	I reported yesterday Israel had issued an ultimatum to Hamas To surrender out of Gaza and bring in all their hostages, lest they come in and take them out.
	But it's all a bluff.
	Hamas is not about to give up.
	As Colonel McGregor has been emphasized, by destroying all these buildings, creating all this rubble, Israel has actually made it overwhelmingly more difficult for them to succeed in their designated objectives.
	All of Gaza's 140 square miles, as he explained, they need to divide it into two 70-square-mile segments and proceed systematically.
	But because of all the rubble, they've all defeated themselves from the beginning.
	And believe me, they don't want to fight.
	They really don't want to go into Gaza.
	Tucked tail and got the hell out before when they were in Gaza.
	They couldn't withstand the withering fire.
	And there are reasons I'm going to explain today why the situation appears to be overwhelmingly worse.

	Israel calls on record number of reservists to call to join the fight.
	According to reports, Israel has got 300,000 reservists to counter a multi-pronged offensive following the weekend terror strike.
	They keep calling it that, but we know already it was an inside job that it was allowed to happen.
	They even disarmed IDF forces in the vicinity.
	They couldn't respond.
	The fence was penetrated seven different locations.
	We have the IDF members saying this is preposterous.
	This could not have happened.
	According to Rear Admiral Daniel Hegari, Israel has never had a draft of this size.
	Anyone under the age of 40 who has retired from or served in the IDF is obligated to enlist again and participate.
	Every adult male in Israel must serve in the armed forces at the age of 18.
	I think it would be good if we here in the United States were reinstate our draft when Nixon abandoned it to take the wind out of the sails of the anti-war movement.
	It led to a disconnect between American families and the executive branch because knowing their sons and daughters wouldn't be at risk.
	They no longer cared that much about decisions of war and peace.
	We're paying for that now.
	Because Biden's gone far beyond the bounds of his legal authority.
	Essentially, he's declaring war.
	You're going to hear about his absurd plans, and the American people are in no position to do anything about it.
	Hopefully, with a new Speaker of the House, who appears to be a very good man—I'll say more about that during the show today—we'll find that the Republicans Having a backbone, after all, to call out what's going on here and refuse to fund it, which can bring the whole thing to a halt.

	These efforts have expanded significantly since the eruption of the Palestinian uprising in 2000, and if successful, Israel's reinterpretation would cast law as an instrument that protects colonial authority at the expense of the rights of civilian non-combatants.

	Ireland mulling time limit on state housing for Ukrainians.
	There's a problem we should be mulling in the United States about state housing for illegals.

	Ireland is considering limiting the length of time Ukrainian refugees arriving in the country can stay in state housing to three months before they must find their own accommodations.
	Nearly 100,000 Ukrainians have fled to Ireland since Russia's invasion began in February of 2022, which the government says equates to 1.6% of Ukrainian refugees in Europe.
	By September, Around 72,000 state-provided accommodations.
	I bet they're not put up in five-star hotels the way we are in New York City.

	There are currently no limits to how long Ukrainian refugees can stay there, but the system has been stretched for months amid a wider housing shortage, with arrivals at times having to stay in makeshift facilities such as sports halls or even in tents.

	Meanwhile, Erdogan has submitted Sweden's application to join NATO to the Turkish Parliament.
	All NATO nations have to approve the admission of another member to NATO.

	Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan Monday submitted Sweden's NATO bid to Turkey's parliament, bringing Stockholm's entrance into the Western military one step closer.
	The protocol in Sweden's NATO ascension was signed by President Erdogan on October 23rd, 2023, and referred to the Grand National Assembly.
	The Turkish presidency wrote on Twitter, Turkey and Hungary Are the only two NATO countries that have not approved Sweden's membership.
	Hungary has delayed its ratification over Sweden's criticism of the government of Prime Minister Viktor Orban, who, let me add, is an extremely courageous, truth-speaking leader, if only we had comparable here in the US.
	But Budapest is expected to approve Sweden's NATO bid once it's clear that Turkey will As it did with Finland's membership.

	According to bankruptcy court documents, James Biden received these loans, quote, based upon representations that his last name, Biden, could open doors and that he could obtain a large investment from the Middle East based on his political connections, end quote.
	On March 1st, 2018, AmeriCorps wired a $200,000 loan into James and Sarah Biden's personal bank account, not their business bank account.
	And then on the very same day, James Biden wrote a $200,000 check from this same personal bank account to Joe Biden.
	James Biden wrote this check to Joe Biden as a quote, loan repayment.
	AmeriCorps, a distressed company, loaned money to James Biden Who then sent it to Joe Biden.
	Even if this was a personal loan repayment, it's still troubling that Joe Biden's ability to be paid back by his brother depended on the success of his family's shady financial dealings.
	Some immediate questions President Biden must answer for the American people.
	Does he have documents proving he lent such a large sum of money to his brother?
	And what were the terms of such financial agreements?
	Did he have similar financial agreements with other family members that led them to make similar large payments to him?
	And did he know that the same day James Biden wrote him a check for $200,000, James Biden had just received a loan for the exact same amount from business dealings with a company that was in financial distress and failing?
	The House Oversight Committee will soon announce our next investigative actions and continue to follow the money.

	A lot of the technology is ours.

	Then they wanted to sell it back to us, and then they wouldn't give us the source code.

	About the Marines in Gaza.
	In 1991, they purposely didn't land the Marines in Iraq because the days of Amtraks and helicopters going in, they're long over.
	And massing ships, they're long over.
	So they wouldn't put the Marines in there.
	That's just not something that they would do.

	Jessica Lynch, when we invaded Iraq, when she was a truck driver or something like that, and got ambushed.
	The Pentagon claimed that she was a war hero, that she took down a whole bunch of Iraqi guerrillas, and it turned out she admitted that was a lie.
	She didn't want to be part of a lie.
