the luggage area.
I ran over.
I leaped in his arms.
And the rest is my history, his history, and in many ways, the world's history.
He was in San Francisco to attend the same meeting that I was attending.
Oh, well, anyway, we can skip that part.
It's wonderful and it's glorious in my life, but we have other things to talk about, like the total destruction of humanity and the enslavement of a small remnant that's allowed to survive from the DNA outward, and how to make sure that doesn't happen.
So we'll skip my personal romance story, which is really fun, and go on to world cataclysm and avoiding it, which is why I'm here tonight.
By the way, for those of you who are interested, and Jim Fetzer had interfaced with my husband many times, interviewed him, and so on.
For those of you who are interested, after his assassination, and he was indeed assassinated, he decided that staying Silent and remaining functionally dead was not a good idea, so he hasn't done that.
And he has authored a number of books with me and with other people, including the physicist that we work with, because when he was dictating physics to me, I kept getting it wrong.
I don't know physics.
And so it's remarkable stuff.

So there's, you know, other stuff going on besides this.
But this is quite big enough and quite bad enough to occupy our attention and to require us to commit ourselves to getting the hell out of the death system, in my view.
So, oh, let me back up.
So I was happily treating all these people who were incurable and seeing them get well.
And General Burt and I were running my practice of drug-free medicine and psychiatry in New York State after we met in 1991.
And we were using neurobiofeedback and frequency and detox and nutrition and, you know, this and that homeopathy.
Good stuff, and helping people in quite definitive ways, and we were writing papers and so on.
And a patient of mine, and you may have heard me tell this story, I'll be very brief, a patient of mine who was a crowned head of state And I cannot tell you who, because even though she is a monster, she deserves patient confidentiality like anybody else.
One day in late 2002, early 2003, she said to me, you know, it's almost time for the great culling to begin.
And I said, what?
And she said, culling, C-U-L-L.
I said, I know the word.
What are you talking about?
She said the culling of the useless eaters.
At that point, I had never heard the term.
Useless eaters.
And I said, what's a useless eater?
She said, not what, my dear, who.
If we don't have an affectionate relationship, don't call me by pet names if you don't want to piss me off.
Anyway, she called me, my dear.
And I said, OK, who's a useless eater?
She said, those people who are consuming our non-renewable resources.
And I said, how many of these useless eaters Are you going to cull?
And she said, 90%.
And I said, 90% of what?
And she said, the total world population.
And I challenged her and I asked questions.
And she maintained, yes, yes, that was precisely what she and the other neo-aristocrats would do because they would be them at the top.
Their servants and servitors around them.
That was the first time I ever heard anybody use the word servitor in a sentence.
Their servants and servitors around them.
And below them, the technicians.
And that short pyramid would require only 10% or less of the world's current population.
And she left.
And by the way, her physical disability for which I was treating her was cured.
But she left and I thought, either.
I miss the fact that this woman is batshit crazy because I was looking at a physical thing and I wasn't thinking like a psychiatrist.
Or she's given me a tremendously important clue that I have to follow up on.
Well, obviously the answer is both.
She was batshit crazy.
She was raised to be batshit crazy.
She was a psychopath.
This is important to where we're going to go.
Psychopath is a term that's thrown around loosely as a psychiatrist and as an observer of these crazy, crazy, evil, terrible people.
I think it's important to understand what a psychopath is.
A psychopath is a person who, if they are doing their job well, You never see the reality of.
They show you what you need.
A mirror of you.
A mirror of your experience.
But behind that is a person who is totally incapable of love.
Totally incapable of attachment.
Cares not at all about chick, nor child, nor kith, nor kin.
Not theirs, not yours, not anything except their own perceived Best interest.
Nothing else.
No one else matters.
And in my estimation, my understanding of humanity, that means that they have either never developed or given up the essential factor that makes us human.
We cannot trust if we cannot love.
We cannot affiliate.
We cannot build with others.
We cannot think clearly.
If we cannot care about others.
And so, a psychopath is capable of any deed that they think will serve their needs and does not care about the consequences.
It's almost impossible for normal people to understand what kind of being that is.
In my view, it's not fully human.
It's not a reptilian.
It's not from another planet.
It's a person who is incapable of love.
The most central, immediate, core reality of a healthy human being.
That's very important.
Now, when people look at the plans that these creatures lay out, when they look at the incredible
Destruction that agenda 21 now agenda 2030 and soon the pact for the future to be adopted next September by the United Nations when they look at these plans when they look at geoengineering when they look at manufactured food shortages and stimulated wars and all the other and the vaccines which are in set in themselves the quote vaccines a
An ongoing holocaust now.
You live in the middle of a holocaust right now.
It's not that there will be a holocaust.
There is a holocaust, and it was created and propagated by people who want you dead.
It's very important to realize that we want to live and thrive.
They want us dead.
So when you look at what these evil beings want, you don't have to invoke supernatural or spiritual or Archaic anything people who can't love are capable of that kind of evil and they don't care if you die as a matter of fact They're rooting for it.
They don't care if you suffer as a matter of fact not important to them so moving back to what happened so this patient gives me this information and I can't walk away from the possibility that perhaps That is important information that has been laid before my doorstep because my whole life has been rich in things that I didn't expect falling in front of my face.
I have to look at it and it leads to where I have to go in my life.
Like seeing General Burt in the airport when I didn't know him and that was the rest of my life.
I said, I have to find out more about this.
And I started reading.
And I read the documents of the Rockefeller Institute and Foundation and the Laura Stedman Memorial Fund.
And I read the documents that plan for enslavement and extinction.
I read the documents of the Fabian Socialists.
I read the private letters of Margaret Sanger.
I read and read and read and read.
And I realized, by the time 2004 came around, that I had another task.
That I had to shift from treating the body, slash mind, slash spirit, slash heart, you know, the person, to treating the body politic.
So in 2004, I waltzed into General Burt's office and I said, sweetheart, and he looked up and he said, yes, I said, sweetheart, we have to close the practice.
Now, that was how we earned our living.
And he said a really smart thing.
He said, why?
I said, because our side, the health freedom side, is acting tactically.
Not strategically.
Every time something bad comes up, they run around flapping their hands and saying, ooh, ooh, ooh, we just lost that battle.
And I said, if people who are not strategically focused and tactically, and choose their behaviors and their actions tactically to serve the strategic goal, don't get involved in this battle, we are lost globally.
Now, General Burke, Was and is, and I know that sounds odd because he's, as I said, a little bit dead.
He, by the way, refers to himself on many occasions as an SDG.
That's a slightly dead guy.
And, by the way, everything that I'm saying is completely true whether or not you think that I'm just a dotty old lady who's making up stuff about my dead husband talking to me.
Could be.
I could be a dotty old lady doing that.
But what I'm saying is true with or without the input of General Burt.
But since Laurie Anne mentioned General Burt and the fact that he's still talking to us, I thought I'd mention it too.
Anyway, the point is that strategic thinking is essential if you want to win a war.
And we're in a war.
We are under attack.
And the essential goal is the complete destruction of everything that we are, everything that we own, everything that we think, everything that we experience, everything that we treasure, in order to subdue and subjugate The few people who are allowed to survive from the DNA level out.
It's called transhumanism and gender confusion and nonsense.
Helps that right along.
Oh, gender.
From my point of view, which is the only point of view from which I can speak.
Compellingly and honestly, from my point of view, I like science a lot, and I believe in biology.
I believe, Lord, I believe.
There are two genders.
That's all you get.
There's boy, male, and there is girl, woman, female.
That's all you get.
You can dress up, you can pretend, and if you're an adult, you can find love with whomever you like, and God bless you.
You want to dress up like a giraffe, or a man, or a woman, or whatever.
That's fine.
Don't involve children.
And at the same time, don't fool yourself.
There are two genders.
That's it.
Biology XXXY.
And we can go right along.
But if you confuse people, and if you Make them distrust who they are, what they are, who you are, what you are, how you have taught them, and so on.
And you create a mythos of deceit and lies.
Then what happens, according to, for instance, the Gates-funded Rutgers Foundation, which has helped to create the Comprehensive Sexuality Education Curriculum, which is being forced on children worldwide to confuse and damage and destroy them, and use the sexual predation
and destruction techniques to damage their psychosocial development literally from birth.

If you damage the psychosexual trajectory of normal development, then what happens is people cannot trust, they cannot love, they do not affiliate, they do not, oh, they might have sex, but they don't form love relationships and they don't reproduce.
And indeed, the Rutgers Foundation says that they want to legalize pedophilia to destroy the family, which is important to creating an ultimate control model by this evil system that we're talking about.
And in doing so, they reduce reproduction rates.
That's quite well articulated when you read what they have to say.
And as I said, funded by Bill Gates, funded by Planned Parenthood, and designed to damage your children, our children, everyone's children.
By the way, parents under this curriculum are taught, and this is going on now, that they need to masturbate their children from birth because that turns everyone into a predator.
Part of what's happening is to eliminate the special protected category of children And to eliminate the special protective rights of parents so that pedophilia is normalized and decriminalized in the March 2023 judicial recommendations of the United Nations, for example.
And not many people know about this, but perhaps you already do.
In their judicial recommendations for every legislator, every judge, every prosecuting attorney, every lawyer on the planet, because one size fits all, right?
They say that sexual contact should be decriminalized as long as there is consent, and children can consent at any age, which means You say to a two-year-old, touch me here and I'll give you a piece of candy.
And the two-year-old says, okay, that's called consent and that's decriminalized.
And as I said, this is designed to damage and truncate the psychosexual development of everybody on the planet so that like Kathy O'Brien, they become essentially Mind-controlled sex slaves using the techniques of sexual predation and trauma developed in MKUltra and Monarch and so on, on every child on the planet.
That's part of the plan to create a docile, unquestioning, Delta-class worker bee.

Read the first three chapters of Brave New World for free, and you will see what the blueprint was when it was published in 1932, because this plan has been in action and in planning and in the stages of piecemeal implementation for a very long time, at least 140 years.
Let me segue back to that point.
John D. Rockefeller, Sr., He was the world's first billionaire and the richest person who, at that time, had ever lived.
This is before the turn of the 20th century.
He was utterly ruthless and quite a good psychopath, actually.
He became enamored of Sir Francis Galton's eugenics.
program.
This was being taught at Stanford University as if it were science.
And he said, Oh, yeah, we could do that.
We could get rid of everybody who is inferior.
And to do that, we could remake society completely.
So he conceived a brilliant, completely bonkers plan of Remaking society by destroying the family, by controlling education, by controlling relationships and making sure that they were superficial, by controlling the body.
By damaging nutrition, he laid out the pieces for world domination in a brilliant way, and he had an infinite amount of money, and then he took over medicine.
You know the history of Rockefeller Medicine.
What most people don't know, and is very important to this story, is that at the same time, he created the Laura Stedman Memorial.
Which took over governance worldwide in exactly the same way that the Rockefeller Fund Foundation Institute University took over medicine.
And we know what the consequences of that have been and the disastrous initiation of a chronically ill population, endlessly vaccinated.
To make sure that it's chronically ill and then the drugs get sold by Rockefeller-controlled entities called pharmaceutical corporations.
But the same thing was happening with governance.
They were creating tiers of eliteness.
They were creating Institutes of Foreign Relations, the Council on Foreign Relations, the Trilateral Commission.
They were teaching people around the world how to govern in a modern way.
In other words, Controlling what would happen so that in 1994, every country in the world, now suitably controlled, agreed to Agenda 21, which is the utter, total, complete destruction of every structure and liberty
For every person on the planet, even Bhutan, whose king is all excited about happiness and happiness indexes said, okay, we'll do that.
We'll do this wonderful new world thing.
And we'll take over everybody's life.
And we'll just wait a little while until we can control their genes and their brains.
Think Neuralink.
Now, parenthesis, Elon Musk, champion of free speech.
Except he wants a link in your brain, a neural link in your brain, to the Starlink control system.
And he also wants self-assembling receivers and sending apparatus in your body to control everything you are and everything you do.
I don't know if that sounds like freedom to me, but what do I know?
I'm just a local medical doctor.
We had this process unfolding, and I was watching.
I was reading the documents, and I was watching and seeing what they said they were going to do.
It isn't that I was psychic.
I mean, I may be, but that's not relevant.
I can read.
You can read, too.
And now there are many more documents.
In 2010, Operation Lockstep was published and made public.
They're not keeping their plans secret.
It is our job to take them seriously.
And so one document after another, after another, after another confirmed that these were the plans.
And here was how they were going to do it.
And here was how they were going to use vaccines.
And here's how they were going to bring about increased rates of infertility forever and ever.
So I waltzed into General Burt's office in 2004.
And I said, sweetheart, we have to close the practice because unless people who are strategically focused, as you are a genius at being, and frankly, I'm pretty Good at it.
I'm not a genius at that as he is, but I'm pretty good at it.
Unless strategic thinkers come in to the health freedom arena and start choosing tactics rather than just responding to things, we have no hope at all.
Now, General Burt was a warrior, an illustrious and brave man, and he, by that time, had come to realize That his father, who was a West Point graduate, he was a West Point graduate.
Had gladly served the United States and would have been quite willing to lay down their lives if they had been duped.
They had been lied to, they had been given false information, they had been propagandized, and they had been used as pawns.
And he was no longer happy with being that.
He had decided that he was going to take the same warrior skills and use them for our side.
And so he said, right, we sold our house, so we'd have enough money to walk around.
And we created the Natural Solutions Foundation, which was then and is now a completely private NGO, takes no money from any control organization, no money from any government source ever, or any of the controller, predatory philanthropists, Ever?
Well, that's not entirely true.
When I was investigating UFOs in 1988, I would say, and remember we created Natural Solutions Foundation in 2004, Winthrop Rockefeller
gave me a grant for $17,500 to do laboratory analysis of a purported UFO fragment from the Kolsk Peninsula in Russia, and to put it into three laboratories, Caltech and a very powerful laboratory in Virginia, and one other laboratory, and that cost money that I didn't have.
So, that wasn't Natural Solutions, that was me looking at purported UFO stuff, And I did take $17,500 from Winthrop Rockefeller, which some people decide means that I'm a Rockefeller piece of property.
Nope, not true.
Anyway, moving right along.
Natural Solutions Foundation depends on your donations and the purchases that people make of the things that we think are useful.
Period.
And our money, of course.
We spent all of our money on it.
Well, moving right along.
The first battle that we undertook Of many that we could have chosen was food because everybody eats and we were well aware that the United Nations, which was created by the predatory philanthropists in order to become one world government.
Complete oligarchic control.
And the World Health Organization was created by the same creatures for exactly the same purpose, to be the health arm of the total dictatorial control mechanism.
And they created other subsidiary units, which have coalesced now, and we can see them, and I think everybody who's here.
Oh, by the way, conspiracy theory and false flags.
I'm really disappointed.
I've run out of conspiracy theories.
I haven't run out of conspiracies.
They're all around us, but I've run out of conspiracy theories that proved to be wrong, because all of our conspiracy theories have proved to be right.
I'm selective in my conspiracy theories.
I choose the ones that are supported by data, and I think you do too.
And damn, we were right again and again and again and again, and I wish we weren't, but we are.
And so, We have to recognize that there are conspiracies.
There are lots of conspiracies.
Conspire to breathe together.
These people breathe together, they talk together, they think together to do something like kill most of us and make us think that it's our idea, like going to war against one another after the Ukraine war peters out, a globalist effort to get more war going, kill more of us.
That didn't work so well, so we'll have a geopolitical party in Israel.
That always works.
That's kind of a universally useful, we can always have a good A good conflict in Israel.
Yeah, let's do that.
Hamas with a stand down, an IDF Netanyahu stand down to allow it to happen.
That sounds like 9-11.
Yep, it does.
They do the same thing over and over there.
They're wildly empowered, they're incredibly rich, and they're apparently not too bright because they perseverate.
But anyway, moving along.
We closed the practice and we decided to take on food.
Codex Alimentarius was created when a bunch of Nazi war criminals were released from prison after about four and a half years.
Including the heads of the pharmaceutical companies, starting with Fritz Tremier, who was the head of Bayer, we say Bayer, before the war and after the war.
And these are Rockefeller-controlled enterprises, by the way.
After the war, he got out of prison and went back to work as the head of Bayer Pharmaceuticals, now which owns Monsanto.
That's fitting.
And he got together with six other former Nazi prisoners after the Nuremberg trials, and who had all been released and gone back to work in their pharmaceutical functions.
And they had been the essentially leadership of IG Farben, the Nazi Civilian war effort.
And that was all financed, by the way, from the United States by President Roosevelt, by Ford, by the Harrimans, by the Walker and the Bush and by the Rockefellers and so on.
So it wasn't like they were lacking money or we didn't know what they were doing.
But that's all well-established history.
So they got together and they said, well, that didn't work, did it?
That Nazi thing.
What else can we do for world domination?
And they thought about it and they said, oh, food!
We could take over the world's food supply, because as Henry Kissinger so eloquently has made clear during his wretched lifetime, you control the food, you control who lives and dies.
They said, why don't we take over the world's food supply?
And they said, oh, that's a good idea.
So they wrote a letter to the United Nations.
Remember, the United Nations was created to be a world domination system.
And they said, we think you should take over the world's food supply.
And the United Nations said, yeah, baby.
And they created the Codex Alimentarius, which is a, quote, voluntary system to weaponize the world's food supply.
So in 2004, General Burt and I decided we would take on Codex Alimentarius first.
And we traveled to most of the poorest countries in the world and we met with their presidents and their kings and their prime ministers and their ministers of agriculture, health and so on.
And we said, listen, your people are going to die first because they are nutritionally the most vulnerable.
And they said, yeah, we know.
But the World Trade Organization We'll destroy our fragile economy if we don't go along with it.
And we said, not so.
And we had model legislation.
We had read the treaties and we understood carefully what they could do.
And we said, if you do this and this and this, you'll be able to avoid the trade sanctions and you will be able to protect your people's food supply and not have it weaponized.
Those countries that did what we said, Prevail at the dispute resolution level at the World Trade Organization.
So, you know, we were giving people solutions even then, and we met basically everybody in the world who would listen to us at government levels.
And then we said, okay, it's time to move on to the next issue.
And the next issue turned out to be vaccines.
Because it was quite clear that deadly vaccines were going to be used to kill vast numbers of people.
Sound familiar?
Uh-huh.
It should.
It's been in the works for quite some time.
And some of you have seen the interview that I did.
And I literally did, in fact, fly into the United States.
To give Jesse Ventura the interview and then leave the next morning because we knew that if we stayed in the United States, we would be killed.
That was quite clear.
And indeed, when we came back to the United States in 2016 for a quick visit, Bert was killed.
And since then, there have been nine significant attempts on my life, very significant attempts on my life.
And somehow or other, the police don't seem to come, even when somebody is standing at my window and the 9-11 dispatcher can hear it.
They've got a gun in their hand and a piece of paper in the other hand with my name on it, big block letters.
And the guy is standing there screaming, let me in, I have to kill you.
Let me in, I have to kill you.
That didn't seem to raise enough alarm for the police to come.
So I decided to learn how to defend myself in a different way.
But I digress.
Anyway, they don't like what we're doing, which tells me we're doing what needs to be done.
What we're doing is saying the three most important words that any free person can say.
Don't you dare.
And then we have to actualize how they don't dare and what we do to stop them.
So let me give you a very clear example, and then let me segue to exactly what we're facing now.
And what I propose is the only meaningful solution that we have at this point that we can actually That we can actualize.
Now that's a very, very strong and definitive statement.
You may have gathered by now that I'm willing to make strong and definitive statements because I am absolutely convinced that what I'm sharing with you is the only available strategic option to us.
It doesn't mean that other things are not important.
But in order to not be fighting the tentacles of the beast, parental rights, child sexualization and pedophilia and predation, judicial corruption, censorship, we could go on and on and on.
Each one of these is vitally important.
Medical lies, false science, each one is vitally important.

I don't even know what that means, but what the hell?
Clean water and sanitation, affordability, affordable and clean energy, decent work and economic growth, industry, innovation and infrastructure.
Reduced inequalities.

No, that was gender equality.
Eleven.
Sustainable cities and communities.
Yay!
Responsible consumption reduction.
Climate action.

We don't need no climate action.

A life below water.
We own the seas.
Life on land.
Peace, justice, and strong institutions.
And partnership for the goals of sustainable development.
That's what you see, and that's what we're being taught and propagandized for.
And here's what it means.

If the United States Passes these legislations with a super majority so that when it is vetoed by the sock puppet in charge, and it will be vetoed by either Biden or if he's replaced by Harris, by Harris sitting in the Oval Office, whichever sock puppet is sitting in the Oval Office will veto this legislation when we pass it.
Therefore, it has to go back to the Senate and to the House and stand to override the veto.
We need a two-thirds majority in both the Senate and the House, and we can do that.
The bill says we must disengage entirely from the United Nations debacle, which spells defund.
It's an acronym that spells defund, but we're not about defunding these organizations.
We are about Camping from them.
